Hello, everyone.
Everyone isn't ready then.
Welcome back to another ep.
Another ep.
Another week.
Again, I'm still ill. Yeah, Millieie is still ill it is actually the same day which is a new week for you guys um so today we
were gonna do excuse millie's coughing sorry a podcast all about entering your healthy girl era so obviously it's january when lots of people will start
their health kit yeah get on their new year's resolutions so we wanted to make this podcast
about like things you can do to be healthier and step into the healthiest happiest version of you
but things that don't involve losing weight and getting smaller and dieting because it's so okay to want
to be healthier and to optimize your well-being but that doesn't always have to correlate to
making yourself smaller yeah and losing weight and getting smaller and skinnier and all of that
which i think the diet industry has ingrained in us they have made us correlate health with losing weight and it
absolutely doesn't have to be like that so that is the topic of today's podcast melisa report
i'm not bored i promise give me your flop because i'm excited oh my god my flop okay guys
influencer drama oh okay i'm obviously not gonna name names but i had a flop the other day
so this very well-known fitness influencer very well-known she's big i need my popcorn um she
has been literally copying everything i'm posting on instagram same so for example I'll give
you an example there was which which was actually the
draw line. Get up her Instagram so I can see. I want to know who that is. It was the drawing line and which then
made me message her because I was like I can't be playing I can't be playing that
with this anymore. That's her. No way. Yeah and so she basically so i right there's this one reel that i made
it was like things that i thought were normal but were actually like disordered eating and
there's a whole reel of things i saw her one oh my god do you see her same music same everything
everything it was the same and i was like that's not even a trend that's been
going around like that's literally from my own creativity from me like brainstorming ideas what
I can put out on my page she did that and but she's did she's done so many before that as well
have people like sent it yeah people have sent it as well which was also like a sign of me
to just be like okay this isn't just me thinking about it then it's also other people who are
seeing it um and I was like it it's actually really sort of upsetting me because i
was like how she is such a big person online she's got such a big following and the fact that she's
also growing her following through these ideas which are mine it really sort of like it was
it was hurting because i was like you're not even giving credit to yeah at least give credit like just give credit oh that's all i asked for um okay so what did you say i messaged her and i was like can you
can you can you oh god yeah read it oh my god this is a juicy i was so like open and understanding
and like very calm and collected and like i was definitely you know trying to be very civil um but she came back to
me and was just completely I mean I am rude she was just completely like I so I disagree completely
like this it's my idea blah blah blah and I'm like no darling um should I read it out yeah go on
oh my god I just saw this on my page and wanted to message you about it x
then i sent the link of the reel i noticed it's almost identical to my reel and i fully appreciate
that you've seen my reel and felt inspired by it and the message is always important to share and
put out into the world but i only politely asked to just give credit where it's due if you can
would really appreciate that xx you know that's fine hey just come through to see
what you mean I kind of get what you mean about they are similar but I also really don't as
everything I ever mentioned was what I did when I had my disorder you didn't mention the same things
so not sure how I would even credit should put it in that those like connotations that when it's
unique to my own personal journey
question mark I get that you put your journey in a real too but I mean it's not quite the same
so I don't feel credit would have been necessary and I would always credit if I thought it was
necessary I'm not sure how much to read out here the only thing I will say this is what I said
um okay I get that the only thing I will say is I've what I said, okay, I get that, the only thing I will say is
I've been sent it a few times from people who have noticed the same, the whole idea of reenacting,
blah, blah, blah, I'm not gonna give up too much information, was an idea I came up with myself,
and I explored it creativity through my reel, if you feel like that was generated from your
own creativity, then I can't deny that from you, X. And she says, as I said, I was,
as I said, I see where you're coming from,
but I have spoke about events that happened to me,
which is different to you.
I don't really feel like this is necessary,
and it's quite negative from your tone of voice, XX.
And then I just didn't message.
