Starting point is 00:01:18 I'm going to answer some of your questions, but it's not just going to be me. I've also got my team over here. I've got Bree, the producer. And I don't know if y'all can see there's Bree. And then I've got Dylan and he's assistant producer. He's also the editor extraordinaire. He does a lot on this show.
Starting point is 00:01:36 And then I've got Kayla, who is the director of this show, and she handles all of the tech stuff. And so on some of these questions, I'm going to ask for their thoughts, too. Some of them, I'm not sure if they want to contribute their opinions to. And so we're just going to play it by ear. But some feedback that I got from y'all is that you like the fun episodes. We did a dinosaur, or we did a conspiracy theory episode where we talked about our favorite conspiracy theories. and I made a lot of people really mad when I said that I think the whole dinosaur thing is like a little sketchy. Not to say that there aren't some really big creatures that once existed that may be classified as dinosaurs.
Starting point is 00:02:19 I think there's biblical evidence for that. But how do we know what they sound like? How do we know what color their scales were? I mean, there are just a bunch of nerds who came together and they were like, oh, I think a teradactyl sounds like this. And they've been cracking up about it ever since. And I talked about this and I made some people really upset by it. So go back and listen to that episode.
Starting point is 00:02:41 We're going to do like a similar format today. But some of the questions are like more serious and then some of them are just fun. So I thought it would be a fun way to spend this Christmas break, holiday break, New Year's break episode. All right. One of the questions that I got, first question that I got on Instagram, are you you a sports fan. Are you a sports fan, period? Not really. Not really. I don't know if that would come as a surprise to you, but I'm not really a sports fan. I am really competitive, though. Like I like competition.
Starting point is 00:03:14 If I had a team to root for, I would root for that team. Actually, my husband's going to be like, what are you talking about? I am a Georgia fan because of my husband. So, of course, I want Georgia to win. I want them to win the national championships. I don't know when this episode is coming out. maybe that's already happened. I don't really know. But I have to have my husband explain how all of that works. To me, there was an SEC championship recently that I learned really had nothing to do with the playoffs, that it might have something to do with the college football playoffs, but not necessarily.
Starting point is 00:03:47 Georgia did win that SEC game. And that didn't really have anything to do with the national championships. I still, as many football games as I have watched, really don't understand it. It's just something that doesn't stick in my brain. I played golf for a little bit in high school. I was also a chairleader for a little bit. Not good at really either of those. I like competition. I wish I were more athletic. I wish I were more into sports, but I'm really not. I got a lot of hate when I said on Twitter that I think soccer is boring. I understand that soccer is not boring for a lot of people. I have nothing against soccer players. Actually, so I went to Furman University and there are at least two guys who went to Furman who play or who did play and now play on the U.S. soccer team, Clint Dempsey. I think that's his name.
Starting point is 00:04:39 He played several years ago. He went to Furman and then a guy named Walker Zimmerman plays for the U.S. team and he went to Furman. And so I guess I can at least be a fan of them, even if I'm not a general fan of soccer and sports. All right. Bree and Dylan and Kayla. I feel like I could guess exactly what all of your answers will be.
Starting point is 00:05:00 I'm curious what you think. Bree, let's see. I would say no. I would say that you're not really a fan of watching sports, kind of like me. Am I wrong? No, I guess you're not wrong. I like watching my university's team. But I was overseas for five years and I stopped watching
Starting point is 00:05:26 football and it honestly made my life happier. Oh really? So you get that into football to where it like harms your mental health? I start caring a lot about your about USC. About my, yeah. Because I mean, this season has been disappointing. Okay. So I like you know, I have a friend. I have a friend like that too. She went to UGA or yeah, she went to UGA and she says that it's like she cares so much about the dog. that it's like not fun when they play because she cares that much. I have no idea what that is like to care. My dad really wishes that I cared about my college football. And I just don't.
Starting point is 00:06:10 Kayla, I think that you, did you play sports growing up? So I can't really hear you. I did. And, okay, did you play, let me guess, soccer? Like for two years. Tennis. Tennis. I did play tennis.
