Hey mates, Wendy here. We're about to get back into it. That's right, our new season
of Science Versus starts on September 9th. Now I'm going to be out for a few episodes,
but Science Versus waits for no woman. I'm going to turn it over to someone very special.
You know her, you love her, producer Rose Rivla.
Hey, that's me. So we're coming back soon with a new season of Science Versus.
And we know you miss us.
So many of you out there are like,
We think they're the bomb.
I mean, we love them.
We want more of them.
Okay, okay, we hear you.
And we've got some really great stuff coming up.
This season, we're going to meet people
who go above and beyond.
The adrenaline is so high.
And yes, the air in the room is thick.
In that moment, you're giving 120.
We'll get in touch with the deepest parts of ourselves.
She was just like in this euphoric trance.
She was butt naked the entire time.
It gives me chills thinking about it.
We'll dive into the weird and wonderful world of fat.
You know, like all those old art paintings of the really fat women who are just hanging out,
appreciating their cellulite, you know, that's beautiful. It's healthy fat.
And we'll take on some intense stuff like chronic pain.
I wanted nothing to do with my body. Nothing. Like, wanted to be as far away from it as possible.
It's like you're kind of trapped in it.
Yeah.
And we'll look at the power of therapy.
And the guy just, I mean, his whole expression changed. His face changed. His jaw dropped. He goes, what kind of treatment is this? And I said, this is called psychoanalytic therapy. And he goes, damn.
And you will learn things about what's lurking inside your body that will change your life
forever. You're going to embarrass me now if I bring up the subject of intestinal air.
So we're talking about farts is what we're talking about, right?
Well, we measured that too. It averages about 50 milliliters. This
is a great piece of trivia though. 50 milliliters on average of our body is composed of farts.
Yes, exactly. So come join the party. Science Versus season 11 starts September 9th. Tune in
for episodes on chronic pain, weight loss, childbirth, work, and much more. You can follow
and listen for free on Spotify.
