I think it makes people, it's a scarcity thing.
It makes people want it more.
TikTok has confirmed they're testing stories.
Finally, TikTok has a way for you to share short videos.
You can tell things are going great right now because they're just adding alcohol to everything.
You're listening to the Radcast.
If it's radical, we cover it.
Here's your host, Ryan Alford.
Hey guys, what's up?
Welcome to the latest edition of the.
rad.
Rad cast.
What's up?
I've kind of added that to it.
That's fantastic.
It's fantastic.
You can't just be the rad cast.
It's jazzy.
Jazzy. Jazz. Rad, bad,
bad motherfucker.
Anyway.
Welcome to the show.
It is Friday.
August 13th.
Oh, gentlemen.
I had to get right at it.
Yeah.
Get right to it.
It's spooky season.
Oh, yes.
This is not the first time you, if you were the people at home,
this is not the first time you play that sound.
today.
20 fit.
And 24 of them scared me.
We're going to keep going at it.
I'm Ryan all for joined by Josh Hill.
Joey and Joe today.
Yeah.
No Sean.
No Sean.
I mean, we asked him not to be here today.
We can cut that out.
So, yeah, you know, it felt we were going Joey, Joe and Joey.
Joe.
Yeah.
We need that.
We need Sean for balance.
spiritually, emotionally, or?
Yeah.
Yes.
Yeah.
All the above.
He's a vitamin.
Joey, Joe, and Sean have joined the radical team.
They've been helping us write, script, act, do everything that's funny, interesting, and just taking
us to another level, guys.
Chores, Ryan's chores.
Yeah, did you get his car washed or not?
We still have to do that after this.
I got his motorcycle wash, not his car.
Okay.
All right.
We'll get right on it, right.
Sorry.
My golf cart needs a good buffing, too, out there.
That's what she said.
I don't think I did that right.
Are you guys Friday the 13th fans?
Like either the movie or otherwise?
I like horror.
A lot.
I just watched American Horror Story in 1984.
And that is the knockoff of Friday of 13th a little bit.
It's pretty good.
That's pretty good.
I like that one.
Did you actually watch that one?
I did watch it.
I watched it quite a while ago.
No big deal.
Okay.
Josh, you're a horror fan?
I am, but I haven't seen Friday the 13th.
Oh, my.
My God.
Double.
You're going to get it.
You're going to get it.
I mean, but any, what's your favorite horror film?
We'll go around, round table here.
Favorite horror films.
Probably a tie between the witch and hereditary.
Very scary.
Never heard of either one of those.
I've heard of the witch.
The witch was pretty scary.
I've heard of a witch.
Yeah.
So I don't.
Is it like that?
Yeah, pretty much.
Perfect.
Like the wicked witch of the West.
Sure.
Both.
Yeah.
Big fan of both.
Never keep up which one was which.
Yeah, that's what I was talking about is the Wizard of Oz.
The favorite horror movie.
Scared me.
That was a scary scene with the monkeys flying in on, you know, top of.
Yeah.
It was like a seven-year-old.
I was terrified.
Oh, absolutely.
Anyway, yeah, I like probably the 13th, though.
I like the scary movies.
Like, the shit now is just not that.
It's like, the purge.
I'm like, are you kidding me?
More gold.
right than it is yeah it's like okay
when I love about the purge though
it's like people are like always
talking about like when it comes
to violence and stuff they're like we're too crazy
I'm gonna go home and watch the purge
and it's like this is like the most
violent movie ever made I'm just gonna relax
by watching the purge man
kick back
kick back and watch the purge
I like to purge the purge
yeah I think my favorite
and this might be controversial is
Candyman remember Candyman oh yeah
I think they're making another one.
Oh,
maybe,
but that's,
that scared me pretty good.
It was scary.
Yeah.
Something like that quasi-believable
slash scared the crap out of me.
Set in what Chicago,
I guess?
Yeah.
Gritty,
was gritty.
Serial killer and,
you know.
It scared me.
Is there a Chicago movie that's not gritty?
I bet.
That's hilarious.
Blues brothers?
That's gritty,
though,
a little.
