I told my teacher, dumb bitch, I'm gonna get millions.
In a project living, spoke it till existence.
Mode changed to 50, got more cars than did.
I only weigh 180, but my watch cost 250.
What is up guys, this is Andy Frisella and this is the show for the realest.
Say goodbye to the lies, the fakeness, and delusions of modern society and welcome to
motherfucking reality.
Guys, it's Monday,ay okay and you're listening
to this on tuesday i normally don't record anything on monday because monday is the day for
me to do all of my real business stuff that i need to take care of uh and i've read this article okay on forbes forbes forbes which is a business and
success based magazine the title of the article is americans are excessively eating drinking
smoking pot playing video games and watching porn while quarantine. Basically, the article opened up by quoting a tweet by a guy named Jeremy Haynes.
His tweet said this, if you don't come out of this quarantine with either one, a new
skill to starting what you've been putting off like a new business or three more knowledge,
you didn't ever lack the time.
You lack the discipline.
The author of this article then basically goes on to say, that's not really what you
should be telling people after they've just lost their job and they're using all this
time to figure out a way to survive, which is really strange.
It's really strange because I went on to read the rest of the article, which, you know,
it's something most people aren't doing right now.
They just go ahead and read the headline and then re-fucking post it.
Well, I read the rest of it and I'm just going to be honest.
It was very weird to me, okay?
Because as I read the rest of the article, I read some parts that really didn't make
sense. I read some parts that really didn't make sense like this.
Polls by Nielsen and other reputable research organizations show the data that Americans are basically taking the time to quote unquote decompress.
Beer sales are up.
Cannabis sales are up.
Pornhub and other porn sites report record traffic. Other studies are showing increases in the consumption of potato chips, Oreos, spam, pretzels, and burgers.
And as far as video games are concerned, so many people are gaming right now during this quarantine that reports are that servers are having a hard time keeping up.
Hmm. This doesn't really make sense to me. So we can't post actual strategies
to help people improve because they're so distraught about losing their job or losing their income
or having to stay at home and be socially isolated.
They're so distraught that instead of spending the time to figure out how they're going to pivot
and improve their lives, we should just allow them to spend more money on beer on weed on porn on shitty food
and video games hmm can you see the problem here i hope you can because if you can't you're a dumb
motherfucker it turns out just like i always suspected that the people who quote
unquote didn't have the time to be productive disciplined focused and set their goals and
pursue these dreams that they've always had were full of shit and i know that's shocking to most of you. We're in a situation now where we're forced to stay home,
we're forced to have more time on our hands,
and people are still finding a way to not get shit done.
Hmm.
Okay.
And I'm going to try to keep my cool.
You motherfuckers are soft.
That's as simple as I can say it.
In 1944, we had 18-year-old Americans going to Normandy, having a literal fraction of a chance to survive.
Today, we have people crying that there's leaders out there like Jeremy, okay, saying,
hey, maybe you should use this time to get better because they feel shame for it well let me
explain something to you if you feel shame for something it's probably because you're
fucking guilty of it nobody can make you feel anything all they can do is present you with
certain scenarios that you then feel a certain way about. And we've gotten so soft in society
that it is not okay for anyone to present a scenario
to anyone else that might make them feel uncomfortable with themselves.
Hmm.
I've always told you,
there's winners and there's motherfucking losers.
And you might not like that and it's not politically
correct, but it's the truth. And there's a whole bunch of people right now who are working their
asses off Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and fucking Sunday to be all
they can be. Just like it says in the commercials.
You think that you're going to sit there and drink and eat and smoke weed and look at fucking porn and someone is going to come save your situation and make it be okay. Well, let me explain
something to you. That's not going to happen.
You can want for it to happen. You can wish for it to happen. You could talk about how it's not
fair that it's not happening. You could say all of these things and tell yourselves all the stories
you want. In fact, you can meditate for 17 hours a day, just like everybody else on the internet likes to talk
about. You can heal for 17 hours a day along with your meditation. But let me tell you something.
When you go look in the mirror at night and you know you didn't do the stuff you should have done,
you're going to feel like shit about yourself. I don't know how to explain this any clearer. The idea of happiness and healing and decompression
that's being pushed on you right now is fucking wrong. If you want to feel good,
that means you have to obey the voice inside of you that knows what you're supposed to do.
You know that voice that you try to silence that makes you feel a
little guilty about all these decisions you make, you know, when you're about to eat that pizza
and you start to feel guilty, or, you know, like when you have that thought in your brain
about like maybe going outside and doing some moving around or doing some work,
maybe even if it's just doing yard work, but then you feel a little guilty because you just click
on the TV for that split second, you feel guilty and then you forget about it.
Those are the things that you should be listening to.
