And then we get people who share once a year and they're like, Oh, well, you know, I listen every day. It's like, dude, well, you know, I listen every day. It's like, dude, you're not. That's not how this works. So if we need the message to get out there, I need you to share the show.

So at least share that shit so let's go let's not get to this man andy question number one so i'm the owner of a business okay we've had a couple of bad months of sales and i can tell that the morale of the company is going down what's something you've done when you first recognize that things aren't going well in order to get

the team focused and motivated to continue pushing forward? You tell them the truth. See, too many business owners and managers and CEOs come in and pretend as if the sky's not falling. They pretend as if everything's going great. They pretend as if they're doing amazing and everything's good,

and they come in with this overly positive pep talk. They think it's morale. It's not fucking morale it's that you're not leading and the reason morale's down is because your people know that you guys are losing and they don't see a plan coming from you in any sort of capacity that's why the morale's down the morale's not down because the score's five to two in the second period that's not why morale's down the morale's down because we don't know how to score four more fucking goals uh before the end of the game and you're not teaching you're not calling the plays yeah so if you want to correct morale with a team that's going down the wrong thing

it would sound something like this hey and this is talking to a group of however many. Hey guys, look, I know y'all noticed that sales are down, business is down, things are down. Clearly that's a big problem for all of us, not just me or you or it's for everybody. Here's the things that I think we need to do to get back on track. We need this, we need this, we need this. Okay. And you give them a plan to go run. The problem is most of these fuck look dude the real problem is is that most of these people that have been in business for the last fucking 10 years haven't had any real hardship in society at all the the sailing's been smooth it's been easy to make fucking businesses go it's been easy to make money

and the last couple years have been their first shot at like ever having to deal with anything hard. All right. And most of the time over the course of history, business is extremely hard. You guys have lived for the last 10 years in an abnormally easy environment. Okay. So what you have to understand is that these people are not going to lead themselves. They're not going to come up with a plan on their own.

They're not going to fix the problem on their own. And it's not just a trend of downward shit. You're losing. Okay? So acknowledge it. Hey, we're getting our fucking asses beat. Here's why we're getting our asses beat. Here's what we need to do to not get our asses beat.

Are you guys with me on that? Or are you not with me? And the ones that aren't with you, you show them the fucking door. And the ones that are, you go to fucking war. That's it. Oh, man. That's it. So, like, dude, you know, most of these types of questions,

they come from people that are in positions that honestly are not. Look, dude, to be great, do you think fucking Kobe Bryant, Bryant like ever took for granted his, his greatness? Like, do you think he ever showed up at a basketball game and thought, man, I'm just going to fucking not,

I don't have to work. I'm Kobe Bryant. Right. Right. Like, that's not how the fuck winners win, dude. Like you're this person who asked that question,

you're competing against people like me that read every motherfucking thing they can read. Even at 23 or 24 years in the game trying to get better trying to improve you guys wonder why i don't fuck with nobody because i take my role in life real serious when i'm not here i'm at home getting better i'm not out the fucking club popping bottles you don't see me doing shit which we could easily be doing dude i could buy every motherfucking nightclub in this fucking whole fucking state. Yeah. Okay.

And fucking do a tour every fucking day to a new one. That's not, that's not how you win. Right. You don't win by leasing a fucking Huracan and pretending you're fucking rich. Right. You win by putting your nose into the fucking work and grinding it the fuck off. That's it. And, and dude, this business shit, shit, people approach it as if it's

like, I'm going to be an entrepreneur and this is going to be a little sliver of my life and then the rest of it's going to be balanced out perfectly. No, that's not what you signed up for. Entrepreneurship is a different fucking game. Managing and leading people is a different fucking game. It requires 100% of your fucking game it requires 100 of your fucking effort 100 of your personal development 100 of your focus and there's going to be a lot of shit that you don't get to do because you chose that path if you want to win if you want to be mediocre and you want to fucking feel like this person feels their whole life and be like oh morale's down and we're losing and this and that then don't fucking invest in yourself. Don't learn the skills.

