Starting point is 00:00:00 You're listening to Robert Kelly's, you know what, dude, on the Riotcast network, riotcast.com. Today's episode is brought to you by my bookie for all your betting needs this season. Check out my bookie, use promo code YKWD and they'll double your first deposit. You play, you win, you get paid. I'm just gonna stick. What's up, old school YKWD? The original first intro music I've ever had, done to me, made for me by my friend Joe Derosa and his multi talents on a keyboard with a drum machine and his little lyrics. And it's only fitting because Joe Derosa's here right now on the YKWD old school back in the day, where it all started before them all by the way.
Starting point is 00:01:42 What's up, dude? Yeah. Me and Joey D, back in NYC, the place to be working in like a busy bee. My name's Kelly. I'll bring it to you now, fresh on the mic before you bang a die because I know the way you roll. You like it anyway. And that's why you're half gay. This bit. Oh, shit.
Starting point is 00:02:04 This, this, what's up with that? Stop it. You can't roll with it. This bit you're half gay. This bit. Oh, shit. This. What's up with that? Stop it. You can't roll with it. This bit you're doing. This bit you need to know this. This bit you're doing. There's no bit. No, what you're doing?
Starting point is 00:02:13 I just freestyle then you face and you're nervous. This is what would happen. But because I started in a black room. This is what old white guys would go up and do. Then the black would laugh at them and go, that's so funny how white they are. Oh, good. I have three white listeners. And they're cracking up right now.
Starting point is 00:02:30 So you're your fan base is old black people? Old white people. It's like ministers and shit. What's up, brother? It's great to see you. That was actually pretty good. You know, that was all right. For a guy that's never done it, yeah, it wasn't.
Starting point is 00:02:42 Buddy, you don't even know me, man. I've been fucking mixing it up. I've been mixing it up for a long that's never done it. Yeah, I wasn't. You don't even know me, man. I've been fucking mixing it up. I've been mixing it up for a long time, man. I wasn't choovie, dude. That was almost like an easy amp. B-Fog. You know what bugs me? What?
Starting point is 00:03:02 About me? No, not about you. Just about podcast studios. What? The Nicknacks. Yeah, the Nicknacks go. You every podcast studio, it's like, look at the years we've been on. Somebody gave us this thingy thing.
Starting point is 00:03:18 Sure. Wow, the Nicknacks are all going. Where are they going? We are redesigning this whole studio. What are you doing to it? It's a great, I honestly, these are great studio. We are making this into a beautiful, almost, Apple store-esque, like like, like glass counter. Do you mean like slick and white and shit? Well, just nicer, a little more, a little more neutral. I got you. A little more. We can have other shows up here and it's. Well, just nicer, a little more, a little more neutral. I got you. A little more we can have other shows up here and it's not just, you know, take it, I mean,
Starting point is 00:03:49 give it 12 foot high face of mine. I know what I'm gonna do with that, by the way. My wife already told me to go fuck myself. I mean, Jesus Christ, somebody painted that, dude. It's, I love it. It's beautiful. I think it's gonna have to go on my shed. That's what I was gonna say.
Starting point is 00:04:03 Where else would you, I mean, that seems like the perfect place for it, is this? I just don't want, because I smoke in there. I don it's going to have to go on my shed. That's what I was going to say. Where else would you, I mean, that seems like the perfect place for it, is that I just don't want because I smoke in there. I don't want it to get ruined. I don't think I'm going to have to be more successful. So I can get a room. First of all, let's not talk about it. Like it's a fucking Monet piece. You like, please, no direct sunlight on it. Listen, I don't think smoke, honestly, I don't think smoking cigars will, dude, you're not, that is, I understand why people say that, that is like, if it's constant, you're not in there 24, seven smoking cigars, man. I smoke a lot of cigars in there.
Starting point is 00:04:41 Really? And the winter time, yes. I bet you it's fine. Talk to an art person about it. Talk to the guy who painted the fucking thing. Well, listen, you went from not giving a fuck about it to giving a fuck, not going to contact an art person. Make up your mind, Joe.
Starting point is 00:04:53 I'm saying it. No, flip flop. If you don't, you call that it's not a Monet. Now you tell me to call an art person. Well, fuck who? When you're going, we gotta work well. Oh my God, well, when we move it. Liz is fucking blowing up my phone.
Starting point is 00:05:05 Liz, what's up? What's live? I'm totally upshit creek. Can Deroza do a spot real quick? I started the podcast. I would have nobody. He never gets spots. It's like a good day.
Starting point is 00:05:20 I got a spot Tuesday, Liz, you fucking asshole. Or Thursday. Adrian Eppelucci didn't show. It's actually Keith Robinson is still on stage at the pussycat. Who's gonna replace him up here? You got to get me somebody to come up here. Oh my God. Oh, wait, never mind Keith Ambling over.
Starting point is 00:05:39 So the rosers should out a lot. Watt, Watt. Oh my God, what the fuck? She truly is just a miserable human being. Keith, I mean, you can still make it, it's Keith. No, Liz. Oh, I know. She's just me.
Starting point is 00:05:53 I know I love her. I do too. I like it a little. That was $100 spot too. Yeah. Well, who's going on? Keith Robinson. Oh, because he's, he's, he's modeling.
Starting point is 00:06:03 Neither of his hands work. How does he get the fucking mic out of the stand? He's in the stand. Oh my God. He you know you do if you're the host and you're want to be funny, hand him the mic.
Starting point is 00:06:14 Just put it on put it on the stool and walk away and then see him use his mouth to put it back. Keith is a blow blow strong. his way to his spot right now, the chair. He's actually using physics, he's using momentum, just swinging that other arm over to get that leg in. Oh shit, with terrible. What are we doing?
Starting point is 00:06:39 He's a great friend of ours. He's a stroke and his body didn't work right now. I didn't drink anything now. I didn't drink it, Joe. I didn't drink anything yet. I have something. I didn't drink anything yet. I'm going to burn this place down tonight, Derosa. You know, tell us how you really feel about all of us.
Starting point is 00:06:55 I got all worked up on the way over about what? Reading about the people bashing Sheppel's new special. It just annoyed the show. I was talking about that last week. No, actually, whatever. I don't know. I'm not bringing up to talk about just new special, it just annoyed the show. I was talking about that last week, go, no, actually, whatever. Why don't we, I'm not bringing up to talk about it, just saying like, it just got me off of work and work that. But they're bashing it because they,
Starting point is 00:07:13 that's the only, you can't, you can't get attention for your cause or your page or whatever the fuck you do without attacking somebody. So it's just, it's just a point of expected now. Right. Like that vice is going to fucking, God. Who's that? I don't know what the, I'm sorry.
Starting point is 00:07:41 It's a Danny K. No, it's my vector. I'm doing a podcast live. Oh, that was going to bring in some easy treats that you've got. Are you kidding me? For the, I'm doing a podcast with Joe. Joe, Joe, my God, God is in the store. God, what store you in?
Starting point is 00:08:02 Those are the treats. They're pumpkin. Yeah, the pumpkin top are. Dawn is in the Pekipsi pet co right now. How dare you? The pump. Get the spice ones or the liver. You're ruining my show. I wish it was the 50s. She'd get one way. It was 1952.
Starting point is 00:08:25 My phone's ringing now, what would it have to do? We wouldn't have full-time answer. No, because it's police. It's just my friend, you know? And there's, it's not going to be funny. Yeah, I took a shot advice today. What'd you say?
Starting point is 00:08:37 On Twitter. Yeah, and then Instagram, I defended your pal. I said, now, one of you people pitching him on him at the special, we'll mention how he just did a free show for the shooting victims. And I said, and as anybody else sick of vice acting super woke, I go, your 17 year old reporters may not remember what your magazine was like in the 90s, but I do. The magazine was fucked up
Starting point is 00:08:57 in the 90s. They would like, they would like put homeless guys in a room together and leave them with beer so they would get drunk and fight. Like, bum fights, all that shit was derivative. It was advice is doing. It was all derivative of the shit advice was doing. Yeah. And now they're acting like, because now they got rid of McGinnis. Yep. And the other guy, and you know, it's like every other guy, I forget the other guy's name. I met him once on red eye. The fat guy. No, the fat guy's one is still there, I think. You see the walk guys. You think you see the well, yeah, yeah, whoever's left, but they're trying so hard right now to distance themselves themselves from Gavin McGinnis and his whole thing. And it's like, guys, you, you're not these guys like, yeah, they used to be cool.
Starting point is 00:09:37 Even the name was cool. Vice. Yeah. And they did cool shit. And they, you felt like they were down the middle or at least edgy. And they did fucked up shit at my point. It's like, it's like guys, you want people to start going dingin' through right now? Like, I don't know who the fuck they paid to keep their old content off the internet. You don't have to. If you're on that side, they don't care. Well, don't go after you, like Al Franken. And I mean, look, everybody that's been busted is a lefty, Weinstein.
Starting point is 00:10:03 Yeah. Well, they finally started to turn on Clinton. At least they finally started to go, yeah, don't want. He was a piece of shit. He just fucked up shit. That's why everybody is walking away from the party now. Now everybody's leaving the party and going up at least in the middle, speaking of former lefties, Keith Roberts.
Starting point is 00:10:20 That was a wrong way to get to that. That's what I was saying. I was saying it like you knew. I'm just saying I was being like, I should know. I was like, I'm just saying it like I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know.
Starting point is 00:10:32 I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know.
Starting point is 00:10:40 I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I should know. I was like, I're right. Yeah, of course I'm right. Wait, did you ever heard of that? No, we're lacks. What the fuck, Joe? You're saying it like you knew? I'm just saying I was being circuit like I should know.
Starting point is 00:10:50 Oh, no, okay. That's what I thought. We love to agree that quickly. I was making sure you didn't get nothing happened. No, no. You look like you dropped some weight, dude, seriously. Nothing infuriates me more when somebody says that. Why?
Starting point is 00:11:04 Because I haven't. You look, look, I'm just going to see. I haven't seen me in a while. That's all it is. Well, you look like you dropped weights since the last time I saw it. I didn't drop anything. How's the gym go? Well, I went back for the first time last night. Okay.
Starting point is 00:11:20 Yeah, I felt like shit. I mean, I had a migraine, I had gas of reflux, I had plantafasciitis. What's plantafasciitis? That's when you rip shit and you're flit. And then I go in there and my train is a great guy. You know, he rubs me down with stuff. I feel a little queer doing that because he's putting like CBD oil on my neck. He's rubbing it on my knees and then he's got this machine, this, it's like a, it's like a, looks like a drill that pop pop pop pop, you know, and he does it on my calves and he does it on my, what is, what does that do?
Starting point is 00:11:51 It makes me hard. Yeah, it was time. I mean, I did it because I'm a fucking animal. I'll do it. I always say throw the ball. I'll catch it. You know, but I went last night and, I'll do it. I always say throw the ball, I'll catch it. You know, but I went last night and, you know, whatever, I'll go back, I gotta go to probably box
Starting point is 00:12:11 in a moment, I'm back into it, but, you know, it's tough, man, you know. Yeah. You'd be as fat as me. I don't know why I'm not. I do. Why? Because your body type is different than mine.
Starting point is 00:12:26 Well, yeah, I'm just saying like, and you don't have as much money as me. It is actually worse like when I think you get money. It's terrible because do you ever see that episode? There's that there's that one episode of Frazier where Nile says to get the bypass surgery, but it's because they talk about it's because
Starting point is 00:12:49 of all the fucking high quality rich food eats. It's like he's really skinny, but he's eating like fucking quail and whatever cheese, reduction, everything, whatever, the fuck. French foods and whatever. That stuff is really fucking bad for you. Yeah, you're talking about when I had no money and I ate once a day at the seller. You know what I mean?
