Scheananigans with Scheana Shay - Scheana Spills on Unfollows, Juggling Boyfriends & Burner Accounts

Episode Date: September 25, 2026

Scheana is solo this week and opening up the mailbag for another AMA—because apparently, you guys really do want to know everything. Is she joining The Valley? Would she ever do a “House ...of Scheana”-style reality show? And when it comes to all the chatter from familiar faces in the VPR extended universe, which former friend does Scheana learn recently unfollowed her, and which former castmate does she admit she has muted on social media? She’s also answering questions about friendship fallouts, setting boundaries, and whether Kristen may have been right about a few people all along. At home, are she and Brock still doing their one-minute daily kiss from the white board, has the dynamic between Brock and her mom changed, and how is Summer adjusting to kindergarten—and already juggling two boyfriends? Plus, Scheana talks motherhood and OCD and weighs in on the rumors surrounding Channing Tatum’s alleged burner account, which naturally leads back to his alleged former roommate, Jax Taylor…or should we say Frank Dremon? Nothing is off the table…although that doesn’t necessarily mean every question is getting the answer you expect. Follow us: @scheana @scheananigans  Purchase your very own copy of the NYT Best-selling book/audiobook MY GOOD SIDE at www.mygoodsidebook.com!Episode Sponsors:Shop at http://REVOLVE.com/GOODASGOLD and use code GOODASGOLD for 15% off your first order. #REVOLVEpartnerDownload the DraftKings Casino app, sign up with code HONEY, and spin your way. Starting point is 00:00:00 The following podcast is a Dear Media production. From Vanderpump Rules to Motherhood and everywhere in between. Warm up the kettle. It's time to spill some tea. Let's get into some shenanigans with Shea Shea. Welcome back to shenanigans, everyone. I'm here solo today, and we're going to do another AMA-style episode. Just me, you guys, and a lot to catch up on. If you're wondering and watching why I'm wearing my seeing glasses today, it's because I have a stye in my eye. Never had one of those.
Starting point is 00:01:00 And it's kind of painful. Don't love it. But I also saw some comments on the YouTube videos like, oh my God, I hate when people wear sunglasses inside. You know, I just try to look cool and cute sometimes. I don't like to always put makeup on at 8 a.m. when I'm dropping my kid off at school and then coming to podcast. So sometimes I wear glasses. But today I actually need them because I am blind AF. So trying to get ready and part my hair and put a little something on.
Starting point is 00:01:30 Well, not being able to see, it was quite challenging. But here I am. Guess I'll just catch you guys up. This weekend I was in Chicago, went out there for an Alanis-Mor-Sat show at Riot Festival, which she was incredible. but I will say that when she started her first song, I had a complete flashback of Kaboo, I think 2017, and I was like, oh, I have seen her before. Flew all the way to Chicago because I wanted to see Alanis Morissette and then realized I have seen
Starting point is 00:02:08 Alanis Morissette and not in the mud. We were literally stomping through the mud. It felt like quicksand. I walked past a man who I wished I could have helped, but he was much bigger than I am and I wasn't about to be taken down helping a stranger in the mud. And he stepped up and his shoe stayed in the mud. But overall, she was great. Fun experience. Bucket list core memory will never forget this time seeing Alanis because that was just like no other.
Starting point is 00:02:40 It was fun. I got to see all my friends in Chicago, had some good deep dish pizza. Lumal Notties. And yeah, that was my weekend. Came home. My daughter has a very loose tooth. She looks like a shark right now because her big tooth is already completely like grown in. But the small one is still right there.
Starting point is 00:03:03 So she's got like two sets of teeth. But I took her to the dentist yesterday and they said it's totally fine. The bottom one's back a little further. But I guess the tongue starts to push it forward. And it's just going to feel. fall out on its own when she bites into something or it'll just fall out. So when we were at the dentist yesterday, she asked if we had like a little tooth box and Christina Arielle had given Summer this itty-bitty little trinket that has a fairy on it to put her tooth in, which is so cute. So I was like,
Starting point is 00:03:33 oh, we already have that. And I said, and Summer told me that the tooth fairy brings chocolate coins. And the dentist was like, oh, okay, well, I actually don't mind that because chocolate is way better to eat than any gummies or anything like that for your teeth. So I actually have a question for you guys who are watching and can comment below. What has the tooth fairy left your children? Because at the school my daughter goes to and some of her friends, we've heard that the first tooth gets $100. And that is insane for a five-year-old. I was like, I was thinking five bucks because she's five, maybe 10.
