Welcome to the scuff podcast where we talk about U.S. soccer.
Hey, everybody, this is the Monday review.
Waki, how are you doing?
I'm doing pretty well.
How are you doing, Adam?
I'm well.
I'm well.
Feeling good.
Vince?
Bro, I'm great.
So I'm as good as I've ever been.
Oh.
You getting some sleep?
No.
But, you know, says Weston McKinney can put a battery in my back unlike anybody else.
Yeah, baby.
Leads win.
That's the headline of the week.
they get a 1-0 win against Southampton.
Big news for their chances of not getting relegated.
Yeah.
Big news for us are kind of long national nightmares over here.
It was a rough spell, but we got through it.
It does change the complexion of the Monday Review quite a bit when Leeds wins, doesn't it?
It feels it's so much more fun to do it.
Sure.
Well, as y'all know, I wasn't feeling those inflections quite as much.
back in the in the Jesse Marsh pre-Westton McKinney era but you know I'm on board now baby I'm on
board now what'd you like this weekend from him from West yeah everything it was the
quintessential Westing game down to the fact that it's splitting opinion on on on Twitter
and stuff if you if you look at people's opinions of his game they're like he was shit he was good
I personally thought he was great
Um
Some people
There's just a lot of people
Who don't know how to watch West McKinney
That's true
I listen to Square Ball
Podcasts or the first half of it
Hoping to hear some
You know
Praise of Weston
And they didn't
They didn't
They barely praised him at all
They said he couldn't pass
And I'm about ready to put them on the no fly list
This was after this game
Yeah
Okay
It was their recap of the game
that we're talking about.
Yeah, I have to say, y'all, y'all fell over hills for the, for the square ball quite early.
I've always been a little hesitant.
And really only listened to the episode that you sent me bells at one time.
I guess my, I guess my will, but, you know, when the boss says, I got to do something, I got to do something.
I mean, white people have got a high bar with you when it comes to getting your attention, right?
They're in black history months especially, but yeah.
The other 11 months also, yes, correct.
Correct.
But yeah, man, Wes, he's just that's part of the thing I love about him.
He's going to split opinion.
It's always going to be fun seeing what other people think about him.
And it's like an inside joke, you know what I'm saying?
It's like if you get it, if you get it, you get it.
And if you don't, then we'll just leave you over there.
But it is what it is, man.
And I was just so proud and excited.
Proud, excited.
Should we play the clip now?
I think it would be a good time.
Okay, here we go.
Right.
And excited.
It's a great clip.
Yeah, we had to play the squeaky George Whale right there because I had tears in my eyes watching this performance.
You know what I'm saying?
Well, Weston McKinney, taking the game by the scruff of the neck, as USM&T fans should be familiar.
But whenever wearing a pickle, he puts it on itself.
He backs itself to go out there and make it change.
The second half of the Netherlands, most of everything was going through Weston McKinney.
Like when his back is against a wall, Weston shows up.
You know, when the going gets tough, the tough get going.
And Weston, he's a tough, he's a tough SOB.
He probably had his best game against England, you know, on paper our toughest opponent.
For sure.
Everything I love about him, everything that I believed that he could do, he brought it out today.
He brought it out today, you know, back heel galore.
Yeah, for me, that was the highlight.
Those two, the backheel and then the Kroiff passed down the line were the highlights for me.
You know why I think people got kind of confused.
about this performance was that misplayed pass to Brendan.
Probably.
They see that and they kind of shut down.
Yeah.
And they missed the forest for the trees.
They missed the forest for the trees.
But first of all, let me tell you, he starts off that play outside of the opponent's
18 in a pocket of space looking for the ball for Melier.
Melier plays it long.
and second ball
ends up with Southampton
and the run
the Weston McKinney made to even make that play
in the first place
you know so some people told me he wasn't a box to box midfielder
right here he's actually literally running from box to box
if I was in
Who said that? Who said that?
They know. Is this a straw man? I've never
No no it's definitely not a straw man
I got receipts.
I got receipts for sure, for sure, buddy.
But, you know, we're a non-victive podcast.
We're all about love over here.
Forgiveness.
Forgiveness.
And that's why I'm not too worried about what the confused people think about Weston's play.
He should have just took it.
He should take it itself.
He should have gave the keep of the eyes and went near post.
Like similar to, what was the bro's name?
Jared Stroud did this weekend for St. Louis City when you get that.
when he got that back test.
It's kind of the same spot in the field too, wasn't it?
