Relatable with Allie Beth Stuckey - Ep 1201 | ‘Women Will Die': Debunking the Myths About Trump’s Hospital Policy

Episode Date: June 5, 2025

Today, we're discussing the Trump administration's reversal of a Biden-era policy regarding hospitals being required to perform emergency abortions. We get into the law itself, what changed, and, more... importantly, what didn't. Spoiler alert: Hospitals can still perform emergency care for pregnant women — they just can't intentionally kill babies. And to the surprise of nobody with eyes, Olympic gold medalist boxer Imane Khelif was proven to be male, according to a leaked medical report. Not only that, but a high school girl in California was forced to share the podium with a "transgender" competitor. Lastly, we debut a new segment, Hard Pills to Swallow, and we're hitting the ground running with today's hard pill: You need to stop living with your boyfriend. If you have not listened to or watched yesterday's episode about the Innocence Project, please do so. And if you've already watched it or listened to it, please share it. And if you've got anyone that you know that works in Texas politics, make sure that
Starting point is 00:02:15 they know about this, make sure your pastor knows about this. This is going to be a big media issue headline in the coming months, especially in the state of Texas as the Robert Robertson person is presented by the Innocence Project and by the media and even people on our quote unquote side as this like innocent, sympathetic figure, you need to be armed with the facts. Those that you know who are influential need to be armed with the facts because remember it is no small thing to stand in the way of justice for the innocent. So if you need more details on that, please go listen to watch and share it with everyone in your life. All right, we've got to debunk some more media myths today. You have probably seen headlines going around, especially on Instagram saying
Starting point is 00:03:07 that Trump is now letting hospitals allow women to die. Women who need these life-saving abortions we hear are now going to bleed out and die because of Trump's draconian and cruel anti-abortion policies. And a lot of you have been sending me messages asking me, okay, What is true about this? Whenever you see headlines like this, you should have a little alarm that goes off in your head that says that's probably not true. When anything sounds too good or too bad to be true, you should ask yourself, but is it really true? And it is almost always the case when it comes to pro-abortion propaganda that the story that you are reading, that those little pro-abortion influencers and accounts are pushing, that it's just not true, that they're leaving facts out,
Starting point is 00:04:07 they're distorting what's really going on, they're taking one fact, they're amplifying it, and distorting or ignoring the rest of it. This is the formula of toxic empathy. You are presented with a purported victim. You are told a very sad story that leads you to a particular political conclusion and made to feel if you are a good, compassionate person, then you will be on that side. If you're a bad person, then you'll be on the other side of this issue. But for the Christian, we don't just ask but what sounds good or what feels good or what is the outrage mob saying. We have to ask ourselves what is true because love, which we are called to, above our calling to feel empathy towards someone, is inextricably intertwined with the truth.
Starting point is 00:04:57 That's what we read in 1 Corinthians 136 by the God who is love himself. So that should be the first instinct that you have whenever you see any story, especially coming from the progressive side. If you have not read my book, Toxic Empathy, I really encourage you to do so. You will get a guidebook on how to think about and how to respond to stories that have to do with abortion, that have to do with immigration, gender, sexuality, justice and the formula that you see in that can really be applied to any issue, whether it's COVID or climate change or school choice. So it's a short book. It is jam-packed with facts,
Starting point is 00:05:38 but also biblical truth and true compassion that will really help you. And if you've already read it, get one for your friend. Okay, this story that Trump is overturning some policy by the Biden administration that protected women and now women aren't going to be protected. Let us talk about what is actually happening. So the Trump administration has reversed a Biden policy regarding hospital emergency abortion requirements. This is according to Life News and the Associated Press. So we've got a pro-life entity resource and then we've also got a very pro-abortion left-wing resource that we're getting this information from. The Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act, which is also known as EMTALA or EMTALA,
Starting point is 00:06:27 was passed in 1986, requires hospitals to provide necessary emergency care, including for pregnant women to stabilize serious medical conditions. The law's initial intent was to ensure patient access to emergency medical care and to prevent the practice of patient dumping. So patient dumping is where uninsured patients are transferred from private to public hospitals without consideration of their medical condition or stability for transfers, you know, they are transferring solely for financial reasons. The law includes specific references to pregnant women and unborn children throughout, particularly in transfer decisions where doctors must consider, quote, the increased risks to the individual and in the case of labor to the unborn child from
Starting point is 00:07:14 affecting the transfer and requirements for hospitals to provide treatment that minimizes the risks to the individual's health and in the case of a woman in labor, the health of the unborn child. So as I said, this was from 1986. And so what do the headlines mean when they're talking about Biden and Trump? So the Biden administration issued a guidance on this law in 2022 that interpreted EMTALA that law as requiring hospitals to perform abortions in emergency rooms, even in states with pro-life laws if deemed necessary to stabilize a pregnant woman's condition. They argue that the law gives federal authority to override state abortion ban.