The Muppets take,
oh,
that's Manhattan.
Yeah.
That's great.
That's pretty gritty, though, too.
If you watch it.
Anything said in the city is immediately gritty.
Gritty, I mean.
Martin Scorsesey put it.
Urban.
Gritty.
There's a new fan film called Jason Rising.
I was doing my research for Friday the 13th of the episode and came across the trailer.
Pretty scary, actually.
But I'm sure at certain points, though.
The fan films start going downhill fast.
They do.
No.
No go.
Like, they can make the trailer look good, but then it's like, oh, the acting.
Well, they can get, like, the rights to.
some of the stuff probably and like
they probably can't do
as cool stunts.
Well the whole Friday 13th
movie is tied up in court right now
supposedly. That's why there hadn't been one in like
15 years. I learned that too.
Because the original
screenplay writer
who supposedly
wrote it and transitioned
rights to a director, the first director,
he came back after
the fact and said he didn't really
mean to and it's been in like a peels
Of course, there's probably more through it.
Someone's going, you know, actually it was, you know, it was in the 13th Circuit Court of Chicago.
They, uh, whatever.
It's tied up in court.
You've seen Freddie versus Jason, but have you seen Jason versus Warner Brothers Studios?
This time it's personal.
He's back with a vengeance.
Sounds gritty.
We've had a good week at Radical.
The Radcast is picking up steam.
We had Spencer Pratt.
His episode launches next week from The Hills.
Yep.
You guys watch The Hills.
Do you guys Hills fans?
Hills have eyes.
Yeah.
To stay on the horror theme.
Yes.
Yeah.
Very good.
I have watched the Hills.
I was not a huge fan.
Yeah.
Hot girls on there.
Yeah.
Pretty hot.
For sure.
Yeah.
I like that.
Lauren Conrad.
Sure.
Yeah.
Nothing wrong with looking at her back in 2007.
Yeah, whenever that was.
She works in a Denny's now.
So probably not.
No. He's got like a line at Coles or something.
Oh, okay. I'll stop by.
With my Coles Cash.
I got a lot of Coles cash.
You've got the app.
Saved up, yeah.
For sure, obviously.
But Spragash, we're actually doing work for Spencer's.
Pratt Daddy.com.
I saw that.
It's telling crystals. It's exciting.
That was crystals.
I saw some people.
Right. People selling crystals outside.
We are in an urban area.
I was under the train tracks over there.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Do you channel it with a tin foil pipe?
Because that's what he was, yeah, he had a broken light bulb.
He was trying to.
It's just the packaging.
Okay.
Praddaddy.com.
Yes.
That is.
So that's his website.
Yes, that is his website.
We're going to be doing SEO optimization content, you know,
getting him in Hoddy Montag looking like a million dollars selling real crystals and meteorites.
She probably doesn't need your help to look like a million dollars.
That's clear.
Quite clear.
Yes.
He might.
But she does not.
No, he doesn't.
Caulfay Anderson, who was on Country Ever After on Netflix, if you haven't seen it.
Good.
But country music artist.
He won two awards, number one, two awards for things that have never happened on the radcast.
Number one, the most energy of any guests we've ever had.
I mean, like, off the chain, positivity, awesome dude.
Number two, serenade, guitar and song for, I wouldn't call it.
just for me, but for our listeners.
It was just for you.
He played a couple of jams.
He said your name is.
The song was called Ryan Alford.
Owner of radical.
But it could have been for anybody.
Yeah.
Hey, but hey, if you're listening to this, you need to listen.
We've got some big hitters coming up.
And Tyler Rich, who's got several big hits on country music.
He's going to be a guest next month.
And a couple guests that I've got to keep up my sleeve.
I can't really, their agents haven't completely, uh,
authorized release notes yet.
But things are heating up.
Wow card.
Wow card.
So to be clear, he had more energy than we do.
Is that what you're saying?
I thought about on the guest interviews, not the news interviews.
Okay.
Well, that's fair.
Do you like people, well, obviously, buddy, but do you guys like people that are energetic or at times are you like, dude?
I like, on the podcast.
Yeah, sure.
