What is up guys, it's Andy Priscilla and this is the show for the realest sake of
out of the lies, the fakeness, and delusions of modern society and welcome to motherfucking
reality. Guys, today we have Q and AF. That's where you bring
the Qs and I bring the AFs. Where can they submit their Qs? Guys, as always, email your questions
into askandyatandyfasala.com. All right. Now there's a fee for the show. The show is very
simple. I do this shit for fucking free. All right. So if something I talk about helps you,
if it makes you laugh, if it's something that makes you better, if it's a skill that you
don't have and that you now do have, I would ask that you please share the show.
All right. I try to cover a lot of bases with this content. I try to make you better. I try
to make our country better. I try to make our country better.
I try to make our society better.
And I would appreciate if you share that message.
That's it.
Now, I'm pretty pissed off today.
Got to be honest with you.
So the answers might be a little edgy.
I'm going to let you know why I'm pissed off.
I'm pissed off because I see a lot of people who didn't give two fucks about what was going on for the last two years, who
didn't say one word about standing up for freedom, who didn't fucking have the courage to do anything
other than just comply, cry about gas prices. And if you don't understand why that irritates
the fuck out of me, then you shouldn't even listen to this show because you're too dumb to connect the dots
Okay now on with the questions
Question number one for you andy. Um
Andy, what do you do?
When you recognize burnout
I don't get burned out bro. I know what it's like to be poor. I know what it's like to be broke
I know what it's like to be fat I know what it's like to be a piece of shit and I don't ever burned out, bro. I know what it's like to be poor. I know what it's like to be broke.
I know what it's like to be fat. I know what it's like to be a piece of shit. And I don't ever want to be that again. So for that reason, I don't get burned out. Are there days I don't
feel like doing it? Yeah. Pretty much every day. But I also recognize that me not doing it produces
more of what I don't want. It's a very adult decision. It's called just doing what the fuck you know you need to do.
So I don't cry and whine
about burnout. I don't fucking
miss
things. I don't stay home from work.
I don't fucking...
I'm an adult.
And I am determined to be successful.
And I am determined to be the best that I could possibly
be. And I am determined to be someone
that when I fucking die, people miss.
So I don't do anything when I get burned out other than keep moving forward.
And that's why I'm me and everybody else is not me.
And that's it.
So if you want to be like me, be like me.
If you don't want to be like me, be like all the motherfuckers that cry on the internet about dealing with burnout.
That's your answer.
Yeah, I know it's real.
It's the fucking truth.
Yeah.
Burned out after every second fucking day.
You're not cut out for it, bro.
Go do something else.
Work at McDonald's.
I don't give a fuck.
Burned out.
You're burned out because your life is too fucking easy.
I know.
See, half of these people out.
No, not half.
90% of the people out there that are trying to become successful grew up in some sort of middle class situation where they're fucking soft.
It's cush.
They're cush.
They're soft as fuck.
You don't know what the fucking real life is like
when you're not having shit.
You just don't.
I didn't grow up in the hardest of circumstances,
but nobody helped me build this shit.
And I know what it's like to fucking struggle.
I mean, I've seen you on Gravel Road.
I mean, any fucking...
It is what it is.
I had good times.
I had bad times.
I'm just not someone who makes excuses for my whole life because of fucking anything.
So when I'm burned out, I realize that other people are burned out.
And I realize if other people are burned out, they're probably going to quit.
And that's my time to not quit because then I widen the gap between me and them.
And it's worked pretty good so far.
I don't know many dudes that are 42 years old that are even in the realm of where the fuck I am.
That haven't gotten massive help from some sort of outside source.
Whether they got a huge investment, whether they inherited a bunch of money, whether they come from a billionaire family, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
I don't know anybody that's my age that has accomplished what the fuck I've accomplished doesn't owe motherfuckers a whole bunch of money.
I don't know people's shit. All right. So let's be fucking real. I know a couple of things.
