Join us to hear from your favorite returning Survivor players! Survivor 50 is here..., and Mike Bloom sits down with Cirie Fields for a blockbuster preseason interview that sets the stage for this monumental season. As she prepares to head back to the island, Cirie Fields shares her motivations, her growth as a player, and candid impressions of the all-star cast she’ll be facing. From imposter syndrome to graduation metaphors, Cirie gives us an inside look at what it means to approach Survivor’s biggest milestone season as both a legend and a student of the game. The episode begins with Cirie explaining why she couldn’t say no to Survivor 50, describing this return as her “Survivor graduation,” a final chance to earn her master’s degree in a game that’s been her “first love.” She opens up about needing a true win to feel worthy of her legendary status, despite past successes and victories on other reality shows. Mike and Cirie dive into how previous experiences have transformed her approach: Cirie now values working with past adversaries, leveraging forgiveness and flexibility rather than holding grudges. A special segment sees Cirie play “Friend or Foe,” offering unfiltered takes on potential allies and rivals, from challenge beasts to fellow strategists and new blood. – Cirie’s emotional reasoning for accepting the Survivor 50 invitation and her drive to “complete what she started” – How playing recent seasons, and learning to work with former rivals, reshaped her social and strategic approach – Gut-level reactions to castmates: who feels like a shield, who worries her, who she hopes can become a true ally – The challenge of balancing legendary reputation with the need for genuine connections and trust among threats – Moments of humor as Cirie assesses everyone from fellow “mom figures” to unpredictable wild cards Will Cirie’s growth and hard-won perspective carry her to the win at last, or will old dynamics and new unknowns present fresh obstacles? Is she ready to embrace risk, or will her careful reads keep her safe until the end? This episode of Rob is a Podcast is presented by 20th Century Studios.
Send Help from the Twisted Mind of Sam Ramey, Director of the Evil Dead,
and Drag Me to Hell, starring Rachel McAdams and Dylan O'Brien.
It's a new film that begs the question,
what would you do if you were stuck on an island with your terrible boss?
Do not answer if you work at Rob as a podcast, okay?
In Paradise.
HR, can't hear you scream.
Only in theaters in 3D this Friday.
Hi, everybody. Mike Bloom here back with another Survivor 50 preseason interview.
It has been a whirlwind day already, to say the least, this morning.
You all got to see the official cast photos and bios and tribes of the 24 returning players.
I also brought you my first interview with Dr. Christian Hubecki, and we have quite the follow-up.
as I am bringing you my conversation with Surrey Fields coming back to the island for her history-making sixth season.
Some might say fifth and a half season, depending on which Survivor castaways you are surveying.
But regardless, it is historic.
Surrey is coming back for the first time to Survivor since she was on Big Brother, since she won the Trader.
So it's interesting to talk to Surrey about whether her mindset is different now compared to where it was 10 years ago when she last played,
or if it's sort of settling back into that muscle memory that has gotten her over 125 days in this game.
Of course, if you missed my first interview in the Survivor 50 preseason series, first off, how dare you?
Second off, make sure you don't miss out again.
Subscribe at we knowsurvivor.com for the podcast version and Rob has a website.com
slash YouTube for the video version.
And I talked about this in the Christian podcast as well.
But again, to make this day even a little more unorthodox, ordinarily we are going to be
doing two interviews in one podcast every day.
This time, however, we have done two separate podcasts.
So that means our interview will stop down in the middle for an ad break, just so you are all aware.
Let's talk about Surrey Fields, shall we, a woman who needs no introduction, considering how much she has contributed to the massive success of Survivor.
But I'll go through with the formalities here.
Surrey Fields, 55 years old, born in Jersey City, where she also currently resides, and,
is a nurse.
As I mentioned before,
Surrey has now made her way around
to numerous reality shows,
especially since her last Survivor stint
on Game Changers.
But Survivor is kind of like
her first love.
No matter what, when she gets the call,
she is going to answer.
But despite all the things
that she has done across her illustrious
survivor career,
there's still one thing she wants
from her first love.
A ring.
Without further ado,
here's my interview with Seri.
The first thing I got to ask,
Ceres, what are you doing out here?
And I say lovingly so,
but I mean, I would have thought,
because I know you've always expressed,
even amongst the other reality shows
you've done, like, Survivor,
I'll always go back and do it.
I did admittedly think when you,
you know, went and played the other season of Survivor,
that that was it.
