Scheananigans with Scheana Shay - From Peaks to the Valley with Zack Wickham
Episode Date: March 6, 2026Zack Wickham from “The Valley” joins Scheana in the studio where they address their friendship fallout – and share how they reconnected. And they’ve got a lot to catch up on, from Sch...eana’s busy weekend with rugby in Vegas and star sightings at the Actor Awards to Zack’s recent trip to Japan (including the travel chaos that comes from having a partner with a contrasting vacation style). They also bond over their shared obsession with viral zoo sensation Punch the Monkey. With Season 3 of “The Valley” premiering next month, Scheana asks Zack what life has actually been like since becoming a reality TV personality — from the changes in his daily routine and self-care habits to the pressure of being labeled a “fan favorite” (Scheana can’t relate). They also revisit Zack’s early reality TV ambitions, and he reveals the show he had previously auditioned for. Plus, they share their thoughts on this season of “Traitors,” discuss Lisa Rinna’s new memoir, and dish on excerpts from the book that hit close to home! Tune in! The following podcast is a dear media production.
From Vanderpump Rules to Motherhood and everywhere in between.
Warm up the kettle. It's time to spill some tea.
Let's get into some shenanigans with Shea Shea.
Welcome back, everyone, for another week of shenanigans.
I am here in the studio with my very good friend, Zach Wickham.
I was wondering what the intro was going to be.
I was going to say it's been a while since you've been on the podcast, but.
It's been a, I don't think I've ever technically really been on the podcast.
Are we sure?
I've been on it one time.
I remember it once.
Okay.
So you have been.
Once in 2019, 2018.
Like literally right after you started.
You were one of the first people I wanted on my podcast.
And then never again.
Until now.
I wanted to do one on book tour when we were in, where was it, Cincinnati?
Cincinnati, yeah.
But we were out late that night.
By the time we got back, I was like, I'm tired.
Yeah, there was no way.
And no.
But we have some stuff to get into.
Feel free to grill me, roast me, anything you want to say or ask.
Fair game.
Oh, no, I will.
I don't think you've ever had to worry about that with me.
And that's why I love you.
Again, finally.
things with friendships, especially.
I was like, should we address it first?
Let's just do it.
And this crazy world that we're in, it ebbs and flows, and people say things, and then it gets in your head, and then you hear things.
And we had a bit of a rough patch for a couple years.
Yeah.
I definitely think that COVID had a lot to do with it.
There was, you know, there was misinformation.
There was, you know, us just not being as close at that time.
and now we've, you know, we've put in the work, you've put in the work, we've put in the apologies,
and I feel like now we've moved forward, and I'm glad that we're finally on this more of a, you know,
solid footing.
Yeah.
Did you think, because this is one thing that I sit back and think about, that there was any way I didn't film season three of the Valley and we got closer from me not filming?
That's actually a great question.
that's a great question.
I first saw if you had done it
that we would have been even closer,
but I love the fact that you didn't do it
and the same thing happened.
Yeah.
Because I think we would have been just as close
or like maybe closer or same.
We would have obviously spent more time together
during that time period.
But it is kind of funny that the opposite didn't happen though.
Right.
So I'm glad that I'm glad that even regardless of you not filming,
it still had the same outcome in my mind, what I thought was going to happen.
And that meant so much to me because the opposite did happen with other people, which I wouldn't
have thought would have happened.
And just with like you...
I maybe had thought that that was going to happen.
I'm sorry, I'm looking at everybody else in the room that I know.
And that's it.
And that's the only thing we're saying.
Yeah.
But like with you, with Jasmine and Melissa, I mean, they also live a two-minute walk around the
corner from me.
You know, I've seen Danny and Nia a...
bunch with even, you know, there are million kids that they have. But it's like, wow, I wouldn't
have thought by saying no to last season this past season that I would get closer with some
people. And I love that. And I think that's something that maybe people don't know about us. And,
you know, maybe we should address is actually in one week, it'll be my 10 year anniversary of
moving here. I know. 10 year anniversary of moving to L.A., which to me is like bonkers. Yeah.
But because it still feels like yesterday, but then this also feels like home.
Yeah.
It's both.
But you were one of the first people I met when I moved here.
Like, we became super close, super fast, and for a very long time.
You know, life maybe took us in different directions and then other things happened.
But I think because we have such a strong history and because you've been there for me when I've needed it, I've been there for you when you needed it without any pretense, without.
you know, anything else without there being reciprocation or, you know, what are you going to do
for me? Yeah. I think that's why we're able to get back to where we were because we had a strong
friendship that isn't based on superficial things. No. And I just love that we've found our way back
because I've always had so much fucking fun with you. And you're a person that I've never wanted
to fight with that just shit happened. And let's not let it happen again, okay? Well, I'm like,
That's the thing. We both, we both take responsibility for different parts of our actions.
Yeah. And we've both had our moments where we've apologized. And that's, I think, the strongest
part of our friendship is you can say, okay, you fucked up or you did this on either of our parts.
And we take responsibility and we move forward. Yeah. And it's because we want to be friends.
Yeah. Like if I didn't want to be friends with you or I didn't think it was like worth it,
meaning that you're a good person, I wouldn't be here today.
Like, I wouldn't be in this seat right now having this conversation with you.
Totally.
Well, I'm happy you are.
I am too.
How was your weekend?
My weekend was actually really, really boring.
This was like one of the first weekends where I was like, I needed to like chill out,
just like not do a lot, except for Kyle Chan's birthday.
Oh, yeah.
How was it?
Because I was in Vegas.
I missed it.
I know.
Because I was about to text you and were like, are you and Brock going to wear your
dominatrix outfits again?
I would have. I had it ready to go. But instead, we were with a bunch of rugby players with
bloody faces and big asses, literally. Well, I mean, that does sound fun too. I can't say that does
that. No, there was this video I got. This one guy at the end of the game. I mean, he was
taking photos with people and I was like, I'm just like panning across and I stop and I'm like,
I need to zoom in for a second. Full open wound. Like, I mean, definitely.
would be a permanent scar and needed stitches.
Just a gaping wound, blood dripping down his face.
And he's just like sitting there talking like didn't even bother him.
And I'm like, why do these men and women not wear helmets?
Well, it's rugby and hockey.
I will never understand the amount of that we allow them to get so bloody to get like their teeth knocked out and they're totally fine with it.
Yeah.
Like smiling and taking photos after.
Uh-huh. I watched Brock at when we first started dating at a rugby game, get stitches in his chin under the bleachers of this like college or high school, whatever kind of fucking plays that in Long Island that he was playing at. And I was like, he was just, he loved it. Just getting stitches under the bleachers.
Yeah. I will never understand that level of, that level of dedication to a sport or love of a sport to get maimed like that at any time.
