We're back with some Club Condo on Monday after a long holiday weekend. But we are back and ready to go. And I am so thrilled to have back with me my great friend, the purple pants badass himself.

He's back. Bryce Isaiah. Bryce, how are you? Robert. Oh, it's so excited to be here. Club Condo. And if Chappelle is having intestinal stomach issues from Thanksgiving, from eating too much, and he is in the bathroom and I have to cover for him, I am glad to be. Is that what's happening? Is that what happened today? That's what happened. He had a case of explosive diarrhea. And he said, baby boy, can you help me out? I said, absolutely.

You know what they say? So the Friday after Thanksgiving, they call it Brown Friday. Because that's the number one day for plumber emergencies. What in the world? Yeah, you can look that up oh brown friday oh all right i thought it was you know diverse friday but i mean i guess it's a uh a diverse pool in the toilet yeah you know and some people they have a diverse plate and they try a lot of new things and then you know not everything was a hit. Not, it comes out quick. Yep.

Okay. All right. Bryce, how are you? Robert, I am really, really good. Actually, I had an emotional weekend this weekend, Robert. Yeah, what's going on? So we don't need to say the number, but I had my high school reunion this weekend. And it was like super exciting

to see everyone uh but there was like something i was like not prepared for i like saw uh like i want to say like my first ever like real boyfriend oh i haven't seen in like forever and like we didn't end on like the greatest terms and so I was like shocked when I saw said person and um it was just weird like it like literally took me back to high school

so that was weird but it was great to see everyone there were like people in my class that's like we watch RHAP we love Rob I was like oh my god I'm like what's your name again she's like Sus we watch RHAP. We love Rob. I was like, oh, my God. I'm like, what's your name again? Yeah. She's like, Susie, we had science class together. I was like, oh, yeah.

Now, here's what I want to know. When you go back to the high school reunion, I feel like, how's everybody else holding up that you went to high school with? So, crazily enough. Well, I mean, there were some people that I was like, oh. How many years has it been? Oh, my God. Is this our 50th?

But for the majority of the people that I remember, everyone looked really good. Like, I was, like, shocked how good some of the people looked. So, it was exciting. It was weird. I felt like we would be talking to somebody and then someone else would come up. You'd be like, ah! And like, I never really got to finish conversations with people. But I had went with one of my best friends and it was funny because my best friend

was like, did you like get anyone's number to stay in contact with? I was like, no. See y'all at the next one. That's right. Now, when you saw your old flame from high school, did he say to you, Bryce, I made a horrible mistake. I can't believe you were the one that got away. So no. So mind you.

All right. So let me just tell you real quick story robert right because i was unprepared for this i like i wasn't expecting to see said person and so i saw him i was like oh my god and so i tried to avoid him for a little bit then we like saw each other i was like hey how are you it's like how are you uh i was like, how are you? I was like, pretty good. And mind you, he's married now. So I was like, how's your husband? He was like, good. He was like, how's yours? I'm like, he said, how was yours? I don't even know husband.

What was he talking about? And he was like, Wendell's his name, right? I said, I said, oh, he's good. He's good. You're not going to get me. So from my school reunion, Wendell was my husband because I just, I wasn't prepared. But it was, it was weird. It was like, just, I was like, oh, hello. Then I had went back to like, well, you know why we stopped talking?

And I got emotional, Robert. Like, well, not emotional, but like, I just brought up this argument that we had had and like, he just was like, we were different people at that time. I said, no, bish, I'm the same person. You might be different, but I'm the same person. So it was just weird. I just wasn't expecting that.

But I just can't believe it's been four years since high school. So I'm really excited to see everyone. Right. Okay. Well, Bryce, they don't do a reunion anymore for Survivor. So the high school reunion is as close as you get these days. And Bryce and Wen presents the finale.

That's it. That's it. Me and my husband, we are out here. You and I'll be out on the road. Yeah. Yeah. Your work husband for sure uh thundercat says but anyway bryce uh survivor 47 uh we're down to the home stretch believe it or not uh do we have this week the final seven and then the two-part finale okay and three only three wednesday nights left what do you think about the two-part finale? I mean, for me, I just thought like,

what's the difference any other season? Just calling the episode before the finale the part two. I think it's clevering marketing, exciting, I guess. If you think about it, it's really a 13-part finale for the whole season. Right. But for me, it's really, you know, a 13 part finale for the whole season. Right. But for me, it's like, miss me with the four hour episode at the end with the pizza and all that stuff. So if it's just two hours of finale, I'm excited for that. Yeah. So today we did the exit press for everything with Kyle. And I got to spoke with Kyle this morning and he was in very good spirits. I know you enjoyed Kyle, right?

I liked Kyle a lot. I thought he was very fun. I had the opportunity to meet him in person. So I think Kyle is great. It was interesting. I don't know. I feel like sometimes as a viewer, you're watching people and you're like,

there's just no way that they could win. And then when you hear what their plan is, it's like, oh, maybe he has something in that 120%. I don't know. He was very big on the when it comes to doing it for your family, you got to keep it $1.20. Why $1.20?

Why not $1.50? I mean, I think $1.50 might be a lot. What about $1.25? That's like a dollar and a quarter. I got two dimes. might be a lot. What about $1.25? That's like $1.25. I got to get two dimes? You do. You got to break the change. I don't have that kind of change on me, Kyle.

But yeah, he was interesting. I enjoyed watching him. I felt like, as a viewer, though, the only time we saw him being strategic was last episode, and it wasn't even really that strategic it was just like i'm not that big of a threat which i mean i ultimately do think they made the wrong decision though okay so i i was listening to uh survivor news and of course

you could check that out on the purple pants podcast and uh you were debating with Jack a little bit about this. And so you feel like, and tell me, I was taking away from you. You are extremely impressed, as am I, with Genevieve. I am. Yes. Like, Genevieve is great. I almost feel like she's so great that she backed herself into a corner. And I feel like, I know Kyle was winning immunities, but like at the end of the day, I would rather sit next to Kyle than a Genevieve. Because I feel like Genevieve has made moves.

She's masterminded a lot of things. She's in this great position. Like, you know, she's giving mother vibes right now at this point. giving mother vibes right now at this point and although kyle is giving father vibes he's giving you know father you see every other holiday like you know genevieve is giving part primary custody of the children so it's like genevieve is she's serving it right now yeah uh i'm very impressed with genevieve as well. I just really took that away from every time Genevieve came up. You were, you know, very quick to, you know, point out how great she's doing in the game.

And I think I would be more scared of leaving Genevieve out there. I was definitely on your side of that argument because I kind of feel like that Kyle, I'm not worried about, you know i know kyle has a great story but i'm not sure necessarily like with all the respect to kyle that he's going to be able to tell it uh you know uh in a different way than you haven't already heard it all season at the final tribal council i think he's kind of like what you see is what you get and genevieve i do think uh you know when when when Caroline is quoting her at tribal council, like what a what a great move that was for Caroline to to say, like, you know, it was a great survivor who once said it's like, boy, talk about you're buttering up Genevieve.

And then also like helping to like, hey, don't forget Genevieve is a big threat. Listen, I'm quoting her. Right. Absolutely. And also you brought up my girl, my girl, Caroline. I feel like I don't see enough discord on her online. I feel like Caroline is the secret threat. She is like the hidden gem that no one really sees this season. Like I am, I am a Caroline Stan, if there ever was a Stan named Caroline.

Yeah. Okay. Well, Bryce, this was a Stan named Caroline. Yeah. Okay. Well, Bryce, this is a great segue to something. I asked this on X. I posted this question this weekend. Forget the fishy. Who this season is mother? Because this is, I think, maybe the motheriest season we've ever had absolutely who is there who

is mother everybody so that's a hard one right i feel like there are three people that stand out in my opinion there's more i think there's more than three. Absolutely. But I'm thinking of like the final seven that we got. I think there's more than three in the final seven. Okay. Well, I got three. Go through it. Go through it. Give me the top three.

Okay. So, obviously, it's Genevieve. Like, Genevieve is mother because she eating the girls up. Okay? She's clocking all the T's out here. So, it's Genevieve. I also feel like it's Rachel. Rachel is giving me like stepmother vibes.

Like I don't really like these kids, but I'm going to get them something for Christmas, right? Like she is like playing the role. And then there is respectfully grandmother. And that is Sue. Because Sue's loyalty to Gabe in my opinion just kind of puts her up there and

her hatred for Kyle that's just a mother move. He said your name one time and she has never let it go. So I definitely see Sue vibes as well. What about Caroline? I mean, see

Caroline isn't mother to me. Caroline is daughter. She is daughter, okay? Because she is like, if we have a family, right? Caroline is the baby of the family, but Caroline is like the responsible one. Caroline is the one that gets everybody up for school. Caroline is the one that helps dad with his taxes.

