What is up guys you're listening to the MFCEO project I'm Andy I'm your host and I am the
motherfucking CEO and guys I want you to be the motherfucking CEO too and not just the CEO of a
business but the motherfucking CEO of you and what does does that mean? Well, what it means is you need to go
through life with confidence, with swagger, with an understanding that your results are a direct
result of your actions. You are in control. You are the most powerful being in your life
and your decisions are going to build your entire life. Now, that has everything to do
with what we're going to talk about today, okay? We need to understand what is the difference
between where you are and where you want to be? What is the difference between who you are
and who you want to be? What's the difference between all the people out there
who have achieved what you want to achieve and you? A lot of people spend so much time
on this topic. They think to themselves, what does that guy have that I don't have?
Why am I not successful? Why am I not in the shape that I want to be in?
Why do I not have the relationships that I want in my life? And let me break it down for you
real simple. It comes down to one thing. Passive action, passive living results in a passive life result. Okay. When you go through your day
and you do things with no intention of producing a result, the result you get is never going to be
what you want. A lot of people, including a lot of you, are under the assumption that you can just do things
and go through your day and sort of just float through and you'll end up somehow magically where
you want to be. And I'm not talking about working hard. Everybody knows you got to work fucking
hard. Okay. We all know that. I talk about that all the time because it is the biggest factor.
So that being a given, you have to understand that
it comes down to more than just working hard. And what I mean is this, successful people,
the people who have the life you want to have, the people who make the kind of money you want
to make, the people who have the relationships and connections you want, the people who are living in this kind of health that you want,
they all do one thing that you don't do. And that's this. They live with intent.
They live with intent in every single action that they take, every single thing that they do,
every single place that they go, every single food that they do, every single place that they go, every single
food that they eat, every single phone call they make, every single email they send has to do with
producing a certain result. And so many of you guys spend so much time just concentrating on work
and not concentrating on the other things, the things that are that,
you know, you can't really remember throughout the day, sort of where just life just happens to you
and you can't understand why you're not getting the result. Well, guys, the intent that you have
with every action that you take is ultimately what builds the life that you want. All right. And what I mean by this,
some people go through the day and when it comes time to eat lunch, they don't have a plan for
eating lunch. When it comes time for eating dinner, they don't have a plan for eating dinner.
So what do they do? They stuff their face with whatever's easy. They drink whatever they can.
They don't think about the result. And then down the road, they're bitching
about how come they're fat and out of shape and unhealthy and depressed and feel like shit.
Well, the reason that you feel like shit is because you had no intention with the plan and
the actions that you were taking three, four, five, six, seven, eight months ago. And now you're
dealing with the result now. And this concept applies to your business,
applies to your relationships, applies to your spirituality, and it applies to your health.
You have to understand intent. Every single thing that you do, every single action you take
should be taken with the idea of producing a specific result down to the smallest details, how you shake someone's hand,
what you say when you meet them, do you give them a dead fish or do you look them in the eye with a
strong handshake and say, very nice to meet you. Okay. Do you pick up the trash that you see on
the office floor that you didn't happen to leave there? Or do you just pass by and act like you
didn't see it? And you're probably saying, well, that really has nothing to do with producing a
result. Bullshit, it doesn't. What habits are you creating by passing up on that trash? What
example are you setting to your peers? What example are you setting to the people you lead?
What example are you setting to the people who look at you and make decisions about your
career? Everything matters. Your intent with every action you take, not just your career actions or
your health actions, but every action matter. And people who are successful, people who live the life you want to live,
people who have the things you want to have, people who do the things you want to do,
they all live with intent. Nothing they do is on accident. Nothing they say is on accident.
And you have to start living your life with a plan, with intent,
or you're going to end up with something that you didn't ever want. And I can't tell you what that
is because life owns you then. When you don't have intent and you don't practice intent and you don't
work with intent, life gives you what's left over. Life gives you what is left over by everybody else
who is practicing the intent. They are making decisions with the result in mind, even the
smallest decisions. They are aware of how people perceive them with their words, their actions,
what they say. And I can tell you for a fact that every single person I've
ever met that lives an above average, very successful life in any area, whether it be
health, financial, relationship, spiritual, whatever you want to say, they all practice
this practice. You guys have to understand this. Nobody who is where you want to be floats through
the day. Nobody who is where you want to be floats through the day.
Nobody who is where you want to be floats through their life and gets there. It's not an accident.
It's a plan. I always say to my team, it's chess, not checkers. And if you can understand what that
means when it comes to your intent, you will have figured out the biggest separator between you and who you want to be.
And what do I mean by chess, not checkers? I mean, you've got to think ahead. You got to have a plan.
You got to have a strategy and not just for the big shit, for all the shit. RAPIDO!