Because it's like, I don't have to, it's not like pulling teeth to get them to talk about.
things, you know?
But in real life, like, you know, it's, it can go,
dialed down a little bit.
That's why I'm on the podcast, but he put me over in the cubicle just away from him.
Because you're a ball of energy.
Oh, yeah.
That's what I'm known for.
Is that what you're known for?
Okay.
I actually saw his interview and he seemed to be licking his gums a lot and scratching his
neck.
So I don't, do you think that's, I don't know.
He was sniffling a lot, too.
I don't know where that energy came from.
Oh, boy.
Is it natural?
Allegedly.
So, yes.
So keep on the lookout for all things.
Radcast,
the big hitters coming.
And we're intermixing some marketing guests.
We've got some guys from Nielsen here today to talk the upper and lower funnel,
which may not sound as interesting to everyone,
but the purchase funnel.
And it's going to be actually exciting for me as a marketing geek.
Okay.
But Nielsen is the rating.
people. Yes, they are. Nice. Okay. Yes.
So, uh, we're going to talk about the, uh, we aren't going to talk about the death of
television, but, they're aware of it. Yeah.
They're aware of it. You're going to bring it up and they're going to be like, what?
What? What? The death of what? What are you talking about? Chris Farley.
We secretly changed your, uh, coffee for, uh, Folgers or whatever. I showed you.
You did what? You're Columbia. You've caught with B. F crystals.
TV ratings have secretly been dying for years.
You son of a bitch.
You son of a bitch.
Who knew?
Yeah.
Hey, social holidays this week.
We've got two that are really exciting.
National Relaxation Day is August 15th.
Perfect.
It's the 15th?
Two days.
That's Sunday.
Oh, crap.
I took five Xanax today.
You're a little early.
Yeah.
It might last until then.
You took five.
And August 16th, the day after.
is National Tel-Joke Day.
Okay.
I'll be thinking of a good one.
You guys want to hear a joke?
Yeah.
Okay.
No.
It's not even National Tel-Joke Day, but I'd love to.
You want to get out ahead of it?
Yeah, I can't want to get out of it.
Let's do it.
Let's do it.
Let's do it.
Let's hear it.
I walked in on my roommates, and they were making love on the kitchen table.
And I had to have that roommate conversation where I say,
mom and dad, you got to quit doing that.
You're shaking the whole trailer.
They didn't like it.
Wait, you can boo me.
Go ahead and play a boo sound.
He didn't like that one.
Same thing.
They went a popsicle.
Come on.
Someone tell a better joke then, all right?
I would never expose myself like that.
I would expose myself, to be clear, just not like that.
So in some real marketing news.
The
Wendy's is actually doing
So it's Friday the 13th
And for Friday the 13th weekend
Now we're extending it to the whole weekend
Whatever that means
Yeah
But it's known for being bad luck
I mean there's a whole history
Of Friday 13th being bad luck
But Wendy's wants to clear your bad luck
By giving away croissant sandwiches
In the morning
They're pushing their big breakfast stuff
So if you want a free croissant
Depending on when you're listening to this podcast
It releases at 4.30 a.m.
So you still have time.
Oh.
But you have Friday and Saturday to get a free croissant.
They're participating.
Participating.
Okay.
Astric.
That's an asterisk.
Wendy's.
So just to be clear, hey, what you say?
How is getting food poisoning going to clear my bad blood?
Wendy's is not a sponsor of the recast.
No longer.
Okay.
Just now got the text.
Yeah.
They're never coming on.
Yeah.
Yeah. So, like I said earlier, I mean, when I think fresh homemade croissants, instantly I think Wendy's.
I mean, I really value restaurants that don't do one thing really well. They just kind of like diversify the food offerings.
Kind of like a grocery store. I think it's normally a sign of a good establishment.
Kind of like Hardee's used to do. Hot dogs, ham sandwiches, burgers, chicken. They used to have fried chicken at Hart.
parties.
Yes, they did.
From Clemson.
Oh, yes.
I will say this.
I am not a huge fast food guy anymore.
But when I think of like breakfast fast food, I do like a croce sandwich from Burger King.