Starting point is 00:07:59 So you can see if you're familiar at all with how the left interprets these kind of health care laws, you can see the problem right away. Because how the left interprets the health or life of the mother or the stability of the mother is not that the woman's life actually has to be at risk. They refer to a Supreme Court case called Doe v. Bolton, where health and life of the mother is defined as not only the physical health of the mother, but the mental health of the mother, the financial situation of the mother, the familial circumstances of the mother. And that is why you have, for example, a law in the state of New York, which says through all nine
Starting point is 00:08:43 months, abortion is legal. And after viability, so typically around 24 weeks, the abortion has to be for, quote, unquote, the life or health of the mother. Again, life or health is interpreted as virtually for any reason. As long as the mom and the doctor say, well, yeah, I'm not really feeling good. This doesn't make me happy. This is making me feel mentally unwell. It could even be while my boyfriend broke up with me or my family isn't supporting me. So at 36 weeks gestation, if the woman finds yourself in really dire circumstances, she can in several states, including in the state of New York, abort that child. There is no reason, particularly after viability, after that baby can survive outside of the womb, which can be as early as 19 weeks for that baby to die. It's never necessary
Starting point is 00:09:33 to purposely kill the child in order to save the life of the mother. If the mother's life, physical life, actually has to be saved and she cannot remain pregnant anymore or she will die, then that baby should be delivered. And if it's after a time when that baby is viable so that baby can survive outside of the womb, then life-saving care should be given to that baby to try to protect and preserve that baby's life and save the mother's life. Now, if it's before that, if the mother is suffering some kind of condition where she cannot be pregnant anymore, her life absolutely matters. She has just as much made in the image of God as that baby inside the womb, that mother's life should be attended to and that baby should be delivered even knowing that the tragic outcome of that baby being delivered early will be that baby's death.
Starting point is 00:10:23 That is not the same thing as poisoning that baby. That's not the same thing as intentionally dismembering that baby. And remember, all pro-life laws across the states actually define abortion as the intentional killing of the child using a different kind of chemical or instrument. So saving the mother's life by early delivery, whether or not that is pre or post-viability is the option for trying to save that woman's life and, if possible, protecting that child's life. So just understand that that there's no real scenario that requires. requires the poisoning or dismembering or any other kind of intentionally, brutally abusing and
Starting point is 00:11:07 murdering that unborn child. Just understand that. You don't have to be a doctor. You don't have to have MD after your name to understand the logic there. And by the way, I've talked to a lot of doctors about this. I'm not just coming up with this on my own. And we will link the episode that I did on this particular subject with an OBGYN before the election. So this was a Biden era reinterpretation of a 1986 law that said hospitals, you have to provide an abortion. And this obviously created a lot of conscience issues, a lot of conflict with state laws, but also a lot of religious liberty issues. When you have emergency room doctors or say a Catholic hospital that doesn't perform abortions at all,
Starting point is 00:11:54 saying, well, now you are required to do so if the quote, unquote, undefines to be. of the mother depends upon it. So it was actually the Biden administration that was infringing upon people's rights here. It's not the Trump administration doing that. And I'll talk about what the Trump administration is actually doing in a second. But let me pause and tell you about our first sponsor for the day. And it is Carly Jean Los Angeles. I am wearing my chocolate Carly Jean Los Angeles tank top.
Starting point is 00:12:23 I love all of their tanks. You all know how much I love my clothes from CGLA. They fit me and work in every season of life, every season of the year. You can get six, say, really solid pieces, mix and match them throughout the seasons of the year, throughout your seasons of life. I have relied on CGLA to look my best when I'm pregnant, when I'm postpartum, when I'm neither of those things. And I'm like a simple girl. I like a classic style. That's what I love about CGLA.