And I was just like, literally,
all you do is, inspired by,
it's like, this isn't you do is inspired by. Yeah.
It wasn't just that one reel.
There was so many things that were flagged.
And I was like, okay, I get it.
Social media world, like this is going to happen, obviously.
But I mean, that is something I've definitely come to learn.
Like I've had, right, I'm going to give you a bit of my flop actually,
which is similar.
Let's just make this my
flop there is a girl who i used to be best friends with we fell out because she i didn't care she
listens she literally carbon copied my business right and we were best friends she didn't tell
me about it she didn't tell me that was her plan she just launched it one day in front of my face
and i was like what everyone said it's me yeah and
i felt i felt hurt yeah you feel hurt i felt actually hurt and she then just absolutely cut
me out her life so i was like that whole friendship was her trying to get insights to build her own
business she's now only gone and rebranded her company to look like mine and also kind of changed the name to mine.
It's so obvious. And you just have to turn a blind eye to it
and not worry because at the end of the day,
no one can copy your brand and your message and who you are.
Like they can try to,
but they're never actually gonna be.
But what annoys me the most is like
how they're still gaining a lot from it.
Oh, right, yeah.
Off the back of everything that you're doing yourself.
Yeah, I just think like with social media,
people are always going to copy your ideas.
And especially if you have a post that performs well.
Like I've seen it like with my own content.
But it's so fair enough if they're smaller creators who are.
Well, yeah.
I mean, it's just the bigger ones.
You're just like, you're kind of faking
who you are like you're not like you're literally i think you need to take it as um like
you need to reframe it and like be proud of yourself because you're inspiring other people
to look up to you yeah so you're actually just inspiring people and just suck it up
because it's gonna happen.
I know,
it's gonna happen.
But what annoyed me even more
was like she didn't even
basically hear me out.
She could have just been like,
oh yeah,
I completely see
where you're coming from.
I'll add you in the caption
and say inspired by it.
That's it.
Boom.
Done.
Fine.
Okay.
I don't know.
She still follows me though. Obviously, okay. I don't know. So I don't follow her.
She still follows me though,
obviously, because she still wants to come.
I hate drama.
I don't get involved in drama.
Like, I don't.
Anyway.
Right, give me a fly.
My fly.
What is my fly, actually?
Oh, yeah, I had a really nice spa day yesterday um yeah it was really nice it was like very
wholesome very great day everything i wanted to do in my day it's like a perfect dream day
got work done went into the pool went into the sauna went into a new gym it was just really
lovely um and it just made me feel like really grateful oh that was my yeah you need a nice
self-care day like that yeah and it's good
day like good way to start the week yeah for sure it's a monday so and it's not always like
monday's always just really dull especially in january god i love a monday i actually love
monday what even in january yeah my birthday's in january yeah true um i wish my birthday was
in january no you don't why not it's the worst month to have your birthday. What? Oh, true.
I have to like really hype it up in my head, but really it is shit.
Yeah, that is actually true.
Having a January birthday.
No one has money.
And also my birthstone is garnet.
What's garnet?
It's a horrible red burgundy stone and it's just-
Mine's opal.
See, that's nice and pretty.
I feel like I've got the worst month to be born in, the worst birthstone.
All right, you're alive though.
I'm alive. I'm alive i'm alive yeah um okay my fly is that i have been hitting pbs left right and center oh
jealous i'm actually so jealous i can't with this racquetone i can't lift heavy oh really my muscles
are aching a lot i am oh my god you hit my tummy then no i wonder if you guys heard it was like
the tummy's like yeah please feed me um yeah no i've been i've been smashing my pbs what would
you say is it because you're eating more like yeah roast potatoes from christmas chocolate
all the energy eat more yeah i have been eating more i've been eating more sleeping better that's good me and jasmine um deadlifted 200 kilos did you see that's actually i want to
try that it was someone it was hard but like actually not as hard as i thought yeah interesting
but i had to stand on like a stack of plates yeah moral support also probably helped yeah
but that was a great feeling right was your fly oh yeah that was your fly that was my fly your
flop is i got the weights fly what's your flop oh my flop i made it about the girl oh yeah yeah
yeah yeah well we flew through those didn't we yeah we flew through those flies and stops the episode
so healthy girl era um so yeah let's start by reinforcing that being healthy is not about
going on extreme diets not enjoying your food being healthy is not about looking aspiring to
look like hashtag body goals yeah instagram fits but it is so much more than that. And I think you and I both have been down that route
of thinking healthy is being skinny
and getting so caught up in the idea of like,
being skinny will make you happy.