And they're like, oh, we don't need to wear helmets because we don't use our heads.
I'm like, but your head is bleeding, sir.
I'm like, you say that, but your head is used a lot.
Yeah.
It's so aggressive.
Yeah, I can't.
But it was so much fun to watch.
So what were you in Vegas for?
So the NRL, yeah, they have a thing in Vegas every year where I think it's to kick off their season.
I don't think it's to wrap their season, honestly.
I don't really know.
But I think it's like to kick off the season.
They play a tournament in Vegas.
They had games on Thursday and Saturday.
Saturday was three games.
So it was six teams come over and it was just filled with Aussies everywhere.
Brock started to get his accent back a little bit because now he's had a decade in New Zealand,
a decade in Australia, five years of bopping around the world and then a decade in America.
So everyone's like, we're trying to detect where your accents from, but we can't really tell.
I'm like literally a mishmosh.
Well, it's anytime I go back to Kentucky.
you know, even though like I'm from Louisville
so I don't have that much of an accent
but you get me around well,
specifically Brittany or going
back to Kentucky just it comes right out.
I'm not from Kentucky and I pick it up when I'm there.
Oh I know. Especially when like if you're drunk around Brittany
you're going to have a southern accent at some point during the night
like it's just going to happen. Yeah. Do we want to talk about our drunk night
in Kentucky? Oh see now I was the one
keeping it a secret for all these years as well but.
See, because you're such a good friend.
You are a secret keeper.
I can, when it matters.
Yes.
And I've learned that.
But even more recently, you know, I mean, you were given the information about Brock having an affair and you did nothing with it.
And that literally meant the world to me where.
Because we were not on good terms at that time.
We weren't.
And the person who told you I wasn't on good terms with.
And so it was like the fact that that information made its way back to and you did
nothing with it really meant a lot. So thank you. We don't need to tell the Louisville story.
We could just leave that a secret. Oh, see, now we want to keep it. See, now you want to, okay, cool.
You know what? That's fine. We can tell it. You want to tell it? Yeah. Okay. Okay. So we're in Louisville.
Oh, actually, let's start. Let's start the story off the right way. Okay. Because me and Sheena had had a little bit
of a Tiff right before this. And I don't even remember why we had, like we were fighting right before Brittany and
Jacks broke up the, I don't know, second time. Oh yeah. He was harassing her that whole time. I remember
just calling her phone nonstop. So we land in Cincinnati. We're going back to Brittany's house to just be with
her, be at the farm after her and Jacks's breakup the second time right after whatever season that was,
like season six. Seven, six. It was after season six, yeah, because I was going through a breakup at
the same time. That was when we did a little Britney and Sheena, take Atlanta, take Kentucky,
take San Francisco. Oh, that's right. You did all those.
And so I joined on the Kentucky one.
And she and I for some reason had had a little, like, we weren't like as close at that moment.
And then this trip really bonded us back.
And one night, yeah, well, actually, driving from the Cincinnati airport to her farm,
Jax literally blew up her phone, a hundred.
We had to change.
We had to shut off her phone.
We were so tired of hearing it.
But that's for a different day.
So we get to Cincinnati, or I mean to her farm.
She decides she doesn't want to go out, but you and I still did.
So we drove to Louisville and had like the best night ever, but I'll let you.
You get on stage.
We're at like a drag show.
We're at Play Louisville.
Shout out to play.
Yes.
So much fun.
I drank so much.
And the thing is, I never black out when I drink.
I will throw up.
You barely, I will say in the 10 years I've known you, I don't think I can even name the amount of times where I'm like, oh, she's, you know, like, you know, like,
you're never like too drunk right yeah but that night I did I was going through a breakup as well
I I probably in my adult life the most times I've been drunk in a short period of time were after
that breakup oddly I was just not in a good place at all and so I thought you were going to say that
the only times I've ever been blackout were with you I do have that I will say the last time I did
throw up from drinking was also with me was with
with you. And a lot of express and my fault. Well, when you just keep giving me the drinks and I'm
like, well, there's another one. Okay. Yeah. Okay. But that night, I was like, oh my God, oh my God,
where's the bathroom? Like, I was not going to make it to the bathroom. So what did I do? I grab
the ice bucket that is on the table. Because we're at a VIP table. Grab the ice bucket.
I throw up in the bucket. In a corner. Uh-huh. No one saw it. But now we're like,
what do we do with the bucket? And your friend.
My friend Kate. Kate was so amazing. And she went and hit the bucket for me. So no one knew that I threw up.
What I love is that Kate also never told me. So she, like, you can see like, we have some good people.
Yes. Like that are good secret keepers from Kentucky because Kate never even told me. It wasn't until you then told me later.
Like, oh, Kate didn't tell you that. Well, here, I'll tell you. I was mortified. But I was glad that I was able to do it under the radar. And it's not like some story. You know, sheena she throws up in the middle of.
You know, the amount of times I've thrown up in the middle of places and been able to discreetly hide it like that too, it is, I think it's a testament to how good we are at a puking and rally.
Yes, exactly. Always a puking rally. There was another time that life is beautiful. You were not there, so you're off the hook with this one.
Oh, good. So see, not every puking story has me involved. No, but it was like Brock and I had first started dating. And I swear this night, he fell more in love with me. So I'm.
I'm not making it all the way to the bathroom.
There's a trash can, another one, a third one.
Finally, I've gotten it all out of me.
I'm literally like this, like wiping my mouth as a fan comes up to me.
I was like, oh my God, Sheena, can I get a photo with you?
And I was like, mm-hmm.
Because we're never, I will say, you and I are never going to say no.
We're never going to say no.
We will always, even if I look disgusting, I will just untag myself from it later.
Oh, my God.
And Brock was like, holy shit.
you're a real one. I'm like, I'm not going to be like, no, excuse me. I just threw up. Clearly,
she didn't see me throw up in the trash can. So actually, I got away with that.
Oh, good times, good times. You know what else was a good time this weekend? I went to the actor
awards, formerly the SAG Awards. I was, I saw your stories from it. So epic. So much fun.
It was so much fun. Seth and his wife, Lauren, told me they listened to my entire audio book.
And I was just like, that's like six and a half hours long.
Like, what?
That meant the world to me.
When Seth did that.
Hot ones.
And he just loves to talk about the Valley.
And then he said the Valley After Show was his thing.
And then mentioning, I'm just like, what?
I know.
It is mind-blowing.
When celebrity, like, I feel like we're the celebrities for celebrities.
Rock says that all the time.
He's like, you're the star, the stars.
I'm like, but they do watch us.
on TV and enjoy watching us. But I'm like, whenever someone says that they either listen to the
podcast or listen to the book or read the book, I'm like, that's going above and beyond.
