Scheananigans with Scheana Shay - Scheana Shay Takes the Stand

Episode Date: September 4, 2026

This week, Scheana is doing something she usually avoids at all costs: reading the comments. With her manager Mark joining her, she opens up the Reddit vault to revisit some of the internet...s longest-running grievances against her—and decide which ones deserve accountability, context or a hard fact-check. From the Eddie Cibrian affair and Stassi’s sex tape to Shay’s addiction, that infamous engagement announcement at someone else’s engagement party, the Dayna medium debacle and whether she really tried to make Raquel and Schwartz happen, no allegation is safe. Scheana also reveals why her Brett music video disappeared from the internet and revisits the Rob era, including the fantasy football draft that ended their relationship. Plus, she responds to accusations that Brock’s affair was fabricated for her book, reconsiders her infamous “gangbang” comment and explains why she’s upgrading from feminism to full-blown matriarchy. Before diving into the Reddit reckoning, Scheana and Mark weigh in on the latest developments in the Lindsay Clancy trial, and Mark reveals his unexpected connection to Patrick Clancy’s new wife. And after spending an hour confronting some of her most questionable moments, Scheana ends with one indisputable fact: she’s lucky to be alive after a terrifying incident at a Chargers game last week. Starting point is 00:00:00 The following podcast is a dear media production. From Vanderpump rules to motherhood and everywhere in between. Warm up the kettle. It's time to spill some tea. Let's get into some shenanigans with Shea Shea. He is piping hot. Too bad we can't talk about it. I know, right?
Starting point is 00:00:46 You need your mic. It usually helps capture your voice. We're making Mark sit in. the hot seat today, although I'm the one in the hot seat. But it's another week of shenanigans and I'm kind of solo, but I was like, you know what, Mark? Let's, let's hop in on this. And I can't believe it's already September. Like how fast 2026 has gone by. My daughter is starting kindergarten tomorrow. It's just, it's crazy. Tomorrow already? Tomorrow. Yeah. What is she going to wear? Oh, she already has it picked out and hung up. She's doing her like plaid, rompery, jewelry.
Starting point is 00:01:24 with the white polo with the school logo. Does she have uniforms? Yeah, uniforms. Oh, that's nice. Yeah. She's got the knee socks. Got her the cute little Mary Jane shoes. How many different like configurations?
Starting point is 00:01:36 Oh, this school has options for days. I mean, she has skirts in like five colors, polos, sweaters, vests. You learned your lessons from when you first started high school and had uniforms and you told your mom like, oh. I only wanted the pants. Yeah. And I didn't want the skirts. Yeah. So now, you know, we need options.
Starting point is 00:01:58 And I'm not even telling her their pants. I'm like, just like all the skirts. Are there shorts options? There's like, it's like a scor. Okay. But I don't know. Yeah, for the boys. Do they only have to wear pants?
Starting point is 00:02:11 I don't know. I guess we'll find out. And what then like, are they like, is there a dress code for shoes or can they wear anything? No, dress code for shoes. I think it has to be black, black, white. or their school color. Navy. And then like for hairstyle, does it?
Starting point is 00:02:31 It did say well-groomed hair. They have headbands that match like the checkered romper dress. Okay. So I got her the matching headbands. Okay. And I'm trying to add a lot of navy to my wardrobe. That's good. Yeah. So I'm like, anything I order right now,
Starting point is 00:02:49 I'm just like, oh, let me get it in Navy. Wear it to a football game. That's smart. Especially if you stay at this school for 13 years? I mean, yeah, 13 years. Some people are there 14 years if they do pre-K. Oh, wow. Crazy.
Starting point is 00:03:02 She's so excited, though. She's like, I wish kindergarten started two weeks ago. Has she been to the school? I mean, she did camp last summer. And then again, this year. And then she did kindergarten camp. And so it's like, it's felt like home for us for a while. Does she know any kids in her class already?
Starting point is 00:03:17 Yeah. Okay, that's nice. Yeah, because we've had a lot of like mixing and minglingling. So you meet a lot. at day camp over summertime. And then she, a couple of the girls she made friends with at summer camp are in her home room. And then she's meeting other friends. And then, you know, whoever mommy's friends, kids are, are then her friends. Who you wouldn't have play dates. Exactly.
Starting point is 00:03:41 Makes sense. Okay. But today we thought we'd do something a little different. So for my own mental health, I try to stay out of the comment section. I am not. Never on Reddit. Literally, anytime someone sends me something on Reddit, I have to click on it. And it's like, open the app or go to the way. I don't even know how Reddit works. Genuinely, and I'm very proud of that. No, you don't because if I, like, send you something and you like in the comments,
Starting point is 00:04:08 when you, when it comes up as like a webpage versus in the app, it like, it comes up weird. It's so weird. And then you can't like read the full thing, I think, unless like you're logged in and have an account. Yeah. It just has to be screenshots or else. Yeah. Or else you can't access.
Starting point is 00:04:22 I'm like, despite what people may think, I do not go looking for what people are saying about me. Sometimes when you send me a thread, I'll go and like it and reply to it. And I'm like, oh, my God, it looks like I just like searched my name on threads and, like, found this one random comment of someone who doesn't have many followers. But I don't. I usually don't see it unless it is sent to me. I want to just delete the Twitter X app altogether. Like, I haven't been on that. And I can't even remember how long.
Starting point is 00:04:50 But I just, I just leave it. I just don't look at it. it. I don't know. I just don't think it's healthy to constantly consume or obsess over negativity. I have also cut my reality show watching in like half. Recently, I've been doing a rewatch of impractical jokers, which always just brings a laugh out of me, literally out loud. I will be on the couch watching it by myself and I will laugh out loud. Like, it just, it's my feel good show. Right after Penny died, I mean, I cried every day for a couple of weeks. It's gotten less now. But I'm just like, that was my little buddy, like on the couch with me. And so I was like,
Starting point is 00:05:33 what can I watch that I'll just like feel good and laugh at? So it started with Impractical Jokers. And then last night, I put on Saved by the Bell. I mean, the nostalgia. Rock was just like, what are you watching? Wait, he's never seen it before. No. Did they not have it in? I mean, New Zealand, Australia. He had like three movies on VHS that he watched growing up. It was like Waterworld, Dancing with Wolves, and one other. So like, no. He has a very limited cinematic.
Starting point is 00:06:04 Very limited. No, Save the Bell was my show back in the day. Yes. I mean, my dog is named Morris. Yes. Oh my gosh. I didn't. Is it because of Zach Morris?
Starting point is 00:06:14 I think partially. I don't know why I just thought Morris Chestnut, even though that just is the first Morris I think of. Wait, that's not on your roster, right? No, but I did use to serve him during the poker games. Oh. Him and Eddie were friends. And so he was always at the games. It was like him, Kevin Hart.
Starting point is 00:06:32 Yeah, I felt like I was like real life in Molly's game back in the day. There were, I mean, so many celebrities at those games. It was crazy. But. No, but the Morris, my, I wanted an M name because that's like, you know, the theme here. And my great grandfather's name's Morrison and then like Zach Morris. And like the list of like M name. When I like got down to it that fit for a dog, it was getting smaller and smaller.