Show up like an employee. Motherfucker, I might not be here every fucking hour of the day, but I can bet you this. Whatever the fuck I'm doing is guaranteed geared towards improving the mission that I'm on, including these companies. Everything. Everything I fucking do. Okay? And I'm good at what I do. So you should

think about what you're competing against out there and maybe take your fucking shit a little more serious because there's lots of people out there that like myself, like Ed, my let, like my fucking brother, like fucking all these people, my business partner, fucking Jason, all these dudes. Okay. we're fucking really good at what we do and we work really hard at getting better at it and if you're going to come into your little fucking business or whatever it is and fucking think you're going to beat some top tier fucking dude putting in you bro you don't even have the natural ability i have i'm being completely honest so how the fuck are you going to compete against someone who has a natural ability and someone who's going to grind it down

yeah you see what i'm saying like bro these people who like you guys listening to this need to get a lot more fucking serious because i'm going to tell you right now shit's going to get hard it's going to get really fucking hard And the opportunity is going to be really fucking big. And the people who don't quit, the people who push through the people who take it one day at a time and get better and better and better and better over this next transitionary period, that's going to happen for sure. Um, those people will become fucking rich. They will come out the other side, wealthy. They will come out the other, all this will come out the other all this shit they say the fucking everybody's gonna lose not everybody's gonna lose most people are gonna lose and you got

to ask yourself if you're gonna be one of those most people or if you're gonna be the exception i'm going to be the exception i promise you that yeah that's what and what do you say to those business owners man because i feel like right now more than ever it's so easy to write off excuses of like why things are bad we're like what do you say to those guys like oh it's 2008 fucking stock market crash housing market crash every fuck i had i had we had just started working on first form yeah um we had like 10 retail stores at the time i think and um all the other ones all the other retail stores when shit got hard they pulled back their marketing they pulled back their their new products they pulled back their selection they went in their

tortoise shell and they fucking hid okay and they waited for the storm but guess what happened they never got through the storm they all fucking died every single one of those companies closed we didn't you know why we didn't because we got aggressive as fuck we did everything we could we didn't spend we didn't have money so it wasn't a money thing it was an effort thing we had team our guys will go out on the street and sample products like when they were fucking not busy. Like, dude, we fucking dug in and made it fucking happen. And guess what happened out of that? First Form was born because we didn't fucking hide and run. And now we've got a multi-billion dollar fucking company.

Barely 10 years fucking later. So if you don't get that, I don't know how to explain it to you but the companies that hide and run are going to lose and the companies who get aggressive and i don't mean aggressive with spending money i mean aggressive and creative with how to fucking build a company are going to gain massive amounts of disproportionate market share that's what's going to happen okay and we have a culture we have a a culture situation in reality right now where people are literally sick and fucking tired to the point where they will not spend their money with anti-American fucking wokeness.

Yeah. So that creates a monster opportunity for a lot of companies to become a brand that stands for American values right now and gain a disproportionate amount of market share. All right. So to answer the question, you know, the reason you're fucking people don't have any morale is because you don't have a fucking plan. You're not leading them. Fucking love it, man. And question number two, this actually kind of goes right into this, right? So, I mean, you've said countless of times that we need strong leaders to step up right now, right? What are some common mistakes that you see people make as they try to establish themselves as leaders?

Thinking that just posting on the internet is enough to fucking lead or create any sort of change. You know, thinking that your obligation as an American stops at posting on Instagram. Yeah. Um, and thinking that, you know, that, you know, you get a pass to be fucking, uh, lazy or fucking broke or fucking a shitty example, or to do less than what you're capable of because times are hard. Yeah. Okay. And you think that being a leader is like demanding and pointing a finger and saying, go fucking do that. That's not fucking leadership, dude. Like, look, man, the best leaders in the world live the shit they talk about.

They live it day in and day out. You know, it's a real life thing. Like, you know, people always ask me and I listen, I know this is going to sound fucking egotistical, but I'm going to talk about myself for a second because it's true. A lot of people say, you know, what makes you such a good leader? Why do you, why do all these people follow you? Well, because I do every fucking single thing that I fucking tell everybody else to to do and it's very fucking apparent in my day-to-day actions i walk through this building i'm here every day i execute every day my shit is done every day the company moves forward every day i get better every fucking day and there's no fucking holes in

that yeah there's no holes in that okay so if you want to be a great leader you need to start living it yeah and that means not be a fat fucking piece of shit behind your keyboard who makes enough money to fucking survive and thinks that posting a meme bro this this entire situation that we're in is a cultural degradation problem okay america when i was a kid all right i'm a little bit older than most of the people listening all right people took pride in being american they took pride in their physical fitness they took pride in their careers they took pride in who they were as a person in the neighborhoods community they took pride in their communities they took pride in who they were as a person. The neighborhoods, communities. They took pride in their communities. They took pride in the neighbor's kids. They took pride in teaching people how to be fucking better.

And that's missing right now. Because everybody thinks they can just type some shit on a motherfucking phone and make a post and be like, yeah, I'm with the cause. No, you ain't. I can look at you and see you ain't. I can look inside your car and tell you're not. Your car looks like shit. It's got trash all over it, blah, blah, blah.

