This episode is all about tough swaps, shifting alliances, and those bold Survivor moves th...at make or break a game. Rob and Q dig into the crucial moments that sent Q home including the surprising early tribe swap and the ripple effect of lost advantages. In this Survivor 50 TV episode breakdown, Q shares first-hand what it’s like to go from playing a loyal game to scrambling after an unexpected twist shakes up original alliances. After winning the first challenge, Q suddenly finds himself at a disadvantage, courtesy of supplies drama and a lost vote. He opens up about putting trust in Emily, maneuvering around Ozzy’s unexpected gameplay, and fiercely protecting his number one, Stephenie, even as the ground shifts beneath him. The conversation also uncovers the uneasiness at camp about “playing for the cameras,” the real story behind Angelina’s shifting narratives, and Q’s true social bonds back on Vatu especially with Colby, Stephenie, Genevieve, Rizo, and even Aubry. – Q’s loyalty to Stephenie and his fierce stance against turning on her – The difficulty of early tribe swaps and their effect on alliance plans – Tension about playing for TV time vs. playing to win, especially with Ozzy and Angelina – Strategic reads on Emily and Ozzy who could Q really trust? – Why vote splits, lost advantages, and tricky numbers defined this early-day boot As Rob forecasts Q’s possible return in a future season, the question hangs: How will these new-era twists keep impacting even the most prepared super fans’ games? What happens when loyalty and Survivor chaos collide? Starting point is 00:00:08 Hey, everybody, what's going on? Rob Sestradino, and we are here in Los Angeles the day after we had an amazing panel, and I can't wait for you to see it. That'll be up later on today on Thursday, but that's not what we're here to talk about. We're here to give you an exit interview with the man who it's a very sad day for me because he's one of my faves. But we lost Q last night, but the good news for us is that we do get a podcast with Q here this morning. I'm going to talk to him in just a moment. And so I'm very excited about that.
Starting point is 00:00:37 Check out the live show from last night. We're going to post that on Thursday. And then thanks to Marianne and Omer, who took over. And I can't wait to listen to what they had to say, but it was a really fun night here in Los Angeles. Back with Stephen Fishback, really, really amazing panel. So that's going to be a fun one. But so we've got also back with us today. We're going to have some more this week in Survivor History, which I recorded back in my studio before I came out to L.A.
Starting point is 00:01:05 But here is my interview with Q. All right, everybody, we're here with the legend of Survivor. Here he is. Q, ask me how I'm doing? Rob, how are you doing? I'm pissed, okay? You know what? I'll tell you what, I'll tell you why, Q.
Starting point is 00:01:23 Here's why I'm pissed, because here's Q, minding his own business, okay? And then you won the first challenge, and then you have to go fight for supplies. I thought you already won supplies. And then you have to go with Coach and Ozzie. And they're having their whole drama. And then you lose your vote. And that, you could have used that vote this week. And now Q's gone.
Starting point is 00:01:45 What the hell? Yeah. It was a lot, Rob. And, you know, I will say this. It was fun. I enjoyed it. And I hope that's what everybody's on the screen. I was having so much fun.
Starting point is 00:02:01 And I was playing so different in terms of my approach. I was allowing others to kind of lead. But my whole thing is the swap. The swap so early. And I get it in the hands of the fans. They voted for it. But had I had one more day with my VATU tribe, we would have thrown the next challenge.
Starting point is 00:02:29 We talked about throwing the challenge before. And I get my vote back. Someone else probably goes home, not Q, and we can swap at 20. Yeah. But that don't happen. We swap at 21 and here we go. That's Survivor, baby. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:02:47 Okay. Yeah. So tell me, Q, you look like you had Emily flipping here for a minute. In your mind, did you feel like that you had Emily the whole way through? So I felt like I had Emily after she told me the stuff about Christian. Yeah. about Kristen telling her about Aubrey's idol. I thought then, okay, I was like, okay,
Starting point is 00:03:08 maybe she wants to really play with me. She's giving me information. She didn't have to give me that information. I already knew that information, but now she's kind of confirming it. And I'm like, okay, maybe she wants to play with me. And I'm going to trust it because who else do I have? I don't have a vote.