Starting point is 00:06:55 And then it, it couldn't sound similar to like my late dog Mac. And there were a lot of like, MA names that just sounded like too similar. So it has to be like an M.O or an M.E or something. I like it. Perfect. Yep. Yep. Wait, where do you want to say by the bell? Honestly. So here's how it happened. I turned on my TV. And I don't know if it's like a program that comes with the TCL smart TV or whatever. because I don't have cable, but it was live TV and I saw it said saved by the bell.
Starting point is 00:07:25 And I just clicked on it. And there's two minutes of ads just one time. Okay. So I don't know if I'm like on. Yeah. Like upstairs, we have like a Vizio and it has like its own thing. Yeah. But I have no idea where I got this live TV from.
Starting point is 00:07:40 But every day it has saved by the bell on. So I just. Wait, what like is it earlier seasons, later seasons? It's season three. It's the Leah Remini. Oh, it is. That's what I was watching last night. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:07:52 Because like when her announcement came out, was it last week that she was doing Reha So was at Beverly Hills. And I forget, one of the headlines was like... Is she for sure? Yeah, she confirmed it. But one of the headlines said like, you know, like two things she's known for, like King of Queens and Save of the Bell. And I was like, of all the things like, I mean, she was great on Save of the Bell,
Starting point is 00:08:09 but like that's not where I think of Leah from. I mean, I would think of Scientology as well. But I feel like I didn't know who she was until, Saved by the Bell. So anything that came after saved by the bell, I just associated her with that. That was like her big break, I felt like. I think so. So yeah. But then like King of Queens was like huge. Totally. Yeah. But by the time that came, I was like, oh, it's the girl from Saved by the Bell. Yeah, totally. Yeah. So yeah, it was like the Miss Liberty pageant. And I'm like, I remember these episodes so vividly. That was like an hour before school when I was getting ready. And then like when I
Starting point is 00:08:43 came home, I watched it for like an hour. And we definitely had to watch it on rerun because I mean, The show was on from 1989 to 94. Yeah. And then they had even the earlier seasons. The first season was like, it was like, good morning Miss Bliss. I think it was. Yeah. And then they, and it was set in Indiana, which I from Indiana.
Starting point is 00:09:02 Yeah. But then they moved it to the battle or to the palisades. The palisades. Yeah. Like just mysteriously like half the class just randomly decided we're all going to move together to the same area. Right. Totally makes sense.
Starting point is 00:09:15 But yeah, I'm just like, you know, I felt like. Sometimes when I'm watching reality TV, you know, it is entertainment. But then there were just shows that I was watching that just felt toxic and dark. And I'm like, this doesn't make me feel good. It reassures me that I made the right decision last year and not doing the Valley. But I was just like, you know, what if I just like stop watching reality for a little bit and put on some nostalgic feel good shows? I'm trying to think what shows are like reality is on now that you've historically watched that.
Starting point is 00:09:49 I'm not watching season 20 of OC. Oh yeah. I haven't started that either. But like I'm always going to watch Rhode Island. You know, I will watch Beverly Hills when it comes back. I'm interested to see Leah on it and how she fits into the group. Yeah. But I don't even know what's on right now that I would normally watch.
Starting point is 00:10:08 There is like the, which I haven't started yet, but I've heard it's good. The ultimate girls trip. Oh, yeah. That one. That did interest me. Yeah. And then Mormon Wives is coming back like this week. or next week or next week. Oh, that's in. Uh-huh. It's short season, isn't it? Probably. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:10:24 Who knows what's going on with that group? I thought someone said there was only like five episodes or maybe Taylor did. Oh, interesting. I mean, that could be totally made up. Because I think they're filming season six. Probably. Probably already in the can. Or, yeah. But, um, yeah, I feel like being a public figure and being someone who's been on reality TV, I definitely watch. it with a different lens, but it also comes with a lot of feedback. And some of it is definitely fair. And I understand and recognize and see it. Some of it not.
Starting point is 00:11:00 But I do feel like I have grown so much from partially negative feedback. And the audience seen something in me that I didn't necessarily see that maybe if I were to go back and rewatch, I would cringe. Of course I would. But I just feel like there are a lot of things that I have learned from the criticism. I guess. I don't know. It's not even always constructive criticism.
Starting point is 00:11:30 But I feel like there is a lot that I've learned about myself from negative feedback. And there are ways that I know I want to improve. There are ways that I now know. I am the best version of a friend that I've ever been. I recognize what I've lost, what caused distance. And I just think I'm a better person and friend because of it. And like, the way I see it is if you're in the right headspace, there can be value in listening to criticism.
Starting point is 00:12:12 It can really help you be a better version. version of yourself. I do feel like I'm at a place where I can look through it all, you know, with a constructive lens instead of a defensive one. Yeah. You know, famous last words. I may regret saying that by the end of this episode. But my hope is that there are things I can genuinely learn from. So maybe there's a behavior that keeps getting called out. And I can say, you know what? there is actually some truth to that and that's something I can work on. That's something I've done in the past and I know I can do that again or I don't know. Maybe there are like moments where I can provide more context, clear up a misunderstanding. So yeah, Mark's joining me today. He's going to read some of
Starting point is 00:13:01 the most common critiques people have about me. We'll talk them through honestly and I'll respond in real time. We'll see where the conversation takes us. Mark has prepped this all for me so I do not know what the mean things are. It's like that mean tweets, you know, when you like read it. I've done that here before actually. Sometimes on the TVs here, they'll have it up and I'm like reading the meanest things people have said about me. But do you think the meanest thing you've ever seen said about you was? But like what comes to mind first when I like ask that question. Oh, I mean, it doesn't bother me. But like the homeracking whore. Like that was like how it all started. People saying I'm not loyal and I'm a bad
Starting point is 00:13:42 friend really bothers me because it was so nuanced that year. I was dealing with my husband who had just had an affair. My producer boss and I thought at the time friend, Lisa, just tugging on my heartstrings telling me that, you know, this man who was my best friend of 15 years is suicidal. And I needed to do my job and I needed to show up as a friend and I needed to be there for him. And what hurts the most is people saying that I'm not a girl's girl. I'm not loyal and I'm a bad friend because that's just not true. There are a few of those we'll get into. Okay.
Starting point is 00:14:16 Yeah, but. Brace yourself. Okay. And I understand why people say that because looking back, I'd probably deal the same way. Totally. So before we get into any of that, I'm going to sip my tea and be RB. Who said you can't have things your way? All right, before we get into all the hate about me, have you been following the Lindsay Clancy trial? I saw the jury came back today and they are deadlocked. But the judge sent them back in to deliberate more, right? Yeah, that's going to be really interesting to see how that all shakes out. Yeah. They've been deliberating for like three or four days now. Oh, how long has the trial been going on?
Starting point is 00:17:48 For a few weeks. Okay. Okay. Okay. I think Thursday, someone can correct me if I'm wrong, but I think Thursday is when they started deliberations. Okay. Yeah. And then went into Friday all day, Monday all day.
Starting point is 00:17:59 And then today they came back and I guess told the judge were deadlocked and he sent him back and said, keep trying. You're trying. So what do you think actually happened? I mean, I think that's like the problem with the whole case in general. Yeah. I don't, I mean, anyone that's like a keyboard warrior right now, I don't think any of us know even. I think obviously if the jury's deadlocked, even the jury doesn't know what happened or they don't know like or there's some issue for them.
