Starting point is 00:00:00 I told my teacher, dumb bitch, I'm gonna get millions. In the project, living. Spoke it till existence. Mode changed to 50. Got more cars than diddy. I only weigh 180, but my watch cost 250. Let me ask you this. Why the motherfucker even want to be president?
Starting point is 00:00:18 Why? Well, no. If you break it down, why does he want to be president? I'm gonna tell you why. Because the motherfucker's a lifetime politician. That's all he fucking knows. And he's done nothing but pander and pander and pander and pander and do fucking nothing for America his whole fucking life.
Starting point is 00:00:36 Okay? And on the flip side, you have a billionaire, a multi-fucking billionaire. Okay? Who can do... You guys don't understand because you probably don't even know any billionaires. Who can do you guys don't understand. Cause you probably don't even know any billionaires. Let me tell you something. When you're a billionaire, you can do whatever the fuck you want. Whenever you want, anytime you could go anywhere, you could buy anything. If you get bad service at a restaurant, you could buy the motherfucker and not even drop a
Starting point is 00:01:01 fucking drop of sweat. You can can do anything so let me ask you something why the fuck would you give that up to be president of the united states for 400 grand a year why would you he doesn't donate that he doesn't even get that yeah so why would you do that so let's just at the core let's just ask ourselves why why would you ruin your own lifestyle to to fuck it and i i think the answer is because the man cares about america so you have on one hand a man that cares about his own career and legacy and you have another man over here that he probably cares about his legacy a lot too in fairness all right i'm trying to fair. But the motherfucker doesn't have to be there. And in fact, his life would be great.
Starting point is 00:01:49 You don't think that he'd rather hang out with his grandkids than deal with this bullshit? I mean, come on, dude. The guy's serving. This is what politics are, okay? So can we not recognize that? Like nobody's even said that. How many people you hear say that shit?
Starting point is 00:02:04 I think regardless of what anybody thinks about Trump, I think that the narrative that the far left has come up with where, you know, Donald just decided one day, I think I'm going to be president because I'm egotistical and that's what I want to do is so contrary to the facts. Like even if you hop on YouTube, you can find interviews in the late eighties with Oprah 30,
Starting point is 00:02:23 40 years where he literally, he's saying the same thing. And Oprah even says to him, well, this sounds like a Donald Trump run for the presidency. And his answer at the time was, no, I'm not ready. I don't know that I even want to go that direction. But this is not something that he just suddenly decided he was going to do. Well, I think, listen, there's an obligation. When you see those things, and you've got to think, he's a New Yorker, right?
Starting point is 00:02:51 He knows all these people. I mean, you've got to think you don't get to a billion dollars the way he did without being tied into the network. Yes. And he has been successful. He has made his money. He has done his time. And he gets to see behind the curtain for a lot of years, and you know what he has been successful. He has made his money. He has done his time and he, he gets to see behind the curtain for a lot of years.
Starting point is 00:03:08 And you know what he saw? Bullshit. It's fucked up. And you know what he decided to do? Because this is where late real legacy plays a role. Fix it. He said, I mean,
Starting point is 00:03:15 you know what? I'm gonna go fix it because I'm learning shit. Oh, and I'm learning that life is more about fucking doing what's right than just simply making a dollar or making more dollars. And he's, you know, that guy's already done everything. That's hard to understand we don't have any money. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:03:30 So, I mean, you put it in a different term. I mean, you think about the definition of responsibility. Like, what's responsibility mean? There's a moral obligation there, man. I mean, it's two parts, right? It's your response to a situation and your ability to actually do the shit. I think he had both, and he just decided to do it this is literally this is weird and when andrew started off the the podcast this way because i was sitting there thinking you know this morning you know i try to
Starting point is 00:03:51 reflect i walk by myself every morning and i always think like you know how do i want how do i try to become a better man how do i try to become a better father and like what lessons do i treat teach my kids like i think about this stuff all the time well that's a parent no no well not a lot of parents do it, though. I know, but that's also why you guys are awesome parents, and a lot of parents suck. Well, but I sit here and I think, okay, what's- I was trying to give you a compliment.