And when you go to your mirror at the end of the day and look at yourself in the eye,
that person in the mirror knows that those thoughts existed and they know that you didn't
listen to them.
And because of that, now they're going to call you a piece of shit, which is actually you
calling yourself a piece of shit and no healing, no fucking meditating, no sitting on your ass for
17 hours a day, smoking a reefer, drinking a fucking 40 and playing call of duty is going to
fucking fix it. Okay. I am sick and tired of how soft you guys have become i feel like an alien on this planet
a complete alien i see everybody out there talking about how successful they want to be
uh well unless you're out there doing things that are going to equate to success, you're not. You're full of shit.
All right?
And I, for one, am disgusted at humanity right now and their pushing of this agenda of doing nothing.
What's the most popular content on Instagram right now?
Oh, it's a spiritual guru content.
A lot of you guys don't know what I'm saying. You think I'm talking trash. I'm getting mentally
healthy. No, I'm not. Do I think meditation is a good thing? I think it can be, but you know what
else is a good thing? Doing the things that you know you're supposed to do so that whenever you
go to bed at night, you can look yourself in the fucking eye and feel good about yourself. See, the model of happiness, as I've been telling you guys for a number of years,
is flawed. Happiness is not sitting on a beach, drinking a fucking Corona
and chilling. That's not happy. When you're happiest, if you're honest with yourself,
it's right after you accomplish something that was really fucking hard.
So if that's the model for when you feel happiest, why wouldn't you set your day up so that you
could challenge yourself so that at the end of the day, you could say, man, you know what?
I'm happy.
But instead, it's easier to like and share and put out all this meaningless, feel good, nonsense shit.
And I'm not against positive thinking.
I think positive thinking is very important.
I'm not against meditating.
I think meditating for some people is a game changer.
I'm not against healing.
But the truth is, most of you motherfuckers don't even know what it means.
You're just repeating it because it's popular.
Now is the time to really question yourself about how full of shit you actually are.
Because I'm going to tell you from my observations during this whole entire thing,
the people who were doing shit before it are still doing stuff.
The people who were doing nothing before it are still doing stuff the people who were doing nothing before it
are still doing nothing and now we have people like forbes magazine writing articles
to tell us that it's not okay to tell people to be better you know what forbes you
okay i got asked this weekend why is it always a fight with you weekend. Why is it always a fight with you, Andy? Why is it always
a fight? Well, I don't know. Maybe because every fucking ounce of what I am today, I've had to
fight to become. You guys understand that it's hard, but you don't understand just how hard it
is. And what happens is you step out on the path to do something great
that you believe in, that you want for yourself, that you want for your family, that you want for
your fucking kids and your neighbors and your employees and everybody who knows you. You step
out to do this and it's hard. And what do you do? The minute it gets real hard you start thinking well it's so much harder
for me no it isn't so much harder for you it's fucking hard that's how hard it is
i've had to fight every fucking day to get where i'm at in life
and what pisses me off more than anything is people that don't understand that.
If you want to be something that is exceptional, you are going to have to put in exceptional effort
day in and day out,
especially during the times
when everybody else is sitting on the bench.
You cannot wait for another opportunity
to step up and start to do the work.
There is no better time than today.
That's a fact.
Never in the history of earth have we had an entire world shut the fuck down and you
have the ability to choose to do with it whatever you want.
So here's my suggestion to you like i gave it to you six weeks ago
there's going to be two kinds of people there's going to be people that come out of this
dumber fatter less organized less happy more depressed and wondering why the fuck they
missed this opportunity to get better and that's ultimately going to make them be filled with regret.
And then there's going to be the other group.
And there's only going to be a few of these people.
These are the people who every single day during this time,
like I've done, have given 100 fucking percent of their effort,
their focus, their discipline knowing that this was a massive
opportunity to stretch out the gap ahead and when five years comes by there's going to be a big
group of people that point back and mark my motherfucking words say that coronavirus it
ruined my fucking life it ruined all the the opportunities for me. We had to stay at home for four fucking weeks.
Can you imagine using a four or five or six week or fucking even six month period as an
excuse as to why your life is fucking terrible for your whole life?
Because that's what most people are going to do.
But then there's going to be the few of you.
You motherfuckers are my people.
A lot of you think you're my people.
I hear this shit all the time.
Oh, you know, Andy, we're so much,
we ain't fucking nothing alike, motherfucker.
I can tell by looking at you.
You think that's harsh?
No, that's the truth.
The people who are my people, they've been out there doing the work they've been out there doing what they can they've been out there looking for opportunities seeing how they can pivot seeing
how they can serve knowing that serving others is going to come back and serve them they're not
sitting on the fucking basement in a goddamn hot pocket
waiting for somebody else
that's supposedly in control
to come and turn the world back on for you.
What difference does it make
if they turn the world back on for you?