So, talk to me about
what was the allure that brought you back
state side to play Survivor again. I mean, come on. It's season 50, right? So what really
solidified my decision was stopping to think, how would I feel if I was not asked to play such a
monumental season? How would it be if I didn't get an opportunity? What would I feel like? And
instantly, I felt almost betrayed. Like, wait a minute, what? Do I really want to?
go that badly? And the answer was yes. I kind of, you know, this is like my survivor graduation,
right? I went through all the stages. I did primary school. I did secondary school. I did
college for a couple years. Now I have to get my master's degree. And that's what I'm back for.
And you're a master in this game. It's like, now you're going for the doctorate.
Well. So obviously, you know, you got that W in traders.
So does it, do you feel like you're sort of approaching this game with that different mindset, or is it still for you?
You're just as hungry for that survivor win.
Yeah, traders all do respect.
I love the fact that I was able to win that game.
However, this is like my first love, right?
There is no reenacting your first love.
So I want to, I wanted to marry and settle down with my first love.
This is my first love and I want to complete what I started.
Yeah.
Right?
I feel like it's unfinished.
And for me to get a true W here, especially during a monumental season, like season 50,
I feel like I can then validate everything that people say about me.
Because I don't have that feeling 100%.
Like I don't feel like, oh, she's the legend and she's this.
Are you saying you have imposter syndrome?
Is that what you're saying?
You know what?
I keep hearing that.
What is that?
I guess, I don't know what you call it.
I just won't feel 100% worthy until I get this W.
So then, again, what's interesting is that you sort of had a way to warm up into this quite literally with Australia versus the world.
Right.
How are you sort of approaching this season?
Did that experience affect the way that you were coming into this season?
So I was able to hone in on some skills that I didn't have in previous seasons.
Interesting.
Previously, if you mentioned my name, if I heard there was any grumblings from you about me, you were dead to me.
I could not work with you.
My only plan in life was to get rid of you.
But I've learned that the game is so fast and so fluid that you have to be able to work with your enemies.
You have to be able to take the knife out that they stabbed you with and give it back to them as a peace offering and say, hey, let's put that behind us and we can move forward in this game.
And I was not able to do that before.
I was, I think a little young, a little immature, and, you know, I feel like I've grown.
I've grown up in Survivors 20 years for me now.
So I think being able to do that on the previous season that I played will help me.
with this cast.
Yes.
Well, so let's get into this
because as much as you might not think yourself a legend,
I think you're coming in with a certain perception, obviously.
You know, a lot of people have a lot of reference for,
understand we, so for the awesome stuff you were able to do.
And this is certainly not your first rodeo that you're coming in
with that reputation.
Right.
Is your plans sort of come in and try to steer into it, to curb it?
Um,
I am who I am, right?
And most of the people here, including myself, are Survivor fans.
so they know what they know.
However, I do think being a survivor fan
and seeing the cast of characters here,
there's more huge targets than myself, right?
You have someone who won the game yesterday
and is still hungry enough to come back today.
Right?
I think that's a bigger target than myself.
You have someone who almost broke the record
for challenges back again yesterday, right?
So I think, yeah, I may have a lot of,
a target, but I feel like we all have targets and it just is going to depend on who's able to
spotlight whose target the fastest. Yeah. So, I mean, again, this is sixth season of Survivor you're
doing. Fifth. Well, count that one, which would be a new record. Yeah. So when it comes to prep,
you know, because from a U.S. perspective, the last time you were on was almost a decade ago,
do you find your routine has changed at all? Are there some like tried and true things you do
when you know you're coming back to the island.
You know, right now it's hitting me.
There's a lot of things I probably should have done.
Yeah, but this is a muscle memory for you, you know?
But yeah, no, I just, I had to get my mind right.
I try to get into a mindset of no matter what, you just keep going.
No matter what, you don't quit, you die out there if you have to figuratively and literally.
and just try to bring this chapter of your life to a close.
That's the only thing that I have in my view.
Yeah, so, I mean, from that perspective, if you're taking this as like sort of the last lap on the track, you know,
is it sort of a perspective of like, try anything, do everything, or is it more so that gold ring is the thing you want at the end?
I just want, I just want my name on that parchment.
I want Jeff to say, the winner of Survivor 50.
Surrey fields.
Yeah.
That is the only thing I can see.
And am I going to be foolish and risky about it?
I don't know.
I won't know until I hit the beach.
It all depends on the vibes.
Whatever vibe is going to get me further in the game, that's the vibe I'm going to take.
Well, we talk about vibes here.
You know, we'll get into the specific whoos in a little bit.