Caroline is the one that like tells mom what to get the kids for Christmas. Caroline is the one that cleans her room when it's time to go to school. She's the first one up. Like Caroline has done her homework. And yeah, I just, there's just something about Caroline. I think during the season, I don't know who she was talking to, but it was clearly like, all right, we're not really working together, but like, let's talk. And the person was talking to Caroline was like, well, this is a conversation. It's a discussion. Like, I want to hear what you have to say and I'll say something.

And like, you know, we can be in the middle. I'm like, never before in Survivor have I ever heard someone talk like this. It's like Caroline is the HR department at your job. Like she says everything right. She addresses when she don't know who she talking to. She say to whom it may concern. She just, I just love Caroline. What about Teenie?

Now, now, now I love me some Teenie. Teenie is like, Teeny is a mother or daughter. Teeny is... Teeny gives me best friend, but not best friend, best friend. Well, I didn't even know you could say friend different. Well, there's best friend, and then there's best friend.

F-R-E-N-N-N-N-N-N. How many? Six N's. Okay. With an exclamation point, right? So teeny is best friend. And I'm like a little sad that my friend is not in a great position. But there's still some wiggle room and a lot can happen. Yeah. Now, some people on X also suggested another person. I want to know what the people on Blue Sky are saying, Robert, okay? Well, I asked them a different question.

Okay. Okay? I have to say, I got a lot of answers still on X. Okay? Sure. Some people said Andy is mother first of all you know my man my man my man

is Andy so Andy you know I have a different title for Andy but I could see Andy giving mother vibes right because mother isn't exclusive to gender, right? Because in some instances, I'm mother to the kids. So Andy absolutely is mother.

But Andy not mother, mother, right? Like, I don't even have a title for Andy because Andy is just Andy. But he does have another title that i hope will come up okay all right we'll talk we'll talk about that all right let me circle back to something else so i who is mother ultimately will be determined by who the wins is that how we'll determine that no no mother ultimately when after we see the season and we can lay everything out and we can look we have all the pieces but for me, like the two highest ranking people for mother, well I mean

in my opinion, it's Genevieve, Genevieve is mother, period Okay You heard it here, alright so let me go back to the other thing I wanted to ask you with Kyle Kyle, when he left okay, he said, alright everybody line them up, everybody

you're all getting a hug and then he goes to jeff and says all right i'm gonna need i'm not gonna need a hug from you two as well i believe he's the third person i think uh uh this season at least three i think it was what rome sierra now kyle trying to think if there was another one. People are asking Jeff for the goodbye hug on the way out. What do you think about this?

I mean, I think it's interesting. I don't love love it, right? First of all, I don't want to ask for a hug. I want somebody to open their arms and give me a hug. And depending on how I'm going out, I'd rather spend my time turning around, looking at the rest of the people, cussing them the F out than giving Jeff a hug. Is the hug with Jeff.

Is that for like is that I love Jeff so much. Jeff, I want to give you a hug or is more like Jeff, give me is that, I love Jeff so much. Jeff, I want to give you a hug or it's more like Jeff, give me a hug. Like, uh, console me. It's definitely giving like Jeff.

I want to hug is Jeff. Cause like, I mean, this is probably the last time a lot of them see Jeff in the flesh. See him again. Right. You might never. That's going to be it.

That's it unless you're on the jury if these people are on the jury they're gonna see me one more time but yeah I think it's definitely like this new era they're all fans and so I think it's like oh my god like I'm you know every time I'm with you Robert I'm like

can I have a hug so I think it's like yeah I think the issue is here and I say this like as a dad where, you know, he gave one hug now to Rome. And now everybody's like, well, where's my hug? I want to hug. Yeah. I mean, you got to do for all you got to do. If you do for one, you got to do.

And Jeff's being nice, but I don't think he wants to hug all the survivor contestants. Well, one, they smell. Let's talk about that. They stink. I'm sure Jeff is like, I'm good, but maybe his rule of thumb is, if you ask for a hug, you can get a hug. He's in a tough spot. But he doesn't want to hug all the contestants.

Shouldn't Spicy Jeff just come out and say, look, I don't want to, look, listen, no hugs this season. Maybe for 48. For 48, he said at the start of the season listen I love you all I'm glad you're here thanks for coming out but please no hugs at the end of tribal council

I mean he opened the door when he had Rome sit in his seat so you know I think everyone is trying to you know next thing you know somebody's going to be like can I put my torch out oh interesting can I put my own torch out? That's where we're headed.

Don't you want Jeff to do it, though? I mean, I don't think it's all... It's not as cracked up as they say it is. What will Jeff do? Will he just stand there while you put your own torch out? I mean, what else does he do when he puts your torches out? I want somebody to blow it out

like it's a birthday cake. Yeah, that'd be good. Make a wish. I guarantee you that wish don't come true. Yeah. I don't think you should make a wish when you get voted out. Yeah. Like, okay.

Oh, wait, I'm not back in the game. Okay. My wish didn't come true. I mean, unless, you know, Exile Island or, you know, something. Mm-hmm. Yeah. Okay. Bryce, we are down to just seven people in the game,

and it really seems as though there's five players that are locked in. The five underdogs have locked in against the big threats. But a lot of people are talking about this this week of, you know, what are these threats even do? Are the underdogs really underdogs? What do you make of all this? How can you be an underdog when you in the majority? That's what I'm trying to figure out.

Like, y'all not underdogs. Y'all actually are the majority. That's what I'm trying to figure out. Like y'all not underdogs. Y'all actually are in majority. But even more, I'm just trying to figure out like the threats that y'all are naming as threats. I only really see one threat and that's Genevieve.

And respectfully, because I love this person. I'm just trying to figure out why Kyle, no, I keep saying, well, I mean, Kyle too, but why Sam is a threat

now I think Sam has been in a tough position this whole season and I feel like he's just been swinging left and right trying to make things land but they haven't really been landing and the real threat for me is Sam is a threat to be on the

Zaddy calendar, not to win in the position that he's in. So it's like, I don't understand why he is such a threat. Now, mind you, is he a threat on the eyes? Yes. Okay. Did he got some muscles? Yes.

Could you go to sleep thinking about him? Yes. Is he tall? Not that tall. But is he agile about him? Yes. Is he tall? Not that tall. But is he agile? Yes. Okay. Is he into the arts and the theater?

Yes. Okay. Would you think about drinking his sweat if you were thirsty? Yes. Oh, my God. You know, like, so he is a threat in that sense. But, I mean, he's been taking L's for a lot of this. And if anything, it's like, I would really want to work with a Sam. And, you know, every time I come on with y'all, I got to quote James Jones from Survivor 43.

Because, yes, he still calls me every week after the Survivor episode. And, well, he talks for 45 minutes. And I just go, uh-huh. Mm-hmm. Uh-huh uh-huh and i have to agree with him that i feel like sam is the case of perceived threat right like sam looks like he should be a physical threat and i think people just place that on him because if i was out there i'd be working with a Sam. Like, I would try to move some things apart

and I really feel like Caroline and Sue really should think about switching sides. Now, I love the final, the underdog slash big dog alliance because I love all of those people. However,

like, I also hate it in Survivor when they kind of just pick people off. Like, when you know what the order is going to be. Like, switch it up. Jump sides. Like, you know, don't just pick all of these people off. But, and then we talked about Kyle, right? Like, yeah, Kyle is an immunity threat.

He won, what, four immunities? But he really didn't win four. He won, what, four immunities? But he really didn't win four. He won three. I think it was like Teeny or Sue on the other ones. They just kind of put it on him that he won. And it's like, he ain't gonna win every... Let Kyle get a puzzle.

Okay? Let them say you got a spell survivor. Okay? Like, you know, let, you know, Kyle might not do that good on that one. So it's like, I take my chances. Yeah. I hear you. You know, I just feel like it's just a branding exercise of like, once you can like successfully

brand like, oh, these people are the threats. Those are the big targets. Those are the people you got to go after. Not me. Not me. And everybody just wants to clamor for that. Like, I'm the underdog. I'm small fries.

I'm not a threat. Not me. Not me. But, like, all of the not threats are really outnumbering the threats. And the threats really have no power. So it's like what like and then if you get rid of the threats you do realize that you're going to have to then cannibalize on yourself so it's like what's the play here i don't know it's's a lot. But I will say that,

like, I love the Underdog Alliance and clearly Survivor does too. Survivor was like, ooh, let's get a post on the, let's get a post on our social media. Don't we all love an underdog? Yeah. But they're not underdogs.

Oops, all underdogs. Right. It's all underdogs. It's underdogs versus underdogs this season but according to andy okay he's the mastermind so andy oh andy admitted he's not even an underdog so it's like i don't think he's underdog but he's not and then that's another question yeah let me ask you this rob because you know a lot. You played twice. More like one and a half times.

