Use code Allie at checkout. That's good ranchers.com. Code Allie. Hey guys, welcome to Relatable. Happy Tuesday. Hope everyone is having a wonderful week so far. Yesterday, we talked a little bit about apologetic, some of the apologetics questions that you guys have, how to defend the faith and answer some of the most pressing and fundamental questions about God's word, about Christianity, about the resurrection. So make sure that you go back and listen to that episode. If you haven't
Starting point is 00:01:41 already, I hope everyone had a wonderful Trans Day of Visibility Weekend and that you celebrated that with your families. It's just, you know, it's a wholesome day of acknowledging the wide spectrum of gender identity that exists out there in the world. Oh, oh, it also happened to be oyster Sunday. Here is our fearless leader, President Biden, wishing us happy oyster. And I'm coming down to do that Easter egg roll just a minute. Thank you all so very, very much. Thanks, everybody. And by the way, say hello to oyster bunnies. Come on up, bunnies. Get up there as I can see you. Come on, get in there. Pretty big bunny, huh? The oyster bunnies, the oyster buddies. That's real.
Starting point is 00:02:34 That's real, by the way. And of course, that was our president just doing his absolute best job that he could to say the word Easter. But he could not. You know, I was thinking about this this morning with President Biden, whom we are going to talk a lot about today. He's almost 82 years old. He'll be 82 right after the election in November. And I was thinking about all the people that I know and have known that are that old. some like grandparents have died right around that age other older people that I know are in nursing homes at that age and of course our president of the United States is that age and like I do just want to give him credit in all seriousness compared to other 81 and a half year olds just in general he's doing great like if you were to go visit him in a nursing home if you were to go visit him as your grandparents
Starting point is 00:03:32 or great-grandparent at his house in Delaware. You would say my granddad is doing awesome. Like he's still riding a bike. Not very well, but he's still writing it. He's only fallen once that we know in the past few years as he's been riding his bike. Like, that is pretty good. So compared to other 81-5-year-olds, he is doing great. I mean, how many 81-5-year-olds do you know who haven't?
Starting point is 00:04:02 said oyster sundae or oyster bunnies. I would say that's probably like a very common mistake among that demographic. The problem is not that he's not doing well in general. I think he is doing very well in general. The problem is that he is the president of the United States. And it's not just that he is decrepit in a lot of ways. It's not just that he is on the decline as far as his physical strength and of course is a mental strength goes. It is also that when you combine decrepit with depraved, a decrepit mind with a depraved agenda, you get something that is very dangerous. You get something that is very, very dark. And that, of course, is what we saw this weekend. So as we have this shell of a man who is wishing everyone happy oyster Sunday,
Starting point is 00:04:56 behind that, we also have a very evil agenda, and that is acknowledging and celebrating and proclaiming this so-called trans day of visibility. So if you have no idea what I'm talking about, you might have been a little put off by how I started this episode, but most of you probably saw it because it was everywhere all of these proclamations and celebrations and announcements that Easter Sunday, that March 31st, was the Trans Day. of visibility. Now, I and many others said, this is wicked, this is evil, this is awful, that President Biden is making this announcement that he is proclaiming this day to be the transday of visibility. He said, I am proud to have appointed transgender leaders to my administration
Starting point is 00:05:46 and have ended the ban on transgender Americans serving openly in our military. He also said extremists are proposing hundreds of hateful laws that target and terrified transgender kids and their families, silencing teachers, banning books, even threatening parents. Of course, none of that is actually true. It's a very disgusting evil lie. He says the DOJ has taken action to push back against extremity on American state laws targeting transgender youth and their families. And the DOJ is partnering with law enforcement and community groups to combat hate and violence. I continue to call on Congress to pass the Equality Act to codify civil. rights protections for all LGBT I plus Americans. We've done episodes
Starting point is 00:06:27 on that and what an absolutely devastating effect the Equality Act would have on particularly religious freedoms and also freedom of speech. And then he says I do here by proclaim March 31st, 2024 as transgender day
Starting point is 00:06:43 of visibility in the year of our Lord 24. So that of course coincided with Easter Sunday. And again, I and many others said that this announcement, this proclamation, especially coinciding with Easter Sunday, is wicked. It's evil, is awful. And then you had the well actually is jump in. The well actually people who are, I mean, they're conservative. A lot of them are and they're trying to make sure that the facts are correct. And I appreciate that. I'm not even talking about the people who are just fact checking. I'm talking about the people who tried to fact check this to, undermine anyone who was calling this evil by saying, well, transgender day of visibility has always been March 31st. It's been March 31st for 15 years since 2009, which can we just talk about
Starting point is 00:07:37 for a second, that 2009 was 15 years ago? That's impossible. That is impossible. And I don't even want to think about that. But apparently this has been Trans day of visibility since 2009. And so they're like, oh, just calm down. It's not Joe Biden purposely putting this on Easter Sunday. Obviously, Easter Sunday is a different day every year, a different Sunday every year. Sometimes it's the end of March, the latest it can be is the end of April. And so this is not evil. It's not nefarious at all. But first of all, what I will say to that is that acknowledging this day, having a so-called trans day of visibility that celebrates the butchering of people's bodies, that celebrates and affirms a lie that you can switch your gender.