Starting point is 00:04:13 I thought you said, that's a parent. I thought you meant like, that's a parent. No, that's valid. Because your fucking kids are amazing. Well, thank you. The lessons, though, that the one thing that I think, what can I leave my kids is, and I always call it a Monday morning quarterback. Don't be one of those bitchers that is critical of everything and every move
Starting point is 00:04:35 who's sitting from the sidelines and doesn't fucking play. Be a motherfucking player. Dude, get in, solve the motherfucking problem. Dude, it's way better to be in the mix than it is to be throwing stones from the fucking sidelines. Which is most people. No, no, right. And look at the fucking media. Yeah. But you look at like, okay, if you can teach your kids one lesson, if I can teach the listeners one lesson, be a fucking player.
Starting point is 00:04:58 Like get it and recognize it. Everybody, recognize the players versus the fucking, the people who are throwing fucking stones from the stands. And when you start doing that and you start living your life, like in that mix, you recognize somebody like Trump and say, you know what? Dude's a fucking player guys. That guy's in. Well, and a guy,
Starting point is 00:05:15 and you also recognize a guy like Biden, like that ain't no motherfucking player. No, he's a fucking bullshit liar piece of fucking shit. That's right. And you vote for him, dude, just because you don't like Trump, dude, there's a fucking bullshit liar piece of fucking shit. That's right. If you vote for him, dude, just because you don't like Trump, dude, you got seriously a mental problem.
Starting point is 00:05:30 I'm sorry. That's it. So let's talk about the whole issue of voting for him. Wait, I want to explain something real quick. Yeah. Okay? I want to explain where I'm coming from. Just so you know.
Starting point is 00:05:44 Because there's a lot of people right now, and they're like, well, why is Andy getting so mad about this black thing? Well, I'm going to tell you why. Because my fucking good friends, a lot of them are black guys. That's who the fuck I'm around and who I connect with. And they are all terrified to speak the fuck up. They say the same shit that I'm saying when it's just me and them or we're in a group or they're amongst themselves they're all saying the same thing but they don't want to say in public because they're afraid they'll be shown to be some sort of racial traitor and dude that shit has to stop you guys
Starting point is 00:06:18 who are out there who are afraid to speak up because you're afraid you're going to be shunned by your own people this is a time to wake up and become a fucking leader. Period. Well, and dude, I mean, dude, it pisses me the fuck off. How the fuck can it be? Like, you can't. You know what I'm saying? We've got this is for fuck.
Starting point is 00:06:38 Dude is for white people, too. It's the same. It's for everybody. It's for Americans. But it just makes me mad. Yeah. But I see that. Well, I can't remember if I said this last episode or two.
Starting point is 00:06:47 Fuck, I don't know. They all bleed together. Speak the truth even if your voice shakes. Even if it scares the fuck out of you. Yeah. Because the point of life is to live free. And that's the best part about being American is the life, liberty, and freedoms. You're free to have a motherfucking opinion.
Starting point is 00:07:02 That's right. I don't care if you're black, white, pink, or purple. That's right. It doesn't mean I have to agree with them, but you're certainly free to have them. That's right. And you're certainly, you're obligated in some sense to speak them. You know, you don't have to be an asshole about it. And if you're afraid because you're going to get, you're going to get shunned, that's probably the truth that needs to be said, you know, and you're not the only one who thinks that that's what that's what you start to realize about life and you know life is scary but i'll tell you what it's a hell of a lot
Starting point is 00:07:30 better when you're living it free you know when you i don't give a like i say i don't give a fuck what people i give a fuck what people who care about me think the right people the people i care about the people i care about i give a great deal of fucks about but outside of that man like i don't care about the people in the stands because i'm in the motherfucking game yeah and whoever's in the game with me playing i care about those people yeah fuck everybody else yeah i agree so to answer your question bon i'm not sure if it's the land of opportunity right now yeah that was a long-winded answer it was so i did want to just address biden's chest thumping when it comes to the popular vote and how he says he's up in the polls and everything. I think.
