But first, we got something. Guys, we got breaking news. We got breaking news. Breaking news headline reads, Senate passes most significant gun control legislation in decades. So this just came

down the pipe, man. And I figured it would be best if we discuss this a little bit. So the Senate late Thursday of this week voted 65 to shootings last month at a grocery store in Buffalo, New York, and at an elementary school in Uvalde, Texas, that left a combined of 31 people, including 19 children, dead. And that's still less than how many people died in Chicago on a weekend? Yeah, 100%. Okay, just saying. Yeah, that's a good good call out there no it's also much less than you know the obesity rates kill but we're not you know every life lost to violence is fucking bullshit shouldn't even fucking happen true but the point that we're highlighting these 31 over the hundreds that are killed in every major city uh with guns mostly that are illegal illegal

that go around it they circumvent any law exactly that is passed elite illegal guns like we have to understand the definition of a criminal and we have to understand the definition of illegal yeah criminals are people who do not follow the law so you can pass as many laws as you want and it will never change criminal behavior isn't drug aren't drugs illegal is it murder illegal murder is illegal drugs illegal what else is we got laws for a lot of the shit i'm just saying so that's what it is. So the bill was sent back to the house. It was approved as of today. And let's be real, dude. Every single human that has common sense understands that this has nothing to do with those 31 people. Right. Has nothing to do with those 31 people. It has nothing to do with them. This is the politicization of a fucking tragedy

that really honestly we have a lot of questions about that is now geared towards removing our ability as we the people to protect ourselves. This has nothing to do with fucking hunting. Nope.

Has nothing to do with deer and Kevlar vests. The people, when he says that, when Joe Biden gets up and says that, he thinks that you are a fucking idiot. It should be insulting to you that that's what he says. Because the second amendment is not about hunting. It never has been. It never was and the the founding fathers yeah they didn't know about ar-15s and had they known they would have said we should have had those two motherfucking suit okay it wasn't like oh well they don't like every argument

to create this militia and it needs to be armed with the same technology and the same weapons and the same this and it's run by this person exactly these people or this group and because the whole point of the second amendment was to counterbalance fucking physical force yeah and right now hold on right now we are not in count we are not in balance no these dudes got fucking apache helicopters they got tanks they got planes they got missiles they got this and we got to fucking like jump through every fucking hoop there is to get a semi-automatic fucking weapon that pings out one bullet every trigger pull like the dude people don't understand the entire purpose of this and you know until they do and then until they're real about what the purpose of 2a actually is we can't even have a real discussion about yeah that's

that's why they skate over it man so what are these laws they pass though yeah so so the legislation what it does a couple of things it enhances the background checks for prospective gun buyers under the age of 21 um it also closes the boyfriend loophole. The boyfriend loophole, if you guys are not familiar, basically it was a law that was put in place that prevented anybody that was convicted of domestic violence. So a husband has to be a spouse, right? Husband, wife, whatever. If you're convicted of a domestic violence, you can no longer carry a gun.

You can no longer purchase a firearm or any of that. What they added in to this infrastructure is now if you're simply dating someone, you don't have to be in an actual marriage. If you're dating someone and get into a domestic

violence situation, you no longer have the right to carry a gun or a firearm. Yeah, pretty crazy shit. It clarifies the definition of a FFL. It creates criminal penalties for straw purchases, right? And this is even basic as just gifting guns.

It's now illegal. It also provides $750 million in grants to incentivize states to implement crisis intervention programs and provide roughly billions of dollars in federal funding to bolster mental health services for children and families and to harden schools. And we all know what they're going to be using the money for. Yeah, so not all of and I love how this article to they don't address him as president. They just address him as Mr. Biden. But the Senate's measures does not go as far as what Mr. Biden has called for, and it's significantly more narrow than the package of bills that passed the House last month or this month. The legislation that they were trying to pass would have raised the

minimum age to purchase a semi-automatic rifle from 18 to 21 and ban large capacity magazines. It also incentivizes the safe storage of firearms and establishes requirements regulating the storage of guns on residential premises. So the NRA is obviously against it. It's been a lot of stuff, man. But I think people, at the end of the day, they need to realize if people really knew and understood

the importance and the obligation that they have to be, you know, 2A loving Americans, we wouldn't have these issues. If people really understood. So what's got to happen here for it to become law? So House passed. It went back to the House. They passed it. Now it's going to Biden's desk to sign. Okay.

So it's coming for sure. It's coming for sure it's coming yeah i i don't know that uh look dude i think anything that's passed right now needs to be taken with a grain of salt because here's the truth everybody that needs guns has them after the last two years okay that's the first thing the second thing is they have the ammo too third thing is um you know this isn't going to prevent anything this isn't going to prevent any school shooting this isn't going to prevent anything this isn't going to prevent any school shooting this isn't going to solve any fucking problem this isn't going to do shit nothing this is not one less person will get killed because of these things right

all right fact probably will be more probably um and here's the reality when the when the government is back in control of actual patriotic americans all of these things will be pulled off that's right this this has happened before when they passed the assault weapons ban uh and then it was repealed when when patriotic americans got back in power this is the way it goes it's ebbs and flows i'm not freaking out about it but i will say that most americans even conservative americans have no fucking clue what the Second Amendment is really about. They think it's about owning a fucking 9mm or a fucking AR-15 or something. And the truth is, if we really honored the Second Amendment,

civilians would be able to hold the same sort of power against the government that the government holds against them. Whatever that looks like. Yeah. That, but you know, there are no safeguards against the, the,

the amount of technology and weaponry that our own government may or may not be willing to use against us. Right. You know? So the real second amendment was meant to balance, balance the power. And people, I love when people say, Oh, well they didn't know about AR-15s because they all have muskets.