Same spot of the field.
Just give him the eyes near post.
Weston, you got it in you.
But because the thing is, I think he didn't want to set it up on his left, which you
don't got to.
You know what I'm saying?
Like I said, eyes near post, right foot, bang.
But, but yeah, it was unfortunate, but it was a great play to even make it in the first
place.
And let me hit y'all with some stats real quick.
Okay.
Because I had to hop on FB ref because, number one.
depending on who you're looking at.
We're talking 66 passes.
This is Wes's most passes in a match since November 2nd, 2021 against Zenit in the Champions League.
Most passes against the top five opponent since Wes's first game for YuVe against Sam Doria.
His first game.
Crazy.
I think that added some stability to the team that leads needed.
A little bit of composure
Yeah, not to speak ill of the dead or anything
But the square ball was saying
Well, he we need somebody to step on the ball
For leads and calm things down
And I was like, well, I was watching
I thought that's what Wes was doing
Stepping on the ball and calming things down
That's definitely what he was I mean this was
You know, we talk about leads games
This was a snore compared to a regular
It was very calm, you know what I'm saying?
Yeah, I mean a big picture
was two pretty bad teams.
Yes, yes.
Of course, of course.
But, you know, beating the bad teams is going to be a key down the stretch here.
Yes.
That's what you got to do to stay up.
I don't think he missed.
I'm not sure he misplayed that pass to Brendan.
I know, I mean, I do kind of agree he should have taken it or taking it alone or at least drawn a little more attention,
drawn the defender over to him a little bit more.
It was going to be a tough pass to play with how the defender was set up there.
for him to like lead him and play him in to take his first touch for him as Greg would say
with the past there it would have been a little tough yeah how do you think how do you think
Brendan carried himself out there fine he was fine look he he was he was traditional Brendan
but but I'll say this and I've been saying this for a few weeks uh like when he was out with
that appendectomy or whatever
Did I say that right?
It doesn't matter.
Yeah, you said it right.
He, like, you could tell leads missed him.
Leeds definitely missed him.
Like, just his ability to hold the ball, find passes within the, you know, the attacking area of the pitch, even though they might not, you know, be anything crazy.
It's needed because the, well, first of all, you know, we got Jack Harrison playing out the, we got them away from playing.
out of the middle and that was just important very important he can't hold the ball like against
i guess everton i think jack completed like 13 of his 28 passes it was a horror show um and
brendin for for all the slack that we give him he's not going to do that he's not going to do that
he also what were you going to say walkie well i was going to say you said it was fine i think he was
better than fine well i thought i'd bump him up to decent skirting good well okay to to to
to somewhat, you know, to give you some evidence in that column,
he did play that left footed cross,
pullback across the box for Somerville to meet.
And that was a really good chance.
Somerville should have put it on frame.
Yeah, I was set up by Weston McKinney.
First and foremost.
But, but yeah, that was a great cause from Benner.
For sure, that's probably his,
because everything else was just going off a defender for a corner.
And when he received that pass from Weston at the top of the box, the one that people are saying was misplaced by West.
I'm like, that's, I don't feel like he's going to score here as soon as the ball starts going.
Well, he got another pass from West too, a little first time or side foot, you know, into zone 14.
Anyway, anyway.
Why do you think he was skirting good because of that chance creation there?
I don't know.
He just seemed to be getting into good spots.
You know, he wasn't, you know, doing, he wasn't, he didn't have moments where he went off or anything.
If he had, we would have heard it from Big Brenda on Twitter.
That didn't really happen.
But, you know, he's working himself back in and, you know, some rough moments.
But, you know, room for improvement.
I'm eager to see it.
Yeah, I'm eager to see it.
Yeah, I'm eager to see it.
But a positive step.
Yeah, he was fine.
So I will say, if that's Brendan instead of Somerville, like in that,
that corner working that, I don't know if they scored that goal.
Because like, too many times he was just satisfied with just knocking it off a defender and
getting the corner.
And in that situation, definitely, when you're just sitting there, like, it's, it's, it's
you two defenders in the corner flag.
Like, like, Brindow definitely would have settled for the corner there.
Whereas Somerville, you know, like off the dink from Weston McKinney, of course.
We got to, we got to mention that to get him the ball.
I mean, it was a dink that sort of created a 50-50 chance for the Somerville that
Somerville did well.
I mean, he did well to keep the play alive and Somerville kept it a lot.
Yeah, yeah.
