Starting point is 00:00:00 I told my teacher, dumb bitch, I'm going to get millions. Watch this. In a project living. Damn. Spoke it till existence. Voila. Mode changed to 50. What up?
Starting point is 00:00:08 Got more cars than did. I only weigh 180, but my watch cost 250. What's up, guys? It's Andy Frisella, and this is the show for the realest. Say goodbye to the lies, the fakeness, and delusions of modern society, and welcome to motherfucking reality. Guys, today, I've got a short real talk for you. Before I get into it, I want to hit you up with the fee. If you listen to the show,
Starting point is 00:00:33 you know what the fee is. The fee is if you like the show, if you got value, if it made you laugh, it made you think, it made you change perspective, please share what you learned with other people. All right. We don't run ads on this show. I could be making multiple, multiple seven figures running ads on this show right now. And I could have been doing that for a long time. I don't do that because it's annoying as fuck. All right. Let's just all agree on that. We fucking hate that. So I don't do it. And what I ask in return is that when the conversation comes up about what you've been listening to and what you've been hearing and what you've been learning, uh, that you, you know, give us a little, give us a little props to your friends and your community there.
Starting point is 00:01:15 We really appreciate that. You guys do a great job of that. And I want to say thank you for that because, uh, um, we've never run outside ads for the show. We do this growth consistently and organically by delivering good content. And that's how I feel the world should be. So I'm really comfortable doing that. And I think it's badass that you guys vibe with that whole thing. And we really appreciate it here. With that being said, if this is your first time listening, this is not your normal
Starting point is 00:01:45 business podcast. All right. Yes. We're going to talk about business. Yes. We're going to talk about personal development. Yes. We're going to talk about fucking winning. All right. That's what we're going to do. We're going to talk about getting better, but we're also going to include some of my opinions and some of my viewpoints and perspective on the world. Back when I was running the MFCEO project, which you can find in this feed, if you scroll back, you will find 300 plus episodes that are me talking exclusively life lessons and how to win and make money and kick ass and all this shit that is very important. That's more of like a lecture, more of a, you know, I'm teaching you a skill. This new format, the real AF is more so, you know, me. It's what I think, what I feel,
Starting point is 00:02:36 what I'm, what I'm, you know, into, what I'm feeling, what I'm not feeling. And, you know, it's not for everybody and I'm not for everybody. It's like, you're not for everybody. So, uh, let's just come to an agreement right now that you're going to learn a lot of shit. And you also might hear some things that, you know, you may agree with wholeheartedly. You also may not agree with it. That's your right to your opinion. I respect that. So respect my back. Um, with that being said, let's get right into this. Okay. I saw a meme this morning that actually inspired the show and I'm going to pull it up on my phone right here so I can, uh, relay it to you accurately. Uh, at the top of the meme, it says fuck average, which, you know, Hey, I agree with that. Uh, I think we all agree with that. I don't think that you'd be listening
Starting point is 00:03:23 to the show if you didn't think, Hey, fuck average. want to be that so i agree so far right it's a good meme uh day and it's it's it's formatted so the top half of the meme it says day in the life of the average person the bottom half of the meme it says day in the life of the inspired person so let's just go through the day in the life of the average person day in the life of the average person. Day in the life of the average person that shows this dude getting out of bed at 730 in the morning. And by nine o'clock, he's hunched over. It looks like kind of looks like he's taking a dump, but he looks miserable. All right.
Starting point is 00:03:54 So it must not be a good dump. By 1700, which is 5 p.m., he's watching Netflix. And then by 2300, he's asleep on the couch. All right. So that's the day in the life of the average person. Wake up at 730. Take a miserable poop at nine. Watch Netflix and sleep on the couch.
Starting point is 00:04:17 And then it says day in the life of the inspired person. Wake up at five o'clock in the morning. This dude looks happy as fuck to wake up at five. And you're over there laughing. Ain't nobody happy at waking up at five o'clock in the morning, is it, Joe? No, fuck no, there's not. And then 7 a.m. it shows this this dude like running a meeting and it shows some people like a tent, like so happy to pay attention at 7 a.m. I wonder where the fuck he's finding these people at.