And one of them is I don't cry about being burned out. I wake up, I fucking make deposits
into my discipline mindset. I execute and shit works. That's all I know. Just most of the time,
I feel like not doing it. Yeah. And I do it anyway. And that's the secret. But y'all don't
want to hear that shit because you want to be pussies and you still want to make it.
And those two things don't go together. Andy, question number two for you.
Question with a little backstory question is, andy how do you determine when and how to reward
your employees uh he says i believe like most that you don't reward for things that they are
supposed to do but when they do go above and beyond what's necessary what are some easy ways
to reward them give them money yeah give them You know, most people enjoy both.
I prefer to work around people that don't give a fuck about recognition and only care about winning.
I don't care about recognition.
I don't fucking care.
I don't care.
I want to win.
That credit shit.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Now, certain people are wired to.
In fact, most people are wired to earn recognition.
OK. There's a saying the saying is this uh people will work for money but they'll die for recognition right yeah okay so
if that should tell you something if you don't have some sort of internal recognition program
you probably need to have one it doesn't have to be crazy shit. Uh, but
like you want to run down the list of how I recognize people. I don't know. I buy, I bought,
and I don't know, probably a dozen fucking cars for employees. Uh, I've paid off employees
mortgages. Um, I've given them awards like that little award that you got for $2. Yeah. Okay.
Yeah. Thank you. The size of the of the listen the size of the recognition is not
the bigger you get the more cool shit you can do to recognize people right right all right but in
the beginning you don't have to do these big things to recognize people you could just recognize them
and say hey dj's doing a really good job i'd like to take a minute to recognize them but i don't
recognize people i agree with whoever wrote that for just showing the fuck up and doing what they're supposed to do at my standard. See my standard
and our standard is much higher than what most people are required to do at any other job on
the planet. So sometimes people come here and they want to get rewarded for the basic shit
and they're disappointed when they're not
well our standards are much higher here okay so that shit works at starbucks not here yeah right
yeah that's it so go work at fucking starbucks that's what you're worried about yeah i mean
recognition helps a lot uh i'm not very good at recognizing people so i have to develop systems
to recognize people i have to put that in other people's hands
because I don't care about recognition personally.
This is why I don't speak at every event.
This is why I don't go to fucking,
I don't, when I win awards,
I rarely post about them.
I don't give a fuck.
I'm trying to be the best ever.
Until I'm the best ever,
I ain't fucking shit.
That's that.
If everybody had that attitude,
you'd win a lot more. But you ain't fucking shit. That's that. If everybody had that attitude, you'd win a lot more.
But you want your fucking trophy. It's whatever, man. Recognize your employees. Acknowledge their
hard work. Acknowledge them when they go above and beyond. Take care of those people. Invest
in those people. Pay those people well. A lot of people want all these fucking great employees.
They don't want to pay them shit.
You're not going to have great people if you pay people shit.
They might come for a while.
They're going to leave.
It's really simple.
What are they worth to you?
What do they work to you?
How many headaches do they keep from you?
How much initiative do they take?
How much problems do they solve on their own without getting you involved?
And what's that worth? It's usually worth a lot more than what people are willing to admit.
And a lot of people who are making decisions about employee pay will expect all these great things from their employees.
And they want to pay them like Starbucks pays their fucking people, right?
Well, you ain't going to get fucking first form level motherfuckers by paying them fucking starbucks people that's just not how it works yeah so you got to do both and and by the
way just paying people more won't get more out of them yeah well it pushes them into complacency
does one of two things paying people more neither makes people hungry or it makes people complacent
and most people it makes complacent most people when they get just enough money to be complacent, they're complacent.
True savage winners like me, you give me more money, I just won't fucking, I'm going to go harder.
And harder and harder and harder and harder.
It's just what it is.
I'm a fucking shark, bro.
Sharks eat.
That's what the fuck they're built for.
It's true.
Yeah.
It's true.
So you guys if you guys ain't built that
way you shouldn't be in the game it's just the truth if you're built to be like what we're about
to go through in this country is a complete fucking revolution of and a resorting of who
the fuck is who you're gonna find out who the fuck the sharks are. You're going to find out who the fucking minnows are.
You're going to find out who the fucking bacteria is.