Then just watching the show. You actually want to like, you actually fuck with me. Right.
What? It was just, it was so crazy. Like the amount of people I met just walking to the bathroom
and I see an A-List celebrity like spot me and then like wave and I'm like, hi. Oh my God.
It's kind of crazy because we're never really in their spaces. No.
But they're in each other.
So that's why they're not starstruck by other, like, big celebrities.
Yeah.
But like we, they don't, they're not seeing us daily.
No, it was me and Paige de Sorbo.
Everyone else there.
Just strictly actors, producers, execs and whatnot.
So it was such a cool experience.
But I have to say, the one photo missing from my carousel was the selfie that Kate Hudson
took on her phone with my tattoo.
And I was like, after my.
Like, wait, how?
I don't know.
You're like, do I DM her?
Like, how do I get this photo?
And so I go back.
I go back a little later and she was sitting right next to Kristen Wig and Rose Byrne.
And so I was talking to them.
And then Kate and I made eye contact again.
And I was like, here's my shot.
And so I go back over and I was like, is there?
Anyway, she was like, where did you get that espresso martini?
And I was like, oh, the bar over there.
We start talking about the espresso martini.
And she's like, is it tequila vodka?
I was like, it's actually Woodford Reserve and da-da-da.
And then her brother's sitting right next to her.
I'm talking to them about the espresso martini.
And she's like, I need to go get one of those.
And I'm like, I don't know if it's weird, but like I only have like a sip.
Like, do you want this one?
And she's like, are you sure?
I can have it.
You're not sick, are you?
And I was like, no.
But then I'm in my head.
I'm like, my God, am I sick?
I'm not sick.
I'm like, my OCD starts spiraling.
I'm like, I have another one at the table.
I'm like, literally I was just walking by and I grabbed another.
I'm like, you can have it.
She's like, if you're sure.
And I was like, yeah, of course.
I'm like, do you mind if we just get another self right as the lights are going on?
They're like, everyone back to your seats.
And I was like, shit.
So it'll just live forever rent free in my head and on her phone.
Or Kate Hudson, please hit us up and we would like that photo.
It was so cute.
Like the fact, I wasn't going to like, I'm not a person to really ask for a photo.
Right.
And I was just like, if I happen to see her, I'm absolutely showing her my tattoo.
That is her inspired.
Of course.
by her meet Mel Robin. Of course.
And so she just thought it was so cool and picked up her phone and took a photo.
Wait, for those, I feel like you should tell why.
What's from the movie almost famous? Her character, Penny Lane, which is also who I named my cat after.
And that's the quote in the movie.
Just in case, you know, some Jinzirs that I'm sure listen to you don't, you know.
Right. But I had said, I was like, I know you were just recently on Watch It Happens Live.
And I think in the intro, Andy was like, before Sheena Shea, like, da da, da.
And he like had the it's all happening in Kate Hudson's intro, whether it was the beginning or back from the commercial break.
It was reference. Oh, that's so cool. And so I was like, I have to say something.
Oh, that's so cool. I know. So maybe one day I'll see the pick. I'm sure again, hopefully Kate, you know, if you see this.
The same thing just happened to a friend of mine at Hillary Duff's show. The photo that they took was like on her camera.
And then they're like, okay, next, whatever. And he's like, wait, never see it.
Yeah. That's why you always have to have somebody.
lurking. You have to have a friend with a camera at all times just on the... I know. That's why
Benji is good for a lot of things, you know, other than this. But one thing he's also really good at
is having that, like, the camera up and getting pictures I didn't even ask for nor whatever.
That's my sister. The moments she captured... Courtney just wasn't with you. Literally. But like
the moments she captured of me and Lady Gaga after S&L where she had like grabbed my hand and was
walking, holding my hand to go meet her fiance. I mean, I wasn't like, oh, can I get like,
Like my sister just right there behind it.
Yeah, exactly.
Yes.
But yeah.
So that was a pretty epic weekend.
I paid for it severely yesterday.
Oh, it sounds like it.
Because Woodford Reserve, and I've never heard of that.
I know.
You know that's a Kentucky brand.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And I mean, it was good, but it was different.
But yeah, yesterday it was a little rough.
I didn't have much of a voice.
So I'm doing dry March.
I did dry January
I drank most of February
now I'm back on this
It's funny when like a lot of people have like a bad night out
Or like a big night out
And then they are regretting it
They're always like okay I'm not gonna drink for a while
I've never really had that
You're just the hair of the dog kind of guy
Well not like Jesse not where I'm like
Oh I need the hair of that I'm like
No no because he'll shave the entire dog
And like that's I don't think that's
What you should be doing
I just am like
I'll just recover and then I'm like, okay, now I'll, you know, the next day or two days later
than drink.
Yeah.
But I'm never like, let me take a month off.
Yeah.
We'll see.
Maybe I should.
It's only March 3rd.
Okay, we're going to take a break and then we'll get into some more shenanigans.
All right, y'all, I have a question for you.
Are you tired of waking up hungover and worrying about, hmm, what happened last night?
Because if so, I have the thing for you.
Now you can have fun and relax without.

This, I've always wanted to, it's crazy because when I worked for Nicole from the Pussy Cat Dolls,
I went we were all over Europe I even went to Moscow Russia like I've been to some crazy places with her
but we never are like in a lot of her Asian trips either I was it was like my month off or you know whatever
and so I never ended up going on those so I haven't been to anywhere in Asia and Tokyo has always
been one of the main places and it just so happens like I guess China decided that they didn't want
their citizens to go to Japan. So they like ban them from going. So then flight prices just
dropped around the world. And so I'm like, all right, $300 round trip to go to Japan. I'm,
I got to go. Yeah. That's where my sister went last year. Her friend Lucas was living there.
The one who got the Hillary Duff photo didn't get the photo. But she was like, oh my God,
flights are so cheap. And she just went out there for five days. I was so jealous. Yeah. And
Benji, Benji and I learned a lot about each other in our relationship.
during this. Oh, yeah. Do tell. Well, he is, so I think when you go on quote unquote, a trip,
vacation, whatever, there's people that are vacationers and there's people that are like tourists. And he is
very much a tourist. Like, he is a, I want to see everything that the city has to offer and hit 19 places
a day. Yeah. Like, we average 21,000 steps a day. Nice. Or more, which is just insane to me.
And for every set, all seven days, there wasn't, even the day we landed hit that many.
Like, it was crazy.
And I'm very much like, oh, maybe we'll go to the mall.
Maybe, you know, whatever.
But like, I'm also okay just in our hotel room or in our Airbnb.
Oh, yeah.
I'm the Benji.
Yeah, unfortunately, it was, we learned the first two days.