Starting point is 00:08:08 Yeah, well, so is Hillary. Well, right. And I think I think something that is is is really lost in the average American, because, you know, inevitably you've had we've had a couple of. A couple of elections in the last 10 years where the loser actually won the popular vote and people cried foul about that and i don't think they completely understand how the american system is set up it's not mob rule it's that you have to convince a plurality of the population in each state to vote for you and if you can't you're not going to be the president of the united states and the reason that they did that is that they didn't want high population places like California or New York holding the rest of the country hostage. If you are from Illinois and you have any modicum of sense in your head, you know that
Starting point is 00:08:56 pretty much Chicago holds the rest of the state hostage. Yeah. It absolutely holds the rest of the state hostage. All my friends out there who are over in illinois and they they're they're down here in southern illinois that that don't agree with the the liberal agenda you know how fucking pissed off they are dude oh they're incredibly pissed off those people they know they're powerless absolutely dude it's two two years ago there was a there was a uh a poll that came out that said over half of the people in the state of illinois if given the
Starting point is 00:09:24 opportunity if economically it was feasible for them, would leave the state. That's what happens when one high populous area controls the rest of the state. And what people don't realize when they're like, oh, look, Biden's killing Trump nationally. Okay. What you don't realize is that in the battleground states, at least as recently as the last couple couple weeks, Trump was winning. And so it doesn't matter if nationally you've got enough, you know, mindless people to vote for you. If locally you're not winning where it matters. Right. If you cannot get it, a plurality of people in every state in the union, you're not you're not going to be. And I think I got to say, you know, I'm I've always been a registered Republican.
Starting point is 00:10:03 I'm really consider myself more of a conservative than a Republican. But that being said, I know that the Republican Party has issues. I know that conservatism has inconsistencies and issues. But I will tell you that I think today's Democratic Party, which is wildly pulled to the left, I think their their basic strategy, which we've been discussing at different points over the course of this whole podcast show, not just this episode, but the whole podcast show, is that their basic strategy is let's dumb down the populace enough. Let's get as many people voting without any sort of accountability so that we can get all this mob behind us to get our failed agendas in play. And that's what I think it means to be a Democrat. For the benefit of whom?
Starting point is 00:10:50 Right. For the benefit of the people who consistently benefit from the quote unquote average man, the hardworking man that supposedly they care about. No, they don't care about him. They care about continually keeping him in the same state. And dude, you know why that's so frustrating for me? Because I talk to black people all the time, for real. care about continually keeping him in the same state. And dude, you know why that's so frustrating for me? Because I, I, I talk to black people all the time for real. And like, I know every white dude says like, Oh, I got black friends.
Starting point is 00:11:13 Yeah, no, I actually do. I have a color TV. Yeah, right. Like, I know that's the fucking, I know that's the fucking traditional statement, but I gotta be, you know, I talk to people all the time, all kinds of people. I know I'm fucking totally to the max level. I'm so racist. If you don't talk to Andy, are you really All kinds of people. I know. Totally. To the max level. I'm so racist. If you don't talk to Andy, are you really black? That's right. If you don't talk to me, you ain't even black,
Starting point is 00:11:32 motherfucker. If you don't listen to this show. True confessions. I once thought I was really clever for naming a Bible study soul train. Crickets. Crickets show. That's a spot for them. It's's probably also the pornhub channel he watches oh my goodness that one ain't too bad
Starting point is 00:11:52 it's one of my favorites so dude look here's the deal you know i just get frustrated dude because so many people want to say some shit, but they're afraid. You know what I'm saying? Oh, yeah. This is fucking America, dude. That's one of the greatest things we have. Yes. The greatest fucking thing we have.
Starting point is 00:12:12 Not only that, Sal, it's everything. And what people don't understand is that you might have a little bitty voice right now, but your voice fucking matters in your community so that your entire community can be taken advantage of. There at least needs to be sparks of questions. Like, is this really the best for us? Is this really what they're going to do? Is this really the best thing for the country? Like, fuck, dude. Just ask the questions.
Starting point is 00:12:39 Have discussions. I'm not telling anybody how to think. My perspective is clearly going to be different than fucking anybody else's perspective. Sal, your perspective is going to be different. DJ, yours is going to be different, but we all have commonalities and the questions should be asked and the topics should be discussed and not just like what Biden was saying on TV. Like he's just taking it for granted. Like you people vote for me, and that's it. That's what I heard.
