Alright guys, I came out to like six cops at my door today and they say there's a warrant for tax evasion from the state.
If you're watching this, probably in jail.
Bro, you look fucking chop.
Woo!
Two million buckaroos!
That is fucking crazy.
All right, people, what's up?
Whistling Diesel got arrested and it's not looking good for him.
Now, audience, if you haven't heard by now, the YouTuber Whistling Diesel of around 10 million subscribers has been arrested for him.
for tax evasion. If anybody in the audience doesn't recognize who this is, this guy, Cody,
is a man that destroys supercars for YouTube content, which honestly me saying that he only
destroys supercars is one hell of an understatement. This guy's entire career is about
flaunting his wealth and destroying very expensive shit. Essentially, what I'm trying to
say here is that this guy is pretty wealthy. And whenever you are so wealthy in pulling in well over
six figures a month on YouTube.com. Sometimes some people like to keep all their money and not
reported back to the government. And as for the case of Mr. Whistland Diesel, that is what he got
arrested for. Now, not too long ago, a bunch of police showed up on Whistland Diesel's property
to arrest him for tax evasion. And according to the news coverage about the situation, it is all
about a Ferrari. A YouTuber with a following of over 10 million subscribers was arrested in
Williamson County for tax evasion. The creator's content focuses on demolishing vehicles.
Now, according to the sheriff's office, why does bro look so fucking chopped in his mugshot?
Holy shit. It would be really funny if Whistland Diesel made this shit his profile picture on
YouTube. Actually, you know what? I wouldn't put it past Cody that he would literally make this
his profile picture. This guy is the type of cunning motherfucker to do that. But anyways,
Whistland Diesel, whose real name is Cody Detweiler, has been released on a
a $20,000 bond.
Uh, lady, are you sure about $20,000 bond?
Because I have his arrest document right here.
That shit says 2 million USD motherfucker.
$2 million is higher than some murder bonds.
Like, you have to be doing some pretty sick shit to get a bond that high.
Listen, audience, I'm not the best at math by any means, but that does not say $20,000.
And also, why does it say that Whistling Diesel is six feet tall?
I'm looking at him right now.
That dude is not pushing past 5 foot 9.
He's facing two counts of tax evasion, all stemming from January 2023.
He is accused of attempting to evade or defeat any tax due to the state of Tennessee on the purchase of a Ferrari.
The purchase of a Ferrari, huh?
Well, that would probably explain why he posted these pictures right after he posted this.
I guess that's the Ferrari that he's allegedly being arrested over.
Speaking of which, this is not the only thing that Whistland Diesel has posted about since that Ferrari photo.
He even posted a video of him commentating while the police is escorting him to the police car.
This shit is fucking hilarious.
All right, guys, I came out to like six cops at my door today.
And they say there's a warrant for tax evasion for the state.
Not sure what it's for.
Paid all my taxes.
Federal tax is all paid up too.
We have monthly checks to go out from our accounts, so
I'm not sure what it's for, but if you're watching this,
probably in jail.
Uh, yeah, I would probably expect you to be in jail too.
Two million dollars is nothing to laugh about.
Listen, Mr. Diesel, I understand that you're rich as fuck
and you like to flaunt your wealth to everybody on the internet,
because it seems at this point that the only thing that matters to you in life
is how much money you have.
And that if you have a lot of money,
then you are all of a sudden
the best human being on the face of the planet.
I am sure that even you can agree with me
that $2 million is definitely nothing to laugh about.
There is only a very small amount of people in this world
where $2 million doesn't mean shit.
I am sure that kind of money would put at least a little bit of a dent in your wallet.
I just find it pretty funny that you're trying to be nonchalant about this whole thing.
and no one gave us a notice on what it could have been for first so
okay the cuffs are tied them up are you unlocked those or tighten them up i'm
putting them where they won't tighten you more okay is this a joke no it's not a joke at all
okay cop you don't need to whine like a little sensitive bitch no it's not a joke at all
how the fuck did you even become a cop you look allergic to fucking treadmills
legitimate I just paid like a million dollars to IRS yeah yeah maybe so maybe you did
pay that million dollars to the
IRS, but as you know, the good old government is going to get its fair share.
Listen, Mr. Diesel, I hate filing my taxes, too.
I absolutely hate the fucking feds.
However, there is a problem whenever you don't report all your money to the government.
You kind of get fucked, you get thrown in jail, simple as that.
And in the case of tax evasion, you're trying to fabricate your income and hiding your
earnings across different areas, especially with the type of things you do spend for your
business expenses.
Should you really be surprised that the police are at your front door wanting to ask you questions?
I mean, after all, you've done videos like buying a Hellcat with horse and buggy wheels.
I can probably imagine how that could be a little bit of a fishy tax write-off.
So hopefully you have been paying your taxes.
You know, they're just a little curious about what you've been doing.
But according to the news in this whole Ferrari situation, I don't know how much of the case that might be.
This is state, not federal.
I'll give you all the gate code if you want to just drive in next time.
So what's the reason that they wouldn't try contacting me first?
None of you all reached out?
Cody, please get the hint that they don't give a fuck about you.
You could tell that these cops had a long day.
They don't want to deal with his bitch ass.
I mean, to be fair, if I looked like fucking David Vonderhart
and also allergic to fucking salads, I would probably hate myself too.
Then he all messaged me.
I told him I giving the gate code next time I had to walk up my freaking mile long driveway.
They got the cuffs and everything.
The cuffs are on my wrist.
See you, man.
I'm sorry, this one's fine.
Yeah, get fucked.
Anyways, after Whistling Diesel got arrested,
his beautiful mugshot came out.
This is truly one of the worst mugshots I've ever seen in my life.
If you were to show me this guy,
and this was the first photo I've ever seen of him,
I would probably assume that he would not be allowed within a hundred feet of a school.
That is how bad that this mugshot looks.
And also, your bond is kind of like $2 million.
dollars wipe that fucking smile off your face. Anyways, after the world's most horrific mugshot was made,
Mr. Whistling's Instagram stories has been going fucking insane. This dude is reposting every single
article covering his arrest like he's some fucking celebrity. It's almost like he's proud of what's going on
with him right now for some reason. I don't know why being arrested for tax evasion with a two million
dollar bond is something you want to flex to the internet with the amount of articles that's being
about you is cool for some reason. It is some pretty backwards thinking, if you ask me. But
according to Mr. Diesel, he's acting like this is the best day in his life. Do you think that
Whistling Diesel is fucked? Is he not fucked? You let me know. Subscribe to the channel if you
would like a follow-up on this situation. With that being said, I'll catch you guys. Later.
Everybody comment L Whistling Diesel. He's so fucked, man. It's so over.