Like, we got in some screaming matches where I would, like, where I was like, am I flying back to L.A.
tonight?
And then we finally got on the same page.
And we were able to work.
it. And then I'm like, okay, if you want to do these things, you just have to tell me. Otherwise,
I think we're done for the day. And I'm trying to go home and you're trying to stay out.
Like, so we're not, we're not communicating. So let's get on the same communication level.
Did you split the difference? We, no. I just, I just was like, okay, fine, we'll,
we'll do it your way. But it was Tokyo and I wanted to see it. So it worked out. Yeah. And that's the
thing. When you only have a short amount of time in a place that you've never been and who knows when
you're going to go back, you want to try and make the most of your time. Like, I genuinely do not
believe in this may be controversial opinion, but I don't believe in jet lag. I think it is all
mental. You have always said that. It's not a thing. I'm sorry. Like, if you're like,
oh, I'm so jet lagged for days, like get over it. Okay. You get to wherever you get. And if it's
3 p.m., it's 3 p.m. And you just go with the day and then you go to sleep when it's time to go
to sleep. That's how I've been when I've traveled anywhere. So,
So it's like, if I'm going to a place, like I've gone to Australia for three and a half days.
I'm not going to waste one of those days being tired or jet lag.
Do you have a Celsius cup of coffee and you power through?
Wow.
We are opposite people.
I'm like, no, I will sleep for the three days and then maybe see something the last few hours before my flight out.
Oh, yeah.
See, it's just life is too short.
And I don't do well sitting still.
even, for example, we were just in Arrowhead and it's four couples, all of the kids.
And there was some downtime after our snow day.
We get back to the house.
Two of the moms are just like chilling on the couch.
One's like, I'm going to take a nap.
And then the other one actually had friends who were in Arrowhead that same day that she was
going to go meet for drinks.
So I was like, I'm going to go with her because like if you guys are just going to sit here
and scroll, like I want to get out.
Like the sun is shining.
It's beautiful.
I'm just going to go for her.
a walk by myself and go explore the town. So I did. Because I just don't do well sitting still.
No, if there's one thing about Sheena She Shay, her schedule, she is a fully packed schedule.
And she makes sure it is packed. If there's an hour left, she's like, hmm, could I get lunch with
someone in this city? Where are we? Okay. Let's ask, you know, you will always find a way to pack your
schedule. And that's something I admire about you and also hate about you. And I hate it about
Benchie. Maybe I'm like somehow, I'm dating my, I'm dating the male version of you and it is quite
scary. Oh, I love it. Like, for example, March 8th, I have nothing on my calendar and it's kind of
giving me anxiety. It's a Sunday, but I'm like, must do something. I was supposed to be in San Diego and
now we have birthday parties in L.A. And so I'm like, and summer as a jiu-jitsu belt ceremony. And so I'm like,
well, we have to stay in L.A., but then what are we going to do Sunday? I had this one podcast.
And I was like, oh, that's a lot.
I don't know if I can do lunch before this with Lacey.
I guess.
And mind you, we're starting at about 2 p.m. just to set the scene.
Excuse me.
I thought it was one.
It was 1.30.
I was prepared a lot earlier than I needed to be in my defense.
I knew when I gave you the windows.
I was like, so there's 10 to 12 or 1.30 to 3.30.
And you're like, I knew you were going to pick the afternoon.
I was like, Zach isn't awake at 10 a.m.
Yeah.
And if I have to, I will.
But then I have to set like nine alarms across the room from each other.
I have to like drug myself with Benadryl the night before at like 8 p.m.
Like there's, it's so many steps to have a normal.
I was not meant to have a normal job.
I know.
See, this is the thing though.
I would have to acclimate.
Because Benji and I do want, which I guess this is the one time I'll say,
just watch this season of the Valley.
but we talk about a lot more.
But yeah, like, that's one of those things where I know if I had kids,
I'd have to change everything, obviously.
Yeah, not everything.
I'll tell you.
I'm about five years in.
It's still fucking hard every single morning getting up at 7 a.m.,
which a lot of parents get up earlier.
If I'm out of the bed at 7 a.m.,
it's usually just to pee and get back in bed.
While she's in preschool,
I just gave up the fight with my husband of getting her to school
on time. She's late every single day and I just don't care anymore. But see and I have, see,
Binji luckily is like very type A and he likes a regimen and a schedule or whatever. So I'll just
allow him to have that and he can take the baby to school instead. Like that will be hopefully
his job or our nannies because I really, if I'm having kids, I'm having a nanny. Yeah. Like, and I mean
full time. Yeah. I mean probably like I've, you know, an opair. An opair. Like,
They're living with us.
My mom, I remember when I was younger, she was always like, God, Sheena, I don't know how
you're ever going to be a mother.
You just can't wake up in the morning.
So I'm always like five more minutes.
Like, leave me alone.
Like, I hate getting out of bed.
But then once I'm up, I'm good.
I think there was a change with you specifically after, like, maybe I was like right
when you had summer or right before because I do remember like, you know, 2015, 16, 17,
Sheena was very much like, let's just sleep in.
Let's, you know what I mean?
And I do that when I'm out of town.
Like we were in Vegas and we went out until 3.30 a.m.
I think Tiesto wrapped his set and we were at Omnia.
It was so much fun.
We get back to the hotel and then the news hit about Iran.
And so then we're up like watching the news and everything.
And then it's 5 a.m.
And Brock wants to leave the curtains open.
And I'm like, sir, we're in Vegas.
They have blackout curtains for a reason.
He's like, I'm going to get up when the sun rises and go run.
And I said, honey, look at the clock.
That's in an hour.
Close the fucking blinds.
We're going to sleep.
10.43 a.m.
My phone's ringing.
It's my mom, aka it's summer.
And so I answer.
And the room is pitch black.
So I turn my brightness all the way up.
My eyes are like not opening.
And someone goes, mommy, you're still in bed?
It's so late.
And I'm like, I know, honey.
You've been up for four hours, but mommy went to bed four hours ago.
Also, see, that's the problem.
I know my child will roast me.
because I'm going to be easily roastable at all times because they will say it how it is.
But I'm going to be like, I'm going to be like, yeah, I just went to bed.
And you don't get that up.
You know what I mean?
Like, I don't know.
It's definitely a new adventure.
It is.
Mm-hmm.
Wait, I want to go back to Japan.
Did you see Punch the Monkey when you were there?
He didn't exist in pop culture yet.
Oh.
I was, it was like right before.
However, Moudang also became like, was so close to my heart and I was like, how do I get a flight to Thailand to see this little pygmy hippo?
Yeah.
And then now punch, I'm like, okay, maybe I guess those, those flights are still cheap.
