Episode Date: February 17, 2017It's great if you are out there trying to build a business and life of value. But too many people out there are complaining that they have "haters." According to The MFCEO Andy Frisella, very few peop...le have accomplished anything significant enough to have haters. The haters are imaginary; they exist in the minds of people who want to create excuses for their lack of progress. In reality, you might be on the receiving end of legitimate criticism. If that's the case, don't call it "hate." Accept it humbly. Learn from it. And use it to truly accomplish great things.

Guys today is Friday fire
And that means I'm going to talk about something
That is just getting on my fucking nerves
Alright
And that is
The misunderstanding of haters versus criticism.
Okay. Everywhere you look right now, I see these young entrepreneurs, guys who are trying to make
it, people trying to do something, people trying to become something, people trying to create a new
life, which is awesome by the way, but they're talking about
haters. They're talking about all these people who are talking shit on me or all these people who
hate on me or all these motherfuckers holding me back. Look, nobody's holding you back. The only
person that's holding you back is you. And that's you in your brain telling you that imaginary people that don't really exist are talking shit about you.
And that's keeping you from doing the things that you want to do.
Okay?
You have to do something relevant at the bare minimum to justify real haters.
You know what real haters are? Real haters are people who slash the tires
of your car, who fucking throw poison dog treats over your fence because they want to kill your
fucking dogs. Okay. Who, who fucking kidnap your kids. That's fucking haters. Somebody writing a
fucking status about you on the internet or saying something or gossiping, which 99.9% of the time
doesn't even fucking happen. And for you to go out and make statuses about your haters,
you look like a fucking moron. Okay. Most of you motherfuckers listening to this haven't done a
goddamn thing. Let's be honest. The reason you're listening is because you're trying to learn something. I'm going to tell you right now that 99.9% of you listening haven't fucking done anything
worth hating on.
So shut the fuck up about your haters.
You don't have fucking haters.
All you have is your fucking imagination telling you that people are saying things about you
when they really aren't.
And that's keeping you from doing things that you when they really aren't and that's keeping
you from doing things that you want to do. That's what haters are. Haters are a made-up figment of
your imagination and even if they are real and they say some shit, sticks and stones will break
my motherfucking bones. Okay, we've all heard it. Shut the fuck up and let's cross over to the second half of the Friday fire actual criticism
people are going to say things about your product about your service about your whatever it is
you're trying to do hopefully you have enough fucking intelligence to delineate between is this
person legitimately offering some information that I can improve myself on or is this person legitimately offering some information that I can improve myself on,
or is this person just being an asshole? Okay. And too many of you look at all criticism as if
it's somebody treating you poorly or somebody being an asshole. When in reality, a lot of the
criticism you get is people trying to help you to be better, but you're just too fucking thick headed to listen
to it or too sensitive or too insecure or too something to process information about how you
can improve. And if you're not open-minded enough and smart enough and intelligent enough and
perceptive enough to comprehend when someone's actually offering you constructive criticism
and you automatically throw it in the hater category every time. Let me tell you what,
you're not going to be very successful because you're too fucking stupid to learn how to improve.
There's a big giant difference between haters and criticism. And if you want to be successful in
life, you're going to have to learn the fucking difference. So, and then
one more thing, by the way, when you make these statuses on the fucking internet, they say, Oh,
I don't care what my haters think. I don't care what my haters think. I don't care what my haters
think. You haven't done anything. You look fucking stupid because first of all, you haven't done
anything worth hating on. Second of all all you do care what your haters think because
you're acknowledging okay there's a good saying out there that my friend Dan Fleischman likes to
say it's don't feed the fucking trolls somebody says something ignorant on your page block them
delete them and move the fuck on you don't need that shit in your life and you sure as fuck don't need to be shining your shine on people who fucking don't
justify your attention. Learn the difference between people are being assholes and when
people are being constructively critical. And sometimes when people are constructively
critical, they sound like assholes, but it's still your job to ask the question,
does this person have a valid point? Can I improve from
this? Can I make my product better? Can I make my service better? Can it make me better? Because
that's how you're going to improve. That's how you're going to be successful. That's how you're
going to win in a very competitive marketplace. And that's how you're going to make money.
So learn the fucking difference.
