RHAP: We Know Survivor - Who Will the Jury Vote for?
Episode Date: May 19, 2026Who Will the Jury Vote for? It’s Survivor 50 finale week, and Rob Cesternino is back for a special pre-finale jury votes breakdown! With the finale just one day away, Rob takes a deep dive into the ...strategic scenarios facing the remaining castaways, analyzing who the jury might reward and why as the game’s biggest season races toward its epic conclusion. Rob guides listeners through the tangled web of the final five—Tiffany, Joe, Rizo, Aubry, and Jonathan—and unpacks the jury’s likely voting blocs, drawing sharp insights from the season’s shifting alliances and rivalries. He spotlights Tiffany as the prime jury favorite thanks to her strong social relationships and impressive run from the bottom, even as big threats like Cirie, Rick Devens, and Ozzy have exited the game. The episode gets granular, mapping out multiple ways the final three could shake out and who carries the best chance for the million-dollar prize. Key highlights include: – Tiffany’s underdog story and why the jury may favor her over flashier “resume” plays – Rizo’s surprising win path if he “bro downs” with Joe and Jonathan at the end – The voting dynamics among swing jurors like Rick, Christian, and Emily – How Jonathan’s “honor and integrity” block could make or break his game in a tightly split vote – Aubry’s best scenarios and the rare strategic position she holds depending on the final three makeup With so many combinations on the table, Rob wrestles with the question: will likability and relationships trump big moves and flash, or will the jury reward someone who claims a bold strategic game? The endgame could flip on just a couple of votes—who will outwit, outplay, and outlast to claim Survivor 50? everybody, what's going on? It's the Survivor finale week. It's the day before the Survivor finale.
I'm going to the finale and sure I could be packing and getting ready for my trip, but I'm a crazy
person, okay? And I wanted to talk about who's the jury going to vote for? And I thought this
would be fun. I got a lot of positive feedback about the last time I put together a visual
representation to look at all of this. And so I figured I've only got one chance left to do this
in Survivor 50.
And so I figured, why not?
Let's take a look at who the jury might vote for as we head into Wednesday's finale.
Here we go.
It's the final five.
We've got everybody in the final five up on top.
We've got the jury here on the bottom.
I'm going to walk you through the scenarios as I see them.
And I'm often wrong, but I thought it would be a fun thought experiment to see how everything's
looking heading in.
to the finale. And so we, of course, we lost Surrey last week. We lost Rick Devons. We lost
Ozzy, a bunch of the heavy hitters. It seems like that there's not anybody who seems like
a runaway in terms of what they've done here to steamroll the game. But let's talk about the person
who I think has the best chance to win over this jury. We saw it talked about in the episode.
This is my winner pick. I think that Tiffany is the person who I think has,
the best chance in front of this jury, because we could line these people up with Tiffany.
And let's just say she goes to the end with one of her allies is Joe.
Tiffany is a lot bigger than Joe here.
Try to make this as close to as realistic as possible.
Let's say she goes to the end with Joe and Rizzo.
I just think that there are a lot of votes.
I think we have some voting blocks in the jury.
Even if the Chrissy and coaches of the world start to line up for Joe, Jonathan, maybe also,
it feels like that there's a lot of friends of Tiffany that are on this jury.
I actually think in a lot of the Tiffany scenarios, the voting block that's going to decide it.
Remember the middle?
Remember Christian and Rick and Emily?
What are they going to do?
Stephanie maybe could be a Joe, but I think ultimately Ozzie comes down on where Surrey goes.
I think Aubrey here is a Tiffany voter.
And I do think that at the end of the day, Rick Devons isn't voting for Joe.
I think that they're not voting for Rizzo.
I think that these three end up also being on the Tiffany train.
And I think that that's the case when you look at Tiffany in a lot of these scenarios.
Let's take Aubrey and let's put her in there.
maybe instead of the Riz God.
And this is going to get a little complicated
because we have so many people that were here on the screen
and try to move them out of the way.
But with Aubrey here with Tiffany in the final three,
again, I think that Joe's going to keep some of his numbers here,
but I think a lot of the Tiffany support
isn't necessarily going anywhere.
I think that the question mark here in Tiffany versus Aubrey
ends up being the quote-unquote,
middle, but I think that you could see a scenario where even if Rick and Christian vote for
Aubrey here, I don't think that Emily necessarily votes with them. And I think that Emily
could end up, we know she's friends with Dee, maybe wants to vote for a fellow New Arrow
woman here. I'm not sure what Stephanie would do. Stephanie did not seem super high on Joe in
the exit press. So maybe Stephanie could even be a Tiffany voter. We've got Ozzy as well.
What does Rizzo do?
Ultimately, this could be even like a split.
Maybe Rizzo goes for Aubrey.
Maybe Rizzo ends up coming back for Tiffany.
Even if he goes Joe, that's a 5-4-2 vote.
I think that seems pretty unlikely.
We've never really have that type of vote here.
But it is a big jury.
But I think that ultimately, Tiffany seems to me,
she just has this base of support.