Starting point is 00:04:18 But apparently, at least with the boys, they get $100 for the first tooth. Is that not crazy? Let me know. Comment below. But I think the tooth fairy will be bringing summer five or $10 and some chocolate coins because that's what she said they do. So we've got that. We, what else?
Starting point is 00:04:39 Oh, she came home from school last week and was like, mom, I have to tell you something. And what she told me was the furthest thing from what I was expecting her to tell me. She's like, come here, come here, let me whisper. And she whispers in my ear, I have two boyfriends. Two, not one, two boyfriends. And I'm like, hold up, ma'am. Where did this come? First of all, who?
Starting point is 00:05:07 She tells me the name of the kid in her class. And I'm like, okay, the kid with the nut allergy, now I know why you're so conscientious with bringing nuts in your lunch. Because you want to sit by your boyfriend and he's allergic. And if you have anything with nuts, you can't sit by him. So that made a lot of sense. And then she, I asked her, I said, okay, well, who's the other boyfriend? And she goes, I don't remember his name, but he's in the other kindergarten class. And I'm like, oh, so you got boyfriend.
Starting point is 00:05:37 and you don't even know his name. She's like, well, he likes to chase me around at recess, and he does this to my shoulder. And I get scared every time. I'm like, oh, my God. She boy crazy already at five years old? Like, what? But then I obviously have to find out who this other boy is, right?
Starting point is 00:05:54 So I'm like, okay, we got to do some research. So the next day she goes to school. And I'm like, oh, did you see your boyfriends? Were they there? And I said, did you get his name? He told me twice, but I forgot. Like, okay. So we walk by the classroom where they have all of their backpacks. And I'm naming every boy name. But then there's some where it's like, I don't know, is this one a boy or is this a girl?
Starting point is 00:06:17 Like there's a lot of unisex names. I'm going through all of the names. And she's like, I don't know. I don't know. I'm like, all right. So then I run into one of the moms who I know. And I ask her, I said, wait, because there's three kindergarten classrooms. And I couldn't remember which one her kid was in. I just know it's not the same one as us. And so I ask and she's like, oh, we're in this one. like, okay, do you know another kid who's blonde and was wearing a red shirt today in the other class? And she was like, it could be this one, this one, or this one. And I was like, okay, I said, yeah, because Summer says she has two boyfriends. And then the mom sitting next to her, who I have never met, mind you, she word vomits. And I think immediately regretted it. And she goes, oh, just like her
Starting point is 00:07:03 mother. And I was like, what? You don't know me like that. Like maybe you have watched me on TV. I don't know. But it was just like right when she said that like, oh, she takes after her mom or whatever. And I was like, okay. And I didn't have really anything to say. And summer's like right there. And I'm like, well, we're just going to the bathroom. So like, nice chat. But I just, it takes a lot to offend me. I wasn't even offended by that. It's just the nerve when I'm like, I do not know you. We've not had coffee together. Don't know your name. Don't know your kid's name. It was just a bold statement that I didn't know how to feel about. But yeah, I guess it's a true statement, you know, back in the day. But who are you to say that to me? So there have been like a few of those little mom interactions
Starting point is 00:07:54 where it's like a little catty comment. And I'm like, are we on that? that level. Like, are we joking or I don't know. It's like I'm in a new environment. There's all these new moms. And no one who, there's one who is also in like reality TV, but I knew her before I went there. But, you know, some of these moms are stay at home moms. Some are working moms and lawyers. Some I just like, I'm still trying to kind of figure out where I fit in. But I was just invited to a birthday lunch for one of the moms who I love next week. So I'm excited about that. And then I got invited to dinner after back to school night this week with like six other moms. So I'm like, okay, I think we're doing good with the moms. But that one, I just, the nerve. So yeah,
Starting point is 00:08:49 my daughter has two boyfriends. Although actually yesterday, she goes, oh, no, I only have one. So I don't know. Brock is just like, I go, here's the thing. you can't tell her that it's wrong at such a young age because then she's going to hide stuff from us. Then she's not going to tell us things. So just let her have her boyfriend. The kids are all coupled up and it could be over next week for all we know. So just let her have fun. He's like, and then what about when they start kissing? I go, well, that's, that's another level that we can get to, hopefully not in kindergarten. So just let her have fun, have the boys chase her around the playground. I mean, it did take me back to kindergarten. My first crush, Kevin. Don't remember
Starting point is 00:09:37 anything else about him. He was just a cute little white boy named Kevin. And we would chase each other on the playground. And so I'm like, look, I was boy crazy from a very young age. So maybe it is just in her blood. But Brock did not like that. I'm like, look, I know who both of these boys' parents are. I really like both of them. So just let's just let her have fun. But that's kind of what's been going on with us. Brock is still working very hard on the caddio. If you guys haven't been following Mr. Brock the Builder,
Starting point is 00:10:12 great content that you're missing out on. He is turning this side of our house that was just dirt into an oasis for these cats. There is running water that I saw so many comments about. It is not touching the house. There's a waterproof barrier around it. It's going to be filtered water because I'm a psycho and I don't want my cats drinking tap water. So there's that. There's a bunch of things to jump and run on.
