I was searching when I was looking up, I was doing some research into USAID and Belarus,

which is another kind of obvious one, but one of the only news articles that came up was a press release from USAID about how they were opening an embassy in Lithuania where the political opposition is based. Well, yeah, and Victor Orban was saying how, like, as it turns out, USAID is funding virtually all of the progressive left-wing opposition to him in Hungary. They did a coup

in Romania. They were definitely behind Russiagate.
