Central Military Commission of the State Council in Beijing on transitioning to a wartime system a meeting took place involving senior people uh senior officers of the people's liberation army uh guangdong military region of the southern command and the principal officers of the guangdong province administration i'm sure i'm murdering it's fine um and the regional.