Starting point is 00:13:09 Because you have been for 40 years. Dude, I don't like that shit. You're supposed to. I don't like that shit. I think you have to remove it. Dude, look at it objectively, right? And this is how – and I utilize – financial responsibility is always a good indicator of how things are going,
Starting point is 00:13:29 whether it's somebody's personal life, somebody's business, somebody's state. When you start looking at these things, you don't have to make lots of money to be good financially. You have to be structurally. You have to be very, very structured and disciplined to consistently make what you have work. And I've followed that rule literally when I was, as a professional athlete, I've followed that rule. Literally when I was, you know, as a professional athlete,
Starting point is 00:13:46 I made $600 a week and I had to bartend and I had to fucking pour concrete. So before you fucking start saying, well, it's different. No motherfucker. Yeah. I was broke as a motherfucker. Pro athlete.
Starting point is 00:13:59 Don't actually mean what you think it means. Just like entrepreneur. Don't mean what you think it means. The an entrepreneur don't mean what you think it means the minor league baseball association is suing the big league base major league baseball association right now is class action suit because they figured out that the i think the average wage of a minor league baseball player is two dollars and 67 cents an hour so i fucking did it yeah so fuck off one two when you look at somebody and how they can well stay disciplined to the action, the financial picture
Starting point is 00:14:28 at the end of the day shows what happens. And when you look at the states Wait, wait, wait. Let's look at one state. No, no. Let's look at one right over there. Let's look at three states. New York, Illinois, and California. They're all fucking broke. Not only are they broke,
Starting point is 00:14:44 they're like way broke. They're not even close to breaking even. They're all fucking broke. Not only are they broke, they're like way broke. They're not even close to breaking even. They're trying to file for bankruptcy. Yes. And look who happens to have the loudest screaming voices. Oh, and look who also is perpetuating a longer lockdown. For what reason? Oh, maybe to get some fucking money.
Starting point is 00:14:59 The federal money, the taxpayer dollars that come out of the state of Missouri and the state of Arkansas. So they can fuck you over again. And Tennessee. So they can take their inability to manage their home, their shit, and spend your fucking money. Well, when you have thousands of state-employed individuals making fucking $400,000 or $500,000, $300,000 a year in fucking elected positions and shit and appointed dude what the fuck it's even better than that like the state of illinois state of illinois okay now now my i might be a
Starting point is 00:15:31 little bit out of whack but why why do these people like this is what the this what we're talking about here is we're talking about that we're we're really peeling the onion back okay do you know do you know why do those people not vote for someone to fix the problem? Because they're part of the problem. That's right. Because they're getting paid hundreds of thousands of dollars from the system they created. And if they fucking don't vote for the same system they created, guess what? They stop getting fucking paid.
Starting point is 00:16:01 Am I the next contestant on The Price is Right? You are. Come on down. So when you look at some of these teacher unions in some of these states that we just mentioned, in the last three or four years of their employment, what happens is their friends, because they're all in it together, they promote them to assistant principal, principal, athletic director, and they inflate their salary to $200,000, $300,000 a year because their retirement benefit is paid against an average of their last three or four or five years of salary. I don't know the exact numbers, but it's somewhere in that time
Starting point is 00:16:35 frame. So here's a teacher who is making $50,000, $60,000, $70,000, $80,000, $90,000 throughout their career, $120,000. Now they get juiced to 250. Well, they get paid out at that rate for their entire retirement. Well, they only paid in 60, 70, 80, 90 at that rate over the majority for the majority of their timeframe. And they wonder why it's fucking broke. They wonder why there's no money left. They wonder why the state can't fucking afford to do it.
