I want to be a motherfucking hustler. You better ask somebody.
What is up guys? You're listening to the MFCEO Project. I'm Andy, I'm your host,
and I am the motherfucking CEO. Here we are guys, Thursday Thunder. If you're new to this,
this is where you're going to come in.
I'm going to punch you right in the fucking mouth, and you're going to walk away and question
your whole existence.
All right?
Maybe it's not that extreme, but that's the theme of Thursday Thunder.
My goal is to get you to think.
It's to get you to question yourself.
It's to get you motivated and fired up to go out and kick some ass.
All right?
There's lots of podcasts out there that will fluff
you up and make you feel good about yourself and tell you how unique and delicate and beautiful
you are. This isn't one of them. All right. I'm going to tell you what you need to hear,
not what you want to hear. And there's a big fucking difference there. All right. People
will always tell you what you want to hear. They will rarely tell you what you need to hear. So if you're new
to this, it's going to be eyeopening. If you are not new to this and you are somebody who is
consistently listening, congratulations. You're not a pussy. All right. But listening to any
information, taking in any information, being a student of anyone, and not going out
and putting the principles in play on a consistent basis doesn't make you any better than somebody
who doesn't listen at all.
Now, here we are, almost through 2016.
Today is December 1st, 2016. It's been 11 months.
Look back at your life over the last 11 months. What have you accomplished? Have you done what
you said you were going to do on January 1st last year? Did you stick to your New Year's resolutions?
Did you follow through? Or did you wait? And did you try to look for the next reason that you're
going to start after this? And whether that be your fitness, or whether that be your fitness or whether that be your business or whether that
be your relationships or whether it be something completely off the radar that I'm missing.
Did you do it or did you just talk about doing it? Did you just tell yourself, I'm going to do it
after Valentine's Day or after this vacation or on Monday or after Aunt Susie's
wedding or after our wedding. Guys, if you always look for a reason to wait, you will always find a
reason to wait. Doing anything successful, doing anything important, doing anything rewarding is going
to make you inconvenient. It's going to make you feel as if you're doing things
that are hard because they are fucking hard. All right. Something that's been getting on my nerves lately is that here we are on December 1st with 31 days left in the year.
And I already see people talking about their New Year's resolutions for next year. And I'm going to bet you any amount of money that those
people and you people who are saying this made the same resolutions on January 1st that you're
planning on making 31 days from now. I'm calling bullshit. When is it going to be time for you to quit lying to yourself okay you don't have to tell yourself
that lie of I'm going to start after new year's again just so you can coast another 30 days and
be comfortable another 30 days and drink beer and hang out and eat pizza and not do your fucking work for another 30 days. You don't have to. It's a hell of a lot
easier just to accept that you're going to be a fucking average motherfucker and you're going to
be what you are and you're going to be who you are than it is to put yourself through the agony
again and again and again. You do this every year. You do this all the time. You do it multiple times a year
and it kills your happiness. It kills your drive. It kills your self-worth and your self-confidence.
It makes you feel like shit. So just accept who the fuck you are and be happy with it.
It's a lot less agonizing. You know, if you're the kind of person that's willing to scrap
another 30 days until I'm going to really do it
this time, your chances of success, whatever success means to you are fucking zilch. Okay.
And this attitude of waiting and looking for a reason and looking for another amount of time or
another event to put off your actions for is a super, super focused, accurate reflection of attitude that's
gotten you to the place that you are right now currently anyway. There's always going to be a
reason to wait. There's always going to be something that is inconvenient for you to work
through. There's always going to be an event. There's always going to be a busy schedule.
There's always going to be something unexpected that happens. It's always going to be an event. There's always going to be a busy schedule. There's always going to be
something unexpected that happens. It's always going to be that way. You have to fucking work
through it. Just, it's so frustrating to hear people talk like this because this is the way
they go through life. Just like there's always going to be a reason
for you to start now, there's always going to be a reason for you to get focused now,
and there's always going to be a reason for you to do what it takes now if you want it bad enough.
But a lot of you motherfuckers just don't want it, whether it's your career, your fitness,
your relationship, or whatever, it's easy
to fall into the loving the idea of something and it's hard to fall into the habits of action to
actually achieve something. And that's what most of these people do out there. And maybe this is
you. It probably is a lot of you because I know a lot of you, even though you claim to be the doers and the go-getters
and the, we're going to go kick ass people because you follow the podcast and I say,
fuck, and I curse and I sound hardcore. You think you're the hardcore, but I'm going to tell you
right now, unless you're out doing this shit, you fucking aren't. You're playing the fucking role.
And there's a big difference between playing the fucking role and actually being the fucking role. And there's a big difference between playing the fucking role and actually being the
fucking role. And I'll tell you what, man, I've seen a lot of motherfuckers on my Instagram and
a lot of motherfuckers on my Facebook and a lot of people who claim to get ready to do something
this year. They were going to change the world. They were going to do this. They were going to
start a business. They were going to get in shape. They were going to do this, this, this, this, this,
who haven't done shit. And I'm going to tell you right
now, those same people are the same people who comment shit like this. Oh, Andy, I really needed
that today. Well, motherfucker, if you need what I fucking have to give you every day, you ain't
ever going to get it because that shit comes from your fucking heart. So don't fucking comment on
my shit saying, oh, I really need that every day, if you're not fucking out doing the action,
sure, you can wait another 30 fucking days, but the truth of it is, you're not going to start in
30 fucking days, you're going to start for one day, and then you're going to quit,
I've said it a million fucking times, guys, success is hard. And you either are or you aren't.
Unless you're committed 100% to making your goals materialize,
no matter what fucking obstacles or inconveniences you may face,
you just aren't going to make it.
The processes of success are always inconvenient in the beginning.
They don't stay that way.
If you stick with it, if you give it time, if you work through the inconveniences, they become habit. And when your actions become
habit, guess what? They are done with passive effort, passive thought. It's just something automatic. And if you can create automatic
actions that are positive in your life, you're going to create automatic winning.
I don't understand how hard that is for some of you to understand. You know, everybody's talking
about these new year's resolutions and all this fucking bullshit.
Dude, success is about now resolutions.
It ain't about New Year's resolutions.
It ain't about after your fucking birthday.
It's not about after the wedding or after the vacation or after this or after that.
It's about right fucking now.
Now resolutions are the only thing that give fucking results. So you have two choices.
You could be the guy who is going to make new year's resolution number 47 or 32 or 23,
or you could be the guy who's going to make now resolution number one and actually make shit happen.