Yeah. Had they known about tanks and airplanes and shit, they would have said, you guys get those too. So, you know, there's a lot of people in America that get their emotions confused with the reality of why things exist the way they do. And, you know, it sucks that there's bad people in the world. That's why we have to have accountability. That's why we can't have three letter agencies instigating people to do things. That's why we can't have corruption in

the court system. That's why criminals must be held accountable and put away and removed from fucking society. This is all shit that they've unwound in the last two years that normal people are paying the price for now. So anyway, yeah, man, that's how I feel about it. I mean,

President Biden on Thursday inadvertently held up a comical detailed cheat sheet prepared by his staff instructing the gaffe prone leader of the free world to, quote, take your seat and to limit his remarks to two minutes.

Photographers snapped an image of the document when Biden held it up backward at a meeting with wind industry executives, which he attended after skipping his administration's morning meeting with oil companies about combatant record gas prices. The prepared instructions for Biden titled Offshore Wind Drop By Sequence of Events tell Biden to, quote, enter the Roosevelt Room and say hello to participants. Then the paper says, quote, you in capital letters, take your seat. The typed up note says that after reporters leave, quote, you give brief comments. Two minutes. When reporters depart, quote, you ask Liz Shuler, president, AFL-CIO, a question. And then you thank participants and you depart. Biden's use of staff notes at events has been embarrassing before, such as last July when an aide scrawled, quote, Sir, there is something on your chin.

Biden also held that note. So it faced reporters and photographers. Biden reportedly has bristled at staff attempting to control his message to the point that they even contradict his unexpected public utterances without checking him, checking with him. Sorry. Biden reportedly reminded staff that he's the president after they said he didn't mean what he said in March when he called for Russian President Vladimir Putin to be removed from power over Russia's invasion of Ukraine. That's a different thing.

A whole different thing. Hold on. That's a totally different thing. I'll get to that in a second. Yeah. But if I close it up, Republicans often accuse a 79-year-old president of being in mental decline. Former President Donald Trump claimed ahead of the 2020 election that Biden was cognitively

Look, man, it's, it should scare the shit out of every American that, that a man, first of all, dude, I think they're confusing him to be honest. When in reality, they're the ones that told him to go up there and say that. Well, then he came back and said, no, that is what I'm. Yes. But the point is there it's a, and you have to learn how to see the show. They are selling. They're trying to produce a result. What's the result they're trying to produce? There are no accidents.

of the cases. Regardless of that personal feeling, I don't think that there should be a government that's telling people what the fuck they should or shouldn't be doing with their own bodies. I don't feel, and people say, well, that's not their own body. Well, the fucking is their own body. Okay. Let's fucking not have this discussion oh well it's some this and that listen dude you're not taking care of the kid you're not raising the kid you're not contributing to the problem of fucking uh you know parents that don't want their fucking kids so i don't really give a fuck what you think that's the truth that's real okay so if these people feel so strongly about pro-life, they should be doing everything they

can. If this is their issue, they're going to die on, which for me, this is an under the line issue. All right. If you look at the fundamental ruling on this, all it did was gave the power back to the fucking people. It gave the voice back to the states. That's a fact. It's extremely important because the thing is if people understood that not a whole lot's really going to change with this ruling and what for example you look at the state like utah right the whole point of this is that people right american citizens right you live in communities and cities and states with like-minded people people who you share your values with right every state's going to be a little different but like utah for example they

have some really really weird alcohol laws right where like you can't buy alcohol on sunday it's done on fucking at 10 o'clock on saturday right like they have weird laws but guess what that's what the people of utah fucking wanted the the collective mass unit of utah right and so it's like every state's different so i think this is good and bad though. So let's just say like, cause like right now, like I've seen a couple of posts today from like people that live in Texas and they're like, now all you liberal fucks can move back California where you kill babies. Listen guys, that's not helpful. No,

All right. Hey, I learned from the best. So news of the silent changes to Oz's campaign branding was first reported by Axios. The changes covered campaign advertisement on Oz's social media accounts. The former president's decision to throw his support behind the television personality proved to be controversial among Republicans and DJ, causing division among some of the Trump's strongest allies. Oz took full advantage of Trump's backing, highlighting it in multiple campaign advertisements and on his social media accounts. Even before Trump's endorsement, Oz had put out ads trying to portray himself as a political outsider to the likes of Trump and former President Ronald Reagan. After Trump declared his support, Oz's references to Trump intensified in the weeks leading to the primary election on May 17th.

Quote, Trump was a near ubiquitous fixture in Oz's spots, the Axios report said. Multiple six-second issue advertisements that followed Trump's endorsement made sure to display in large text at the beginning that Oz was, quote, endorsed by Trump. As of April 15th, Oz's Twitter page had a header image featuring an image of him standing next to Trump and the words, quote, endorsed by Trump in the banner center and an archive snapshot showed. But as of this Wednesday, the banner was replaced with one only having an image of I standing next to the words, quote, Thank you, Pennsylvania. Quote, The endorsement is the first endorsement listed on our website, and we changed the banner to thank Pennsylvanians after the recount was completed britney yannick a spokeswoman for so quote oz's transition for the general election highlights the tightrope many trump endorsed

When Richard Kessler of Shelbyville, Indiana, took his friend John Hoop fishing on the Ohio River last week, the goal was for Hoop to land his first blue catfish.