Bro, you ain't with shit. You're the problem. And this comes down to every fucking thing. And so the biggest problem that I see is that people think they can pretend to lead instead of actually leading. Right. That's real, man. We were on cardio. This was a while ago, but I remember you told me this, and it really stuck with me.

I forget how we got on the subject, but I actually like, you know, how do you, how do you hold other people accountable so easy? And your answer was very simple. It was like, I can hold them accountable because I hold myself accountable. You know, it always stuck with me.

Well, I mean, bro, you're with me more than anybody. You're with me more than fucking Emily. Okay. Is it true or not true? It's a thousand percent true,

man. Yeah. What else could I do? Yeah. You know, you don't see me at these speaking events or these fucking, I don't network and do all these things. You know why? Because I'm busy doing shit. Bro, when these motherfuckers are out doing all these events and speaking all over the place and doing all this shit, what am I doing? Working.

Working. Yeah. Yeah. Real shit, man. Yeah. all over the place and doing all this shit what am i doing working working yeah yeah real shit man yeah so stop pretending to be a leader and be a fucking leader that's right man guys andy question number three our third and final question for you a real leader doesn't really care about their following in terms of how many people follow them what do you mean meaning this there's a lot of people out there who lead because they want to follow it. Yeah. There's other people that want to lead because they want to fix shit.

I'm that guy. Okay. Most of these other motherfuckers are the other guy. They want the claps. They want the praise. They want the thank yous. They want the fucking purchases. They want, I don't give a fuck.

Okay. If I did, I would go around and speak at 300 grand an hour every fucking week which is what i fucking could do i don't do that because my impact is better here which consequentially cost me money to do it that way you see what i'm saying yeah yeah so like dude there's leaders that lead because there's a problem to solve and there's leaders that lead because they want glory and there's a everybody knows the difference between the two you want to be a real leader learn how to fucking lead to solve problems that's where you become a real leader i love it, man. Guys, our third and final question for Andy. Andy, question number three. Andy, my wife and I have four young kids. With everything going on in the public schools, we're considering sending our kids to private school instead. But I feel like by switching to private, we are running from the issues that plague public schools instead of

being a voice to make change. Should I move my kids to private school and abandon the public system, or is it better to keep them in public school and keep fighting for the policies? I think that's a very difficult question that needs to be answered on the personal situation. Some of these schools are so far gone, they're, yeah, and having your child,

who's very impressionable at that age, stay an extra year or two is very detrimental to their future okay it's something to think about kids are kids are only young for a very short time okay and those lessons that they learn during that time stay okay so that's something to consider which i'm sure they have um there's also the option that wasn't mentioned, which is homeschool your kids and still be active in the fucking fixing the school system. Yeah. Cause you're probably still paying taxes to it.

Yeah. Yeah. So I, you know, I think the, I think it depends, you know, not all these schools are fucking crazy. Like, bro, there's a lot of teachers out there i get dude i get most of the dms i get are from teachers saying thank you for calling out these crazy fuckers because what's happening and what i've learned is that these people in these schools there's there's it's a minority of the teachers okay and they gang up and they get real loud and

they're really abusive towards everybody else and they try to leverage their voice on social media against you. And this has been going on since 2010 when people figured out they could start doing this shit. And what happens is those three or four or five people out of, let's say, 500 create a little gang inside there. And then they fucking cause a scene or they call the paper or they fucking dox people they do this listen it's time for us in society to say fuck you to all those kinds of people all right so if you're at a school right now and you've got four or five people that are loud and obnoxious you the rest of you should stand up and weed them the fuck out yeah yeah demand them to go that's it yeah and it'll happen use their own tools against them we talked about this last week

use your own tools against them until we accomplish what we got to accomplish bro we cannot allow mentally ill fucking people to be teaching our fucking kids and it's easy to confront them bro like remember the the fucking gabriel guy dude you know i'm saying in california they're all fucking barking nobody you're making me uncomfortable yeah of course i am i'm gonna make you real uncomfortable if you don't stop fucking with the kids it's gonna be real uncomfortable so you know i for this person i think there's multiple options depends on how bad the situation is um but the school's got to be fixed either way so you can't abandon that mission even if you just pull your

kids to fucking go educate them for a couple years on your own right that's real man yeah so i you know my personal opinion um is that you know the reason it's not an opinion, it's a fucking fact. The reason we're here is because they shamed you into silence. They shamed you into being politically correct over the last decade or so. You know, this is true.
