Back for our exit interview.
Hey, remember Survivor from Wednesday night?
Well, we've got the person who got voted out of that episode here on the podcast today.
And that was Joanne.
It was a big blindside, great tribal council, so much excitement.
Of course, so many podcasts over the last couple of days that I got to do talking about it with baby Andy.
And of course, the know-it-alls and even Brett LaBelle on the old school interview.
But today, we finally get the chance to talk to Joanne.
and make sure you are subscribed for everything we have going on here on R-H-A-P.
And I have J-W-W-A-P. And I have J-W-Wan on the line.
Let's go ahead and patch them in.
All right.
We are here with J-Wan, J-Wan, Rob, Sisterino.
How are you, J-Wan?
I'm good.
Can you hit the thing for me?
You got it.
Okay, cool.
Thank you.
I'm great.
Yeah.
So tell me, how are you doing?
Good, man.
I got the Thanksgiving episode
So I'm really grateful
Really thankful
Okay well I was for one very thankful
For everything you brought to Survivor 49
I think you had such a rich storyline
Where I feel like that you really started
At the bottom and then got
Maybe flew too close to the sun before
Like any like a great horror movie maybe
Had a little bit of a fall
So how were you feeling about the overall experience?
first off just to give you some flowers like I love talking to you and I feel like for me
if I compare my story I feel like I do have like a baby Andy like short like a smaller
shorter version of that just the arc and I'm just grateful of course I wanted to be at the end
and win but the fact that I got a story at all is really cool you know yeah so this whole post
merge has really been the story of you and sage in the middle in terms of
of how the last couple of votes went, do you feel like that there was a point where you zigged
where you should have zagged? Oh, yeah, definitely. I feel like I'm such a flawed player, dude.
I'm someone that sometimes I struggle with my confidence. You see my first tribal council,
I'm like stuttering. I'm like, what? But I think, you know, just to get into maybe the merge vote,
like I was really team Rizzo there. I really wanted him out. I was like, hey, this is my one
time camouflage. Like, I will not have full information moving forward. And I kind of wish I just put
that, you know, that flag down like, hey, you know, I know I'm new to this seven person group,
but this is where I want to go. And that changes the game. And same with the MC vote, you know,
that was so messy. You know, there's so many different plans flying out. And I think in my, my core,
I feel like sometimes I don't really stand up for my, or I don't really trust my gut and maybe
address some of the elephant in the room maybe in terms to like our boot order and stuff
tell me about them yeah first when I just kind of like hold space to anyone that is like
uncomfortable watching us go back to back like that I know it was hard in 42 too and more
specifically with the emceive I know that there's some heart hurt feelings there but I just wanted
to clarify my intentions playing the game every move I made it was to try to provide
for my family, Rob, and I'm a broke dude trying to pay bills in L.A.
And I'm also trying to be a safety net for four kids back in New Jersey.
So every decision I made was rooted in that.
And it was hard for me to put things on that scale, you know.
But no move I made was personal.
I just was trying to get by.
Yeah.
Can you just talk a little bit, go back to the split tribal council.
So then you find out from MC that, okay, that there is going to be a vote on a backup plan put on you.
And you know about Rizzo's idols.
Savannah hasn't shown up yet.
Can you just talk through just the thought process of how did you feel like from just from your game positioning of how you wanted to approach all that?
Yeah.
So that moment for me after me and, well, first of all me and MC talked a while about like,
42 and just the optics of everything.
So my goal moving forward was never the target MC after she just helped me like that.
My goal moving forward was to try to like maneuver Sage, go to my number one who just
saved me on the Shannon boat to be like, hey, trust me, we need to stack boats on Sophie
moving forward.
And I do think there's a world where if that boat doesn't come over, I think that happens,
you know but i think the savannah coming over just her presence dog showed me to my core so at that
point i just hit the red button i'm like anybody but me i'm getting out alive with sage
so that's what it was okay so then on the vote after that where i really felt like that for as a
viewer i thought you wanted to make the move and go for rizzo on that vote and i got the sense in
the edit that maybe sage was a little bit more no let's go let's do alex here can you just uh
Give me the breakdown of how that came to be?
So first off, yes.