Starting point is 00:18:28 Some people in the jury at least have, you know, enough for reasonable doubt still left. I mean, I feel like I don't personally. personally think and we'll probably find out eventually that the deadlock is over saying she's guilty or not. I feel like it's potentially over whether she's criminally responsible or or if there wasn't enough actual evidence to prove that she's actually guilty because the I mean and honestly I don't even think Lindsay knows what happened because and I do believe her. It's like a psychosis blackout. Well I think from from what I've seen at least it sounds like Like her last memory was like making chicken nuggets for her kids and then waking up in the hospital and being told like you, you know, did X, Y and Z. And since she had had those thoughts, I mean, I would just assume like make the logical jump or conclusion to she had seen herself do it so many times. So that makes logical sense that I would, you know, and of course your kids are, you find out your kids are dead. Like your world ends whether you, I don't know whether you did it or not. Like. Yeah. So I think even if she.
Starting point is 00:19:32 didn't end up doing it. I'm sure in that moment, which she's pled not guilty, but I know a lot of people online are saying like she's admitted to it, X, Y, and Z. But if I mean, I'm not a parent, you are, so maybe you could attest to this. But if you're in that situation, I don't think there's any way that you don't feel responsibility. A hundred percent. I mean, she's paralyzed. Her children are dead. And she has to live with the thought that she might be responsible for that. You know, the last memories her children had were their mother strangling them. It just, God, it breaks my heart. I just, I can't even imagine.
Starting point is 00:20:08 Yeah, but for that to be like the thought in her head that like, yeah, the last, you know, if she's thinking like if I did this, the last thing, you know, and it's by all accounts, it seemed like she was a really good mother. She just, you know, was sick. It's so scary for them. It's so sad. Yeah. No, I mean, I mean, it's awful.
Starting point is 00:20:26 And then, I mean, her husband's just like. moved on, started a new family, like nothing happened. With Rachel. Rachel? That's his new wife who. Of course her name's Rachel. Of course. But when I, I remember when I first like saw her picture pop up like in my timeline.
Starting point is 00:20:44 And I was like, that girl looks so familiar. But I was like maybe, you know, I assumed just because I've, you know, either she had a familiar face or I've just seen it a lot of times, you know, in the timeline already and had like clicked. And then I saw another post somewhere where someone had confused a picture. People were trying to, I guess, piece together, like, that Rachel and Patrick had known each other for, like, a long time. Oh, sweet. And there was a picture that was like, I think the caption said, like, Patrick and Rachel, like, somewhere back when they were in college. And it was corrected to be like, Rachel actually, when she was at Columbia, like, back in this picture from 2010 and someone that just looks like Patrick, it's not him. And I was like, wait.
Starting point is 00:21:22 So, because we went to school together. Right. And then I was like, wait, did I know her? And then I clicked. And I was like, I know exactly. We, we danced together. What? Yeah, we run.
Starting point is 00:21:34 When you were straight? No, I was gay. No, not like dance. Like at a dance. Like, we, there's like a dance showcase for like student choreographers, but on shows. And some of my friends were choreographers. And they needed like a boy to be because there weren't a lot of boys that were dancers. And so one of my friends had wanted me to just be in her piece.
Starting point is 00:21:53 Interesting. And so this girl, Rachel, was one of the dancers. So, I mean, we had a lot of. of rehearsals together. I mean, I don't really know much about her. We weren't like close by any means. All I remember is her being like really quiet and kind of like that shy type of girl that didn't speak much. But when she did, it was kind of a quiet kind of had like a Mickey Mouseish voice. Yeah. I mean, seemed really, you know, nice. So it's crazy now like seeing like all these theories that she was involved. Yeah. And the people that are like saying, oh, I saw a picture even today
Starting point is 00:22:26 of like her after she ran a marathon and had like a jacket or something tied around her waist. And people are saying using that as like clue say, oh, she knows how to like tie a knot. Like did she strangle the kids and sneak in and did Rachel or did Lindsay like see Rachel do it and say look similar? I think that it was her doing it and she was watching herself do it. I mean, just crazy theories out there. Yeah. I mean, there's a lot of holes and the investigation was obviously handled so poorly. So it's like, I don't know if they'll ever be able to get justice.
Starting point is 00:22:59 Yeah, it'll be hard to see if they'll ever get justice because I don't, it seems like, I mean, and granted, like, by the time this podcast is out, I'm sure like there'll be an update here. But it seems like it's likely going to be a hung jury, which in my opinion, probably benefits the prosecution because they, you know, didn't likely prove their case. Right. And left reasonable doubt for some jurors. True. So whether they retry it, but when they, if they retry the case, they're going to know. what mistakes they made the first time. Yeah. I mean, however this shakes out, I hope the heightened discussion around maternal mental health and postpartum disorders leads to change in women's
Starting point is 00:23:35 health care, you know, so at least hopefully some good can come from this tragedy because that just, ugh, those poor babies. Heartbreaking. Yeah. 100%. Shall we get into the hate of it all? The hates of it all. All right. So I've written down a few and then I also might go back to my just scrolling through Reddit and social media and looking at post too. So I guess I'll just read off some comments. Okay.
Starting point is 00:24:05 And let you respond. Okay. So the first one, there was like a few things listed. It was like a Reddit post that was like kind of the reasons why someone started a thread. Like just reasons why we like hate Sheena or don't like Sheena or why she's like the worst. The first one was that the person who listened to their post was a fair with Eddie Cybrian. What started the show and her constantly claiming that she didn't know that he was married while he literally had a pregnant wife at home, then spinning it and blaming it on
Starting point is 00:24:33 LVP for broadcasting her real life pain, literally barf. So I guess what would your thoughts on that be? I mean, look, it's now been two decades since I met that man. I was 21 years old. I did not know who he was. I like, I just, I can't. Well, you, you knew he was like, somebody. Well, I mean, I knew he was an acute actor with Dimples. Welcome to Los Angeles. That's everybody. I didn't even really know what IMDB was. I remember my roommate being like, oh, what's he been in? I was like, I don't know. I think some firefighter show. And I remembered, like, driving past like a third watch billboard and seeing there was a guy on there
Starting point is 00:25:22 who I thought was cute. Did it not make the correlation like that that was him. I had also seen the movie say it isn't so with Heather Graham, which he plays the husband in. And I didn't realize that was him. It was just like small roles. He was not super famous. So I just...
Starting point is 00:25:39 How long after like meeting him did you like connect the dots on like what he had been interviewed, you know, who he was? I mean, this was 20 years ago. So like when we were writing the book, it was hard trying to figure out the timeline because it was over two years. But it didn't start right away June 20, 2006. Like that's when I started working there in May 2006. Like maybe I met him right away, but we definitely didn't start hanging out right away. And then it was us casually hanging out for about six months.
Starting point is 00:26:18 And then my mom read an article in the Tribune that said actor Eddie Sibriyan from Third Watch is expecting his second child with his wife. And that's when I called him. And I was like, what the fuck? And he was like, I'm sorry. That's true. Like, remember. And so then I was done with him. Didn't see him for six to eight months.
Starting point is 00:26:42 I was in a hosting class specifically on Tuesdays. So I was never at the club when he was. there playing poker. Yeah. And then after that class ended, I had picked up a shift. Of course, it's the Tuesday that he's there. He asked if we could talk. He had been, I don't know, six, eight months.