Or some French toastics.
I'll agree with that.
Neither one of which are very good for you.
No.
Those are tasty.
You know.
Taco Bell's breakfast, not bad.
Yeah.
Interesting.
Not bad.
The breakfast crunch wrap.
The what wrap?
The crunch wrap.
The crunch wrap.
Okay.
That was a different thing.
It's not bad.
It's very bad for you.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
You guys are going to hate on Wendy's and go to Taco Bell?
No.
Make a run for the border.
Come on.
Winnie's isn't one of my tops for like lunch and dinner, you know, the late night snacks.
You can't beat the 4-4-4.
I could agree with that.
Wendy's is it somehow seems better than the McDonald's and the Burger King.
Also not sponsors of the Ratcast.
No.
No, okay.
That's what it's all fast food
It is all fast food
For some reason
It seems better
It does
Maybe because they used to have that
No they do seem better
The Czech fillet seems better
It does
It's not though
It's not
It's better for you
But they fooled the whole world
They're like Satan
They've made everyone believe
That you know
It's not exist
Like it's unhealthy
Yeah
I like that
I like that analogy
They would not like that
I would hate me off
You put the menu on a white back
background.
That's what makes it healthier.
You get some teenagers in the parking lot with iPads.
Yeah.
All of a sudden it's healthy.
He held the door for me.
It must be healthy.
They have kale.
We're sticking with the fast food theme here.
So if you've ever been to McDonald's and I have kids,
so we go regularly for the Happy Meals.
Hold on.
I thought you said you didn't do fast food.
My kids.
You have how many drive-throughs I've gone through and never bought a thing for myself?
About $10,000.
But have you ever seen?
tried to order an ice cream for, I mean, or McClury for a McDonald's.
And what's usually the issue?
Machine's broken.
The machine's broken.
Yeah.
Well, hey, it's been revealed.
The reason the ice cream machine and the McClory machine is broken is because
the maker of it purposefully put it a default in the software with which they have the
monopoly to fix.
That's why they're always down.
And it's true.
Brilliant.
Brilliant.
Right.
I mean, that doesn't get much smarter than that.
And it's just absolutely crippled McDonald's.
They're struggling.
They're out of it.
I think it makes people, it's a scarcity thing.
It makes people want it more.
Yeah.
Oh, they don't, bro.
Oh, shit.
I'm thinking about it three days.
Then they really come in.
They order seven of them.
They don't want.
Pour them all over their head.
Oh, that's, no.
No?
I think I've seen that one.
Yeah.
There's nothing more disappointing than you have kids.
You're going there for the ice cream.
And then you pull up to the.
drive-through sign and they put it.
Someone's taped it up there and
you know quasi-English
ice cream machine broken. You guessed it. Our ice cream machine
is broken. Yeah. As usual.
Fuck.
Like kids are like crying. I'm like,
it's okay. Well, go to Wendy's.
You're Frosty's.
Frosties. Have you guys seen? I never saw the founder.
You know what I'm talking about? The McDonald's movie.
Oh, yeah. Oh, yeah.
They're going to make a sequel, though, called
The Founder 2, the Ice Cream Machine is down.
He's having like an existential crisis
about all his ice cream machines being down.
He comes back from the dead
To resolve the ice cream machine issue
He goes undercover at Wendy's to find out the frosty
How do they do with the frosties is so good with it
All right I'm leaving
We've been Joey and Joe
Thank you so much
It's an elimination podcast
The Elimination
It went right off
So this week in TikTok Josh
What you got for us?
Oh man
Two good things
Probably the most popular soundups
I've seen used right now is the like
it's it's weird to like explain
because it's like this little kid voice being like
I like you have a cupcake I like you have a cupcake
and then I like you
but it's people just like sharing their likes and dislikes
and then like very creative
worth exploring
like it with like I don't know people have used it for everything
so far
and then the thing that's terrified me
and also maybe
me laugh a lot is this there's this one guy who has like he's got like eight million followers or
something and all he does is just read he green screens himself with like a tweet and it's just like
not a funny tweet it's just like a relatable thing it's like things everyone does and he's in like
check under the bed like before getting like check for monsters under the bed before you get go to
sleep and he's like laughing like so hard he's like ha ha ha that's so real
And like, but he just has all these followers and all these likes.