One and a quarter, yeah. I mean, not just you. No, I still have that vision of you. That one confessional with that. Was it an orange shirt? You had an orange shirt. It's like, I don't know if it's you by the tree. I'm just like, it just looked uncomfortable.

But answer me this. Andy, right? Andy's like, I'm't know if it's you by the tree. I'm just like, it just looked uncomfortable. But answer me this, Andy, right? Andy's like, I'm a mastermind. I'm pulling on the strings behind it. I'm doing all of this. And then the tribal council, Genevieve, like, names Andy as a person that's like, I would go to the end with Andy. Does it, is his perceived threat, like, if people like a a Genevieve who we clearly know has a post on the game we've seen at this episode where she kind of almost was like a little defeated because I feel like the writing's on the wall for her where it's like okay I back myself into a corner but like if she is perceiving someone like an Andy like uh-huh do we feel like

are we just getting the Andy edit and, do people not perceive Andy that strong? And although we see what he's doing, it doesn't that matter for the jury? Like maybe the jury is thinking like a Genevieve. Like, I don't know. That stresses me out a little bit. You know, I think that maybe the player from the new era that Andy might be the closest to based off of what we've seen. I think he's like Carolyn. And I think that Carolyn is somebody also who I think that the other players might have thought of one way. And then they saw the episodes and saw her confessionals

and like, oh, I didn't realize that, you know, Carolyn was like thinking about the game in like whatever. And I don't think that Andy and Carolyn are similar players, but I do think that in terms of like the perception where everybody who watched the show was very surprised that Carolyn only got one vote at the final tribal council. And I think that Andy could be on a similar trajectory where he goes to the final tribal council and get zero or one vote. And the fans are like,

what the hell andy was running this whole game did you hear him he's he had the whole thing on lock the whole season and then the other players in the jury are like oh we didn't see it that way uh you know that's interesting uh but that wasn't what the impression that i had while i was on the island right you know it's giving kelly what the hell guys like what's going on but then it has me questioning the arc of andy who i think is playing a phenomenal game right but then it's like is he playing to a phenomenon like are you playing too much in the background where like the other players can't really acknowledge it and it's like they're the people that you need for

for them to vote for you but bryce what do you do? Because this is where survivor is right now in the forties. You, you literally do anything. Do one thing. Oh, threat, threat. Next to go. Sorry. You're too good. You're too good.

Bryce, you did something. You did a thing. We can't be having that okay everybody here has to be like uh completely under the radar you put you popped your head up you did something you have to go so andy is playing perfectly but you know other than i'm going to tell my story at the final drama council how do you escape this like a death spiral of if you pop up you go i think it's a matter of when you pop up right so it's like i think in these next three episodes i need what's that little jack-in-the-box i need for andy's jack-in-the-box to wind up and

i need for andy to pop out But that's the thing that scares me because it's Andy and I love Andy and I'm nervous that Andy might be his own worst enemy, right? Where he might like pop out and he might just pop out too much and tell everybody that like

I've been doing all of this, I ain't running with none of y'all, I'm the winner. So I'm just nervous but I think it's a matter of like when you pop out. And I think right now in Andy's game, it will be a good time to pop on out. But like pop out slow. Don't just scare the kids. Just, you know, boop.

I'm here. But I'm scared Andy might be like, I'm here. And they won't be like, oh, no. So I don't know. It seems like from the preview, he's working on something. When is he not working on something? He's working on something. It's going to be his time to strike.

It seems like it. Yeah. And I think Andy would get like, if Andy, he's in this underdog, big dog Alliance, but it's like, I think a good move for you might be to switch to the other side and blindside underdog. Like that would be a great little Andy move, but I don't know.

Yeah. I want to go back to Genevieve and talk a little bit about what she was talking about in this episode, because we saw over these last couple of weeks with Genevieve and Teenie and how Teenie felt like very betrayed by Genevieve, that you were my friend. How could you do this? How could you vote out Saul?

And Genevieve has talked about how she doesn't want to make these emotional connections. And I think this is just so interesting. And I haven't really ever seen another survivor really talk about this on the show. Genevieve, but I don't see a lot of other Survivor players talk like that. On the show. Right. I think that's a very astute assessment, and I think that it's a real assessment.

I just also think that, say, you're on trial for murder, right? Like, I don't think that you put yourself in the place of the crime, even if you didn't do it, right? Like, I think that for me, for her to say that at tribal, like, I was like, okay, I get where you're at. But like, girl, mother, like, no. Because I feel like that then, because I'm listening to it and I don't know if anybody else, while tribal council is going on, I always sit there and pretend like I'm there. Right. Like I like him because, you know, this is well, I guess it's not like I don't know. It's a delicate line.

But I also think that when we're watching Survivor, right, like relationships matter and you can play this villainous game and not make this connection because you don't want to hurt people. villainous game and not make this connection because you don't want to hurt people but like if it's a million dollars or hurt people I'm hurting you right like you know what I mean oh my god not you Bryce

just saying you know we can make up later so it but it I the way it resonated with me like I completely understood what she's saying. However, it's like that's the hard thing of Survivor and you need these connections. And I said this on this week's Survivor News. Look at Gabe and Sue, right?

Like look at that connection that Gabe made with Sue. We saw Sue is ride or die for Gabe. Like she ain't play about Gabe. And it's like, you can only get that type of connection when you're making a real connection with people. And that's important. However, in this new era, you have to be careful.

And I think that Genevieve has seen enough of the new era where you make these emotional connections with people, you form these bonds, and then they Jesse Lopez you, right? And so it's like you want to kind of tote that line but i also feel like you've got to tote the line you got you got to play nice you gotta you know you got to go to your blank blank high school reunion

and you just got to say hey hey i remember you oh we had science class together like you kind of just have to play the game a little bit uh and if not it ultimately is like i don't you're not going to cash a million dollar check yeah i almost feel like that genevieve is like trying to play this game with one hand tied behind her back where she's trying to not create these emotional bonds with players so that she doesn't have to break them but i feel like that if genevieve is going to get out of this situation that she's in, I feel like that she does need to sort of like, and she's good at it.

I think she needs to, you know, like you play with all of her cards that she has and not just like, okay, I'm only going to play a very strategic game and not try to get close to people. It makes me like Genevieve because for her to say something like, for her to be able to decompartmentalize, like, hey, I'd rather be the villain than the person that hurts you. For me, that tells me that she's a lover and that she cares a lot about people and that

essentially she's saying, if I play with my heart, I'm never going to want to hurt anybody. So it's like, I have to be a villain, but it's like, you don't. And I also feel like if you're playing that villain edit, right? The people that you put on the jury are ultimately going to vote for you. So even if you get to the end and you weren't able to make those connections, how are you going to pull in their heartstrings to give you a million dollars? Like, you know, you got to you got to you don't have to keep it 120. But I mean, I need a little family. OK, right. So this is just coworkers. So give me a good 45, 50 something.

But I just felt like in this tribal council, we could just see the emotional exhaustion that it took on her. And I also think, let's just talk, you know, sometimes we talk about the trolls that's online and on the comments and all. Riddle me, is the biggest troll Jeffrey Probst? Yes. You had some choice words on the Purple Pants podcast this week on Survivor News talking about this. And you said you didn't like it that Jeff asked Genevieve, Genevieve, what's the matter? Why are you like this? Why are you so down in the dumps? Why are you so down in the dumps? Like, Jeff, you know why.

Like, you know, he's like, Genevieve, look like you got beat up. Look like your back's against the wall. Your voice doesn't sound the same. You look, you know, what's wrong? Like, Jeff, you know what's wrong. Okay. Well, this is what I want to ask you about this. Okay. Do you think that Genevieve is playing it up at all?

Do you think that Genevieve could be like, I thought the person who did this the best where we're talking about, okay, all the heat is on me. How do I get the heat off of me? I think the person who did this the best in the new era was Q. And I think that when he's, you know,

and he's like, I'd say like, okay, oh, big mistake. You know, I said I wanted to go home. It completely changed the narrative on him, where then he was like a smokescreen and it was like, okay, we're going to get rid of Q, but we're actually going to do something else every single time. It wasn't necessarily like that he was the biggest threat that people wanted to take out anymore is genevieve sort of like uh going into a you know is she blanketing to some degree of like oh genevieve's not the same genevieve's really lost lost that killer instinct now we're not worried about

genevieve that could be true right i mean the big difference between a Genevieve and a Q is, and you know I love Q, respectfully, I think Genevieve is playing a game that, like, if she were to get to the end, she could win. I think Q, at that position where he was at, he had pissed so many people off that, like, if Q got to the end at that point in time, I'm not sure if they would have granted him the money just because he was just so chaotic. So, yes, it could be a smokescreen. However, I also feel like we got to play in the other factors, right? Like, we see, first of all, Teenie was giving me type of energy at this time. She was giving.