But actually, if you take it too far
and get too skinny like we did,
and you know, go down.
I hate that word. Yeah. down yeah like ew it's just
not a nice word don't like that word if you take it too far and go to extreme you will literally
become the definition of unhealthy yeah like food obsessions body dysmorphia hypothalamic amenorrhea
um no relationships feeling weak having no energy or sleep no sex drive constant body
checking like hair breakage that is not healthy all this in your skin yeah even like my iris
color was so dull yeah mad hunger prangs just being so distant from reality no i know because it hurts my head to think back to that
so traumatic get me out
no that like that is not healthy so we need to move away from the idea that health involves
always losing weight and becoming your skinniest version of yourself because it really doesn't so i think 2023 has to be the era of stepping into your truly healthiest happiest self
and accepting that you know it may like your body at your healthiest may not be the body that you
would desire for so so long yes but it's accepting it and then learning to love it and actually i like i can kind of reinforce that those feelings will come the more you accept
it hopefully and actually i think as well the older you get oh yeah definitely it's definitely
maturity i think it's maturity because i like we're both a lot heavier now than we were and
back then we've said this before like we would never imagine
being this much heavier and being happy but like we actually are so comfortable and happy in
ourselves and it's just knowing like you the acceptance of that will give you the happiness
and yeah growing up and just coming to terms with the fact that like life is so much better than
just how you look in the mirror yeah you open up a new perspective like you have new eyes okay so i
think we should start by listing what we need to leave behind in 2022 and like fully leave it there
and enter this new year with a optimistic positive attitude towards health and wellness which isn't infatuated by diet
toxic diet culture i'm gonna start by saying leave behind fashion trends that just don't suit my body
shape yes because i love it but like there's some fashion trends that i wish i could you know
wear but it's just it's not for my body shape and it reinforces that when i try on like
low waist jeans whatever it reinforces that my body the way it is and sometimes it makes me not
like it yeah which is annoying it's because it's a fashion trend i i can relate to that and i i
actually do find sometimes i find it hard to dress myself when you have like a bit more of a gym body
yeah i i agree i agree like i can't wear what's fashionable because i don't think it suits my when you have like a bit more of a gym body. Yeah, I agree. I agree.
Like I can't wear what's fashionable
because I don't think it suits my more athletic vibe.
I agree.
But I think it's just,
we've chosen the lifestyle we wanna live
and it's learning to compromise.
On like the whole vibe of like fashion and styles,
I wanted to talk about something
which I had a realization about myself the other day,
which I wanna leave behind, which links to all of this.
I think from where I'm so caught up with like,
when I used to get bullied for being
quote unquote fat and overweight and
sorry, I keep hitting the mic.
I know you do, I'm just laughing at you.
Yeah, where I'm so like traumatized by that time in my life where i was
bullied for being overweight and fat and how i've transformed and i'm now like happy in my body
i feel like i have this like innate inability to wear clothes that cover up because i'm always
trying to like showcase to the outside world that I'm not in that shape anymore
so like people always say to me like I swear you always go out and you're like basically wearing
or I wear like really like tight short dresses and crop tops and like or I have my legs out and
like even if there's like outfits that I appreciate and like if it's too covered up I won't wear it wow and it's not because
I'm trying to like look a certain way to men or get a male attraction it's because like I
want to reinforce that I'm not that old me people basically so I'm working on that yeah that's it
that's really interesting one you know because I have nothing to prove to anyone apart from myself
and I don't need to dress for other people. You really don't.