And people have started duetting him with the most terrifying like pictures.
It'll be like a pig like that's in black and white with like devil horns or something.
And they're like the voiceovers were like, Benjamin, turn on the duets or I will find you and I will kill you.
And it's like super threatening.
And some of them are like really.
But like for a while, my page was like all these videos and like every three.
videos with someone duetting him like being like you must stop this nonsense right now i love it do you think
we could start a tic-tock trend with on friday the 13th i think we could sure let's do it do it
everyone copy this sound that's 28 for you joey i'm numb inside right now i'm just desensitized
you're more dead inside than you were before it's right i had a wendy's croissant i drank too much
coffee. I got scared a bunch of times.
I told a bunch of bad jokes. I'm just here.
All right. We're going to get to the official marketing and advertising news of the week.
This is the juicy stuff. Yeah. Who's ready? Yeah. Oh, yeah. All right. We're getting to it.
First, in the least shocking news in social media history, TikTok has confirmed. They're testing stories.
Finally, TikTok has a way for you to share short videos.
How else would you do it?
I mean, yeah.
Yeah, it's brilliant.
I know.
It's like, okay.
This is like, uh, okay.
Yeah.
Like, isn't that what TikTok is?
Pretty much.
Everything's turning into everything else.
Yeah.
Every social media is going to be just one.
Well, Twitter just got rid of their fleets.
They're like, fuck it.
We can't fit in.
No one's doing it.
Right.
Oh, yeah.
Instagram's held on to it.
Or not, excuse me.
LinkedIn is held on to stories.
I thought they would get rid of it because.
You know, I use it like once every month.
I'm like, oh, yeah, I guess I could post there.
Oh, yeah.
But I forget about it.
LinkedIn is my least looked at ever social media.
Yeah.
Well.
I guess you got a job.
You don't need to look at LinkedIn.
This is true.
Yeah.
I get a lot.
I have their testing it.
I don't know.
You know what I mean?
That's not.
What are you doing to work today?
We're testing stories.
Barry.
Who knows what will happen?
That could be an explosion or something.
I know.
They're wearing goggles.
They're going to put it.
I mean, TikTok covers your whole screen with the video.
Yeah.
Yes.
Where's it going to go?
I mean, that's what they're testing.
You click on, you hit the picture, like, kind of like on Instagram, the photo on your thing.
Maybe.
Is it going to be like five-second videos?
Probably.
How interesting can you be in one second?
One-second video.
Hey, I.
It's the exact same as the TikTok.
but you have to cherish them
because you can never go back and see it again.
Oh, I don't know.
They're Snapchat now too.
Everything is everything.
Can anyone pronounce the name of that kind of comment?
Epithedermal.
You know what I'm talking about.
Yes.
That's something got a name.
I'm like epidermal.
It's disappearing content, but it has a,
it has like a true name
and I'm butchering the hell out of it.
I've never heard that.
You know what I'm talking about, right, Josh?
Yeah, I do.
I'm not like making this up, Emma.
No, you're not.
You can be honest
It's one of those words that like I have a whole vocabulary of words that I
Have never heard said out loud
I've only seen it
You've read it, read it, read it in your mind
But then you just like mumbled over it
Oh yeah, you know the other than content
Like yeah, I'm an expert in that
Just blaze over it
Do you get that?
You're okay?
I don't know where I am anymore
I'm hallucinating
Between that and there's Xanax
You should have taken one more
Saturday the 14th is International Hospital Day for Joe.
Yeah.
International stomach pump day.
So this is actually my most, my mostest favoriteest news of the week.
Dude, that was bad English, bro.
Sorry, it's a radcast.
Hey, hey, hey, hey.
Get careful.
I gave me an amen.
Hey, Pepsi and Boston beer are partnering to make hard Mountain Dew.
Like Hard Viagra Mountain Dew?
Mike's hard lemonade.
Mike, it's a hard Mountain Dew.
So not by that.
It does not give you.