Starting point is 00:03:27 I only have Stephanie. And then I figure out, like, within an hour of being on the beach with Ozzy, I don't know if I can trust the guy. Because I asked him about his extra vote, and he tells me he gives it away. He gave it to Joe. In the moment, it felt like a lie. Like, I even said in a confession, it was like, this guy is lying to me, like, for no reason. So I don't even think he wants to play with me, really. So it's like, what else do I have?
Starting point is 00:03:58 I have to try to trust somebody, have to try to get somebody on my side. And it was offering up somebody that was from my original tribe that's part of a threesome now. And I'm thinking like the gamer in Emily would see the best move at this time. But nobody wants to catch the little fish. They want to go out to the big fish, man. Yeah. All right. Tell me, did Ozzy tell people that you lost your vote?
Starting point is 00:04:26 Because that wasn't in the episode. but I think he must have, right? Well, well, I cannot confirm that he did or did not, but what I will say is some, they had to know. Yeah. They had to know because they seemed just so unbothered about me saying I had an extra vote. Yeah. So the point of where they don't know what I have.
Starting point is 00:04:51 They don't know it all unless Ozzy says, no, he don't have a vote. But it didn't show up. I thought it was a good play. And then I was like, why they're not taking Q seriously here? He could have an extra vote. But then I thought, oh, yeah, Ozzy is there. And he knew what's up. So you had a great line in the episode where you said, hey, nobody votes out my number one, except for me.
Starting point is 00:05:15 Did you ever consider throwing Stephanie under the bus or things looked good from your advantage? No, I would have never, ever done that to Stephanie, especially in that spot. that spot because look Rob, I needed Stephanie. If Stephanie goes out and Q comes back to count, now I have to go and try to find two people that's willing to work with me and try six to even force a tie. In that bunch, I don't ever think they want to force a tie for me. But if Stephanie comes back and I'm back, now we just got to find one. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:05:51 One person that's willing to work with that. So I was not willing to give up. Stephanie, I was not willing to turn on Stephanie and throw her under the bus for any reason. That's just not who I am. Now, if Stephanie would have done something, then, of course. But she did nothing. And that's what people get my game so misconstrued is they think, oh, Q is so chaotic. He flips.
Starting point is 00:06:13 No, no, no, Q is loyal until you give me a reason not to be and I'm quick to fire. That is it. So Stephanie, she did nothing, bro. She did everything for me. She even voted with me. I didn't have a vote. She knew that. And it was one of those things.
Starting point is 00:06:29 I was never going to turn on her. I can't do that. That's not in me. Yeah. How about your conversation with Mike White when you told him to vote for you? And he's like, okay, I'll do it. Could you sense that something was off there with Mike White? Well, no, not really.
Starting point is 00:06:44 Because it was one of those things that in the camp, Mike came. and, you know, he was telling me how much he liked me, and, you know, he thought I was handsome and all this stuff. Wow. And I'm so fun to work with. And, you know, it is. Boom, boom, boom. And so I'm thinking like, okay, cool.
Starting point is 00:07:03 But also I'm thinking, logically, Q is one of the bigger, stronger players in the camp. I'm also the person that keeps the fire going all night. I bring back the most fire I would. And it's like thinking, okay, he's going to see at least, like, okay, we can't get rid of Q right now. So when he told me, he's voting for Stephanie, and he's sitting in front of Stephanie.
Starting point is 00:07:26 I'm taking his worry for what it is. But when he said that, it spooked Stephanie. And Stephanie started to say, well, I'm going to play my shot in the dark. I understood that if those three, Christian, Angeline, and Mike White, they vote together. And even if they decide to all vote me and Stephanie plays a shot in a dark, I'm screwed. Yeah. But if I could get those three to now vote me and Stephanie, Ozzie, and Emily to vote Angelina on a re-vote, Ancelina can't vote again.
Starting point is 00:07:58 I already can't vote. So now it's three, two. So that's where my head was. Look at you, Q. Off of Stephanie. Yeah. And to me, because in a Thai scenario, then Stephanie would lose her opportunity to vote again. And now here we go, two, two.
Starting point is 00:08:14 They got to make a decision. And they was probably going to vote on Stephanie. I didn't want that. Can you talk a little bit about last week we saw with Genevieve felt like, okay, I think Aubrey had something in her bag. You all did the bag search, which was really great. Did you a nice team effort working together. And then you find out that, oh, what, Aubrey did have something?