Starting point is 00:13:09 Had some fucking croissant or something during the, nothing. I was just out trying to do comedy and get laid when it was fun to be a comedian. Yeah. You know what I mean? Those were the days. Yeah, nah, nah, nah, you can't do shit. I wonder what the boys are doing. You know, wait, I mean, but the girls are fucking banging now. They're the ones who are
Starting point is 00:13:30 kind of out there. Am I crazy saying that? I hear a lot of girls talking about fucking banging. I don't know. I've had girls, I've had female comics recently call me a pussy. Why? Because I'm get on a comfortable. Cause he a Joan Jett jacket. I'm just, I'm just, I'm just watching the Joan Jett documentary last night. He did. Called bad reputation. It's awesome.
Starting point is 00:14:00 Yeah, she's great. She's such an inspiration. I'm all over the place. We've literally dropped nine topics. My fault. We'll go back. But it's, it's a, she, she's awesome, dude, because she's like, she talks about when she started out and she was just like, she's like, I want to have like an all-girl rock and roll band. And I saw the feminist talk and it was fucking bullshit.
Starting point is 00:14:18 I wanted to do it for real. Like, she's like the real deal. Like, she didn't feel sorry for herself. She went and did it. She went and fucking did it. She's like showing pictures, which is like the real deal. Like she didn't feel sorry for herself. She went did it. She went and fucking did it. She's like showing pictures, which she's got like a black eye. She's like, this is from the night
Starting point is 00:14:29 of bottle hit me in the fucking face. Yeah. Like, she was just out there. And then there's video, are you going at the crown? Stop yelling, Jerry, bomb, we're not singing it. We're fucking sick of it. She's awesome, man. Yeah, I actually she was on this episode of Sex,
Starting point is 00:14:47 drugs, and rock, or all. Oh, yeah. She was, yes, she's fucking petite as shit. How small is she? She's small, dude. It's a little, a little person like small, like a small, a mini like Becky, like a short as Becky. I don't know, Becky stand up.
Starting point is 00:15:01 Turn around. Jump up and down. I probably a little smaller than Becky. Smaller than Becky. A little bit, yeah. Really. Wow, I think it's also 85. I mean, she's 60. Is she hot? I've always thought she was so hot. Well, I mean, she was. I mean, she's still, you know, it's Joan Jett, so she's kind of hot just because she's fucking bad ass. Right. Well, and even for 60, she was, I mean, she's still, you know, it's Joan Jett, so she's kind of hot just because she's fucking bad ass.
Starting point is 00:15:26 Right. Well, and even for 60, she's probably dead. That's when she was hot, right there, the right after- The one next to the left. No, right in the middle of the right, down, down, third row, second. Right there. That's when she was hot. My favorite's the white shirt, the good to that white shirt worn with the guitar.
Starting point is 00:15:46 Over to the right. Over to the right. Yeah. That's what she was. Oh, Jesus. Yeah, yeah, tiny little boobies. That's the type of girl I like back in the day. Tiny everything.
Starting point is 00:15:57 Oh, yeah, she's hot, man. Oh, she's smoking back then. You should watch the doc, man. It's great. She smoked a lot of weed, man on set, do walk by your trail. You get fucking stoned. Oh, that's funny, man. That's funny. I like that she couldn't remember a fucking line. She had her do this. The person went in. That's why she was in one movie ever. But she's a badass fucking rocker roller. That's what she does.
Starting point is 00:16:25 I mean, that's what she's, you know, that's what she was born to do. Miley Cyrus, she's like, how come rock and roll guys aren't getting fucking whacked? Are you nuts? Who got whacked? They're going after him. Oh, it just went after tool. I don't know how the fuck it's going. What the fuck is it?
Starting point is 00:16:39 What? Oh, Miley's? Yeah. What they do to Miley? Chicks came out and said shit about him. What? You know, that he was inappropriate, that he, I don't want to. So the lead singer don't want they said, but they said bad shit about him.
Starting point is 00:16:52 The lead singer of a band called tool was inappropriate. Yeah, yeah. Oh, man. He slid through it though. That's coming down. Everybody's like, cool. Who else? He slid through it.
Starting point is 00:17:01 He's fucking a game of a couple bottles of wine. Some fucking cheese. He is a fucking knob. Really? I hate to. Fuck you. I hate to. I love Maynard.
Starting point is 00:17:10 I hate him. You don't like Maynard. If you, let me tell you this right now, did you ever watch the documentary about his, I'm not keeping my finger back here. Did you ever watch? I know you don't like it. How about, because it's so fucking long and distinctive. Did you ever watch the documentary, his winery?
Starting point is 00:17:26 I watched everything on Maynard. You didn't come away thinking he was, that's when I thought he was a tool after I saw that. No, I don't think it was a tool. I think it was a guy. I think it's fucking amazing that this guy was in a band, two band, three bands successful, could have just done that. But he went, you know what?
Starting point is 00:17:42 I want to do something else. I want to do, I want to do wine. And not only did he do it, know what? I want to do something else. I want to do, I want to do wine. And he, and not only did he do it, he learned, he had to do all the work himself. That's great. I got nothing against that. I'm saying there's this personality, like him trying to be funny through the whole thing. Yeah, but he's a funny guy. He's not like, he's not comic funny. I guarantee he's like, hang on, I would pat and Oswald trying to be funny. It's like, stop it. That, but dude, I don't, I mean, look at what he wears on stage. Look at the shit he's doing.
Starting point is 00:18:10 He's, he's so interesting. He doesn't go up and you could just go up as that guy. Look at all the outfits he wears. And he doesn't give a fuck because his music is that amazing. If he was the comedian version of what he is in music, you would hate his fucking guts. Who would be him in common? I don't want to name names. Name it.
Starting point is 00:18:29 You'd be like emo Phillips or something. No. Yes. You're fucked. Yes. Guess who else wore goofy suits on stage? You know where's goofy suits on stage? You're fucking idle.
Starting point is 00:18:43 George Carlin? No. He's my idol. Who's my idol, who's my idol? Who's my idol? God, I forgot you dumb tattoo. Who's my idol? What's his name? Out in Arizona. Stanhope?
Starting point is 00:18:58 Stanhope. Yeah, Doug Stanhope. Those on stage are stupid crazy outfits on. He wears those suits. Yeah, I love Doug, I love Doug Stanhope. I like Doug Suge, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, Long stinks. Yeah, those suits look at those. I don't confuse us. Why do I start? Because the because he doesn't give a fuck. It shouldn't be about what you're wearing. It's about what you're saying. Well, he, he delivers in the what you're saying department undoubtable. He absolutely delivers in the what you're saying. So does it are? Are you as dumb things? That's already another one where I would scratch scratch my head about what it seems
Starting point is 00:19:42 like more trouble than it's worth because they they don, they're going on. This is what I believe. I don't know why they're doing it, but this is my theory is that, okay, when I go to do a show, I got to put the shirt on and the shoes and the shirt that overshirt to hide my side fat and blah, blah, blah, shave my head. These guys are going to give some fuck. Go on stage with whatever shave your head, don't shave your head, be bald, shave all of it, have some of it, put on a dumb suit, wear a tie, don't wear, who gives a fuck? If you're funny, they'll laugh. But my point is with Doug, right? And Ari with the suits. Okay. That's takes effort. It takes time. It takes effort. Absolutely. It takes.
Starting point is 00:20:21 What's the effort? You go into a fucking shit flea market and buy the first thing you see and where those. Let's do it. Those suits are not as easy to cut. He, he clearly has an eye for a certain type of suit that he likes. And it takes time to put a guy like Doug, I would picture going on stage and cut off some of T shirt. Like literally like, I've been drinking all day. I just rolled out of bed. He put some time into the wardrobe. The only reason I'm agree with you right now, because it does match his backyard in house. Yes. So maybe you got a picture.
Starting point is 00:20:50 What do you think you find that fucking tie? Just anywhere, dude, you got to look for shit like that. You might be right. I mean, but I mean, I still think it's a matter of fucking who give I'm going to wear whatever I want. I think it's that too. I just I'm surprised again, like for I love me in a two because I get a's that too. I'm just, I'm surprised again, like, for-
Starting point is 00:21:05 But I love Mayna too, because I get a lot of stuff he hides behind the microphone. He stays up near the drummer. He's not even out front. He's not, he could be way out front, taking up, he's like, fucking, I'm going back here behind this big microphone and I'm singing the fuck out of these songs.
Starting point is 00:21:21 Yeah, I like the first, I like this philosophy too. He's a he's a he you you never heard him talk about like just forget about fame. Just do do your shit. Just do it. Don't worry about you know, says that famous people. That's who says that really the guy with two vineyards and the most anticipated record of 2019 is going, who cares about the fame and sticks. He got a plate. I mean, famous people say stupid shit. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:21:53 When tell me what Keith Robinson says that, I'll go, I don't know, maybe we should listen. But maybe the fact that he doesn't say it is the reason why he's not there. Who Keith little cap is you have to say when you're famous. But maybe we should start saying it. Maybe we should start doing that stuff. The shit that they said is what got them there. Do you ever think the negative stuff, the way we treat, talk about ourselves shitty and negative and fucked up is why we're here.
Starting point is 00:22:24 Maybe if we talked like them, it would come to fruition. But the reality, my, my, my millions come to me by divine right in a perfect way. What? The fuck did you just say? I did an affirmation, Joe, an affirmation. Who? What was the affirmate? I want you to go back. By divine right, my millions come to me by divine right in a perfect way. What does that mean? The walls of lack and delay now crumble away. My millions come to me by divine right in a perfect way.
Starting point is 00:22:56 Are you freestyling again? No, that's an affirmation. Who told you that? I got a book from the 1929 Florence Scovall Shenzh. That's why you're not making it. It's called the game of life and how to play it. What do you do it? It's a great book.
Starting point is 00:23:14 I'm listening. What do you do? It's before the power of positive thinking that guy got all his shit from this woman. She was an artist, not a failed, that she was an artist was married. Her husband divorced her and she had to learn how to live life again. And she came up with this stuff. And this is her book right here, the game of life and how to play it. This is what I change my life. Excuse me. This is what I wish I followed it more.
Starting point is 00:23:40 Well, that's what I was getting at with you with me. Please don't let me with you. I am. We're two lumps. Hate to break it to you. We're two and a half. I'll be a lump and a half. It's it's you you you you do think positive in the right areas. Yeah. You take positive with your kid. Yep. You think positive what your family and your wife. Yes. That's, that's what's important. We're never going to be the guys going good for you. Like we're just not those guys. I'm not saying you got to hate. Listen, I don't hate when something good happens to somebody. Like I get excited. Some people I've talked to you on the phone. Some people we've had many conversations.
Starting point is 00:24:23 You know what I noticed? But if they're a good person and they deserve it, I'm happy for them. If they're not, it bothers me. You're a captain, obvious. No shit. Yeah. That's pretty much with everybody. But I can be happy for a person, a good person. Well, who is it to say whether they deserve it or not? How do you get to say that? It's not for my place to say. I know that is terribly, it terribly arrogant thing to say. But you do it. I'll say we do it. I do, yeah, I do do that. I try not to.
Starting point is 00:24:50 I try not to. I try to not let the ones that bother me, I try to let the ones that bother me not bother me. And I try to be happy for the ones that I try to say in this with me right now. The walls of lack of delay now crumble away. I don't understand what that means. The walls of lack and delay now crumble away. I don't understand what that means. The walls of lack and delay Oh, now I can delay the walls of lack and delay now crumble away now crumble away say it the walls of lack and delay now
Starting point is 00:25:15 Crumble away right right I now fulfill my destiny. I now fulfill my destiny my millions come to me by divine right in a Perfect way my millions come to me by divine right in a perfect way. My millions come to me by divine right in a perfect way. One more time, the walls of lack of delay now crumble away. The walls of lack of delay now crumble away. I now fulfill my destiny. I now fulfill my destiny. My millions come to me by divine right in a perfect way. My millions come to me by divine right in a perfect way.
Starting point is 00:25:41 What if tomorrow we both became millionaires? We won't. How shocking would this part of that period? You know how many fucking assholes would be like the walls of black and the lake? Come on, boy. You know why we weren't? No, you know why we weren't?
Starting point is 00:25:52 Because this book was written by a suicidal content morning. It's not true. She was depressed. And she was scribbling in a fucking journal. God knows where. Just starving the death in a house. The walls of lack of delay now crumble away and I enter my promise land under grace. Yeah, that's far more.