Mm-hmm. She was giving. Mm-hmm. And I think that, sure, Genevieve could be playing it up, but I also feel like the severed relationship between her and Teenie is really going to cost her because we see Teenie over there with the under-big dogs or big under-big alliance, and Teenie's heart is broke. Teenie's not having it.

Yeah, she's broke from that friendship. So if she is playing it up, kudos to her, but I'm not sure whether or not they're going to be receiving it just because she is like, she's a solar eclipse. Like she is, she has really played a great game.

Yeah. I like Gabe

as a player, or as a person, right? But watching Gabe, I felt like it was like a manufactured villain. I felt like Gabe had loved this show Survivor, and since he was seven years old, he was like in his basement on his desktop

computer looking up and watching survivor and like oh if i ever were to play survivor i would say this i would do that like i'm a villa ha like you know like i got that he like he just was he wanted to be this big character and so me as a fan watching i'm like like, boy, you doing too much. Nobody, you don't have that much agency in the game. But to see this episode and to see the fallout from Gabe and to see all of these people that are now clicking up and moving around and mentioning his name. I'm like. Maybe gay. I mean, I know Kyle said he was the glue guy but i'm saying i'm i'm thinking gay might have been the super glue guy because a lot of fallout has happened and i don't think we've seen this

much change in the game from somebody going home other than gabe so shout out to gabe yeah it's wild because uh the people that voted out Gabe and Kyle and Sam and Genevieve, they were excited to vote out Gabe. I don't think that they foresaw what was going to happen. I mean, Sam last week was like, all right, I'm back,

baby. I'm ready to go. This is my time. Andy and Teenie, should they work with me? No, I'm going to turn on them tomorrow. It's like, well, Oh wait, hold on,

Sam, that this was a miscalculation because Gabe's gone now and you're on the bottom. Right. And it's like, yeah, I said, Kyle might've been a mistake,

but the real mistake might've been Gabe. Maybe we should have let Gabe sneak in two more times to kind of swither around and then we could got rid of them. But yeah, like I, I had to give gabe his props because i talked a lot of ish uh on gabe and just like he doing too much what is you doing but you know seeing how a lot of things have moved i'm like wow maybe gabe was really the biggest threat maybe he was just the biggest threat because gabe had that energy like he reminded

me of bruce a little bit like i want to be in control and I want you to know that I'm in control. And so I think that that kind of illuminated to people like, oh, okay. Well, if you say you were in control, you were in control. We're going to take you out. Let's talk about Rachel and where she's at because it was a great week for Rachel

where she's in the middle of everything. Everybody wants to work with her. She ends up going on the journey and ends up, uh, what an exciting moment that was in the episode where she had to go and figure out that puzzle while all of the anchors were falling off of the raft in the ocean. Couldn't be me. I couldn't even focus on Rachel doing the puzzle. I was captivated by the ropes falling off.

I just kept watching. If I were up there, I would have just been looking at the ropes. That's too much stimulation for me. But no, that was great for Rachel to win. And I think that it's interesting because Rachel's an interesting player, right? Where it's like we haven't really seen a lot of our girl Rachel.

She's kind of like not hungry for power, right? In the sense of like a Gabe, in the sense of like a Genevieve, right? She's kind of like, all right, let me work with what I got. And we don't really often see this in Survivor where and I said this this week on Survivor News where it's like it seems like a lot of things that are happening to Rachel she don't want them like she like uh I don't want this attention like kind of like back up from me I don't want because clearly we see what happened when you have this attention so it's like Rachel is kind of like the player where it's like I've been here I've been struggling trying to make ends

I tried to work with Andy. Andy want to come get me in the middle of the night and tell me about, you know, a toothpick that he lost when he was three years old. And I'm like, Andy, this ain't the time or place. Then it's like, Kyle, I'm gonna try to work with you, but here is the deal. Don't say nothing. Kyle, like, I got you. And then run his mouth. And like, you know, so it's like, she's been in this position where it's like, these people keep burning me. And they like family members, right? You know, your brother get on your nerves,

your sister get on your nerves. And then all of a sudden at Christmas, at Hanukkah, at Thanksgiving, you got to sit down at the table with them and hold everybody hand. And they say, what you thankful for? Not you, but oh, family, health. health like you know rachel is that sibling at thanksgiving that's holding her brother's hand that stole her credit card and holding her other

sister hand that keep dropping her kids off and like they're like what are you grateful for rachel family yeah and so she like and so that resonates with me right because as quiet as it's kept i'm that sibling and so i understand what it's like to kind of like i don't want to work with you but i have to work with you and i don't want to be in this position, but what else can I do? And so I like that arc of hers. And she's got this arsenal that no one really knows about. And so it's like, I just love the hunger in Rachel, but she's not like a savage hunger.

However, because she has been put into this position, she will kill if need be. And I like that. Like, like, you don't give me the drama. Give me the suspense. I think that Rachel is probably the most keenly aware player about her threat level and trying to manage that threat level. And she's, you know, been in some bad spots as far as like trying to do that i think one of the things for rachel that really put her on people's radar was when she got caught stealing

the rice and when we think about rachel's game as a player like she's a risk taker and she's somebody who takes like these calculated risks and is trying to get away with a lot of things. That was the one time she didn't get away with it. And she got called out in front of everybody. I think everybody was like, ooh, that's very sneaky. That's very sneaky, Rachel. Like, OK, keep her on my radar. And then when everybody got together at the merge, everybody's like, oh, yeah, remember that girl that stole the rice?

Like, oh, yeah, yeah, yeah. And then she was able to escape with the safety without power from Saul. Saul, like, you know, he's like her guardian angel in this game. She'd be gone if it wasn't for Saul. How did that work out for Saul, though? It didn't work out good for Saul, but she got to sort of like, you know, Saul. And sadly in the game, you know, he, you know, made the ultimate sacrifice so Rachel can live. Shout out to Saul.

Shout out to Saul. And here's Rachel. And then everybody kind of forgot about her now. But now here she is. She draws the rock to go make sure that Sam and Genevieve don't go on the journey so she can stop them from getting a power. Then she wins immunity to keep Kyle from being safe again. And now here she is. I just wonder how much longer can she convince people

that she's not one of the threats? The most important thing that you said in that last 30 seconds, Rob, was she got the rock. What color was the rock? You're welcome, Rachel. Yeah. Okay. From my purple pants to that purple rock.

What do you think happens to Rachel? Do you think that she can navigate this? Or do you think that somebody like Caroline is going to throw her out in front of the bus eventually? So I don't think someone like Caroline. I think Rachel's biggest target at this point is Andy, right? Like I think Andy is the one, right? We also know Genevieve knows like from day one, Genevieve and Rachel saw each other.

They said, we see each other, right? Like they, they clocked each other. When you say somebody clocked my tea, Rachel clocked Genevieve's tea, Genevieve clocked Rachel's tea, right? However, at the point that Genevieve is at, right, it's kind of like, Although we go

to the end of the road Till I can't let go It's so natural You, you, oh, oh, oh Robert, name the song or artist. let go it's so natural you Robert name the song or artist the end of the road by boys to men

Robert I think I sung that song to you before but you are an older millennial so you should do know that right and so it's like Rachel Genevieve is given she's baby boy i think yeah who did you say i i said boys to men now i'm changing the name to baby boys to men oh i was like oh i thought you said that right so rachel was at the like

potentially from what we see sorry i should be reading the comments. Somebody said Rob is not Jack. He be knowing. Period. So I think Genevieve might be at the end of her role. We don't know. However, when people are at the end of their role, Robert, they get dangerous. They get like, they start doing stuff

that you would never expect them to do. So Genevieve, her play could be Rachel, Rachel, Rachel, Rachel, Rachel, Rachel, Rachel. However, because she is at the potentially the end, they might not believe her, but yeah. See, I thought Genevieve had a good thing going of trying to say like, hey, let's go after the people that are taking up one of these spots at the end.

At the end of the road. First of all, now let me get Genevieve for that because if I was sitting at Tribal, right, and she said that, I just know in my mind, I'd be like, is she talking

about me? Like like who you talking about but sorry I just girl I thought I was working with you girl you're telling me that you're not intentionally being close to people now in trouble kill so you taking shots

why you on my seat but yeah I hear what she was saying Rob but Why you want my seat? But yeah, I hear what she was saying, Rob. But who's taking up the seats? Andy? I guess maybe Andy. Although I think Andy's going to be feisty in the final trial. But I think that Sue, with all due respect, is somebody who's headed towards like,

and maybe she could get like a Caroline vote if Caroline's on the jury. But Sue's not winning. Sue's not getting votes. Rob. What? I am not taking any tsunami slander this episode because I like Sue. Okay.

We can like her, but let's be real. She's not going to win. She was loyal to Gabe. Okay. She could get a Gabe vote. Gabe and Caroline. She cleaned up the blood. She got an idol.