Starting point is 00:27:01 And at that time, the conversation we had, he told me they were separated. He moved out. Blah, blah, blah. Naive me chose to believe him. Did part of my gut probably say, well, he could be lying. but I'm like, well, I'm going to believe my heart. And he's telling me that he misses me and he loves me. And he's not with her anymore.
Starting point is 00:27:24 So I'm just going to believe that. And that was my mistake. How, because you said it was about like several months of like hanging out before you, your mom saw the. Yeah. Did you know like by that point in time, I'm sure you knew who he like was and like the show he shows or movies he was in? Yeah, but he was in nothing at the time.
Starting point is 00:27:46 It was like. Yeah. He wasn't like. like in a series regular in anything when I met him. He like literally wasn't working. Did you know that he had at least been married at that point? No, I did not Google. Was Google even a thing 20 years ago?
Starting point is 00:28:03 Yeah. I mean, at least there was like. Like, was there internet? It was like as Jeeves or something. Yeah. Like I mean, I didn't even have like there was like Wikipedia. Like a laptop. I'm trying to think like 2006.
Starting point is 00:28:14 I think I may have still had my college like PC. that had the red like fuzzy ball in the middle that was the mouse. Oh. Like I might have been on that kind of computer still that I used to maybe print out my sides for auditions. Like it wasn't like I was surfing the web. I did not. That would that learned my lesson.
Starting point is 00:28:35 But I will say in your defense, like if anyone was going to have like research to probably at that point in time, it would have been your mom. Mm-hmm. And so before you would. So if, you know, you told your mom like, oh, I'm dating this actor. she would have gone and looked him up and like, you know, or if she had seen like, oh, he's married, you know, somewhere, because this is before social media. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:28:56 If she saw like, oh, he's married, like she would have told you. Yeah, but that first time around, it was so casual that it just ended. It was. Because you were also seeing other people. It wasn't like you were exclusively with him. Oh, I was. Like you weren't in a relationship. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:12 Yeah. Just some guy like on Tuesday, Wednesday, whatever night. He was my Tuesday hookup. Yeah. So it wasn't like serious. You weren't like getting into like. No, it got more serious the second time around when I believed he was truly single. And that's when we did trips and we were going to the lake.
Starting point is 00:29:30 And he met my mom. He moved me into my new apartment. He met all my friends. Like that's when I actually thought, oh, this is serious. And then Leanne rhymes. Okay. The next one. Mm-hmm.
Starting point is 00:29:47 She kept bitching that the rest of the girls didn't want to be friends with her when their first impression of her was her being a peak home wrecker. Sorry, but I would do the exact same thing. Then she went on and proved just how horrible she is by showing Stasi's sex tape to other people in the cast and continuing to bitch that Stossie still didn't want to be her friends. No, no, no, no. I did not ever have access to this sex tape. And Stossie knows this.
Starting point is 00:30:17 I was in the same vicinity as it was being shown. I don't know if it was like in the back of the Sir Alley at a bar, wherever it was. I do remember being present. And no, I did not do anything to stop it. And that was my bad. But I never had possession of this. I never passed a phone around. I, that's just like, that's not true.
Starting point is 00:30:41 So should I? Was it who first said that you had like shown? Kristen. Kristen said it. She's like, I know for a fact. And I'm like, bitch, no, you don't. And did you ever address that with her? No, her and I are so good now that it just, I mean. Back then, I just didn't know if like I'm probably, she ever was like, oh, or said how she knew this for a fact when it wasn't true.
Starting point is 00:31:01 Well, I mean, just like she said that she would never fuck Jax with a 10 foot pole back in the day and, you know. Oh, was this like the season when she was, I forget what season that was when she was like trying to get back to being friends with Sossi. Yeah. Okay. So that she was like trying to be on Sassie's. good side. So she was just. Yeah. And Katie and I were really close and Kristen was kind of iced out. And so around that time, yeah, she was just like, I know for a fact. And it was like, but you don't. because unless you saw me with your eyes, have it on a phone or whatever and hand it to someone,
Starting point is 00:31:35 you don't know for a fact. Yeah. You didn't see it because it didn't fucking happen. Yeah. Never. I, and that's some, like, I don't care how much I despise a person. I'm not going to pass around. an intimate moment like that and i would never have something like that in my possession yeah so how do you think that like besides christin saying that like that whole story it got like blown out of proportion then i think it was i do remember there was one night we were at the parlor r ap and like shay and frank and like other people from sir were there like you wouldn't know who they were but these other workers were there who were friends with her. And I remember Frank was at the bar and he was like showing people the video. And I, sir. Yeah. And I was just like, I don't want any part of this,
Starting point is 00:32:26 but I didn't try to stop it. I genuinely, I didn't say anything. It was just like, I'm staying out of this. He asked me for my TMZ contact. I was like, absolutely not. I want no part of this. And so I feel like because I was present when it was being shown, that's how I was just guilty by association. It's like, well, Sheena was there. She didn't do anything. And I'm like, what was I supposed to do? Smash his phone, damage personal property. And like, I don't, I didn't know what to do at the time.
Starting point is 00:32:54 She wasn't my friend. And I didn't do anything. I think her like Stasi's point, which is valid was even if, you know, like, why didn't you give me the heads up or tell me about it. Yeah. And that's, that's a thing. Looking back, I absolutely. should have. Woman to woman, I should have never been complicit to any of that behavior, anything that was going on. None of that was okay. And Stasi and I have talked many times since then
Starting point is 00:33:22 and moved past that. But I hate this narrative that like I was the one showing it when that's, I mean, that's literally illegal. I did not do that. Yeah. I mean, it is a crime. Revenge born. Yeah. as we know. Yeah. As other people in the group are dealing with at the moment in court. Yeah. Next up, being so incredibly, all in caps, so incredibly, disgustingly insensitive when her literal husband was struggling with addiction
Starting point is 00:33:51 by saying things like, I could never be with someone who was 100% sober. But TBH, he was also apparently quite horrible behind the scenes, but she couldn't even hide how much she load to him by then. Hmm. I mean, there was. were a lot of things. I think it was part season five. I said that were extremely uneducated, that were stupid. I remember that was, I think, one of the first times, because social media is
Starting point is 00:34:19 huge by season five, that I got like a mass amount of hate. And I couldn't do anything but agree because I shouldn't have thrown my husband under the bus. But what was actually happening in our relationship at the time was what I was protecting, what he really did. The addiction part, we had started working on six months prior to me bringing that up on the show. But that was not my story to tell. I took it upon myself, self-produced. And I was like, well, I'm not going to talk about him talking to these girls behind my back, having an emotional affair, doing all of this because that's embarrassing for me.