Starting point is 00:26:17 I mean, I do agree. I do agree. You can't. I talked to Patrice about this a lot, about karma, about, you know, met a metaphysical shit. And if you say something, it comes to fruition. If you believe something, it comes to fruition. I know it sounds voodoo-y or I believe that if you believe it, it will come true. In some way, not in the exact way that you want it, you might not get the exact job
Starting point is 00:26:56 you want or the exact person you want or the exact amount of money you want, but I believe if you think it, feel it, believe it, it will come true. I would, I hear you, I translate that merely into confidence. What? What an ecotist. No, no, I'm not saying my confidence. I'm saying the way I define what you're saying is confidence. Yeah. People that believe in themselves get it done. Now, but here's the sad reality of that. And this is true, and you know this is true. People that believe in themselves get it done.
Starting point is 00:27:30 They don't always get it done by the proper means. Most people that make it to the top of this ladder are horrific pieces of garbage. We know that for a fact. And that's somebody going, I willed it and I believed it. And it's like, yeah, then you stepped on everybody's head and you got it. That's, that's, that's ego maniacal confidence. It's so funny, too, because when they get there and they get the money and then it goes away because fame always goes. Yeah. Even at the big ones, Mollum Brando went away, the Nero, people are getting sick of them. I mean, it goes away for everybody, but Brad Pitt, nobody gives a fuck. But people still love Brad Pitt.
Starting point is 00:28:13 Do you see once upon a time in Hollywood? I didn't. Was it good? It's awesome. So it's my favorite. Let me just say it. It's my favorite Brad Pitt ever. Can I please tell you one scene?
Starting point is 00:28:23 I'll make you want to see it. Please. No. Just one scene. You haven't seen it. Please. I'm begging you, please. More. Please. Look me in there. Please daddy. I can do it more. Please daddy. What do you want, baby? What do you want? I want one of the pumpkin treats. Can I tell you the scene? I, wait a minute. Spoiler alert. Yeah. Earmuffs. Oh, there's a scene. If you're a pussy, I can't deal with this spoiler. If you don't listen to this right now, because you haven't seen the movie yet, I don't want you to listen to my podcast ever again, because I don't like you as a man or a woman.
Starting point is 00:28:57 There's a scene, they establish. She is going to look at, wow. Takes a shirt off at one point in the movie, you're just like you want to kill yourself. I mean, she's perfect. I want to kill myself with Danny DeVito, taking a shirt off at one point in the movie. You're just like you want to kill yourself. I mean, it's, he's perfect. I want to kill myself with Danny DeVito, who's gonna shoot off. I'm fat on him now.
Starting point is 00:29:11 Fuck. God. There's, they established him pretty early on in the movie as like a bad ass. You're like, you know, he can, he can clean some shit up if he needs to. Yeah. There's a fucking scene, dude.
Starting point is 00:29:22 We're one of the mants and kids. We'll just fucking punk kid. Yeah. Brad Pitt comes fucking scene, dude. We're one of the man's and kids. We'll just fucking punk kid. Yeah. Brad Pitt comes back to his car. There's a knife in his tire. Oh, shit. And his tire's fucking flat. Yeah. He turns around this kid's laughing at him. Yeah. And Brad Prudges goes, do you do that? And the kid's going, fuck me, man, fuck you, fucking square. Are you not? Yeah. He goes, do you do that? And the kid going, fuck me, man, fuck you, fucking square, you, Nark. Yeah. He goes, do you do that? And the kid goes, yeah, he goes, fix it.
Starting point is 00:29:49 And he walks through his trunk, throws a tire in the ground, and up on him, but he goes, fix it. And the kid keeps running his, run his, dude, he takes this kid, he fucking wails on this fucking kid and makes him fix his tire. Kids fucking, he's got blood pouring out of his mouth. It's one of the most bad. It's just one of those scenes you get chills. You're like, it's what you always wanted to do in front of a check.
Starting point is 00:30:11 It's like a good fellow is when he hits the guy with the gun. And I just want to do that in front of somebody once. It's just he's just awesome in the movie man. He's great in it. They're both, I mean, they're both, everybody's, Mar are, everybody's great at it. But it was my favorite pit performance. I just watched Fight Club again the other day. You and I never saw it all the way through. I've seen it out of sequence.
Starting point is 00:30:33 Fight Club, he is probably his best performance for me. Yeah. Because you got to understand, you know, you know, but when you read a script, the little things that he does, the little movements and shit aren't written, all the stuff where he goes, all that shit he did. You know, that shit that he did, look at the way his hands are. It's almost, it's almost. It's almost.
Starting point is 00:31:01 It's almost, it's almost. It's almost. It's almost gay or sexual. He's just, you know, in a room, you just, you know, and then he's fucking, all that shit is him. His, his thing that he did with this character and his ham, I mean, all that shit in that movie is unfuckin' believe it. When he meets, what's his name? Ed Norton. Ed Norton on the plane.
Starting point is 00:31:24 And they're going back and forth. It's like, fucking, wow, I would love to meet that guy in life. I would love to meet him in life. Yeah, that's how I thought about him in Hollywood. I was like, I wish this guy was a real dude. And that's his prime body, by the way. Yeah, that's. That's reday.
Starting point is 00:31:40 He takes his shirt off in a room full of men and you're just staring. I was at my cigar shop. It was one in the morning with the manliest of men. That's at my cigar bar, that's open. And the guy looks and goes, dude, Brad's hot. I was like, what did you say? He goes, you heard me. I go, he is.
Starting point is 00:31:58 I mean, you can't, you can't deny it. Yeah, I'm a big ad-Norton fan as well. Do you like ad Norton? Um, he, I mean, in this movie, I do. I like Ed Norton. I just rewatched. Remember the score. What's that? Ah, do you know the score with him, De Niro and Brando? You never saw the score? When he played the, the mock boy, the mentally challenged, well, he's pretending to be retarded. So he, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, Whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, whoa, dude. Pretending sorry. This isn't fucking cool me a network. Yeah. Say fucking reads out on the. He's pretending. I didn't mean it in the bad. I meant it like
Starting point is 00:32:33 just he's pretending to be a handicap. Yeah. Um, so he can trick them. Yeah, but it's an awesome movie. And nobody did the same shit as Ronin. You mean the fucking Taneiro and Ronan and the score and he had Norton. I know, but I can't watch the movie because it's you got a lot to do. Brando's fucking amazing in it. Brando's alright. He's a fat fuck by an empty pool. No, dude. The part this part is so great when Brando's got the water bottle.
Starting point is 00:33:02 And Taneiro goes, I'm going to do the job. And he goes, oh God bless you, and he goes, but if I'm gonna do it, I need six million, not four. And Brenda goes like this, Brenda goes, six million, hold on a second. Operator, there's a fucking lunatic sitting here with me. Can you see the doctor's face? He's so good in it, dude.
Starting point is 00:33:21 He's just having fun with it, man. Yeah, maybe, right, I mean, it was a good movie. It's a slow movie. It's definitely a slow movie. Yeah, it's not, it's, it's got enough, it's got enough in it to keep it going. Yeah, I mean, I can't watch it again. I can't, I'll watch it. And I'll watch your fight club front to back. Fight club is no comparison though. Fight club. You, you, you, you, that I'm aware of listen, fight club. When you realize what's happening in fight club, because you watch
Starting point is 00:33:48 it the first time and it's that six cents shit that they do. And you're like, what the fuck? I know. It's a bummer that I know the big twist. But you know the big twist, but now that you know it, it's actually better because you can see, you can see where they mend it. Like you're like, wow, this guy is great how he did this. Because John Goodman.
Starting point is 00:34:09 No, that's Marlon Brando. That's not Marlon Brando. That's Marlon Brando and that fucking movie, that's the method. Oh, it is? Yeah. Oh, that's the Nero. I thought that was the way.
Starting point is 00:34:19 No. Jesus. Yeah, fight club's great, dude. So it's fun. Like that's the fun of the six senses. You go back and you watch and you go, you go holy shit. They that seem makes sense even though wheelers isn't there. No sense. Or whatever.
Starting point is 00:34:32 All in shit makes sense even though it's when he puts the lie on Norton's hand. And he's holding it. And he's trying to go to my happy place. But he's going, no, don't go there. Stay here and deal with it. What was the lie on Norton's hand? I like women. I see.
Starting point is 00:34:49 T.K. No, I'm saying Joe. I thought that would get a bigger laugh. I know, I'm just joking. Yeah, that's a great scene too, where they get the fucking body fat for the, for the soap. Yeah, they make soap, right? Don't they blow up the fat or your swim shit? No, you got to watch it again.
Starting point is 00:35:11 It's a great movie, fucking great movie. They blow something up, right? You know, the Hollywood movie though, I heard that the, the, the wife Bruce Lee's wife was daughter, daughter was actually like, what the fuck? Because they made Bruce Lee look like a like like Brad Pitt could kick his ass. Well, that's not what they were mad about. They were mad that they made they portrayed Bruce Lee as a guy that would take a fight and
Starting point is 00:35:35 be arrogant. Yeah, okay, I didn't see the movie. It was a funny scene. Here's the whole point of the scene from what I gathered from it. The movie is a movie is a fantasy about that period. I got one second. Yeah. Shit.
Starting point is 00:35:50 All right. Fuck it. It was the Sims Network. The movie's a fantasy about that time period in Hollywood. Brad Pitt's character in Leonardo DiCaprio's character are not actual people. They're surrounded by real people they interact with. Clearly, a lot of this has never happened. And stuff that has happened has been changed and reimagined whatever. So I took this scene as Tarantino just being like, we got to establish real fast that Brad Pitt is a badass stunt man
Starting point is 00:36:18 that can seriously kick some ass. Wouldn't it be funny if he beat up Bruce Lee? Who was the baddest dude in that era? You know what I mean? That's funny. But then when they questioned Tarantino, Tarantino was like, yeah, Bruce Lee was an arrogant asshole. He was arrogant. So I mean, maybe Tarantino was just trying to take Bruce Lee down a peg. I don't fucking know. My point is this, my greater, my other point is this, or the bigger point, people are bitching about a three minute scene where Bruce Lee gets into a fight and loses, it's released eight hours on FX. They made Bob Fossy look like fucking Satan.
Starting point is 00:36:49 Nobody's fucking complaining about that. You know what I mean? But wasn't he? I mean, maybe to this extent, no fucking, did you watch Fossy Verde? No, you know why? Dude, I'm married. I like vagina. That's why you should have watched it.
Starting point is 00:37:04 Why? Because if someone you could watch with your That's why you should have watched it. Why? Because if someone you could watch with your wife, you guys both would have enjoyed. What? Bob, I'm telling you, this thing is fucking, he's from Boston, she's not like a fucking dancer. Unbelievable. You want to talk about an animal in motion for eight hours? What are you talking about?
Starting point is 00:37:20 Rockwell, playing this dude. Was what? It's eight hours of this guy smoking five packs at a drinking, fucking anything around him. Dude, there's a scene where he's talking to his dancers. Yeah. And he's talking to one of the dancers in the show. He's directing and he goes, he goes, Hey, Vera, you know, I'm cutting together lies is new special.
Starting point is 00:37:39 I need a little, I need some notes. I'd love to get your feedback. It goes, okay, and he goes, why don't you come to my hotel tonight? And she goes, okay, and he goes, all right, I'll buy you the clock. And then another chick walks by and he goes, hey, Deirdre, why don't you come over tomorrow at eight? He's just a back of the day when you could be. He's gumbed, dude, if he was alive, he'd be done.
Starting point is 00:38:00 He'd be gone. He'd be pulling the shelf of fucking Broadway right now. I'm telling you, dude, it's a, it's a, it's, and Michelle Williams as Ann Vera, Gwen Vera, and is, she's unfuckin' believable, dude. What, what do you think about Chappelle telling the audience, like calling them a bunch of fucking assholes? What did he say? Do you have that clip?