I still wanted Rizzo at that point.
But after the M.C. vote, I had to do some damage control.
So I talked to Christina.
And I was like, hey, I'm so sorry.
Keep this between me and you, Christina.
We were going to get Rizzo out until things went left when Savannah got there.
So tell me how when I wake up in the morning, Rizzo comes to me.
And he's like, hey, bro, were you coming after me?
For the last vote, I heard that you were targeting me.
I was like, who told you that?
And he said it was Alex.
So I'm just like, I don't know how much I trust Rizzo.
Like he just, she just told, I just told that to Christina.
Long story short, I talked to Alex by the Waterwell.
This doesn't get aired.
But I'm like, hey, dude, what happened?
Like, did you tell Rizzo about the plan?
And he, like, he was like, what?
No, I didn't do that.
But he says something that kind of made me suss of him.
He said, like, everyone's coming after you, bro.
Like, everyone's saying your name.
I was like, who's saying my name, bro?
And he was like, everyone, I'm sorry, I can't tell you.
I wish I could go back in time.
I wish I had a time machine to be like, hey, Alex, if you don't give me a name, I'm going to think it's you.
Yeah.
So I go back to Sage, and we kind of do our, just balance the scales.
And Stephen, Stephen was very much a part of the bottoms up still at that point.
So long story short, we thought we had at the final nine, six person majority, three person minority.
And we didn't know how it loaded they were.
You know, so we thought we could just take out somebody on the bottom.
Well, part of being loaded in terms of all the advantages is that they also had won over Yellow Sophie.
And that was the thing that I was wondering from the episodes of how much did you and Sage know about that, you know, first of up, did you all know that Yellow Sophie was going to vote with you all on the Alex vote?
Yes, definitely.
It definitely was, we were moving in lockstep.
So it was Sophie, me, Sage.
And Stephen even knew on that plan, too.
I know they don't show it in the edit, but Stephen knew.
Stephen knew Alex was going to get voted out?
Yeah, yeah.
It was Sage's plan to have him vote with Christina to keep that bond together.
Yeah.
But going back to Sophie, I was sussed out by Sophie when she threw out my name as a hanky vote.
Yes.
But every time I got nervous about Sophie, I would go to Sage.
And Sage and Sophie, we don't see it on TV.
They have like an out-of-game bond.
like there must have been like I didn't know about the alternate thing I didn't realize yeah I didn't
realize that but sage is every time I'm like hey can we trust her she's like don't worry we got her
her back pocket yeah so it's so fitting that she's the one to the nail put the nail on my coffin
yeah okay and so and did you have any thought that yellow Sophie could have actually been
running the plan back to everybody else yeah yeah yeah man um the edit kind of saves me a little bit I
I spent a lot of time in the hammock, like, relax in that day.
I thought I went fishing.
I was chilling.
I was like, all right, you know, I'm not the provider anymore.
I'm taking the day off.
But I kept noticing, I'm like, people are talking to each other.
And the one thing that spooked me the most was like the sofies walked off into the woods for a long time.
I'm like, what does the sofies need to be talking about together?
Yeah.
And they were plotting on my demise.
When Savannah comes to talk to you in the episode and ask you if anything is off.
Were you starting to suspect that maybe does she know anything?
No, I think I was so cocky at that point.
I think it was like me, like I'm doing the, like, what?
You're fine.
Yeah.
Because up into that moment, I blindsided in my head so many people like Matt, Jason.
Like I've gone through it.
So I thought it was just her time.
And in hindsight, as my torch or as Rizzo's torch was getting snuffed, I was like, oh, I could see the seat.
Yeah, the writing was on the wall.
I thought that the way that they put the episode together was very interesting
because I felt like that as a viewer, we were all seeing things from your perspective
when Rizzo plays the fake idol where that you're slapping him on like, hey, hey, oh, like
idol, Idle, you better do it.
And then Jeff says it's not real.
You know, no, no, play the real one.
What are you doing?
Yeah.
How big of a shock was that to you that he plays a fake idol?
It was more confusion for me.
I'm like, what is the, what are you gaining here?
But I think Rizzo is a good showman.
So whatever it is for a good show, he's going to do it.
