What is up guys you're listening to the MF CEO project I'm Andy I'm your host and I am
the motherfucking CEO guys my goal for you is to make you a motherfucking CEO I want you to
understand what it means to be the CEO of your life,
to be someone who takes responsibility, who takes control, who takes initiative to make your life
happen. That's the point of the show. If you're new to the show, I do this for free. All I ask is that you refer a like-minded friend. Okay. And I know a lot of
you guys have done this in the past, but I also know that a lot of you are leaving me hanging on
this because iTunes ranks on how many new subscribers. And when we don't get our end of the deal,
when we don't get the reciprocation
that we provide value here
and you bring us a new friend,
guess what?
Our rankings go down.
And our rankings have been going down.
It gets harder and harder
to maintain a top 10 podcast the bigger and longer you've been doing it because
iTunes favors new podcasts. So guys, I'm asking you, please, if you get something out of this
podcast, if you've enjoyed it, if you've told a friend, if you've told 10 friends, I love you,
but could you do us a little more? Could you bring us someone new?
We've got to grow this movement.
The purpose and the reason we call this the MFCEO project is because I've seen with my
own eyes, just as you have, so many people that have so much disconnect on what it really
takes to succeed. We have people out there who have
been told their entire lives that money is a bad thing, that success is a bad thing,
that you get a trophy in life for showing up, that all you have to do is your best
and you'll be rewarded. And that's just not true. You have to be fucking good.
You've got to win. You've got to think of success as a great thing. You've got to be someone who
enjoys making money and you've got to expect it. And that's what I want to talk to you guys about what do you expect? What do you expect from yourself? What do you expect the result to be?
I was talking with one of my best friends and we were talking about, we were texting back and forth
cars. And this person is going through a time where it's transition period. Okay. They're not making
a lot of money. They're not making tons of money. And the text I received from them said, maybe one
day after I just sent like the coolest car ever. And it wasn't a super expensive car. It was just
a really cool car. Maybe, maybe someday. And I said, you never know. Text comes back. Bling, bing, bing.
Yeah, right. Let me explain something about how this world works. You will get the result
that you expect. What you expect to happen is going to happen. And there's a lot of reasons
for this. And I'm not talking about affirmations. I'm not talking about, you know, things that you
chant. I'm not talking about mystical forces here yet. I will get to that in a second.
What I'm talking about is what you really think in your heart. Not the shit you say when you go to your
fucking mentors group. Not the shit you say when you go to your therapist. Not the shit you tell
your friends. I'm talking about the shit you believe. What do you believe is going to happen?
Because that's what's going to happen. When you say things and think things, they are unrelated. You could say all you want.
This is going to happen. This is going to happen. This is going to happen. I'm going to be a
millionaire. I'm going to drive this kind of car. I'm going to live this kind of life.
You can say that shit all day long, but unless you fucking believe it, it's never going to happen.
You have to understand that your expectations, what you believe in your fucking heart,
that nobody else sees, that nobody else feels, that nobody else understands,
that's the life that you're going to live. If you expect good shit to happen,
if you expect to become a millionaire, if you expect to become exactly who you've dreamed of
becoming, that is what will happen. But if you say, I'm going to be a millionaire, if you say,
I'm going to build the life I want, if you say, I'm going to live in this kind of house or make
this kind of income or do these kinds of things, and you don't believe it in your heart, it is
never going to happen. Expectation, true belief to the point where you are not surprised when good shit happens
is where you need to get it's where you need to live and breathe and exist
with the right expectations you have to train yourself to believe How do you train yourself to believe?
Andy, I've never had success before
So how the fuck can I believe that I'm going to be successful?
Let me tell you how
You're going to go out
And you're going to do shit
You're going to go out and you're going to get a power list going
Episode 107
You're going to go out and you're going to get a power list going. Episode 107. You're going to win some days.
And then, because you don't believe I'm going to be successful,
you will start to believe on a very small scale.
Hey, you know what?
I can do this.
I've won three days in a row.
I can easily win a fourth.
And you're going to get something called momentum.
And momentum is going to drive you to win a fourth and you're going to get something called momentum and momentum is going
to drive you to win a little more. And when you win a little more, guess what happens to you?
You believe a little more. Okay. Now you're going to go back to the list and you're going to say,
Hey, you know what? I'm doing this. I can fucking do this. This actually really isn't that hard.
I'm moving forward. I get emails every day from This actually really isn't that hard. I'm moving
forward. I get emails every day from you. I'm moving forward faster than I ever thought possible.
Yeah, no shit. I told you exactly the fucking secret sauce. If you follow directions, you're
going to fucking win. There's no magic. There's no fucking success. But the point of the power
list is misunderstood. The power list isn't a fucking to-do list. The power list
is a specific method that is designed to ingrain belief to the point of expecting to fucking win.
The power list is about ultimate productivity, but creating ultimate freedom as well.
Once your five tasks are done, you're done for the fucking day.
Go play Call of Duty all the fuck you want. Do whatever you want. Enjoy your fucking day.
If you don't get five tasks done, guess what? No fucking Call of Duty.
You got to be disciplined. You've got to understand the purpose of the method The purpose of the method is to teach you
How to believe in yourself
The purpose of the method is to teach you
How to expect winning
Not be surprised when occasionally we win
Everybody wins
We all win
But there is a big fucking difference between people
Who get their wins and people who win consistently.
And that's the difference between the people who you look at that are living the lives you want,
that are making the money you want, that are driving the cars you want and doing the shit you want and you.