Starting point is 00:35:02 And then Brandy's just going to feel like, ha, ha, karma. I have too much pride. What I think would be a great story to tell is him overcoming addiction. And that can help people and blah, blah, blah. In my self-producing season five mind, I felt like I was going to be helping people. Because I never planned on leaving him. I really thought he was clean and sober until I found out after we had completely wrapped season five, we were in October, when I found out,
Starting point is 00:35:33 when I found out that he had still been using taking pills behind my back. Yeah. But none of that was my place to say. And as a spouse, I should have protected him at all costs. But I was just so upset and so mad when I found the messages between him and this other girl that I just didn't care. and I saw red and that wasn't okay. I mean, but do you think looking back that it's not necessarily, like, I guess the regret, not necessarily bringing up the addiction, but maybe how you brought it up or how it was
Starting point is 00:36:15 spoken about it. How did I bring it up? I don't remember how like that, how, but just, I guess the comments people are saying of like just how you spoke about it. Yeah. Oh, no, I remember also it was like our anniversary dinner. We were at Ocean Prime in Beverly Hills. and I was just like, I want one of all of the cocktails.
Starting point is 00:36:35 And then I remember it goes to my interview. And I'm like, I mean, why can't you just like drink to catch a buzz? Why do you have to drink to get drunk? And I didn't understand at the time or just like grasp my brain around how an alcoholic can't just catch a buzz. You can't just stop it one drink or two drinks. I'm like, why is he finishing the whole bottle of wine? Why not just have a glass and enjoy it? I did not compute.
Starting point is 00:37:00 I did not understand that. It's not understanding addiction in general. Yeah, I wasn't. Is there any history in your family that you had? That's what I was just going to say. So not my parents, like not directly. But, and I mean, they've passed away now. But it was something that my grandma did struggle with.
Starting point is 00:37:21 And I remember shortly before she passed and she was in a rehab center and we went and we like wrote letters to her and we had this whole like circle talk and stuff. I was like 16, 17 at the time. And that was my first understanding of addiction. And then my uncle was also an alcoholic. He's also passed, not alcohol related, but I did grow up around it. I saw it a lot. But it was something different when it was my husband and it also wasn't even always alcohol. It was more the pills.
Starting point is 00:37:57 And I just, I don't think I ever truly thought he was an alcoholic. I thought he had a pill addiction. So when I made comments around drinking, it was extremely uneducated. And I, I mean, I regret all of those things that I said. It was like, oh, why do you go to drink to get drunk? Just catch a buzz. And it was just stupid.
Starting point is 00:38:20 And I have educated myself a lot more since then. But it really took the audience ripping me a new one and tearing me down for me to understand what I did wrong because at the time I was like well I'm protecting him from one thing and we're helping other people and I just like told myself I was doing the right thing when I wasn't yeah I mean it is such an interesting thing of being in your position as on reality TV and I mean I guess it's like you know a blessing and a curse that you have everyone peering into your life and having opinions because you know nowhere else do we get that kind of feedback in real time that data to be able to like immediately then download ourselves and choose you know how we move
Starting point is 00:39:06 forward from yeah you know other you know I think in some ways it probably not I'm not not even speaking you specifically but just reality talent in general of of having certain issues yeah raised to them that they didn't I mean you also we see people that get diagnosed with things who was it like Tauric who someone told them to check is like the thyroid oh yeah just from seeing, you know, him and his, like, confessionals or him on his TV show. So just it's interesting when you allow yourself to be, like, kind of under the microscope like that. Like, you know, it can be good.
Starting point is 00:39:40 It can be bad. It can be helpful. And it's just sifting through, like we're doing now, sifting through. Right. To see what could be helpful and what might not. Okay, what is next? There's this Peppa Pig book that Summer has in bedtime and it's like, what's next? And every time I ask that, I just think of Peppa Pig for all my parents out there.
Starting point is 00:39:56 Do you relate? literally announcing her engagement during James and Raquel's engagement weekend. Oh, God. Like with how shit, wait, this might not make sense. Like with how shit that went, no wonder the whole thing fell apart. She then tried to gaslight Lala into feeling bad about going to her best friend and telling him that his engagement was being used as a Sheena and Brock engagement press tour.
Starting point is 00:40:20 Okay, well, I would want to direct people to the book because I go in detail about this specific finale of season. and nine. But you think it was my choice to announce my engagement at a Wama farm in front. Like, no, that was not my choice. Did I bring the champagne myself? No, it was provided. They wanted me and Brock to get married on the same property that James and Raquel were doing their engagement party at, but far back. And I'm like, so when Raquel just like comes out onto the balcony and sees a little wedding happening on their property with cameras. Which would have happened. Are you kidding?
Starting point is 00:41:03 I was like, y'all are fucking crazy. Okay, you already basically forced him to propose in a way he did not want to propose. He had a whole grand thing planned. And then, oh, we can't get a permit. It's COVID and food and outside and inside and whatever. He did not want to propose to me on a Hollywood apartment balcony. Like that was not his vision and Yeah that that wasn't me that wasn't me that was not my choice
Starting point is 00:41:35 We're not claiming this one no not me we're not owning this one no I'm not I feel like this one gets buried a lot because the season sucked But the scene where this isn't me saying the season sucked this is what the commenter said But the scene where she brought a medium to Dana's house and then had to tell her to leave because Dana said no was diabolical I know I know I know Like, what was wrong with me? Again, in my head, I thought I was doing something kind. I know how close Dana and her mom were. They share a birthday. I think it was around her birthday.
Starting point is 00:42:13 But, like, I knew and I know that if there was going to be this moment, she would want her sister there. Like, of course. But, you know, when it is, right. recommended that this would be something really cool to film. Do you know if, if Dana has since then talked to like a psychic or anything like that? I don't know, actually.
Starting point is 00:42:41 I don't remember. I guess not a psychic medium, right? Yeah, I mean, kind of same. I feel like maybe she has. Because I don't, I'm trying to remember that scene. I feel like she was said like, like it's something she was maybe open to, but not in that setting. She just said she wanted her sister there.
Starting point is 00:42:57 And I'm like, yeah, duh, I know that. But I remember talking to Janet the night before that. And I was like, I have this call time tomorrow. And then she was like, no, no, that's a bad idea. You shouldn't do it. And I'm like, okay, I'm on a day rate right now. If I'm being honest, I'm going to get paid X,000 dollars for this one and only scene. I had just froze my eggs.
Starting point is 00:43:25 I wasn't able to, like, I wasn't supposed to be moving around that much. It was like maybe the day after my procedure. So your hormones were also probably like, on a thousand. Out of it. Out of my mind. Yeah. But I just remember being also selfish in that moment and being like, well, I do know that this is something she wants.
Starting point is 00:43:46 Yes, she would want her sister there. Of course. If I could have flown her out, I would have. But if that was my one and only. But you weren't a day rate and couldn't afford it. Exactly. But if that was my one and only call time that day, that was my only way to make money that day.
Starting point is 00:43:59 So I went through with it and I shouldn't have. But got paid. Lessons learned. Yeah, very much. Don't spring mediums on people. No, no. Nope. Now I ask permission.
Starting point is 00:44:13 Okay, next one. Let us not forget her not just encouraging, but full on pushing Raquel to hook up with Schwartz mere months after his and Katie's divorce. Did I? did I like really push? Because here's another thing I remember was watching back season 10. I remember Ariana asked if she could drive with us to Sandoval's show in, I don't know,
Starting point is 00:44:38 deep in the valley, like West Lake or wherever the fuck it was. And I was like, well, I would love that. But like, it's me and Brock have a call time with Schwartz and Raquel. So like, we have to go together. Like the car has cameras in it. And like, that's the scene, you know? And then I remember watching it back. And her in Sanneville have a scene where she's like, yeah, I was just like really weird,
Starting point is 00:45:01 you know, like, Sheena said I can't come with them. Like, what's she trying to do? And I'm like, you know, come on. Like it made me look so bad when again, did not choose to have that call time with these people. But again, I was on a fucking day rate. There we are. Season 8, season 10, day rate. I showed up to the scenes.