Starting point is 00:08:23 that is evil in and of itself, that it is coinciding with Easter and that we have a devout Catholic, so-called president of the United States that is proclaiming it, announcing it, highlighting it, even as it coincides with Easter, yes, that is absolutely evil and awful 100%. No caveats, no nuance to that. And you know, even though it's been around since 2009, there hasn't always been a proclamation or an announcement about this. Easter Sunday was on March 31st, for example, in 2013 when President Obama was president. But President Obama didn't acknowledge it publicly. He didn't acknowledge the so-called Trans-Day of Visibility. President Biden is the first president to make a public proclamation for Trans-Day of Visibility today, or this year wasn't the first year. He's done it in the previous years that he's been president.
Starting point is 00:09:19 But there is no law, no rule saying that a president has to, acknowledge this, has to make an announcement about it. Like I said, President Obama didn't. Of course, President Trump didn't either. President Biden is the first one to do it. And they knew that this year it would fall on Easter Sunday. They didn't have to make an announcement about it. He didn't have to do a proclamation. They didn't have to say anything about it at all, but they decided to. They decided to try to bludgeon people who speak the truth about gender, who speak the truth about the barbarism that this causes for children who say that they're confused about their gender and the infringement upon the safety and the rights and the privacy of girls and women, that's what
Starting point is 00:10:02 the proclamation was for to make us look like we are extremists for saying two plus two equals four. And yes, that is evil. It is evil. It is an assault on the Amago day on Easter of all days. And so there doesn't need to be. any pushback or any finger wagging, any chastising from so-called conservatives to say, well, you just need to calm down. Trans day of visibility has been around since 2009. It doesn't matter.
Starting point is 00:10:35 It doesn't matter. Like this is not an official holiday. It doesn't have to be acknowledged. They acknowledged it publicly. Celebrated it, as we will look in just a second. Many in the administration celebrated it publicly, knowing that it also falls on a sacred holiday for Christians. And yes, that is absolutely evil. And the point that I made stands that I've said
Starting point is 00:10:56 many times, Christians have no business, no excuse, no justification to vote Democrat. Okay? Their agenda, their platform is evil. It is evil. It is wicked. Yes, there are different policies that we can debate. I'm not saying every single policy is 100% wrong 100% of the time. But when it comes to abortion, when it comes to gender, when it comes to sexuality, when it comes to marriage, all of these foundational issues that are necessary for us to get right for our society to survive and thrive, they get it dead wrong, satanically wrong. So there's just no reason for it. There's just no excuse or justification for it whatsoever. So as I said, President Biden and many in his administration were celebrating the Trans Day of Visibility very enthusiastically on Resurrection Sunday.
Starting point is 00:11:48 I'll read you some examples of just their egregious rhetoric in just a second. Hey, this is Steve Day. If you're listening to Allie, you already understand that the biggest issues facing our country aren't just political. They're moral, spiritual, and rooted in what we believe is true about God, humanity, and reality itself. On the Steve Day show, we take the news of the day and tested against first principles, faith, truth, and objective reality. We don't just chase narratives and we don't offer false comfort.
Starting point is 00:12:18 We ask the hard questions and follow the answers wherever they leave, even when it's unpopular. This is a show for people. who want honesty over hype and clarity over chaos. If you're looking for commentary grounded in conviction and unwilling to lie to you about where we are or where we're headed, you can watch this D-Day show right here on Blaze TV or listen wherever you get podcasts. I hope you'll join us. All right.
Starting point is 00:12:45 So let me give you some examples of what President Biden said. So he said this. He said, today on transgender day of visibility, this is a tweet or a post on X, I have a simple message to all trans Americans. I see you. You are made in the image of God and you're worthy of respect and dignity. You are made in the image of God. Now, obviously, he did not look at the entire verse. I'm sure President Biden has no idea what verse that is. I'm sure he didn't write this tweet. But if you are to ask him, hey, what verse in the Bible says that we are made in the image of God? I would, if I were a betting woman,
Starting point is 00:13:28 I would bet a lot of money that President Biden has no idea what verse actually says that. But, you know, it's an interesting verse. And anyone who listens to this podcast has heard me say it a million, bajillion times. And that's Genesis 127. And so, gosh, it's so important for us to know this. God cares so much that we know what it means to be made in his image that he puts this information in the first chapter of the first book of the Bible. Wow. Genesis 127.
Starting point is 00:13:57 So God created man in his own image. In the image of God, he created him. Male and female, he created them. Oh, my goodness. So many answers to so many of our cultural, moral questions of the day. So many things that we here today are complicated or confusing or gray or nuanced. God lays it out for us right there. And the first chapter of the first book of the Bible. So God created man in his own image. So that tells us where we come from who created us, what we were created for, it tells us the value of human life right there that unlike the plants and the animals, the solar system, we were created in God's image. That sets us apart. That gives us a dignity and a worth beyond anything else in all creation.