They've got themselves to a point where they fucking expect to win.
They don't say shit like, well, maybe one day.
Or, yeah, right, if I get lucky.
They don't look at other people and say, that guy got lucky.
Or that guy is blessed.
They don't say that shit.
They say that guy worked his fucking ass off. They say that guy worked his fucking ass off.
They say that guy created his own fucking luck.
That guy created his own blessings.
And you know what?
This has nothing to do with God because I believe in God too.
But you know what I believe God wants me to do?
God wants me to go out and do shit.
God wants me to get off my ass and do shit.
And in return, I get blessed.
See, a lot of you fuckers think that you can just sit around
and affirm and chant in fucking mystical ways
and hope and dream, and shit will just happen or it won't.
There's a reason every successful person is successful.
They believed and they learned how to expect. I don't fucking get excited when I win.
I don't celebrate when I win. You know why? Because I expect to win. That's my fucking baseline.
My baseline is that I'm going to fucking win at everything I do.
And not only that, I'm going to be the best.
I'm not just going to win, I'm going to fucking dominate.
That is what I expect.
So while everybody around me might be surprised when I do those things,
I'm not.
Oh, congratulations on all your success.
What the fuck are you talking about? That's what I'm supposed. Oh, congratulations on all your success. What the fuck are you talking about?
That's what I'm supposed to do.
You have to understand that this is how you have to learn to be.
And the way that you're going to learn to be is by winning on a small scale at first.
Maybe your parents were pieces of fucking shit.
Maybe they beat you.
Maybe they verbally abused you. Maybe they verbally abused you.
Maybe they sexually abused you.
Maybe they fucking chained you to the fucking basement.
I don't give a fuck what they did.
Maybe you never had a rich uncle
or knew somebody who drove a fucking Lambo
or lived in a mansion.
Maybe you never experienced it.
I don't give a fuck. I'm here to tell you that no matter what your hardships,
no matter where you came from, no matter who you are, no matter what your parents did,
no matter what your fucking teachers told you, you can learn to expect winning.
And the way you learn to expect winning
is just like riding a fucking bike.
It's by going out and teetering a little bit,
having some training wheels on, getting it.
I'm getting it, I'm getting it.
Take the training wheels off.
I teeter all over the place.
I fall down three or four times. Eventually you go like 20
yards and you're like, holy shit, I think I got it. And then you go like 40 yards and then you're
like, dude, I'm doing it. And then all of a sudden you know how to ride a bike. It's the same thing
with expecting to win. You cannot expect anything else but winning and have winning come into your life.
I hear a lot of things about the law of attraction. And as you know, and as we've talked about,
I am a huge believer in the law of attraction. I 1000% believe that it's a real thing. And I
1000% believe that it's affected my life. And,000% believe that I have to be very conscious
of my thoughts and beliefs because they will happen.
I've learned this lesson.
Most people only learn this lesson with the negative shit.
They're afraid of what might happen.
They expect to lose.
They expect hardships.
They expect things to be difficult. They expect them to not have much money. They expect them to live in a shitty apartment.
That's what they expect and that's what the universe delivers. They believe that's what
they're going to get. Guess what? That's what they're going to get. And guess what? That's what they're going to get. Everybody out there is experiencing this at one level or another.
Every single person.
You need to learn how to expect to win.
You need to learn that expectation.
What you truly believe in your heart is exactly what you're going to get.
I talk about this in a lot of different podcasts.
I talk about the techniques I use to get in the right mindset and to train myself. None more
important than the power list, episode 107. None more important than that. But there's other things
too. There's visualization techniques. There's gratitude time. There's things that I do like a vision board. Okay. Most of you
guys probably do some of those things, but do you do them right? Do you really buy into them or do
you just fucking believe that it's some shit some fucker told you to do? Because that ain't going to
make it happen. You have to know that what you think about and more importantly, what you believe is going to produce your
expectations and what your expectations are is exactly what's going to happen around you.
So remember that the next time somebody says, hey, what do you think of this car? And you say,
well, maybe one day. Remember that the next time you go to an event and you see someone who's driving a
fucking Rolls Royce and you say, man, that dude must be nice. He must be a lucky, lucky dude.
Remember that. Remember what you're telling the universe. Remember what you're putting
out there because I promise you, you'll never get better than that. big announcement, by the way, on this. I am opening up the applications for the MFCEO project,
Andy Fursella Entrepreneurship Academy, which is going to be a complete and thorough academy
for mindset success and practical success in any area of business and life.
We're not taking everybody.
I don't want people who aren't gonna fucking follow through.
So there's an application process.
We're going to email it out on our email list.
If you're not on our email list, you need to get on it. How do you get on the email list?
You get on the email list by going to the
mfceo.com forward slash sign dash go dash 100 dash zero. There is a tab on the page that you can just
go to the website and say, sign up for the fucking email list. Let me tell you something. The email
list is always going to get priority. The email list is always going to get priority. The email list
is always going to be the people that get the first shit. Okay. I don't fucking spam you. I
don't fucking send you all kinds of bullshit. I send you shit that's going to be valuable and
improve your life. And that's fucking it. So if you're not signed up to the email list, you need
to sign up, go to the website, fucking sign up. Now, before I end, I talked about expectations.
I told you how to change your expectations. I gave you specific ideas and methods on how to
change your expectations that will help you fucking win. All I ask is that you ask a friend,
tell a friend, make a post,
do something to help the cause.
Appreciate you guys.
I'll talk to you on Tuesday.