Starting point is 00:08:34 Can you talk a little bit of that? Did you feel like that you were justified? It was never a time where we thought Aubrey did not have it. We just thought she didn't have it in her bag at the time. Because Aubrey, like, we all used to put our bags in one spot. And then one day, Aubrey just grabs her bag, never, never has done this. Grapes her bag, walk out of camp. What else would you do that?
Starting point is 00:09:08 So we knew she had something. And then immediately after that, she's on a walk. What they want to talk to Aubrey about? on the daylight right now well nothing is going on what's in her bag so it was just like okay we know she had but we can't confirm it
Starting point is 00:09:28 but when Emily said it it was like okay she kind of confirms what I already know I'm not broadcasting information to everybody but I know you know we know so it was again another reason why I'm thinking
Starting point is 00:09:46 like well dang maybe Emily wants to play with me. Yeah. So you end up back on the tribe with Ozzy. You were there for the whole Ozzie and coach situation. That was Ozzie still feeling some type of way about coach when you were there with him? Let me just say this. Stuff happens on the island that never crosses my mind to ever even think or do.
Starting point is 00:10:12 I got back on the tribe with Ozzy with Vatu and I'm talking about the coach. You wouldn't know what Oz you said to me? What? Oh, no, I just did all that for the cameras. What? I'm looking like, bro, you know, weird. Like, I don't think, I don't do that. I know you don't.
Starting point is 00:10:35 So it's like, okay, man. We're different, man. And I get it. You've been going a while, and now you're back. But to admit that you just did it for the camera, I'm like, all right, it is what it is. But one of the thing was, like I said, when Ozzy told me he gave his vote away, his extra vote to Joe,
Starting point is 00:10:55 I kind of stopped trusting him then, really, to be honest. But I kind of thought, okay, Ozzy, oh, Ozzy that we know and we like, and he want to at least have a shot at winning challenges, right? So his best bet is to maybe keep me around. But also, it keeps all the eyes away from him if another big guy is around. So I'm thinking, okay, at the very least, we're going to work together for a voter two.
Starting point is 00:11:23 And at the right time, maybe I make my move on him. But the move was made on me way too early. Can you talk a little bit about playing with Angelina? You were on both tribes with her. You said that she was a little bit like a statue in the old Vatu tribe. What was that relationship like? Did you get along personally? Well, I think we got along to a way to where it was never real.
Starting point is 00:11:48 Because I found out Anselaena a lot to me about the Mike White stuff the second we got on the beach with Mike White. Like Angelina was telling me in like private conversation, we're just talking and just getting to know each other that, oh yeah, I haven't talked to Mike White in three years. And she was telling everybody this crap, all right? And she's telling me this and I'm hearing it. And then I get on the beach with Mike White. I'm like, man, what's up with you and Anzalina? He was like, you know, I said, she said, y'all haven't talked like three years. She was like, no, I talked to her before I came out here.
Starting point is 00:12:20 And I was like, okay, I definitely can't trust her. But it was more so, like, Angelina used to talk a lot. Anzina wanted to do certain things. I felt like for the camera. Yeah. And it kind of rubbed me the wrong way in terms of like her scenario. Like, even in the snake challenge, all right? She was like so dramatic about pulling the ball.
Starting point is 00:12:45 Like, okay, okay, guys, I'm going to pull it. I'm going to pull it now. just pull the damn ball. Like, why are we doing this? What are we doing? So I just felt like, okay, she's doing this for the cameras a little bit. It seemed like that. But then also, she didn't do anything around camp.
Starting point is 00:13:02 Yeah. Okay. It's time to go. It seemed like that you also had a really good relationship with Colby from back in your original tribe. Yeah. I'll tell you, my original tribe, bro, I were cooking with Kobe. You got to think, I came a day late. They had already had everything formed.
Starting point is 00:13:24 But the second I got there, it all changed. It all changed. I was so close with Kobe, Stephanie, Geneby, me and Rizzo had a bun. Believe it or not, me and Aubrey, had a little thing, a little bun. So it was like, dude, if VATU, the original VATU, could just do this last challenge. Maybe we win, maybe we lose. I don't go out on day eight. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:13:49 There was a great scene in the episode last night about Charlie got upset with somebody else you got to play with. Rizzo. Did you know that that was how Charlie was feeling about people coming into this game? I did not. I did not one bit. Now, I always knew about Charlie. He's going to play that middle. That was my perception of Charlie.