Starting point is 00:12:54 Their basics line is all made in the U.S. so you're supporting American industry when you buy from them. Also, they've got new workout gear. They've got cotton workout gear, different kinds of workout gear, really flattering, super cute. They've got a new like East Coast line out that I absolutely love. Carly and her family are amazing. Get your clothes from Carly Jean Los Angeles. Go to Carly Jean Los Angeles.com.
Starting point is 00:13:18 Use code AllieB for 20% off your order. That's Carly Jean Los Angeles.com code Allie B. On Tuesday, the Trump administration rescinded this 2022 guidance in a statement, arguing it wrongly turned emergency rooms into abortion clinics by forcing doctors to perform elective abortions, which is true because a woman could come in and say, I have to have an abortion. I don't feel stable or I'm not feeling good or whatever. And instead of a doctor saying, you know what, we can help you in different ways or here's where you need to go. give you other resources, they would be required by the Biden administration to perform an abortion. So the Trump administration's policy clarifies that EMTALA does not mandate abortions beyond what is necessary for emergency care, aligning with the law's intent to protect both the mother and the
Starting point is 00:14:18 unborn child. So they're just saying, look, you have to look after both. Whereas the Biden administration was saying, you don't have to look after the unborn child. You don't have to consider the life of the unborn child at all. If you need an abortion, you got to get an abortion and you have to do it. And the Trump administration is saying no. In its letter rescinding Biden's guidance, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services, also known as CMS, which provides oversight of hospitals, said it will continue to enforce the federal law that, quote, protects all individuals who present to a hospital emergency department seeking an examination or treatment, including for identified emergency medical conditions that place the health of a pregnant woman or her unborn child in serious jeopardy.
Starting point is 00:14:59 And I just want to take a moment. It's, it might seem like a little thing, but the choice of words here that is so distinct from the Biden administration when we read the words pregnant woman or unborn child. Nowadays, language indicates your belief system. It indicates your worldview. And you could argue that it always has. But at one point, we all had the belief that only women could get pregnant. We all had the knowledge of that. reality. And we all acknowledge that the baby inside the womb was indeed an unborn child, whether or not you believed in someone's legal right to abort that child. But the Biden administration would use euphemisms and lie to cover up that reality. They would say pregnant patient or pregnant
Starting point is 00:15:45 individual. They wouldn't say unborn child. They might say fetus or even more euphemistically and deceptively. They would say terminate the pregnancy. You can't even acknowledge. You can't even acknowledge the baby inside the womb. That's also another tactic of toxic empathy, that kind of slight of hand, and that linguistic manipulation that a lot of people don't even notice, but it slowly over time reshapes your conscience into latching on to the secular progressive idea that abortion is right and compassionate. So I just like praise God yet again that Trump won. And I know it's only years and I know America and certainly eternity does not live or die or rise or fall based on who is in office. But can we just appreciate this that this is such a stark difference in
Starting point is 00:16:36 reality versus falsehood and light versus darkness in the Trump administration versus what would have been the Kamala Harris administration? We would have seen abortion radicalism in ways that we can't even comprehend right now. So I'm just grateful for that. Administrator Dr. Mehmet Oz. I admittedly am not like a huge Dr. Oz fan. But, okay, emphasize that pregnant women will continue to receive care that they need under the new guidance in a pose on acts that says, he said this, the law has not changed. Don't believe the spin and fearmongering of the fake news. The Biden administration created confusion, but this law is clear. And the law has not changed. Women will receive care for miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy,
Starting point is 00:17:19 and medical emergencies in all 50 states. This has not and will never change in the Trump administration. That's what you're hearing, that women who are miscarrying won't be able to get a DNC. Women who have an ectopic pregnancy where the baby, the embryo is growing in the fallopian tube. You're hearing that they won't get the care that they need. You're hearing that sepsis won't be able to be treated, that now hospitals are forced to let these women die. No, the law that has been there since 1986 still stands. It was the Biden administration that reinterpreted that law to force emergency rooms to perform abortions on women who wanted abortions for basically any reason.