But I'm always curious, when it comes to looking for a possible number one ally,
are there always qualities that you're searching for in someone reliable?
Oh boy
You know
What you see is not always what you get
So I need to
Kind of interact with a person
And get like
Because the most reliable person or character
That you may see may not jive with me
Yeah right so maybe he's good or she's good with someone else
But when their energy and my energy connect
It goes chaotic
Yeah
I can feel that
Now if it's calm
and reassuring, I don't really care what your history was.
It's all about how you make me feel.
And that's what I go off on who could be my number one ally
and your actions, right?
I'm watching it.
So I can see what you're doing and I can hear what you're saying.
And if you can prove to me that you're my number one ally,
then that you shall be.
Well, let's maybe put some faces to that.
I'm going to play a little game with you.
Okay.
It's called friend or foe.
Oh, shucks.
Perfect reaction.
So we're going to run down the cast list.
Okay.
And you give me either if this person is a friend,
someone you're looking to maybe make that number one or just work with,
or a foe, either someone that you know you might not vibe with
or even someone that you're like, they're too threatening.
I got to take him out eventually.
Okay.
So let's start with, and also we can stop down at some point to talk about,
obviously the preexisting relationships you have with some of these people.
Okay.
But let's start with Jenna.
Ah, Jenna.
I don't know enough about Jenna.
Jenna scares me.
I would like for Jenna to be a friend
I just don't know what Jenna's perception of me is
and would she be afraid of me
like Jenna and I are probably in the same
maybe I might be a little older
I don't know we might be in the same age range
like auntie momish
so I was hoping that Jenna could be a friend
Okay yeah how about Colby
This is someone who uh you know once upon a time
It's 15 years ago you share Heroes Beach with
Kobe Kobe Kobe Kobe
If Kobe was smart
We could be great friends
But my history
If history repeats itself with Kobe and I
Kobe just
He has that
That alpha male fear of me for some reason
But I could be
Kobe and I could go a long way in this game
If he was to allow it
If he was to allow it
All right, let's open Pandora's box a bit here.
Uh-oh, I know it's coming.
Stephanie LaGrosa.
So give me your thoughts because, listen, there was one thing that got left on the beaches of Samoa.
There's some other stuff that got, you know, brought to life in Scotland.
So where do you feel you stand right now and would she be a friend or foe?
Oh, my God.
I'm afraid that Stephanie may feel threatened by me because of the game plays, the games that we've played together.
Mm-hmm.
two out of three of them, I came out on top.
Right.
Right.
But that doesn't mean I wouldn't be loyal to her.
I think Stephanie's one of those real anxious-type, skittish kind of players.
And I think I'll have to watch Stephanie real close and constantly reassure Stephanie.
And I don't know in this type of game, as fast as it is moving,
I don't know if I'm going to have the energy to be able to do that with Stephanie to keep her grounded.
enough to know that, look, I don't care what happened in those other games.
I never targeted you even in those other games.
I may have won, but you were never targeted.
You were always, I always considered you an ally.
I don't know if she sees me the same way.
Let's move into the, continue on the train of complicated relationships.
Oh, I see.
Oh, my God, all my relationship, I need to pick new relationships.
She's God damn.
I haven't seen Ozzy since Game Changers.
And I tried to play the game with Ozzy and Game Changers.
And he was kind of like a Stephanie.
Like he didn't believe the loyalty that I could give to him.
And I understand because of Micronesia and we targeted him.
But it was just him.
We targeted everybody.
Yeah.
So I would be a little afraid as well.
But what people don't realize is that I don't.
I'm super loyal.
And I am, although whatever the history may be out there in the universe, I'm super trustworthy
as long as I can trust you, right?
So I need to have a quick conversation with Ozzy and, again, try to convince him,
Ozzy, you and I wouldn't mind.
I would be honored, honestly, to sit in a final three, two, four, seven with Ozzy.
because Ozzy is, to me, Ozzy's a legend.
That legend that people say about me, I see that in Ozzy.
And I look at him that way.
So I would love, love, love for Ozzie and myself, maybe one or two other, I'll just one.
To kind of run through this game, I just don't, you know, I don't know until I hit the beach.
I don't know what they're feeling, what they're thinking, how they're looking at me.
I know what I feel.
Yeah.
But can I, will that translate in the relationship with these people we're talking about?
How about Coach?
I always look, you know, I've never got an opportunity to play with Coach.
I know, exactly, yeah, because he just made the jury.
You had gone a little bit beforehand.
Yeah.
So, but I see Coach as, like someone with wisdom, right?