But I'm just saying, Brendan would have took the, he just would have took the corner there.
And Cresensio, you know what I'm saying?
He calmed himself.
He calmed himself.
He found the past.
Yeah.
And also, just one last thing, like I guess the only thing that would have made this sweeter is if Jesse
Marsh was on the sidelines for Southampton.
And along that point, you know, the fullback seemed to be ARA players, I think.
Ferpo had a good game, obviously, scored the game winner.
I loved Weston's celebration, too.
He loves to commune with the crowd in a moment of glory.
You know, he was celebrating like he scored the goal, and I love to see that from a player.
Yeah, it was great to see.
Tyler had his arms out at the top of the box.
Like, he knew that Furpo shot was going at,
which was probably a little bit more confidence than I would have had in that situation.
Because, you know, I mean, if that was Zach Seffin, I'd be on his ass.
Right.
The keeper there, for sure.
But you guess you could call it a seeing-eye goal.
Oh, since I was realizing, since this was potentially on the public feed,
people will be hearing this who don't know about your anti-Zac Stephan agenda and your anti-Jesse Mars agenda.
You had a remark in there.
I just wanted that.
That's what was going on there for anyone that was confused.
We dislike Jesse Marsh on this podcast.
I say we.
Vince does and I support Vince.
Like a good podcast teammate.
I mean, yeah.
Dislike is a little strong, right?
I mean, you're just, you're...
Well, he doesn't like the cut of his jib.
is what it is.
That's what I should have said.
Yeah.
It's about, it's about his gym.
I think it's piling on at this point, but, you know, that's, that's the business, isn't it?
Jesse knows his worth.
He turned down the South Hampton job.
Yeah, he's going to be fine.
Yeah.
He's going to be fine.
But all in all, like, I guess you could say, but Bells, just go ahead and play the clip for me, please.
Here we go.
That's what I'm talking about.
This shit means something to me, man.
And ultimately that, like, that was me.
That was me as the full, as a full time whistle is being blown.
I'm walking around my house, baby in hand, tears in my eyes.
Beautiful.
So not from looking at this miracle that we call life that's created.
Looking at the miracle that is Weston McKinney.
And the joy, and the joy that he gives me as a person, I consider myself a very, I'm a very jaded person.
there's not a lot of things that
you know
like truly inspired joy from me
in this day and age
you know it's it's easy to be cynical
it's easy to be cynical in today's society
and and Weston
you know when when I'm watching Weston play football
it all goes away
it all goes away man
and it really does mean something
if you've seen that meme you know
you know what it is
the Michigan
the Michigan fan crying
was this
after they beat Ohio State or something?
Bro, with Michigan, you can never tell.
It could be that a, you know
how Michigan fans are. It could be that
a student with a perfect SAT
decided to go to Michigan
and something. You can never tell.
It truly means something. It truly means something to me.
Weston McKinney, running the show
in the Premier League,
and just showing
everybody what he's about.
You know, the square ball, whatever.
They're not with it yet, but it's coming.
It's coming.
And yes, this was the worst team in the league, but we all know what West is capable of.
We saw his peak form with UVA last year before he broke the foot.
It's coming.
It's coming back.
Yeah, he did seem like he settled in on Saturday in a way that he hadn't so far.
And now let's see how he does against Chelsea.
the weekend.
And also, I guess,
Fulham and Leeds play in the FAA Cup
tomorrow, Tuesday.
So Mr.
Javier,
I'm going to need you to sit everybody.
We got much bigger fish to fry.
Please.
Please.
Like,
they can run that little sprints after the match.
I do not care.
Do not play them.
Do not play them.
They really need to not get relegated.
So they're technically out of the relegation zone
for the month.
moment but you know one point out of it they've got 22 points West Ham above them has
23 and then the wolves and lester both sitting on 24 at 15th and 14th in the standings
Everton Bournemouth and Southampton would go down if it were to be decided today and
look at and I'm not gonna I'm not gonna read the entire fixture list but Bournemouth and
Everton specifically over the next six seven matches have a much tougher
much tougher running than Leeds does.
Like Leeds has Chelsea.
Well, Chelsea's not good.
That's a key part of it.
But, yeah.
Yeah.
So we'll see.
We'll see.
But, yeah, I'm feeling great.
Anything on Tyler Adams?
Ah, he was also good.
He was also good.
The main thing I liked from him was on that sequence when,
Weston slid it to Brendan and Brendan had a shot from the top of the box.