But also, I think that was me realizing, I'm like, okay, we're cooked.
But if we're going down, I want him to play the real thing.
And I didn't think my name was in the rotation.
I'm like, all right, sorry, Sage.
Sorry, Christina.
But when I saw the first Jawan boat, I'm like, oh, we're done.
And you were sitting there trying to process everything and we saw that this was like,
wait, what's happening?
Did you interpret that as he's dunking on me by playing the fake idol when I wanted him to play
the real one?
You know, at that moment, I think I was just so like out of sorts and I really blacked out.
But then after, as I'm walking out, I'm like, hey, that was kind of mean.
What the heck?
But all in all, I think what it comes down to is just game.
and play. People are trying to play for the jury. People know 50s coming up. People like they're I think I did
my fair share of like beard strokes though too. So yeah. I think it's just fair play. What was your goal
in terms of like your final three? What did you want to have sitting there with you? Yeah, man. So our line in
the sand at that point was like, all right, we really were trying to go with the yellow three. You know,
me sage and the yellow three. And honestly, every day I was getting more.
and more scared of Stephen.
I love Stephen.
Triple threat.
Good dude.
But ideally, final three, it was maybe me, Sage, and Christina.
Yeah.
I don't think I beat anybody else.
I was surprised that Sophie said I was a strategic mastermind.
I'm like, not true.
Very flawed.
Yeah.
Could you talk a little bit about your relationship with Christina?
Because we saw that she gave up the spot on the reward for you.
But then you said that you were a little sketched out about her idol.
Yeah.
Yeah. So me and Christina had like a rocky road since like the MC thing and then the Alex thing. I think our road was really hard. And even after the Alex blindside, me and her had a long talk in the woods about just the optics of everything. So my relationship with her was tough because most of the strategic conversations I had with the yellow people were coming through Stephen, you know?
So me and Christina weren't as tight out there.
Okay.
Something that I've been wondering about is that here you are.
You're an editor, lover of all of the Marvel movies.
And I thought that, wow, okay, has this guy hit the jackpot of here he is?
He's on the tribe with Nate.
They're going to be best friends.
And then the relationship never really happened.
What was your reaction when you found out who Nate Moore is?
I was pissed.
I was like, why didn't you tell me this?
I would have never wanted you.
No, I think, you know, everyone has their own reasons of why they don't share their jobs and stuff.
I think with Nate, you know, he just was such a cool, calm dude, but I could, I guess for me and him, I could feel there was something like a distance there.
And I wonder if there's a world where he shares, like, what he actually does.
If things go out different for us, but it just shows just because on paper you might.
think we work together you know was there ever a relationship that formed after the game with
with you two um i feel like uh we're both busy you know um so funny rob
no i think yeah i think it's it's tough yeah that is tough don't anything else you want
let people know?
Oh man, you're so funny, Rob.
Yeah, yeah, I would love
to say that
I feel like our season, this is a
hot take, but our season has
some of the most dominant
female contestants in a long
time. 47's pretty stacked
with Rachel and Genevieve, but when I
look at my cast, I'm like, wow, the females
are really kind of like running the show
and they're just both like great competitors
but also great storytellers.
So I just want to kind of put that out there too.
I think people should be looking at our season
in a lens of like, wow, the females.
The girls are really killing it, so that's going to last two seconds.
All right.
Well, Joanne, great to get the chance to talk to you.
I thought you were such a fun character, such a great narrator.
I hope that we get the chance to talk many times in the future
about all things, Survivor, okay?
Yeah, keep up to good work, and I appreciate RHAP.
All right, thank you so much and take care, Joanne.
All right, everybody, there you have it.
There's Joanne, and I love getting the chance to talk to Joanne.
I know that he felt like that he had a lot to talk about and explain in his game,
and I hope that he's feeling good about everything that he had going on on the show
because he was a really, really fun player to get to watch on Survivor
and nothing but the best for Joanne outside of the show.
All right, we've got Jordan Kalish coming up here for a little this week in Survivor history.