I know the Dragon Slayer and all of that, but Coach to me is kind of grounded.
the lack of groundedness that Stephanie has,
I think coach has that.
And I think coach will be able to see me,
me for who I really am,
and what I bring to the table.
I think coach will be able to feel my energy
that is not aggressive or targeting him
as I have no reason to target coach.
I would like to have a relationship with coach.
I would like to hear what he's thinking.
I would like to maybe,
the Dragon Slayers reach,
can reach places that I can't.
And hopefully we can all come together
and play the game.
He's got a big wingspan.
He sure does.
He sure does.
Well, let's move into another
preexisting relationship,
but maybe on the brighter side,
Aubrey.
I was so excited to see Aubrey.
Now, I hope she feels serious.
I love Aubrey.
I've never had anything but love for Aubrey.
All the times we play,
well, we only played once together, actually.
But you made a deep run together.
We did it,
And I respect Arbery and, like, speaking of number ones, I could see Arbery as a number one to the end.
And I would be that for her.
Yeah.
Yeah.
How about Chrissy?
I don't know, Chrissy like that.
And I probably should have watched her season one more time.
But again, Chrissy has mom vibes.
And I don't know if Chrissy's trying to get away from that and maybe spread her
wings, which, you know, I wouldn't be able to fault her for. However, I think Chrissy and I
could mom this tribe up if we played together, if she was willing to. Like, there's something
to say about age and knowledge. Like, some knowledge you just don't get, you're not born with.
I don't care how smart you are. Right. Life experience brings a lot to this game, and I see that
in Chrissy. And although I don't look as old as I am, I hope Chrissy sees it in me. I don't. I hope
Chrissy sees it and me too.
How about Angelina?
Angelina is a wild card.
Like I see Angelina.
I think Angelina,
kind of like Stephanie would need some attention.
And I'm an attentive mom.
So she can get whatever attention she needs
as long as she votes the way I need her to.
And the Big Brother season, everyone was like,
Izzy Fields.
Now you're like bringing more people into the Fields family again.
All are welcome.
All are welcome.
into the Fields family, as long as you're loyal, as long as you're loyal.
How about Christian?
Christian scares me a little bit because Christian is super duper smart.
And I don't know how to maneuver with someone that smart, right, besides being straight up.
Right.
And in this game, you can't always play straight up.
Yeah.
Right?
So I would have to come up with a new way to kind of navigate Christian because, you
I think he'll spot the BS a mile away.
And I don't want to turn or lose a person because I'm trying to BS you.
You can't BS a BS or a super smart person.
So I have to figure out a way to kind of navigate that relationship.
How about Mike White?
Mike White.
So, Mike, speaking of, there's another target, right?
We're going to let somebody come into our game, which I call it our game lovingly and respectfully,
that may just walk away with the million dollar check and write a new series about it, right?
So there's another target in Mike White.
Mike White scares me as well because I feel like Mike White has done enough research to kind of see me too.
Yeah.
Right?
And either, I feel like Mike is either going to be with me or against me.
There's no in between.
I don't think there's anything to, listen, I was wrong twice.
or a few times.
So I'm hoping, I hope they all love me.
I hope they all want to play with me.
I hope they all want to trust me
and allow me to prove that I can be trustworthy.
But, you know, I do have my reservations about some of them.
How about Rick?
Oh, Rick Devons.
Rick Devons feels like me, right?
He feels like playful.
Final Four Fire Making loser.
See, that too.
But he feels like me, but just a tad bit more shifty.
Like, I would love to kick it with Rick,
but I had to keep my eye on Rick while kicking it with him, right?
Like, what you're doing, Rick?
You know, kind of sort of like that.
But he seems like a good time.
Yeah.
Number one ally, number two ally.
someone I would play the game with and
you know maybe go a few votes with
absolutely all right let's go to the new era here
Jonathan's like a big giant teddy bear
I hate to see him like that but I can't help myself
just even when he
everything's just so huge
he has to be kind right
you can't be that big and be mean
I would love to play with Jonathan
I don't know though I feel like
Jonathan is going to lean more towards the super strong, super fit.
I mean, look at him, you know.
But I feel like I have some motherly love that I could share with Jonathan if he would allow me to.
I feel like I could help Jonathan navigate this game in ways that he can't.
Physically, beast.
He can do everything.
Socially, I don't know.
I don't know.
Maybe I could help him along and maybe he can help me along.
There we go.
How about D?
D got to go.
D has won already, right?
Here's the thing.
I got two trains of thought about D.