Starting point is 00:10:41 You put a bunch of cat safe plants in it. And then there's a swing for me to sit on. And I like it. It might be my new favorite place to hang out once the mosquitoes go away because they are crazy this time of year. Yeah, that's a little catch up with me. I asked you guys to send in questions and as always you deliver. There are a lot and you guys apparently want to know everything because there's a lot of cards here. And I will be honest, I've not looked at all of these. But yeah, it seems like there's questions about career, friendships, fallouts, family, what I'm doing next. Oh, some throwbacks. Ah, and some that I probably want to skip
Starting point is 00:11:32 because it looks like they are truly all over the place. But I'm going to try and get through as many as I can. We'll see where this takes us. So let's get into it after this break. And if you guys are anything like me, you are running around all around town, like doing everything from school drop off, to maybe I go to the gym.
Starting point is 00:11:57 Maybe I have a meeting. Maybe I have some work to do at home, but then I have to go meet someone for coffee on the way. I don't know. There's just this every day. It's a lot. Ask my friends. They know I am in a different zip code like every hour while my daughter is in school.
Starting point is 00:12:15 And one thing that I have to have while I'm on the go all the time are comfortable shoes. And that's why I love Reef. You can find something. for every season and every day of the week, from sandals and sneakers to clogs and my personal favorite platforms because everyone loves a couple extra inches, you know?
Starting point is 00:12:37 And the best part is you don't have to choose between comfort and style because the style is comfortable. And that is the best thing. Comfort, style, versatility, meaning the same pair can go from errands to dinner, you know, school drop off to meetings to whatever else you have going on in your day. Maybe you got yoga, then you're going to a coffee date, whatever it is.
Starting point is 00:13:05 Their quality shoes are built to last and they're always refreshing their styles and colors. So you'll definitely want multiple pairs for different occasions if you are anything like me. New styles drop regularly and they sell fast. So if you see one you love, don't wait on it. Okay. I'm telling you, do not wait because then you go back and boom, they're gone. Reef has a great offer for our listeners. It's 15% off your first purchase.

It would be great to see you on next season of the Valley. Any update would you consider joining the Valley next season? Are you going to be on the new season of the Valley? Please, we need some fun on there. Here's the thing with The Valley, it would make sense.
Starting point is 00:15:22 It would be so easy because these are all of my friends. It doesn't feel that it's the right fit for us right now. You never know. That show could go on 11 seasons like Vanderpump Rules and maybe I pop up on it one day. Maybe I'm at an event that Jasmine or Zach or someone is hosting. I don't know. But we'll see. Time will tell.
Starting point is 00:15:47 Kind of along the same lines. would you ever do a reality show based around your family or even just your social life? So I don't know if you guys mean like a show is centered around me and the network of people around me. I don't know. Maybe for like a one-off kind of special thing, like if Brock and I, like how Jackson and Brittany did, you know, Jackson-Britney take Kentucky or whatever it was called, I could see like Brock and I doing something like that. We go down to Australia, New Zealand.