terms and conditions apply all right let's get into some big twitch here with of course the king
of survivor trivia it's jordan kaelis jordan how are you i'm good you know what i miss i miss the
song i miss i miss the will from america twist theme song it got me in the mood i start pumping to the
song i i love that was when when we weren't doing the twitch quiz this is no that was that was a that
was a different format of the quiz, but I liked it. It got me in the right headspace for
this week in Survivor History. Okay. All right. Well, get your head in the game, okay? Because this is
what it is right now. My head's always in the game, but it's, it's, there's, there's a difference
between having your head in the game and your head like really in the game. Okay. All right.
Get your game face on, baby. Let's see if this will continue my pummeling that I've taken as
We've brought in all the ringers here for Twitch trivia.
Here he is the great Josh Kettles is here.
Josh, how are you?
I'm doing great, Rob.
I'm doing great.
I don't know if I'm allowed to peel back the curtain here, but I'm actually,
I'm actually an alternate on the season of Twitch.
I didn't find out I was going to be here playing until 11 p.m. last night.
Okay, so I know people are able to study.
I heard there was some people.
chatting, you know, swapping trivia
answers and Jordan just gave you the hook.
Yeah. I don't know.
Jordan, you know, pulled somebody last minute
and here I am. Frankly, I'll pull back
the curtain even more. I have nothing to do with
the casting of choice. Yeah.
And I'll pull back the curtain more. I think that
when people study it is cheating.
I have
because I don't study. You know, I'm very nervous about
making the verbal rebis happen here at the end.
You know what? If you
are like cramming and
going to learn reading everything beforehand that's cheating i i kind of agree i don't know if
it's cheating it's it's not within the spirit of the twitch yeah all right that's how that's how
that was my attitude going into most most math tests when i was in school that being said jordan's an
educator yes all right those studying usually okay but uh josh for people who don't know you tell us a
little bit about yourself well i um you know i'm actually in a couple weeks i just realized i'm about
to celebrate my 10-year Survivor slash R-Hap anniversary.
I got into Survivor at the,
after the finale of Cambodia,
I overheard two coworkers talking about how Tasha should have won.
And that got me.
A good take, right?
Yeah, yeah, didn't realize it at the time.
But then I, yeah, so I, but then, you know,
I live in San Diego, California, big Survivor fan,
been involved with RHP, you know, basically going
back ten years. Okay. I mean, with that would that would make uh Jeremy Collins a zero time
winner. Not it not even one half. All right. So Jordan, what's on the docket for today?
All right. The categories that I have in store for you. We have Survivor Pearl Islands.
We have Fiji. We have redemption islands. A not, not very often used season. Another season I don't
use a lot. The island of the idols. We have 41 and 42. So those are the six categories.
is no mystery boxes this week, straight up seasons.
And Josh, where are you going to take us first?
Okay.
I, let's go, let's go 42.
All right, Survivor 42 starting in the new era.
After Marianne and Dreia both played idols at the previous tribal council, who found
the re-hidden idol in this episode?
Hmm, okay.
I can think of who got idols.
I'm trying to remember how they.
found them.
Okay.
I think, and I'm not
going to go with the multiple choice here.
Okay, I'm going to go with Lindsay
as my answer for who found the idol here.
Is incorrect.
So Rob has an opportunity to steal a point here.
So I just want to make sure I have the question correctly.
After Drea and Marianne played their idols,
who found the idol?
who found the re-hidden idol in this episode?
I believe it was also Marianne.
Here's Marianne. That is correct.
Rob, you steal a point.
Marianne never needed to play this idol.
It's a point that she made at her winning final.
She did.
I know.
It was a great move at Final Tribal Council to pull it out.
Surprised everybody.
No one ever knew that she had this idol.
So Rob, you steal a point there
and you get to choose the next category.
Where are you going to go next?
Okay.
All right.
why don't we go to
how about Redemption Island?
All right.
Redemption Island was not expecting this
so early on in the quiz.
Who lost the first post-merged redemption island?
I hate when we talk about the dual order of the duels.
There is another hint in this question,
becoming the first juror in the process.
Who became the first, so say it one more time.
So this is who lost the first post-merge Redemption Island Truel,
so there's a three-person duel, becoming the first juror in the process.
There were other seasons on the board.
Yeah.
Okay.
So I'm thinking it through in my head.