Starting point is 00:14:44 In the image of God, he created him. Male and female, he created them. So right there we get the definition of gender. There is no category. for gender identity independent from sex. It's just not there. It doesn't exist. This idea that you can declare that you are something other than what your body tells you that you are is a radical, fanciful, crazy extremist idea that has no grounding in science, has no grounding in the Bible.
Starting point is 00:15:19 So male and female he created them. Not only do we see there the definition. of gender. We also see the definition of marriage and family. And of course, you read further into the chapter and into the book. And we see the command to be fruitful and multiply. And so right there, God tells us, first book, first chapter, what it means to be human, what it means to be male and female, what it means to be married, what it means to have a family. And of course, we see this all the way through to the very end of the Bible. And we see in the marriage supper of the Lamb,
Starting point is 00:15:59 we see in the last chapter of Revelation, that those gender designations still exist because we see that Christ is depicted as a groom, and the church is depicted as the bridegroom. And so those designations, that definition of marriage is not just biological. It also has spiritual and eternal significance. The alliteration that we've used many times is the definition of marriage is rooted in creation. It's reiterated throughout scripture, such as honor your father and mother. It is repeated by Jesus himself, Matthew 19,
Starting point is 00:16:42 4 through 5. It is representative of Christ in the church, as we see in Ephesians 5. And in that way, it is reflective of the gospel, which we see, as I said, throughout scripture, but specifically in the book of Revelation and the Marriage Supper. And so that definition of gender, that definition of marriage is so profound, so eternal, so spiritual. It's not just a couple verses that we can extract and say, well, maybe that doesn't really apply today. Maybe that's a mistranslation.
Starting point is 00:17:16 No, this goes all the way back to the very beginning and carries us through God's plan of redemption. It matters so much that we get this right to God. That's how much he emphasizes it throughout Scripture. And so for President Biden to say to a person who thinks that they're the opposite sex, who are made in the image of God, well, that is a half-truth. It is absolutely true that people who are deceived about their gender or who are deceiving others about their gender are made in the image of God. They have innate dignity.
Starting point is 00:17:49 They have an eight worth. And just like everyone else, they are dead in their sin apart from Christ. And just like everyone else, by grace through faith, they can be made alive in Christ. They can be granted salvation by grace through faith. They can be empowered to repent. They can be empowered to live a life of freedom from sin and obedience. And they can spend forever with God. They can be reconciled to God through Christ.
Starting point is 00:18:15 that is the good news of the gospel. They are not too far off. President Biden is not too far off. That is absolutely true. But it's not enough to tell someone who thinks that they are the opposite sex or who pretends to be the opposite sex that they are made in the image of God. They are. But the implication that must also be said is that you are made male or female in the image of God. And I know people like to bring up intersex, which has nothing to do with gender identity or transgenderism whatsoever. Even people who fall into that intersex category, they are either male or female. They have some kind of anomaly because we live in a fallen world. And so people have anomalies, people have diseases, people have disorders. That doesn't negate the gender binary.
Starting point is 00:19:04 There are people who are born with one leg, but human beings are still bipeds. And so, yes, those people are also made in the image of God. Every single human is made in the image of God, that is the radical message of equality that absolutely transformed the world after God established, after Jesus established the church. And so, President Biden and his handlers, they're using this kind of language to try to manipulate the mushy middle Christians into believing that to affirm the Amago Day in someone, to affirm someone's dignity, You must also affirm this lie, this destructive, deadly lie, that they can change their body to be the opposite sex, that they can identify as something other than what they are. They can't. I highly recommend Nancy Piercy's Love Thy Body. I've had her on a couple of times. She's amazing. If you have not read Love Thy Body, please do. But she talks about the telos, the purpose of everything that God has given everything a function. God has given everything a purpose. And even the most ardent atheist or liberal
Starting point is 00:20:19 acknowledges that when it comes to, say, a bird versus an elephant. They don't try to claim that an elephant can fly. They don't try to claim that a bird can do something that an elephant can. Like, we look at these different kinds of animals, different kinds of species, and we understand that they fall into certain categories. And they have certain functions. They have certain abilities. They have a certain purpose, a certain tell us. But for some reason, when it comes to male and female, that just goes out the window. We believe that our bodies tell us nothing. Whereas we look at a bird and we understand that the wings tell us that that bird can probably fly,
Starting point is 00:20:57 depending on the kind of bird that it is. But when we look at the human body, even though we see two different kinds of human bodies, these people say, well, there's no tell us. There's no purpose. This tell us does not tell us anything. We can be whoever we want to be by declaration or identification or feeling that our bodies are completely arbitrary. This is a very much like a dualistic, she describes, and kind of gnostic way of thinking, that the material world is really arbitrary and bends to the will of our minds or the feelings of our hearts.