Starting point is 00:17:59 And so the Trump administration say, no, we're just going to go back to what the law said, which means emergency room people. You take care of the emergencies. You remove the atopic pregnancy. You perform the DNC for women who are having miscarriages. You treat the patient, both patients, the unborn child and the woman with the dignity. and the life-preserving care that they need. Alliance of any freedom has since dropped their case Catholic Medical Association versus U.S. Department of Health and Human Services representing 2,500 Catholic doctors
Starting point is 00:18:33 and health care workers who claimed Biden's rule violated religious beliefs. Thank goodness ADF no longer has to represent these Catholic hospitals in this case, who were forced, by the way, by the Biden administration, or they were saying that they were going to be forced to, to perform these abortions. ADF Senior Counsel, Matt Bowman, said the change allows doctors to, quote, perform their life-giving duties without fear of government officials forcing them to end life. So if you are on the side of autonomy, like if you are on the side of freedom,
Starting point is 00:19:03 if you're on the side of liberty, you should actually have an issue with what the Biden administration did in 2022. But you don't because you're pro-abortion. You want more abortions. You want more babies to die. Again, I will say there's only one side of this debate that one. someone to die and it's the pro-abortion side and they're completely unashamed of it they don't try to hide it they're okay with at least one party in the abortion scenario dying those of us who are on
Starting point is 00:19:31 the life side we want zero people to die we want zero moms to die and we want zero babies to die there's one side of this debate that is okay with people dying and it's the pro-abortion side So I'm glad about this. Go Trump. We've got people, of course, pushing the propaganda. We've got Katie Hobbs, who is the disgraced governor of Arizona. Politicians should not make decisions for women and their doctors. This cruel and reckless policy will put women's lives at risk. Again, just complete disinformation there. Senator Patty Murray, Trump just quietly erased guidance that told hospitals they had to save pregnant women's lives. That's right. They don't care. how many women die were forced into health crises to advance their anti-abortion agenda. I won't let this fly under my radar. That's a Washington State. Senator, again, just complete and total lies. And there's a picture actually in her post that says it's from the Guardian.
Starting point is 00:20:28 So this is an article from the Guardian. And the header picture is a bunch of protesters saying, let doctors save lives, protect EMT, ALA. You've got a lot of people who have these signs saying that. But again, EMTLA is being protected. That's exactly what the Trump administration is doing. That is the opposite of what the Biden administration did. Be able to refute and rebut this propaganda by just digging into what is actually true.
Starting point is 00:20:59 And I'm here to try to help you do that. All right. Some more propaganda, y'all. That it's come back around. I mean, just start with conservatives being. right and then back up from there. And you will be right a lot more often and a lot more quickly than if you start with the left being correct. Maybe sometimes the left is correct, but usually not. Usually if you just start with conservatives are probably right, then you'll at least be
Starting point is 00:21:26 closer to the truth more quickly. So we'll get into another story that proves that in a second. Let me pause and tell you about share the arrows. Y'all share the arrows. It's going to be here before you know it. If you have been like, oh, should I? Should I not? Is it worth it? Should I take the time, y'all? It is a one-day event that you are going to benefit from for years to come because you will be challenged with apologetic teaching from Elisa Childers. Believe it or not, we are five years out from the George Floyd incident and the
Starting point is 00:23:07 destructive riots that ensued and just burned down Minneapolis. That didn't just happen. There was a dereliction of duty, a deliberate dereliction of duty that went on there with Governor Tim Walls and also the local government there in Minneapolis. And now we have three law enforcement officers who are bravely speaking out about what actually went on, how people were allowed to die, a town was allowed to burn in the name of a false narrative of racial justice. It's important for us to know what really goes on behind the scenes and these kind of situations so we can be fully prepared for the next time and make sure we are voting people in office who are going to stand strong even amidst the demands of the mob.

That is the Algerian boxer who boxed in the Olympics. Was it last year of 2023? Wow. Time goes by fast.