Starting point is 00:16:14 But if you guys are talking about a format like House of Stasi, I don't know. that that appeals to me. It is kind of scary. I do love being part of an ensemble cast. I like not having all of the pressure to deliver and drive and all of that with the story. So I don't know. But again, never know. I do know that I'm feeling ready to dip my toes back in the reality pond. I just, I don't think it's going to be on the valley right now. I do feel like I'm getting to the point where I'm ready to dip my toes back in the reality pond, which pond that is? TBD, stay tuned, the most annoying thing to say when you're trying to answer a question.
Starting point is 00:17:04 So I apologize, but we'll see. Do you ever think of doing your own reality show where we get to see you more as a mom or work? I mean, I definitely hope and plan that wherever I turn up on your screen. next is kind of in that docu soap space. It will show more of that part of my life. That is definitely something that I would want. I just, I want it to be in a setting where summer is comfortable.
Starting point is 00:17:32 And yeah, I don't know that we found that yet. Would you ever do special forces? You know, that one also doesn't really appeal to me. I've thought about like, can I picture myself doing these crazy things, getting my face smashed in mud, losing a contact lens, having people yell at me. I don't know that that's for me.
Starting point is 00:17:55 I really do not like when voices are raised around me. It really only that side comes out of me when I've been filming like Vanderpump rules. You know, I've definitely had my moments. But in my day-to-day life with the people I surround myself with, there are no raised voices. There's no yelling. So I don't know. I feel like I would just kind of shut down. Like, you're not going to talk to me like that.
Starting point is 00:18:21 I don't know if that experience would be the right fit for me. Did you see Tom Sandival on Weakest Link? Are you jealous that you aren't being booked for shows like he is? Well, little did you know. I've had actually quite a few offers for shows that my previous castmates have been a part of and are going to be a future part of. and I have also passed on them because it just didn't feel like the right fit. And for Weakest Link, I actually was asked for that one, but it filmed in Atlanta.
Starting point is 00:18:54 It was right after Mighty Hoopla. It was five days in Atlanta, I think. And the timing of it, just it wasn't going to work. I'm like, I'm not going to be in London for six days. Come home for one, then fly to Atlanta for five. It just, the timing of it. And also they were saying it was like reality TV villains and I was kind of offended. I appreciated the offer but I'm like, my villain?
Starting point is 00:19:20 I've never seen myself as that. So I don't know that this one is the right one for me, but I do fucking love that show. I know my mom watched it. I didn't watch that episode. Congrats to him for winning 50K for Make a Wish. That's great. So glad that you broke away from Lala. Always have thought she's a narcissist.
Starting point is 00:19:41 When did you start to feel that she did not have good intentions for you? I remember watching season 11 and being like, girl, she's going to turn on you next. Ah, you're not wrong. I don't think I noticed it though until after the reunion season 11. I just remember and if you guys go back and watch it, you see the fear in my eyes where in that moment we were about to start. our preschool journey together like two months later. And I just remember thinking, if I don't speak up and say something to defend Lala or to just appease her right now, she already almost stormed off once at the reunion because I wasn't speaking up enough. I wasn't being her mouthpiece enough.
Starting point is 00:20:36 I realized in that friendship that she would say a lot of things that. she would want me to echo. And when you hang out with a toxic person for years, you know, but then how close we got over like the last two, it became a thing where it's like when she's always talking negatively about people, it starts to rub off on you and then you start to think negative things about people. And I hated that that was ever brought out of me because that is the furthest thing from my personality.
Starting point is 00:21:08 So I knew that day when we were sitting there that if I, I did not speak up and say something. She was going to walk off the set. We would never be friends again. She would be done with me. And what does that mean for Summer and Ocean going into preschool together in a few months? And I wasn't willing to find out. So I said whatever the fuck I said.