Starting point is 00:21:40 and that's just not true. Like Christianity gives so much dignity to the body, so much meaning, so much purpose to the body. I mean, we see that, of course, throughout Scripture that God made the material world for his own glory, but we also see it in Jesus, that Jesus is a word made flesh. Jesus came and dwelt among us. He was tempted in every way as we are yet was without sin. And so we see that embodiment, that the flesh, that the flesh, that human beings, that bodies matter so much to God, so much so that we will experience a resurrection
Starting point is 00:22:17 of the bodies. And so even eternally, the body matters. So this is a very worldly idea, a very pagan idea, that the body doesn't matter, that only what we feel and think on the inside is what matters. And that, again, the material world and our bodies don't tell us anything that's not the Christian worldview. The Christian worldview says the body matters very much. The material world matters very much. That's why there's going to be not only a new heaven, but a new earth. God cares about all of this. He's going to redeem all of this. And so Christians just have to make sure that when we hear something like, you're made in the image of God from Biden or we hear it. Well, to be empathetic or to be loving or to be kind. You have to affirm transgenderism.
Starting point is 00:23:05 Whoa, whoa, whoa. What is the word of God say? What does he say about? the body. What does he say about marriage? What does he say about sex? What does he say about gender? Because remember, we can't outlove God. God is love, 1 John 4-8. Therefore, we cannot out-love him. The most loving thing that we can do is agree with him. The same God who is love, 1-John-48, also created the heavens in the earth, also created us male and female. The God who is love has the authority as the creator of the universe to tell us what is, what is it, what's right and what's wrong, what's good, what's true, what's false, what's male, what's female, what a marriage is, and when life begins. And he really tells us a lot of that in the very first chapter of the Bible.
Starting point is 00:23:45 That's how fundamental it is. So don't listen to Biden. Biden, as it is right now, is a vassal of Satan. That's just true. Like, I know that might sound dramatic, but he is. And it's not, I'm not even just talking about the fact that he is clearly judging by his fruit, because we can judge a tree by its fruit. He's clearly not a believer.
Starting point is 00:24:06 like he's not a Christian at all. But it's not, I'm not even just talking about that. I am talking about the specific satanic agenda that he is pushing, that he's pushing upon children, vulnerable young people, and how he is sicking his DOJ on parents and on doctors who don't want to go along with this madness. It's really disgusting. And you see this reflected, of course, in the rest of his administration and the things and the things that they have said.
Starting point is 00:24:37 So, for example, we've got Vice President Kamala Harris. Every person in our nation must have the freedom to be their true self and to live free from hate. On Transgender Day of Visibility, I say to all trans and non-binary people, we see you, we love you, we will never stop fighting for you. Okay? I'm not even sure what this means. They're true self. Of course, just like in so many things that they say, the opposite is actually true. Their true self is who they biologically are.
Starting point is 00:25:07 Their true self is not some random identity that they've just declared. What does true mean? Like, should we ask that question? What does true actually mean? And again, this goes back to that like dualistic, gnaustic thinking that true is something that you declare rather than what you can see, rather than what the material world proves to be true. Freedom to be their true self. And obviously, that's not even true.
Starting point is 00:25:33 It's the same thing when they say love is love. Trans women are women and love is love. It's the same math. It's like, what does that even mean? They're circular. You have to define woman for that to make sense. You have to define love for that to make sense. Because if love is just love, then anything that someone says is love is considered love and is beautiful.
Starting point is 00:25:51 So predation, stalking, pedophilia, beastiality. If someone says that those things are love, since we're not defining love in the love is love mantra, does that count? that worthy of celebration? It's the same thing when she says we have to celebrate someone's true self. Well, you don't actually believe that. If someone says that they are something that is completely objectionable, then you would be against them being their quote unquote true self. Ted Bundy was also being his true self at the time. We're against that. So like we have to have some definitions, right? When we say true and we say love, when we say made in the image of God, to define these things for them to carry any weight.
Starting point is 00:26:36 But of course, that's what Democrats and the left do very well. They don't have to define their terms. They use terms that sound universally positive. And most people who just aren't thinking really have no incentive to think and to go against the mainstream, they accept it. And they say, yay, let's just celebrate that. The White House also said transgender Americans are part of the fabric of our nation. On Transgender Day of Visibility, our administration honors the extraordinary courage of
Starting point is 00:27:01 transgender Americans and reaffirms our commitment to form in a more perfect union where all people are treated equally. Well, not if being treated equally means that a man can go into a woman's restroom. No, I don't, I'm sorry, I don't want you to share a bathroom with me, share a locker room with me, share a bathroom and locker room with my daughters. No, that's not the direction that this is going. It's just not. I don't care what the White House says. That's not the direction that this is going. So again, use of universally positive word like equal to get people to say, yeah, equality, just like the equality act. That's great. That's awesome. Let's just accept it. Not even thinking about what that actually means. And what courage are we talking about here?
