andy we got like a 75 hard q a for you today oh we do? Yeah, I got three hard questions on 75 hard. So we're three hard?
Three hard, yeah. Just like you, huh?
Ha ha ha!
Yeah! Ha!
I got you.
Ha ha ha!
Alright.
Yeah, so let's talk these out, Andy. Let's do it.
Question number one, okay?
I got you good, you fucker.
Yeah. Name that movie. Oh you don't you know it yeah
the stepbrothers fuck no no what's that what's that name what's that restaurant with all the
shit on the walls oh it's uh uh waiting bro he's what the fuck are you watching? It's for Super Troopers. How the fuck you...
Man, fuck you guys.
What Super Troopers?
Show's over.
I work with a bunch of people that don't know shit about movies.
You never see Super Troopers?
Too busy working on your stuff.
It's only 20 years old, motherfucker.
You ain't that busy.
All right.
Yeah.
All right.
You know Farva? All right. All right. Yeah. All right. You know, Farva.
All right.
All right.
Andy, question number one.
So this idea of zero compromise, right?
Can you just explain why that is so fucking important for people?
It's super simple because once you compromise once, the second compromise is that much easier.
Then the third compromise, then the fourth, then you're off track. Then you don't know what the
fuck's going on, right? And what you just decided to do means nothing anymore. The whole problem
with people in general is that they are so conditioned to listen to their own bitch voice
about the corners they should cut that they aren't
even aware that they're cutting them. And then before they know it, they've not, you know,
it's 45 minutes of cardio, then it's 40 minutes. And then before you know it, it's 25. That's all
I could get done. And then it's fucking, I don't have time for it. Right? So when you're pursuing what it is that you're trying to pursue, every single compromise
is literally exponentially more damaging than what it is in the moment for that reason.
Because what it's doing is conditioning your behavior.
It's conditioning you to look for the quicker, faster, more simple, more convenient solution,
which if you truly think about is the reason that you are dissatisfied in whatever areas
that you're dissatisfied with.
Okay.
If you're dissatisfied with your money, it's because you compromise there.
If you dissatisfy with your body, it's because you compromise there.
If you're dissatisfied with your relationship, it's because you compromise there. If you're dissatisfied with your relationship, it's because you compromise there. So compromising really is the slippery slope that we all think and talk about when it
comes to, oh, I got off track, right? So how do we overcompensate for that? Or how do we fix that
in ourselves? Well, we have to not compromise at all. And see, that's the strength. That's where the superpower comes in.
Because when you become someone who is unwilling to compromise on their goals, whatever they
may be, how can anything in life or any circumstance ever stop you?
It can't.
It can't.
Okay.
75 hard.
It's fucking, we went outside yesterday and did it in a foot of snow bro
how sore are your legs today by the way did you sleep good last night i slept like a baby bro i
slept the best i ever slept like a baby it's weird but so dj and i did cardio yesterday in a foot of
fucking snow it took us twice as long as we normally take but we did it all right and that's
the point sometimes when you do the extremely hard, it reminds you that you have to do extremely hard shit to get focused on your goals. All right. But compromising
man, whether it be in any area of life is literally the first step to you becoming like everybody
else. All right. That's really what, what the whole deal is. So when you do it once the second
time, it's easier. The second time it once, the second time it's easier,
the second time it's easier, second time it's easier.
Think of something that you've compromised on.
Maybe it's your diet, right?
Like that first little bite of, you know, you walk,
oh, I'm on a diet at a holiday party.
I walk by the table with all the snacks.
That's Shark Coochie board.
I get that, yeah.
That shit gets me. Shit no one can say. the board with all the meat and shit, right?
You get that one fucking bite of whatever and then all of a sudden ten minutes later. You're back
You get a second one
Okay, and then ten minutes later you're back and you instead taking one you take two
Yeah, and then ten minutes later, you're like fuck fuck it. I'm going to get a napkin.
Yeah.
And then you go crazy.
Right.
And this is, this is the nature of compromise.
Okay.
It's just how it works.
It's human nature.
So for us to defeat that part of our nature as humans,
we have to be conscious about not compromising ever.
And when you not compromise ever for a long enough period of time,
75 days,
it becomes part of who you are. All right. And when you become, when non-compromising becomes
part of who you are, when it comes to your personal standards, you are literally fucking
unstoppable in anything that you decide to pursue. Andy, question number two.