Starting point is 00:21:33 I think you can literally see the fear in my eyes. I'm like looking at her. Then I'm looking at Ariana. And I'm just like, oh, I don't want to upset anyone. Like I want to go to Ariana. when she's crying, but if I go to Ariana when she's already with Katie and I don't go to Lala, Lala's going to leave. I lose her. Summer loses ocean. Like, all I was thinking about was my daughter. And yeah, I think I really realized after that reunion what her intentions were and she just wanted
Starting point is 00:21:59 someone to back up the shit that she said. And I was so convinced that I felt the same way, that I felt like that Ariana wasn't doing her job, that she wasn't having the heart. conversations like we were having. But once I took a step back, watched everything back, and really thought about it from Mariana's perspective, I'm like, she was being the most authentic and real version of herself. It wasn't real for her to have a conversation with him. Whether we're doing a show or not, that wasn't her reality. And I wish so badly that I realized that in the moment because I just have Lala being like,
Starting point is 00:22:41 she thinks she's Beyonce, this and that. And I'm like, yeah, it's not fair. Like, I had to film with him and she didn't. And it's like, it was fair. And I could have said no as well. But I didn't. And, you know, that's a decision that I have to live with. And friendships were completely different after that. They, I don't know if we'll ever be the same. Yeah. I don't even know if that answered your question. I'm sorry. Is it hard sharing mutual friends with an ex. friend after the friendship fallout was bad. Okay. It can be. It doesn't have to be, but it definitely can be. And, you know, I think of myself as someone who has been in the middle of two friends who were feuding. I was very naive. I always thought like, oh, I can be friends with both sides.
Starting point is 00:23:35 You know, I can maintain both friendships. I can stay out of it. And sometimes, that is possible, not, not always, because sometimes it's just not. And I think it really comes down to setting and asserting your boundaries, which as we all know, historically I have not been great at. I am working on it. I think I'm much better now. But you actually have to follow through when those boundaries are pushed or crossed. I think it goes both ways. I think if you're the friend in the middle you have to respect the boundaries of both people and figure out kind of what you're comfortable with. But here's the thing. It's like if you're on the other side of it and you have a friend who is still close with someone who you've had a fallout with, it can make it difficult
Starting point is 00:24:24 to maintain that friendship because that can affect like your well-being and your ability to feel safe in that friendship because they are still tied to someone you're not on good terms with. So I don't know, sometimes you may have to reassess that friendship. You have to ask yourself, like, is this friendship still healthy for me at this point in my life? And sometimes it's not. And you have to say goodbye to that friend. And sometimes you can kind of figure it out, wait it out, let them figure out who this person really is. And sometimes if a friend did you dirty, they're going to do them dirty as well. I think sometimes you just have to recognize. It doesn't necessarily mean you have to give anyone an ultimatum.
Starting point is 00:25:12 I think sometimes you just have to recognize what you can and cannot have in your life right now and then just act accordingly. You said you apologize to Kristen recently for not seeing someone for who they actually were. Who was it? It wasn't just one person. I will tell you that. That conversation was more about a pattern that I've recognized over the years. like many, many years.
Starting point is 00:25:40 Kristen has the ability to clock things that I haven't been able to see. I always, you know, see the good in people. And I'm like, no, but they're this, they're that. And Kristen just, she can clock certain things about people before I see it. And I didn't always take her word for that. And that was one of the things I was apologizing for. This goes back many, many years. And I envy that quality in people, to be honest, because I wish my picker was better.
Starting point is 00:26:15 I wish sometimes that I could see people for who they are instead of always just trying to see the good. But yeah, I don't know. It goes back to me being like, well, they didn't do that to me. That wasn't my experience with this person. And sometimes you have to look at it. And it's like, okay, but if this person is treating the other one like, it, why do you want to associate yourself with a person who is capable of doing that to another person? You know, sometimes you do have to take a stand. You do have to take a side. Everything isn't
Starting point is 00:26:49 always living in the gray as I have loved to have it over the last several years. I don't know. I think just sometimes it's taken me a lot longer to come around and see people's true colors for myself because like I said, I do. I always try to see the good in people. But yeah, that apology wasn't necessarily about one specific person. It was more understanding that I now understand how frustrating it can be because I found myself on the other side of it. I feel like when you have clarity on who someone actually is versus the version of themselves that they have presented to you, it can be really difficult watching. other people around you not see it. And I have been in that position in the last year. And I'm like,
Starting point is 00:27:40 oh my God, now I get why Katie and Kristen and Stasi were always so frustrated with me back in the day because it's like you want to shake the person and be like, how are you not seeing what I'm seeing? And I realize that now, looking back to all of that. But I just also have to remind myself that I didn't see it until I saw it, if that makes sense. It's like nobody could have forced me to get there sooner. You have to see it for yourself. And in other situations I've been in, I'm like, she is clocking these things.
