I do is work, work, never running sidelines, I only hustle, I never take a day off, I only work, work, work, I don't mess around, kid, I only care, I already never seen a sketch of you.
All I do is work, all I do is work, all I do is work.
Hey guys, what's up? You're listening to the MFCEO Project. I'm Andy and I am the motherfucking CEO. Today I'm going to bring you a little
Thursday Thunder, short little edition of the podcast. We're going to cover one particular
topic in general that has been getting on my nerves every day it seems for the past
months, two months, three months in a row to where I feel like it's something that is obvious to most people, but I want
to hit on this, man.
You know, I see so many guys that talk to so many people on a daily basis, whether it
be, you know, out at the grocery store or in the gym or wherever I happen to be.
And, you know, we talk and we talk about, hey, Andy, I listen to the podcast, blah,
blah, blah.
Or I see people on Periscope.
Hey, Andy, you know, what do you think about this?
And the conversation always comes to this point of, you know, hey, I'm working on this project.
I'm trying to do this.
I want to do this.
And one day I'm going to be where you're at.
Okay.
And great.
I hope so.
That's the purpose of why I do this. I do this so that I can bring you guys knowledge, bring you guys information, bring you guys
subject matter that will help you get to, at a minimum, where I'm at, if not further
in the entrepreneurial landscape of success, okay?
That's why I fucking do this.
I don't do this because I get paid.
I don't make any money doing this.
This is something I do because I love doing it, all right. But here's the problem that I have with it. Okay.
Every time I talk to somebody, they tell me their goal. All right. And they tell me, Hey, I'm going
to try to build this multimillion dollar business. Hey, I'm going to try and do this. Hey, I'm going
to try and do that. All right. First of all, you either are or you aren't.
There's no fucking trying.
It's like Yoda, right?
There is no try.
There's only do.
That's like the best piece of advice you could ever have in the world.
Quit saying, I'm trying to do this and just say, I'm doing this.
All right.
It gets your mind right.
It gets your focus right.
It helps get you going on the right path to where you're no longer trying because trying
insinuates
I'm trying and failing at doing this. All right. You either are fucking doing it or you aren't
doing it. Okay. And the other thing is, is I'm going to do this one day. What do you mean you're
going to do this one day? You're going to fucking do what one day. All right. And, and why aren't
you doing that now? You know, I see people that say they had
these huge dreams, be a millionaire, be a, first of all, being a millionaire is not even a huge
fucking dream. Second of all, be a, be a, you know, a hundred millionaire, be a billionaire.
I want to change the world. I want to do this. I want to do that. Yet I see some of these people
on fucking Facebook and I see some of these people in real life, you know, and what are they doing at
night? They're fucking playing video games or they're watching Monday night football or on
Sundays they're taking the day off and they're resting bullshit. Okay. Your goals aren't even
really your goals. All right. People say, and that's the question I want to bring to you guys
today real quick. Are your goals really your goals? All right. Think about
what that means. Are your goals really your goals? All right. Because it's easy to say,
Hey, I want to be this. Hey, I want to do that. Hey, I want to be significant. Hey,
I want my life to matter. Hey, I want to be a millionaire. Hey, I want to be a billionaire.
Hey, I want to drive a fucking Lamborghini. But unless your actions on a daily basis reflect that goal
every single time, every single move, every single fucking second that you're awake,
your goals aren't really your goals. You're just full of shit. Are the things you want
really the things you want? We tell ourselves constantly, I want to earn this much money.
I want to drive this kind of car. I want to live in this kind of house. I want to earn this much money I want to drive this kind of car
I want to live in this kind of house
I want to live in this
I want to be with this kind of man
Or this kind of woman
I want to look like this
I want to lose this many pounds
I want to insert whatever the goal
You could possibly have for yourself is
But do you really?
Because that is the truth
What I just said a minute ago
If your actions aren't backing up your goals, those are not your fucking goals.
They're just you talking shit.
All right?
And I can tell you one thing.
For me, there's nothing more annoying than people that just talk shit.
All right?
