Hello everyone and welcome to a new spin-off show from Saturn Returns all around love, relationships and dating. This is Letters to Venus. Venus is the goddess of love, the celestial muse of beauty, desire and connection. She teaches us that love is not just something we seek, it is something we embody. Hello everyone and happy Friday. Did you know that Friday is Venus Day? Venus is the planet of love, beauty and natural productivity. So it's a day for romance, creativity and socialising. And I thought that I would add a little bit of astrology for you guys to kind of dive into on this subject. I hope you have been enjoying the beginnings of Letters to Venus. And I got our astrologer and esoteric expert, Nora Borney, to give her insights into Venus.

So I'm going to be sharing a little bit from what she's spoken about. And if you guys recognize Nora's voice, she's been a presence throughout Saturn Returns from the very beginning. She's my personal astrological guide. And she also has a very strong Venus placement with Libra in her chart, as do I. So really connecting with this aspect of ourselves has been so rewarding and I'm very excited to dive into it with you guys as well. Through mythology and astrology, Venus has always been a symbol of love. She's been a symbol of love, beauty, value, self-love, righteous selfishness sometimes. But to understand Venus a lot better, I find it very helpful to dive

into the different phases of Venus through mythology and therefore the goddesses that best represent Venus. If we start with Hellenistic mythology, we discover Aphrodite, the goddess of love and beauty. Her allure was undeniable as she embodied a magnetic pull that inspired many in romance, art, and personal values. In a way she teaches us about pleasure and harmony through unapologetic femininity. To tap into Aphrodite's energy and therefore strengthen your own Venus and your own femininity in your charts, you can start by focusing on self-love and self-care,

engaging in activities that make you feel beautiful and confident, surround yourself with art and types of beauty that speak to your soul. And also remembering that it's essential to be a bit selfish when it comes to self-love because obviously by prioritizing yourself you'll naturally attract experiences that value you and therefore you'll attract meaningful relationships, friendships and experiences.