But unfortunately, I believe in jet lag unlike you.
So I don't know if I could make a, you know, one day trip just for him.
Try and not believe in jet lag.
I'm telling you, it is all mental.
I believe that, but also I'm not mentally strong enough for that.
I also don't want to be mentally strong enough for that.
Yeah.
So maybe I'll try that one day, but.
Well, I will know out of the two of you, Benji, should be my travel buddy.
Yeah.
He even said this last time he was like, we might not be doing too many trips together.
I was like, listen, if you want me to be prepared, you have to tell me exactly what it entails for the day.
and then I mentally can prepare.
But if you're like, okay, we're going to do this and then you keep keeping me out.
Yeah.
And I don't know what we're doing.
Right.
Then I'm like, but it's nap time.
Yeah.
I could be in a bed.
Like I could be, you know, just like not moving.
Yeah.
I get that.
It was the best for my mental health to be able to have a pregnancy that I was already so
anxious about after having a pregnancy loss that it was the perfect time to have a
break from the craziness of the show.
But then it's like, we got back three days after the hospital.
I'm still in diapers and they're like, and your birthday party.
I'm like, oh, we're back.
Was that really when it, I didn't even realize that.
I was only home for three days from the hospital when we started filming.
That's crazy.
I was like, I can't, I don't know how many weeks, but at least there was a couple weeks or
something or like a couple months for Nia and, yeah, and Kristen.
Yeah, they at least had a couple of.
A couple months. Yeah. And I think Lala had season nine. She had like six weeks because the girls are six
weeks apart. You're here like three days. Wow. That's that's fast. Yeah. No, summer was too little to even be on
camera. You have to be at least 15 days old. Like she wasn't old enough to be on camera. That's nuts.
Fucking wild. But speaking of being on camera, do you think your style has elevated since being on camera and are we
working with a new wig person, hairstylist, all the things? So yeah, you know, it's that,
That thing where you have more money, you can look nicer. Yeah, that's, that's totally me.
Yeah. You know, now we're going into season three. I finally have, you know, maybe a little more
disposable income to dress nicer. Also, then I realize, okay, maybe I should dress nicer when I'm,
you know, going places or whatever. I'm like, you know what? Let's actually put together an outfit.
Let's, because it's not that I can't do it. It's just that I'm very lazy. Yeah. And that was honestly the same with my hair.
Yeah. Everybody thinks.
thought it was a wig because I just didn't want to try putting it up. Also, my hair is really difficult,
but I was like, okay, listen, I can't go on with wig rumors any, like, any more than I have. It's
ha ha, ha, funny. And I, like, whatever, but I'm like, okay, I know what I look like. Yeah.
And I, you played into it a bit, but like, you do have the best fucking head of hair. You're so
blessed. But I did know what it looked like. Like, it does, it did look like a Lego. I cannot deny that.
And so, yeah, I started, it wasn't the.
I changed hairstylist, I literally, that's what I told my hair stylist I wanted. So then I just
told him, okay, now you can do what you've always wanted to do, which is make my hair look good.
Well, it does look good. Thank you. What about self-care? Like, when you know the cameras are
catching every angle in HD. I think when we started, I don't even know if the show was in H.D.
Oh, no. Right? No, when you all started, it was probably in, I don't even know if it was in full SD.
Like, it was in whatever it's like, you know, because I think.
tube TV still existed back then.
Right. You know what I mean? Like those you can't even
play anymore. I mean, we shot our pilot in 2011. There was no
HD then. No. The way we looked on camera, I mean,
crazy. So now being on a hit show that's in HD,
do you take care of like your skin care, anything like that more just
knowing that it's going to be amplified on giant TVs? I've always
taken care of my skit. Like, I don't go out in the sun. Even though I love tanning,
like back in the day.
Spray tans. What is it? Twice a week. Twice a week spray tans. So I live in spray tans. So that's how I, you know, combat the, you know, I am, if you don't know, extremely white. So the fact, like I just spray tan to instead of, you know, real tan anymore. And then on top of that SPF daily. And yeah, I definitely have, you know, a good moisturizing routine. All of that. And then tin and moisturizer, that, that literally.
just does wonders. Oh my god, the best. It doesn't look like there's anything there, but it at least
just evens out your complexion. So, and helps like with that those under eye circles. Other than that,
I'm like, listen, it's not going to get much better. It is what it is. They're filming too often
for me to like even try to care that much. Literally. And as a girl, I forget what season it was
that I stopped giving a fuck. Honestly, it probably was like way later in the game. But I remember
there was a time where Jeremiah came up to me
and we were filming like glam or whatever
and I was so anal before where I'm like
you can't film me without my base and my brows
but then once I got my eyebrows microbladed
and whatnot and just like I don't care
I'm not wearing makeup right now I just I don't care
when I'm on camera without makeup anymore
but I remember the day Jeremiah came over to me
and he was like wait but you don't have your base on
it's okay if we film you and I was like I don't give a fuck anymore
it is what it is you know
Well, I love that they gave you that option because I feel like they always they start rolling.
Okay, because I was like they put, they start rolling and I'm like, guys, I'm literally, whatever.
I was like, you know what?
I just want, you know, if anyone ever wants to know if it's real or not, like you're getting everything.
Yeah.
Like if I'm not guaranteed my good side for every single scene, which of course is never going to happen.
I'm like, please just at least let me have my base on.
I'm my base in my brows.
There's this thing with Rupal's Drag Race.
They call it the season one filter.
Because season one, they put this god-awful filter, but it also like, you know, pull,
it still looks, you know, like better.
And as they've gone, they put a filter over all of it.
And even when the drag queens are, like, getting ready and stuff, like, they're still, like,
semi-filter.
Or there's always a filter on Rue.
And I'm like, how do I get the Rue filter on the Valley?
I will give you half my paycheck.
Whatever you need me to sacrifice for me to get that filter, just can you please see you?
that. I know. It's so good. I want to talk to you about peptides. Okay. Okay. So who put you on to them?
I know they're working, but I'm getting some sent to me as we speak. Well, so I, you know, I don't
think it's anybody got me on to them. I started a GLP one and specifically trizapitide.
And it has just really worked wonders, not only for my,
like appetite, you know, because that's great. But actually for my brain and how it functions,
I actually have less. And I know with OCD, I am able to, like with my ADHD, I, or ADD, I don't have the
H. I'm very lazy. I'm a lazy. I'm an ADLD. And I can actually do, it's like easier to
digest task. I'm able to kind of organize differently. It's almost like it has. It's almost like it
has rewired my brain when I'm on it.
Yeah.
And I'm just, and I don't have any of the side effects like some people have.
Yeah.
It's been a life-changing thing.
Is that the only one that you've done?
Yeah.
Okay.