Starting point is 00:24:28 And it was very obvious that this person was male. There were several reports that this person was male. I said that this person was male. Many others said this person was male. And I was told by many people, including people on the right, that this was absolutely cruel, that this was inhumane, that the right is getting this wrong, that because we are being so zealous over the transgender issue and fighting for the rights of girls, that we have accidentally included someone who just kind of looks masculine but is actually
Starting point is 00:24:57 male in our crosshairs and we shouldn't have done that. No, I wasn't, I mean, I wasn't just speaking emotionally about this. I would have no incentive to get something like this wrong. All of us said Amin Khalif was a male because it was obvious that he's a male. So Olympic boxer, Amain Khalif, who competed in the women's category at the 2024 Paras Olympics and has consistently claimed that he's female was revealed to have X Y chromosomes. According to a 2023 medical report leaked this week, was previously rumored to exist, but a screenshot has now been released, verifying the claim. The International Olympic Committee has decided to allow, had decided to allow Khalif to compete
Starting point is 00:25:40 in the 2024 based on a female marker on his passport. And there was all this propaganda, like these pictures of him dressed up as a woman, like with a blowout and like sparkly lip gloss to prove, like this person is really a woman. And at the same time, like, he comes from a very strict Islamic society. And you had all of these men, like, hugging him, putting him on their shoulders. Like, you're telling me that they thought that this person was a woman? No, I just saw a video the other day. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:26:15 A Muslim fighter was on the sidelines of some game. And a female sports reporter tried to, like, reach out her hand and shake his hand. I don't even remember who the person was. and he didn't because in Islamic societies, you're not supposed to shake the hand of a woman, and this poor woman apologized, and she shouldn't have apologized, by the way, but she did. So they're very strict about this,
Starting point is 00:26:37 and yet this person was seen as an exception. No, I think that everyone knew on a Maine-Kalief's team that he was a male, and they were pulling the wool over your eyes. So the 2023 blood test document was leaked by Olympic Press Committee member Alan Abramsson on Three Wire Sports.com. We talked about him at the time, and he claims to be the only journalistic outlet to have seen these 2002 and 2003 tests, which confirmed that Khalifa's male. The test was conducted in 2003 at the request of the International Boxing Association, and the IBA
Starting point is 00:27:11 had subsequently disqualified Khalif from the 2003 Women's World Championships in New Delhi for failing the gender eligibility test. Those specifics were not disclosed at the time. The article doesn't explicitly identify who leak the 2023 medical report or provide details on how the report is obtained, but we will put this up. So we see these pathology labs. And you can see that the karyotype is male chromosome analysis reveals male carotype. Abramson claims that the IOC knew about Kaleef's genetic testing results during the Paris Olympics in 2024, quote, and still it permitted Kaleef and link Lin Yu Ting of Chinese Taipei, whose task turned up the same markers to compete in Paris.
Starting point is 00:28:00 Both Khalif and Yu Ting won gold. You'll remember Italy's Angela Karini said she feared for her life when she faced Khalif. She also said that she had never felt such a pain in her life after being hit twice by Khalif. Here's not one. has Corrini abandoned the bout. She's born to her knees. During a press conference at the Paris Olympics in August 2024, the IOC described the 2020-trak as ad hoc and not legitimate.
Starting point is 00:28:43 They argued that according to Olympic rules, Caliph was allowed to compete as a woman because his passport indicated that he was won. Well, we know that there are self-ID laws and policies in all different kinds of ways that you can get your identification to say things that aren't actually true. I'm sure that there are plenty of people who say that there are a certain height or a certain weight that they actually aren't. IOC president Thomas Bach suggested it was Russian-led disinformation. During the Olympics, Bach also criticized those who were speculating about Kleefe, and arguing that someone to own the definition of who is a woman.
Starting point is 00:29:19 That sounds like an admission to me. Here's that too. Some want to own the definition of who is a woman. And there I can only invite them to come up with a scientific-based, a new definition of who is a woman. And how can somebody being born, raised, competed, and having a passport as a woman, cannot be considered a woman. So it was claimed at the time that Khalif had some kind of, quote,
Starting point is 00:29:57 intersex problem, that there was some kind of, anomaly that he had maybe with his chromosomes or his anatomy that maybe made him look male, but that he actually was a woman, that he actually had like, you know, female internal reproductive organs. But it's actually not the case. What is, what does seem to be the case that maybe possibly, if you want to be generous, the guess is that perhaps this man, had some kind of mangled genitalia, unfortunately, when he was born. And because of that, in their society, they decided to call him a her. But if that is the case, that is very sad.