The one thing she... First of all, there are many survivors that say they're going to do this and do that and they don't ever do it, right? So sometimes people say, oh, I'm going to do this, I'm going to do that, I'm going to do this, I'm going to do that, I'm going to do this and do that and they don't ever do it, right? So sometimes people say, oh, I'm going to do this. I'm going to do that. I'm going to do this. I'm going to do that.

I'm going to do this. Sue says she was doing one thing. What was that, Robert? Get out, Kyle. And what happened? Kyle got out. Okay, listen. You can't convince me that Sue is going to get

a majority of the votes. She could get Gabe. She could get Caroline. She could get two. That's her ceiling. Robert, I'm just saying. What else does she have? She could get Gabe. She could get Caroline. She could get two. That's her ceiling. Who else does she have? She could get Ciara. Listen, I'm just saying.

In the end, it's about the story that you tell. And Sue has an idol. She could make a big move. She could. But as of right now, I don't see it. Okay. I mean, anything's possible. Anything is possible. She got a story.

Gable won. That's not even a shot at Gable. That was a big surprise. Robert, that was a shot. That was a big surprise. Listen, that people a shock. That was a big surprise. Listen, people did a million predictions before that finale. Not one person thought

Gabler was going to win. Not since Chris Underwood has there been a bigger shock. Chris gave his necklace. he wasn't even in the game at the start of the premiere i went to that finale i was like boy chris is dressed up pretty nice for being on the jury that's interesting because i got a suit on let's be clear let's actually you know what we got a little time today let's clear up some stuff sure chris underwood is a deserving winner i don't care what none of y'all say okay first of all underwood yeah he's a deserving winner first of all what place did he go out uh third out first of all right right first of all right there is a

million dollars period come back in the game wins immunity take his necklace off when the last time they took a necklace off robber and gave it to somebody yeah i forgot that he did that yeah that's what I'm saying we're going to put some respect okay next no but we're just going to put some respect on Chris's name that's all I think that

he's a deserving winner and I similarly I think at winners at war Natalie Anderson could have had a similar upset as well she didn't take off the necklace she didn't take off the necklace but i'm just saying chris you know this is a lot chitty chatted like you know he wasn't in the game a lot but listen do you feel like i've disparaged chris a lot no but I also don't think you give him the props that, you know, he's a deserving winner. I don't think I've ever said, and people can find that Chris isn't a deserving winner, but I feel like that compared to the other winners that did outwitting, outplaying, outlasting for 26 or 39 days.

He did. Chris did a great job. outwitting, outplaying, outlasting for 26 or 39 days. Bop! He did it. Chris did a great job. And honestly, I feel like being on the challenge, I thought, only helped his legacy. First of all, Robert, you said you ain't throwing no shots at Chris. I like Chris. You just threw seven more at him. I like Chris, but I have to

keep it real. Just like, you know, I could like Sue and say I don't think she's going to win. And I feel like that if I was going to rank the winners of Survivor, I think I'd have probably Chris is certainly in the bottom ten. Ah! Ah! Ah! Robert! That's not a

hot take. But it's not what you say, it's how you say it. So how should I say it? how should I say it? How should I say it? I should be like, you know, like, I love Chris. Chris is my guy. I love me some Chris.

Chris Underwood is such a great guy. I love Chris Underwood. great guy i love chris underwood but i would say his game comparing him to some of the other winners is not and not one of the strongest games and i love chris that i've ever seen uh i like the other way a little better the other other way was better. I'm sorry. But also, first of all, Chris owe me a little check. A check? For what? So, the Challenge USA? Yeah.

You got him on the challenge? I didn't get him on the challenge. However, before he went out, I had heard rumblings that he was going. And, you know, I am very good friends with a Desi Williams. Yes. And I just said to Chris, hey, Chris, a friend of mine is absolutely a friend of yours.

Said the same thing to Desi. And they worked together. And outside of that, like, you know, they would have had no connection. That's so interesting. together and outside of that like you know they would have had no connection that's so interesting are you ever afraid if you do that that it goes wrong

and then Desi comes home and is like Bryce what the hell I listened to you he screwed me over you got your own brain girl use it you would take no responsibility none yeah but if it works then you say you owe me a check

he just owes me a check. If it works. Yeah. He just owes me a dinner that I haven't received. But. I'm so scared to ever like, like, oh, let me connect these people because. It wasn't a connect. It just was a friend of mine. Yeah.

Is a friend of yours. That's all. Just a little. These things go sideways. And then they could just come back and say a friend of yours is not a friend of mine. Yeah. Even you said you were going to, you know, I forget what you said. You were going to pop me, I think is what you said.

Well, for a million dollars. Well, what about all we've had? I mean, we can still have it i'm just just pop real quick just a love tap you've got brothers wait what's your brother name uh did you see danny at thanksgiving i did yes how's he doing he's doing good yeah um and dann. And Danny's younger than you? Danny's younger than me. Yes. Okay. He's nine years younger than me. Hey, Danny.

I don't know if he's listening, but I'll pass it along. Thank you. How did we get on Chris Underwood? I don't know, Robert, but you set me off and so we got there. So I had to go there. Oh, because I said that it wouldn't be like that.

My only point was I was trying to say that that was shocking that Chris Underwood was the winner. When you tuned into the show, if you just turned on the show at eight o'clock and maybe you don't even remember. Wait, who is this guy? I've been watching this show for 13 weeks who's this person not another strike but listen but here's the thing this is my argument about that right because what was the edge of extinction yes what's the point of it's the point if somebody can't win that's the whole point yeah it's like the jury you gotta watch who you put out because it might come back to you how would you be as a juror do you think you think that you would be a bit you'd be bitter juror bitter yeah people get a lot of raps for bitter juries however bitter you know what can i give you here's my hot take about bitter jury people people like the night of the show they're like oh this little bitter bitter juror a-hole uh but you know what then as time

goes by they love it like look at reed look at reed from sam wendell sir and and people were like oh that what a bad sport bitter now it's like the number one thing people remember about reed should we bring up my friend corinne like okay mind you sometimes crossing the line but baby i remember watching them being like but i wouldn't be that bitter i wouldn't trash the jewelry like i just would personally be bitter and yeah depending on my options you know what i think though that people are at the new tribal council and i think that the show really does want people to have pretty good sportsmanship i think jeff has talked about this that he loves it when like kyle gives everybody a hug i don't think that they want players to be at the final tribal council it's like you know you i'm trying to think of a i'm straight i'm gonna say like uh you know you jenna the the

the the the biggest a-hole i've ever met i hope you drop dead you know i like you know they don't want that but i do think that you know people would go back and watch those clips over and over and over again. And I think I do think it's also hard in the current format to be a super angry jury person. So here's the thing. Right. Two things can be true at the same time. I could be bitter, but I could still have class about it. Right. But for me, and again, I'm on a road to a better Bryce. I am constantly working on myself, trying to be a better me. I fall short a lot of the times, but I pick myself up and I try and I try and I try and I try and I try again.

However, for me, I don't really want someone that's like, oh, Robert, you lied to me. You said you didn't have an idol. You had an idol. You said it was somebody else. We were my closest thing. I told you everything and you got me out. God, by darn it, go ahead, you. You slugger.

You killed it, right? For me, a sign of bitterness is that you got blindsided. A sign of bitterness, or maybe bitterness isn't the right word. Maybe like fired up. Right. Like I want them fired up. I don't want to give you like I don't want to give you a hug after you voted me out. Because what that tells me is like you came to win a million dollars. What that tells me is like they blindsided you. And if they blindsided you, then that means me as a viewer.

I'm home like, like oh that was good like right like just give me a little like just you know i think anika served it this season right like yeah you know like just for me because i just feel like if i were out there it just is like you really thought she was going far or something like really happened. So it's like I love that energy. You don't have to be disrespectful. You can give classy shade. You know, you could think about at work. OK, you know, to who it may concern.

Per my last email, the above chart that you are requesting is in the original receipt i have cc'd my supervisor because i saw your supervisor was here enjoy like you know you could give them some but i want to see a little fiery yeah i want to see a little action yeah and i think that the worst and i think this does happen a lot on the show, is the, oh, good game, everybody. I have actually a very good reason, like insert arbitrary reason here. Not that I'm bitter. It's just that the other person did this very obscure thing that really resonated with me. Not bitter. Just the other person did this one really amazing thing that you wouldn't have noticed unless I mentioned it right now. Because that's inauthentic. amazing thing that you wouldn't have noticed unless I mentioned it right now. Cause that's inauthentic. We want realness.