Starting point is 00:45:23 was given a call time too. End of story. Fair enough. By that time, I had a mortgage, so I was certainly taking all of the days. And you're paying for it now. Let's see, next one. Dragging all the men she has hooked up with for relevancy and headlines. And then to carry on with that, someone said, the book, OMG, they're such overlapping by all the people she says she slept with.
Starting point is 00:45:48 And then looking at the show, you'd think there were six or so men total in her entire life. Okay, well, first off, I was dating Shay, then engaged and married for the first five seasons of the show. But two, I will say also, I'm glad someone had made a comment like this because it just goes to show that there is so much more to my life than what is shown on reality TV. And you only, like truly you only see a sliver of someone's life on reality TV and you only see. see the people that are both, you know, like deemed entertaining for camera and also willing to be on camera and sign a release. Like, that's all you're going to see. So, yeah, there was a lot more of my life. And also, I mean, I had six, seven years in my 20s that were not filmed. You got, like, a little baby scene on the hills, which was scripted. So, yeah. And I mean, in a serious relationship,
Starting point is 00:46:53 I have only had a handful. And my high school boyfriend? Yeah, I think the comments are more like in your book, you rattle off like a dozen guys. And then on the band of him rules, you see, yeah, you see, oh, she has dated like five, six guys. And then season seven, I, I mean, I went on like my bachelor date with Robbie.
Starting point is 00:47:13 But it was like I was seen a football player that season. He didn't want to film. We talked about it. He was like, you know, maybe. But then it just, it wasn't. the right setting and I'm like, I'm just gonna keep this. The Adam season or is that eight?
Starting point is 00:47:29 Yeah, that was seven. That was seven. Okay. Yeah. So then the NFL guy didn't want to film. And so Adam was more. I mean, he said he would if I needed him to. But I'm like, I don't need you to.
Starting point is 00:47:42 Like, it's, I don't need to involve you in this. Let's just enjoy our time. You know, not on camera. But yeah. Okay. Let's take.
Starting point is 00:47:53 more break and then finish up some of the hate. All right, from school drop off to work meetings, errands, travel, dinner, and everything in between, you need shoes that can keep up with your entire day. Most people know reef for their super comfy flip-flops, but you can find something for every season and every day of the week, from sandals and sneakers to clogs and my personal favorite platforms. The best part is you don't have to choose between comfort and style. So thinking back to like my high school and college days, I mean especially in college,
Starting point is 00:48:29 everyone wore Reef sandals, whether it was spring break, first day at the beach over summer. I mean, throughout my college years, I just remember Reef was the flip-flop brand that everyone in my friend group, including me, wore. And I got to say, I'm not surprised that now Reef is made. making clogs and sneakers because, you know, maybe you don't want to wear flip flops every day and you want a little elevation, a little platform. That's what I love. And the comfort, I mean, Reef is all about keeping things comfortable. Whether you're looking for your next pair of sandals, shoes, or clogs, Reef's effortless styles move with you. And you don't have to sacrifice looking good for comfort.
Starting point is 00:49:16 So if it's like a beach trip or a city night out, you know, girls night, whatever. they have so many versatile shoes that look as good as they feel. And us women, I mean, I don't love a stiletto all the time. I want to be comfortable when I'm going out. And I love the versatility because the same pair can go from Aaron's school pickup to dinner, beach to brunch, yoga to a coffee day, you know, and the quality. Their shoes are built to last. But they're always refreshing their styles and colors too.
Starting point is 00:49:49 So you'll definitely want multiple pairs. for different occasions. So they've still got all the sandals and flip flops that you already love. They have sneakers, great shoes. I mean, their white sneakers are bestsellers and a go-to for like a European vacation or, I don't know, family theme park day. They've got the clogs. And you can wear them with absolutely anything and still feel so comfortable.
Starting point is 00:50:13 And my other favorite is the kids line. I mean, they have really great options for kids available in tons of fun colors and styles that are super easy for the little ones to get on and off themselves. New styles drop regularly and sell fast. So if you see when you love, don't wait on it. Reef has a great offer for our listeners, 15% off your first purchase. Okay, September is basically the fashion new year. Am I right? I mean, suddenly I want everything in my closet to feel sharper and more intentional, but I do not want to make it an

You guys know, I am always shopping on Revolve, whether it's for a festival, a girl's night out, a vacation, whatever it may be. Revolve always has what I'm looking for. Revolve understands my taste. Then I try it on. And if I need to, I can send it back.
Starting point is 00:52:03 I'm very specific about clothes and Revolve gets that. There are enough options to find something great, but I do not feel like I'm sorting through the entire internet to get there. Everything feels current, elevated and actually wearable. And I love that there's so many unexpected everyday purchases that I have made. It's not only like red carpet events and whatnot. I mean, they have something for everything. I cannot wait. I got this coat on Revolve and I'm just waiting for this weather to cool down so I can wear it out, girls night, date night, or maybe I just need to take a trip because it makes me feel fancy.

Starting point is 00:53:14 We have a podcast. We're here to basically ask you to listen to it. We're just trying to help you guys not make the same mistakes that we've made in life. Yeah. We made a lot. Especially me. I really went down some dark roads. Trying to save you guys from that.
Starting point is 00:53:25 Our podcast is called The World's First Podcast. We are technically the sisters behind the nobody wants this podcast. It's inspired by us. Because you wrote it. Yeah, that's true. But when I write, I am inspired by myself all the time. Right. That would make sense.
Starting point is 00:53:39 You inspire you. We're going to wrap this up. Okay. Guys, go check it out. World's first podcast. All right, what's next? Okay, the next one. The real reason to hit on Sheena is her singing.
Starting point is 00:53:48 Oh, that's fine. You can hate on me all you want, but, you know, I'm getting booked and streamed, and that's all that matters. People want to hate listen to me, I welcome them. She wiped her one more time video with Brett off of YouTube, probably because it made her look bad. Absolutely. That was so cringe. It had, that was back when the dislike button was still on YouTube and had more dislikes than likes. And I was like, justice, I need you to scrape this from the internet.
Starting point is 00:54:25 There will only be those few little scenes that live on Vanderpump rules, which probably one of my biggest regrets of all 11 seasons was that. The music video or filming the music video? All of it. All of it. All of it. Yeah, fair enough. I remember when you started doing that music project and you were telling you about it, and I was like, I don't think this is like the best idea. I was working with Lala's music producer.
Starting point is 00:54:56 And it was just him and I in the studio. And so there was like no outside input or opinions or anything. He was just like, this is fire. And I'm like, yeah, this is fire. You know, and like you have one person just hyping you up. You believe what they say? Okay, this is one that you get a lot.
Starting point is 00:55:19 And again, these are not my words. I'm just reading off of a comment. The bitch named her child, Summer Moon, knowing full well that her deadbeat dad husband already had a daughter named Winter Sky. And she chose Winter Sky's birthday to have her own labor-induced
Starting point is 00:55:32 to the child would have the same birthday. Winter's middle name is not Sky. I don't know where the fuck this came from, but that is not her middle name. and I'm not going to say what it is because it's no one's business, but I've seen her passport and it's not Sky. I also did not choose to have a baby on April 26th. My due date was April 24th.