Starting point is 00:38:20 Play that clip. From the new thing? Yeah. Oh shit. Hang on one second. Holy shit. I the new thing? Yeah. Shit. Hang on one second. Holy shit. I know my flat head. Hey, Jim Sermico, you're on YKWD live with Joe Derosa.
Starting point is 00:38:34 Joe, how are you, man? Hey, Jimmy, how you doing, buddy? What's happening? What's happening? Nothing. We're talking about how Bob Fossi was a pussy hound. And what was the other movie again? Was it?
Starting point is 00:38:51 Fossi Verde and Ash Cervico Fossi. You saw it. You see Fossi on FX. It's amazing. It is fucking incredible. It's fucking incredible. It's incredible. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:39:00 I would never think to watch a thin dancer guy. It's Sam Rockwell, dude. I love him. I love him. You know, I sat in a movie with him by ourselves, just me and him in a movie theater. He was right in front of me. Dude, I'm telling you, it's the shit. It took everything I had not to go, hey, Sam, love your work in Charlie's Angels.
Starting point is 00:39:21 He was great in Charlie's Angels. Well, he does the thing that you're talking about with Pitt. Yeah, he does that extra, in Cerepico, like with actors when they do that extra movement, like, pick does that where he moves his hands and does little things and each shit, you know, that's not on the script that he adds, you know. That's cool, man. I got a run, but I was just calling because I'm trying to track the Rosa down. that's not in the script that he adds. You know. That's cool, man. I got to run, but I was just calling because I'm trying to track the rows of down.
Starting point is 00:39:49 Joe, give me a call when you get a chance. It's been a while. Are you? I'll tell you later. I'll call you when we're done. Bye. No, I'm calling for Joe. Are you really?
Starting point is 00:40:03 Yes. For what? It doesn't concern you. How did you know he was on? This is paid back for that Liz phone call. You cock-shockers. How did you know he was on my podcast? He texted me to try him through the show. Did you text him?
Starting point is 00:40:19 No. Dude, why would you play along with him? Because I got excited that he actually did had like work for me or something. And now that he has it, I want to talk to him. And now that he doesn't know what to talk to. So your stuff of steam is lower than my stuff of steam. So it saved me. Oh, I talked to you later, bye.
Starting point is 00:40:34 I really got disappointed. I was like, oh, it's something for me. That's what that is. No, but Rockwell does that thing in Charlie's Angels when it's on the girls when they realize he's bad. Yeah. And then the camera spins around, has a spins around, he's going like this with the cigarette. He's dancing.
Starting point is 00:40:52 It's unbelievable. It's a fucking great move. Let's talk about our favorite. All right, this is good. Guys, this is the juice of the old pot. Let's talk about our favorite like nuanced things that actors do in a movie where you're like that wasn't in the script, he just did that. You were talking about with Pitt.
Starting point is 00:41:08 Yeah. Okay. So many, dude. Well, I would have to say Vincent Afru has a lot of them, that is them. Yeah. I've told that story before he stole mine. It's called business. Yeah, yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:24 They call it business. He stole mine. It's called business. Yeah, yeah. They call it business. He stole mine. He stole your own life. When I did a lawn order with him, I knew he was big into business. And every scene he would go around the body and do little things, little hand gestures. And mine was, I'm gonna put my hand on a shoulder and deliver the facts. You know, that had to get him. I was gonna come in. And as I came in, I'll actually put his hand on a shoulder and deliver the facts. You know, that had to get, I was gonna come in and as I came in,
Starting point is 00:41:46 I'll actually, and he put his hand on my shoulder. And I was just like, fuck. When I cock-sucker. Oh my gosh. I would have to say, Charlie's Angels is one of those scenes where, when he spun around and did that little move with his feet,
Starting point is 00:42:01 it was pretty amazing. But Brad Pitt, if you notice in Oceans 11, I believe it is, every scene is pretty much eating something. Yeah. And the second one too, what's the second one? Oceans 12. It might be that one of the OSE see, he's always has, oh, look, he's always something that's fucking mouth. Right. He's always has something to chip, licking his fingers, and the way he eats it, it's very important.
Starting point is 00:42:35 Because if you eat like me, like Jim Norton said, like there's an asteroid about to hit the earth, you're going to look like an asshole. Right. But the way he eats stuff is unbelievable. Now, second, I would say before Brad Pitt, Robert Downey Jr. The way he uses a napkin when he eats food. Okay. Iron man, hamburger, hamburgers, sitting down, that's all of you about what happened. Takes a bite.
Starting point is 00:43:10 Just the way he used the napkin to wipe his face, I was like, fuck. All right, amazing. So I'll hit you with two. God. Both food related. Gotcha. One is Kurt Russell in death proof that Tarantino movie. I guess all right.
Starting point is 00:43:33 Which he's not a great movie by any stretch, but not at all. Russell, there's a scene, he ends up being the murderer in the movie. Like, that's the thing, is that he's like this psycho. But they introduce his character at the beginning of the movie. He's sitting at a bar in a Mexican restaurant, eating nachos. He doesn't have one fucking line. He's just eating nachos. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:44:01 And somehow this fucking guy makes eating nachos like the shit. The shit. Yeah. You're like, I can't wait till they cut back to him. They show me not just like he's eating these things. He is eating them like a fucking asteroids coming. Right. And that says so much about the character. He's just devouring these things, but he's just doing it. He's so fucking arrogant. Do the way he's just sitting there. He's so fucking arrogant, dude. The way he's just sitting there, he's just shoving him in his mouth. Yeah. It's awesome. Okay, two. Two, the King, dude, the King, and one of our favorite films, Smoking Abandoned. Gleason with the Diablo Sandwich. And the Dr. Pepper to go. The way Gleason is working that sandwich, my buddy has put it
Starting point is 00:44:44 out so many times where he goes, dude, he has the sandwich in a ball and his fucking hand by the end of the scene. It's not even a sandwich anymore. He's got it like clumped up like this. Yeah. He's fucking eating it out of his hand. And he's moving the food all, the bites all around his mouth as he talks to Bert Reynolds. The way he's just shifted it around.
Starting point is 00:45:02 It's, that's an unbelievable look at that, dude. 28, but when he ate the fucking thing and he ate it too fast and he couldn't breathe. Yeah. Anyway, anyone, anyone, any pop that one of the greatest, yeah, absolutely right. I mean, one of the greatest, yeah, absolutely right. I mean, one of the greatest fucking scenes ever. Thank you, kindly. Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.
Starting point is 00:45:29 Oh, I'm on YouTube, Joe. Can you play it? Can you play clips in here? Yeah, we play that clip. Oh, play that clip. Oh, please, yeah. It's the best. It really is the best.
Starting point is 00:45:39 This is. And this is the funny thing. We talked about this years ago. Oh, yeah. Nobody ever fucking talks about smoking. Still nobody talks about it. Still nobody talks about it. I don't understand it. I don't.
Starting point is 00:45:47 It's one of the funniest fucking movies ever made. It gets, I think it gets dismissed because of the sequels. And people, people just assume it's like a police academy or something. But the police academy one is funny and so is two. But you know what I mean? I think it gets written off as like this goofy franchise and it's like the second to suck, but the first one is fucking real. It's cuz of Bert Reynolds, I think. But that was Bert Reynolds in his prime, Sally Fields
Starting point is 00:46:15 in a prime, and the motherfucker of all comics. They can make it up. Full screen. I'm gonna watch you win, man. I'm back in the day. Yeah. A one and a half. A bottle of 50. Get us deep now, I am.
Starting point is 00:46:38 We're out of this house, man. Let me have a devil of sandwich. I've got that, I'm making a mess. I'm gonna go damn hurt. I'm gonna go damn hurt. I'm gonna go damn hurt. I'm gonna go damn hurt. I'm gonna go damn hurt. I'm gonna go damn hurt. I'm gonna go damn hurt. I'm gonna go damn hurt. I'm gonna go damn hurt.
Starting point is 00:46:58 I'm gonna go damn hurt. I'm gonna go damn hurt. I'm gonna go damn hurt. I'm gonna go damn hurt. I'm gonna stacking my city. He must be in the elevator hurry, I'll share. Thank you, I saw that boy. Oh, you got the leg message. I mean, I love his message. Get that off me.
Starting point is 00:47:12 That's a way to go and off me. Look at the sandwich, Jason. Somebody chasing you? I'm going to chase my dog, that maniac. All the way from that to an abduction. You see a bank lover? Look, blah, blah. That problem is baby shit alongside of what this dude is doing.
Starting point is 00:47:36 Almost killed on his loss. Dropped into people back behind, nothing down mail but I brought in a car. Just of course her feet going back to man. I don't think you've got a permission. That's getting that man next. Get down. That's behind it. That's a lie. Where's it I got that quick. That's it.
Starting point is 00:48:15 He's throwing that fucking clump of meat between his hands. He goes, he gets the broadened back seat. Oh, he called her a broad. That's the man, huh? That's. Oh, he called her a broad. Yeah, that's the man. That's the man hang out. She has a permission. That's kidnapped and how's that for Hodges? Oh, the best.
Starting point is 00:48:32 The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best.
Starting point is 00:48:40 The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best.
Starting point is 00:48:36 The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. The best. to it. He's the fucking best. Did you get to 40 year anniversary, Blu-ray? No, I don't have a Blu-ray. What am I, a fucking nerd?
Starting point is 00:48:51 You should get it, dude, because it's got, I'll tell you why. Okay. It's got the Blu-ray remaster smoking about it. Show me a flea marker, I can buy a Blu-ray player, by the way. What are you talking about? Best buy, he's got him. Really? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:49:04 All right. Yeah, right? Yeah, I'm a little hot because I was laughing. But you get hot when you laugh because I had the headphones on suddenly I was laughing. Okay, good. The it's got a bonus feature on the 40th anniversary. Is a documentary that actually screened theaters called The Bandit. And it's a 90 minute making of, of smoking the band. Really?
Starting point is 00:49:23 With interviews with everybody. And they have archive footage of Gleason of, of smoking the band. Really? With interviews with everybody. And they have archive footage of Gleason interviewing when they did the movie. Yeah. And he says, he goes, I ad-libbed, he goes, I ad-libbed everything I fucking said in that movie. He goes, no way.
Starting point is 00:49:36 He thought I was funny and he wanted me to just, to riff it. And he goes, so before I ever seen, I would just go, I'm gonna say this and this and this and how they go, like, great, do it. And he goes, and then I would just go do it. And then he goes and then me and Bert complained that they didn't have a scene with the both of us in it in the movie. It goes, there was no scene with the two of us.
Starting point is 00:49:54 He's like, so I went under I worked on it and he's like, and we came up with this scene and we met in the diner. That's the most famous scene in the movie. It is. And you know, he really spit and birds face on his clothes up. Really? Well, you know, there's no way Bert was like this. You know, he really spit in his face. Unless, I mean, look, if he did that,
Starting point is 00:50:16 if he added that, like holy shit, that's fucking, that's business genius. Yeah, that's what that is business right there. God damn it. He is so good. I mean, it makes me sad. I mean, who, who do we got? Who is that? We don't have that. If I remade that movie, if I remade that, I'll tell you.
Starting point is 00:50:36 If I remade that movie, GMODY is Gleason. I'm casting GMODY as Gleason, because you're at least going to get the frustration. If you fatten Giamadi up a little more and get him sweaty and angry, he's going to bring you that, he's going to, there's nobody else. He'd be great, dude. Having the fucking meltdowns in that flick, screaming and every, Giamadi would be fucking great in that part. Yeah. Um, bandit, you be fucking bread,
Starting point is 00:51:09 bro, bro, bread, pit. Let's do this shit, dude. Get pit in that fucking trans, damn, with fucking me lacunus. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man. Oh, man.
Starting point is 00:51:21 Oh, man. Who's the son? That's fucking the son. Who's the son? Who's the son? Oh shit, that's a tough one. Who's the son? The son. The guy, I know the guy, who's that guy that was in the military? Rob Riggle. Yes. Rob Riggle, be a great son. Right. Josh Gadd would be a good son. He'd be funny. Yeah. Riggle is pretty perfect.