Because I know what it fucking takes to come from $0 or to build yourself up from $ 70 000 in credit card debt and to risk everything
to have your nuts on the line and when you just talk that shit without backing it up it makes
people like me look at you and fucking resent you because you're discounting the work that it takes
to get where you where you want to say where you say you want to be you know everybody today it
seems like everybody wants to wait and
put off the things they truly want in their lives, you know, for tomorrow, you know, the mystical
place where 99% of dreams, human achievement, potential greatness go to die. You know,
it's not about let's get shit done today. It's not about let's do this today. It's not about
let's obsess every fucking second of every fucking day to getting to where we want to be. It's,
oh, well, you know what?
I didn't get that much today.
It's okay.
I'll wait till tomorrow.
Oh, you know what?
I didn't get that much today.
It's all right.
Tomorrow's going to be there.
No, tomorrow isn't going to fucking be there.
The only time you have is right now.
And if you're not obsessed every single second of every single day of every single fucking
week of the year with achieving your goals. I'm
going to tell you something. You're never going to fucking achieve them because I, because right
now you're not understanding what it truly takes to get to where you want to be. I can think of
all these people that I went to school with in college and high school who's, you know, they all
said, Oh, I want to be a millionaire. Oh, I want to drive this kind of car. Oh, I want to do this.
And you know what? Their actions didn't fucking back it up. And now where are they? Now they're in a fucking shitload
of debt. They're, they're struggling financially. They're unhappy. And they're in a situation where
they think that fucking, they, they tell people and themselves that, you know, people like me
are materialistic bullshit. I just did the fucking work. All right. And I don't want to hear any
bullshit about, Oh, you know, it's not cool to win. No winning is fucking cool. Okay. And thinking about winning
in any other way, dude, you're just lying to yourself. That's the bottom line, you know?
And, and for these people who cry and whine and moan, you know, the reality is, is they've
accepted their lives. You know know they go through the motions
with no passion no purpose they expect everything to fall in line for them quote unquote eventually
and when it doesn't they become bitter and blame their lack of success in life
and their failures to build the life that they really wanted on everyone and everything else
except themselves you know it's oh i got screwed oh it's not fair oh it must be nice that it's, oh, I got screwed. Oh, it's not fair. Oh, it must be nice. That is the fucking loser's mantra.
I talk about it all the time.
The reality of the situation, guys, is there isn't a fucking magic here.
There isn't fucking luck.
You know, there's no what we talk about success fairy that flies down and shits $100 bills on people's heads.
It just doesn't happen.
The secret is to make a plan, execute the plan, come obsessed with the plan, and make it your entire life from the time you wake up to the time you go to bed for 20 fucking years.
And if you do that, you'll get where you want to be.
But if you're one of these people who thinks that wealth, success in any area, whether it be fitness, whether it be fucking financial, this is Entrepreneur in Pop podcast, Most people here are interested in making money. If you think it's quote unquote just going to happen, if you're 22 years old
and you think that eventually, because I see this a lot of times with 22 year olds,
eventually I'm going to be a bestselling author. Eventually I'm going to be a fucking millionaire.
Eventually I'm going to blah, blah, blah. Eventually I'm going to drive a Lamborghini.
But yet you're going home at night and you're spending your time playing call of fucking duty or
fucking star Wars or whatever the fucking game is out now. Dude, no, you're not going to be that.
It takes dedication. It takes time. It takes effort. It takes obsessive, compulsive,
ridiculous amounts of effort. And if you think it takes anything else,
you're underestimating the amount of work
that it fucking takes.
And so do yourselves a favor.
Next time somebody who's successful
talks to you about your goals,
be fucking honest.
If you're going to sit around
and play fucking video games,
don't talk about how you're going to be
a fucking millionaire
because you ain't going to be.
All right?
You better dedicate every fucking second
of every day,
of every week,
of every month,
of every fucking year for a lot of fucking years in a row if you ever want to get these
kind of goals because they're fucking hard.
And that's my message today because I get sick and tired of people telling me how bad
they want it, yet their actions don't back up that statement.
Don't be somebody who talks shit.
Be somebody who does shit.