Starting point is 00:28:14 She's seeing it. But I can't force anyone to catch up to where I'm at with a person. Same as no one could have forced me to catch up to where they were with that person. You know, I had to have my own experiences and see certain patterns repeat themselves. and eventually come to my own conclusions. And so that's what I have to give grace for with other people when I find myself in that position with them. But I don't know, it's probably the biggest lesson for me.
Starting point is 00:28:45 You can warn someone, you can share your own experience, and you can be there for them. But everyone has to discover these things on their own. They have to have it on their own timeline. They have to figure these things out for themselves through their own experiences. and sometimes those are really hard lessons to learn. But I do have a lot more empathy for Kristen being in that position with me because
Starting point is 00:29:07 I understand how frustrating it is. You know, when you feel like you can see something so clearly and someone you care about just isn't there yet. And I get how frustrating that can be. So again, Kristen, I apologize. Let's take one more little break and there's still so much to get into. Okay, I'll be right back. Okay, does anyone else feel like it is just fashion's new year?
Starting point is 00:29:34 You know, September comes around and everyone says you can't wear white after Labor Day. And I don't really believe in that, but I do believe in elevating my wardrobe. And that is one thing I have done with Revolve this week. I just wanted a bunch of pieces that I could either wear on the podcast, when I maybe want to dress up a little more when I have a guest like Chanel Ion, you know? But also I wanted stuff I could wear on girls' nights to business lunch.
Starting point is 00:30:08 I just wanted some staple pieces to elevate my wardrobe. And the place I always go is Revolve because Revolve understands my taste. Revolve knows when I don't know exactly what I'm looking for, but they're going to show me something that maybe I didn't know I wanted. and now here it is in my cart. One thing I personally cannot wait for is for this weather to cool down. I have the most beautiful jacket I got from Revolve. It's burgundy leather with like a fur lined collar and sleeve.
Starting point is 00:30:46 And it is just so beautiful. I need to wear it. I might need to take a trip somewhere cold as I just did in Chicago just so I could wear this jacket, but not in the rain. because I don't want to mess it up. I just feel like every time I'm in Revolve, my wardrobe is elevated. That is my word of the year,
Starting point is 00:31:03 and it is just everything that I am trying to do right now from the inside out, elevation. And if you're looking, you know, at your closet right now, thinking, no, no, none of this is working. Just go to Revolve, okay? I'm telling you they have all the brands you actually want, and there's always something new. And you can order a few options
Starting point is 00:31:24 because shipping is fast and the returns are easy. Go to Revolve.com slash good as gold to shop our faves and use code good as gold for 15% off your first order. That's Revolve.com slash good as gold. Code good as gold for 15% off your first order and the offer ends October 9th. So don't miss out. And you guys all know how into fitness I am. I will work out any way I can. But I prefer to be told what to do.
Starting point is 00:31:53 So I have a few ways I do this. You know, I mean, sure, my husband once was a personal trainer. I also have one. But sometimes I kind of just want to work out by myself, but have someone virtually, like, tell me what to do. And that's why I love the ladder app because I feel like back in the day when I lived in an apartment that had a gym, I would just wander around the gym doing whatever I felt like that day. I'm like, oh, yeah, I did upper body because I did a few things. There was no plan, but there was like also no progress.
Starting point is 00:32:23 And since I found the ladder app, I'm telling you it changes how you work out. So ladder is an expert strength training plan, not a content library. These aren't influencer workouts or like challenges. It's real progressive programming designed by certified coaches. And that's exactly what I need. I truly only enjoy strength training. I know we need some cardio and whatnot, and I do enjoy a good hike,
Starting point is 00:32:57 but strength training is really where it's at for me. And what I also love about ladder is you get a new plan every week that builds on the last. I get really tired of doing some of the same exercises sometimes, and then there are certain ones that I want to incorporate in, but the workouts connect with ladder, and that's what I love, that each week progresses from the one before,
Starting point is 00:33:20 through these structured training blocks. And it's the exact kind of training that I personally need and your progress is tracked automatically. And it costs less than a dollar a day. Okay? I mean, that's elite level personal training for a fraction of what you'd pay in person. And Ladder now includes nutrition tracking
Starting point is 00:33:40 at no extra cost. So you guys can remove the guesswork with Ladder and get a real coach in your ear telling you exactly what to do for every workout. no thinking, everything planned for you. If you have an iPhone, head to ladder.fit slash good as gold and take a quiz to find out your perfect ladder plan. You can use my link and get a free seven-day trial with no credit card and $10 off your
Starting point is 00:34:06 first month if you join. Okay. How is your relationship with Janet? Are you guys still friends? I noticed she unfollowed you on IG. See, you guys notice the things that I don't even notice. I don't notice when people unfollow me. I have a lot of followers and that's not something I notice.