Starting point is 00:55:56 I mean, clearly Brock just likes to get women pregnant in August. I don't know. But when I made it to 40 weeks, I was going to be filming like 10 days later. And the doctor said that he wanted me to have time to. be with the baby and not go into labor on camera and break my water and whatever. And so he's like, get to 40 weeks and I'll induce you the next day. I was like, okay, great. So I go in at 4 a.m. I think.
Starting point is 00:56:25 Yeah, it was 4 a.m. on the 25th. And then I had her at 5 something a.m. on the 26th. It was like 25 hours of labor. And yes, I do know the exact time she was born, but there's weirdos out there who like to do birth charts and things. And I don't remember if I said her birth time on the announcement. So I'm just going to say five something. Sounds good. Let's see what's next.
Starting point is 00:56:52 I think maybe the grossest is the narrative she pushed for years of angry tequila Katie and she made out with shorts. Fair? Do you want to know something? Which I don't know that I've ever admitted this because I just liked to feel like I was the clever one who came up with Tequila Katie. because I said it on the show. It was a person behind the camera suggesting, here's something we think. You know, we can be like,
Starting point is 00:57:20 we got crazy Kristen, da-da-da, tequila, katie, blah, blah, da-da. And I was like, oh, my God, that's good, that's good. I want that. I'll say that. I mean, I think maybe we cut this part of the podcast. Okay. Because not because of the reason you're thinking,
Starting point is 00:57:34 because I think you should just, you know, oh, no, you came up with Tequila, Katie. No, no, I'm kidding. I'm kidding. I'll leave it in. But the second part of that, do you want to, I mean, you've addressed it recently, but that and she made out with Schwartz. I did not make out with Schwartz.
Starting point is 00:57:50 Schwartz kissed me. End of story. Next up. I still believe she and Brock made up the affair story. It was her own Me Too moment thinking she would cash in like Ariana did. No, no, no. I wish I could have taken that to the grave, to be honest. I definitely considered it.
Starting point is 00:58:08 I did it for a couple years. but ultimately I didn't have a choice and my hand was forced once it leaked. Like it was on Bravo and cocktails. Shout out to them, whoever they get their fucking info from. A lot of it's spot fucking on. And so if I didn't talk about it
Starting point is 00:58:27 and then ultimately it came out, you know, whenever that might be, I felt like it would make my whole book just seem inauthentic. Totally. And like there was also like another person involved here, you know, and she could have said something at any moment. And then it's like, I felt like no one would believe me ever again if they felt like I was hiding something like that. And
Starting point is 00:58:49 anyone who knows me knows what an open book I am. So for me to keep that for two, almost three years was not easy. Yeah. I remember, because I mean, you've said this publicly. I knew. Yeah. I mean, only for the, like, just to keep a lookout for it. Yeah. But it was hard like, you know, I feel like my relationship, because your mom and I are. like pretty close we'll talk a lot but I felt like even during that time I I probably talked to her less just because I was like I you know I can't tell it this isn't my news to share you know but I was like how you know if she says something how do I yeah you know how do I get around that because you're not your mom's not not that it's a lie
Starting point is 00:59:26 but it you know she's not someone that's as you know she's not someone that's easy to like conceal things from so I can't imagine how hard it was for you to even not tell your mom that whole that's why I like couldn't even have her come over the next day I was like Brock I don't care what you have going on today you're canceling your day I'm going to tell my mom that you don't need her after all. And like I am going to go get my eyelashes done. I'm going to go do e-news. And then I'm going to go have my business dinner.
Starting point is 00:59:48 And I'm just going to pretend like nothing last night happened. So like I'm just going to compartmentalize this as best I can. And I remember driving Long Beach to get my eyelashes done. And a paparazzi had followed me all the way from Marina to Long Beach. And I was just thinking like, oh my God. Like, they already know. Like, how do they know? I don't know.
Starting point is 01:00:12 But when I was driving down to Long Beach, I remember the Averill Levine song. My Happy Ending came on. And I sent it to Brock and I'm like, You ruined my happy ending. Oh, I love Averill. It was the being so obsessed with herself that she fast-forwarded through everyone else's scenes
Starting point is 01:00:34 when she watches the show. I'm going to stop you right there. I fast-forwarded through my scenes. I did not want to watch me with Rob. I wanted to see what everyone else was saying. I fast-boarded through me, not to me. And that was only that one season. Period.
Starting point is 01:00:52 Right? Correct. Yeah, so that narrative. I was living in Vegas. I was living my best life. I was completely off social media. I did not want to see that man anywhere. Next up.
Starting point is 01:01:06 The way she defended Rob was. crazy over the top. She defended him to the extent that she made him look more guilty than everyone already knew he was. The way these women on VPR cover their men as crazy work to me. I get you don't want to look stupid or feel embarrassed, but because of the paycheck, you receive, you signed up for it. You know he's a dog. We know he's a dog. Just confirm it and move on. Stop lying to the camera and stop lying to yourself. Still to this day, did he? Did he not? I don't think he did because it's just not in his nature to have PDA. So I don't think he did, but I mean, he clearly did something that someone saw that they saw was wrong.
Starting point is 01:01:45 And there were too many discrepancies. It was like, oh, yeah, it was on this date. And I'm like, no, it wasn't. He wasn't there that date. We were here. And then like, oh, no, no, no, yeah, it was this day. And I'm like, so which day was it? Like, the story changed a few times.
Starting point is 01:01:59 That's why I, like, rode so hard for him. but you also wrote hard for him because he didn't want to do the show he didn't want to do the show yeah and you were trying to like make him not look like a bad person no it's not bad he's great he hangs a TV on the wall in seven minutes yeah because you were in love
Starting point is 01:02:14 and you're worried that well as in your co-stars at the time knew that he didn't want to film and knew that if he was painted in a bad light he would break up with you and he should have but he waited until the season was wrapped
Starting point is 01:02:34 and it was fantasy football season time to have me come over, watch him pick his fucking team, and then tell me I didn't make the cut. So is fantasy football not like a trigger for you or have you like reclaimed it? Well, here's what's funny. I've reclaimed it
Starting point is 01:02:52 because I allowed my current husband to have a fantasy football draft party at our house on our anniversary. I told him this year. Yeah, like last week on Friday. Oh, did you pick a team? My draft is on Thursday. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 01:03:07 Yeah, I'm part of the cameo league. Okay. Fantasy football. So, yeah, I'm reclaiming it this year, finally. All right, let's do one more, and then I have to give flowers on this podcast. Okay, let me find a good one then. Hold on. Okay, let's see.
Starting point is 01:03:25 She has never been a girl's girl. She literally said in one of the earlier seasons that she wanted to get ganged but all the guys in the group, like, ew. Okay. First of all, Schwartz said that first. They didn't show it. I get into the van. He said, first what?
Starting point is 01:03:42 And he said, oh, you get in this van. It's the gangbang van. And then I responded to that joke and said, yeah, I'd rather be gang banged by all of you than in the car with all of them. Biches. Bitches. Yes, all of them, bitches. So, yes, it did come out of my mouth.