Starting point is 00:27:49 I mean, of course, you are so socially incentivized to declare some kind of new strange identity and force people narcissistically to bend to your. declarations, no matter how ridiculous they are, like there's no courage that comes with that. Again, there are a lot of incentives and a lot of motivations that would encourage someone to say that they are the opposite sex or their non-binary. It really doesn't take a lot of courage. And honestly, most of these people have other mental issues that need to be dealt with directly and compassionately. The more courageous thing would be to deal with those things, The more courageous thing would be to address the underlying issues that are causing people to think that they are the opposite sex.
Starting point is 00:28:38 That would be courageous. Corrine Jean-Pierre on Transgender Day of Visibility, the Biden-Harris administration honors the extraordinary courage and contributions of transgender Americans and reaffirms our nation's commitment to form it a more perfect union where all people are treated equally. Okay, so basically saying the same thing. there are contributions by men and women who might think that they are the opposite sex or want other people to think that, but there are no contributions by people, by so-called transgender people because there's no such actual thing as transgenderism. And some people get mad when I say that. But in reality, there's no such thing as transgenderism. There are people who think that they are the opposite sex. but there is not a real concept of being the opposite sex or being the opposite gender.
Starting point is 00:29:42 Again, we can't separate those two categories. And like, let's just back up a little bit. This day, I don't even want to call it a holiday, although you could probably call it a holiday because it is holy according to the left wing religion. It certainly is much holier than Easter. Transgender Day of Visibility was started on March 31st, 2009. by a man who identifies as a female. He goes by Rachel Crandall Crocker,
Starting point is 00:30:10 a psychotherapist, an executive director of the advocacy group, Transgender Michigan. If we have a picture of him, we will put him up on screen. Yep. Yes, yes, yes. That is our dainty flower
Starting point is 00:30:25 of a beauty queen right there. And that is our, the patron saint, I guess, of transgender day of visibility. that is who is leading the charge for us. I don't know. I just, I don't know. She just looks beautiful. I guess I'm speechless. I don't know. I don't know what to say. I'm so glad that we have this up on screen for as long as we do so you can just take it in. So, okay, Speaker Mike Johnson, he's a Republican. He responded to all of this. The Biden White House has betrayed the central tenant of Easter, which is the resurrection of Jesus Christ, banning sacred truth and tradition while at the same time proclaiming. Easter Sunday as transgender day is outrageous and important. The American people are taking note, which is, of course, exactly true. And he's referring to the reporting that the White House has banned religious Easter eggs from the art contest. And Biden replied to that. He's thoroughly
Starting point is 00:31:25 uninformed. The president said, I didn't do that. Now, Biden might be correct in that. He didn't do that. He might have no idea what anyone is talking about. He is still celebrating Oyster Sunday. And so he might be being honest about that. Now, I did read, Bree, I don't know if this, if you know, if this is true or not, but I did read that the White House in the past has banned religious Easter eggs from the art contest. Do you know? I don't actually know. I don't. I think that, I think that that is true. I don't think that Biden is the first one. So if you can look that. up and then I will come back to that. And I will verify that if so. But either way, like, there's no law that says that you have to do that, but he decided to do that while declaring it transgender day of visibility. Now, he did say happy Easter, not just happy oyster.
Starting point is 00:32:24 Like, he did release an Easter statement on Easter Sunday. He said, Jill and I send our warmest wishes to Christians around the world celebrating Easter Sunday. Easter reminds us of the power and hope and the promise of Christ. resurrection. Yeah, right, you don't believe in that. As we gather with loved ones, we remember Jesus's sacrifice. We pray for one another and cherish the blessing of the dawn of new possibilities. What? What is that? And with wars and conflict taking a toll on innocent lives around the world, we renew our commitment to work for peace, security, and dignity for all people from our family to yours. Happy Easter and God bless you. You know what? Like, I would give them credit where credit was due
Starting point is 00:32:58 if they did not also put out their silly declaration, basically calling people, who say that men cannot become women extremists, I would say this is a pretty good for president. Like this is pretty good. Now, obviously, they have two different, what's happening here is they've got two different branches. They've got two different groups. One group that they are assigning to come up with the language for the trans day of visibility. The other group that is in charge, probably some evangelicals for Biden person, who was in charge of coming up with the language for Easter. And so they are just hoping that those two
Starting point is 00:33:40 messages are received by the right people to try to make everyone happy and to try to trick the Christians over here into thinking the President Biden cares at all about Christianity and cares it all about the rights and the protections of Christians because he very obviously doesn't. But if it hadn't been for the Trans-Day of Visibility stuff, I would say that this is a pretty good statement. But of course, in light of everything else, it is absolutely phony and it shouldn't be given any credibility at all. Now, I will say that President Biden had a much longer statement for Ramadan, the Muslim holiday, than he had for Easter. Very long statement. And I'm not even going to read the whole thing. So he says tonight, as the new Crescent moon marks the beginning of the Islamic Holy Month of Ramadan, Jill and Ixen, best wishes and prayers to Muslims across our country and around the world. The sacred month is a
Starting point is 00:34:36 time for reflection and renewal. This year, it comes at a moment of immense pain. The war in Gaza has inflicted terrible suffering on the Palestinian people. Okay, there are also Muslims in Israel, but that's so strange just to mention and mentions the loss of life there and talks about how American Muslims have been affected by this when really it's American. It's American. Jews who have been forced to bear the brunt of the anti-Jew hatred of American Muslims as that's going on in Israel and Gaza, not American Muslims. And then he goes on and on and on. And he's saying that they are establishing an immediate and sustained ceasefire for at least six weeks. And part of a deal to release hostages, of course, honoring Ramadan. Here at home, we have
Starting point is 00:35:31 seen an appalling resurgence of hate and violence towards Muslim Americans. Have we? Have we? Again, like, I have not seen Muslim Americans forced to take refuge in their university campus library because the Jews on campus are harassing them and chasing them down. But that has happened to Jews on college campuses. Muslims have been harassing them. And I have not seen Jews taking down any pro-Palestine signage across the country, but I have seen pro-Palestinian activists taking down the signage that raises awareness for the Israeli refugees in America. So taking down the signs in America, that is.
