This Spice King Broke The Law.TikTok. TikTok gave the the Spice King TikTok Trend. Today, the TikTok Spice King known as Spizee has broke the law, involving Spice King critic, Veshremy. Spizee the TikTok Trend Spice King attacks Veshremy, today we check out how Spizee Broke the law.

You guys might know this guy through his TikTok, my videos, or even Vesh Remy's YouTube shorts.

But in recent events, this Spice King is very mad at Vesh Remy. And he is angry so much so that he is willing to break the fucking copyright law over this shit. To go ahead and make a long story short, Vesh Remy is a YouTube shorts creator that recently has been talking a lot of shit specifically on Spice Kings, and one of those Spice Kings in particular was Spicey. And recently Spisey took notice of Vesremi's videos and struck them down for copyright. Essentially what Spicey is trying to say is that all of Vesh Remy's reaction videos to his Spice King videos are apparently stealing content, which obviously isn't

true in the slightest. Fair use on YouTube is defined by giving your own commentary and criticism about something, which is not breaking copyright law. But apparently, according to Spisi, Vestremi's reaction videos do in fact break the law, which basically leads us up to today where Spisey dropped this video. My response. And before we begin, what the fuck is that thumbnail? He looks so sad. I'm gonna have to get my fucking tissues before we begin. I don't know, he just made a video about me.

I said, fine, whatever, I don't care. I mean, it was a new concept for me that it just like comment the stuff I do. Honestly, I'm not surprised in the slightest that he actually struck Vesh Remy's videos because if this guy is brand new to the concept of reaction content, He's most likely not very informed on what exactly reaction content does about how it's legally okay for anybody to talk about a various topic on your platform. But is it a good excuse that he doesn't know anything about copyright law? Probably not.

I mean, we're talking about people's jobs here. This isn't necessarily a situation where you want to have a fucking oopsie. No, I didn't have a problem with that. I messaged him. Can you please give me credit on your videos? because he didn't give him credit nowhere. I mean, to be fair, he didn't need to give you credit to begin with. At the end of the day, his video is still his video.

Whether he reacts to your video and credits you or not, I still don't necessarily think it's something to literally strike the dude for. And I mean, the guy has been kind of giving you credit putting hashtag spicy in the description. So I don't necessarily know what you're bitching about. You know, you put tens of millions of views, so I want to credit, you know. He had a video with half a million. likes my video and the credit. So, you know, I wanted this credit.

Again, the guy doesn't need to credit you either way. Even if he just started giving you credit today, he's still doing it out of the kindness of his heart. Because at the end of the day, it's still his video and he still doesn't need to credit you. Back and forth, it's very hard to talk. I can't communicate with him. But eventually, we got to the point where we decided that he will credit me. And we said fine. Everything was fine. So at the time, my management striped him twice. Hey man, you recently striked one of my videos. My management did. You're not crediting me anywhere in making money off my hard work and suffering. Again,

bro, he doesn't need to credit you. As far as I can see on your TikTok and YouTube channel, nowhere does it say that somebody needs to give you credit for reacting to any of your shit. Maybe if you contacted Vesh before you gave him the strikes, that would be a little bit more mature. But striking his shit without saying anything, uh, that's kind of fucking stupid. That's really something that didn't need to happen. I mean, I talked with my management after this and everything was fine. I mean, he had a strike on his channel, but it's like a warning.

But after he deactivated my strikes, he went nuts. Also, just to let you know, I don't actually mean the shit I say in my videos, lol. It's all for the content. Yeah, it's fine. I know. Now, the only thing I can really say about that is, uh, welcome to the internet. When you're on the internet and you get some form of publicity, you're going to get some wild shit sent to you. I checked my fucking email this morning and I got somebody asking me for feet picks. You're a semi-famous content creator. You're going to get some stupid shit. I've gotten death threats before, but guess what? I don't give a fuck.

Pull up to my crib, see what the fuck happens. If this is genuinely affecting you, then just close the fucking laptop. Bada bing, bada boom, all the death threats are gone. So I DM him again, obviously he didn't credit me. Once again, he didn't need to in the first place. He removed all the credit on Instagram on YouTube. I DMed him again, and this time I told him, you're crossing the line. It's not funny anymore.

You know, he started being rude, so I blocked him and I warned him. The next time you will upload a video on me, I will have to do something. So after the DM, it didn't listen to me, so I striped again. What the fuck is this? I'm just going to summarize this shit up. The first three screenshots are basically them bitching about what is and isn't fair use. Spisey says how old are you? Who gives a fuck?

The fourth screenshot, though, is where it gets pretty fucking juicy. The strikes are one step before legal proceedings. I'm still asking in a good manner, do not keep on using my clips or mentioning me in any video. from now on. Next time, it will be a letter from my lawyer and a legal proceeding, Spicey the goat. Bro, I think Vesh Remy knows the message is from Spicey the goat. You literally fucking DMed him.

Listen, Spisey, I think you're definitely going down the wrong path. You're striking Vesh for copyright, but all you're mentioning is how he's being offensive. You would have such a better case if you gave him a strike for harassment and bullying. But because you gave him a strike for copyright, that's what you're going to be discussing in court. And because that's the verdict you gave Vesh a strike for, you completely fucked up. Some of his shorts may be a little offensive, yeah.

But you struck him for copyright and it's a false takedown. This guy's playing two different ball fields and it's not going to work. And also, if you're talking about Ves Remy being so offensive and people are attacking you, why the fuck would you want credit then? Wouldn't that just make your name more known to Vesh Remy fans?