Does that make sense? No, it makes perfect sense. Absolutely. Andy, question number two. Does that make sense? No, it makes perfect sense. Absolutely.
Andy, question number two.
I killed 75 hard back in November, and I'm now on my second round of it.
I've lost 60 pounds so far.
It literally untapped a lot in me, and I'm pissed that I didn't do it sooner.
Yeah.
I'm now trying to find ways to make it, quote, unquote, harder.
Okay, if that makes sense.
So adding a weighted vest to my workouts. For sure. Do you have any other tips on making it quote unquote? Yeah. Yeah, dude,
look, that's how you should be doing. Like if you're, if you are doing it properly with the
proper intent, you should be looking for ways to challenge yourself throughout the program.
Now I'm not talking about doing extreme shit. It's going to get you hurt or going to get you sick
or going to get you fucked up. I'm just talking about doing extreme shit that's going to get you hurt or going to get you sick or going to get you fucked up.
I'm just talking about raising your intensity level, right?
And there's lots of ways you could do that.
Like, you know, a lot of people, they say, oh, enjoy your walk.
It's not just a fucking walk, dude.
I'm not smelling the fucking roses.
Whatever.
When DJ and I are doing cardio outside, like, you see us walking.
That's because you can't see us job or you can't
see us make things harder. Right? So you have to understand there's all kinds of ways to test
yourself. Sometimes it's as little as like what we did yesterday, bro. We're like, dude, we were,
we were, this is a true story. We were about 15 minutes in and we were only like fucking five
minutes of where we would have normally been. And we were like, fuck, this is hard.
And I wanted to quit and he wanted to quit.
Neither one of us said that, but we said it when we got done.
I said, I said to him, I said, fuck bro.
I just, I didn't want to do that shit.
I almost fucking quit at the beginning.
I just didn't want to quit in front of you.
And that pressure kept us going.
Right.
But the point is, is that when you challenge
yourself in that way, you remind yourself of what you're truly capable of. Testing yourself can be
as simple as maybe, uh, you run the poles. Like a thing that I do when I'm alone is like, I'll run
to a spot and I say, okay, I'm going to run to that spot. Then I'm going to walk. And then when
I start walking, I pick a spot, right. Or I go like around my house where I'll go up and down this
fucking giant ass motherfucking hill. Yeah. There's all kinds of ways to test yourself.
The key to getting the most out of this program is to recognize when what you're doing,
is it really testing? And you're sort of. When you start to feel like you're cruising and this is easy, that's an indicator of where
you want to bring up the intensity, okay?
Because then you'll continue to grow.
Does that make sense?
So the more intensity that you add in, the more difficult that you make it on yourself.
And by the way, there's a mental aspect to this too.
Because what you're actually doing is you're training yourself
in your mind to challenge yourself when a challenge appears. And by the way, when a
challenge appears is almost always the biggest opportunity because nobody wants to address the
challenges. People only want the reward. So you're conditioning yourself to recognize challenging
and difficult opportunities in the real world and saying, you know what? I can fucking save that. I can fix that. By the way, that's where part of my
fix America comes from. It's the biggest fucking challenge I could possibly comprehend. So I'm
passionate about it because I've conditioned myself to look for the biggest fucking problems
there are and work to solve them. Does that make sense? And that's going to affect your finances. It's going to affect your fulfillment. It's going to affect your importance to your existence. It's going to
give you purpose. All good things come from that. So it all starts with just learning and recognizing
when you're coasting and when to up the intensity. Yeah. Andy, our third and final question for you. Andy, if you had to sum up all the benefits of
something 75 hard, right? What would be the number one takeaway that you want people to get from 75?
Dude, to have complete and total confidence in self. Okay. The biggest thing the world lacks
is fucking confidence. Everybody's told they're weak. Everybody's told they should be
regular. Everybody's told to be satisfied with a normal life. And hence the reason that the entire
world is run by a very small select few people and everybody else kind of takes what they can get.
Okay. So you have to understand that having total confidence in yourself is basically you being able to look in the mirror and say, yeah, dude, I am that badass motherfucker.
That's me.
Okay.
And then knowing it's you, I'm not saying be cocky.
I'm saying knowing that no one can fuck with you.
Bro, there ain't a motherfucker on this planet can fuck with me.
That's the truth.
Can't happen.
And you may think you can, but I don't think you can.