Tyler got that started by stepping past somebody and hitting a nice like a 40, 50 yard
ball to the right wing there.
They got that whole move started.
It's beautiful.
You know, my cousin, my cousin Ben in Long Island City, he sent me a text message.
He said, is this the right place to ask a question?
And I said, yeah, sure, for you, it is.
his question was
you know
this is back in the throes
of all the anti-marsh stuff
he was like I get all that
but how good is it for the U.S.
that Tyler and Wes
are playing,
are going to be playing together
in the midfield week in and week out
for their club
and I think now is probably a good time
to address it because this was their best
joint performance
it is good isn't it
Waki?
Yeah, I mean just
because they're playing together every week and then they'll carry that over to the national team.
I would say that's good.
And then...
Simple as it.
I mean, I guess it is simple as that.
But like in a double pivot, which the first couple of times I watched them, I was like, I don't know about this.
I was not feeling the same joy about it that you do, Vince.
But this game, you know, what if they just solidify themselves as a double pivot?
and then we can sort of slot in Giorina when he's, you know, healthy someday at number 10, at the number 10.
Yeah, we mean double pivot in the broad sense of the word.
We don't want some tactics nerds coming out.
I wasn't technically a double pivot because this and this and this, you know.
It's a double pivot guy.
Yeah, yeah.
I wouldn't even understand what they were saying if they, I mean.
Wow.
This is a scary as a double pivot is going to get, I think.
Like, it's, that's a double pivot.
I mean
It means something to me
It means something to me
It means something to the national team
I mean it can't hurt
It can hurt
And you just
There's just something about it
When I'm watching these games
And you know
They get a close up on Todd's face
It a close up on Wes's face
It seem to just be like
Just looking at each other
You know just going
Just going through these battles together
And fighting off relegation
Like man
you know just just like a week ago a week or two ago you know you're seeing tweets about how this is
terrible this this decision was terrible for west's career all this all this blah blah blah and
man you you you got a you got to bet on yourself at some point and whether or not they sink or
swim like this experience is going to be just invaluable for the both of them yeah so i i see that
now all right so that's great leads
Leeds is alive and kicking, and I think that's it for that.
Quick news item, Yergen Cleansman got the South Korea head coach job, so that'll be
something to watch.
And let's say it's, let's talk a little bit about the U-17s.
The U-S.U-17s lost 3-1 to Mexico in the Concaf Championship last night.
It was a pretty even contest, and the U.S. had much more of the ball, but we made some
mistakes in the back and didn't have much cutting edge at all.
which was frankly a worry going into this game.
So Mexico gets the trophy, which is okay.
It's their first trophy in a long time.
It's not okay.
Yeah, I mean, it's not okay, but it's, it's, I can live with it.
Alex A.B. asked us a question on the Patreon,
and I think we should try to answer it.
Let me read the question.
I'm curious about the lack of focus on the pod
around the U.S. men's national team U-17s tournament.
I think it was Vince who explicitly said he's not interested.
I find this odd because in the same recent pod,
he was attributing a lot of variance in the senior team performance
to a lack of game changers.
The fact is, the 16-17 age group
is where you find game changers.
Mbapé and Rooney made their pro debuts at 16,
Messi Namar, Rinaldo at 17.
I'm not aware of many late-blooming game changers.
Isn't this the age group we need to be focused on
to find anyone other than guys who raise the floor?
So I have some thoughts on this,
but why are we not?
talking about the U-17s more guys well the question seems to assume that there are in fact
game changers yeah which I'm not well enough first in the U-seveteens to say that there
aren't but the nerds haven't brought any to my attention yeah well I guess the only one I
am aware of is a future Pedro Soma national team yeah yeah they're supposed to
bench Weston he's going to bench Weston in 2026 which great you know just get some
competition in the mix. Maybe we should be talking more about
Patriot someone. More of a six to me, but
people are saying he should be a box to box.
So I could see it. Like I did, I did watch.
What I said about the U-17s is y'all got it.
Y'all got it. Not that I'm like totally not interested,
but you know, that I just wasn't going to spend my time. Like we watched
a lot of soccer. Watch a lot of soccer, okay?
And yeah.
Like I said, I made the decision last U-S-7s.
World Cup after seeing the youth on these kids faces that you know like that was that was just a line
too much for me that was a line too much for me they are very young if there's somebody i need
to be worried about like it'll trickle it'll definitely get to me like without a doubt like i'm on
the discord all day uh and and so i'm familiar with two of the main uh two of the main contributors
of this team and great performers i guess but also
I have a lot more time for somebody like Mataya Akamboni who's starting an MLS.