Because all, like some other people that I know had been on other versions of it and had
some side effects or whatever.
But when tri-zepatite came out, that's kind of like the newer one from the others.
Yeah.
That kind of got rid of all those other things.
Gotcha.
I want to try the copper ones.
like the glow or whatever that's, I want my face to produce collagen again.
I don't want to get a one stitch yet, but I like think about it every single day.
Oh no. I will get once, I'll get all the stitches. Like give me, I want.
But if I do a one stitch now, then can I do another when I'm 50? When do I get my
facelift? Okay. I am no plastic surgeon, but I'm going to give some unsolicited advice.
Well, you are very educated though. You have a master's degree. I am very educated. I do do my research. And I'm
actually really great at science too. But I will say they have now started being able to do
facelifts earlier because they've now realized, they don't do them the same way they used to.
It used to just be, you lost the skin and, you know, now they move the muscle and the skin and
they do it in a way that's incremental. So like you can get one at like 40 and it can actually,
you know, you can get another one at like 50 or 55 or whatever, but it'll help you get.
through that. I don't want to say it's a micro one because it's not, it's a full facelift,
but there's just so many newer options now that why wouldn't I want to get it younger so
I look better when I'm younger? Who cares when I'm 70? Totally. I mean, I still will care. I give less
Fox, but I probably won't. Yeah, just. I'm just like full. Like, just all, you know what? I really
don't care if I look crazy. I'm like, just do it all to me. You just want to be a tight face already.
Okay, we're going to take one more little break and then be right back. All right. And now it's time to
talk about keeping those New Year's goals going and working out. I know, I know going to the gym
can be discouraging, especially if you're putting in the work and barely seeing changes. Trust me,
I have been there. But now when I'm not with my trainer,
I am at home with my tonal and you can actually see your progress with every workout.
Tonal is the ultimate strength training system for a reason.
It looks so sleek on your wall.
It is not big and bulky.
You could put it in any room, honestly, in your house.
We have ours in our garage, but that's just because our home gym is in our garage.
Before in our old place, it was literally in our living room.
And I loved having it.
it's like when life gets busy, workouts are often the first thing to go out the window.
You know, you're just like, I don't have time.
That's the thing I love about tonal.
They have workouts that can be under 15 minutes.
If you just need something really quick to say, you know what?
I got that in in the day.
Then get a tonal because so many options.
You can do yoga.
You could do Pilates.
You can do crazy strength training between myself and Brock.
obviously we're lifting a lot different, but the tonal works for both of us.
And it's designed to reduce your mental load.
Like I said, Tonal is the ultimate strength training system, helping you focus less on
workout planning and more on getting results.
Right now, Tonal is offering our listeners $200 off your tonal purchase with promo code
good as gold.
That is tonal.com and use promo code good as gold for $200 off your purchase.

All right.
So I do want to talk a little more reality TV,
but I have a question for you specifically
because your experience with reality TV
has been quite different from mine.
So I have a question.
I have an answer.
What is it like?
Actually, maybe.
You definitely do.
What is it like to be a fan favorite?
Because I can't relate.
Do you want?
No, you can't.
No, I'm just kidding.
Oh. Like is there pressure to maintain that favor with the audience? How many comments do you read? Just what is it like to be loved?
Is it bad? I feel so bad answering this because I'm like, I don't want to make you feel bad. I'm asking the question. I'm dead. I don't think it makes me feel any more pressure or anything because I think and I think you know this about me. I'm never not myself.
I'm never going to not say what I feel or think in a moment. And I don't. And luckily, me being that, I don't think that's going to, it doesn't really psychologically change anything for me because I still feel like I'm the same person and I don't let it change me. And hopefully I don't. Like, you know, I don't know. Long term effects yet, but short term effects of being fan favorite.
All the research isn't done yet.
Yeah, the research is still out, still not done.
But as of right now, yeah, I just feel like I continue, okay, well, if people like me like that, great, I can continue being myself.
And I feel like maybe other people that aren't maybe feel like, oh, let's try to change it up or do something new.
But luckily, I don't have that problem.
Self-producing never works.
Take it from someone who did it for many years.
It really does.
Just be yourself.
Yeah.
That's the thing about reality TV and especially like our show.
I'm like, just be yourself.
And I feel like people do pick up on that.
And yeah, you know what I mean?
Yeah.
When you were younger, what reality shows were like your go-toes?
Could you picture yourself on one of those like the real world or something like that?
You just said it.
So the real world, New Orleans.
Well, the real world, Hawaii, real world, New Orleans, real world, New York, Boston.
I watched them all back in the day, San Francisco, the first season.
Vegas.
Oh, Vegas with Treschelle.
But, like, New Orleans was my absolute favorite.
I can still name every single person.
Do it.
Like, Julie, Danny, David, Matt, Jamie,
Melissa.
Seven strangers.
I'm missing one.
Hold on.
Oh, Kelly.
Kelly's the other one.
Thank you.
Oh.
Because Kelly and Danny were best friends.
That's right.
Or our best friends.
I love that.
That was probably the first reality show I ever watched, too.
I was obsessed with it.
The Real Roalds was.
my favorite by far and the real world in general. I also felt like it was one of those things where
it lived in a time where social media didn't exist. And so you could talk about these really
deep subjects like racism and homophobia and domestic violence, real world issues in a way
where you could have real conversations from both sides and come to like, you know, a middle
ground and someone could learn from it. And I feel like that is what's like that's something that's
missing from today's reality TV. But I will say I did try out for the real world when I was 18.
Stop. Yep, I did. And I made it to the like, I don't know, we'll say like fourth round or something.
Yeah. But I was only 18. I was like, why do you want someone that can't drink on this? Yeah, like.
I remember that in San Diego. I think it was Cameron maybe. I had like a fake ID or something.
And there was someone, one of the girls in Paris, even though she was like old enough, they didn't let her drink because it was an American production.
Yeah. Yeah. It's like why. Why cast someone that young? Yeah. Would you ever do any of the competition shows?
I would do. Well, oh, wait, I was about to say all of them. That's, that is a lie. I wouldn't. Survivor, I wouldn't survive. I just wouldn't. I would be whatever is the anti-survivor. Yeah, I would do. No, but the rest of it, like, traitors.
Yes.
I mean, obviously, you and I have been watching traders together this season.
And there is not a show that is better suited for me than I feel.
Like, you know, the social aspect of it.
Oh, my God.
You had a roundtable.
It would be so good.
The problem is me at a roundtable would be so good, but also so bad for me.
Benji keeps saying, you could never.
You could never do.
Because, like, Rob's sitting there.
like stone face, you know, very, you know, laying his facts out.
I feel like I would go in there and I would be myself.