Starting point is 00:30:45 That doesn't make you like half boy, half girl. That doesn't make you a girl. It is your gametes and your chromosomes that determine what your gender is. And if that is the case, then he would have produced testosterone that men produce. And it is the testosterone that is produced in a man's body during puberty that makes you a lot stronger, that makes you a lot bigger, that changes your muscle mass, it changes your bone density, it changes your anaerobic and your aerobic capacity, it changes the size of your heart, it changes the level of your aggression. That's why it's not fair for especially post-puberty for males and females to be competing against each other, especially in this kind of combat. But Khalif said this at the Olympics. I'm a woman like any other woman. I was born a woman. I have lived as a woman. I compete as a woman. There's no doubt about that. And he has doubled down on his female identity over the years since he has won the gold. He was even on the cover of Vogue. We've got pictures of that like made in Arabia. So obviously this is not United States Vogue. But, this is not helping, by the way.
Starting point is 00:32:00 If you're trying to prove that this person is a woman, this is not helping at all. You've also got Cotino Sports. I don't even know what Cotino Sports is, but this is a post on Instagram where you've got him in his boxing gloves leaning over the side of the ring. The ring is hers also not helping, not helping the case that this is a woman. A few days before Abramson's report on Khalif was released, World Boxing had announced mandatory genetic screening for future competitions, which will require Khalif to undergo testing before competing again. World boxing explained its new policy and a press release saying this decision
Starting point is 00:32:44 reflects concerns over the safety and well-being of all boxers, including a Maine-Kalif, and it aims to protect the mental and physical health of all participants in light of some of the reactions that have been expressed in relation to the boxer's potential participation at the Eindhoven Box Cup. And the statement also disclosed that the organization sent a letter to the Algerian Boxing Federation saying that a Maine Kleefe may not participate in the female category. He can compete in the male category. Cannot compete in the female category at the Eindhoven Box Cup in June of 2025.
Starting point is 00:33:19 And any world boxing event until the Maine Kleeve undergoes genetic sex screening in accordance with world boxing's rules and testing procedures. See, that's the thing is that Amin Khalif won't actually get the testing that is being specifically required by world boxing. And why not? If you are a woman, if you've got XX chromosomes, then why would you not get the testing that is required? Because all this stuff has been leaked that indicates that he is actually a he. And he doesn't, he doesn't want to test because obviously we know what the results of that test. will be. Let us take a walk down memory lane in just a second and look at some of the people who insisted that we are just being raging bigots and that this person is a woman and that we should
Starting point is 00:34:06 just all sit down and shut up. Let us just look at that because the internet is forever. Let me pause and tell you about our next sponsor. It's Patriot Mobile. Their buyout program covers up to $500. per device so you can keep your number, keep your phone, or you can upgrade. When you go to patriotmobile.com slash alley and use my code alley, you get a free month of service. That's patriotmobile.com slash alley code alley. So we've got Jamel Hill, the sports writer. She said this at the time.
Starting point is 00:35:14 A lot of people need to apologize. I hope Khalif sues some people over their reckless remarks. All this story did was expose ugliness, hatred, and transfer. phobia. As Karini admitted here, she was the woman who competed against Khalif that we referenced earlier. She quit because she was upset. She was going to get her ASS whooped and other folks turned it into something else. And it might be true that Karini wasn't trying to start any kind of political conversation. It was Karini or was someone else? I don't see it in my notes who at the time put up XX after she was competing with either it was the Chinese guy or a Maine
Starting point is 00:35:59 Kalipe, I don't remember. But certainly there was at least bubbling under the surface, if not an overt movement within women's boxing to say, this is a man and we should only have to compete against women. Now, apparently Karini said, according to BBC, that, that she actually did want to apologize to Khalif. There's a Toronto star columnist named Bruce Arthur, who said, again, deemed a woman in Algeria.
Starting point is 00:36:35 All other info about Amin Khalif comes from the suspended IBA run by a Putin guy. And so, of course, he was saying it's Russian disinformation that this guy is a man. By the way, it was Ezra Yildiz Karaman, who lost, who the two, Taiwanese boxer Lin Yu Ting and the semifinals of the women's featherweight division. She made the double X. And then we've got an investigative journalist named Ahmed Eldon who said FJK Rowling and every other sexist, racist, turf, endangering this woman in all other women's lives. This is a disgusting campaign against a manelief. This is Khalif, whatever his name is.
