Please spread the word, spread the movement because that's what this really is. This is a movement. It's not a regular podcast where they just interview the same motherfuckers 27 fucking times. Okay. Um, this is a movement. It is a movement of people who are get shit done ass kickers who want to dominate. Okay. In every single area of their life and they are sick of the complacency, they are sick of the excuses, they are sick of the softness, they are sick of
Starting point is 00:02:54 the whining and they don't want any of that bullshit fluff in their life. If that's you, welcome to the best thing that is going to help you figure out that you're not alone, that you will ever discover. All right. There's lots of people out there like you. That's why our podcast is at the top of the charts, because people like you guys who think like you and see the world the way that you think resonate with it. All right. So don't feel alone because I know what that feels like.
Starting point is 00:03:22 And it sucks. Most of these people that are not listening to this show and believe all this other bullshit that I'm talking about and referencing, they're going to be working for you in the next 10 years. So feel good about that. Guys, today I have an important message for you. And I know today is Friday and not Thursday. Some days it's going to be Friday fire, guys. It just is. I tried to knock this out for you yesterday to get you on Thursday, but it didn't happen. So we got a little Friday fire for you. I have this thing that I notice about every single person out there trying to be successful, whether it be
Starting point is 00:04:07 somebody in my own company, whether it be an employee or an entry-level employee or a manager or a leader or even an executive in my company. And I've found most people out there do this. And if they do this because there's other people out there right now who are telling people to forget about their weaknesses and just go all in on their strengths. And I understand that concept, but the truth is if you're going to run a business and you're not going to be a cog in the machine, you can't have any holes in your fucking bucket. All right. And what does that mean? All right. That means this. If you go all in on your strengths, let's say, and your strength is being a videographer and you become an amazing videographer, but you can't run a
Starting point is 00:04:59 business worth of fuck, you're going to have a hard time making a living out of that. It's the same thing as being a great doctor or being a great lawyer or being a great chiropractor. Just because you're great at those skills doesn't mean that you're going to make a lot of money and be successful because you're lacking other skills that are foundational to your success. Okay, so whatever it is that you lack right now, that you're sticking your head in the sand and ignoring, that is going to eventually come back and completely fuck you up. All right, there can be no holes in the bucket.
Starting point is 00:05:46 You guys have all filled a bucket with water before. You know exactly what happens when you try to fill a bucket that has a little hole or a little crack at the bottom of it. And it doesn't have to be a big hole or a big crack. It could be a tiny little bitty pinhole. But every single time, no matter how much water you put in the bucket, it is going to leak out. Okay. And this is what happens to your success. All right. Most of you guys out there are trying to create success. You're trying to build something. You're trying to do all these great things that are going to benefit you in the long run. And you're constantly trying to fill your bucket. If you own a business, this could be, you're trying to bring in more customers. You're trying to bring in more business,
Starting point is 00:06:36 but because you have a problem with your retention or your customer experience or your service, the customers are leaking out the bottom of the bucket. So for you to actually grow your business, you've got to figure out how to stop that leak. Because if you don't stop that leak, the customers will continue to run through and you'll never actually gain traction. But once you plug that hole, once you have that hole plugged, now you're able to accumulate business and this is how business works guys and there's a lot of people out there that think they can have a little bitty tiny hole in their performance or their integrity in their buckets and they still think that they could succeed i see this a lot right now with people who have signed up for my program, 75 hard. If you don't know
Starting point is 00:07:25 what 75 hard is, uh, go check out a couple of podcasts, go to a whole podcast on it. They have an issue with the no compromise and no deviation rule. They don't get it. They're emailing me and they're saying, can I substitute this for that? Can I do this for that? Can I do no motherfucker? That's the point. You cannot compromise. You can't deviate. That's why the rule is the way it is. And these people think that they could skip a requirement just once and it's fine. And this is a mirror of a core fundamental issue with their character and why they can't
Starting point is 00:08:01 succeed. They don't get it. They don't understand why it's important. And this is why they won't not only succeed in the program, but they won't succeed in life, okay? And you people out there who think you can have a hole in your performance, in your bucket, so to speak, you people who think you can have a hole in your integrity,
Starting point is 00:08:22 you know, you're doing something just slightly off your integrity that is not right. And you know, it's not right. And you guys still think you're going to be successful. You're fucking wrong. You're dead wrong. Because that little crack, that little hole is going to be exactly what exposes you. It's going to be the, and it might not be today. It might not be