Starting point is 00:06:25 Tennis. Yeah. And do you like watching sports still? I feel like you do. Yeah. I mean, sports are cool. I don't really have time to watch sports anymore, but there's better things I could use my time for. But I am wearing a Yankees hat. So, okay, there you go. I mean that that's a sport. Yeah. Yankees is a sport. I did go, I went to the World Series when I was in college. I did, I do like baseball. That's probably my, maybe my favorite sport to watch. I went to the World Series a few years ago. My team was playing. Dylan, I'm going to guess. know. Correct. Is there any sport that you like enjoy it all to watch? Yeah, baseball's fun. I, so I don't really like sports, but I like sports games. Yeah. I watch sports with people and that's about as far as it goes for me. It's like the general vibe. I appreciate the event. Yeah. For sure. Mm-hmm. Okay. Next question, everyone's favorite 90s country song. Okay, I'm going to give you all a little time to think about this because I hope that you have one. This is basically what I was raised on. I was raised on KS-S and KL-T-Y. And I think that's probably something that you only know
Starting point is 00:07:37 if you grew up in Dallas like I did. And 96-3-94-9. I still remember that. And so it was a lot of Christian music and a lot of Shanaya Twain, a lot of Alan Jackson and Toby Keith, Toby Keith, my boy, some of the best songs ever, Garth Brooks, all that good stuff. We were big George Strait fans. I would say, let's see, my favorite. Okay, you know what song I really liked growing up? There were so many country songs that I didn't know what they meant, but my mom tells this story.
Starting point is 00:08:13 Have I already told the story on the podcast? Maybe so. And just forgive me because I'm going to have to sing. So there's this song. I think it's by Shinai A Twain that I went into kindergarten. kindergarten singing and it goes like this, whose bed have your boots been under? I had no idea what that means.
Starting point is 00:08:31 Whose bed have your boots been under? And yet I was singing that in kindergarten. And my mom was mortified when she found this out. And then another song that I liked by Tim McGraw was Red Ragtop, which is about teenagers, yeah, getting pregnant and then her having an abortion. And so, yeah, I know. And I'm like, oh, red bag top. And I'm like seven. Lots of things like that. Amarillo by morning. That's great. Reba. We loved Reba. I recently watched a Shania Twain documentary. That was really good. Yeah. I loved. I loved. I don't know if we can hear you. Kayla. Kayla. Sorry, I know. I'm the mic roller. I said I saw that and it was really good. Yeah, it was really good. Okay, 90s country. I feel like, Bree, you maybe liked 90s country.
Starting point is 00:09:28 Am I wrong about that? You're absolutely wrong about that. Wow. Literally, Kayla pulled up a playlist because I couldn't think of one. Is there, so you never liked Shania Twain? That's like, I know like two of these. Man, I feel like a woman and Faith Hill, this kiss. I liked those two.
Starting point is 00:09:49 Yeah. Faith Hill, another good one. Yeah, I just never listened to country that was not our genre. So when you, because this is our resident Swifty, when you started listening to Taylor Swift, was she still in her country era? Yeah. So you knew Tim McGraw, because she had the song, Tim McGraw. So was she kind of the first country person that you started listening to? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:12 And then you just followed her journey all the way. Yeah, I'm stuck with her. Okay. Dylan. Dylan, I'm going to guess that you probably. aren't like a huge country music fan. But maybe growing up in Texas in Waco, right? You, that your family maybe listen to country on the radio growing up?
Starting point is 00:10:35 A little bit, a little bit of George Strait. My dad was cool, though. He listened to a classic rock like Suley Dan, Beach Boys. Yeah. Motley crew. So not a whole lot of country. Is Rascal Flats 90s? I like life as a highway.
Starting point is 00:10:52 Yeah. That was probably early 2000. Okay. Well, that one, I got that one from cars. Yeah. Yeah. I feel like,
Starting point is 00:11:00 okay, maybe I'm actually just thinking about an episode of the office. I was going to say, I feel like that song played all the time, but there's that episode of the office where I think, I think,
Starting point is 00:11:09 Bree, they're taking, what's her name? What's Michael's girlfriend's name? I don't know what season. To Nashua. They're taking him and Darrell are driving the Dundermifflin truck to take her back to Nashua and life as a highway plays like every five minutes while he's like sobbing and crying.
