Join Izzy as she makes extra special Easter eggs for her pony friends! This is going to be the best Easter ever!

Before we get into the story, do you want to know a fun fact? Every pony in My Little Pony has a cutie mark on their back leg. A cutie mark is a symbol that represents something about the pony, either about their personality or a talent they might have. If you were a pony, what would your cutie mark look like? Okay, story time. Today, we are going to be reading My Little Pony, Easter Egg Surprise, by Alexandra West. It's the day before Easter, and Izzy is running around trying to get all her Easter crafts done. She wants to make a special Easter egg for each of her best friends.

I want each egg to be perfect, says Izzy. That means each egg needs to be made exactly right for each pony. I just want every pony to know how much I love them. Izzy thinks about all the reasons she loves her best friends. She has so many great memories, like the first time she met Sunny, or the time Zipt helped them escape the castle dungeons. Wow, each pony has their very own sparkle inside them, says Izzy, and being together, being a family, lets that sparkle shine.

Izzy has so many ideas. Her imagination is in hyperdrive. She's got it. Izzy is finally ready to make her Easter eggs, but she needs to keep these a surprise until tomorrow morning. So she sends her friends a video message. See you tomorrow. Doing something secret. Izzy makes an Easter egg for Sunny first. She loves Sunny because who wouldn't love an adventurous best friend? Most of all, Izzy loves that Sunny is determined to make the world a better place.

Izzy paints Sunny's Easter egg orange and pink. She adds stars because to Izzy, stars lead the way. And Sunny is leading the way to a better world for all ponies. Izzy makes an Easter egg for Hitch next. She loves Hitch because he is the responsible pony of the group. Plus, he is so nurturing that he actually attracts small animals to him wherever he goes. So cute. Izzy paints Hitch's egg yellow and blue.

Of course, she also paints on his shield because he's the main. Maritime Bay Sheriff, but then she also adds hearts because he is kind to others. Then Izzy makes an Easter egg for Pip. She loves Pip because while of course she is an incredibly talented pop star, she also has the biggest heart of any pony she has ever met. Izzy paints Pip's egg pink and purple. She adds tons of colorful music notes, and don't forget Princess Pip's icon. Royal Crown. Izzy makes an Easter egg for Zip next. She loves Zip because she has the courage to be

herself. Her athletic abilities make her a fun pony to play with on land or in the sky. Izzy paints Pips Egg blue and pink. Then Izzy thinks about what she can paint to capture Zips over-the-top energy. She's got it. She paints a giant lightning bolt. Buzz, buzz, buzz. Oh no, Sunny is calling Izzy. She doesn't know what to do. Izzy doesn't answer the call because Sunny might see her Easter surprise. Sunny leaves a sweet video message for Izzy.

Hey, Izzy, happy early Easter. Look at all the beautiful eggs Izzy made. Izzy hopes her friends love them as much as she does. She gets ready for bed and can't. hardly wait to hand them out tomorrow. The next morning, Izzy gallops out of bed. It's finally Easter morning. She is so excited to hand out her special Easter eggs. She trots downstairs to find every pony. Izzy can't believe her eyes! Sunny, Hitch, Pip and Zip made an extra special Easter egg for Izzy too. Happy Easter, Izzy!