Let me clarify.
The one train of thought I have about D is keep her as a shield, right?
Because no one's going to want another two-time winner if they're smart.
And these people don't look stupid.
The second train of thought is, it's going to be.
all depend on D. Which way
did you see her? Did you see
to get a good look at her? Fit as
a fiddle. Is she going to lean
toward the strong people that get rid
of all the dead weight
so to speak? Or is
D going to be more dynamic and want
to play with somebody that's going to really
help her through this game and maybe be a
shield for her as well?
So I'm hoping for the latter
but I don't know.
How about Emily? I like
Emily. I don't know. Emily gives me
is like I want to like fix her hairs.
That feels warm and judgmental at the same time.
No, not even in a judgmental way.
Like kind of just like she seems like a porcelain dollish kind of to me.
Like somebody I want to take care of.
Like I want and I think I think that I think Emily could be somebody that maybe would go a significant distance with me.
Once I proved to her that, you know, I am who I am and I'm super loyal and trustworthy.
I like Emily.
But this is all on looks, right?
It's all looks and feels, that's it.
Well, then what about Charlie?
Where does he write on the looks and feels?
Charlie, Charlie, Charlie, I think Charlie has the look.
Charlie has the All-American, you can trust me, take me with you, look.
but then there's something behind Charlie's eyes that say only trust me to a degree.
You can't trust me 100% because I'm playing the way you're playing.
And this look is helping me play that game.
So I feel a little like I like you, Charlie.
You look spot on, but can I trust you?
I don't know.
All right.
I know you got some thoughts on Q.
Let's lose.
Q looks like
the Terminator
all three of them
from all the Schwarzenegger down
to the cop one
the silver one
and I'm like
ooh you know
when your mother tell
you don't touch the stove
because it's hot
that's what I feel about Q
I want to listen
I want to be open
my doors are open to everyone
my doors windows
all of it is open
however something that's saying to me
Q is that hot stove
And if you touch that hot stove, you're going to get burned.
Hopefully I'm wrong, but we'll see what, God, Q came to play.
You can look at him.
His stance, every muscle that he's worked on since he's probably gotten a call shows that Q is here to play.
And that's, you know, I think we all are, but his is screaming, I'm here to play.
and that makes me a little like, ooh.
How about Tiffany?
Oh, Tiffany.
You know, my middle name is Tiffany.
Oh, I didn't know that.
Yes.
They said it on, what's that show, the school thing?
I couldn't believe it.
They said to read Tiffany.
Oh, Abbott Elementary.
I have it.
Elementary, yes.
It was like, wow, my whole name.
I would like to work with Tiffany, but I feel like Tiffany is of the, I don't know if she's a
millennial or Z.
but those
it's hard to guide them
because they want to do it on their own
almost like your toddler
you know when you
if you have children and they get to a certain age
and you want to put their shit
no no I can do it I can do it even though
they want to pour their own milk
is splashing all over the floor
your whole house is filthy and they're like
no me me that's what I get from Tiffany
I don't know if Tiffany would be open enough
to value
what I have to offer
and the strategic mind
that I can bring to her game play
or would she feel overshadowed by that?
I'm not sure.
If she was open, she can get it, though.
How about Genevieve?
I don't know. Genevieve gives me
my English teacher vibes.
Like, I don't know.
I look at Jenner.
And these are all just first looks, right?
I feel like Genevieve is going to say,
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. Sure. Yeah. And then come up with our own plan the second I walk away.
So I'm a little, I'm a little sketch by Genevieve, but again, we'll see when we hit the beach.
All right. Let's talk about some of these people we just saw. Joe, Camilla, Kyle. Where are they aligned with you?
Jeez, oh, man. Joe, like, I'm a nurse and Joe's a fireman, so you would think we would vibe.
First responders alliance.
But I don't know that Joe would feel the same way.
I feel like Joe, I don't know if these newbies feel like, oh, she's had her chances.
Now it's our time, right?
I don't know.
Even though Joe's a little older and a little more mature, I don't know if Joe would have that.
I need Joe to take care of me like he took care of Eva.
Right?
Not in the same, you know, for the same reasons.
But if we could have that type of relationship, we could have that type of relationship.
I just don't know that Joe,
Joe's one of them, like, for some reason, the Alpha males,
the Joe's, the Cobbies, the Tom, Westman's, the Boston Rock,
they are standoffish for me.
I don't know why.
Like, I'm nice and type of a way of you cool.
Yeah, yeah.
I think the perception is that we target strong men.