Starting point is 00:11:33 Oh my gosh. What is it? What's the name of the woman that she, that he ends up marrying? Oh, the woman he ends up marrying. Oh, my gosh. Look it up. Oh, my gosh. This is so silly that I wouldn't remember this.
Starting point is 00:11:46 I have watched every episode of The Office a million times. should we elect a dead president someone asks well that's interesting like have Reagan be president again or something okay so this might seem like a kooky question but there's not that much of a difference between Joe Biden and Reagan it's just like I mean there's a few things that Joe Biden can do that President Reagan in his current state cannot so yes few that's one of the few that's one of the few things he can close his eyes then open them um but other than that there's he can eat ice cream he can eat ice cream he can do all of the things that like a
Starting point is 00:12:32 remotely functional person can but as far as like reasoning goes governing it's about the same probably i actually think america would be better off if we just if we didn't have a functioning president probably If we're willing to elect someone that is this old and this incompetent and this just not with it, might as well elect. I mean, why even Ronald Reagan go all the way back to, I don't know, Coolidge? Might as well. Why is everyone saying that they're coming after interracial marriage? One of the reasons why people are saying that is because there was a reference by Clarence Thomas in the Dobbs decision that.
Starting point is 00:13:18 the Supreme Court decision that declared the interracial marriage is a constitutional right, that the logic behind that or the argument behind that was the same faulty argument that was used to decide Roe v. Wade. And that does not mean that it's going to be overturned. Obviously, I mean, do you think Clarence Thomas would like to make interracial marriage illegal? Do you think that he would like legislators to do that? Of course not. But he is talking about the constitutionality of a thing. And he's not saying that interracial marriage or he wasn't even saying that gay unions are immoral or should be illegal. He was not arguing that. He was saying, is it basically the job of the Supreme Court to decide those things or should it be decided by states? And then you had, of course, Congress pass what is called the Respect for Marriage Act. And while it was about, the union between two men or two women, they also lumped in interracial marriage in there. Why did they do that? They do that for PR purposes. They do that so they can say, look at all these Republicans that voted against interracial marriage when interracial marriage is not at risk
Starting point is 00:14:31 of being outlawed at all, at all in any sense. But they want to make you think that Republicans are against it. It's just all a part of their messaging. And I got to say, it's kind of clever. actually. Let's see. Another question. Her name is Holly. Oh, Holly. Duh. On the office. Holly is who he ends up marrying. Okay. This is a question that could be for everyone. What are you hoping for in the new year? I'm hoping for what I hope for every year is that I will somehow find inside me a new found discipline that has rarely been exemplified in my life for a long period of time. It's not to say I'm undisciplined on everything because I'm not. And I also go through seasons and months of being very disciplined with my schedule and everything. But I think that most of the time I'm what I have heard called like messy busy. Like I am constantly busy and constantly feeling like I can't ever do one thing fully that I'm just trying to cover all of my bases.
Starting point is 00:15:44 and do lots of things in a way that it's just kind of like a little haphazard. One of the things that I am worst at, which I don't laugh at. I used to laugh at it and now I just like really don't like it about myself. I am really bad at texting people back. And that is like a resolution that I have had for the past five or so years. This year is going to be the I text people back. Here's what I do. I will think, oh, shoot, you know, I haven't texted that person back in a while.
Starting point is 00:16:13 I need to text them and just like ask them how they're doing. So I'll like send them to text and then they'll text me back. They won't hear from me for another six months. And I don't do it intentionally. I'm not thinking I want to ignore this person. Some of me has what like I think a lot of millennials do, which man, we have issues. I have like response anxiety or I just don't know what to say. And so I will or I it takes too much effort to say something.