I'm going to start wearing what I want to wear.
What you just feel comfortable in, no matter what it is.
Yeah.
And also, like, that's so in your head as well.
Like, you're covered up now.
Well, yeah.
I just got cold, that's why.
But you can still, like, fully appreciate how you look.
Yeah.
But also, like we always say, it's not all about how you look.
It's not all about how you look.
People don't remember how you look. They remember who you are as a person. Yeah. So that's not all about how you look it's not remember how
you look they remember who you are as a person yeah so that's something i'm definitely leaving
behind in 2022 i did actually have quite a remarkable day the other day the first time
in my life i've ever worn joggers fuck off no it's actually not i've just never you know it
was an exaggeration the first time in your life? Yeah. In your entire life?
In my entire life, I ever wore joggers.
I live in joggers.
Yeah, I never wore them.
What?
Because they, like, aren't tight.
Oh, my God, that's actually mad.
Okay, this is a great stepping stone.
But I did, it was a big day for me.
Yeah.
Next time, I'm going to challenge you to come in and jog.
Oh, my God, the magic.
No, we're going to have a sofa jogger day.
Okay. Okay? Okay. okay wow i can't wait
to see you in joggers right another thing we're gonna leave behind in 2022 is food rules and
obsessing over calories and macros and food labels some things just take too long a meeting that
could have been an email, someone explaining crypto,
or switching mobile providers.
Except with Fizz.

And good versus bad food.
Oh, all of that fucking shit show, yeah.
Food, like food weighing scales.
Yeah.
I mean, for me personally, my fitness pal,
things that just don't serve you well.
Yeah.
Also making weight loss your life's purpose and getting your self-worth
too wrapped up in the number on the scales or how you look in the mirror yeah um and also believing
that our weight and how we look is the be all end all to health which is why like what the purpose
of this episode is how we're going to go into how you can become healthier and live a healthier life without obsessing over you know it's funny like i went
in so i went to this new gym yesterday i saw the weighing scales and i was like i haven't weighed
myself in i think over over a year i don't know what i am and i actually needed to know my weight
because my ractane like my ractane dosage depends on how much i weigh oh did you weigh yourself so i weighed myself and i was like okay before i was like this could trigger you millie
so just fyi be careful but i went in i was like i'm just calling myself i saw the number on the
scales i was like so yeah i'm heavier than i thought but i'm actually not fast at all like
that lit like it just reinforced like how it doesn't signify oh my god no i think i that means so much to me because when i was coaching you
like you were so triggered by the weight going it was seeing it yeah seeing it go up and i didn't
think i was going to be triggered because i've never weighed myself and so now i'm like no like
you're in a place where it doesn't trigger you that is a number that i have no attachment to
like it's literally a fucking two digit number.
Like you don't walk around with it on your head.
And even if you did,
like it doesn't change who you are as a person.
Yeah.
Wow, I'm proud of you.
And like my friend weighed herself after
I could have let that trigger me, but it just didn't.
Yeah.
Like it was just so empowering.
Not freeing.
Yeah, leave that out the door.
So yeah, we will be leaving those things in 2022
and i think one good place to start in 2023 to like enter your healthy girl era is to think about
things that you can add into your life rather than restrict when people set new year's resolutions
they're always trying to think about like what they can cut out and they're going to remove and
restrict and deprive themselves on but instead of having that deprivation mindset you need to flip
that and think about the more abundance that you can get from having abundance having more
of healthy things in your life like for example for me personally i'm focusing on having more social media detox time
eating more diverse range of vegetables um yeah i need to do that yeah i need to feed my gut flora
yes more self-care time um like unwinding yeah and drinking more water. Yeah.