So I'm confident.
I'm confident where I'm going to end up.
But a lot of people have been riding this fake wave of good times.
They've been happening in America for a long time.
This fake wave of I'm an entrepreneur because I can make some e-com ads and
fucking make a little side money and shit.
You're going to see, we're going to see. Somebody I know has been trying to warn you all about it
too. So create internal recognition programs. Recognize people every chance you get. Do it
publicly in front of their peers. When you criticize people, do it behind closed doors.
Make sure they're paid well. Make sure they feel recognized. Make sure they feel valued. But most importantly, make sure that
their voices and ideas are heard. You want good culture. You want good employees. Do those things.
If you don't do those things, you're going to suck. It's a prerequisite. It's not a fucking,
that's not the extra that you do. That's the basics you do for your culture. If you don't
do those things,
I guarantee your company sucks. So start doing them because it matters because you can accomplish you personally, no matter how good you are, can't accomplish fucking anything. If you don't have the
ability to get other people to row the boat with you. And I noticed I didn't say for you. Right.
Right. I said fucking with you. Right. Cause you should be rowing too. Dude, most of the people i've met in business i'm gonna be real honest and people are not gonna like this a
lot of people really aren't i don't care i've been in personal development for over a decade
i've met a ton of business owners i can count on both hands the real fucking sharks
that i've met. Literally, less than 10
out of the thousands and thousands and thousands.
So really think about that.
Most people ain't in it.
Most people like to brag about business.
Most people are playing business.
Most people think having their name on the building
or their fucking office store is business.
Most people think driving a BMW 7 Series is fucking business.
Most people think having a cool business car is business.
I don't even have a motherfucking business car, motherfucker.
Like if you're not getting recognized, it's probably a reason.
You're not exceeding the standard that fucking is set in your place.
Or maybe you work for someone who doesn't value culture or recognition.
For a long time, I didn't. And guess what? People left to go other places.
Good people left to go other places where they recognize people. And guess what I learned?
I learned that some people operate in that language. And just because I don't operate
in that language doesn't mean it's not valid. So I had to create an adjustment inside my company
to better recognize people. You know what I'm saying? Like that
was a hard thing for me to learn. I probably lost, I don't know, a couple hundred people over the
course of my career because I didn't recognize them when they probably deserve to be recognized.
Yeah. So then what do I do? I get better at recognizing people. I learned a lot from Ed
Milet on that. He's very good at that. I'm very bad at that. You know why I'm very bad at that?
Because I don't care.
I don't need.
Do I need someone to tell me I'm doing a good job?
Do I need somebody to tell me shit?
I'm proud of you.
No, no, no.
I'm being literal.
You're with me more than anybody other human.
Do I need anybody to tell me a motherfucking thing?
No.
Do I need people to say hi to me?
Do I need people to say, hey, how's your day?
No.
I don't need shit.
Fully self-sufficient.
That's right. So I don't care if people recognize me. I know i'm fucking great
Because I know what I do every single day
And that's the point if you want to be great. It's not about
What other people think of you? It's about what the fuck you think of you
Which goes into 75 hard which goes into live hard episode two Oh eight. Go listen to it.
Do it.
Live it.
It'll change your fucking life.
You won't need shit from anybody.
You won't need a fucking bullshit award for fucking anything ever again,
because you'll know what the fuck you're worth.
Andy,
our third and final question for you.
I think,
I think this question right here,
Andy,
I think a lot of people need to hear this answer from me.
Okay.
Andy,
right now,
what are the three best habits
you believe are the most important to have right now? Look, man, if you're not a disciplined human,
you're a worthless human. Okay. You're floating around like the plastic bag. Like you ever seen
that movie? Uh, what's that movie? American something. America beauty. Yeah. Okay. And
the fucking weirdo neighbor who's like, who fucking videos,
the plastic bag for the whole entire movie. That's you. That's you. If you don't have discipline,
you float around in the fucking wind and where you end up was where you end up. And you see
people that try to, uh, you see people that try to, uh, you know, pretend like they don't need
discipline and I'm just a flower in the wind and where I end up, I'm discovering myself and look,
look at their lives. lives suck their lives fucking suck
they pretend online that their lives are awesome oh I'm on this great adventure of life of
discovering my own blah blah blah blah no you're not doing anything you're getting your ass beat
and you're proud you're you're eating shit pretending it's fucking ice cream and everybody
sees it you're not fooling anybody you're only fooling other motherfuckers that aren't willing to develop discipline.