Starting point is 00:16:41 and so I won't and then I will forget. Some of it is just like straight up forgetfulness. I have gotten better. I use voice message a lot and that helps because I can do that while I'm driving. And that is a time where I'm not doing anything else. I'm not distracted by anything else. I can respond to things. And so I've got a few friends that I talk to like on Voxer and on other kinds of apps
Starting point is 00:17:07 because I can do that while I am on the road. driving to and from things. But I really want to get better at texting back. And then there's like there's, you know, all the other things. I still like, you know, 20 something months later I'm trying to like lose the last 15 pounds that I want to lose and like be more disciplined in eating and things like that. I want to grow the show as I always want and, you know, get better and all that. So yeah, there's a lot of things.
Starting point is 00:17:37 I don't have high hopes for my resolutions. So that's where my attitude is. Okay, Bree, do you have any resolutions for 2023? You actually brought up one of mine, which is the responding to people because I'm really bad at that. Why do you think that is? Like, what is it for you? It's exactly what you just explained. It's the anxiety.
Starting point is 00:17:57 And then it gets like- Why, what is wrong with us? We have issues. That's like not normal. Same way. Like, my friends just know, like, if they need me, they need to call me. Because I'll answer if they call. But if they text me, I read it.
Starting point is 00:18:08 I think I respond. I like, forget I don't respond. And then I'm like, a week. later I'm like, oh no. Yes. And then it's like it's too late. Yeah. And then you have to formulate an apology for why you haven't responded, which is even more
Starting point is 00:18:21 energy. And it's just a never-ending cycle. So I know. And it's like you're tempted to, you're tempted to lie and say, oh, I thought I responded or, oh my gosh, I didn't see this. Which is not true. It's the truth is. They know we see it.
Starting point is 00:18:37 They know we see it. I saw it in Reddit and didn't know what to say. and so I have ignored it or I didn't feel like responding in the moment. Now one thing that has helped me, pro tip, I have a lot of people who are like, let's schedule a catch up call, which is like, then it's like you have to schedule two hours out of your day to catch up with someone. So I've started normalizing the like 10 minute call. You just call someone and say hi. That's good. And if you do that more frequently, then it's like less time out of every day. and more time just like, you know, one off.
Starting point is 00:19:14 How many people would you say that you commit to like those kind of frequent 10-minute calls to? Um, commit to? Or like have because I think I'm like, okay, I could do that with like three people. I couldn't do that with 10. Sure. Yeah. I would say maybe five. Yeah. Like I do consistently. Yeah. But yeah. I mean, the trick is to just like do it as consistently as you can so that
Starting point is 00:19:41 you're never like, oh, we have to schedule three hours to talk nonstop, because that's so much harder than just spending five minutes saying hi to someone. See, I kind of have phone call anxiety. Like Kayla said that if someone calls that she will pick up, I might too, because it would be so weird if one of my friends called me that I would be like something is wrong. They need to go be like picked up on the side of the road. but I get like if someone that I hadn't talked to in a while if they called me I wouldn't probably respond for two days I would I then I would text them and be like is everything okay or something that's terrible it's terrible actually I just find texting to be such a waste of time like I'm spending all this time like writing this message and like responding to you I'm also
Starting point is 00:20:29 a big voice note person like my friends and I we send a lot of voice notes yes and also FaceTime like if I'm, same, if I'm like driving home, I'll call someone who I've been, you know, ignoring, but just like if I have like, yeah, I'm just like, hey, sorry, dude, things are crazy. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Voice notes are great. Texting to me is just so.
Starting point is 00:20:50 Yeah. It just depends on who it is. Like if it's someone that I'm totally just like can be myself with and I know I can send back like two words or they can send back two words and it's not like, we're not worried that the other one is mad or something or it's just frequent like, oh, you know, blah, blah, blah, then that's easy. It is the long, like, it's just, you really got to commit to the long ones. Dylan, are you a good text or backer?
Starting point is 00:21:17 No, not really. Yeah. Unless it's my grandpa. Aw. Then there's a commitment there. But yeah, probably not really. I mean, really just same as y'all. Just echoed.
Starting point is 00:21:27 Yeah. Aw. My grandma, she died in 2019 and we were super close. and I still have on my Apple calendar every Sunday to call her because I used to and I like can't take it off. I know. So you should cherish those phone calls with your grandfather. Always text grandpa back. Yes.