Mountain Dew does that to me anyway.
I can't drink it.
Soft drink, more like a hard drink.
There you go.
Wow.
Mountain don't do that.
You know what I mean?
Man, this is close to a redneck margarita, which is just tequila and
tequila and mountain dew.
Oh, yeah.
Wasn't Mountain Dew originally made?
Isn't there something about how it was originally made to mix with moonshine or something like that?
Yes.
So that's the...
It makes sense to me.
I'm going to have one.
I'm going to have one.
I'm going to have one.
I'm probably the only one.
I'd have one case.
Yeah.
Turns your mouth.
One of those in like 11 ultras or something.
Sure.
Mix them together in a bucket.
PJ.
It's a bathtub.
There's some mountain, some watermelons in there.
Oh, be perfect.
The mix of will balance it out, though.
Wait, okay, does it taste, like, is it supposed to taste more like liquor or, like, you said Boston beers?
That's hard Mountain Dew.
I think it's supposed to be like one of those, like a hard lemonade slash Mountain Dew.
Hey.
It's just funny that everything is hard, like hard liquor.
Hard Pepsi, hard.
Dr. Pepper.
Is everything just going to be?
Everything's having an injection.
The adult experience is just pure escaping.
Like anything we do now is just like in pursuit of getting drunk at like, let's go to the movies.
What do you want to do?
Get drunk.
Let's go to the football game.
What do you do?
How can I take my mind off how depressing my life is.
I was just like you can tell things are going great right now because they're just adding alcohol to everything.
Hard milk.
Exactly.
Yeah.
Eggnong, I guess.
I go.
Fair enough.
Yeah.
Escapism.
We live in a world of escapism.
Yeah.
We do.
And finally, AMC says it will start.
accepting Bitcoin
slash Dogecoin as payment.
Dogecoin, really?
Some kind of cryptocurrency.
I laughed at that because I read an article that it opened with, yeah, the majority
of our shareholders love that, like love Bitcoin.
And it was like flashback to earlier in the year with the like all the AMC people like buying
just like outrageous amounts of shares.
And like, yeah, the majority stakeholders probably some like 20, like.
like 21-year-old and like a, yeah, it's Daniel.
And if you rode, and if you got out the right time, you made money.
Yeah, it's all these, all these, uh, you're dying to do that.
These Rediders.
It's a really long one, too.
That's good.
I was like all of it going out.
That's good.
You don't want to have flush.
That's for sure.
I've got to have full flush.
Yeah.
No efficiency toilets here.
Yeah.
But, uh, did anyone buy any aims to you when it was up, down and around?
I've got it on my watch list for some reason because, I mean, that's well over by now, right?
Yeah, that and the GameStop thing.
I don't know.
You never know.
I bought Dogecoin.
Yeah, I still have it.
Yeah, well, yeah, I do too.
I cashed out a couple times.
I've been on the right side of a couple of theirs.
Really?
Yeah.
I bought some with EOS, you know that one?
Uh-uh.
Yeah, I don't get that one.
I bought some of that one in it.
I've cashed out once.
Mm-hmm.
It's back to where it was.
So I also, did you, did you, the Shiba Inu coin?
No.
I bought some of that, too.
I've like literally.
like seven million of those. Right now I'll own is Ether and Ether, which is pretty legit,
kind of right behind Dick.
Ether and Doge is the only thing I've held on to.
But XRP, guy at our office, Callan, who's, he's a geek on all this stuff. He knows way too
much about it. And he's told us about XRP. And I kind of, I bought that pretty early,
it made some money. I'm sitting on it, but it's going back. It went down like everything else
last couple months, but now it's gone up like 25% this week.
Ripple, XRP.
Ripple, yeah.
Yeah.
To be clear, that Shiba, you knew, I didn't mean to make it sound like it was worth a penny.
Yeah.
It's like 0.0,000.
Yeah, that classic.
This is not financial advice.
I have like $7 million of it, and it's like $5.
He saw Avengers 7 with a Shiba, you knew coin.
But that's such a wild wild list because like you can buy it at 0.001 and if it goes to a penny,
you can make like, you know, $1,000 on $5.