So discipline's number one.
The second thing I would say is gratitude.
Things could be a lot fucking worse.
Okay?
And the third thing I would say
is not being a bitch about doing the work.
You know, a good work ethic,
a strong work ethic.
I mean, there's a ton of them, dude.
I would say another one that's important to the world, if we're going to add a fourth one, is speaking the fucking
truth. We wouldn't be here if people hadn't self-censored themselves in the name of being
offended for the last 20 years. We wouldn't even be in this situation. A lot of people have trouble
connecting that entire fucking timeline because they lack the perspective or they're only 20 years old. Political correctness is a fucking weapon. It's a weapon to create self-censoring behavior so you don't speak the truth. And if you don't speak the truth, there's less resistance to what the fuckery is that's going on. So I would say discipline, great fucking work ethic, gratitude for how things are and knowing that things could be way worse.
That might change soon.
And then speaking the truth, the truth, the fucking truth, not the bullshit truth, not the politically correct truth, the fucking truth.
Those habits will fucking get you places.
Yeah. You know, people have this idea that like if they're in an organization that somehow,
you know,
they get one of two things in their mind.
They get,
if I don't,
if I don't speak,
if I say what they want me to say,
I'll get where I want to go.
Or you get these other people who think they're contrarians and they think
they're smarter than everybody.
Disagree with everything.
And they fucking disagree with every fucking thing that you say,
thinking that makes them valuable.
No,
that makes you annoying and it makes you want to kick you the fuck out
of my company or out of my life or whatever yeah right oh i'm not only telling you this because
no one else will tell you this no you're not bro you're telling me this because you think that
telling me that anti this shows some sort of courage or character in you which doesn't do
either of those it makes you seem like a fucking uneducated
unexperienced with people moron yeah basically basically that's gonna get you real far tell
tell every fucking point that the people that run your shit and control your whole fucking future
and help you disagree with everything they fucking say, no matter what makes you valuable.
Stupid fuck. I'm just saying it's the truth. I can't stand those guys. No, it's you got to be
the you got to tell the truth. But the truth is. Not not your highly manipulated version of the
truth to produce this result that you're trying to get the truth. I think those habits are valuable. Those are the
habits I respect. Those are the habits that have gotten me where the fuck I am. Discipline. I've
got it. I didn't always have it. I fucking built it. Okay. It's an on-demand skill for me. I turn
a motherfucker on, it's fucking on. There's no ifs, ands, or buts about it.
Hard work. I've made it a habit to work hard every motherfucking day.
Gratitude. I'm very, I'm very thankful for where I'm at because I used to be somewhere a lot worse and I ain't going back. And if I do go back, I'll be the king of that shit again. Okay.
Fucking truth. You, you, you people who are so scared to speak the truth
and then you wonder why you're not making any money or why you lack courage, dude. Cause it
takes courage to speak the truth. And courage is a skill just like fucking, just like discipline.
Okay. If you don't practice courage, you won't have no courage. So you have to fucking
build your courage by doing small things, just like we do with 75 hard and live hard to invest
in our discipline, but only with courage, which means having hard conversations, saying things
that you know, to be true, that you're scared to say embracing those opportunities. So it's an
opportunity to invest in the skill of courage
when you have the opportunity to speak truth. And courage, by the way, for those of you listening
for your money-making ventures, which is important, without courage, you will make no money.
Just so you know, when I said those 10 people that I know, all 10 of them have courage.
All of them. Well, Andy, guys, that is know, all 10 of them have courage. All of them.
Well, Andy, guys, that is three.
Let's go pay the fee.
Yeah.
Share a show.
Yeah.