Starting point is 00:21:48 Oh my gosh. I can't imagine my grandparents being able to text. It's amazing. I send him pictures of my cat periodically. No text. Just picture. That's sweet. Does he respond?
Starting point is 00:21:59 No, but I know he sees him. Yeah, there you go. This is like such a random question that I really don't know the answer to. And I would love to hear Dylan's response to this. Who influenced your clothing style the most? My clothing style. I don't have a clothing style. I've had the same clothing style my entire life.
Starting point is 00:22:24 I'm very simple person. I don't like big patterns. I don't like big frills. I would wear neutrals all the time. but neutrals don't really look that great on me because I am like a neutral gal. My hair is neutral. My skin is neutral. So it just kind of washes me out.
Starting point is 00:22:42 I think I look better in colors than I do in neutrals. But literally since the time that I was little, when I was little, I only wanted to wear a white t-shirt and jeans, which, as you can imagine, made my mom really sad because I had two older brothers. She finally gets a girl. And I'm like, I don't want your bows. I don't want your dresses. I mean, thank goodness, though, it was back in the 90s because today American girl would be like, get that girl on puberty blockers. But I grew up and I'm fine. I really, I don't follow like fashion influencers.
Starting point is 00:23:14 I would say I'm typically a year to a year and a half behind on any trends. Like I'll see a trend and I'm like, that's so ugly. Like the chunky Chelsea boot or like the, I remember a few years ago when like the three striped Adidas started to come back and stuff. I was like, oh my gosh, all this is ugly. It just takes me a little time. I might be a little bit trendier now, sometimes, sometimes on things. But I have a pretty like classic style, I would say anthropology, Carly Jean, Los Angeles. Those are like the only two places that I ever shop.
Starting point is 00:23:50 And really anthropology has been like a good friend to me since high school. So I would say, I would say that's it. Okay, Dylan, who, like, what influencer would you say? Influences your style the most. I don't know if it's a person. I don't know if I could name, like, one thing that, you know, I'm just kidding. I do know that I like, I'm not typically, like, an athletic shorts and, like, t-shirt person. Thank you for never wearing shorts to work, Dylan.
Starting point is 00:24:19 That's one of my rules. So many guys just wear shorts all this. Men shouldn't. Well, I can't hear you because you're not speaking into a microphone. phone. I don't want to see their legs and there's like a lot of legs in the building all winter. The guys just wear shorts. I don't get it. Thank you. Unless you are under the age of 13, you don't need to be wearing shorts in professional settings or a church. That's my role. Those are the rules. Yeah. Okay. Do you follow a lot of influencers, Bree? Like, or do you like at least just like following them for their life? No. No. I don't really either. A lot of them make me cringe. I follow the ones that don't make me cringe.
Starting point is 00:24:56 yeah but that's it do you have favorite ones um although one of the only ones that I follow is her name's Maddie Nelson and she just like I don't know I just like following her
Starting point is 00:25:12 and her family it's cute but a lot of them I just feel like try so hard to be something or to like are so concerned with their like I don't know engagement and all that and I also there was one that I used to follow that I had to unfollow, like cute, tiny girl. And she would always comment on like how she thinks that her like butt is big or that she's like,
Starting point is 00:25:38 fat or something. And I was like, shut up. Go away. And that stuff I just like cannot, cannot stand. So just people that are like themselves. Is there any influencer that you follow or like any celebrity that you follow that you like to follow? I mean Besides Taylor Swift
Starting point is 00:26:00 I'm like yeah I do follow Taylor Swift Honestly not that I can I'm sure I do But not that comes to the top of my head I'll have to look You have an answer Kayla You don't
Starting point is 00:26:11 I don't know But you kind of are a trendy I feel like a little I'm just trendy You're just trendy inherently It just comes naturally Hey this is Steve Daste If you're listening to Allie
Starting point is 00:26:29 You already understand that the biggest issues facing our country aren't just political. They're moral, spiritual, and rooted in what we believe is true about God, humanity, and reality itself. On the Steve Day show, we take the news of the day and tested against first principles, faith, truth, and objective reality.