Starting point is 00:34:24 And honestly, I don't really want to get into the specifics of that today. I'm only going to say this. There are a number of people who I have set boundaries with in the past year in my life. And not everyone responds well to those boundaries. And I've learned a lot more about this. So I'm just going to leave that there for now. We can maybe get into this later, but I don't. Want to get too deep into that today.
Starting point is 00:34:51 What is your relationship with Ariana like now? Will you go see her new Broadway role? Broadway role. That sounded weird. Will you go see her in her new Broadway role? I cannot wait to see her new show. I've heard she is fantastic, which I already know because I saw her twice in Chicago. I'm so proud of her.
Starting point is 00:35:13 I will be in New York for a performance of my own in a couple of weeks. and I specifically have booked a late flight back so I can see the matinee show because I need to see it, obviously. Babe, I need the tea. How do you feel about Stasi not being able to stop talking about you? Did she say something new that I missed? I have her muted. Or are we still talking about the comments from House of Stossie and Vanderpump Villa? I don't know.
Starting point is 00:35:43 If there's something new, apparently I need to catch up. The thing with Stasi is she's very savvy. She knows what will generate conversation and what won't. And I think she's smart about knowing when to invoke certain people or certain history to create a little buzz. Everything she does, she's smart. We've been doing this for a long time. Okay. We know there are certain names, relationships, moments, you know, from our past.
Starting point is 00:36:15 that people are always going to have an opinion about. I was going to make a joke about Pinogrigio for me. And, you know, mentioning certain people is inevitably going to keep people talking. And the Stasi-Sina feud, it's never going to completely go away. I think people will always try to pin us against each other. Even if one day we are best friends, there's still going to be so many comments. So I've gotten used to it and I don't necessarily take it personally. I'm like, look, if my name is still interesting enough to generate headlines and get people discussing a show, then, okay, keep my name in your mouth, girl.
Starting point is 00:36:54 I mean, was the scene with Jessie sitting down with Stasi necessary? Was it driving more story? No, but it got buzz. It got people talking. And so, you know, do you? I understand how this business works. And I think Stasi understands it very well too. I think she is very smart. She is great at her job. She's really good at what she does. But at the same time, like, I'm not sitting around keeping tabs on every interview and every comment that mentions my name where someone talks about me.
Starting point is 00:37:25 I do not have Google alerts. I don't see it unless it is sent to me or pops up on my feed from like page six virtual reality. That's like the only account I follow where stuff like that pops up. And I'm like, I didn't ask for this, but I did because I follow them. So I'm just like, keep scrolling. But, you know, I'm really just focused on my own life right now and what I'm doing next. My daughter, her endeavors, her teeth. Like, I just, my life right now is just so summer driven.