Starting point is 00:37:22 This is misogyny. Of course, Genevieve Gluck of Redux was right. She said at the time, and she was correct, or she's saying now, but also said at the time of Maine Caliph is a man who robbed women of their Olympic medals, Riley Gaines, to all the people that insisted in Maine Caliph was a woman, because his passport said so, you were wrong, and we were right. It's absolutely true. Speaking of Riley Gaines, she is doing a great job of sounding the alarm about a similar story that is happening in high school athletics, this time in the state of California. And there are so many different parts of this story and so much has unfolded over the past few weeks. And we'll have to continue on this story over the next couple of weeks because we don't have time to get into everything today.
Starting point is 00:38:12 But this boy, A.B. Hernandez is a 16-year-old man, a young man who believes that he's a girl from Derupa Valley High School. He was allowed to compete at California's state track finals on Saturday, May 31st, placed in all three events. The Trump administration has threatened to cut federal education funding from California over the state's policy, allowing Hernandez to compete in a girls' championship event, and an investigation has been opened by the DOJ. Again, let's just take a moment to acknowledge and express our gratitude that we have a very different DOJ than we had under the last administration. the last administration did the opposite. They took SNAP funding, so school breakfast and lunch funding away from poor schools that didn't abide by their new interpretation of Title IX, which said that boys must be
Starting point is 00:39:04 allowed into girls' locker rooms and bathrooms. Okay? Now we've got an administration who are saying, if you are allowing boys to take away scholarships, to take away places, medals, to infiltrate the spaces of women and girls, we're going to come after you. That is justice doing what it is supposed to do. That is actual justice in alignment with the truth. The progressive definition of justice is exactly the opposite.
Starting point is 00:39:31 A.B. Hernandez took first place in the state's girls' high jump and triple jump. And second place in a long jump at last weekend's finals. Trump had sent a warning to California governor Gavin Newsom and the state last Tuesday before the event, threatening to cut federal funding to the state if A.B. Hernandez competed in girls' track and field champion. The California Interscholastic Federation, CIF, responded by amending its rules to accommodate female athletes who finished behind a trans athlete, so-called trans. It's not possible to transition genders. And so we have to say so-called in the three events Hernandez competed in, granting them
Starting point is 00:40:07 qualification and podium finishes they would have earned had a male athlete not competed in those events. That's just crazy. That is like maybe the most inconsistent position. This resulted in Hernandez having to share podium spots with the female athletes who finished one spot behind Hernandez. So you can see the picture there. And I'm sorry, but he doesn't. The person who is holding up a number one, like he doesn't look like a female.
Starting point is 00:40:34 He doesn't. You've got the narrow hips and you don't look like a girl. You might look more like a girl than like the 30-year-old obese guy with a five o'clock shadow. but you will never be a girl. And what kind of guy wants to compete against women? Not a good kind. Brooke White, a female athlete who shared second place with A.B. Hernandez. I am diagnosing her with a very severe case of toxic empathy.
Starting point is 00:41:06 And this is her symptom, SOT 3. They gave me the metal that I deserve. They gave her the medal that she deserved. And sharing the podium was nothing but an honor. part of the queer community. Like, I want A.B. Hernandez to know that we all have her back and you all have her support. Although the publicity she's receiving has been pretty negative, I believe she deserves publicity because she is a superstar. She's a rock star. She's representing who she is. And to be up there with her, like, that was amazing for me, honestly. Yeah. I'm really proud of us,
Starting point is 00:41:34 I'm really proud of us, both. Oh, see, it's women like this who are holding women back, who are actually stepping on women's rights, who are an impediment to fairness and actual equality. And you're doing it, one, because you have been inundated with progressive ideology for a very long time, but also their social capital. You are getting patted on the back. You feel like you are taking care of someone who is marginalized. You feel like you're standing up for a worthy cause. And it's, as we've talked about many times, this misplaced mothering.
Starting point is 00:42:08 You are taking on these purported victims, placing them under your wing. You're making yourself feel very virtuous and heroic when, in reality, you are supporting a lie, a destructive lie. You are out there championing two plus two equals five. And you think that you are some kind of champion for truth. And you're not. And it's just, it's very lucrative in a lot of different ways to be this kind of person who supports the idea that men can become a woman.