Starting point is 00:14:13 I did not think he was bringing in the baggage of. but you can't blame the guy. You know, that triggered him. And the same way that, you know, Angelina not working around camp and feeling like doing stuff for the cameras. Because coming into this season, you know, you talk to former players.
Starting point is 00:14:33 And I talked to a bunch of people who've played multiple times. What they told me was like, Q, you specifically have to be very careful because believe it or not, people will want to vote you out, but screen time. Yeah. The TV time. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:51 All right. So when I get to the beach and I feel like people are doing stuff for the cameras, it rub me the wrong way because, Rob, I've never thought like that. Like, you see all the stuff that I do. It's never. We had a conversation once and you said the same thing to me. So I know that's how you feel. It's crazy, but the same PSD, like that, that spoof.
Starting point is 00:15:14 Charlie and it was like, oh, I've got to get this guy. He was not going to boat. It was the same thing that kind of turns me off about other foes, and especially when you can pound that with not doing much around. Camp. So, okay, I know you got to run. I just want to say, real quick, I predicted about
Starting point is 00:15:30 you, you're going to play Survivor five times, okay? So, this is all going to be just a bump in the road, okay, Q? And also... I would love to do it again. Yeah. And then also, I want to say, congratulations. I know you have baby Ace, but I know you have baby number two on the way.
Starting point is 00:15:49 So congratulations on everything. And listen, this is like Tony had game changers. What is it? Would you want to watch me again? Yeah, of course. Of course. I don't want to end this call. Anyway, but Q, I know you got to run.
Starting point is 00:16:03 So thank you so much and all the best, okay? I see you, but. All right, take it. All right, everybody, there you have it. There's Q. Ring the bell for Q. And I do mean that. I think that Q is going to play a lot.
Starting point is 00:16:13 I think that he is a perfect candidate to come back in some kind of a captain's season in the 50s. I just hope that they are thinking a little outside the box in terms of what they want to do in the 50s and bringing Q back after we only got a little taste of Q here. I think would be a great idea to keep him coming back because the guy is always going to bring so much fun and energy to Survivor. We're going to take a break when we come back. We'll talk to Jordan K.lish on this week in Survivor History. Getting ready for a game means being ready for anything. Like packing a spare stick. I like to be prepared.
Starting point is 00:16:52 That's why I remember, 988, Canada's suicide crisis helpline. It's good to know, just in case. Anyone can call or text for free confidential support from a train responder any time. 988 suicide crisis helpline is funded by the government in Canada. All right, we're back and ready to play some Twish. And here is the man who has gotten us off to such a great start of Twitch this season. It's Jordan Kaelis. Jordan, how are you?
Starting point is 00:17:21 I'm great. The man, the myth, the legend, J-O-R, D-A-N, Kaelish, God, baby. Yes. That's how that works. Of course. No one's never called me that, but maybe it'll get you on. Maybe it'll stick. Okay, like de-schoolish.
Starting point is 00:17:34 Yeah. Yes. Okay. Here with us today, of course, we have not heard from this person in a minute here. Excited to have back here on the podcast. It's Philadelphia Josh Green. Philadelphia, Josh Green. Yes. Yes. Eagles Green.
Starting point is 00:17:54 Eagles Green, the whole nine. Good to be here. Yes. Josh, how have you been? It has been a whirlwind of the last couple of months. I had pelvis surgery back in November. How are you doing? Much better now. Back to work a couple weeks ago, but was laid up at home for three months.
Starting point is 00:18:14 Listening to a lot of podcasts. Yes. Any inappropriate out of context, moments though? No, no. And Twitter's or X or whatever people call it's pretty much dead. So I just listen and enjoy it. That's the important part. Yeah. You got to make sure you have an active pelvis, Josh. Put that one on the out of contact. There you go. That's true, Jordan. But you're feeling okay, Josh? I'm feeling as good as I can be. You know, I walk around with a cane now. kind of like coach on exile. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:47 But, you know, we're getting much better. It was a rough Thanksgiving this year, but I'm happy to be where I'm at now. Yeah. Well, I'm happy to get the chance to catch up. And unfortunately, we have to do some Twitch. Unfortunately. It's nice to see you, but I wish it was under better circumstances.