Starting point is 00:38:00 And yeah, so unless there's something new that I missed, I don't really have much else to say. Has the dynamic between your mom and Brock changed? Do you and Brock still kiss for one minute? a day and do you still have that whiteboard you know we got to bring that back i don't know that it's a full minute but we've got a lot of kisses that come in we are in a very good place i feel like stepping away from reality tv last year was the best decision for us to just work on us without outside noise the dynamic between him and my mom is usually great when i'm not there they somehow say i'm the problem i don't get that but um yeah i'm a single mother struggling with
Starting point is 00:38:40 my health, I feel like I may have postpartum OCD. Tips, please. First of all, I'm sorry you're going through that, but I'm really glad you're recognizing that something doesn't feel right and you are reaching out. I obviously can't tell you whether you have postpartum OCD or not. Neither can chat. You need to be diagnosed by a psychiatrist. But if you think that's what's going on, I would absolutely reach out to someone because you have seen what I went through. You see the symptoms and if you are relating with that, then I think it is definitely something you should have looked into because if you get on the right medication or do the right therapies, it can work wonders and it has really helped me. Getting on the right milligram of Zoloft, getting to do
Starting point is 00:39:28 EMDR in person. These things have all really helped me, not necessarily overcome it because it's not something that, you know, magic pill just takes away. But I am in a much better and stronger place. And let me tell you that as your kid gets older, at least for me, it went away even more. And it's gotten a lot easier. So I feel like getting a good psychiatrist to diagnose you would be the first step because not all therapists are trained in OCD and can properly diagnose you. And also they can't prescribe medication. But another. thing I would say is don't suffer in silence. Do not do this alone. Open up to people because I promise you. I promise, promise, promise. When you open up to people, you're going to be surprised at how many people
Starting point is 00:40:18 in your close circle are going to say, oh my God, me too. I had cousins, friends, so many people that I never knew. They dealt with this and struggled with OCD for so long. But once I opened up, up, I was like, oh, okay, now I feel less alone. So I really hope that you have some people who you feel safe opening up to in your life. And also give yourself grace. You know, recovery isn't always linear. And you can have a really good week and then you can have a really bad day. And everything in your brain just feels so incredibly loud. And that doesn't erase the progress that you've made. I also want to point out, there are resources specifically for this. The International OCD Foundation, who I work with has information directories that can help
Starting point is 00:41:13 you find OCD specialists. And postpartum support international also has resources specifically for perinatal and postpartum mental health. So you absolutely deserve support from someone who understands what you're going through. And I just want you to know you are not alone in this. And I promise if you do open up to people in your circle. you're going to find out that someone else is going through this as well. So asking for help is one of the best things you can do for yourself and your child. And just thank you so much for
Starting point is 00:41:47 reaching out about this. I am no expert, but I have lived experience. And I think that makes me qualified enough to talk about it, but can't diagnose you. So please see someone and reach back out to me and let me know how your progress is going. Because now, now I'm invested. Have you been following the Channing Tatum story? Do you have a burner account? I do not have a burner account, Finsta, whatever you want to call it.
Starting point is 00:42:17 No. I have my account, shenanigans and Summer Moon, and they're all linked. So if I'm blocked on Sheena, the other ones are blocked as well. But I do think I saw something about that. He was like accused of having a burner account or using it to write positive things about himself.
Starting point is 00:42:35 negative stuff about his exes. How very Frank Dremant is that? Like, maybe they actually were roommates back in the day. Because this is very similar behavior. Yeah, I don't know if that's true, but if so, ew, cringe. I feel like I do have some authority to speak on cringe, but I don't have a burner account. I've just experienced people who do have them.
Starting point is 00:43:01 Oh, so many questions. I don't have time to get into all of these, you guys. I'm going to have to do another one of these soon, but I'll end on this one. Are we sad about the Chargers being 0 and 2 or what? Yes. We are very sad. It is a terrible way to start the season.
Starting point is 00:43:20 But I got to say, while the Chargers are not winning, my fantasy football team is. So there's that. I'm in the Cameo League. There are so many cool people in it, you guys. You can follow along. They're posting episodes every week of the draft
Starting point is 00:43:34 and just different highlights and whatnot. So that's at least keeping me positive on the football front. To wrap it up, I don't know if this is flowers for my mom or making my mom the jacks hole. But she recently has been mixing up my clothes with my daughters. She thinks my crop tops are her shirts and some of her shirts are my crop tops. And I love that because I'm like, oh, it's so small that you think it would be hers or vice versa. But then I think my housekeeper does this too. And so our clothes and our socks
Starting point is 00:44:12 are getting mixed up constantly. But I'm going to just give flowers to my mom. Thank you for thinking that I am such a tiny person that I can fit into my daughter's clothes and not going to lie, she has worn some of my crop tops. So maybe that's where the confusion comes from. But thank you guys all for listening. I will see you back here again next week. I'm going to save the rest of these cards because there are so many good questions that I just don't have the time to get into. But I'll be back soon. Might get into some New York shenanigans soon. And yeah, thanks for listening.