Starting point is 00:17:04 Oh, well well let's throw because it's crooked it's fucking it's crooked it's bullshit let's throw on top of that um we don't make the biggest fucking retailer on the fucking world pay taxes for taking sales from brick and mortar state businesses that would pay state tax okay so they don't collect this shit and now you've got at least 50 of the retail brick and mortar business that was in the state 15 years ago now gone onto the internet with no state tax collected oh and they're surprised they're fucking broke by the way i'm not a mathematician i can't even fucking long divide like if you drew a long division bracket on the motherfucking board you know that thing that looks like an l you know that thing yeah and put the numbers in there i couldn't dude if it wasn't four
Starting point is 00:18:01 and two i wouldn't know the fucking answer if it wasn't nine and two, I wouldn't know the fucking answer. If it wasn't nine and three, you get it. But so how can a fucking, I see this, but it's not even talked about. It's not even fucking talked about. And yet everybody continually, when they go to buy,
Starting point is 00:18:17 they go right here, click one ship, one, this, that, and then, and then they bitch because their state's fucking broke. Well,
Starting point is 00:18:24 and then there's some their state's fucking broke. There's a personal responsibility here. There's a personal responsibility. Like, dude, we can blame the big companies all we want, but at the end of the day, you buy from them. So whose fucking fault is it? And, dude, I mean, you start peeling them back that on you, and it goes even step by step further than that,
Starting point is 00:18:49 even if they collect the state tax. What about the retailer that pays rent in that city? Oh, and employs people and employs people in that city. You know, your friends and your family and your neighborhood, like it's really important to really take a step back and say, OK, like what's important? Well, if you like your community and you like your lifestyle, you better start playing for that team and playing for that team is a, is a, is a personal responsibility to make sure that you identify these problems and don't be part of the problem, but be part of the solution. Again, it goes back to my, you'd rather be a fucking player than a fucking bystander. A player is out walking the walk, talking the talk, meaning you're shopping local, you're spending your money local. You figure out, even though it's inconvenient to your lifestyle, you're still fucking playing a role. That means that, yeah, you got to go to your local fucking hardware store.
Starting point is 00:19:30 And yeah, you might have to inconveniently go fucking, you know, instead of buying something on Amazon as a one click, you got to go down the fucking street and buy it. I don't give a fuck if you're buying it at Walmart, but at least you're buying it local. And by the way this is how the economy works and let's talk about something else that's gonna fuck everybody how about this how about the zero regulation on fucking technology taking jobs how when was the
Starting point is 00:19:58 last time you went to fucking the grocery store and actually saw a fucking regular human? When was the last time you saw a full bank teller bank filled up? When was the last time you went into Home Depot and saw all the people at all the registers? Where the fuck do you think those jobs are going? They're not going somewhere else. They're going away. And now we're talking about automating production lines and we're talking about this and that and this and this and this with no discussion about where the humans fit. Why is that not discussed? Oh, by the way, it's not discussed because the motherfuckers that can afford to build these fucking robots don't give a fuck about you. And they're the same ones pushing this shit out for you to watch on TV.
Starting point is 00:20:44 Weird, huh? And then people say to you, oh, well, Andy, you're supposed to take the technology and then take your employees inside and teach them how these skilled jobs. Well, I don't know if you ever ran a company, motherfuckers, but if you did, you would realize that people have different skill sets and some people are going to pack boxes and some people are going to cook French fries and some people are going to do shit and they're not going to split the atom. They're not going to be on a, on a, on a terminal or having conversations with your, there's a lot of people out there. If you guys don't know, and I'm not saying this to be rude,
Starting point is 00:21:22 it's just a fact that are not capable of doing those kinds of jobs. So there's a building fucking 600 yards from my fucking facility that employs all special needs people to pack their orders. You know what? I love them because they're providing real fucking economic benefit. Now I'm not saying your special needs if you work in a warehouse, but I'm saying that it's, that's, that for some people is a career for a lot of fucking people, a whole lot, a whole lot. Okay. And we're talking, and that's not just that we're talking about in every dude, think of all the places you used to go where there used to be a person. And now there's some sort of keypad or a fucking terminal or this or that we haven't even fucking began to see the effect of technology on our economics and our our job rates and people's
Starting point is 00:22:13 i mean dude this fucking shit is set up to deconstruct if we keep going the same way we're going and there's nothing that we can fucking do about it and it needs to be brought up and talked about and i'm some dumb motherfucker from missouri who happens to see all this shit right and nobody's talking about it out there that's so weird well i i think people are talking about it it's just i don't think being able to see past that first layer of the onion makes sense in to a lot of people. But that's why bringing manufacturing back to the U.S. is very important. And that's why making sure that, you know, like, dude, if we're going to support brick and mortar, guess what?