And I feel like people would think it's too over the top because they don't know me.
It could be your demise.
That's true.
But it would depend like, are you a traitor or are you a faithful?
You know what's so funny is this season?
Because I've seen Portia in all of her seasons of Real Housewives of Atlanta.
when she was messing up her words and saying all that stuff.
Yeah.
That's Porsche.
Uh-huh.
I knew that that is.
There's no way she's a traitor because of those things she's doing.
And then they gaslit her too.
And then they gaslit her.
And I was like, she's not picking up on that.
I know.
But I know her from watching the show.
And I'm like, I know that's her personality.
That made me think for myself, oh, shit.
They're not going to know me.
So they're going to be like, this is fake.
Yeah.
And I'm like, is that good or bad?
Yeah.
Right. TPD.
But I really, I would do that.
I would do Big Brother.
Oh, yeah.
I would do the challenge.
What about Amazing Race?
Benji and I have talked about, like, if we could do Amazing.
I don't know if we would kill each other, though.
Yeah.
It might be the first murder suicide on television.
Or murder, murder.
I don't know.
Yeah.
I don't know that I would want to do it with Brock.
I think Brock and my sister would be really good on that together.
Yeah, like maybe you and Vinji.
Right.
I think, you know what?
I, yeah, I don't want to test my relationship.
Yeah, exactly.
Exactly.
Because I could yell at like a friend or like anybody else.
I don't, this, then it gets to.
Yeah.
I feel you.
Yeah.
Were you happy with the finale of traitors with Rob winning?
I mean, here's the thing.
Am I, it was definitely entertaining.
Am I happy?
I don't know if I'm happy because everybody keeps saying, oh, we played a flawless game.
He played a good game.
He did play a good game.
I will give him that.
But dear Lord, the faithfuls did him every.
They gave him everything on a platter, which maybe that means he did play a flawless game
because he convinced them to do that for him.
So congratulations, Rob, but.
Poor more.
Oh, my heart broke for her.
She was really surprised.
She was really surprised.
She was so shocked.
she's like, we're going to win this.
And like, oh, he just led her on.
And I get it.
You're playing the game.
But when he said it at the end, he's like, would you give $100,000 to someone you just met three weeks ago?
I would.
And I'm like, I mean, if they're getting to the end of the game, like.
See, here's the thing.
This is, it's a game, but it's also a showcase of humanity.
Right.
So I take it seriously.
And like, if I, the reason I'm on Lisa Rina and Candice's side about how
They were like, we said we were going to do this together.
Right.
And like, yes, at some point if Lisa's ship is actually sinking, you do have to vote her and you do have to play the game.
And I wouldn't even be mad as Lisa.
But you don't have to accelerate that demise.
Right.
And I think that's where Rob kept being like, well, I was just playing the game.
No, you were accelerating the demise of your teammates where they made it as a trio further than any other trio had made it without getting caught.
Yeah.
And they could have kept going.
Now, do I think Lisa wasn't going to make it?
Sure.
But Candice did what I would have done.
I'm sorry.
You try to take out one of our other people.
Guess what?
We take him down the entire shit.
We all going down, boo-boo.
And they didn't even catch on to it.
Like, have you guys ever watched the show that is clearly traitor on traitor behavior?
And everyone's just like, do, do, do, do my God.
Why did she say that?
That was my biggest thing because that in every other season,
would be clocked as was that traitor on traitor. So now we have to look at that. But on top of that, Bob, I'm sorry, Monet was in this one.
Monet exchange went on a podcast and said that the first night after the first murder or the first banishment or whatever,
Maura was in the kitchen with him and goes, do we have to do this every night? She had never watched it.
She had never didn't know anything had come like blindly in. And so I think really a lot of these people really
showed that. Yeah, totally. And it didn't work in their favor. Actually, and can we talk about
one aspect of the traders that I think they should change moving forward? Yes. Listen,
having Donna Kelsey on for, you know, pulling in the Swifty Nation or whatever, sure. Okay,
I'll give you that. But like, you can't have someone, and same with Michael Rappaport.
You can't have someone coming on the show that is a fan of the people around them. You
have to have people in that environment because when you do that, then they're a fish out of water
and then they're just like, Donna, sorry, it was so easy to tell you were a traitor from moment one.
Yeah. And I feel like, you know, we just can't, if we get away from that, that would help the game too.
Yeah. I could see that too. And especially when it's like that person who is the fan has preconceived
notions and already like knows so much about other people's personalities too that I guess it kind of can work in
favor or to their demise.
Well, like, I think that's why they had to change the format because season one, they had
half.
Right.
What I like to call regular civilians, civilians, you always make fun of me.
I was like, the muggles.
And then we're going to get roasted for that.
And then, you know, the reality stars or like the athletes and stuff.
And the person who won the first one, what's her name?
I didn't watch the first season.
So during season one, there was half.
you know, the regular civilians, muggles, whatever we want to call them, Normies, whatever,
and then the reality stars.
Yeah.
And when Surreyfield wins at the end, she wins, she's a survivor, like she won Survivor.
And maybe she was even a two-time winner, I don't know.
But she won because these faithfuls that they loved her and they had watched the show.
And so they were fans of hers and thought she's never going to turn on us.
I think that's why they had to change the format from that to be like, no, no, we need like all reality stars.
Yeah. And now they have the all Normie version.
The all Muggle version.
Speaking of a traitor, Lisa Rina, absolutely iconic. I just started listening to her audiobook, but I just finished Carl's audio book.
Did you do that one yet?
I haven't yet.
Oh, my God.
I have three copies of his book.
I have five copies of Shrine.
None signed.
None signed, though, from you. I'm actually kind of mad about that.
We need to change that. But Carl's was so good. It's a shorter book. So it was a few days than I was through it just with how much I drive.
But Lisa Renaz, I just started. And so I'm not that far into it yet. But I've seen a bunch of excerpts and stuff.
I feel like this book is like Pearl Clutchin.
Like she really was like, I'm not holding back if I'm doing a book.
Yeah. She said that her only regret for my...
Real Housewives was the Munchausen storyline with Yolanda.
But it was interesting that while she fully owns it, you know, that's her thing.
She does reveal who was the driving force of that storyline.
Who was it?
Who do you think?
Someone else with the same name.
I was going to say, is it LV?
So, yeah, the same person who allegedly pushed the Dreet Dog storyline.
The same person who tricked me into working a party at Sir.
one time, same person who tried to get Lala on Sandoval to hook up season 11.
Did you not know that?
Oh, is that not public knowledge?
Well, I definitely do.
If it is public knowledge, I guess I missed that.
Wow.
Yeah.
Lord.
For our Tahoe trip called Lala and suggested that.
And Lala was like, I would sleep with camp before I would sleep with Tom.