I don't want to give Josh the chance to steal.
um first post merge
trule and does that imply that there was a duel beforehand
this is the person who became the first juror of the season
um
i am going to say
that the first member of the jury
was
david murphy
David Murphy
potential
relative of
former Matt Daniel Murphy
potentially
he is the correct
answer David Murphy
two points there Rob
you have a 3-0 lead
to start this quiz
we need to heat up the kettles
a little bit
because Josh you are in a little bit
of a hole here
but you could get right back in it
with points on this question
possibility of no verbal rebus
is still on the table
that is that is true
I do have a 33% of the way there.
I like the one that I have planned this week.
So I'm sort of rooting against the,
the perfect game here.
You know,
Pearl Island.
That was the risk I was willing to take, you know,
by coming on here last minute.
Okay, let's go Fiji.
Let's go Fiji.
All right.
Survivor Fiji at the famous,
Edgardo Blindside,
who did the four horsemen minus dreams vote for?
Okay.
Who were they making their move against?
Okay. Well, the multiple choices
isn't going to be very helpful, so I'm not going to do that.
I think I'm going to say Yao Man is my answer.
So Yao Man, Josh, is incorrect.
The perfect game is still alive right now if Rob's able to get this right.
But I don't really know this.
So I'm trying to think of who they would have gone after.
So I don't think it was dreams because I think they thought he was with them.
I don't think it was Cassandra.
I don't think it was.
I don't think it was Earl.
I feel like it was Stacey had the plan, but was it also Stacey that they were voting for?
Could it have been boo?
I'm going to say Stacey.
Stacey had a huge episode here because Stacey is the one who comes up with the plan
to put the vote on Egardo, a very underrated move and probably one of the best decisions
of the season.
And I can tell you, Rob, that Stacey is incorrect.
The answer is Cassandra, who you said, you didn't think it was early on there.
So no perfect game, but you still are shutting Josh.
But if it's a shutout, there's no verbal revus, right?
If it's a shutout, there will be a verbal rebus.
Yeah, it has to be a perfect game.
The shutouts like the no-hitter.
A lot of players can convince a no-hitter here.
It's still pretty good.
It's still good, but unfortunately, not good enough.
You can't be a Johann Santana.
You have to be a Domingo Hermann if you get the baseball reference there.
So that's probably a bad example to use.
But, okay, Rob, you do get to choose the category.
All right.
So let me go 41.
All right, Survivor 41 to finish out the new era.
Shan was voted out on a unanimous 6-0 re-vote, but who is she tied with on the initial vote?
Who was she tied with?
I'm going to say that it was Liana.
So this was a three to three to two vote.
Erica received two votes and Liana was the one that the player that she was tied with.
This was a split vote where Liana and, and Shan voted together.
So Rob, you get two points there.
You have a five zero lead and Josh, it is your turn to pick.
okay remind me of the last two pearl islands and what's the other one 39 yes
okay
let's go pearl islands
sandra pearl islands so yeah both both islands
seasons that had Sandra on it
I would I would rank Pearl Islands slightly ahead of Island to the idols
so players were split into group and you said Pearl Islands right
yes okay good um players were split I could have thought you said you wanted
Season 39.
Yeah, okay.
Well, let's go season 30.
No, no, no.
Let's go pro-Lylus.
Let's go for Lylis.
Players were split into groups of two in the reward challenge for a ride on a catamaranum.
Burton was one of the two winners of this challenge, but he chose to give the reward away to which player.
Jamal.
Okay.
Yeah.
Let's do, let's do multiple choice.
Get on the scoreboard here.
Give my, increase my odds of getting on the scoreboard.
All right. So let's get, let's get a point here. Was it A, Darrah, B, Fairplay, C, Lil D. Rupert.
Okay.
Okay. Let's go with, um, let's go with, um, he gives it to Fairplay.
It was Johnny Fairplay. Josh, you get the point there that is.
correct. This caused some controversy because this was one round after Rupert had won a reward and
given it to Burton. Lill did also get to go on this reward because Burton's partner in this
2V2V2 challenge was Lill. So that is correct. You have a point. It is 5 to 1. And there is only
one question left on the quiz. Rob is perfectly one, but we'll still do it for funsies for funsies
sake. Yeah. Okay. So Island of the idols. What usable game item did
Detective Dean create a fake version of in order to potentially fool his tribe mates?