Starting point is 00:36:19 And so I'm just not sure where the statement is coming from. My administration is developing the first ever national strategy to counter Islamophobia and related forms of bias and discrimination to take on hate against Muslims, seek South Asian and Arab American communities. It is just ridiculous. It's just this is what they do, though. Like, this is just not a problem. It's just not a problem that is pervasive right now.
Starting point is 00:36:43 I'm not saying that nothing like this has ever happened. I'm not saying that inflicting harm on someone because they are Muslim or you perceive that they're Muslim in America is right. I'm not saying that. I think that there have been a couple instances actually of what you would categorize. recognizes hate crimes. But again, no mention of what is being suffered by American Jews. And again, a much, much longer statement about Ramadan than we saw for, saw for Easter. All right. Let's see who else had something to say about all of this. Of course, the Secretary of Health and Human Services, Javier Bissera, he said that he's thinking about our country's
Starting point is 00:37:24 great transgender non-binary in two spirit. leaders who epitomize resilience, progress, and joy. To spirit. This is a religion. It's a religion. It's a delusional one at that. And here is sweet, sweet, sweet, Rachel Levine. She is, he is, sorry, he just looks so insanely feminine that I forgot. He is the, he is the assistant secretary for health, and he has a sweet, sweet statement for us. Here he is. On this transgender day of visibility, we must continue to make focused and ongoing efforts, to end inequities, eliminate the impacts of injustice, and improve access to care for everyone. Today, of all days, I stand proud and visible with my fellow transgender Americans.
Starting point is 00:38:23 He doesn't even try. He doesn't, like, there's no even, there's no effort at all to look or sound feminine in any way. He grew his hair out. Where's it like a founding father? And he is like, yes, I am a woman. I am visible. We do see you. We do see you.
Starting point is 00:38:46 That is true. Bree is laughing. And we're supposed to take this seriously. in other countries are supposed to take this seriously. And I'm sorry, if you were just now tuning into Relatable for the first time and you were like, wow, this is like, this is harsh, this is intense. It's not. It's not.
Starting point is 00:39:09 It's not. Because these people are forging an evil, evil, barbaric body mutilating movement in the United States that affects vulnerable children. So no. They are evil. if you are more concerned about us making light of this, laughing at this, mocking this, criticizing this, condemning this, then you are what they are doing, then your priorities are out of whack and you've been more affected by worldliness than you have the word of God. And plus,
Starting point is 00:39:40 we've been dealing with this. Okay, not everyone has been paying attention for as long as, you know, the people in this space have. And so we've been dealing with this craziness for a long time. And so in order to stay sane ourselves, sometimes we just have to laugh. So we'll give you the biblical response, but we're also going to give you like the lighthearted response sometimes. Secretary of Education Miguel Cardona, he this is, so Secretary of Education, just think about the effect that that has on our country and on our young people. Here's what he has to say.
Starting point is 00:40:12 Walking into a classroom should be an act of hope, not an act of bravery. That every day you choose to show up as your true self, you make this world. a more brave, more honest, and more free place. In your gift for seeing things as they could be, I see the promise of America. Dumb. Anyway, Gavin Newsom had something to say. Gretchen Wittmer had something to say. I don't even want to play their clips
Starting point is 00:40:39 because it's just the same old, same old, silly, silly, silly stuff. But let's play this guy who is a former Florida representative, now MSNBC political analyst. His name is David Jolly. He was on MSNBC on Monday, saying that we are, we as conservatives, to criticize Biden's transgender proclamation, we are wrong, theologically, wrong morally, and absolutely stupid politically. Okay, here's top five.