Starting point is 00:19:06 The highlight is your week. Are you kidding? Okay. All right. It's the new era. Remind people, Jordan, about what the, what the changes to Twitch this season? We have a new scoring system, Josh.
Starting point is 00:19:17 And you probably don't know this yet. But there are four questions instead of the original six questions. There are going to be two mystery boxes and two non-mystery boxes. The non-mistry boxes work like they've always worked. So if you get it without the multiple choice, it's two points. The multiple choice is one point. A steel is also one point. The mystery box questions, everything is worth an extra point.
Starting point is 00:19:40 So if you get it without multiple choice, it is three. if you get it with multiple choice, it is two. If you steal, it is two points for your opponent. Got all that, Josh? Yeah, I feel like, you know, need to take a few notes, but basically bonus points for no guests on the mystery box. Yes, the three-pointer. Don't be nervous.
Starting point is 00:20:01 You don't want to be Donovan McNabb throwing up in the huddle here. You want to be Josh Green. You know, he was my favorite player growing up. I know I'm a Jets fan. I knew I rooted for the other, the other green team. Why? Do you love chunky soup? I was, I was, I was just a big McNabb guy.
Starting point is 00:20:14 I always was. I had his jersey growing up. I still, I still have the jersey somewhere in my closet. I just, I love them. I like them. I like Curtis Martin a lot too, but, but I think McNabb, I would have said was my, was my favorite player as a kid. Okay. All right. Jordan, what do you have in store for us today?
Starting point is 00:20:28 All right. So here are the categories, Josh, they might sound a little bit different because none of these are going to be seasons of survivor. I have coach. I have Aubrey Brocko. I have the old era mystery box and the new era mystery box. So, Josh, where are you taking us first? Oh, man.
Starting point is 00:20:45 Wow. Let's go with Aubrey. Okay. Aubrey Braco. Aubrey's first ever vote. A 2-2-2 tie occurred in which Aubrey received two votes. Which other two players received two votes a piece and therefore were up for elimination in the tie-breaking revote along with Aubrey?
Starting point is 00:21:10 God, such a classic twitch question here. And what a chaotic tribal council that was. Man, yeah, I don't even think I could get this just with guessing. So I'm going to have to hear the multiple choice. Okay, so we're going to the multiple choice. And remember, the correct answer is going to be two players that received two votes of this tribal along with Aubrey. Was it A, Joe Del Campo and Debbie Wanner? Was it B, Joe Del Campo and Peter Bagnstos?
Starting point is 00:21:42 Was it C. Liz Markham and Debbie Wanner or D. Liz Markham and Peter Baganstos? Okay. I am going to trust my gut here. I believe that it was B. Joe and Peter. Joe and Peter is incorrect. So Rob, since this is not a missed-fice question, so you can still one point. Okay. Could I hear the last two choices again? Yes, it's Liz Markham and Debbie Wanner or Liz Markham and Peter Baganstos. I think, so if I recall correctly, there were three pairs. Liz and Peter were pairs. I'm wondering if the Neil and Aubrey and Joe and Debbie pair got together and did a vote split, two on Liz. two on Peter and that's going to be my answer.
Starting point is 00:22:46 That is exactly what happened. And then on the revote, of course, Liz goes home by a vote of three to zero. So Rob, you steal a point there to start the game. And potentially more importantly, you have command of the board. And you could either go for the last regular question or you can go for one of those mystery boxes. Okay. I'm going to take the new era mystery box. All right.
Starting point is 00:23:09 The new era. It was my undoing last time. The new era mystery box. Yes, Rob, you are 0 for one on the season on new era mystery box trying to get redemption here. Who is the only new era player on 50 to both find and play an idol in the pre-merge? Okay. The only player from the new era to find and play an idol in the premurge. This is, of course, the pre-merge.
Starting point is 00:23:37 Yes. If anything that happens on 50 does not count for these type of questions, the new era we're County is 41 through 49. Okay. So, I'm hoping that this isn't going to be anything tricky here from Jordan, but I'm going to say that the answer is Kyle. Kyle negated three votes against himself in the tribal in which Thomas went home, and this was all premurged.
