get into this man headline number one headline number one reads musk says twitter is actively resisting and thwarting his right to information on spam and fake account data. So this just came out today. Tesla CEO Elon Musk accused Twitter of actively resisting and thwarting his information rights by failing to provide calculations supporting the social media platform's internal estimate on spam and fake accounts. Quote, this is clear. This is a clear material breach of Twitter's obligations under the merger agreement. And Mr. Musk reserves all rights resulting therefrom, including his right not to consummate the transaction and his right to terminate the merger agreement. Attorneys for Musk wrote in a letter to Twitter today. He started his own investigation. This was about a month ago.

He said, he put this tweet out. He said, to find out, my team will do a random sample of 100 followers of Twitter. I invite others to repeat the same process and see what they discover. So Twitter CEO did respond to that with another tweet. He's saying that our actual internal estimates for the last four quarters were all well under 5% based on the methodology outlined above. The error margins on our estimates gives us confidence in our public statements each quarter. He said, unfortunately, we don't believe that this specific estimation can be performed externally, given the critical need to use both public and private

information which we can't share externally it's not even possible to know which accounts are counted as multi-daily uh users on any given day um so the article continues that monday's letter argues that twitter is obligated to provide Musk with information and data for quote, any reasonable business purpose related to the consummation of the transaction. It also notes that the social media giant must provide quote, reasonable cooperation in connection with Musk's efforts

to secure debt financing for the transaction, including by providing reasonably requested information. So this this happened over the weekend uh this past saturday uh this article reads uh the quote drag your kids to pride or drag the kids to pride

drag show brought a clash between anti-lgbtq plus right-wing protesters parents attendees of the event and police on saturday june 4th afternoon Dallas bar Mr. Mr. held the event Drag the Kids to Pride drag show Saturday from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the city's Oak Lawn neighborhood. The organizers called it a family-friendly spinoff of their champagne drag brunch that would allow kids to dance with performers on stage.

During the event, drag performers danced and walked down the aisle in the center of the room and children could be seen handing money to the drag queens. Children also walked with the dancers down the aisle during the event.

Multiple pictures and images were shared on Twitter from the event and several children could be seen sitting in the middle of the dance floor and in front of the children stood drag queens

The department announced last week that it launched the investigation in April after speaking to multiple victims from multiple counties and is urging the public to provide tips and encourage victims with knowledge of such crimes to step forward and assist in aid. But they say, quote, some of the subjects of the investigation are high profile Utahns. OK, the department's announcement of the investigation prompted the Utah County attorney, David Levitt, to hold a press conference calling for the resignation of Sheriff Mike Smith for, quote, misuse of taxpayer and county resources. Levitt claimed that he and his wife are named in the investigation and accused of engaging in ritualistic abuse and cannibalism. But nobody even named him.