I started this past weekend, gave up a pen, unfortunately.
But, you know, people that are getting professional minutes, like, I just don't know how much time is going to take for these kids to even come good.
And lastly, just a hypothesis, but something that I'm working on.
So I do think by over-indexing these Cocker-Cath competitions, you can get caught.
you can get caught in your hand with your hand and some cookie jars that you don't want them to be in ultimately after a few years past.
I agree with that.
That happened to me a little bit with the 2000s, you know, when they went through concave, like a hot knife through butter.
And I just am more concerned with treading lightly than I was four years ago.
So we're talking about U-17 game changers.
You know who was a U-17 game changer?
Andrew Carlton, like unquestionably.
And, I mean, anybody who watched those games would agree, he was the game changer on that team.
Bigger game changer than Tim Wea or Josh Sargent.
And, you know, look at him now.
Well, the spirit of Alex's question is, he just wishes there are more podcasts that explained the prospects.
Yeah.
Which is probably, that seems reasonable.
Yeah.
I sort of, I sympathize with it.
Even if there aren't game changers, you could say.
just talk about, you know,
maybe not that you're 17s,
maybe you're 20s or...
Well, what did you all...
I mean, didn't you do that, Bill?
Yeah, I think...
I think the problem,
like we sort of alluded to already,
the problem with this team
is there are no obvious
game changers.
I mean, Carol Figaroa,
I think is probably the closest thing we have.
He had this sick little run last night, late.
Did you see that?
Did you guys see that?
Where he went, like...
like some very, very good skill to like tap tap by a guy and then tap tap by another guy and then
has a rip from like 20 yards and draws a really good save from the keeper.
So I saw that.
I was like, that's a game-changing kind of sequence.
He's had some others throughout the tournament.
Perhaps we've got to be careful about over-indexing them against the competition that he's been up against.
So Figueroa maybe a lot of hype about Cruz Medina coming into this tournament.
I didn't see any justification for that after this is all over.
For me, who just watched the game yesterday, yeah, I didn't really see too much from Cruz.
So much. Go ahead.
Well, we'll just, just on the K-roll point.
Or is it K-roll?
It's prank you.
But anyway, just, you know, he, like, rolled his defender a couple times with the ball.
And he does seem like a very natural, like, striker of the ball in general, like a couple of shots that he, like, blazed over, but they were just, like, smoked cleanly, extremely cleanly.
So I'm seeing it.
I am seeing that a little bit with him.
We'll see, I guess, obviously, with all these players.
But, Soma, like, I get it.
I get it.
I don't think he's going to replace Weston McKinney, but that's in 30.
nine months
but
like I do see it for sure
he could be
he could be a decent backup
for Adams
in 39 months
I mean that's not impossible
yeah and and I do think
he can play the eight too
he seems to have
you know
he got a little bit more
to his game than just
sitting back there
but he can he can do that too
bro the way he was spraying balls yesterday
uh like
like every single one
pretty much extremely on the money
nice, nice tackles
bunch of other
you know,
obviously a bunch of other players on the team
I thought Christopher Aquino
you know he has a great left foot
but kind of muddled in his thinking
when he gets on the ball
and lots of giveaways
I thought all the wingers were flawed
in one way or another
against U-17 competition
so I guess
well is it possible
that Sekeirius
is a better prospect than Cruz now.
Oh yeah.
It's kind of for sure at this point, I would say.
They're the same age, right?
Like he's...
Shakira's a U-20.
No, he's U-20,
no, he's U-20, but he's U-20
but he's too old for U-17.
Okay, okay, okay, okay.
But yeah, Cruz has...
Like we said, very young,
Cruz has plenty of time to, you know,
do something else.
I just don't want to come out hard
and say nobody's going to have
help the senior team except maybe Soma, even though that's kind of what I think, with the
possible exception of Figueroa.
Yeah.
I just don't want to, I'm reluctant to say that because it's probably, I'm probably going to
be wrong.
There's probably going to be somebody on this team who ends up really good.
Probably.
But the thing, like, another thing, too, is like, Scuff's Genesis, right?
We had, we had nothing but opportunity in front of us.
Right.