Starting point is 00:24:05 So if Kyle is the correct answer, Rob, you get three points there because this is a mystery box. So you have a four to zero lead, a command. leading lead over Josh Green, the second Josh Green to play Twitch. But Josh, you're not out of it yet because there are still a lot of points left on the board. You need to get these questions right. So we have either coach or the old era mystery box. Where are you going to go? Let's go with coach. Okay. We are going coach. There could a lot of seasons that it could potentially be for coach. But we are talking about heroes versus villains here. In the sumo challenge, coach thought he had won his round and even celebrated with some coach chie poses. but Jeff called it off because he broke the rules by taking one of his hands off the back. On the redo, he lost convincingly when he was pushed into the mud. Who defeated him in this round? Okay. Iconic challenge in Heroes versus Villains.
Starting point is 00:24:58 Who pushes Coach in? Yeah, the heroes crushing this challenge from my memory. James throws the bag. I feel like for my doing the Twitch math real quick, I feel like I have to guess without the multiple choice to have a shot here. I will say getting it with the multiple choice will put you out of the running. So you do have to do that mathematically. Okay.
Starting point is 00:25:31 Who? All right. I am going to go with Rupert. Rupert, the pirate of Pearl Islands, is correct. So, Josh, you have two points. You're still in the game. I kind of think, I mean, I'm happy that it's such an iconic moment. And this is like one of the best challenges in survivor history.
Starting point is 00:26:01 I kind of think if you break the rules and you take, it's like the attack. If you take your hand off the thing, I think coach just lost his round. But they let him replay it. And Rupert bull rushes coach into the mud. So Josh, two points, Rob, you have a four to two lead. Okay. If you get this old era mystery box question, right, whether it's multiple choice or non-multable choice, you will win the game. But if you get it wrong and Josh steals, that is two points and we will go to a tiebreaker.
Starting point is 00:26:27 Even if I go to multiple choice and he gets it right on multiple choice, he gets two points? Yeah. So a steal is worth two no matter what. Okay. I don't think that should be the case, but let's go for it. We might have to change. This is the emerging gameplay here on Twitch. I feel like it's good for the competitiveness of the game.
Starting point is 00:26:47 I think it lends to come back. So it's good. All right. We'll see. So let's see the old era mystery box of the pre-new era players on 50. Who is the only one to never play on a season, which included a medevac, a quit, or any instance in which a player chose to leave the game when they were still technically in contention?
Starting point is 00:27:10 There's only one player in the new era. who fits that qualification. Okay. So, all right. In the old era, in the old era who's currently on 50. Okay. And we say currently. Well, old era who is on the 50.
Starting point is 00:27:29 All of these questions for mystery boxes are going to be based on that on the casting previous to season 50. Okay. I'm going to say, I think I'm zeroing in. on who the person might be. So we're looking for no quit, no medevac. No instance in which a player chose to leave the game when they were technically still in contention.
Starting point is 00:27:55 Mm. Does that count leaving the edge of extinction? I mean, the person who won an edge of extinction was at one point on the edge of extinction, so technically in contention. Mm. But we're counting raising the sale on? Raising the sale would be leaving the game when you're in contention.
Starting point is 00:28:19 Okay. Because you could still technically win. Okay. I don't consider it to quit, but it is leaving the game. Okay. So tricky worded question. It wouldn't be twitch without it. Yes.
Starting point is 00:28:32 But I think if I didn't include that last part of the sentence, and I think I could have been crucified for that. Okay. Well, I'm going to say that the answer is Chrissy Hoffbeck. Chrissy Hoffback is the only person who fits all those qualifications. Nobody was medevac to quit or raised the sale in Survivor HHS. Yeah, because Devin's could have been the right answer if it was just an official quit or medevac.
Starting point is 00:29:01 I went when, you know, Wendy and Keith raised the sale. Sandra raises the sale in winners at war. I think I used to consider to quit when it was just Wendy and Keith. And then what Sandra did. I was like Sandra would never quit Survivor. So yes, that Chrissy, Chrissy is correct. So Rob, by a score, that's three points by a score of seven to two. And that's a wide enough margin that there's no verbal rebus, right?
Starting point is 00:29:22 It's not a perfect game. So unfortunately, or fortunately for the viewers. Josh, what he wants because he's been through so much. Josh, you love the verbal reapers. I know you love the verbal rabis. I know this is going to break the hearts of especially new mother, Shannon Gus. But I am actually not as big of a scan of the verbal rebis. I do think it's very creative, but I'm just not, I'm not smart enough to keep up.