Mine are, so how much more, what's more water?
Cause these be quite specific, don't they?
You're setting goals.
It's like, it should be more specific.
So more water, like how much, like another extra bottle?
Well, I have got, I've recently bought from Paper Chase
a really big bottle.
It's one of the big, yeah, nice.
And like, I dunno, I just feel like having a nice water
bottle can really motivate you to.
No, I agree. It's like an accessory yeah yeah because your outfits um but talking of like
how mean you want to eat more vegetables i think one great place to start with being healthier this
year is cooking from scratch more and making home-cooked meals and like actually making it like like romanticizing
cooking at home like oh absolutely like i'm me and my flatmate live are doing this with it yeah
we're really putting time and effort into meals like she's cooking us a meal one night i'm cooking
i'm then like the chef in one night and it like puts like fun into it yeah and you're like you're
both sharing that experience of eating together and it it's really nice because I got into the habit
of just being really lazy, really quick,
like grabbing three ingredients, carbs, protein, fats.
Like I literally didn't care about what they were,
what the flavors they were.
Like I was just like, get it in me.
I was being so boring with it.
But now I'm like really picking up the chef in me
and I'm like loving it. doesn't it make you feel good
yeah and it is a part of like a self-care yeah aspect to your evening because like yeah I could
say oh I'm wasting time I could be doing more time like working or like whatever but this is actually
time that I need to myself I'm cooking I'm enjoying it I'm listening to music or a podcast whatever
it is a fun time that I should embrace. Yeah. And everyone should embrace.
And as well, like, the more you do that,
the more you're going to, like, get better at it.
And you will start to, like, yeah, it will become a habit.
You're, you know, developing your skill.
And food is literally medicine.
Like, you know, if you're constantly living off of, like,
junk food and takeouts, that's not fueling your body with like good nutrients like you need to make sure you're
getting in good quality carbs high protein some good veggies fiber and like if you're making it
an experience that you're getting fun from like it's a win-win win-win so i think put a lot of energy and fun into cooking at home
and like millie it's like get your friends involved cook for your friends um i love pinterest
for inspo but yeah like any sort of inspo where you can find good recipes from it's good yeah
so that's one of my tips one of my tips is just like finding your passion
that doesn't make you or like leave you relying
on motivation.
So you know how like a lot of people will lose motivation
for the gym or whatever.
It's like, well, you have to ask yourself,
is that your passion?
Like maybe another form of exercise is dancing
or boxing or whatever.
Like find your passion where you don't have to rely
on motivation.
Like that is where you can find your healthy where you don't have to rely on motivation like that is where you can find your
healthy girl era because it's not it will be so much more effortless it will feel like less of a
chore it'll feel like it's like you're aligning more to yourself and your true passion that's
within you yeah like you should never dread doing a workout and i think so many people still do like
it's not meant to be that you shouldn't be like oh yeah that's normal to dread a workout and i think so many people still do like it's not meant to be that you shouldn't
be like oh yeah that's normal to dread a workout like no no like a workout should be like a boost
of endorphins and like really like boost your mood like it's not a chore for me at all no
it's like you know how some people wake up and they're like oh my god it's like day to day and
they just dread it i think like of, of course, there's something sometimes
where you really like don't wanna go.
But I think like knowing how you feel after a workout,
if you're leaving every single workout feeling like shit
and like feeling so drained
and like you've overworked yourself,
like that's not the right way to do it.
The thing is like when I don't wanna go, I don't go.
And like, it will probably maybe some weeks I'll go, what, two, three times a week.
Some weeks I'll go five times a week and just feel like great and, you know, happy to go.
But I would never force myself.
I guess it depends on why you're dreading going.
Yeah.