Like minutes, minutes available for these kids and all these different types of things.
much higher barrier for entry you know what I'm saying if this same team was playing back in
2018 2019 or whatever you know it would the tone would be different yep because all our hopes
and dreams would be on them but they're not and I would also like to say um you know he's talking
my game changers such as Mbopi and Mbopi Mbapae and Mbapae and Runei
but um you know we we have to of course adjust that for uh inflation uh american soccer inflation um so we're just
looking you know we're looking for people like people who raise the floor are also going to be
very important as we saw from this last world cup we needed some floor raises on the bench for sure
or or people that could continue to set the same floor that the starters had set you know what I'm saying
Yeah, and to your point, less we forget, the first 18 months of the Burlhalter era was Will Trap and Michael Bradley season.
And then Jackson Yule.
So that was the bar for a six to clear to become an impact player for the U.S.
It's just different now, like you said.
It's just different.
It's just harder to, going to be harder to break in because, as we all know,
team is so young.
And last thing, I guess, I would also say that, you know, I mean, we are kind of potentially
seeing some potential game changes come through.
Like, you know, Taylor Boothed now sprouted up all this past season.
Let us not forget that Luca just came, just came to life last season.
You know what I'm saying?
So, like there's a lot bubbling in the player pool.
There's a lot bubbling in the player pool.
and you know it just it is what it is I guess but I love all the kids all right well
love the kids I love the makeup of this team for multiple standpoints from from what I can tell
and yeah so and I'm not the only person saying this I think it's a lot of people are saying it but
it is it is good to watch our U-17 team be like have a high floor collectively they play
good soccer. Everybody's pretty comfortable
on the ball. We just didn't have anybody who could
make somebody miss in the final
third and do something
with the, again, possible exception
of Figueroa.
So against Mexico, we
did get some chances late, but for like
60 minutes, over
an hour, we were pretty much
not going to score. Definitely not.
And that's sort of the
definition of not
having a game changer.
but again I don't want to go too hard on that
Do you feel like we answered the spirit of the question, Waki?
Yes.
Okay.
Well, no, the spirit of the question I posed
was just that Alex was expressing
he wishes there were more coverage of prospects.
Yeah.
Like there used to be.
But you explain why there isn't.
Well, R.P.
Top Jor Soccer's podcast.
Yeah, remember that?
remember those days um when will parchment was still on it i do remember them days uh yeah and and and
that that that that is a big loss and a big loss in my um you know because because i just used to
keep me up used to keep me up you know we we had scuffed of course but you know top drawer we get
a little bit deeper um well well well well we're not deeper but but cover thank you thank you
now listen to a four-hour Hartman
Joe Antone podcast
Hold on, hold on.
He would do it year-round, I guess is my point.
Yeah.
And not just when a tournament was coming up or something.
Right, right, right, right.
Well, we're not going to, I mean, we're going to have Matt Hartman on again.
We'll talk about this team.
I mean, his take is basically that there aren't game changers on this roster,
or at least that's what it was.
But I think the even,
perhaps more interesting discussion is the one that Matt can have about, you know,
how he thinks MLS is doing, developing talent, how he thinks MLS roster rules have a deleterious
effect on young American players.
It's an argument that's going on quietly in the background all the time.
And I think kind of an area where we can focus is these younger folks as they enter
MLS first team.
Yeah.
I think that's kind of the new frontier.
That's right.
And that's a great.
And that's where we should be looking.
We'll do that this year.
Yeah.
Yes, we will.
That's a great segue to our next segment, which is about MLS.
But we're going to go to a break.
If you are a patron, you can listen to the rest of the episode.
Another say, I don't know, we'll see.
Half an hour, 45 minutes on your patron feed.
Patronage starts at $2 a month and you get the Monday review every week, occasional other
exclusive episodes and access to the Discord.
And the Discord is a great place to follow the stuff.
It's better for your mental health than Twitter.
A lot of people are saying this.
Many people are saying.
A movement toward the Discord.
For sure.
Get in while you still can.
Because we're going to jack that price up $20, $30, I think.
That's how good it is.
There's so many benefits to being on Discord.
I got my tickets to the Mexico match in Cincinnati because I was on the Discord.
You know, there may or may not be.
be ways to watch soccer games on the that are unwatchable yeah yeah that are otherwise unwatchable
on that discord you know we're talking about think says think of any team i mean any player that
you have you know a semi-tuff time finding a finding a little something something for hey we we may or
may not got you in in the stuff in the scuff discord so yeah so if you're patient we'll be right back
Let's talk MLS and Pepe's goal and DKE's brace and lots of other stuff.
If you're not a patron, thanks for listening and we'll see you.