Starting point is 00:41:06 That actually the Jesus they celebrate today would be inclusive of the transgendered community and would be supportive of the transgendered community and command all Christians, including Donald Trump, Mike Johnson, and others who celebrate today that, in fact, they should love the transgender community as they love their own God. We should love the transgender community as we love our own God. What? Worship them? I don't think so. Here is Jesus in his own words. He's talking to the Pharisees and in context they are speaking of divorce, but in talking about the importance of marriage, he goes to the definition of marriage, which again is founded all the way in creation. So here's what Jesus says,
Starting point is 00:41:49 Matthew 19 4 through 5. He answered, have you not read that he who created them from the beginning made them male and female and said, therefore, a man shall leave his father and his mother and hold fast to his wife and the two shall become one flesh? So people say, well, Jesus never talked about marriage. He never talked about gender. Yes, he did. You're looking for him to use modern language to, in order to make your point. But of course, course, the definitions of gender and marriage are there affirmatively throughout scripture. And yes, Jesus is very explicit about it. Have you not read that in the beginning he made them male and female and then defines marriage? A man shall leave his father and mother and hold fast to his wife. So many gender designations there. Male, female, man, wife, father, mother. And no, this is not just a cultural context. He's going all the way back to creation. He roots it in the creation of God. And so Jesus is very clear about that.
Starting point is 00:42:56 And these people are typically some kind of red letter Christians, although they don't even accept all the red letters because this would be a red letter. But they try to separate Jesus of the New Testament and some of the things that he said from the God of the Old Testament, the rest of Scripture. But that's not how God's word works. That's not how Jesus believed that it worked. because again, he is always quoting the Old Testament. He is always quoting the prophets.
Starting point is 00:43:22 He's quoting the law. He's quoting creation. So if Jesus believed that these words are authoritative and inspired and inerrant, and he spoke them to the Pharisees, then we should too. And of course, Jesus is God. So whatever is said in the Old Testament as God's word, Jesus says and affirms to 100%. And so these people who say, oh, Jesus would accept the transgender community.
Starting point is 00:43:50 No. Yes, he would love them as image bearers of God, but he would love them enough to speak truth to them and to call them to repentance because he cares about their salvation. He cares about their bodies too. He cares about their heart and soul and mind. He actually cares about what is underneath their sin of gender deception. And it is sin. This is not just a Jesus who goes out and heals people and who says that God loves them.
Starting point is 00:44:20 Actually, he doesn't go around at all and says that God loves them. That's not really his message, to be honest. But he's not just healing people. He's not just feeding the poor. He is also telling people to go and sin no more. And these people are totally unfamiliar with that Jesus. And they don't know him at all. And so just don't be tricked by that.
Starting point is 00:44:39 Don't be tricked by that. And you know, the founder of this day, the Trans Day of Visibility, this Crandall Crocker person, he actually, I think, sums it up very well what those who like Biden, like this David Jolly person, what they're trying to do. Here's what he says that he had to do when it came to his so-called gender identity. He wrote an article for a magazine in 1998 title, Religion and Identity, about history. struggle as a Jewish boy claiming to actually be a nice Jewish girl. He says, rather than trying to fit me into my religion, I began to experiment with fitting my religion into me. I was not so concerned about being a good Jew. I was more concerned about being a transsexual gay woman, who was also Jewish. I began to pick and choose which parts of Judaism fit in with who I was.
Starting point is 00:45:32 I became the main part of the equation. Well, I am now a woman who loves other women. I am Jewish, and I also go to a Unitarian Universalist Church. Crazy. Crazy. That's exactly what everyone is trying to do, fit their religion into what they feel and what they want and the sin that they have chosen. There was this exchange on MSNBC that I saw. That was great. It was floating around on Twitter where a Catholic priest, I don't remember who he was,
Starting point is 00:45:57 he called Biden out for this and called him a cafeteria Catholic. Of course, like the female Episcopalian priest tries to like run in and protect Joe Biden. But that's absolutely true. He picks and chooses what he wants. And that's what all progressives do. And that's what a lot of people do, of course. And none of us is perfectly sanctified. But we have to start with the belief, the knowledge that God is authoritative, that his word is authoritative and spend our lives to the power of the Holy Spirit conforming what we think say and do to that standard. All right. So that's all the craziness. Did you know that there are 145 days? 145 days of the year that are dedicated to, dedicated to LGBTQ people. Let me read you some of these. This is according to Glad. National Asian and Pacific Islander HIV AIDS Awareness Day.
Starting point is 00:47:00 That is, don't miss it. Write it down. May 19th. National Asian and Pacific Islander HIV AIDS Awareness. Day. Very niche. There's Lesbian Visibility Day, of course. HIV is not a crime awareness day. Okay, National Black HIV AIDS Awareness Day. Like, maybe we should just start thinking a little bit about things, about behavior. Let's just think. Let's just think. Like, why are these LGBTQ days, National HIV testing day.
Starting point is 00:47:37 Pulse Remembrance. Okay, that's Pulse Night Club. Let's see. Non-binary Awareness Week. National Latinks HIV-AIDS Awareness Day. National LGBT Center Awareness Day. Their Spirit Day. Intersex Awareness Day.
Starting point is 00:47:56 Pansexual Pan-Romantic Pride Day. HIV-Cure Research Day. World AIDS is so much AIDS. So much AIDS. Okay. That is really, yeah, International Drag Day. There's so much. So like for almost half of the year, we are celebrating LGBTQ. And they supposedly, according to their liturgical calendar. And we're supposed to also believe that they are very impressed. Okay. All right. Okay. Let's move on from that. I think that you probably can guess the rest of my thoughts. and all my thoughts about how evil and awful this is. I mean, we've talked about this subject so many times and the literal and spiritual, moral destruction that this has on a country.