You know what I'm saying? That's where you want want to be because i don't go through life with anxiety i don't go through life
with wondering if i'm good enough now occasionally those thoughts will creep in right but then i do
something hard like we did yesterday and i'm like no actually i am that you see what i'm saying
exactly who the fuck i told exactly bro, that's a huge deal
because that unlocks power and it's also contagious. It's also inspiring to the people around
you because it's so rare. A lot of people think they're confident, but they aren't really. It's
a fucking act. Okay. Most people are suffering in silence and putting out a confident image.
They're not actually truly believers of their own ability. Okay. So when you
could take control over things that you normally wouldn't be able to control or haven't been able
to control your entire life, AKA exercise, AKA food, AKA alcohol, AKA putting in quality shit
into your brain, all these things that we talk about that the program includes when you become more powerful than that, than the drink or more powerful than the food.
And bro, because I can remember this, bro. I can remember being someone who could not
go more than three days on a diet. I couldn't go out to eat because I would have no, I couldn't
even have the discipline to order off the fucking menu anywhere. I went something healthy. I look
at the other shit and I'd be like, I got to have it. It's just one day. It's just, you know,
tomorrow I'll be better. And I tell myself all this shit, right? And then I eat the shit. And
then later I'd be like, what the fuck did I do that for? Right. And that's being powerless.
The opposite of that is being powerful and being powerful comes from keeping the commitments that you make to yourself
to a point long enough to where, you know, there's no fucking doubt in that power. All right. And
that's where you want to get. You can't, this is, that's why I say it's not a fucking challenge.
It's not a fucking tick tock thing. This is a fucking program to mentally calibrate yourself
to be extremely powerful. It's not a weight loss thing. It's not a physical thing. Will you get in better shape? Fuck yeah. It'll be the best shape you
ever been in because you're not compromising and you're doing it with the right intent.
But if you go at this shit with the right intent, you challenge yourself, you obey the rules.
Exactly. When you finish this shit, you will be the most powerful version of yourself that's ever
fucking existed.
Think of what you could do if you were complete control of your environment at all times.
Now, we can't always be in control, aka the weather might be shitty and the weather could
represent all kinds of other things. The weather could represent a bank not financing you or a
spouse leaving you or a business failing, right? The weather's bad,
but guess what tomorrow brings? You don't know. The weather might be good tomorrow.
We have to learn to operate inside of all these bad weather situations where the circumstances
are not ideal so that we can move forward regardless of what's happening in the world.
All right. That's power, dude.
And that's something that most people do not have.
Most people do not have what I'm talking about.
They just don't have it.
They look at people like me or they look at people that have these things
and they think, I could never have that
because he was probably born with that
or he has that in his heart or he has that.
No, these are fucking skills
that you have to make investments in for them to develop.
It's no different than learning how to play a guitar.
It's no different than learning a fucking how to build a house.
It's no different than any other skill.
If you put the time and effort to develop these skills, these skills will materialize
and make you fucking powerful.
Okay.
So that's what I want people to understand about the program.
It's not like so many people just totally fucking goes over their head,
what they're actually trying to accomplish here. If you want, if you're looking to lose weight and
that's all you give a fuck about, um, there's easier ways to do it. That's just reality.
But none of those ways will develop the entire fucking, will fix the entire fucking cause of
the problem that you were overweight with in the first place, which is that you have no discipline. You have no mental toughness. You have no grit. You have
no fortitude. You have no ability to persevere. You lack confidence. You lack self-esteem. You
lack all these things. And you think that you just got the shitty end of the stick because of the way
you were born. That's bullshit. They're just skills that no one teaches you how to develop.
And by the way, conspiracy theorist time, which ain't really conspiracy theorist, AKA
the truth.
They don't want you to know that these are skills.
They don't want you to develop these things I'm talking about.
Why do you think every motherfucking media piece on 75 hard is negative?
Because they do not want you knowing this because once you know this, you become an
independent,
powerful being, which is impossible to fucking control.
All right.
So that's what I want.
How's that?
No,
that's fucking fire.
That's fucking fire.
But guys,
Andy,
that's three.
Let's go pay the fee.
And guys,
if you want to hear more about the 75 hard program,
by the way,

Okay.
If I was anybody else on this fucking planet,
I'd be charging and fucking doing all this. No, it's's free. Okay? If I was anybody else on this fucking planet, I'd be charging and fucking doing all this.