We crave realness. We do. We crave authenticity. But sometimes it comes out. Okay. Sorry. Robert, you are a shot machine tonight. that's all I'm going to say but

but you want authenticity sometimes it doesn't come in the form that you always want did I ever tell you the story of Ponderosa when I was at Ponderosa and Alexis got voted out that night no

so Ponderosa when I was at Ponderosa and Alexis got voted out that night? No. So, Ponderosa, before, you know, back in the day when we went on a pre-jewelry trip, so we would be at Ponderosa until we got the last of the jewelries, and then we would leave the next night. Every time we knew somebody was getting voted out, we'd

get dressed up, we'd go to the bar, we'd have a drink ready for them, we would celebrate, because for me out we get dressed up we like go to the bar we like have a drink ready for them we would like celebrate because you know for me i like to do what was not done for me because when i got to ponderosa garrett was asleep and didn't come out to greet me i met garrett the next morning anyway so you know had a party for jetia uh uncle cliffy um lindsey never came and dav and David Samson chartered his private jet and he flew home. So the night that

Alexis got there, we had no idea who it was going to be. So I was excited. Alexis gets dropped off. We see it's Alexis. She's crying. And my emotions came back to me because on Cagayan,

because you know I stay in Cagayan, Alexis and I, although the duo that was portrayed was Morgan and I, the real duo behind the scenes was me and Alexis, right? Like, we just never talked. And Alexis got there.

She's crying. Like, Uncle Cliff, Rested Soul, Jatia, they were, like, consoling her and i'm sitting at the bar like can i get a shot please because again it's like i'm at my high school reunion i'm getting these emotions that i didn't like perceive and alexis is like where is bryce i want to talk to bryce and then she sees me i see her she comes and gives me a hug, and I don't hug her back. Because, like, I am in the, like, I am, I just am like, this girl voted me the hell out, like, what, like, you know? And then we had a nice little dinner.

I took my dinner to the room, because I didn't want to eat with them. Then the psychiatrist came out and was like, are you okay? I'm like, I'm fine. And then Alexis and I had a little counseling the next day and we worked it out but i just say all that to say is that like i like a little when i say bitter like like give me that realness give me that like i yeah so that's all yeah so what happens yeah and i think that uh you know that's how you get anywhere. You know, you can't have a breakthrough unless you have some openness. Yeah. But, I mean, you might come with, you know, what type of jury would you be, Robert?

So I was a juror in Survivor of the Amazon. Not another shot, Robert. Oh, my God. over the Amazon. Uh, and not another shot, Robert. Oh my God. And, um, I feel like I, I would say to myself that I, I went in open-minded about what I was going to do, but, um, like I was, I feel like I was trying to be a shady juror. Um, that when I, so I went in and I thought I wrote like the question I thought that I wrote. Well, I thought this was such a good question. And I was being like I was like dripping sarcasm. And both like the final two people in Survivor of the Amazon, Jenna and Matt, they were both trying to say like that they played such an honest game.

And I was like, Jenna, Matt, both of you have talked to me about that tonight, about how you play such an honest game, such a loyal game. And I know that neither of you would ever lie. So tell me something that the other person did. And Jeff is like, whoa, are you being for real or not? It was like, ah, I was like, I was like. I was like, ah, I was like, I was like, so it's like totally like, um, in the, in the episode, you just see, like, I had a whole like set up and it was again, it was probably way too long. Um, but like 24 year old me thought this was like such a banger question.

Uh, Jeff like cuts me off like midway through. And so in the episode, you just see me stand up, and I'm just like, tell me something about, I forget if it was why the other person shouldn't win or something like that. Yeah. So Jeff been cutting you off. Yeah. I just had flashbacks.

He didn't like the direction that the question was going. He thought it was going on a little too much filibustering. I'm like, let me cook here. Come on. You been hanging with your pal too long. Did you just say let me cook? I said let me cook, yeah. But I didn't say that in 2002.

Wow. Yeah, so a very quick jury question. Okay. Yeah. But I was open-minded about it but ultimately like i voted for jenna just because i felt like that you know i was uh happier for her than i was uh for matt and i thought that you know like i really thought that she was going to be like this was like the beginning of her journey of like okay she's going to go off and you know have uh you know do something with this what happened you know uh bryce we have so much to get to um so let me ask you about uh who haven't we talked about yet in this final seven? I mean, What about teeny?

You said teeny is best friend, best friend. I love teeny. And I, I hate the fact that she's in this interesting spot where at the beginning of the season, like, it seemed like she was a game maker. Like, she, like, had all of these connections. And it just seems like it's like the luck of the draw where it's like she can't get her foot right. Like, she can't execute herself or she can't, like, move through because you know she doesn't want to

illuminate herself she doesn't want to rock the boat you know everyone can one kind of everyone wants to be on the right side of the boat so it kind of like just sucks where it's like she's a part of the numbers but she's not like leading the charge she is still in a good spot right like i still feel like her relationship with Genevieve, say she decides to salvage it, like she could be a swing over and could potentially, you know, do something. But it just like, I just feel for Teenie just because it's like,

we saw such great things in the beginning and sometimes the shake of it all when you get to the merge and you want to be on the right side of the votes, you don't want to be left out. You want to kind of like, you know,

then you put your trust in somebody that says, don't trust me. I love you, but we got to play our own game at this point. Like, huh? Yeah. For teeny,

I just got to see something like go right. I think that teeny is well-lik liked and has different people on the jury that could potentially vote for Teenie to win in Sierra and Saul. But like Teenie still got to have something go Teenie's way.

True. However, there's still more left in the game, right? Like we've seen people, I mean, we've seen more left in the game, right? Like we've seen people, I mean, we've seen them might come back the last episode and win the game, right? Like, you know, so. You know, and I just thought that Teenie is like

in this mode where it's like, okay, well, like, you know, not really like having the plans, at least from what we're seeing, but it's a lot of like, where it's like, okay, Nicole, what should we have for dinner? Well, not pizza. I don't want to be not pizza.

Okay, okay, fine, not pizza. Like not Chinese food. Okay, fine, not Chinese food. Like, well, what do you want to have? What are we doing? Like, well, not pizza. Yeah, no, I know, not pizza. Yeah, I get that i think this isn't talked about enough in the survivor realm right but i think that in the game of

survivor we know there's only one winner yes and from the first person to the third person to the fifth to the sixth to the seventh person, right? And I think people don't talk about this a lot, but, like, is there a world where, like, you're self-aware of what's going on out there, right? And maybe, like, you're looking at everything that's going on and it's like, okay, maybe the cards aren't in it for me to win, right? However, well, let me see how far this car can go and where i can get myself into and hey maybe i'm fifth out seventh out nine out right like i don't think that like because again there's only one winner we don't look at people's individual games like that sometimes where it's like okay you didn't win but hey you made it eighth place like You could have been out fourth, but you had to dodge votes. You had to vote against your allies.

You had to do this to make it as far as you got. And I think that that should be celebrated. I know people don't like that, but sometimes it's like everybody can't win. And I think sometimes when you're out there, you might actually look at some of these players. You might look at the position at your end and you're like, well, maybe it ain't going to be me. However, how far

can I get on this car tank that's already on E and my light is blinking? So let me talk about this and I'm going to make this more about last season. And let's say somebody like Liz, okay? Alright. And now that from what we know

about season 46, people are looking at Liz and saying, okay saying okay well she can't win so how much of it was liz um saying like how far can i get versus other people saying like okay well we're never gonna worry about liz i also think some part of it is like self-awareness right because like you gotta be and i make that statement to say that like some people out there are, they thinking they can win, right? But like I'm talking about a person that's like, I could see what's happening. I know my like place in the game and like, this is how far I can get in. That's the best I could do.

And it's like, yes. I can get in. That's the best I could do. And it's like, yes. But someone like a Liz is interesting because it's like someone like a Liz, in my mind, has the mentality of like a Rome where it's like,

we love them, but like Rome was the king of the world and Rome was going like, he was winning the game, period. And in Liz's mind, I felt like she was like, I'm a millionaire. They're going to believe me.

Like, I'm going to win this game. So I don't know. Sometimes it's like, I'm a millionaire. They're going to believe me. I'm going to win this game. So I don't know. Sometimes it's like, I just want, you know, somebody that's like, I see what's going on. Okay. How far can I get? And that's shit. Like, you did good. Like, I just don't think sometimes we don't celebrate the placements of people.

Because every placement is great, even if you made it one day. But like specifically right here in this game, you still made it very far to whoever. Yes. Okay. How should we celebrate all of the placements, Bryce? How do we do that? I mean, it's hard, right? Because who wanted to be third boots you know but i came

and i had to knock the door down and i had to say you know what i don't care what nobody you started it i mean listen i used to get on twitter they'd be like you didn't make the merge you're the worst player ever hey okay but guess what i am hat i used to say this used to be my go-to clapback robert um but hey but oh you know like i would comment on something or something like oh my god i can't believe uh deshawn did that shut up you're the worst player ever you don't even know how to play i'd be like well remind me what season you played again so i could go back and watch the tapes so i don't know just maybe we should throw him and watch the tapes. So I don't know. Just maybe we should throw him a little birthday party.