That was actually like somewhat similar to my next point which is um
staying active and moving your body because it grants so much more than just a fit figure
like people still to this day will use exercise as a way to like punish themselves or like burn
off calories and i think so many people go into the new year doing that like after christmas indulging a lot they're like oh i need to burn all of that
off but like no like exercising is quite literally like therapy therapy it saved my life like it
literally did like i don't i would not be here without exercise um like it has such a profound effect on your mood and also i did some research
on this guys they have done studies and it found that even if you don't lose a single pound and
your body composition doesn't change at all exercising dramatically boosts your self-esteem and self-confidence so like just
the act of moving your body and like being strong yeah will make you feel confident it will give
you self-esteem it will give you self-trust because you're actually getting yourself there
and showing up for yourself like for the past i mean i want to say like a year now i haven't had
a fitness goal i haven't been going to the gym to change anything about my appearance it's literally just been going because it is like a passion it makes me feel great it's
all of that good stuff and that just goes to show like it is proof that like my body hasn't changed
if anything i've actually lost muscle but i'm still going to the gym because it makes you feel
good yeah it's also the antidote to anxiety like movement quite literally produces chemicals that fight the
feelings that like bring you down i saw a post on instagram actually that was like what to do when
you're anxious and it was like walk yeah it's walking even walking like yoga just moving like
moving your body do something that like makes you feel good um yeah that's just there's so many
benefits to exercising besides just how you look and like the great thing about it is if you're going to work out for the non-aesthetic reasons
if you're exercising for like the non-physical reasons you get all of those gains plus the physical benefits will come to you like your
body will change but you're doing it for the right reasons and it's going to improve your sleep and
i always think when your goal is to actually just go to improve your mental health the physical
effects are even better than if you were to have a goal of just because it's like you're not forcing
yourself yeah and it feels a lot and also like you open your eyes because you're not focusing on your appearance so when you do like i know catch
yourself in the moon you're like oh my bum looks bigger or whatever it has a bigger impact on you
because that wasn't your goal in the first place yeah you're like oh wow it's an extra benefit yeah
yeah and another thing i think is like community like doesn't have to be a gym but like you know a boxing class or like yoga or
like literally going to the gym or a workout class like community you will be around like-minded
people who are all there to like better themselves and like I recently made a really really good
friend she's probably like one of my closest friends and I met her like half a year ago at the gym and it's just a great
place to go where you're gonna it really is lovely right um organize your space oh yes gotta be
organized if you want that healthy girl era you need to declutter yeah don't be a hoarder you can't
be ordered this i'm such a hoarder but i I'm getting better. And it really does make a difference.
It clears your head.
It clears your mind.
It's just, it is like.
Therapeutic?
Yeah, I'd say therapeutic.
Not what I'm speaking for, but I'd say it's therapeutic.
I'm actually going to go as far to say,
we're going to give all of you a challenge.
This week, you have to pick an area in your house or a a room that you are going to like go in on
whether that's your wardrobe whether that's your drawers your best makeup i did my makeup
the other day and my bathroom oh my god it was so needed kitchen cupboard it makes you
feel so much better healthy space declutter space and like decluttered mind it's actually
treat that as like an activity like get get some- Get a podcast on.
Get some really cute, like maybe organizer, pot things,
like make it look pretty.
Yeah, go treat yourself to some new like storage things.
I love storage stuff.
Put on a diffuser, put on a candle, put on some music.
And set yourself like two hours.
And you know as well, you will feel good
from actually getting that
thing that you've been procrastinating done that has been on your list for a while we all know it
yeah just do it now just do it now go and do it um okay my next one is this is a very short one
because we've done a whole podcast episode on it get more sleep episode 23 if you haven't already listened great memory um no i just researched it
um if right genuinely guys if sleeping more and getting better quality sleep was the only thing
you did this year your life would dramatically be enhanced because it is gonna improve your health
your sex your relationships relationships, your productivity.
Just listen to the episode.
You will not regret it.
My next one is kind of,
I touched on this in the last episode,
change up your look a bit.