Starting point is 00:29:51 Oh, like I lose it after the second clue. But you're not, you're not a big stand, but that doesn't mean you're anti-devergiveness. Now I think that I want to help Josh through it. I think that's good. I think it could be a clagerness effort. You're going to be like Surrey. I'm going to help you get across the balance beam today. This one, this one too has a, has a clue in it that I know is going to put Rob over the edge.
Starting point is 00:30:10 So you get to watch my head explode. So, yeah. So this is going to be one that people. This is why people like the verbal Revis. It's not because of the Revis. It's because of your reaction to the verbal Revis. Okay. So, okay. We're starting out with the player who idled out Kelly Remington at the World's Apart, the World's Apart merge vote. So that's the first one. Plus former Miss Survivor and Philippines contestant R.C. Saints blank. R.C. Saints Blank plus Jean-Rober once
Starting point is 00:30:43 rudely said that the only thing better than a million dollars is a million dollars and some blank. That's not even the one that the RC one is the one I think you're not going to like. Plus the initials of Palau's Merge Boot. Okay. So Josh and Rob, you're going to do it
Starting point is 00:30:59 together. Who idled Kelly out? What season Palau's Merge Boot? Palau's the initials of Palos. Merge food. Did Palau even have a merge? Well, we consider it the merge when Stephanie is absorbed.
Starting point is 00:31:13 It's technically an absorption, but we're calling it a merch. Okay. Are we saying that Ian and Tom and Stephanie are all like undatable because there was no merge on their first season? I mean, I think they said there was no merge in that season, but okay. And so we're saying only the first name of this person who blindsided Kelly Remington, right? No last name.
Starting point is 00:31:33 So who at first, first name? Who was that? Yeah. So the person who played the idol at that vote, I think was Jen Brown. That's right. Yes, yes, correct. So we got Jen. Former Miss Survivor and Philippines contestant R.C. Saints Blank.
Starting point is 00:31:52 I think it's no. I wrote down Amor. I don't know why. Casa Amor. You're right. You're better than this than you think good. Wow. So that was right.
Starting point is 00:32:05 So that was right. Okay. So we have Jen plus Amor. John Rivera, only thing better than a million dollars is a million dollars in some blank. I thought about John Reber and I, again, first thing that came to mind, I'm pretty sure it was not a PG. Yeah. No, it was John Reber. P.G. No.
Starting point is 00:32:34 PG-graded, but too-gated. Yes, yes. I think it was a million dollars in ass. Some ass, yeah. That's he did. So many other things. My ass. My ass.
Starting point is 00:32:46 I've used my ass so many. I've used the Petter quote a million times on this. I had to go somewhere else for the ass. Okay. Josh, there's a lot of context. The whole thing is going to be out of context. We're in context, though. even out of context, plus the initials of Palau's merge boot, even though there's no punch.
Starting point is 00:33:09 Yeah, this is where I was so lost. Kobe Archa. Kobe Archa. Kobe Archa. So we have Jen plus Amor plus ass plus CA. Who do we got? Oh, Jenna Mariska. Jenna Moraska, yes, who left the game in week three of Survivor All-Stars.
Starting point is 00:33:31 Good friend of Rob. And yeah, there's our verbal rebust. Rob, I think you don't. like when there's a clue that connects syllables from the first name to the last name. I think that was interesting. I think that that was fine. Okay. No, I think you've evolved because I remember I did that once and you didn't like it.
Starting point is 00:33:46 As long as it sounds right. It is the name. It is her name. Jen Amoraska. Yeah. Okay. All right. There you go. Very clever. Okay. Josh, what do you want to tell people? And the important thing is we got there. We got there. There's been some of the other ones.
Starting point is 00:34:05 where I'm listening, Rob, where you're going crazy about the verbal rebus. And it's just like, it doesn't even spell out the name. But it spells it out sort of usually. Yeah, exactly. 95% of the time. Every time. Yep. That was well done, though. So, Josh, what do you want to tell people to check out? Yeah, absolutely. Right now, I am fundraising for the Eastern Pennsylvania Epilepsy Foundation. I'm currently on the board and have been fundraising for our gala on April 10th and have really been doing that.
Starting point is 00:34:43 Yeah, yeah. It's very one of the few times I get all black tie tuxed up once a year and it's a lovely night fundraising and spreading awareness for a cause near and dear to my heart. Okay, all right. Well, great job with that.
