But Rob O'Neill is one of the most highly decorated combat veterans of our time. He served in the SEAL Team 2, SEAL Team 4, and eight years at legendary SEAL Team 6. SEAL Team 4, and 8 years at Legendary SEAL Team 6. You may remember that because there's a bunch of movies about it. And there's a bunch of movies about him. And he did something really incredible, including shooting Osama Bin Laden in the fucking face.

You know what i mean our other guest uh dakota meyer was born and raised in columbia kentucky and is a father and an american war hero dakota is a united states marine in 2007 he deployed to iraq in 2009 and 10 he deployed to afghanistan for his actions in his last deployment to afghanistan dakota became the first living united states marine in 41 years to receive the Medal of Honor. After leaving the military, Dakota has continued his passion for serving. He's an entrepreneur. He's a father.

Uh, I became a Navy SEAL and ended up in, uh, you know, been Lod's bedroom and then kind of get thrust into the limelight. And then Dakota, um, raising chickens,

male cheerleader, medal of honor, uh, limelight. And then it's like, uh, what now? Like it's,

uh, what do you do next? It's not about living in the past. What do we do? What do we do now? Yeah. Yeah. And and that was kind of you know for us we came over we obviously wrote books telling our stories of the battles we were in battles we were known for but um you know you see this with a lot of people you know it's like uh when you keep telling that same story that happened a long time ago it becomes the uncle rico syndrome yeah you know

for us it's kind of like what's the way forward what are you doing Like, okay, you were good one day, but like you suck today. So like, how do you get better? And then, you know, what is the way forward and, and how do we, you know, instill hope? You know, we've gone through some difficult times, but you know, everybody's going through something, right. Everybody's going through something right now. And so how can we instill hope in back into this country? Yeah, dude, I listen, what you guys have done, that would be an extremely difficult thing, I think, for anybody that has done what you guys have done. Some of the biggest things that people make movies about now, write history books about, you guys have accomplished. And I could see where that would be something where you're like, man, I'm still a young man.

I've got a whole lot of life to give. How do we move forward? How do we get better? Yeah, what we were talking about today, you can join the military at 18, then you're like man i'm still a young man i've got a whole lot of life to give how do we move forward how do we get yeah well we were talking about today you can you can join the military at 18 then you're retired at 38 you're not you're not done you got a lot of life left in you what do we do next like and even with the whole uh i've had people say well uh you're a former you're forming of a seal oh wait wait once a seal always a seal i'm like no i was a seal now i'm not i was in high school i'm not in high school i'm not high school so now what do we do and everyone's got a what next what now i think that's a healthy way to be though i think so too yeah yeah i mean like at some point that varsity letterman got to be put up yeah no matter how big the letter was exactly even if you could throw that football over the mountain oh i love that

everyone loves uncle rego but you know it's kind of hard not to love him but i mean i think that's isn't that what life's about to be lived yeah you know stories are great to be told but it's meant to be lived and i think that's a you to be told, but it's meant to be lived. And I think that's a, you know, honorable direction for both of you. I mean, you could live on those stories for a long time and, and will, but it's a decision that you want to continue to live your life moving forward. Cause at the end of the day, man, like that's a gift. That's real championship shit. Yeah. You know what I'm saying? Like people who accomplish big things and do big things from what I've discovered from just being around some highly successful people, you guys as well, you know, it seems like everybody who's a continuous

winner through life has that same mentality, you know? Well, because, you know, it's, it's, it's like, you know, you, you put in the work to get to where you're at. Well, I mean, I, I planned to be there a long time before I got there. Right. Like, you know, all the work, like I knew why I was putting the work in. I knew, you know, obviously I didn't expect to get a medal of honor, but you know, I, I, I expected to go fight. I expected to be tested. Like I trained like it, you know, every single day, every opportunity that I had, I woke up and I, and I gave all that I had. And so like, you know, yeah, I mean, I never expected to be a medal of honor recipient because like, you know, when I was going through the Marine Corps, I just, those guys were just larger than life.

But, but to go in and to be in that fight that day and to do what I did, like, well, I already knew I was going to do that because that's why I woke up every day and I fought the way I did. Right. Well, no, it's just, you know, it's, it's, it's really cool. I mean, this is life to me, right? Like I had no idea that you guys were coming in today. So I walked in. Oh, so you just want to jump on the show.

What? By the federal government?

By the federal government. All right, please expand. Yeah, so this article just came out. A race-based training program used by federal agencies claim, among other things, that saying one is colorblind, meaning if people say, oh, I don't see color, right? That is racist in and of itself. And so this is now being pushed out. The training is part of a newly revealed federal diversity program that greatly expands on the previous previously critical race theory trainings within the federal government.

So I got some things up here. These are some other things that if you say these things, you're apparently racist. So one of them is, where are you from? That is now racist. If you ask someone, where were you born? That is apparently not racist. If you're asking an Asian American or Latino American to teach them words in their native language, that is racist. And then if you tell somebody, quote, you are so articulate, that is not racist. You're so articulate. Bro, what the fuck ain't racist? I'm not the only one thinking it.

Everything's fucking racist. You know what the problem is with this shit, dude? The real problem with it. Like, as funny as it is, we make fun of this shit all day. Article reads, the CDC has admitted it is withholding large portions of COVID-19 data, including on vaccine boosters from the public, because it fears the information could be misinterpreted. The leading public health agency has only published a small sample of data that has been collected despite being two years into the pandemic.

Kristen Nordland, a CDC spokeswoman said the reason for the slow release of data is quote, because basically at the end of the day, it's not yet ready for prime time. Yeah. People are too raw about it right now. They get mad. We got to wait a couple of years for everybody to forget about it. Exactly. She added that the CDC's priority when gathering any data is to ensure that it's accurate and actionable. And at the same time that, you know, everybody's pulling back on all of this, you know, COVID narratives and all of that, um, they're pushing out this national vaccine pass that has been quietly rode out.

And, uh, red States are also getting on board with that. Look, they're not here. So I want you to like, if you can research this real quick, I did something on this the other day.