Starting point is 00:51:47 The guy played Shazam. No, you got to have no Riggle. Because Riggle, look, that's it. Riggle is it. You know what I mean? You need a guy that can look a little dumb. He looks dumb, he's physically. My hat fell off daddy.
Starting point is 00:51:59 I hope he got damn head was in it. When I get home, I'm going to punch your mama in the mouth. There's no way you came from my loans. Yeah. No, you guys, you guys, you go to junior. I'm telling you. No way. You sprung from my loan.
Starting point is 00:52:15 Well, I get home. I'm going to punch your mama in the mouth. You couldn't even say that now. Now, now, my favorite, the fuck are we going to do, man? We're never going to have funny fucking. Oh, no, I don't get it. Don't couldn't even say that now. Now, now, my favorite. The fuck are we gonna do, man? We're never gonna have funny fucking. Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no, My favorite scene outside of the diner is biginess and little in is the beginning. When they're walking with them and he goes, now getting the text, getting the text I can and back again in 48 hours, ain't no problem at all. Ain't never been done before, hot shit.
Starting point is 00:52:55 How the hell are we gonna make fun of my mother next? Your mom is so fat. I just give him the money. Yeah, when Paul was again, I'd like to punch him just once. How funny was he? Little Inus is the best. Is that seen on there? Big, big, if you put in smoking the band, it big in his little Inus. Yeah, me, the band, it, me the band, yeah, fucking great. Looks like a legend out of work, bum, look a lot of like daddy. Oh, and then he goes, he's a testicle son of a bitch.
Starting point is 00:53:31 There it is right there. Right there. Oh, fuck, make it big. Reynolds. That way for that. Man, the greatest, the greatest opening line of any movie, he opens it with the laugh. Yeah. How great is that? It's great.
Starting point is 00:53:49 See son, old legends never die, they just lose weight. Like a legend and an out of wood bum with a lot of light dead. And it's in my son are here. Oh, I love your suits. There must be a bitch getting a size 68 extra fat and a 12 dwarf. I came to make a deal. What's he get if he wins this truck road deal thing? Yeah. $5,000.
Starting point is 00:54:25 Chicken shit money. That's what the hell you want, anyway. You to get out of this dumb ass rodeo and accept a real challenge. Now get the Texarkana, it's been back. And $28, that's no problem. It ain't never been done before, hot shit. What's your language of the lady?
Starting point is 00:54:49 The problem is that poor is beer. You take that east of Texas, and that's a good lady. You not believe you're just a little bit scared. That's great psychology. You want us to say something bad about my mother. Your mama is so ugly. You make this land for me. Are these Peter bets here are worth $80,000.
Starting point is 00:55:08 That comes to about three grand an hour. They get $28. How about that for a challenge? I don't believe that that's this. But my mind is. Wait a minute. Wait a minute. Why do you want that beer so bad?
Starting point is 00:55:21 Because he's thirsty, dummy. See, I got a boy running tomorrow in the Southern Classic and when he wins, I want a celebrating style. Almost done. Well, I got a few friends with me, 400 cases. Well, let me see your cash. Bay Guinness's word is gold. All right, show me cash. Go ahead, little shit.
Starting point is 00:55:51 Well, let's see. There's 400 cases of beer. I'll need to catch that. No problem. Go ahead, boy. New car. I got to have a new car to block for the truck, you know? Okay, go ahead boy.
Starting point is 00:56:07 I'd like to kick his ass just for once. Speedy car. Speedy with a mat. Go ahead. That's the best. Now, to this day. Yeah. I've seen that movie regularly for easily 10, 12 years, 15 years. Yes.
Starting point is 00:56:33 To this day, I still don't know what the band it does. I don't know who he is or what he does. He was a truck racer. That's it? He would race. Well, he was a truck driver, okay? And he could make it, you know, kind of, he was a blocker, huh? He was a blocker.
Starting point is 00:56:52 No, he was a truck driver. Yeah, because he's racing trucks in that road. Yeah, bandit was a truck driver. Yeah, he's a truck driver. And snowman was a truck driver, okay? But when they did what they had to do, he needed him to drive and he's going to be the blocker because when they were doing illegal runs, they would, you know, like bootlegging shit back in the day. They would have a blocker and blah, blah, blah.
Starting point is 00:57:14 But he's a truck driver. So he's a truck driver. He was a world famous truck driver with like a, like a sword. He would, he could race out the trucks. So they did. His handle was the bandit. A handle the bandit, they like, they race cars back and fucking the south. NASCAR, they race trucks too.
Starting point is 00:57:33 Yeah. Here's my other cool, the other thing I never knew. So he's the fastest truck driver. Somebody just had a picture on Google side by side of big enus and Ted Danson. Ted Danson plays big enus if we make this movie again. Where? Somebody just had a Big Enis, nerd is right there, side by side. Right there.
Starting point is 00:57:49 Ted Danson and right there. Yeah. Ted Danson is Big Enis. His little yes. Little Enis. It's too bad Randy Quaid lost his fucking mind. Yeah. He would have been awesome.
Starting point is 00:58:01 How do he be perfect? Randy Quaid would have been the shit. Who would be a good littleliness? He's, well, it's hard to say because you know, I mean, he wasn't, he was a little person, but he was more of a, He's a good littleliness. Yeah, there you go. I was there.
Starting point is 00:58:16 I was there. Brad in there. Brad Ho Williams. Now Peter Dinklage. Peter Dinklage will be good, right? You need somebody like Dinklage plus to play the, to play the red neck thing he's never really played. You need something. He was a big act.
Starting point is 00:58:30 He was a big songwriter this guy. Well, yeah, he was massive. Yeah, and he was a big actor too. And he wasn't really a little, he was like Danny DeVito. Yes, he was small. But this is the other thing I'd never do about this movie. What? I'm still the same.
Starting point is 00:58:43 I don't know. His littleliness, his son or his little brother? They're the same age. It's a daddy. It's a daddy. Oh, he does say daddy. He says daddy. There's the guy's two years holding that.
Starting point is 00:58:52 It did it makes sense. And nothing, none of that made sense. The fact that he needed four cases of beer, the fact that he dropped it off, they didn't even pay him. They talk about that. In fact, okay, so another thing, okay, so in the documentary in from little one spot, time in Hollywood. One spot, time in Hollywood apparently is based on Bert Reynolds and Hal Needham.
Starting point is 00:59:15 Yeah, so it's about a star that started in TV and was struggling with movies. Okay. And his stuntman lives with them, because his stuntman isn't getting work. That's what happened with Bert Reynolds and Hal Needham. Okay. And his stuntman lives with them because his stuntman that doesn't isn't getting work. That's what I have with Bert Reynolds and Hal Needham. Okay. They show that's the one thing. Also, Bert Reynolds was supposed to play Kurt Russell's part in the movie, but he died. Who's Hal Needham? Hal Needham's a guy that wrote and directed this, the stuntman. He's a famous stuntman. Wait a minute, stop. Stop. Hal Needham. Can you bring him Hal Needham? Hal Needham wrote and directed smoke in the bandit?
Starting point is 00:59:47 Yeah, and he directed. I never, why did I never look into who wrote and directed this movie? I mean, one of my favorite movies of all time, and I never did the research. Yeah, he did, he did Cooper. He did, he did, he did, he did, uh, he did, uh, Cannonball run. Yeah. First one's good. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:00:04 Yeah. Um, where is. Where is the direct one? I want to see what it looks like. Bring up his name. Literally as exactly like you think he would look like you to chicken restaurant. That's him right there. So he just got images, buddy. Go to how many of them images. Go up, go up, go up to the right. The third four went over to the right on them. No, below that. First row, right there, yeah. So that's him right there. Look on that. Wow, he's a good looking guy.
Starting point is 01:00:38 Yeah. I mean, that looks like, wow. And they talk about this in the documentary. like, wow. And they talk about this in the documentary. Wow. They talk about the documentary, how Nenum was a stuntman who was amazing that wanted to be an actor. But Reynolds was an actor who was amazing that wanted to be a stuntman. So they got each other, but they envy each other. And that's why they work so well together because each one had to be the other guy.
Starting point is 01:01:02 And they said, but Reynolds said, Nenum brought him the script and goes, I want you to do this. And Bert Reynolds was like, it was the worst script I had ever read. He goes, it was terrible. And he goes, look, how are my best friends? You've like done a lot for me in my life. I will do the movie, but you got to get a rewritten. But I promise you I'll do it. And how need him went out and did a rewrite and got it up to working speed. And fucking Bert Reynolds got off her terms of endearment and turned it down. He was like, no, I promise my my buddy I would do the smoking in the bandit movie. And his reps were like, are you fucking insane? And then it became the biggest movie that year.
Starting point is 01:01:32 It was huge. I mean, yeah, I mean, where would you, okay, your, your burnt rentals. Right. You're looking back in your career. You could have been Jack Nicholson's part in terms of endearment or smoking the band. What do you pick? Smoky. Yeah. Smoky or smoking the band. What do you pick? Smokey.
Starting point is 01:01:46 Yeah. Smokey. Are you guys? What do you pick? Smokey's cool. What do you pick? Smokey in the band. I see smokey.
Starting point is 01:01:54 He didn't know at the time though, dude. One of those things were they were like, we were shooting and we were like, it came together. Debra Winger. Debra Winger, terms of endinger. Terms of a damn it. Oh, oh, oh. I mean, you would do terms? No, I'm just saying that's all. If you looked at that and said, okay, I'm not doing it.
Starting point is 01:02:14 And then you, if you saw that Debra Winger was going to be all the people that were going to be in the movie. That's, that's, that's an Oscar. I mean, that's what Reynolds is awesome for doing that. That's what I'm saying. I mean, have you ever seen WWE in the. It's awesome for doing that. That's what I'm saying. I mean, have you ever seen WWE in the Dixie Dance Kings? No, what's that? It's an older movie.
Starting point is 01:02:29 It's almost like a prequel, it's like a pseudo prequel thing. He made it way beforehand. It's a very similar movie. That's what? To fucking the bandit. It is. It's him. He's like bringing that up.
Starting point is 01:02:41 He's a convict to what is it called? WWE in the Dixie dance Kings. I saw no like this. No, never heard of it. I saw a month before he died, dude. Literally a month, maybe two months before he died. The Egyptian theater in Hollywood, dude. They did a week long Bert Reynolds film festival.
Starting point is 01:03:00 Wow. And I went on the last night and they screened smoking a bandit, Cooper, and Sharky's machine, triple feature. And Bert Reynolds came out after smoking the bandit and fuck you with the audience. No, why you were there? I was there. That's awesome. I got the same in person.
Starting point is 01:03:18 Did you ask a question? I had my fucking hand up. I had my smoking the bandit action figure in my hand. And I had it up in the air and it's still wrapped. It's an urinal die cast smoking the bandit action figure of the bandit. And I had it with me and I was going to give it to him if he called on me. I was going to say, I want you to know this. This is probably joy for 20 years.
Starting point is 01:03:36 I want you to have it. Like, and you know what happened? He would have said, I don't want it. Exactly. You stupid. Then I would have been like, well, can you sign it? I told you, son. Yeah, there have been like, well, can you sign it? How do you sign?
Starting point is 01:03:48 Yeah, there was. Oh, wait, which one? That one in the one in the package. You have that. I have that. Yeah. That's so cool. Tangent in my office.
Starting point is 01:03:56 I want one. They're like, they're like $12. I mean, you know what I really want? I thought it was worth like, I was like, I bet it's worth like $700. You know what I really want? Is that, look at the Bufi T justice one. Where? Right there. Him and Bert, second one, top row.
Starting point is 01:04:13 It might be custom. But it's a custom. I don't think that, yeah, that's not the same types of figures. Like someone just made them on their own. That sucks. Yeah, I think they only made the Reynolds figures in the die cast for some reason. That looks like, because that was a line of like super, like that's an Arnold Superstars are like a bunch of just characters from movies.