I don't know. But I think that we are such astute viewers of the game of Survivor. And it's like, it's only one winner. But in my opinion, like I can watch and see someone that's like, oh, like you made a merge. Oh, you did. You still here.

I think that that's still a win in my opinion. Okay. Okay. You don't agree with that? Hey, look, it's great that everybody got on the show, but there's only, you know, people don't like participation

You're barking up the wrong tree. I ask every day I'm taking these kids somewhere like, what is the point of this? Why are we doing this? They don't want to go. We're spending money on this. It's just aggravation. Who is this for? I'm on the first lady's side.

But listen, because I don't want no smoke. I say that point to say, like, if you're like, well, nobody really, really cares. I say that point to say, like, if you're like, well, nobody really, really cares. So why we, you know. Why do people get perfect attendance awards? I had perfect attendance in high school. My senior year. My senior year.

Robert, don't y'all have a senior skip day? I don't know if that counts. So you went to school every day? I think I did, yeah. So you ain't get sick in the 1960s? No, that was back when you got the vaccines and nobody asked any questions. Would you walk to school or you had to catch a school bus? I walked to school.

So did it, and you lived in upstate New York. No, I lived on Long Island oh it was just it was uphill both ways did you walk by yourself or did you have a group of friends by myself no friends so okay so that's why you're so good at podcasting a lot of just the internal monologue is now just external now. with his jury, Luke. Let's talk about Saul. Did Saul win Issa Look way back when, before the season? That's how you know Issa Look way back when, before the season? That's how you know Issa Look is a real thing, right? Saul did win my Issa Look for the winner. However, I just, the spirits, the Survivor guys, they don't, like, the looks give the looks.

And I thought it was the winner of Survivor. I didn't realize it was the winner of busting through your first timeime on the Jewelry. Because, woo, listen, Saul came on that screen. My britches got a little wet. I got hot. Your britches got wet? Oh, my God.

My britches got a little wet, okay? I was the button on that vest getting ready to pop off. I just, I mean, ooh. And then I'm like, was Saul doing push-ups before he walked out? Because where the hell was those muscles at on Survivor? I didn't see them. He had a shirt on.

He should have took it off, okay? He could have lasted a little longer. I mean, I'm getting hot now. Listen, I seen your, like, the interview you did with like saw is so fashionable like i mean like he was like an undercover zaddy i mean this is undercover zaddy i mean i feel like we could call it now 2026 zaddy calendar has to have his name on it because I mean, I've never, never, never,

never seen somebody come out on the jewelry looking like that. Yeah. It was a big stir. Everybody was talking about Saul. And so look at this tweet. This look is so iconic. He looks so cool. He should wear, now mind you, the next week outfit, it didn't need his headlamp. Okay. But it don't matter.

He should just wear the vest. Okay. Over and over again. I mean, well, let's wear the vest over over again all right i mean well let's wear the vest over and over and over again saul's like bet okay here we go it don't hit the same yeah with a shirt all right okay all right uh so all right I mean, caption this trio here. They look like three very different people. You would not have thought that only four days ago they were on the same television show okay uh so sierra is wearing what would you say is that uh like uh is it like a bikini top sports bra it's kind of like a like a sports bra kind of top with a like high-waisted skirt that matches very cute yep okay very classy and then yes very demure and then she has like uh sort of like a knit crochet type uh skirt something like that yeah hard to tell but yes uh and it's high-waisted and it like you know the pattern matches the bottom of the skirt looks very cute okay now

here's Saul he's got the vest back but I think they told him like hey put those things away Saul this is the 8 p.m Saul Saul in this look is giving very much he teaches fourth grade social studies reading math he's giving very much teacher right here. Okay. The fashionable teacher, the cool teacher. Kids eat their lunch in his room. Okay. And then Saul has a pair of yellow capri pants that appear to be painted on.

Could not be tighter. Don't even know how Saul had these in his suitcase prior to playing survivor for 16 days listen we appreciate it okay uh we like a little tight pants we know that he like took some of rome's clothes in the game did rome leave these at ponderosa and he's wearing rome's pants he's wearing two buffs okay that He's wearing two buffs, okay? Is Saul getting ready to start the yellow pants podcast? He should, okay? He wasn't even on the yellow tribe.

Why did he have them? He's got these blue loafers, okay? Mustard in the blue kind of match, you know? He got a lot going on right here yeah and then maybe most puzzling here is uh what is gabe going for here uh that so uh gabe has a very interesting look here uh red and black flannel with the red bandana. Gabe is in school suspension. In school suspension

with Nicole. He was the troubled child in Saul's class. This is giving me... He had to have two teachers he's giving East LA yes okay I want to see him do the walk okay

can he quit walk because it's giving we know he can do the can I hit this dance real quick okay I just want to know I'd love to ask Gabe if he hit the dance last night when the Ravens played the Philadelphia Eagles. I don't think he's doing that dance.

Okay. So a very interesting, eclectic jury group. Very much so. And I also can tell you from this photo, Gabe did not have perfect attendance. Gabe missed a couple of days of school. Yeah. How do you think Kyle is going to come dressed to tribal council next week?

He's going to come in the same outfit. He's only got one look. He only got one look. He, he, he packed light. He packed light. Okay.

Bryce, you referenced it earlier in the podcast today that you were going to reveal to us a big mystery about this season that you were finally going to tell us who the freakiest freak of the season was and so this is a historic honor that you are about to bestow. I do believe that it is the 10-year anniversary of you awarding the Freakiest Freak because that we have been covering all season long

the 10-year anniversary of Survivor San Juan del Sur and the inaugural Freakiest Freak was Farm Guy 69. Del Sur, and the inaugural Freakiest Freak was Farm Guy 69. I really hope on Blue Sky he updates it. But that is crazy. Ten years? Ten years of Freakiest Freaks.

You know, I had to get over

my man Austin, and I am so happy that I have an Andy because Andy is the gift, gift, that keeps on giving, okay? Like, there's just, ugh, just from first episode, I need it all,

The coconut. I mean, you, you got to clap for him before a coconut. I mean, listen, he, he's the gift that keeps on giving. And, uh, it's truly an honor uh to see andy out there giving us all of our classic freakiest freak yeah it's incredible i don't think there has ever been

somebody who was a more of a slam dunk for the freakiest freak yeah i don't think you surprise us yeah sometimes you know it's hard and i gotta to grasp at different things that speak to me. But I mean, Andy speaks to the universe. Yes. I don't know if Andy wins the million dollars. I'm rooting for him. But who needs the million dollars when you got the freakiest freak? OK, look, come on, Andy. Now, way back when we used to always do this podcast when it was the family visit.

We have not had a family visit through seven seasons of the new era. They've brought back the auction. They've brought back other things. Do you think they will ever bring back the family visit? I really hope so. And I probably think they probably won't do it until season 50. And I think that that would just be the one time thing. But it's like

can we get the family visit like what do we have to put boss and rob back out there to get the family visit and then like you get the whole family i don't know but again for me as a survivor lover and a fan of the show the auction is great but it's the family visit like it is the i want to see the parents i want to see the person that didn't really have nobody. So they brother came. I want to see the dad. Like I want to, and then I used to love when they would participate in the challenges. I just, there's something about the family visit for me.

That's just like, it makes me feel like survivor. And I feel like we've been missing it in this new era. The letters, the videos, they work, but it's nothing. When you see the family members that come out. And then I just also, as emotional as it gets, I love the drama that it creates. When, like,

you have to pick somebody and you can't pick everybody and then that one person is mad because they ain't get to see their best friend and, like, I just, oh, just the family visit is so classic and so I really wish that they would bring it back. I hope we get it for season 50. I would love to see some of the people that are playing.

Like, can we get a family visit? Yeah, I think, you know, it was COVID was the reason why they, you know, didn't do it. And they had all this quarantine where they had, you know, you wait 14 days before you can get to the island. So in 26 days, by the time you quarantine the family member, the season's over. But now, we're not doing the quarantine anymore. It seems like they could do it.

Right? Listen, maybe you need to call. Well, maybe not you. Somebody need to tap Jeff. Yeah, call somebody. They'll call you. Call somebody to tap Jeff, okay? Yeah, call somebody. They'll call you. Call somebody that has some pull. I mean,

we can see. But like, yeah, I just love the family visit. It's iconic. And I don't know why. It's like I just cry. I literally get emotional when you see the people running to see their moms. Especially for me, I'm a sucker for like sons and their mother. I just, i love to see

that it uh is really special and it's like they're robbing us of the zaddy sometimes it's like i want to see what the dad looked like i want to see what your brother looked like bring your husband out rock yeah bring out rock bring out uh what was uh christian yubicki's uh emily emily how could Christian Ubikis Emily Emily How could you forget? Okay She wore the dress for me When I got to meet Emily She had the dress on like Yeah What movies was she watching?

