This Brainrot Copyright Situation Is Crazy.BENJIxScarlett is a Sprunki brainrot YouTuber that sent a copyright strike to a very popular commentary YouTuber over critism of his cringy brainrot content on TikTok and YouTube Shorts. Today we explain this terrible situation how BenjiXScarlett is ruining their reputation in this situation.

Got dumpy and keyboard and engrine and of course, Rife is in between. Got beef with Rife? No, I just think that the videos he makes are targeted towards people that think they're tough. All right, people, what's up? Today I discovered a brain rot YouTuber that broke the law. Now, audience, the YouTuber that we're going to be covering today is Benji X. Scarlet. What everybody to jump?

My name is crappy corner. A YouTuber that uses Benji and his 8-year-old 10-year-old. sister, I don't really care, she looks like a baby. They both make a bunch of AI, sprunky, brain rot animated music videos. Now, in retrospect, I am perfectly fine with anybody using AI to make their YouTube videos. Go ahead. I wouldn't doubt that at least half of these YouTubers on this website is also just AI generated. Yeah, I'm talking about your favorite YouTuber.

At this point, any of them can be... Hey, I generated at this point. I'm just kidding, audience. I'm not AI generated. The robots haven't got to me yet. However, Benji X. Oh yeah, the robots are most definitely running their YouTube channel. Or at least, this is the type of excuse Benji would say after copyright striking one of my fellow YouTube friends.

Fortunately enough, robots cannot feel emotion and get all fucking sensitive and strike down people's livelihoods. I don't think Benji could blame the robots on this one. This is O.G. Lofi and he made a video on Benji X. Scarlett that sooner or later got taken down by Benji X. Scarlet with a copyright strike on his YouTube channel. And for anybody that doesn't know much about copyright strikes, if you get three of them, your entire YouTube channel gets taken down. That means no more videos, no more channel, no more money, you go fucking homeless. And for OG Loafi, he only needed two more from Benji X.

Scarlet to go bye-bye. Not a very good look for Benji X. Scarlet. Now, you might be thinking, why did OG Loafi get this copyright strike from Benji X. Scarlet? Well, the simple answer is that Benji got sensitive and didn't want to hear criticism on his name because striking down for copyright is the simplest method of getting a video taken down. However, the long story is that whenever OG Lofi uploaded this video on Benji X. Scarlet,

it was classified under fair use, which basically means a criticism or a parody on somebody else's content is transformative, which essentially means that Lofi's videos shouldn't have been taken down for copyright under any means. If you give criticism and commentary over somebody else's protected copyright work, you are then transforming the content itself, therefore shielding you from the copyright strike. And because Benji decided to strike down O.G. Lofi's video to begin with, he then broke the copyright law because O.G. Lofi's video was transformative

and falls under fair use. So at this point you might be thinking, well, Rith, what exactly did Lofi say to get the video struck down for copyright? Why did Benji get so sensitive? What could he have possibly said about Benji? Yeah, uh, he said this. Interestingly enough, this guy got so sensitive over commentary YouTubers making fun of him

that he actually put me and a bunch of my friends in a brain rot AI disc track, which, mind you, audience, I've never spoke about this guy in my fucking life. But still, let's see what he said about me. Oh no, it's the spooky commentary YouTubers. They're here to make a video about how cringe I am. Everyone, of course, rises in between. Again, audience, never in my life have I spoke about this guy. Why am I in the video?

Why am I dead center of all the commentary YouTubers? What the f f f f*** did I ever do to you? Well, to be honest, I know exactly what you did. You made me look fucking stupid. Why the f*** do I look like a malnourished POW in World War? You could have designed me in any other way to make me look more handsome. And at least you took the time out of your day to make sure you at least look like a somewhat normal piece of shit. You look like the Timo drawing of Luke did that.

Anyways, audience, since this video was published, I honestly had no idea that I was in this video. Until around a week ago, I was notified by the YouTuber Kied Boy that I was in fact inside of this music video. And apparently, Keed Boy was making a disc track back at him and wanted me to pitch in. And so I accepted, even though I had no idea who the fuck this guy was, I just knew that somebody was attacking my glamorous sexiness, and I had to retaliate. Anyways, I'm going to show you the list of emails between me and Keyed Boy cooking up this song. Yes, we communicated through email. You guys can fuck off now. Anyways, my original bars for this Benji disc track was,

And I'm Writh, bring in the truth, you music's trash, it's an absolutely. Actual spoof, trendy titles, click fake galore, but your funky vibe we can't take anymore. That is what Keyd told me to say originally on the disc track. And if any of you guys seen the actual disc track that Key boy put out, well, uh, that's not exactly what I said. And I'm Rith. Risk record approves. Your music shit, the falloffs huge. Scarlet be commenting, I'll be a cunt.

Like a big bitch, I light you like a boy. Binky, Benji, YouTube. Yeah, thank God I said what I said. The bars that Keyed told me to say was that fucking dog. I had to change it. And guess what? Because I changed my bars to make them actually good, it turns out on the disc track,

my verse was the most replayed part of the video. So thank you guys for actually thinking my bars were good. But I do have a confession to tell you guys. Before I sent Keyed the bars that you currently see on the YouTube disc track today, I actually sent him a couple bars before that that never actually made it on YouTube. And after Keed was reviewing these bars for the disc track, He was basically like, yeah, Rith, we can't put this into Dish Track. This is a little too far.

And so I was like, fuck you, Keed. Just kidding, I didn't say that. And that is whenever I sent him the bars that you guys currently see on YouTube. But I'm going to go ahead and show you guys the original bars I sent Keed. And before I show you guys, I just have to let YouTube know that this was a joke. I don't mean anything that I said in these bars. I don't actually hate Benji X. Scarlet. I just think that he's not a very good person.

But anyways, with that being said, here's the bars I sent keyed. And I'm Riff. Bring in the truth. Your music is shit. I'll give you a news. Fucking brain ride, actual pain, tilt your brain back and pop with a 38. What the fuck was I thinking? Again, YouTube, this is a joke. I don't actually want him to blow his brains out with a 38. I seriously don't know how to word it to YouTube that I don't mean anything that I said in this disc track.

Please, YouTube, be understanding for once. Anyways, through trial and error, we ended up getting the disc track out, and it was a huge success. Over 380,000 views, which completely destroyed his original music video. 12,000 likes on our dish track with Benji X. Scarlett, well, he disabled that shit. And now Benji X. Scarlet's career is in the toilet because they are now the copyright strike people. Not exactly a name you would want to have on YouTube. And ever since Keyed Boys' dish track on Benjy X. Scarlet, Benji has yet to reply to Keed.

And to be honest, I don't think he is going to reply. He is now completely ignoring the situation and now just pumping out videos about Sprunkey. Pretty much the same behavior of other people that like to copyright strike people's videos and ignore the situation.