Starting point is 00:26:44 We don't just chase narratives and we don't offer false comfort. We ask the hard questions and follow the answers wherever they leave, even when it's unpopular. This is a show for people who want honesty over hype and clarity over chaos. If you're looking for commentary grounded in conviction and unwilling to lie to you about where we are
Starting point is 00:27:00 or where we're headed, you can watch this D-Day Show right here on Blaze TV or listen wherever you get podcasts. I hope you'll join us. Oh, we've already addressed this. Did the moon landing happen? I don't think that we will ever know. I don't know. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:27:20 You know, we didn't address, though, when we talked about conspiracy theories, the birds aren't real theory. We didn't address that? Are you sure? Yeah. Okay. So that is a theory that birds are actually, they're like a creation of the FBI to Bionis?
Starting point is 00:27:36 Yeah, and COVID happened because they needed to change the batteries. That's why they all locked us inside. I thought they charged. So I thought when they sit on power lines, that's them charging up. So I had it completely wrong. Yeah. They think they run on batteries. Oh, my gosh.
Starting point is 00:27:55 Wow. Okay. Yeah, that's like pretty ancient technology, if that's how it works. Yeah. That's pretty incredible. You know what I think is a conspiracy theory? Not a conspiracy theory. It's just like a money operation. I think it's sketchy that, oh, you're, okay, so you have to pay for Wi-Fi on the plane and you cannot. It will not let you access Wi-Fi. You cannot do anything, but it will just conveniently allow you on to the airline website. That doesn't make any sense. So you're saying, I do have Wi-Fi. You're just blocking all of the sites that I want to get to. Yeah. I've thought that before too. Yeah. Um, let's see. Okay. Some of these are weird. Someone asked me, am I, do I support my husband smoking a cigar? Um, I posted a picture a little while ago from him smoking a cigar. He never smoked cigars,
Starting point is 00:29:01 but they were there and so he smoked it and yeah, I'm supportive. That's fine. I don't think I would like it, actually, if he smoked a cigar all the time because it's not good for you. I don't like the smell of cigars. And yeah, if he was smoking cigarettes, like that would be any unhealthy habit I wouldn't like. But do I support him smoking a cigar the other night at an event? Sure. That's why I posted a picture of it.
Starting point is 00:29:24 I thought it was fun. Do you all smoke cigars? If they're there. Oh, really? Yeah. Me and my friends, our fresh, when you're of college, we took a trip down to South Padre, and we bought giant cigars, and we're just walking up and down the street smoking them.
Starting point is 00:29:38 Wow, so cool. Bree, are you a cigar smoker? Nope, believe it or not. It's shocking. Kayla? I feel like you are. No, no, I really don't like them. I did smoke one recently.
Starting point is 00:29:52 I was in a wedding, and so I went to the bachelor party, and it was obviously all guys and then me. So they were smoking cigars, and I tried it, but it gave me a sort of. throat so no I don't like them and also they smell and taste bad yeah I tried I think I've tried a cigar don't like it one time I am not condoning this but I think it was like in college or the year after college I tried a cigarette oh yeah it was really gross I have never had a temptation to try it again um let's see a few more questions um is there anything you you're wrong about. No. No, no, I'm just kidding. I'm sure there are plenty of things. There are things
Starting point is 00:30:37 I've changed my mind on over the years. But I always think like it's funny if someone says to someone or to me like, oh, you think you're right about everything. Well, of course. Everyone thinks they're right about everything. That's why they have the thoughts that they do. I saw this Jerry Seinfeld bit the other day where he was talking about his son and how his son responds to everything saying, you're not wrong. You're not wrong. Like he'll be like, oh, Chinese. food sounds good and his son will be like, you're not wrong. He's like 17. And the Jerry Seinfeld was like, of course, like, why would I, why would I say something thinking that it's wrong? Like, why would I have a thought that I thought was wrong? And that's true of everyone. Everyone thinks that their
Starting point is 00:31:16 beliefs are right about everything. That's why you have those beliefs. I'm sure that there are things that I'm wrong about. There are things that I have changed my mind on over the years. Oh my gosh. I have never. This must be conspiracy theory and y'all can tell me what you think about this. Someone asks me. I don't know if this is kind of mean to ask,
Starting point is 00:31:39 but I've heard this ask before. Is Brittany Greiner actually a male? I say no. I think that she's just a basketball player. I think she's just really athletic. She's a tall woman. She's just tall. Sometimes women are six four.