Like I think if you're in this little like hole
of doing the same habits, same routine,
the same things that probably aren't
in your healthy girl era.
I think switching up your look is a great step
to kick you in the bum to just get moving, you know?
Like it will make you feel like
you're leaving that era behind
and now you're going into a new better era
and it's like, it's just better.
So I'm even thinking about dyeing my hair.
What color?
Like dark.
Brunette.
Should I show you a picture?
It's like, yeah, I would say brunette.
It's got hints of highlights in it,
but it would definitely be a difference.
Like it would be dark.
So I'm just thinking like I need a change,
I need to switch up, I need like just a bit of,
I don't know.
Oh, I think that would suit you.
Where's the picture?
Oh, here it is.
See, I would do that.
The picture that we went to at Ivy.
I took that picture. You took that picture? No, that suits you so much do you think i can get over it
fuck really like you look hot but i look different you look so different that right that right there
is like more similar a bit darker than my natural hair color yeah but that looks insane on you
do you think i should do it? Without a doubt.
Oh my God, it's gonna be such a big change.
I love that.
Okay, yeah.
Okay, Millie is going to get new hair, so.
But also it'll be like,
my fashion sense will kind of change,
like my color will change.
Oh, you need to do that.
See you guys.
Yeah, I know it doesn't have to be as drastic
as changing your hair,
like even just like going and treating yourself
to some new workout clothes.
Yeah, exactly.
Literally that.
Or like some new shoes.
Jewelry, yeah.
Headphones, whatever.
Like just get something new in your life.
That's-
That is gonna like encourage you to go down
this healthy girl area for you.
I agree.
Okay, my last tip is create a routine and a structure
that you actually wake up fucking excited to do go on girl no really
passionate yeah like organize your days plan your weeks and be excited you're the writer of your own
life you are you are literally the author of your own story so you go and write that up you can you
can you know leave it on a cliffhanger you can you can end the chapter there and don't leave it on
a cliffhanger you need to be organized and productive i recommend getting google calendar
yeah and every this is what i do every sunday i do like a reflection on the week and i get up the
taskbar on google calendar and write down everything like brain dump everything i need to do that week
and then when it's all there i then like take each task and put it into a slot for the week in my google calendar
so i can like like clearly see everything i need to get done with like clear times and then i don't
spend all my time worrying about like when i'm gonna get it done because it's in the calendar
and it will get done on that day why are you laughing at me i'm just laughing because i'm so passionate about it i love it
no but it fucking works it really does yeah i agree planning out your week if you if you're
a busy girl you need to get stuff done and you just want to have you don't just get it all out
on paper just whatever organize your week anyway what's your quote okay my quote is
well it's not really a quote it's a reminder oh yeah this is cute i've seen this one
reminder that winnie the pooh wore a crop top with no pants ate his favorite food every day
and loved himself unconditionally so you can't oh that's really cute we love winnie we love
winnie that's a cute name isn't it he also said another one where it's like you don't eat. Oh, that's really cute. We love Winnie. We love Winnie. That's a cute name, isn't it?
He also said another one where it's like,
you don't need to earn your food.
Yeah, that's a meme, isn't it?
Yeah.
My quote isn't really relevant to the episode.
It's just one I saw watching.
What's that?
I'm raising the eyebrows.
I just saw it and I thought it was really cute.
Well, it's not cute, but it's just true.
Stay away from people who make you feel hard to love.
Yeah.
You know?
Yeah.
Was that directed to me? I know.
Was that actually?
It was directed to you.
It was directed to everyone out there who's listening.
Okay.
And if you can relate, then, you know, you can relate.
And remember, you do not have to go into this year
trying to make yourself the smallest version of
yourself because that is not going to give you the healthy happy vibe that you need in your life
we need the boss ass bitch energy right well i look forward to seeing your new hair oh my god
yeah me too next week no i'm joking with you next week um okay love you guys thank you for listening
thank you so much. Have a great week.