Starting point is 01:04:29 You know what, I really want, I want the jacket that Dom Delewis wore and Cannonball run. Oh, dude, bring that, can you bring up Cannonball run ambulance scene? Please, you know what I'm talking about? With him and Dom, which is the driver's, you know what I'm talking about? It was him and Dom. Which is the drivers? You got to ask the doctor. No. I mean, it's it's deloies. It is. It's right there. That's it. Is this the city? This is it. You know, by the way, Fatsuo, Blue Raids about to come out. Special edition. I wanna remake the movie. I'll get you hopes up too high. I was impressed by time.
Starting point is 01:05:07 No problem. Oh, my God. Holy shit. I'm honored, sir. I'm Dr. Nick Liss. Nick Liss Van Helsing, Professor of Proctology, another related tendencies, graduate of the University of Rangoon, and
Starting point is 01:05:25 a sort of night classes at the Knoxville Tennessee College of Faith Healing. You may be a little overqualified, just to get your equipment with you. I never go anywhere without it. However, my particular mind is still a bit more than this. The thicker jokes after this's a prology. Yeah. I think it's the scene after this. Let's talk about this later, too.
Starting point is 01:05:53 How, sir, before we commence this, is it before this is kind of, this is the intro scene. It's a, this is a comp, so it'll be the next scene. Here's the matter of my compensation. Oh, for the German that my services will require a big, good job. That's a good job.
Starting point is 01:06:08 It's a good job. Right here. Keep going. Keep going. That's the problem. Yeah, there, there, there. Where they get pulled over right here. Yeah, right there.
Starting point is 01:06:16 Take a big. Here it is. Hi guys. Jolly, we just deliver here. It's spectacular. You guys are running 120. Yeah, I'm going to get a big one. Yeah, I'm going to get a big one.
Starting point is 01:06:24 Yeah, I'm going to get a big one. Yeah, I'm going to get a big one. Yeah, I'm going to get a big one. Yeah, I'm going to get a big one. Hi, guys. What's up? What's up? You guys are running 120. Your little lights are flashing all over the place. That's what's up. We got a patient in there. You were still speeding. She's very sick. Well, there's not a hospital within 50 miles of this place, where you headed. UCLA.
Starting point is 01:06:36 UCLA Medical Center. LA, California. This is going to sound like a dumb question, but if she's not here, she's going to be in the hospital. Where you headed? UCLA. UCLA. UCLA Medical Center. LA, California. Hey. This is gonna sound like a dumb question, but if she's that sick, why didn't you fly her? Why didn't we fly her?
Starting point is 01:06:53 I'm just a driver. We have to ask the doc. Oh. I'm so rewinded! Please rewind it! That is so good! I'm just a driver. We have to ask the doc.
Starting point is 01:07:18 Oh! He's up there. He's ready there. He's ready, buddy, better. What is this crude interruption? The patient, why can't she be flown to California? Siss on the walls of her lungs. Very rare. See, airplanes are only pressurized at 10,000 feet. How many of you know nothing about medicine?
Starting point is 01:07:44 Know that she can't fly. She has to be dead. on the walls of her lungs. Very rare. See, airplanes are only pressure eyes at 10,000 feet. How many of you know anything about the medicine? Know that she can't fly? She has to be driven. We couldn't even go through Denver, it's so high. Tell them to go back and pick up Mr. Floyd. Floyd. Is that lady all right? She's in great pain, causing her to make certain
Starting point is 01:08:03 delirious, tremendous... right? She's in great pain, causing her to make certain hilarious, for me. Does that's like she's on something? What the fuck, man, we can't, I mean, do we make those movies anymore? I mean, we, let me ask you a question. Are we done? Are we just so old? Is that sense of humor fucking over? What is a movie right now comedy wise? What have
Starting point is 01:08:25 they made in the last year that compares to Smoky the Man and Cannibal running any of these? Here's the thing though, what is it? They make in 30 years people watch homes and Watson and go, this movie's really funny, like why did everybody shit on it? This movie was not acclaimed, Cannibal run wasn't, Smoky the Man it was. Yeah, homes and Watson. I just watched it, didn't really make me laugh. Look, I'm not gonna doubt you because I doubted you on the funniest movie, one of the funniest movies of all time, Magroober. Oh, you did? I did, remember I was like, go fuck yourself.
Starting point is 01:08:58 You said, you gotta watch Magroober, I'm like, you're an idiot. You're like, dude, you made me watch McGroober. And I was like, I'm not watching that stupid sketch with that dumb shit. I'm not watching. And it's probably one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. Yeah, it's on the vlog. Of all time. But my point is just like, we have, sorry, speaking of McGroober, you know, sometimes he

I'm putting a big ground clock in my mouth in front of the men. I'm not saying you're really carlet big. What? How do you have? We had another this cigar smoking shit.
Starting point is 01:13:45 This. How what is he saying? And he goes white pussy business man, sucking on a big brown dick. Because a segment for it said sometimes as a car is just a cigar. Oh, yeah. Well, sometimes it's a big. It is. It is very fat.
Starting point is 01:14:00 By the way, just wetting the helmet of a cock for an hour and a half. I can't, I don't mind cigars. I can't, I can't invest in them. I can't get into them. I kind of went a little overboard, but you don't do anything else. Why is she taking your head off? Your humidor is incredible, like overflowing. I have around, yeah, I have around, yeah, around 700 cigars.
Starting point is 01:14:26 700 cigars? Yeah, we're back at the creek in the cave. I think it's her fault. Wait a minute. What? Where is your humidor? It's in my room, my office in my house. Okay, so how big is your humidor?
Starting point is 01:14:42 Size of that door behind you? This big. Yeah, that tall. What's it look like?, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a, like a big, it's called an English human or it doesn't have a glass front. It has a glass front. It does. Yeah. So that's what I mean. Like, but it's like kind of like, like the thing you keep the sodas in in the shop. Yeah, I just a little more class here. Right, right.
Starting point is 01:15:07 Yeah. And then it was actually in the creek in the cave. I was there one day and she had all kinds of, I went back to look at something in the back little where they do the ticketing and I go, that's a nice humidor. She goes, what? I go, that's a humidor. That's an English humidor. She goes, really?
Starting point is 01:15:24 I go, yeah, she had just like, just shit and a couple of ticket things or whatever. Because you want it, I go, I'll be by tomorrow. I came by the next day, put it in my car, went home and I refurbished it. Yeah, that's it. How did you fit that into your car? I just did. There was no way I wasn't fitting that into my car. But I mean, was it sticking out of the trunk? Nope. I put down every seat and I just't fitting that into my car. But I mean, was it sticking out of the trunk?
Starting point is 01:15:45 Nope. I put down every seat and I just mushed it in my car. Like like she's like SUV. Oh, okay, all right. But yeah, I mean, that's actually, mine has just, doesn't have all those draws. It really is two draws, but it's four levels up there. So yours has four levels. I fixed the lock on it.
Starting point is 01:16:07 I had to take another lock and repair it. And I put a, what is that thing on the, Jesus, I'm not a, a human, a human draw, oh, what the fuck is it? You're a metaphor? No. I forget. The thing that tells you how humid it is in it.
Starting point is 01:16:28 Oh, a thermostat. No, hydromot. Hydromot? Oh, fuck. I always forget it. Powder. Yeah, what? A drometer?
Starting point is 01:16:37 I drometer. Maybe, yeah. Anyways, I put a new one in and then I put cigars in and I slowly started adding to it and I. I grometer. Yeah. started adding to it and I grometer. Yeah, and I fixed it. I sealed it. I put lights in it. So now it lights up and it's fucking and I just have so many cigars, dude. So what? Okay, so the see the top three shelves there. Yeah. That's basically what your shelves look like. Yeah, those are full. Okay, they're full. Yeah. So then basically they're just lined with cigars. I have three more shelves going down. Right. So each shelf is, each one of those
Starting point is 01:17:12 compartments is lined with cigars. Line with cigars doubled. Doubled. So then I have what's where? Because I had the way I organized it. Up top is tattooed white haze and my father's. Up top is actually give away cigars, good cigars, but you know, ones that I might not smoke, right? And I know that these are light, these are a little heavy people coming over. I don't know if you smoke cigars. I'm not going to give you one of my great cigars. If I don't know you smoke, then there's my eye level one is tattooed white haze, my father's, uh, padrown, all these really, they sort of the day to days, that, David, off,
Starting point is 01:17:48 then I have my special ones in the middle, you know, and then I have my boxes of Cubans down the bottom, special ones, meaning what? Special ones, meaning ones that people gave me, like, anniversary editions, you know, the one that, um, Dan Soda gave me. It's a post in, a post in a pre embargo Cuban cigar. What does that mean?
Starting point is 01:18:08 That means before the Cuban embargo, yeah, before Castro took over. But how old is that I mean? It's fucking what? 50s, right? And you can smoke it still? Yeah. And it wouldn't taste like shit. No way.
Starting point is 01:18:22 No. How? Because it's cigarette. Because you keep a taste like shit. No way. No. How? Because you keep a cigar like you keep wine. I keep that thing at 68 humidity. And you know for sure that the person before you did the same. Absolutely. Okay.
Starting point is 01:18:35 You can tell, you can take a cigar. I took a whole box that were dead. This guy gave me all these old cigar boxes a couple years ago. And I was gonna make a wall with the cigar button. No, you never did it. So Dawn was going to, I'll just take them to the art teacher, because she'll do stuff with them. Beautiful.
Starting point is 01:18:52 So, Garboxes are fucking beautiful. Most of them are like works of art, okay? And she went through them and found a box, a whole box that they must have just threw in there by accident. And they were all fucking, you know, hard. I put them in my humidor on the bottom shelf, which is the highest humidity. And for two months, they're the some of the best of guys I have. Really?
Starting point is 01:19:15 Oh, so good. So you can rejuvenate a cigar. Rejuvenate, yeah. So what, what is the cost of that pre embargo cigar? Dannevittoughly. But I mean, you bring it up. Dannevittough, I mean, I don't, I didn't look. So what is the cost of that pre embargo cigar? They're never totally. But I mean, you bring it up. You never tell. I mean, I don't, I didn't look. It's almost like getting a wedding ring.
Starting point is 01:19:32 You don't want to look how much it is. You just want to say thank you. But I'm just saying, my head, I'm like, it's this, but it might not be. I think it was expensive. It probably a hundred bucks. Yeah, it's going to say you can make it educate you. That's right. Yeah. I think it was expensive. Probably a hundred bucks. Yeah, I was gonna say you can make it educate you. That's right. Yeah. Yeah, you can probably get them. Yeah, for whatever. But yeah, I won't smoke that cigar.
Starting point is 01:19:53 I'll smoke that cigar. We either Dan has a kid, Dan gets married. Yeah, I mean, you know, when my millions come to me, if I'd divine right in a perfect way, the walls of lack of delay now crumble away after filling my destiny. But it's once a car and then it's in a thing and it's it's really just, you know, it's really cool. I got a bunch of those. Yeah, wait, I got a whole like a glass thing. No, it's a tube, a plastic tube and a bag with some easy with the information on it. But I also have like a whole shelf of Cubans. When I leave the country, I always created box of Cubans. That's great. I always buy a box of Cubans. And you know, you don't trouble getting them back. No, you can bring two two, like one of two boxes back. The, uh, I really, what? I wanted to do this. I mean, I ended up doing it with video games. Yeah. Instead, we're very proud of my video game collection.
Starting point is 01:20:45 Yeah. 35%. We both have this thing. Yeah. I call it our mission. We both have to have a mission. Yeah. We both have to have something that we wake up and we can go by a find and it can't be easy.
Starting point is 01:21:01 Yeah. It has to be difficult and something that we can expand and go other routes. It can't just be one thing. And whether it be a certain jacket with a certain thing in it or shoes or cigars or video games, it's a mission because what it does is it takes us out of the anxiety of whatever we're fucking thinking and we could fucking pinpoint focus on that mission. I looked, yeah, I look, I have certain games, I mean, I have games that I just want to
Starting point is 01:21:32 get where things I'll find that are that I don't know about. And I go, that's very interesting. But like I have a list in my phone of like, these are games I'm like hunting for. Right. And when I find them, I literally will be like, oh yeah, fucking. Yeah. You know what I mean? Like, what are you hunting for?