Starting point is 00:31:56 I don't know she's a man. Very, very, very, very, very. I'm no one personally. Very tall. Yeah. Yeah, I don't think she's a man. She used to play in Waco, and so, like, I've been hearing about her for quite a while.
Starting point is 00:32:12 And I'm, at no point has, I thought that she was a man. Yeah. I mean, I think it would be easy to find out, why don't you, we just let her play some one-on-one against LeBron James. how it goes. Okay, this next question within the same little question bubble. I have never heard this before. Is Donald Trump related to Hillary Clinton? Like, are they cousins? Are they married?
Starting point is 00:32:41 Have they had a secret love affair? I don't know. Did someone ask this? Yes. I didn't come up with it. Is Trump related to Hillary? I don't think so. They don't look alike. I mean, I met the family drama if that's true. Oh my gosh. Think about Thanksgiving. I know. Yeah, I don't think so. How old was I when I met my husband?
Starting point is 00:33:05 I was 22. Yep, I was 22, and he was 23. And the first, like, move that I made was remembering when his birthday was before we were, like, really talking. I remembered and I told him happy birthday. It was a Monday, and he turned 24. Will they ever run for a political office? No. Last question. What's your take on tattoos?
Starting point is 00:33:33 I don't mind tattoos. I have a tattoo. My husband has a tattoo. We both got them after college. Actually, it was my husband in my first date. We went downtown and he got a tattoo on his arm. Okay, do you all have tattoos? Have I asked this before? No, I don't think we've talked about this before. No, I think Brie does. You do? I have seven. What?
Starting point is 00:33:56 Can you say what they are? You don't have to say what all of them are if you don't want to. Yeah, I mean, you can't probably see them, but I have one in Arabic on my wrist. I have a phrase in French on my hand. I have a little greater than sign on my hand. A what? A greater than. Yeah, got it.
Starting point is 00:34:20 I have a little planet. I have a palm tree, a little cross on my ankle. I'm like a word on my arm. Do you think that you'll get more? They're really addicting. Like once you get one. What's addicting about it? Like you're just like how they look?
Starting point is 00:34:39 I genuinely don't know, but I know that when I first got one, I was like, yeah, I'll probably get more. And everyone I know who has one feels the same way. Maybe not you. Not me. I want to take mine off. You want to take yours off? I guess that's different.
Starting point is 00:34:52 Yeah. No, I, if something was, they all mean something to me and they're all only for me. Like I don't believe really in getting tattoos as like art personally. But if I thought of something that was meaningful enough to be on my body forever, then yeah, I'd get another. But right now, no. Kayla, do you have a tattoo? You do? Can you say what it is?
Starting point is 00:35:15 You don't have to. I just, I have a lot of tattoos. You do? How many do you have? More than Bree. Really? I guess I only ever see you like in long sleeves and pants. It's so cold in the building. I have a lot like on this arm. And then I have some else. But yeah.
Starting point is 00:35:33 Will you get more you think? Yeah, absolutely. I just got one recently. I was, I just got that one recently. Wow. Okay. Dylan. I feel like you don't. No tattoos for Dylan. No. Not for any reason particularly just, yeah, I'm not like against it or anything. I just have never gotten a tattoo. You could get your cat's face on your bicep. Your back.
Starting point is 00:35:57 On your back? Yeah, just a full, a full back tattoo of my cat. On your calf? A cat calf, a calf cat. Yeah. You could. Actually, I am actually offended that none of you all have tattooed relatable or my face on your body.
Starting point is 00:36:13 Team outing. Yeah. I thought that you were going to say, Bree, that you have like Taylor's version on your shoulder or something like that. Okay, someone says that we should do a live studio audience. Maybe we should one day. That would be fun. All right, that's all we got.
Starting point is 00:36:32 I hope that y'all enjoyed that. Getting to know my team just a little bit. We will be back here soon. Hey, this is Steve Deast.
