So many people say, "This is my greatest hope and dream...but if it doesn't work out, there's always Plan B." Andy Frisella says, "No!"  There-Is-Always-Plan-B kind of thinking is the mindset of failure. You need to be 100 percent committed. All or nothing.

What's up guys you listen to the MFCEO project I'm Andy I'm your host and I am the motherfucking CEO guys welcome Thursday Thunder I'm gonna keep it short I'm gonna keep it sweet I'm gonna punch you right in the fucking dick that That's what we're going to do today. All right, guys, I heard this awesome story the other day and it reminded me of this huge, huge point that I need to hit you with. All right. And the point of it is you need to take a piss on your plan B. So many of you guys come out and you have this big grand plan and you want to, you want to do all these things, but then you have this backup plan. I'm telling you today, that needs to stop and I'm going to tell you why. I heard this great story the other day about the Spanish explorer Cortez. Basically, he wanted to fight the Aztecs for

their treasure. And guys, all you history buffs out there, this isn't an argument about who the treasure rightfully belonged to. I don't really give a shit. Here's the point. The Aztecs have been around for more than 600 years. They were a powerful empire. Okay. Cortez and his men were outnumbered to a huge margin. All right. And he caught wind of the fact that some of his men were scared and they were unconvinced that they were going to succeed. They were worried that they were going to get their asses kicked, they were going to get slaughtered, and so some of them started putting together a coup to sail the ships back to Spain.

Well, guess what happened? Cortez ended up hearing about this and did something that everybody, all his men, and even to this point in history, people think was fucking crazy. This motherfucker went to his own ships and he set them on fire, burned them into ashes,

and sunk them to the bottom of the ocean. What the fuck would you do if you were his guys? Okay? You have this crazy motherfucker burning your only way home. His men couldn't believe it. They asked him, how the hell are we going to get back home?

And Cortez pointed in the directions of the Aztecs and said, if we're going home, we're going home in their motherfucking ships. See, guys, for Cortez, the way forward was clear. It was all or nothing. He was committed 100%. Failure was not an option. It was conquer or fucking die. And that's what he did. And that's why he burned the motherfucking ships. Guys, a lot of you have hopes and dreams. You have plans to build an empire. You want to change the world.

You want to die smiling and feeling good about what you've accomplished. And then this thought comes in your head. But what if it doesn't work out? There's always plan B. And you pat your back pocket to make sure plan B is there, all safe and sound, like a warm fuzzy blanket, just in case plan A fails. And here's the fucking thing guys. You need to take plan B out of your fucking pocket.

You need to unzip your pants and take a big old warm steaming piss on it. Pick it up, douse it with gasoline, throw it in the fucking dumpster and start a fire because that is where plan B belongs and that is where plan B takes you if you don't fucking understand that there is no such thing as a plan B. You will never succeed with the I've still got a plan B mentality, okay? It has to be this is what I've decided to do 100%.

There is no other options. Burn the fucking shit. Conquer or fucking die, okay? I know right away when I talk to somebody, whether or not they're going to be successful, because I asked them right away, what are you going to do if this doesn't work? And if they've got a legitimate answer, you ain't going to fucking make it. All right. Guys tell me shit like this. Oh, I'm going to start this business. And you know, if it doesn't work out, I'm going to go and I guess I'll cut grass. You know what? Why don't you skip the 10 years that you're going

to figure out that business isn't for you and just go cut grass right now, because that's what's going to fucking happen to you with the plan B mentality. I don't give a fuck what the motivational gurus tell you. I don't care what fucking the success gurus tell you. I don't care what fucking Tony Robbins tells you. I don't care what your fucking mom tells you. I'm fucking telling you right now. It's all in or all the fuck out. Period. Okay.