I believe it was, I was trying to remember.
And I said, I was trying to be funny and I was trying to say Joanne and I said Jamal
a second ago, but now I'm thinking of the answer to this question.
I thought you were making a joke about the fact that we, I know, I know, we were talking about
season 39 and I tried to make a joke about giving up the reward.
I meant to say Jamal,
uh,
Juan and I said Jamal.
Um,
but that,
so,
uh,
I did,
uh,
I,
yeah,
so what,
so,
can you repeat the question?
Sure.
What usable game item?
Did Detective Dean create a fake version of
in order to potentially fool his tribe mates?
So I think that,
uh,
Jamal
created
the legacy advantage
and then gave it to
Dean
but he didn't know
it wasn't real
and
but then he did have
the idol nelifier
did he make a fake
did he make a fake idol
is that your final answer
I'm trying no
no
no
um
what
game item did he make
is that that's the question
yeah what what did he make a fake version of
fake version of um i will say
what what
game item did
detective dean make a fake version of is the question
that's that's the question
um
episode 10
I will say the hidden immunity idol.
That is incorrect.
So Josh,
you have a chance to steal a point here.
Okay.
Well,
I do remember Jamal got the,
yeah,
I think you're right that he drafted the legacy advantage.
You know,
what Rob says,
have you ever seen a pencil on Survivor?
So I'm pretty sure that was to Jamal.
The,
I would have guessed idle, to be honest.
So I'm trying to think of what else could he?
have faked uh there's uh extra vote um potentially but i don't remember him having that or faking
that in the yeah he had the nullifier so wasn't fake i'll go with an extra vote because i i truly
don't remember this so an extra vote would have been one of the wrong answers on the multiple
choice the answer is a legacy advantage so his he thought that his fake legacy advantage was real
So what he did is that he created another fake legacy advantage that he was going to play
to throw off his tri-mates to the fact that he had the real legacy advantage.
So there were two, he had two fake legacy advantages.
So neither of you get points there.
The final score, Rob wins, five to one, which is a good win, but not a perfect game.
All I say is, let's just be glad I won because my head would be exploding.
Why is that a, why is that a bad question?
It's a he made a fake legacy advantage.
It's Survivor Trivia.
It's not an easy question.
But I think it's harder.
I think it's harder than like the David Murphy being the first juror, which you got right.
It is.
I meant easier.
I think it's,
I thought it was easier.
Okay.
I remember this one.
I mean, to me, like his whole point at final tribal council is that, oh, I made this,
I made this fake thing.
And then because I had this, read the real legacy advantage for Jamal.
And then Jamal, who's come up a lot on this quiz for someone who does not have any questions about
him. He stands up and he's like, well, actually, uh, this was that, that was fake as well.
So, all right. Um, all right. The verbal Rebus is happening, baby. Yeah. Whether you like it or not.
Okay. We have Survivor, the Amazon's merge boot. You're right. Minus Savage's Pearl Island's
ally who got along with Pelican Pete and we're looking for his initials. Uh, uh, you had a very
nice moment with Pelican Pete.
Plus, Dwight's pre-merged
tribe on Survivor 43.
Minus,
this is a quote from, someone said
that someone's on Survivor. There's no
blank in team, but there's one
in Matt's mouth.
Plus,
Survivor Marquesa's holiest
contestant. Talked a lot
about holes.
Plus, Shane Powers, blank,
visited him in Panama during
the loved ones visit. So that's
all of the clues. So, Josh, let's see if you, let's see if you get the verbal
read this here. Who was the Survivor Amazon merge boot?
I'm going to go to you for Rob on this one. Roger. It was Roger. Okay,
minus Survivor pro islands, uh, Savage's ally who got along with Pelican Pete and it's the
initials. That's rhino. So R.O. So minus R. My, Roger minus R.O. Plus
Dwight's premerge tribe on 43. Vessie. It's Vessie.
Minus, this is a great quote.
Do you know this quote, Josh?
There's no blank in team, but there's one in Matt's mouth.