Starting point is 01:21:50 Well, I just got pans or dragoon for my Sega Saturn. Why? Sega? Well, last one or the first one? The first one. I didn't know what the fuck that is. It's a dragon shooter. Means nothing to me.
Starting point is 01:22:02 It's a game where you're a dragon and you fly through and you shoot shit. You have it. You have it. You have it. You have it. It's a class. He has it nerd. Yeah, we've talked about it.
Starting point is 01:22:12 Okay. It's a classic game. It's not the most expensive. The most expensive one is what it was one called Panzer Dragon orta, which was saga. Well, I saw, oh yeah, maybe was saga. Yeah, saga's a third one. I saw Saga at a video game convention for the Xbox and I go, I go how much is this? The guy goes $800.
Starting point is 01:22:34 I was like, right, why? Because it's incredibly rare. It's incredibly rare. It's rare and sought after. I mean, it's crazy. But I was looking, I just wanted one of the Panzer Dragoons so I could start my collection of the series. And the fact that I found the first one, and then the guy was like, oh, just so you know, dude, this is a Japanese Saturn game. And I was like, I have the expansion
Starting point is 01:22:56 card for my Saturn. I can play Japanese. It feels good to be like, I'll take it for 20 bucks. I just got something. And the guy next to me goes, are you buying that? And I go, yeah, and he goes, oh, really? Yeah, so that always feels good too. Yeah, I just did that with watches, but not Rolex's, Seiko's and Casios. I just did, that was my mission for, I would say six months, is because there's certain Casios, people think Rolex, Rolex, Rolex, all these expensive watches, but there's a high end, yes, the gold casio, the sacos.
Starting point is 01:23:34 I have, like the old digital ones. Yeah, 1990s. Yeah, those are great. And for the Skywalker type of thing, I just, I got the Skywalker, which is becoming very rare. That's awesome 1990s Wind surfer there it is right there in the middle go over to the right. Oh like the circular digital Okay, I click on that I have this watch this watch It's so fucking beautiful and so unique yeah 1990s they made that fucking thing
Starting point is 01:24:04 I mean you felt like fucking James Bond. I had something, I didn't have that watch, but we all had one of the, we had a thing where you go, you could do this with it. Yeah, like those, those red things on the, they go up. So they, everything works on that watch. And I got the, I got another one too. And then I got, I got a couple of cashews.
Starting point is 01:24:22 And then I got a, I see another one I got. I got a couple of cashews and then I got a, I see another one I got, I got a Seiko. A Seiko too. Seiko is fucking me. I do it with, I fucking, those watches are great. And you know what that's going to be? It's going to be like 700 bucks in a couple of years. My collections, I have three.
Starting point is 01:24:39 My three collections, I do video games, I have four. Excuse me. I do video games, horror movies. my horror movie collection is becoming pretty extensive at this point. And I do hip hop. So I have- Hip hop. Because I've been listening to hip hop since I was a kid.
Starting point is 01:24:55 What's your favorite hip hop band? Band. EPMD is my favorite of all time. What's that? What are these? You got to cross over with their biggest hit. I don't think you would know them, though, dude. Why not? Because they were never like super mainstream. Really? Yeah. But like they had a song crossover that was fairly, it's not like,
Starting point is 01:25:17 it's not like a puff daddy song, though, where you're going to hear it, you know, once a while you hear you got to chill somewhere. Really? But I have, I have been collecting hip hop tapes as I was a kid. And I shipped them all out from New York to LA. I found my stash in my mom's house in the attic. And I shipped them out and I got a nice cabinet for them three drawer cabinet and put them all in. And then I stepped back and I was like,
Starting point is 01:25:44 man, between this and my CDs and my records, I got a fucking good, I got like a comprehensive hip hop collection. Oh, shit. So then I really got really back into it and I started to buy shit. So it's like, I go and, like I have CIA, which is Ice Cube's group before NWA. Like I've shit like that. I have MC search before third base. Twelve inch singles still unopened, like still wrapped. Who's he with before third base? He says he search. Really? Yeah. I have I have his singles. It's 12 inches, unopened.
Starting point is 01:26:17 Like just shit like that. You know what I mean? Was he as good? No, it's not as good. I mean, it's good, but it's not as it's not as good. It's you can hear. I come to know me. Talks about third base. They're awesome, man. I come to know. Nobody talks about them. I don't know. The cactus.
Starting point is 01:26:31 Yeah. How come into the gas face? Mm-hmm. Yeah. I played, I played him for Max. So I was like, don't play. I'm like, you crazy. Third base is the best.
Starting point is 01:26:40 There it is, the cactus album. That album was just fucking incredible, man. Unbelievable. They're messing with Hammer, MC Hammer, and MC Hammer put a head out on them. I know, yeah. MC Hammer put head out on them. Is that crazy? On what's his name?
Starting point is 01:26:55 On Search. On Search. Search has crazy stories, dude. If you watch his YouTube videos, that's the thing. I do. I do. He's actually, he's a very interesting to listen to. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:27:08 He's got a story about Bushwick Bill that's fucking nuts. I don't remember the story, but I just remember it was like, what the fuck, man? Yeah. But people don't realize how instrumental he was to New York rap music. I just went to the fat beats 25th anniversary and everybody there was fucking thanking third thanking MC search. Why? Because they were like, I thought they were hated. No, they were like without MC search, like we not, and it was because he's not a managing people. MC search discovered nods. Yes, he discovered nods. He's started, yeah, he started producing.
Starting point is 01:27:47 Yeah, it's like he's got a lot of respect, but he did, he did with a lot of groups from that era did, which was like they put out a classic and then they kind of just called it a day. They put out two records and he was like, all right, he put out one solo record and he was like, I'm done. I'm going to go do other shit. Well, I just gone. No, he's around, but he just, you know, he does radio and he does, you know, whatever he
Starting point is 01:28:11 does now. But anyway, just, I'm just more importantly collecting. Yeah. I hear you, dude. It's like, so you do it watches in the cigars I do with this stuff. Yeah, people, you know, but I think people, not everybody does this. It's a certain type of person, Ryan Hamilton does it.
Starting point is 01:28:32 Believe it or not. What's he collecting? It doesn't collect thing. He gives himself some missions. It's when you're on the road and you're by yourself and you're, you know, this stand up game is a lonely game. Even though we're all friends and we have friends, you need something to occupy your brain space
Starting point is 01:28:50 rather than drugs and fucking shooting heroin and hookers and shit. Yeah. Because, you know, so I think what we do to replace that is, you know, find these things to look for. Because you're in the town, dude, you're gonna go look, oh, there's a wreckage show.
Starting point is 01:29:06 I'll go down there, I'll fucking look at a wreckage show. Or I'll go to flea markets to look at these watches. Or I'm a big knife collector now. I love fucking blacksmithing. I love knife making. I think guys who make knives are just amazing. I started. I just have, I forgot. I have knives. I had a, let me just read this real quick from.
Starting point is 01:29:36 Take your time. This is, this is, sorry. Come on, talk it around. I can't. What is my glasses? Is there any way you could what? There's more ice somewhere. Yeah, we can get some more ice. Sorry, is that rude of me to ask you? No. Okay, we're going to get a different.
Starting point is 01:29:53 Thank you. Yeah, this, his name is Keith. Keith the dick on Instagram. He's great. He makes these amazing knives. And he contacted me when I was up in Rochester and he's like, listen, I'd love for you to combine my shop. I went by a shop.
Starting point is 01:30:11 I saw all these, he told me that all these knives and how they made and why them. It was just fucking crazy to me. And his family business makes the glass. They polish the glass for iPhones. It's fucking nuts. Well, he goes, I'd like to, you know, make something for the comedy camp. Well, he made everybody who went to comedy camp a knife.
Starting point is 01:30:31 I want to go camping with you, dude, by the way. Yeah. Awesome. So everybody, everybody has their own evidence. It says 2019 comedy camp on it. And that's a pocket knife for everybody who went. So remind me to bring those in and we can get them to people. You want to go camping? Yes. You being carmed. I saw the video and I fucking messaged you. You fucking asshole. What?
Starting point is 01:30:53 Yeah, I messaged you. I commented, excuse me on Instagram. Yeah, but you can't, you're never gonna survive. You didn't respond. I didn't see it. I don't know about that. I wrote to you, I saw the video, you and Ari eating fish.
Starting point is 01:31:04 Yeah. And this is what maybe we want to go. Ari biting the trout, they go like this. Oh, so fresh. I was like, I want to go do this. It's so great. I want to do it. We're going in a couple weeks.
Starting point is 01:31:19 Where? When? It's on, I believe in a Monday. Yeah, we're going to go up fishing for the day. We might, and we might stay the night. I want to go and I need a pole though. I don't know. I have it.
Starting point is 01:31:36 You got a spare pole. I got three, four. I want to go, dude, I'm serious. Okay. I don't want to cook fish. Can we also, by the way, I'm dead serious because this is all I thought about when I was watching the, are you glad to believe bring sandwiches to eat while you're? Yeah, we go get lunch.
Starting point is 01:31:50 Because I was like, if all they have to eat is that fucking piece of it. No, no, we bring lunch. We'll bring lunch. We'll bring a cooler, you know what I mean? Yeah, yeah. Yeah, we caught those, that fish was so. I'm a cook. I'm going to fire.
Starting point is 01:32:04 Dude, I, yeah, we could cook on a fire, stick it on a stick and cook it over the fire. Yeah, man. I love it. If you want to go, but are you going to be able to fuck it? Are you going to be all right out there? What do you mean?
Starting point is 01:32:15 You brought fucking versi, you cock sucker. You think I can't, he's a man. He was cold in 65 degree weather. Yeah, but what was fucking cold out? It was cold. 65 degrees, huh? Yeah, if you have a state outside in 65 degree weather. Yeah, because while it was fucking cold out, it was cold. 65 degrees, huh? Yeah, if you have a state outside in 65 degree weather and you're from LA, you'd fucking scream.
Starting point is 01:32:31 You would quit. I'm from LA. Did you just say that? Did you just say that? I think I did. You think I can't survive. No, I'm not. That fucking big nose, Jill, you bring up there.
Starting point is 01:32:43 You think I can. I'll be fine. There's no way you're going to survive. If you're going to do it, go into the fucking Ozarks. I know, but if you're going to a stream, half a mile from the city, it's around an hour and a half out. All right, I'll lift. Worst comes to worst.
Starting point is 01:33:01 If we're running back to set civilization, if we're up the side of a mountain, you're not, you're going to run an hour and a half in the dark down a mountain. You don't know me. Dude, I know you. I'm fine. I'll bring it. What's going to happen to me? I don't know.
Starting point is 01:33:13 I don't know. Probably nothing. All right. Let's see what happens. All right. All right. You're in. Next time we go, you're in.
Starting point is 01:33:21 I'll kill. I'll kill my bear hands. Now you won't kill. You think I won't? If you're talking about a gay guy to rest off, yeah, but not a real bear. All right, fair enough. All right, we're gonna wrap this up. You're gonna go next time. I'm gonna go.
Starting point is 01:33:31 You sure? And I'm only looking at my phone because I'm meeting a friend that I got to just tell her what time I'm meeting her. Girl. It's a lady friend, but it's not a date. A lady friend. It's not a date. I can't stand you.
Starting point is 01:33:44 What happened to Joey? Joey's dead. Joey, Joey roses is dead. No, Joey roses. What are you texting or a fucking love letter? Just say what we did. I can't see their attempts. See it in. She get it out. We're wrapping up. Jesus Christ. Things haven't changed. I had another thing I wanted to tell you that. What? Oh, oh, I started collecting VHS tapes. No, that's just stupid. It's not stupid. Why is it not stupid? First of all, I'll tell you why it's stupid.