Starting point is 00:48:44 And gosh, God have mercy on us. God have mercy on us. And may more and more people wake up to the deadliness of this and realize, like, you just can't vote for these people. I'm not saying Republicans are perfect. You know I don't think Donald Trump is perfect. But you can't vote for Democrats. You just can't as a Christian.
Starting point is 00:49:04 You can't square those things. And I've had a lot of people who originally were mad at me for saying that it just took time to realize that that is just true. It is just true. Do not believe anyone who lies to you and says that their platform or agenda is in any way in alignment with Christian worldview. It's not. All right. Okay. We're going to move into just a quick relationship segment.
Starting point is 00:49:28 I'm going to give some more relationship advice because you guys seem to like that. And this is, again, based on a tweet. So I saw this. This tweet went viral with 83,000 likes. This is, I don't know who this person is on Twitter, but she said, my latest obsession is the woman on TikTok whose boyfriend of eight years bought a house solely in his name and is making her remodel it and pay half the expenses. Like girl, you're getting his house ready for him and his future wife, parentheses. It's not going to be you. Oh, that is absolutely correct. Poor thing. So this is the context. There's a 28-year-old woman on TikTok. She's now activated her account. I hope that she's okay, honestly. She's helping her boyfriend of eight years remodel his house. However, he purchased the house in his name, is charging her rent and is,
Starting point is 00:50:26 according to her, making her pay half of the remodeling expenses. In the original video, the text reads, what it feels like to have your boyfriend of eight years buy a house and then charge you rent to live in it while making you both design director and general contractor of renovation. and then in the video she is like, I don't know, ripping up carpet or ripping off the walls or something like that. I'm not really sure. Wallpaper. And so a lot of people had criticisms and questions about this. And so she answered some of those questions. Here's SOT six. Someone for eight years without a ring. And that's totally fine. Like that's your prerogative. But it works for us. Next thing is that I pay my boyfriend rent in the past. When we've
Starting point is 00:51:09 rented properties together, we've split the rent. Now my boyfriend has purchased a house. I'm still an adult that needs a place to live and pays for the place she lives, I just happen to pay that money to my boyfriend. People are upset that I'm doing this work for freed and I'm not gaining equity in this house way that I look at it. And he was able to buy this house because that has been a goal of him. I didn't have the ability to take on that risk. I don't see it as my place to like reap those gains. Well, like let's just go back to the basics before we even talk about like the finances of this and not having equity in the house so that you shouldn't be living with your boyfriend. shouldn't be living with your boyfriend. And I know that that is so scandalous to say today. And I'm assuming that
Starting point is 00:51:49 I don't think that this girl identifies as a Christian. But you shouldn't be living with your boyfriend, not just because of the sin that it is, but also because it increases the likelihood of you guys getting a divorce. It makes your breakup, if you do get married, it makes your breakup a lot messier as well, because you have so much interwoven. You have so much to detangle and so much to detach from. And whether this woman realizes it or not, she has in her mind become a wife. Like she has in her mind committed her body and her heart and her soul and her mind and her money to this person who very clearly does not care about her. I mean, he might care about her in some way.
Starting point is 00:52:42 He doesn't care about her enough to take care of her and to marry her and to protect and to provide for her like a man should because he doesn't want to. What did we say last time? If he wanted to, he would. Girl, if he wanted to, he would. He doesn't want to. He does not want to make you his wife. And so what the original tweet said that you are getting his house ready for. him and his future wife and his future kids, it's not going to be you and they're not going to be
Starting point is 00:53:15 yours. I do think that's true. And that might sound harsh, but I would move out in a heartbeat and just recognize what is being done to you by someone who doesn't really love you. He doesn't. I'm not saying he has no feelings for you, but this is not what love looks like. This is this is a man who isn't very manly. He's not very masculine. He's not providing for you the way that his instincts should drive him to provide for you and to protect for you. And you just need to get out. You are wasting your time and your energy and your money and your love on someone who ultimately is going to commit to someone else besides you. And that's just the harsh truth of it. And again, yeah, this is just not a very good financial decision for you either. Like he is getting a great deal out of
Starting point is 00:54:13 this. He's getting a lot of money. I mean, you're paying him for rent. That's one. He doesn't have to pay a general contractor now because you're doing that. He doesn't have to pay a designer now because you're doing that. And so, yeah, he gets a lot out of this and you get absolutely nothing. You get absolutely nothing, you're paying to have your heart broken. So just go ahead and rip off the bandaid. As I have said many times, it is better to be single and sad than married and stuck. So high tail it out of there, girl. All right, y'all. That's all we've got for today. We've got a lot of good stuff coming down the pipeline this week and then this month. A lot of great stuff, not just some new merch in time for Mother's Day and Father's Day. But we've also got