You're not going to do nothing with it.
It doesn't even matter.
And now we have major organizations
like Forbes,
who is a success magazine, telling people that it's shameful to want to get better during this time.
That's where we are as a country.
That's where we are as America.
That's where we are as the world.
This is disgusting.
It is disgusting.
I don't like where we're headed. I don't like it. I feel like a fucking alien on this planet. I can tell you this. I think most of y'all, if you're
for real in this situation, if you've lost your job and you don't know what's going to happen and you're sitting at home smoking pot, drinking tons of alcohol, playing video
games, you deserve what the fuck you get out of this.
That's the truth.
That's not being insensitive.
That's being truthful.
And if any of you were actually desperate, you wouldn't be doing that shit.
The problem is we haven't had enough hardship in this
country. We've had a long time and no hardship. We've had a long time of no real economic disasters.
We've had a long time of no tragedies. That's great, except it makes everybody soft and it
makes everybody weak and it makes everybody think that the world is ending because they can't go to their job right
now this is an important time in america and your life is going to be affected by this for the rest
of your life and if you choose to be with everybody else right now, I can promise you, you will be with everybody else forever.
If that's the life you want, go ahead.
But that ain't the life I've ever wanted.
And that's not the life that most people say they want.
So I'm starting to figure out that what most people say is not what they really want,
which is what I thought the whole time doing the MFCEO
podcast for fucking five years. I thought to myself a long time, like, why am I doing this?
What am I doing this for? Why am I spreading all these things? Why don't I just go ahead and start
making like feel good success memes so I can get real popular on the internet? You know, half of
these motherfuckers that you follow about spiritual shit, they haven't done a motherfucking thing in
their whole life. Isn't that bizarre?
The people telling you just to do these things and feel good,
you know, and you'll be happy,
but yet you look around and they haven't done anything
except tell you that shit.
I think that's weird.
You got to do the work with it.
You want to get your mind right?
Get your fucking body right.
You want to get your mind right? Get your food right. You want to get your mind right get your fucking body right you want to get your mind
right get your food right you want to get your mind right put the right shit in your brain
it's real simple um i've only been telling you this for i don't know how many years
i got a whole program for free called 75 hard that you can do and by the way
if you're doing it right now you're understanding that it's probably the
only thing that's keeping you motherfucking sane.
I don't know,
guys,
I'm just going to be honest with you.
It's very concerning to me to where,
where,
where society has gone.
It's very concerning to me how soft it's become.
And it's very concerning to me that there's people that actually buy in to
this ridiculous fucking article on Forbes about people being lazy.
They're not decompressing.
They're not fucking healing.
They're lazy.
We got a long way to go.
We got a fucking long way to go, man.
And I'm going to tell you, the weaker everybody gets, the stronger you want to get.
So let me leave you with a thought.
Here it is.
The studies show that everybody else is being a lazy piece of shit.
It's factually proven now.
I told you they probably would when this all started, right?
Do you really think?
I bet there's 2% of people out there trying to get better right now.
The facts are, and they're facts, people are getting weaker.
They're getting dumber.
They're getting lazier, and they're getting behind.
This is a time for you, if you're listening to this,
if you're fucking listening to this right now
you should be figuring out what it is that you can do to come out of this better
we still have some time to go here you might not have done the last four weeks or so you might
have been one of these people doing the the video games games and over consuming all the substances and the food and
being lazy. You might've been that. And I bet if that was you, you feel worse about yourself right
now, don't you? That's yourself telling you that you need to change. So if you haven't changed so
far and you haven't let this opportunity benefit you so far, at least because we have a minimum of a couple weeks of this shit left, it looks like.
At least use the next couple weeks or however long we have to go to improve.
Start monitoring what you're eating.
Start monitoring what you're putting in your body, including what
you're putting into your brain. Stop watching the news. Stop watching Instagram. Start reading books.
Come out of this with better knowledge. Come out of this better equipped to win. Come out of this
better leader, a better husband, a better wife, a better mother. Come out of this better leader, a better husband, a better wife, a better mother.
Come out of this better.
We have been given a gift and the author calls this hustle porn.
Hustle porn.
I find that interesting.
Like it's a bad thing.
Working hard, right?
Hustle porn, porn.
You know, most people think it's bad.
Hard work, bad. I mean, be mindful of
what's being put into your brain. If it were up to me, this motherfucker would never be able to
write a motherfucking article in the rest of his fucking life. That is not what people need to hear
right now. And you have an obligation to your family, to the people that know you, to your community, to start being who it is you know
you really are. You do. And now is the time to start that process. If you want an exact program
to follow, you can go to 75hard.com or you can go listen a couple podcasts ago. And I did a whole podcast on it.
There's all kinds of things you can do.
This is a choice.
Just like I said it was on day one.