Starting point is 01:34:09 If I brought you to my house, which you'll never come, because you're a selfish, exucker together, you're never going to be a fucking comedian. Never been invited. Like you, like Rachel, like Jay, when it's Soder, whenever any of you come to town. Hey dude, come meet me. I'm staying over here. Meet me right next door at the place I'm staying at. I want you to go to my hey, dude, come meet me. I'm staying over here. Meet me right next door at the place I'm staying at. I want you to go to my place. So I'm like,
Starting point is 01:34:28 ah, dude, I'd love to, but you're all self never invited me. You're all self never invited me. I will come down and I will invite you. Okay. Keith Robinson, I'll say don't come. Coming in three weeks. No, but I have VHS, if I showed you my VHS tapes, you would think, because I only collect certain ones. Look what? Classic, horror, classic action, classic stuff. Here's a problem with your VHS collection. It's going to deteriorate with the air.
Starting point is 01:35:00 Well, no, it's not. Yeah. Watch it. I've had VHS tax from 10 years ago. They're worth money. What do you get? I have these Star Wars. Okay, dude, I've found these things.
Starting point is 01:35:11 I found these things that are like fucking reared sales for a dollar. I have these Star Wars original VHS release like see like the seat, you know from the CBS logo on the side. I have like Star Wars VHS, they're worth like $90 that I paid like $2 for. I thought you were going to say $900. Well, they said $90. I will buy them for a hundred and step on them. They increase in them. Sorry, sorry, sorry, it's not as good as your gold saco. You fucking I don't have the gold saco. First of all, that's the one I want. And that's a lot more than $90. I'd steal it. Now you'll hawk it and they go, dummy, do you steal this from?
Starting point is 01:35:47 That's not true. That's not true. That's sick. I'm going to come to you out and break your pre-fucking regimen cigar. So it makes me sick trying to show these classy. Oh, dude, it's a pre-rejeemer. You will not break that cigar. That's the guy's very sacred to me. I'm going to make favorite. I want to talk about comedian missions.
Starting point is 01:36:11 Yeah. I'm going to get booked right in your house. And that's going to be my mission to break into your house at night and break that cigar. There you go. The CBS Fox collection. Yeah. I will fucking, I will literally offer you 500 that you can't refuse. And I will fucking rip the tape out in front of you. Why would you want to then wipe my ass all the way? I understand why you would want to do it. Because the artwork on them, I'm telling that I collect them for the artwork on the boxes. It's all like, what's the artwork on the boxes? Stop showing mercy. What are you doing? Look up, look up, Chuck, look up Chuck Norris.
Starting point is 01:36:42 Good guys wear black VHS Chuck Norris. Good guys wear black VHS. It's one of the ones I just got. But what is it? It's a VHS, it's an old action movie, but the VHS tape is so fucking great looking. Oh, you look at that dude. Look at that fucking. Look at that dude. Photo. That's the box though. Yeah, but it's a photo. But my point is as you got that on your shelf, it looks pretty fucking great.
Starting point is 01:37:05 Let me say, where is it? You're fucking great producer just. I can't, he's still in. What is it? It's a guy. The guy that forgot the mouse was across the room. It's just a guy. It's a guy.
Starting point is 01:37:20 It's a guy. Oh, it's you, sorry. It's a photo with, it's what? you got no aesthetic. I got no what? Why did you just call me? Go me as a semantic just come here How you talk to fucking come on dude? What you tell me you saw that in the video store when you were a kid You wouldn't have fucking got excited You tell me you saw that in the video store when you were a kid, you wouldn't have fucking got excited.
Starting point is 01:37:44 That's awesome. I mean, you're a very chucked guy. Look at the reflection in his glasses and the guy jumping into the car. It's a fucking great look. I'm not saying it's a good movie. It's just a great looking piece of him jumping through the windshield. No idea. Never seen it.
Starting point is 01:37:57 Never want to ever watch it. We didn't get it for that. We're just trying to fill a hole in our stomachs. Yeah. Yeah, exactly. It's me desperately trying to avoid going, peg me in my ass, sweetheart. That's all it is. It's me just just waiting.
Starting point is 01:38:14 Let it happen. I'm gonna have. I'm gonna have. You should. While you're in New York, let it happen. I had a check. I asked me recently. She wanted to beg you.
Starting point is 01:38:22 Why have we been talking about dumb watches and tapes for the last hour? Well, you could have brought up some girl wanted to fucking stick it around. Both of us want. I can't get it. I'm not going to want. Bailey, Jay to fucking grab me by the throat and go shut up, but she's not going to. I know. You know why? Because she wants you to be the man. I don't want to be the man. Most transsexuals want to be a woman. They don't want to be a woman. I know. Why can't I be a woman?
Starting point is 01:38:58 What the fuck? You want? That's how much though. That's how much, by the way, that's the gender reversal happening right now. Is there a transsexual man who are now women saying treat me, treat me like a fucking woman, and they're going to be men going, no, treat me like a woman. Do you really, you want to be the bottom in the, with a, with a transgender woman?
Starting point is 01:39:23 You get a hot transgender check, right? You want her to dominate you. And I'll tell you why. Do you know why? I'm not against it. I'm not against it. Because, I'm not gonna lie. Because for you to be the dominant male,
Starting point is 01:39:38 you, it's, it, you've done that. You don't want that. You want to have somebody smush your face into a pillow. I mean, so many by me dinner for once. Yeah, by you dinner, AKA sticks up in your room. Stick a fucking sausage. Where were you present? You by the fucking oven. Yeah. Brother. brother. I don't know. I really don't. I got a kid. I can't fuck around with that. I can't have my kid going to dad. Did you really fucking? Did you enjoy the roast of really fucking
Starting point is 01:40:19 do that? It's got to be a check with a dick though. No shit, it can't be a dude. Can't be a dude with a dick. Now because that's just a guy. Yeah, you'll fucking argue with him and kick him out of your house. Yeah, yeah, basically. What do you mean you don't like smokey in the band to get out? Yeah, I'm showing her in the VHS tapes. Now what?
Starting point is 01:40:39 What about the VHS tapes? What is your dream? What is your dream besides Bailey? We know Bailey, Bailey's a unicorn. What is your dream? What is your dream besides Bailey? We know Bailey, Bailey's a unicorn. What is your dream? What is your dream transgender fantasy girl? What is she, she Hawaiian? Is she Chinese?
Starting point is 01:40:52 Is she, it's Bailey, it's Bailey all the way. Nobody knows he's ever topped it. So you want a Caucasian. You want a white girl. Actually, I like what's her face? What's her face? What's her name? The famous one. There's a lot of famous ones.
Starting point is 01:41:07 The super famous one with the one name. That looks like Dominic and almost. Spanish girl, big butt. She's a little older. Oh, you mean the one that made it with Mike Tyson? I don't know about that. She did a similar belly. Transgendered that made out with Mike Tyson. I don't know about that. She did a similar belly. Transgendered girl makes out with Mike Tyson with Mike Tyson.
Starting point is 01:41:31 Yeah, I know you're talking about, yeah, she's pretty. Say it, come on, you got it. I want to say like, oh, vanity, vanity. That's it, vanity. Yeah. Yeah, you know, she made that with fucking my Tyson, right? I did. At the point, at the point, at the point, Expo, he was walking through, she was walking
Starting point is 01:41:49 through, she said, hi, he was a girl, what's up. And then they started kissing and he didn't know it was a fucking dude. Oh, man. They got that video. I do know, I don't care. I know you wouldn't, would you? That's not vanity. No, vanity type in vanity.
Starting point is 01:42:05 Vanity. My Tyson. Yeah. Yeah. Take out my ties just for vanity. porn star. Trans. Well, you got to put trans. Oh, she male because yeah, porn star. He's I think there's a straight woman. Oh, God, look at the old mic. God, she's so hot. Yeah, type of hit the third one so we can put it on the thing. Yeah, third. there's a straight woman named, oh God, look at the, oh my God, she's so hot. Yeah, it's time to hit the third one so we can put it on the thing. Yeah, third, she's very pretty. She's very pretty.
Starting point is 01:42:33 Yeah, I mean, look. Oh, yeah, dude. We can't do that. That's a woman. So 100% a woman. Except for the 10 inch dick in the front, but that's a woman. That's, that's what I call woman improved. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:42:48 Yeah, until she gets a fucking widow's peak, you're in 38. Yeah, that's the problem. Yeah, that's the problem when she gets great chin hairs. And you're like, yeah, oh, she looks like Mr. Furley. Ah, man, she's pretty good. God, dude, she is fucking smoking. Let's go get one tonight, one each. Yeah, I got to move my friend.
Starting point is 01:43:10 Yeah, well fuck her, I'll pay. You just said you didn't want your kid to. Yeah, come on, me and you will go get him. I'll pay. We'll go to Brooklyn where they're really good. Yeah, well, you could afford, I don't want. You know what I mean? Yeah, no, I know you insulted me. No, I'm not insulting you. It's what I could afford to.
Starting point is 01:43:28 What, I can afford, I can afford a $500 one for each. Listen, but anything in any gender or any sexuality that you and I could afford, I don't want. Why? Because what the fuck does that mean? I just said 500 each. We can't afford the clean stuff. 500 is clean. Dude, 500 is clean. No? What am I? Am I dated? Yeah, you haven't got a hooker since 1986.
Starting point is 01:43:56 It was like movies used to be 10 cents. Yeah, that's Christ. Clean, she milked. Back in my day, Hattranny was a nickel. Back in my day, you get a tranny with a conversation in a fucking movie. I would I would let her vanity if you're listening. You can tear my ass apart.
Starting point is 01:44:17 Jesus Josephine. What the fuck? I'm not even joking. Really? You're just done with it. I you don't care anymore. Why would I care? What do I care? What do I get to mean? What's done with it. You don't care anymore. Why would I care? What do I care?
Starting point is 01:44:26 What do I get to mean? What's wrong with it? They don't wrong with it. Nothing wrong with it. I don't think so. I'll look at that. Look at the show. We can't show it.
Starting point is 01:44:34 We're just fucking charging right after it. Is that Bailey? I forgot they did a scene together. No, her and Bailey scene is nice. Well, really. You know, at this point, you think Bailey really throw me a bone, no pun intended, as a friend. It was even Michelle Firestone.
Starting point is 01:44:47 Transcendent point, Simon. Yeah. Michelle Firestone. She's beautiful. She's beautiful. Firestone. There we go. Ready?
Starting point is 01:44:57 Boom. It's good to have. Oh, well. Who's that lady in the suit up there? Yeah. There's Joe Firestone, the comedian. There you go. There you go.
Starting point is 01:45:09 There you go, this. You can't show that, right? No, but it's not. Oh, it's not a street. Okay, then, there you go. I like she's hot. I get to her a little small. All right, wait a minute.
Starting point is 01:45:17 Go back. Go to the next one. Yeah, but she doesn't have tits. That's called the chest. That's what I mean. It's a little. I mean, it's a little. It's a little. It's a little. It's a little. It's a little. It's a little small. All right, wait a minute, go back, go to the next one. Yeah, but she doesn't have tits, that's called the chest.
Starting point is 01:45:27 That's what I mean, it's a little, it's a little, it's a little, you want to get up, make that big. There you go, Joe, you're doing a gig somewhere in Michigan, you go back to your room and now, right now. No, because that's just, that's just an effeminate, dude. Yeah. She's beautiful. She's crazy. Well, apparently you like big boobs.
Starting point is 01:46:18 I liked the idea of a woman with a cock. I'm not going to fucking, I don't give a fuck. I've, I got no qualms about it. Right. Just, yeah. But I've, you know, I haven't really gone down that road yet. Ssh. Huh. Hey, if you're listening and you're out there, give me a call.
Starting point is 01:46:37 You've never done it. Once, I hooked up with her. Thank you. What happened? Nothing, I got a hand job. You know, you touched the day. No. There's no way. I probably shouldn't. Hang on, I want to tell you. What happened? Nothing. I got a hand job. You know, you touched the day. Now, there's no way I promise I didn't hang on one. So you went into an alleyway with her and she jerked you off in an alley to completion. I believe so, yeah. So you knew she was a transgendered girl. Yeah, because of what?