Starting point is 00:08:46 tomorrow. It might not be next week. It might not be three years from now. It might not be 10 years from now, but that hole that you have is going to ruin you and your ignorance and your willingness to ignore and pretend like it doesn't exist is exactly what you're going to regret when all that shit comes tumbling down your fucking head okay and you can look back through history and you can see where this has gotten people before you guys have all heard of Al Capone one of the most famous criminal masterminds of all time I don't think he's someone to be admired or modeled or anything like that, but he is for sure a fucking genius. Okay. This guy was so talented and so well organized that he built a massive empire where he was literally stealing, murdering, racketeering,
Starting point is 00:09:40 or all kinds, every single crime that you could possibly imagine. This dude was fucking doing, and he was doing it right in front of everybody, but they could never catch him because he was so good. But you know what? They eventually got him. The feds got him. And you know what they got him on? Tax evasion of all the horrible shit that Al Capone did that they couldn't pin on him. The one thing
Starting point is 00:10:07 they managed to lock him up for was tax evasion. That was the hole in his bucket. And guess what? He got to die in prison because of it. Guys, this is so huge. Think about this. You could have a massive dam made of steel and concrete that took 30 years to build. Okay. It's one that's strong enough to hold back literally millions of tons of water. And it has a little tiny pinhole on it or a little hairline crack. Guess what? You got to fix it immediately. Otherwise, eventually the whole thing is going to fall apart and literally thousands of people will be either displaced or lose their lives because of one little hole guys no holes in the bucket in 1986 when the challenger exploded a lot of you guys don't even know that a shuttle literally
Starting point is 00:10:58 exploded on live tv all right and you know why it? Because of all the thousands of high-tech parts in the shuttle, one single tiny little bitty $2 O-ring malfunctioned, and it cost seven people their lives. No holes in the bucket. You will make progress when you start refusing to have holes in your bucket. You will see a difference immediately when you refuse to have holes in your bucket. You will see a difference immediately when you refuse to have holes in your bucket and you will achieve higher and higher levels of success when you start refusing to have holes in your bucket. When you're exercising,
Starting point is 00:11:40 you don't do four out of five sets. You do all fucking five sets. When you're sticking to a diet, you don't eat right six out of seven days. You eat right all fucking seven. Okay. Most of you guys are looking for the compromise. You're looking for the easier route. You're looking for the corner to cut. And that is the hole in your bucket. When you're building a business into a multi-million dollar empire, you don't have to over-deliver to 97% of your customers and let the 3% slide. No, you have to over-deliver to all 100% of your customers
Starting point is 00:12:19 because guess what? Some of those people in that 3% might be highly influential. And maybe they could sink your business with the stories they tell. And by the way, this happens all the fucking time. All the time. Google Jeff Jarvis from Dell. Jeff Jarvis, Dell hell. Google that shit.
Starting point is 00:12:41 Read all about it. And then let me know what you think one customer matters. Let me know if you thought Dell could have a hole in their bucket, no holes in the bucket. So this podcast is called the only hole in your performance that can utterly destroy your success. And that's a little bit misleading because you know, the only hole that can destroy your progress and success and happiness is it's fucking any hole any single tiny hole whatsoever will fucking ruin you for sure over time you might think you'd be able to hide it you might think you'd be able to hire someone to fix it you might think you'd be able to hire someone to fix it. You might think you'd be able to put a little fucking miracle tape over it. Like they sell on the infomercial. But the truth is
Starting point is 00:13:31 if you don't fix the hole, if you don't improve your skill, if you don't do everything you can, if you let, if you don't stop letting shit slide, stop cutting corners, stop taking it easy when people need to be led the right way. Stop pussing out of the hard shit to do. Stop letting that little voice win the fucking war in your brain that says tomorrow I'll start Monday. You know, it's not that big of a deal. You know what? Give yourself a break. You know what? You work really hard. You deserve this. If you don't silence that fucking voice, you will lose everything.
Starting point is 00:14:14 No holes in the bucket. No compromise. No exceptions ever. So when you think of this, when you think of what I'm talking about, the hole in your bucket, you need to be really, really, really careful and really, really, really honest with yourself because it's real easy to look past this stuff and think it's not a big deal. But the truth is, people who succeed, people who win, companies who win, they don't win by being able to fill their bucket full of customers with a hole in the bottom.
Starting point is 00:14:56 There are no holes. The only people who have holes in their bucket are people you never hear about. And there's a reason for it. No holes in their bucket are people you never hear about. And there's a reason for it. No holes in the bucket.