Starting point is 00:22:57 That means we're going to support a bricklayer. You know what I mean? That's right. There's a trail that happens in keeping and making sure that you shop small, stay small, stay local, and making sure that you can turn stay small stay local and making sure that you can turn your local economy back on and off which is you know our restaurant of the day it's it's extremely important to making sure that the economy specifically your economy which is where you live that you keep your dollars there i had an interesting story can i ask you something real quick on that line so sal you run pretty much first forms day to day. You know, like you
Starting point is 00:23:26 guys have to realize like this dude is a busy motherfucker. All right. Him and I get hit up all the time. And I'm sure you get hit up more than I get hit up at this point in time about technology for fulfillment orders. Okay. When I explain what I just explained to these people who come at us with these technology solutions for everything, they look at me like I'm a fucking alien. Like they can't even understand what I'm saying. I have a friend that's not disturbing. I have a friend that sells robots and he wants to, he wants to like have this debate in a sense. And I said, it's not a debate. It's not a debate. It's not a debate. No first form, we'll never do that. Well, it's not even that. I don't care when we are a fucking $50 billion company
Starting point is 00:24:08 and we're with the Nikes of the world, I'm going to promise you, there's going to be people back there packing the fucking orders. Well, it's not even that. One, there's two things. One, it's our competitive advantage. Most people can't. This is what they can't understand.
Starting point is 00:24:22 Culture is key. And you know what you have to have in order to have culture people people and you know what i like seeing people you know what i like being around my guys and girls and i like seeing them and you know what covid taught me that we can run a lot less with a lot less fucking people and still fucking not kick fucking ass well you know what no still kick ass we're kicking more ass than ever that's what i'm saying yeah but my point being is it'd be a real easy decision to say let's trim them hey dude you know what Still kick ass. We're kicking more ass than ever. That's what I'm saying. It'd be a real easy decision to say, let's trim them. Hey, dude, you know what?
Starting point is 00:24:49 If we're truly greedy, that's not even considered greedy. That's called good business practice. We would trim the bottom line. But it's not good business. We got 78 guys or 88 guys in back. They only on average are working 26 hours a week right now.
Starting point is 00:25:06 We're paying them 40. That means that I can operate at fucking almost 20, 30% less. Repeat that again just so everybody heard it. We have approximately 90 people that work in our warehouse. And during this whole situation, did they take a pay cut? Not one fucking dollar. Did any of the motherfuckers that work in any of our other companies take a pay cut? Not fucking dollar did did any of the motherfuckers that work in any of our other companies take a pay cut not one dollar i think that's amazing well no bro it's
Starting point is 00:25:30 not amazing the only reason it's amazing is because people don't fucking do it all the time it's the right thing to do well and that's conversation we had yeah and we literally peeled it back so hey listen that's what we got we don't we didn't know what the fuck was coming you know i'm saying like we don't fucking know no we said hey if we're gonna fucking sink we're gonna sink together as one unit yeah one unit till we go dry this is how it's gonna go but everybody's rowing the boat well and everybody is rowing and that's how you create culture and loyalty and that's what a robot will never motherfucking have right and so understanding that you know people i say this all the time people make make the party. People also make the business. Man,
Starting point is 00:26:05 I never heard you say that. Yeah. People make the party. Yeah. Well, that's my point. It's people, not things,
Starting point is 00:26:09 right? People make the party. People make a work. People are what make this motherfucker. I thought it was the weed that made the party. Yeah. I'm just saying. The party makes the party.
Starting point is 00:26:17 I thought it was. Joe, that could be in your raps. I thought it was the weed, the beer, and the boobies that made the party. Well, boobies come on people.
Starting point is 00:26:24 Oh, that's a good point. I make a lot of good points. but dude so anyway you see those fucking sex dolls the real ones i mean i you see those things i know exactly what you're talking about they fucking look real they're pretty they're pretty uh dude you know what i ain't gonna lie how many you got i looked at him and i'm like holy fuck he didn't look at him i know this motherfucker come on guarantee you go to one of those houses you dig in one of them closets you're gonna find a latex doll no you won't but i could probably i i hate no nobody has one that motherfucker looks like
Starting point is 00:26:56 like dude they're like five grand it looks like a fucking real person so that's some weird shit man i got a great story any of you motherfuckers that really fuck one of them dolls, like, that's kind of weird. It's just kind of weird. I wonder if they name them. Like, my whole life. That's a dude that's actually in a relationship with one. What do you call yours? Yeah, what's her name?