Starting point is 00:42:41 in a truth social post on June 2nd, 2025, President Donald Trump said he would impose fines on California because the state didn't comply with his February 2025 executive order. He says a biological male competed in California girls state finals winning big despite the fact that they were warned by me not to do so. As Governor Gavin Newscum fully understands, large-scale fines will be imposed. Now, I wish we had the clip. I don't think I have the clip in front of me. Gavin Newsom just a few weeks ago in a conversation with Charlie Kirk, where he was supposed to be interviewing Charlie Kirk, but Charlie quickly took control of the conversation and put Governor Newsom on the hot seat. Like, he said that he doesn't believe that boys should be competing against girls in sports.
Starting point is 00:43:30 He said that he thinks it's unfair. I mean, he is such a scumbag. He is such a snake. and he is such a cartoonish villain. We shouldn't believe a word that he has to say. The U.S. Department of Justice also announced, as I said earlier, an investigation into whether California is violating the law here. And so we've got, thankfully, we've got other states who are doing it correctly.
Starting point is 00:44:01 Nebraska just passed the Stand With Women Act. Nebraska Governor Jim Pellin signed the stander. with Women Act into law calling the legislation of victory. This is according to local news there. The bill requires students to play on sports teams that align with their biological sex assigned at birth that's horrible language. It's not biological sex that's assigned at birth. Assignments are arbitrary. It is acknowledged at birth. It's actually usually acknowledged nowadays in the womb. It is observed. It's not assigned. And also we don't need to say biological sex. We don't need to say biological males.
Starting point is 00:44:37 We don't need to say biological females because that denotes that there's another kind of sex or another kind of female or another kind of male that exists. It's male, female, it's sex. I think sex and gender are interchangeable. Some people don't like to use gender, but I don't like separating the two because that actually seems to affirm this idea that they are separate things. One's a stated identity. One's a state identity that is separate from your sex.
Starting point is 00:45:02 It's not real. It's your imagination. and I should not be forced to go along and affirm your delusions. And I'm just glad that the Trump administration is using the just power that they have to enforce reality, to enact reality, and to defend girls' fairness, even in a state like California that has chosen to throw their girls both in and outside of the womb under the bus. All right, we've got a new last segment that we're doing. And we're playing around with the title of it, but basically the theme is going to be hard pills to swallow.
Starting point is 00:45:38 Difficult truths that the culture needs to know, especially young women, need to know. And it will be a short segment where I am giving you my advice as bluntly and as truthfully as I possibly can. You might have someone who needs to hear the next segment. Starting point is 00:46:42 navigating global trade, three insights for leaders at netseweet.com slash alley. That's net suite.com slash alley. Here's the hard pill to swallow. You need to stop living with your boyfriend. You need to stop living with your fiancé. You need to stop playing house with men that are not your husband. And you might be thinking, well, it's good practice, or you might be thinking, well, we know that we're going to get married anyway. You don't know that you're going to get married anyway, even if you are engaged. Now, if you are a Christian, you are actually living in sin because the marriage bed is supposed to be reserved for those who are married. You are only supposed to become one flesh with the person that is your husband. And if maybe you're one of those people who say, okay, well, we're not violating that. We're not actually having sex.
Starting point is 00:47:33 we're just living together because it's more convenient. You are purposely putting yourself in the way of temptation. You are making it much more difficult for yourself to honor God and stay pure. Plus, practically, it's just a bad idea. Let me read some statistics for you. A 2003 study from the University of Denver found that couples who cohabitate before engagement were 48% more likely to divorce. 34% of marriages ended compared to those who cohabitated after engagement or marriage.
Starting point is 00:48:10 23% of those marriages ended. The study notes that about 70% of couples live together before marriage, and those couples are much more likely to get a divorce or to break up. A 2018 study by Rosenfeld and Rosler noted that premarital cohabitation is associated with lower divorce rates in the first year of marriage, but higher divorce rates in subsequent years, with odds of divorce 1.31 times higher for women who cohabitated before marriage. According to a 1995 study by the National Survey of Families and Households, in the U.S., the risk of divorce for couples who cohabitated before marriage was 50% higher than for non-cohabitators.
Starting point is 00:48:56 In some Western European countries, the risk was estimated at 80% higher. It's bad for you. It's bad for your significant other. It's bad for your relationship with God. Science and studies are always catching up to God. And God's ways are better. That is your hard pill to swallow for today that you should not be living with and playing house with someone that is not your husband.
Starting point is 00:49:24 All right. That's all we've got time for today. We will be back here on Monday.