Starting point is 00:04:44 And then at 2100, it shows nothing like there. I don't know. He must be invisible by then because he's got so many super fucking powers because of course the inspired successful person has super powers. And then by 2200, uh, he's in bed. All right. So he's in bed, uh, an hour earlier than the guy who was average. And he's up two hours earlier, you know, happy as
Starting point is 00:05:08 fuck. I guess he had a, you know, he must be happy because he took a nice poop, you know, but I don't know, man. Anyway, this meme got me thinking. This meme looks like some dude who was fucking 13 years old made it. All right. And I want to bring this to your attention because this is so fucking false. You guys consume this success content from all these success pages and all these people who are online and you have no fucking idea if they actually know what they're talking about or not. You have no idea. You have none, but you take it and you look at it and you think, well, this must be the way it is. Let me tell you something, man. I've never got up at 5 a.m. one fucking day in my life other than to maybe go to the airport. Okay. A couple of times I had to go to the airport. I got to get
Starting point is 00:05:58 up real early. Right. You guys all know what that's about, but I never woke up at 5.00 AM and I don't plan on waking up at 5.00 AM. And to me, that sounds fucking terrible. Now I know you're going to go to every other fucking guru out there and they're going to say some bullshit about their morning routine. And you know, they get, they get out their fucking bamboo meditation mat and they do some chants and they rub some fucking beads together and it's, and you know, they have a peaceful day and like, everybody's got this, this, this little recipe for success. And what I want to tell you is, uh, stop buying their bullshit. Okay. We live in this culture right now. And this is what I really want to talk to you guys about where people consistently brag about how busy they are. Think about this. Hey, Joe, how's it going today? Oh man.
Starting point is 00:06:53 So fucking busy. So busy. Oh, you are? Yeah. So busy. How many times do you fucking hear that? How many times do we hear that when we say, Hey, how's it going today? And people respond back like that. Like, like I'm going to pin some kind of fucking metal on their shirt for being busy. Let me get this crystal clear for you guys. Being busy is not a symbol of success. It's a sign of being unorganized. It's a sign of being ineffective.
Starting point is 00:07:20 And it's a sign of being mentally weak. That's the truth. Okay. So realize that when you answer someone's question, Oh man, I'm so busy. You sound like a fucking idiot. All right. So stop doing it. That's the first thing I want. I want you to understand. Now, if you can't do that and you have a problem doing that, realize that when you actually go talk to a successful person and you say, and they say, Hey Steve, how's it going? And you have a problem doing that, realize that when you actually go talk to a successful person and you say, and they say, Hey, Steve, how's it going? And you respond like that.
Starting point is 00:07:49 They're going to think you're a fucking mess. All right. So I'm telling you this, and I know it sounds harsh because I know every single one of you does this. You say this shit constantly. It's a habit. It's like when people say, Hey, how are you doing? You're like, Oh, living the dream.
Starting point is 00:08:04 All right. Get the fuck out of here with that. If you want people that are successful to respect you, come up with a different answer than, Oh, I'm, you know, I'm so busy. It's so overwhelming. You think that makes me want to hire you? You think that makes me want to work with you? You think I want to work with somebody who's going to complain about how much shit they got to do? No, I don't. It's not a badge of honor. It's not something that you should be celebrating. And quite frankly, it's weak as fuck. What you need to do is you need to learn how to shift your focus from being busy to actually producing results and being productive. Our society has become programmed into thinking that working 40 hours a week equals productivity.
Starting point is 00:08:46 It doesn't. And nobody who's actually doing it in real life, the people you actually want to connect with, the people you actually look up to, the people who have actually built real things gives a fuck about how hard you work. They care about how effective you are. I don't give a fuck how many calls you make. I don't care how many appointments you have. I don't care how many of this or that, or this you do. What I care about is the result. And that sounds harsh, but it should be relieving to you because what it means is you don't have to pretend to be so fucking busy anymore. You don't have to tell those lies about how busy you are. Not only to me, but also yourself.
Starting point is 00:09:28 Okay. The goal here is not to be overly busy. The goal here is to produce a result. All right. So how do we do this? How can we switch our perspective from being quote unquote busy to celebrating being productive and actually be productive? Okay.