Starting point is 00:27:16 Listen, God damn it. I got a great story on local economy. Well, I'm talking about fucking these wife sex doll things. This one is perspective. And I'll never forget this guy's fucking name. Okay. He'll probably never listen to this podcast. In fact, well, whatever.
Starting point is 00:27:30 He's pouring a concrete over an auditorium in our new facility. And, you know, big guy. His name's Cletus. And I remember, you know, he's kind of sitting there, you know, and I'm the owner operator walking in, you know. And what were you laughing at? Nothing, dude. Big guy named Cletus? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:27:49 Tell me the story. There's just certain names that, like, you just can't have if you're not a fucking. Yeah, I guarantee. Listen, this motherfucker's whooped some ass before. He's a big dude, too, man. He's country boy, right? Yeah, yeah, yeah. This is big country.
Starting point is 00:28:01 Big country. He's bigger than J.D.? Bigger than J.D. J.D. listened to the show, by the way, and he said, like, he's like, I'm hooked. I fucking love it. This is big country. Big country. He's bigger than JD. Bigger than JD. JD listened to the show, by the way. And he said, like, he's like,
Starting point is 00:28:07 I'm hooked. I fucking love it. You guys are like me. JD is a fucking big dude, man. Oh yeah. I fuck with you, man.
Starting point is 00:28:12 This guy's bigger than JD. I'm just saying, there ain't too many dudes walking around like they're, they're naturally like just a big dude like that. Like if we ever have to beat someone's ass,
Starting point is 00:28:21 call JD cause I want him to come. Cause I want to see what he's going to do. He's a team player. No, but he, uh, so this guy, you know, he's sitting there and he's kind of kind of took a shot at me well you know my i gotta buy all that expensive protein for my son i guess this is where it goes and i said yeah you see where it's going it's going right back in your pocket
Starting point is 00:28:37 you see that concrete and it was an ultimate freeze like you see how an economy works you take your dollars you give them to me and i'll give them right You take your dollars, you give them to me, and I'll give them right back to you. And if you give them back to me, I'll give them back to you again. I'm giving them back to you more probably. You see how this local economy works? And I remember just the freeze like oh. Fuck. Yeah. Did you say it that quick? Fuck yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:58 Yeah, fuck yeah dude. But it was good, you know what I mean? It made him think like, oh shit. Alright, we're in this together. You know what I'm saying? We're in the same fucking boat. If you if you play your role i'll play mine didn't i tell you about that guy that came to me that one time the the there's a firefighter that came up to me and when i was sitting in my k5 yeah yeah so i had a dude come up to me and give me that same fucking line of talk you know he comes out and he's like well how many cars do you have and i i i don't know like i don't know.
Starting point is 00:29:27 I don't know because I'm always buying and trading and trading up just like baseball cards. You know what I'm saying? Like here's fucking three of this for one of those. And that's how the car thing works when you start collecting cars. So I said that and he's like, well, I guess I see where all my money goes. I said, yeah, did you see that fucking big donation
Starting point is 00:29:41 we gave Backstoppers like two weeks ago? And he was like, no. And I'm like, yeah, it was 160 fucking grand. And he's like, oh. And I'm like, yeah. And then we didn't talk for like a year. Like he didn't talk to me. I saw him in the gym almost every day.
Starting point is 00:29:55 We didn't talk one time. And I finally went up to him and I said, hey, bro. I said, you good? Like, we good? Like, you know, like I didn't mean to, you know, if I was mean to you or you didn't take that right, we're still and he and we made up and now it's cool but like you know what i'm saying like it takes a minute to understand how that all fucking goes back it's backstoppers is our local uh first responder charity that we are huge supporters of yeah and they take care of uh
Starting point is 00:30:20 our first responders fallen families so it's it's a big deal to us. But I think his message behind it is most people don't do that. Hey, guys, this is DJ. You just wrapped up episode two. Stay tuned for episode three.