Just because of that one season,
And that's the way it went with the Black Widow brigade.
But that is not my ultimate target.
Right.
I am willing to go to the end with a Joe.
I'm willing to go to the end with a coach, with an Ozzy.
Well, I just haven't been given that, even with a Kobe,
I haven't been given that opportunity because they're so afraid,
oh, we got to get her, we got to get her.
No, lean into this wasn't, not literally.
But come, I can give you a little bit, and you can give me a little bit,
and we can get there together.
What about Camilla and Kyle?
Camilla and Kyle is a duo in my mind, an unbreakable duo.
And Kyle just won yesterday.
So in my mind, Kyle's public enemy number one.
And I don't get, I don't get, I feel like Kyle would be threatened by me.
Why, I don't know, little old me.
I'm a low low, now.
I'm a grandmother.
Like, I don't know why someone is strong as Kyle would be threatened by me.
However, I do feel like he would.
But I think Kyle's going to want to play with the other women.
which is smart.
Keep the talk.
Keep some shields around yourself.
And Camilla, I feel like, has proven that she's loyal to Kyle.
Now, that being said, we're all here to play our own game.
Yeah.
And in the beginning, you do need the numbers.
And I know loyalty counts.
However, I don't know how far Camilla wants to go again,
knowing that Kyle has said to her face and she to his,
I would never win sitting next to you.
So what is your ultimate goal in this game
to prove your loyalty to Kyle
or make it to the end with people
who are willing to sit next to you
because I'm one of them.
All right, well last but certainly not least,
you've had some experience with playing a season
with a couple of unknown,
most recently game changers you had,
Michaela and Zeke.
So how do you regard these 249ers?
For me and my motherly wisdom
everything in my being is saying to me
the devil you know is better than the devil you don't know
and I didn't even consider when I thought about
because obviously we see and everybody's thinking
my wheels are turning I didn't even think about
Michaela and Zeeke you know what I thought about
when I thought about players
castmates that I haven't seen their season
I thought about Russell Hans
and I could be
just wrong as two left shoes,
but I never met a Rizzo
that was on the up and up.
How many have you met?
I'm from New Jersey.
That's true.
So there's quite a few Rizzo's,
but they always got a little shadiness to them.
I just, I fear the unknown, right?
Look, it took me 35 years to get off the couch
and come see the unknown.
So to not be able to know what Rizzo
and the other lady brings to the table,
would make them targets for me.
Last thing I want to ask,
a little bit of an odd thought experiment for you.
It's the loved ones visit.
It's fact.
But you can only bring out a celebrity
or a fictional character.
Who would you bring out?
Why?
A celebrity or a fictional character?
Yeah.
Just anyone who's not related to you.
I would bring out Denzel.
Is Denzel going to, he going to lead me in the right way?
I feel like you have like matching laughs.
Denzel's going to get me together.
He's going to tell me like,
is he's going to help me in any way that he can and he has that regal umph that i'm going to need to
keep going in the game and there you have it my interview with serri surprising in so many ways you know
i think a lot of people when they saw the survivor 50 cast certainly reserve some judgments
towards the people who are coming back for a fourth season a fifth season in serri's case
sixth season. But being out there and talking with this cast, hopefully this Surrey interview was a bit of an
indication as to one of the larger themes of why some of these people were brought back for season 50.
It is hunger and seems inherent, I should say, within the themes of Survivor generally. But despite
the fact that Surrey has done so, so much in this game, it's still astounding.
to find out that she herself does not feel like she should be given the label of legend
until she gets that win.
So absolutely fantastic time getting into Ceres' thoughts,
how she is approaching this season differently or similarly to the other ones that came before it,
and cannot wait to see how people are going to operate around Ceri as well,
considering she is one of the most known quantities on this cast.
And now I'm here to make sure you know about the other quantities on this cast with more
preseason interviews.
That's going to do it for today's batch.
Tomorrow we get back again to more of a normal structure where we are going to have
interviews with Emily and Jenna.
Again, those are going to be two interviews in one podcast, but two separate videos on the
YouTube channel.
So do not miss any of the podcasts we have going on between my preseason interviews and the
podcast breakdowns with Rob.
Go to we know survivor.com to subscribe to all of our Survivor

That's going to do it for today's batch.
two down, 22 to go. I hope you've been enjoying the first couple that I brought you so far.
This very lavish meal has only begun the first course. Again, I'll be back tomorrow with my
interviews with Emily Flippin and Jenna Lewis Doherty. Until then, everybody, take care. Bye-bye.