I feel like she has Sari, she has D,
that we talked about the mayor of Ponderosa,
but she kind of has like this really great support
in the beginning of the jury and then also this great support at the end of the jury.
And I know people are probably saying, but what did Tiffany do?
What were her big moves?
And if you at all have been listening to me on the podcast and certainly if you happen to read
this book, I talk about how the resume I think is overrated, the jury is going to vote for
the person that they like the best.
And I think that Tiffany just has the most likeability of any of the players that are left.
She has this great story where she was at the bottom at the beginning of the merge,
and people didn't even want to write her name down when they were splitting the votes against D.
And so I think that Tiffany, she has won all these immunities.
There was another one that she could have won that ended up being on a booth review going to Jonathan.
And in one of my favorite movies of all time, the Back to the Future series, probably Back to the Future 3,
not necessarily my favorite of that.
Doc Brown says to Martin McFlellan, you're not thinking,
fourth dimensionally. And if we end up in this scenario where Tiffany ends up in the final three,
she must have won at least another immunity along the way. Maybe she made the fire if the fans
voted for her. So we're talking about Tiffany where she's gone on this comp run. I think everybody
wants to get her out. So I think if she gets there, I think she's the winner of the season. I also
think that the other four players realize that. And I think that Tiffany is likely to not be in the
final three. So that was a lot of work just to show. I think Tiffany is the favorite in terms of the
jury, but I don't think that she will end up being there. I think a lot of the interesting
scenarios involve a combination of Jonathan and the other players. I would like to talk about, I think,
maybe the best scenario for Jonathan and also potentially the best scenario for the Riz God, where I've been
kind of down on Rizzo's chances of making the, getting the jury votes, even though I think that
there's a good chance he could get to the final three. But when we start to line things up here,
this is probably where I think Rizzo has the best chance to win. Now, Jonathan, much like in
our political world, I think he has a really strong base. I don't know how well Jonathan is doing
with the swing voters here on this jury. We suspect John.
Jonathan is going to have coach in his corner.
I suspect Jonathan is going to have Chrissy as one of his jury votes, and you would certainly
think he has Stephanie.
That's a really solid base for Jonathan.
But how many of the other voters can Jonathan pull over?
I do think that this is his best setup here.
I think that Joe's support really craters if Jonathan ends up getting into the final
three with Joe. I don't think that Joe has one vote here necessarily. Maybe Tiffany, it's possible that
we saw that they have a relationship. Maybe it's a mercy vote for Joe. So that's an interesting
one to throw a vote to Tiffany. But does Rizzo, is Rizzo able to pull in? We talked about the
block of voters of Christian and Rick and Emily. Are these potential Rizzo voters? Is this where we could see
potentially if Rizzo is going to win the game, is this his most likely scenario?
Could potentially, now, I think we've seen a lot more Jonathan and Aubrey.
I really do think, I think that Aubrey votes for Jonathan if he gets to the end of the game.
I think we've seen more conversations between Aubrey and Jonathan than Rizzo and Jonathan.
And I think that she's a swing voter for sure.
But we know D was not a fan of Jonathan.
She's probably neutral on Joe that she did have that conversation with Rizzo.
she feel betrayed by him? She hasn't seen the episode. I think that she does end up going for Rizzo.
So we've got four for Rizzo, four for Jonathan. What does Sari and Ozzie end up doing?
Do they end up going for Ceres, Wizard of Oz? I think that there certainly is a possibility that
they could. And this, I think, is the best winning scenario for Rizzo to bro down with Joe and
Jonathan, I've wondered if this is what Rizzo is doing the whole way through. We've seen him talk
about I want to be a legend. I want to be one of the greatest players of all time. Do you talk like that?
And then really, your number one alliance is Sari and Ozzy, two players that would smoke him
in the final three. I do wonder if maybe certainly Rizzo and Joe were tighter than we've seen
in the episodes. And I do wonder if these three guys at some point said, hey, do you want to do all
three guys bro down and go to the final three. And the producers felt like maybe the audience isn't
going to love that story as much. Maybe let's not highlight that that's a theory. I don't know if it's
real or not. I do think that that's Rizzo's best chances to win. But if we take, I've got Joe in a
lot of these scenarios and I just don't think he has a lot of support. So I think that he's an easy
person to keep in the final three. I think an interesting one here, I guess we could
let's keep Joe in here to make it simpler and then let's do one with, we'll put Rizzo in for Joe.
Aubrey and Jonathan and Joe.
And again, we talked about that Jonathan has his base where the people that were the honor and integrity people, they end up here.
Now, the interesting scenario might be if we take Joe out and put Rizzo in, that I think that Joe would become a Jonathan voter.
so let's keep Joe in there for a minute.
Where's Rizzo going?
I think that's a question mark.
But when we start to have this scenario with Jonathan and Joe and Aubrey,
let's put Tiffany over there.
Let's put D over there.
I think that Emily probably lines up for Aubrey.
I think also Surrey and Ozzy,
I think that they, we haven't really seen Ozzie and Aubrey too much other than when
Ozzie told Aubrey.