Starting point is 01:04:00 I did say that, but it was in response. I didn't hop in the van and say, hey guys, I want to be gang banged. Like, that's how they made it sound. Like, I, that's how Jacks repeated it. No. Who would ever want that? I mean, no, no, no. So, yeah, it's like you sign up for reality TV and the stupidest things you say will come back to haunt you.
Starting point is 01:04:22 Forever. I think I had also said, I think it was that season maybe, something like I'm so not a feminist. And I think that was another place where I misspoke for sure. My point was that in like that specific friend group, I get along with the guys better. Like I just did. I got along with the guys. I was like, oh, I'm a guys girl because I like football and I played sports. And I just, I think I just misspoke and I said it wrong.
Starting point is 01:04:51 That was like within your dynamic in that specific friend group, not your whole life and existence. No, exactly. That's what I'm like, oh my God. Like look at my friend group. my friends that I've had since high school, since childhood, like, they will all say, I'm a fucking girl's girl. I am a tourist. Tauruses are loyal to a fault to the point where I will stay in a job, in a friendship,
Starting point is 01:05:12 in a relationship, in uncomfortable things, like, because I would just, like, feel like I can't leave. I can't change. Like, it is something that's just in my nature. And at the time, I just felt like the guys were nicer to me. So I was like, yeah, I'm a guy's girl. Like in that group. But I mean, I do think I'm a feminist.
Starting point is 01:05:32 If I really think about it, you know, I believe in gender equality. I think women should have equity among society. And, well, actually, no. I take that back. The world would be so much better off if we were in like a matriarchy. You know, if women were in charge. Women were running the world, we would not have as many problems. We probably wouldn't.
Starting point is 01:05:55 We'd probably be able to like eat all the food out. out there and not have everything causing us diarrhea or death or, you know, something. Did you see Olivia Rodriguez music festival over the weekend? It was like Daisy Chain Festival. I had heard about it. It was like an OC or something. Right. Yeah. So I saw Katie was there. And then I saw Kenzie Richardson, cute little Disney actress who Summer follows. She was there. And I was like, wait, is this a new festival? How have I never heard of it? But it's put on women with all female performers, which I love. and it ran smoothly during the middle of the crazy heat that we've had.
Starting point is 01:06:34 It just, it went great. And, you know, compare that to festivals, put on men, by men, like the fire fest. Is that all for the day? I think one more real quick, sorry. Just because this one's actually not hate towards you. Oh, okay. So we'll at least end on a positive note. Okay.
Starting point is 01:06:52 Maybe. These Sheena hate her posts are so tired, honestly. Every week someone comes up with a list of this. the same things that have already been discussed to death as a reason to keep on hating her. There are literally the worst men on that show. Why don't you choose to waste all that hate energy on them? Period. You know, okay, I get both sides here.
Starting point is 01:07:12 Like, I swear, I'm even just like as perplexed as all of you sometimes with how all of these men on reality TV get away with being the absolute biggest pieces of shit. and they don't get nearly as much hate as the women who have had far fewer offenses, might I add. Okay, I think, unfortunately, it's a reflection of where society is. The audience is mostly women for these shows. And I feel like women have come to expect a higher moral character out of other women than they do men. And now, I mean, that doesn't apply to all men,
Starting point is 01:07:56 but enough that it's just like lowered the bar across the board. And yeah. Yeah, I agree. To wrap it up, we've got flowers of the week going to my amazing friend, Noah at record executive on Instagram. He literally saved my life on Thursday night at the Chargers game when I choked on a nut. A nut of all things.
Starting point is 01:08:26 What kind of nut was it? It was a Marcona almond. And it was the very end of the night. We're down in the field club lounge. My best friend, Adriie from high school, I had two of my high school besties with me, Adrian Michelle. She grabbed little charcutory plates for all of us. And we were waiting for the car.
Starting point is 01:08:48 And so I'm just, I'm not a big pork charcutory person. So I was like, I'll just eat the little almonds on each plate. And the last like two or three sliced in half slivers of Marcona almond on the plate was what I choked on. So I'm chewing. But then all of a sudden one of them said something that made me laugh and, huh. And it got stuck. And I was like, I'm fine. I'm fine.
Starting point is 01:09:16 And Noah's looking at me. And they were just like, and I'm like, I'm fine. Like I'm going to get it. Because like things have gotten. stuck in my throat. You swallow or you cough it up. Like, I'm going to be okay. And I swear it was probably 30, 45 seconds, maybe approaching a minute that all of a sudden I was like, and I was wheezing. So no one knew I was still able to breathe. But then it was like I was freaking out that I wasn't able to completely breathe. That I then went and then I was like, oh my God. And I grab him.
Starting point is 01:09:54 and I'm just like, help. And it, apparently I black out for like seven seconds because like I grabbed him. And then all of a sudden it was like he was on my left side and then he wasn't there. But then he was like right here. But then he was right here. And he was like, just breathe through your nose. And I'm like, oh, duh. Why wasn't I doing that to begin with?
Starting point is 01:10:23 And I was like, oh, all I had to do was breathe through my. my nose and him and my friends I went to the game with are looking at me and they're like he just gave you the he'm like what are you talking I'm like what? When? And they're like he was just behind you and I was like okay so you were there and then all of a sudden you weren't there but then you were there telling me to breathe through my nose and he was like yeah because I gave you the heimlich twice he's like and I didn't want to do it too hard because you're so tiny I didn't want to crack a rib but that's why you were able to breathe through your nose and I'm like I blacked out. I, yeah. So thank God for him because I was just like, what if he wasn't right there in that
Starting point is 01:11:05 moment? My friends were like, oh, what do we do? Like, let me get you water. No, because then you drown. And I learned that from my mom who choked at Sir and then almost drowned. You were there. And so right when I went to grab the water, he was like, and I was like, no, no, no. I know. You're right. But I'm just like, I can't imagine. It was like it happened so quick and it was so scary. That's never happened to me before. I guess I choked on a frozen grape when I was a kid, like maybe six, but I don't like my whole life since then. I've never choked.
Starting point is 01:11:37 So that was really scary. But I was just glad that someone was right there who knew what to do, who just like didn't freak out and saved my life. He's like, I'm not going to die like that. I'm not going to go out of a Chargers game choking on a nut. So I'm like, no, this isn't going to happen to me. But for a second, I was like, oh, my God, is this going to happen to me? Where were you guys at that point? In the field club lounge.
Starting point is 01:12:04 Okay. Yeah. Oh, that's so scary. And it was so crazy, too, because the configuration of who went to that game with me kept changing. It was supposed to be my mom with my two high school friends. And then last minute, she was just tired and didn't feel like going. Brock and Summer had a school event. And then I'm like, okay, this is when we look at find my friends.
Starting point is 01:12:28 Who's close? And Aubrey, Noah's wife, he's like, she doesn't want to go. So I was like, well, if you want to go and he's like, yeah, I'm down. Like, let's go right now. And so he ended up coming with us because I had asked other people. It didn't. Yeah, it was just him being at that game. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:12:47 Crazy. So flowers to Noah and the jacks hole. you know who you are. Thanks for listening, guys, and I'll see you back here next week to get into some more shenanigans. And if you haven't gotten your copy of my New York Times best-selling book,