Starting point is 00:09:44 The first thing is obvious. This is point number one. If you're taking notes, take inventory of how you spend your time. How are you spending your time? Because the truth is most of you have a number of hours a day where you're actually fucking off. You're sucked into Instagram. You're sucked into YouTube. You're sucked into Netflix. And because you aren't aware of how much time you're spending doing these things, you think you have no time and you perceive it as being super busy, but you're not. You're actually just very bad at managing your time. All right. So that's the first thing. Become aware of how you're spending your time. The second thing is very simple. Okay. Make a list of your critical tasks,
Starting point is 00:10:29 the things you have to get done. I'm not talking about a goal list. I'm not saying you write down your affirmations. Like a lot of, a lot of guys are telling you now, write down your affirmations. Okay. And you know, I'm with that, right? You want to write down some affirmations day. I am beautiful. I am sexy. I am the fucking shit to make yourself believe it. That's cool. If that's what you got to do, I'm not trashing that. But what I am telling you is that's not the list I'm talking about. I'm talking about a list of the critical tasks that are outside of your normal everyday habits. Okay. If you work out every day, working out, it's not a critical task for you because it's already a habit
Starting point is 00:11:05 All right. What is it that's going to move you forward? What are these things that are going to move you forward? What are the things that are going to take you from where you are to where you want to be? And how do you break that down? So you find out what those actions are that you can do today. All right now This is a huge deal that most people never do They never learn how to make these lists of critical tasks and what they definitely don't do Which is the third point here is they don't execute they don't focus on the outcomes
Starting point is 00:11:33 All right, I talk about this uh a lot in a lot of different podcasts But the reason I talk about it so much is because it's really everything when it comes to producing the result that you want If you don't know what you have to do, you certainly can't execute on those things. And I talk about that a lot in the Win the Day podcast, which is episode 107 of the MFCEO Project or episode 16 of Real AF. Again, go listen to episode 107 of the MFCEO Project or episode 16 of The Real AF and listen. And it gives you the recipe of how to not only identify your critical tasks, but how to execute them in a way called the power list,
Starting point is 00:12:14 which is a method that I developed that pushes you forward into a momentum that basically creates winning as a habit for you. All right. What if winning was actually the only thing you could do? What if winning was not such a struggle, but something that you just did because you were automatically in tune with a certain tool? That's what this tool does for you. This tool will create a situation where you are winning your day. And because you're winning your day, you're winning your weeks because you're winning your day. And because you're winning your day, you're winning your weeks because you're winning your weeks. You're creating a habit of winning
Starting point is 00:12:48 and habit of productivity. And then it becomes who the fuck you are. This is the magic that you are looking for that you are currently missing period. All right. So go listen to that episode. I know we have a lot of new listeners and I know that's an episode that most people still have not gone through and listened to. All right. So go listen to that. Now, this is exactly how I do it, guys. I'm not talking to you in theory. This is what I do day to day. And I want you to understand that. Okay. I have a power list every single day. The power list method, like I said, go listen to the podcast. We'll teach you how to create this momentum so that you no longer have to struggle to win. We're talking about taking all the shitty habits that you've developed for your whole life, smashing them in the fucking mouth and creating new habits that serve you properly. All right. That's what we have to do
Starting point is 00:13:41 because as you know, we only have so much energy and time and most people spend all of their energy and time pretending to be busy because they think if they're busy, they'll be rewarded. The world doesn't reward busy. The world rewards effective. All right. And I don't know about you guys, but let's be real. I'm not one of these guys that wants to fucking grind my face off 24 seven, right? Like every other guru says, every other guru is like, Oh, you got to grind, grind, grind 27 hours out of 24 every day, or otherwise you ain't got it. And what's that do? It makes you feel like you don't have what it takes. And I'm telling you, and I'm the only motherfucker telling you that you don't have to grind 24 seven 365 to 365 to get where you want to be if you can learn
Starting point is 00:14:26 how to be effective. If I get my power list done by 11 a.m., guess what? I got the rest of the day to do whatever the fuck I want. And that's how we want to live. We want to have life. We want to have balance. We want to have something besides just banging our head on the wall for a career. This is how you do it, guys. All right. A lot of guys like to boost their own egos. You know, they try to talk about how hard they work and how much work they do and this and that. No, I don't give a fuck, dude. You're demoralizing people by telling them that they have to do all this shit that they don't have to do. How does that make you feel when you see people who are telling you, oh, I work 365 days a year, 24 hours a day. I only sleep one hour a night. Does that make you think the success is obtainable for you? No,
Starting point is 00:15:15 it doesn't. It makes you feel like you don't have what it takes. Okay. So take it from me. This is not a situation where you have to run around and be busy all the time. This is what average people do. Average people pretend to be busy. Effective people don't give a fuck about busy. They give a fuck about the results they produce. All right. By you learning the skill of winning every day, okay, you're creating a compound effect,
Starting point is 00:15:40 which gives you an edge over your competition over the course of time. Time is going to pass regardless. Okay. Why would you not do the things that are going to get you further in life every single day, knowing that time's happening? All right. You can go back and listen to my thousand days podcast. Talk about this concept in depth. The point here is this. All right. Busy is for weak people. Busy is the shit that people say when they're not actually effective. Effective people don't say shit. Effective people do what they do and they let the results do the talking. So quit listening to all these guys who pump this information into your brain about how much they work so that they can feel superior to you and start listening to people
Starting point is 00:16:26 that are actually trying to help. I'm trying to help you guys. Okay. I don't want ads on the show. I don't ask you for money. All I ask is this, take the tools I give and go out and fucking win with them. All right. And then the other thing I ask is to pay the fee. The fee is this. If you like the show, if you enjoyed the show, if you learned something that made you laugh, if it made you think, if it changed your perspective, if it's something that you think somebody else will benefit from, please point them in this direction. That's the fee. And that's also the show.
