full thickness tear in my supraspinatus and i tore my bicep tendon working out and that's a major fucking injury and uh i didn't want to go deal with all the masks shit so i put it off having the surgery or going to get the mri which was stupid um actually now that i'm like back into my routine i wish i really do wish that i would have done it right away but i didn't uh so i had surgery december 13th and um it's been really fucking hard man uh i i've i've i've definitely regressed physically um i've done as much as i could fucking do so i feel good about that but it's still hard to see yourself regress physically after literally like work like six years straight a fucking just busting ass and um you know a lot of people don't understand that you know this shit is hard man like 75 hard that

lifestyle that's a hard lifestyle to live but the results and the fruit that it bears are so fucking powerful uh that it's worth doing. Yeah. And you know, one of the things that, that I feel, you know, just from getting this going the last month or so, um, is I feel really good, man. I feel like I'm back on the offense. You know, we all go through times where things aren't going to go. They're not going to go our way. They don't go the way we want. And, um, usually in the past, when those things happened to me, I would just let it completely go. I would just say, fuck it, I'm hurt. I'm going to eat a fucking pizza.

And I would eat pizza every fucking night and get fucked up. And I didn't do that this time. And then I've stayed within a couple pounds of my weight, definitely a lot softer than I was. But I'm not 300 fucking pounds, which is what would have been the case had I not developed those skills over the last three fucking years that 75 Hard and Live Hard helped produce. And so for that, I'm very thankful. But I get a lot of DMs every day

asking like what's going on with the shoulder. So I figured I'd just address it here. You know, I've got rehab until about April. Then I'll be able to start lifting again. And my plan, if everything goes well, will be to surpass where I was on September 15th of 2021. On 2022, I think that's a big win with such an injury. So my goal is that on September 15th,

I could take a picture and physically be better than what I was in 2021, which was the best I'd ever been. So that's what I'm working on now, guys. Everything's going good. Still can't lift with my right arm. I've been training my left side of my body, doing chest, doing back, doing shoulders, doing arms, the same shit, train my my legs do the cardio and uh i'm starting to do it with intensity now because i realized that that's uh when i feel the best not just physically but mentally and uh things are going good i'm on the offense and um you know what that means so get the fuck out of the way yeah so so it's the best i felt in a long time uh especially over the last what is that

against russians the complainant named yagini smirnoff found it offensive to see that almost complete absence of white models on Nike's Russian language site.