Let me tell you that.
Lord.
Yeah.
Yeah, but just on that.
I was going to say,
there was something that her book had in common with mine.
So I screenshot this excerpt from it.
She said, by the time I joined the show in season five,
she was already a producer on Vanderpump Rules,
so she knew the game better than anybody.
I looked up to her and I let her lead the way.
She's very smart.
When I first came on the show,
she called me every single morning.
I was so gullible.
I actually thought she cared about it.
me. While I was drinking my first cup of coffee and prattling on about my day's boring errands,
she was molding me like clay. I think Lisa Vanderpump is the Bobby Fisher of Real Housewives,
one of the greatest of all time. She knew how to play the game better than anyone. You cut through
all the manipulation and maneuvering and she was funny. She had an English accent and jiggied the dog
and it served her well. I was like, damn, girl. But I used to get the same. I was like,
she's not wrong. I know. Like, listen, I have only
at her a couple of times, you know, in the, you know, at different things or whatever.
I never had a relationship like you all had a relationship.
However, I've seen the things I've, from each one of you over the years, and Lisa's not
wrong, or that Lisa's not wrong.
I know.
But I just, I'm like, I can't wait until I get to this chapter.
Do you feel a little, like, extra validated?
Yes, totally.
I saw Lisa Rina at the Palm Royale premiere premiere.
party. And while we didn't talk about LVP, we just talked about both walking away from, you know,
an offer because really nobody does that. It's very rare that you get a great offer for a hit show
and you're like, I'm okay this season. And so we were just like bonding over that. And she,
there was like one comment. I'm trying to remember exactly what she said. But I was just like,
oh my God, like I feel you. Like we just like got each other in that moment. So I'm like so
excited to finish her audio book because I feel like there are certain things where we had similar
experiences. She also said in her book that, that, like, she's had a lot to say about Andy. And then,
but now I think they've like buried the hatchet and they're like good. Yeah, I heard they made up.
Yeah, I'm really happy about. Uh-huh. She had some off color things about that and Garcel in the book,
but I'm like, I can't judge because I did do the same thing with certain people. But I'll say,
Don't we all at some point?
You know, at some point, you know, here's the thing about Lisa.
Yeah, you might think she was a villain at the end or whatever.
But like, sometimes when I, like, even when I say stuff, it's like, but was I wrong?
But was it not the truth?
Yeah.
Sometimes I was wrong.
Oh, well, yeah.
Okay, maybe a few times.
But like, looking back, I mean, when you write a memoir, it is a very personal.
deeply vulnerable experience that you're going through.
There are things coming up that maybe you didn't remember.
Things that have come up since writing the book that after therapy from certain things
that I do remember now.
But it's like you're stirring up a lot of things that you may be swept under the rug.
And I feel like I did that a lot just to keep the peace with certain friends, cast members,
whoever, where I'm just like, it's okay.
I just like don't want to go there because like we're already in a good place.
Like why go back and rehash the shit?
But when you're writing a book, like, that's your time to go back and stir up that emotion, you know?
And I think that she did exactly what I did in it probably better.
Well, she just had more to say like certain things.
Yeah.
So I just can't wait to finish it.
But anyway, moving on.
The thing is that I could keep talking to you all day.
Like this could be like a three-part episode.
So maybe I'll be blessed with your presence again.
And we can do this again because I feel like we've already been talking for over an hour.
Yeah.
Well, I was like, and, you know, maybe I'll do it again if we stay friends.
I'm just kidding.
Okay.
So as you know, every week at shenanigans, we wrap it up with the jacks hole.
And since you have been the jacks hole here a few times.
Few!
Okay.
Well, I only knew about one.
Was it? Maybe it was only one.
Was it a few? I'm sure. I'm sure some fan will tell you in the comments later.
I'm sure they will, but at least once, maybe twice.
I remember when you did that, I was like, I sent that to everybody and was like,
rage texting, like, how dare she? I remember that.
But you were talking.
Yeah, you were rage baiting me.
It's only fair that I let you call it out this week.
So anyone in mind, you would like to personally name the Jacks Hole.
And I'm not going to edit this. This is just all you.
Yeah. Okay. So here's the thing.
The world is full of bad people right now.
And we could go through the jack's hole of like the century, you know, Pam Bond.
We could go through like each, you know, we're just not going to do that.
You know, we're going to keep it non-political.
But we are going to go to Shia LeBuff.
Oh.
What in the world is his mental breakdown in Mardi Gras and then blamed the gays for him having
aggression issues?
Did you read about this?
I did not.
So he goes to Mardi Gras and he gets, he's at a bar, he's literally way, like basically
wasted all day long, gets into a physical altercation.
These guys are trying to hold him down because he's now gotten kicked out of a bar.
Talk about disturbia.
Right.
Goes to, goes to the hospital, then gets arrested for assault because he had hit people,
then somehow gets out of jail.
I don't know if he was bailed out or the charges were dropped, whatever, then goes back
out with his discharge papers and is parting with his discharge papers.
Oh my gosh.
Then, if that wasn't bad enough, goes on a podcast, like that next week and says basically, like, gay men scare me.
And, you know, three guys were touching my leg.
And if that's homophobic, then that's what I am.
And that's exactly what he said.
And I'm like, number one, none of what he said happened.
Number two, yes, it is homophobic. So I guess, yes, that is what you are. So you're our jacks hole of the week.
What we also do now is we wrap it up with flowers of the week. So we're not always ending on a negative now because we did that for several months. And I was like that. Let's give some flowers. You know what? I'm going to give the flowers of the week to Lisa Rina because she is absolutely iconic. She put it all out there in her book. I cannot wait to continue listening to it. And every interaction I've had with her has been so.
amazingly pleasant and fun. And I just missed her at Fryman today. I was at
Fryman with Simon. He says hi, by the way. And when I continue, as we're walking up the
hill, this girl stops in her car. And she was like, oh, my God, love you. And I was like, oh,
thank you. And she goes, I just ran into Lisa Rina on the trail. And she's like, it's such a
Bravo day. So, bravo to Lisa Rina. She gets my flowers of the week. I will say, so another
flower, let's give flowers to Candace also. Yes. Because.
You know, Candice, you, you did great.
I think I would have burned the ship down too.
Yeah, I would have to.
Yep.
I want to give you your flowers and the monkey that accepted punch.
We also are giving you your flowers.
Thank you.
The world thanks you.
Absolutely.
Yeah.
And I thank you all for listening.
Thank you, Zach, for joining me.
You can catch him back on your screen starting April 1st for season three of the Valley.
And I hope to get into some more.
shenanigans with you when that's all.
I'm sure we will.
Thanks for listening to shenanigans with Shea Shea.