Like, it's like crazy.
Yeah.
Or, you know, a lot more if you put in a thousand.
Or you buy it and it shits the bed and then you lose all the money.
I know.
But that's why you put in as much, it's kind of like gambling.
It's gambling.
Let's be clear.
This is not investing.
This is gambling.
Yeah.
You put in, I put in a couple thousand on a few and did all right.
Just say that.
You don't want to do more than you're comfortable losing.
Exactly.
This is true.
That's the disclaimer.
That's what my bookie told me.
Yeah.
Also known as my Robin Hood associate.
it.
It is basically gambling though, right?
Yeah.
Oh, it went up.
Why?
I thought it was interesting when I got an email.
It said,
Bookie at Robinhood.com.
I thought that's just a, you know.
Yeah, that's weird.
Oh, my God.
Investment platform.
There's owning it.
Planet Money has a great, like,
whoever, the guy who runs their TikTok account is brilliant,
but he made a TikTok on, like,
stocks and, like, crypto and stuff.
And he was like, yeah, stocks are like a really great way to, like,
invest in things.
Like, it's really stable.
It just like promotes growth and you can tell what's going on.
And someone's like, I'm going to buy a thousand of these of this because the,
because the, uh, the ticker symbols, but.
And the next guy was like, I'm going to buy a thousand because of this guy because he likes it.
And the next guy was like, yeah, I want to do that too.
And the guy's like, wait, wait, you're not supposed to do it like that.
You're supposed to do it unlike companies you trust.
He's like, I like the name, but.
And he's like, and he was like, oh, man, this doesn't work.
It's fun.
It's a good description of what.
happens early in the year.
I don't participate, but just hearing you guys, the diversity of the currency, the names,
like XRP, that sounds like a type of Jaguar car, where it's like ether that sounds like,
it's pretty hard.
It sounds like plasma or some bodily food, you know, and then all this dog stuff, it's like for
babies, right?
Yeah.
It's all very silly.
You're a baby.
It's for babies.
Yes.
I will be when my Benjamin button, he sets in.
I think I'm going to make a crypto coin.
I call it called the Radcoin.
I mean, why not?
Why not?
Yeah.
Can you do you?
Everyone else is doing it.
You guys want to get on it?
I've got it.
Get on the ground floor.
I'll sell it to you for a dollar or coin.
All right.
0.001.
Okay.
But you got to buy at least $20,000 worth.
Yikes.
So that I can invest in making it.
So you can take a class to figure out how to do that.
Yeah.
We're going to mine it in here.
We're just going to dig right through the bottom of the floor.
Sure.
Literally the ground floor.
Yeah.
I don't understand how it all work.
I mean,
I'm either not smart enough.
but it's like blockchain.
I understand like in theory, but like it's all a bunch of bullshit.
Yeah, I don't understand.
Or someone listening, it's not bullshit.
It's the future of currency.
Whatever.
That's a gambling aspect, though.
You're like, I did a couple dollars.
Yeah, I don't get it at all.
It's like betting on cricket.
Like, I don't understand how it works, but.
When smarter than people than me that I trust, tell me to buy something, I will buy, you know.
Sure.
Tell them to buy something right now.
She bet you know.
Wait, so now this is financial advice?
Oh, yeah, hey, I want to put the aster.
Take no advice on the Radcast.
It is personal mind, please check with your financial advisor for true advice.

Hey, we had to close the show with a little homage.
Sure.
Jason.
So I want to go all the way back to the beginning.
Just a second.
You asked if he liked the movies or just Friday the 13th.
Did you mean the day?
Yeah, like both.
I mean, like, who doesn't like the day?
Yeah.
People that bad stuff happens to them on the day, I guess.
It's a little hot today.
I don't know.
Yeah.
My son born on a Friday the 13th.
So, really?
Take whatever you will from that.
Thanks.
Owen.
Hi, Owen.
Son.
Hey, buddy.
He doesn't listen to this, to be clear.
Yeah.
He's got a lot.
He's got better stun to do.
It's hurting my feelings.
I'll bring him in.
You can punch him.