Like, you know We just We get these iconic people Famously Emily Okay Yeah We got to meet

Miss Hazel Davy's mom Where is Davy yeah where's davy all of these iconic people so they're robbing us of more characters to meet or you know it's like they're a part of the show yep okay so have we talked about this before that your, your loved one was going to be Barb? So my loved one, well, I put down my mom, but that's why I wanted to come.

But I think during the time my mom had, had my brother fill it out. Yes. So they had contacted him. And it's the funny story. Like my family had like a cookout while I was filming. And my one little cousin, he's not little,

but he's younger than me. My one cousin Nasir, who really watches the game. He was like, your brother came to the cookout and everyone was like, how was Bryce doing? And my brother was like,

yeah, they contacted me to fill out papers. I'm going out there to see him. And my cousin was like, wow, like Bryce must be really far in the game if they like contacted his brother but little did they know little did they know yeah um and then they call and they say like hey like don't worry about it right no wait so my brother said that they just never called again. They never called again.

He's like, hey, I'm standing here with my suitcase. When are we leaving? Right. He's like, I took the PTO time off. Sorry. Yeah. But they did a weird, yeah, Kageyan, they just brought family members out for like the final four. That was like the period where the 30s, they really blew out the family visit. But there was like, you played around like the

blood versus water like we don't really know what we're doing with family visits right now right we're kind of not really doing them that much well i mean you out there with your family so yeah uh yeah they just brought a couple people out and then what and they brought like Tony's friend also. Oh yeah. He was, he was big time at our reunion. You can tell him he wasn't on the show. Tony's friend. Yeah. Yeah.

Okay. Let's talk about something else where, okay. Jeff Probst. I really feel like that Jeff Probst right now is riding high with the survivor fan base i feel like that at the start of the new era i feel like people were like big mad at jeff and people and jeff was like in a very like defensive posture but now he's doing the podcast he's bringing things back people are loving the show like i think he's saying he's having a great time i think the fans are having fun i think it's a good time in the survivor world and this is how we can tell that jeff is having some fun all right so i want to bring uh

some social media into this okay and so this is something that actually, so I first got made aware of this from Brandon Donlan last week sent me this. He said, is this anything? Like, I don't know what to do with this. Okay? So there's a guy and so from what I understand he writes a song

every single day. They're not all about Survivor. But here is, so here's this, uh, this guy on TikTok and, uh, his name is OliveSongs11. And this was on November 24th. He wrote a song about, uh, a question he had about Survivor. Okay, let's play this. Wear glasses on Survivor I just wanna know Is it a special kind of frame? A frame that is impossible to break In the middle of a challenge

Cause I know mine wouldn't do the same So how do you wear glasses in that game? Sure you could take them off. What a brave decision. But not everyone on the island has such good vision. If I take mine off, and I set them free, I won't see. How do you see

as every season passes on I wish that they taught classes on how I can wear glasses on Survivor okay alright nailed it yes so alright

beautiful song how do you wear glasses on swiver uh did anybody that you played with have glasses did you have the answers to the glasses question you had glasses i didn't have glasses i didn't i wasn't out there that long to need them um i don't think anyone had glasses i think maybe trish had glasses but i think she wore contacts and there are people that wear contacts so they have like so i think they have glasses i don't think anyone had glasses. I think maybe Trish had glasses, but I think she wore contacts. And there are people that wear contacts. So I think they have glasses. I don't think there's special glasses. I don't think there's anything special to the glasses.

And not a lot of people wear glasses in the challenges, right? Yeah. Yeah. Cass did have glasses. I think most people take their glasses off in the challenges. Yeah. And I don't know if they maybe if you're going to do the puzzle you like put the glasses near where the puzzle is going to be maybe heidi had glasses heidi at nighttime would you you you you remember heidi right yes of course at nighttime heidi would

like uh you know she'd be one person during the day and then at nighttime she'd put the have have glasses on. She had like a retainer that she would put in. Like, wow, we're doing the whole nighttime routine? Listen, Heidi said, listen, I paid too much for these braces, okay? You got to wear your retainer every night. I mean, to me, that was wild

that she brought her retainer to survive her. I mean- I am mad, but listen. I mean, that's somebody who's confident that's like listen i'm gonna be out here for 36 days i'm not gonna like get my teeth all undid in that time listen it's the commitment okay because it's hard like that i used to have a retainer like it's hard to keep that clean when you have like a toothbrush and like running water and stuff like that and you put it in it's like oh this is kind of gross you have a smelting one

day like yeah it's like no i'm just gonna put it back in the medical kit and then take it back out tomorrow maybe i'll pour my my thermos on it tomorrow a little bit uh but anyway i digress all right how do you wear glasses on Well, we get kind of an answer. We have something down in the ocean. And when you stop and think about it,

70% of the, like, you know, we in the ocean we have something down in the ocean and when you stop and think about it 70 percent of this like you know we on the ocean why have we spent more time going up there and not down here and they saying that there's this base off this island i don't know if it's like guadalupe island or something that like they have documented like traces or they've documented this and not even the fact that and the biggest thing in this congressional hearing was that not that like they do exist not that we have proof that they exist the biggest race in the world at this point in time is to reverse engineer their technology because they can move so fast now if you're trying to reverse engineer somebody technology that means you have to have something to like look at and play with i just like why is nobody talking about this like i loved astrology when i was in college and i just always thought the possibilities that like we're

Like, sometimes, have you ever been walking down the street or you've been somewhere and you've been like, I've been here before. But I've never been here. Like, I don't know. It just, there's a lot of mysteries that we don't know.

But I just feel like I would have thought that there would have been a little bit more chatter about this because it's not like it's just some person on X saying this. Like, you know, it is like people higher up in our government officials and they're just saying this stuff. And then there's just countless people's there's countless documentation of people hearing about this.

Like, you know, in 1994, I think it was in like Ghana where like a whole elementary school said that they like something like, like, and you know, like we, I don't know. Yeah. I don't know either, but I do think that if, if it happens,

if they make contact and look, this, this isn't a political show. Okay. I don't talk a lot of political news. I do think that the, you know, for the ultimate, if there's any sort of like, you know for the ultimate if there's

any sort of like you know if this is all meant to be like Trump has to be the president that meets the aliens okay that's the only thing that makes sense that there's you couldn't even imagine Kamala Harris meets the aliens but

Trump meets the is having a meeting with the alien leader. You can kind of visualize that in your head. That kind of is like, oh yeah, I could see that. Trump at the white house with the head of the aliens. Like,

it's not that hard to imagine. They're good people. Yeah. Yeah. I buy like three different eggnogs, eggnogs, eggnogs. Yeah. Eggnogs. And we do a little eggnog tasting while we listen to some music. Oh, I didn't know that. Yeah. Yeah. So do you have to buy like three different ones every year or is it?

Well, so here's the thing yeah so i tell my mom and john that i got like eight different brands but i really just buy two and i just be telling them make the third one mix the two together yeah well no i do like sometimes it'll just be and i'm like which one do you guys like and then i just show them the cart and i'm like oh it's this brand now do you put like? And then I just show them the cart. And I'm like, oh, it's this brand. Now, do you put like a little like nip in it? Like in the eggnog? What goes in the eggnog? Rum?

Rum. Yeah. Like dark rum? A little dark rum. A little Jack Daniels. Like a Bacardi? Okay. We'll do a little Jack Daniels, a little Grand Mariette. And then sometimes by the end of the night, just a little shot of tequila.

But yeah, you know, you got to wet the whistle. It's not the holidays unless you are like sipping a little something, putting up the Christmas tree. Okay. Alright. Well, we have not even started to decorate yet. We got a lot, a lot of like my son didn't want to go to bed last night

because we were traveling and it was 1030 at night. He was crying. He wanted to start decorating. It's December. He needs to put up decorations. Nicole told him, all right, you could wake up at six o'clock in the morning and start putting up some decorations before school. It was never ending, never ending. So are any decorations up? Some are. Decorations are up. Boxes are coming out of closets. The house is going to be in complete disarray.

And let me tell you the worst part, Bryce. Okay? My wife's family is coming to visit us for, I believe, overlapping a period of 10 days. Starting on December 28th we're going into January Robert you just blink twice if you need me to cut the internet

no Robert if anybody's going loco this January 6th it's going to be me I'm going to be me. I'm going to have an insurrection in this house. Rob, horns. I'm taking over this place.

Robert, I am not with you, but wait, uh, people are coming. It's coming to stay for a week starting on New Year's Eve. Robert. It's supposed to be over by then.

No. First of all, New Year's is another holiday. You have a whole nother week. No, you got to bring in the New Year with the family. And they say how you bring the New Year in is how your new year is going to be. But I love it. I'm this type of friend that whenever I text somebody and I'm like, ooh, what you doing?