Aubrey the plan, but we know Surrey has warm feelings towards Aubrey. So let's put
Surrey over here. That's a fourth vote. Christian and Rick, what are they going to do? I don't
think that they end up going with Jonathan. They sent the idol to Aubrey. I think that they also
become Aubrey voters. And so when we go over here, that's already six for Aubrey. I think
Ozzy ends up doing what Surrey does, frankly. And then Rizzo, perhaps he could end up being
a vote for Joe or a vote for Jonathan. It doesn't matter at this point. Aubrey has so much support.
So I think that this is Aubrey's best combination, potentially, her with Jonathan and Joe.
And even if we end up with the scenario I was talking about where let's put Rizzo in there instead of Joe,
I think that Joe becomes a Jonathan voter. But I think that Aubrey's support isn't really going
anywhere. So I think if Aubrey ends up in the end with the guys, unless Joe,
Jonathan can peel off some of these voters.
I've said I thought that he did good jury management with Ozzy.
It's possible that he could get Ozzy,
but I'm not sure where Jonathan's sixth vote is coming from here,
even in this scenario, where I don't think that Rick and Christopher,
unless they're feeling terribly betrayed by Aubrey,
I don't think that Dee or Tiffany is going to go for Jonathan over Aubrey.
Maybe I guess if Aubrey totally has burned Tiffany after this re-vote, but is Tiffany voting for Jonathan in the final three?
I just, I don't see it.
So I think that Aubrey's best scenario here ends up being where it's her and any of the three guys.
And I think that she loses if Tiffany is in the final three.
But I think that Aubrey ends up beating any combination of the three guys.
And if you take Aubrey out and if it's an old three guys final three, like, I guess I didn't think it was possible, but I think that Rizzo ends up having it.
And that's possible that the jury just feels like, hey, Rizzo hasn't paid his dues.
They want to have some respect for the game that Jonathan has played.
Maybe Jonathan has a great final tribal council speech.
So I think that Jonathan's best chance to win the game, I think, is still with the three guys.
So if it's Jonathan and Joe and Rizzo in the final three,
I said I think that that's Rizzo's best chance to win,
but I think it might also be Jonathan's best chance to win the game.
And as far as Joe goes, Joe, I got nothing for you.
I think that maybe for Joe, maybe the best ending for him in this season
ends up being where he gets to the final four
and gets like a heroic exit where that they say,
oh, Joe, you're too big of a threat.
We can't beat you in the end.
I think that's going to be hard for Joe to swallow if he ends up being going from a one-vote
finalist in Survivor 48 ultimately to a zero-vote finalist in Survivor 50.
But we'll see how it all goes with the jury.
I did this before season 43, and I was so wrong about this.
So you never really know what the jury is thinking.
So I would say that my jury power rankings are, number one is Tiffany.
If she sits there at the end, I don't think anybody can be.
Tiffany. Any combination you put up there, I think that Tiffany is going to win. I think she draws away
the support that Aubrey eventually has. I think Aubrey is two in my jury power rankings.
I think that Risgod is number three in the jury power rankings. I do think that he beats any
combination of the guys that are left. I'll say that Jonathan is four, because I do think that there
is a possibility where if Rizzo just completely blows the final tribal council or Jonathan
a particularly great final tribal council.
Jonathan does a great job of making the case why he played the best game and really can articulate
his story of how he went from a person that was underestimated and came in there and actually
played a really strategic game that none of them saw coming.
I do think that potentially people could respect the game that he played.
And ultimately for Joe, I think everybody likes Joe.
I think that he's a great guy.
I just don't see a combination of players who are voting for Joe to win the million dollars.
And so there you have it.
There's my thought for season 50's final tribal council.
I can't believe that we're here.
It's been such a fun ride all along the season.
And I've had the best time.
I know season 50 has been just a absolute chaotic, wild ride that I think many of us purists did not necessarily,
we wouldn't have drawn it up this way.
But the thing that I will be grateful for as we come to the end of season 50 was there
was an excitement. It was an energy. People cared about Survivor, and I don't take that for granted,
because I felt like that at points in the new era. That was not always the case where people cared as
much as they do here during season 50. So I am very grateful for having this stretch of time when Survivor
has felt very important again. I am very thankful for the opportunity to go to the live
final tribal council and live reunion. I will have interviews from the red carpet both before
before the show begins on Wednesday night.
And then I will also do red carpet interviews
after the episode.
On Wednesday night, we will have a special live recap.
Stephen Fishback is traveling not to the finale.
And so Sam Phelan and Owen Knight will be back together.
They can talk about their perspective
of being in a final tribal council
and the differences in the Survivor After show
and the live reunion show.
I will try to call in and talk with the guys from the ground
of the red carpet post show.
And so I will, barring any technical issues,
I will be there for that.
And then I will also have regular exit interviews as well,
in addition to red carpet interviews,
as we will then put all of Survivor 50 into perspective.
Thank you for coming along with me on this ride.
Let me know what you think I got wrong in the comments.
Take care, everybody.
Have a good one.
Bye.