Who said this quote?
I do not know that.
You're sitting right next to him.
Rob said this quote.
Rob, what, what?
Are you sitting next to a person if you're...
I mean, you're next to each other on my Zoom screen.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I.
There's no I in team, but there's one in Matt's mouth.
Very good.
It's a good line.
You're eating the fish.
Plus survivor Marquesa's holiest contestant.
Peter? I don't know.
Peter. Peter. Peter. Peter. Harkies is just Peter.
Plus, Shane Powers Blank visited him in Panama during the loved one's visit.
His son.
It was his son. So who do we have?
I should have been paying attention here. We have Jervis Peterson.
Jervis Peterson. That is correct. That is the answer to the verbal rebis.
Jervis. Never nervous.
Still standing the verbal rebis, Josh?
Yeah. This is fun.
it's a lot harder to be put through it on this side of the
podcast. Maybe if I was just listening to it on a podcast, maybe I would
be like, oh, yeah, I like it. Yeah. It's fine. It seems to be, again,
no one ever talks to me about the trivia. They talk to me about the Revis.
Yeah. What do they say? What do they say?
They say Rob gives you, no, well, they say that, but they also say that they
legitimately like it or they're just buttering me up. I don't know. I feel like
people don't want to be confrontational at these events.
No one comes up to me and says, I hate, I hate the verbal Rebus.
They might come up to you and say that because they, they know that they would have a friend
in the room there.
Yeah.
But, but no, I think people, people love the Rebus.
People are very sad if the Rebus went away.
Josh, you didn't win, but you could still plug.
What's coming up for you?
I mean, well, okay, I have two plugs.
One, the, I just, I want to, again, continue to shout out Blue Sky.
We have a great contingency of RHAP survivor fans on Blue Sky, very active.
I was talking with Christian, Hebeki, about, you know,
Olaf, the new robot being launched around Disney World there.
So there's a good amount of us, very active there.
So just, I will always plug, yeah, blue sky.
Okay.
I was on a similar size, yellow sky that they had this said, okay,
how do we differentiate?
They said, okay, you call one blue sky and then the other one is yellow sky or sk.
I've never heard of yellow sky
this is another social media site
yes yes it was at the same name as blue sky
and they had to differentiate it
oh gotcha all right
reference to something
it seems like we're missing the joke here
seems like you are yeah
can I can I say something
yes so I checked out Josh's blue sky
right before we started recording this and I saw that
your most recent blue sky
your blue skeet or whatever
whatever it is
is that Mark Levy was robbed on this squid game vote.
Viper, I like Viper.
If there was no mark on the vote,
I probably would have voted for Viper.
But like, Mark Levy should,
player 100 should be on a squid game.
And look, I'm happy for Viper.
But let's get Mark Levy.
Mark Levy should be there too.
What are you going to do?
You're taking away one out of 456 spots.
It seems like there's room for more than one.
They should have put all five.
Like, if five people won this vote.
You didn't need both the brothers again.
Okay, yeah, one of the brothers,
take one of the brothers out. That's fine. The top four vote getters, which I'm sure Mark would have been one of them should get on. But yeah, I mean, and even if you had both brothers, who cares? You don't even need to show them. A lot of people get on Squid Game and you don't even see them. But you're going to see Mark because guess what Mark's going to make great TV every single time. Okay. Yes. Mark. So change dot owing petition coming up. Get Mark Levy back on Squid Game. Let's get him the Star Wars wedding. Mark and I podcasted about Lego Masters for multiple seasons.
a few years ago. Mark is a great guy as kind and positive as he seems on the show. So yeah,
I'm all behind. I know one thing about Viper. He caught a ball. Great. He caught a ball. Who
cares? Who cares? I saw Aaron Judge miss a ball during the World Series in Centerfield. Guess what?
He's the MVP. Yeah. He's the MVP. Mark Levy was the MVP of Squid game. Okay. All right.
Jordan, anything else for you? Not really. I mean, I'm hosting the viewing parties. Twitch
next week. That's it. All right. All right. See.
See you back next time.
Thank you so much for joining us for this week in Survivor History.
Take care.
We have a good one.
Bye.
