Welcome to the Scuff podcast where we talk about U.S. soccer.
Hey, everybody, we got a show. It's game day, or at least it's almost game day.
And to get you ready for the matchup against Panama, we've got a special guest, Sanjay, Sujanta Kumar, who's been pounding the pavement of Southern California at Nations League camp, going to Mix Zone, going to training, interviewing people.
First of all, welcome, Sanjay, thank you for being with us.
Where have you been in the past couple days?
what have you seen yeah firstly thanks for having me back great to see you guys it's been good to be
back in southern california um i lived here for five years went to school out here so it's great to be
back the weather was it last week it was cold it was rainy it was windy some days but today
the sun was out um it was at the team hotel earlier interviewing a few guys and then
headed over um team staying in manhattan beach and then headed down to carson for their training at
the galaxy facility.
And yeah, everyone's
here today pretty much from
the press team.
On Monday, it was just me,
Steve Goff and Jonathan Tanwald.
And it was...
What do you guys talk about? What do you get up to
in here? Brendan Aronson,
mostly, probably.
The typical small talk
is like when did you get in? We've been up to
as you're...
No, I don't want the nitty gritty of it when you start doing shop talk, journalist shop talk.
Shop talk.
Well, so it's funny.
Tell us something you shouldn't.
No, it's funny.
I don't know what would fall into that category, but Monday was interesting because Potch obviously invited a few training players.
And I heard someone, I think he was his son leading, like warm up activity, say Max.
Around the time, I recognized what I thought was Max Harfston,
right is the last name.
And then, and yeah, Tannenwald and I had, of course,
been talking about Brendan Aronson, potentially being called in
because we had a feeling Johnny wasn't going to be coming.
There was rumors that of Spain.
But then I noticed the unmistakable left foot of Jack McGlynn.
And you guys saw I tweeted about that,
and then I quote tweeted it.
I was like, there's a few more guys here, too.
because we were kind of picking out guys
and I think Jackie had said
like we need more than more from you than
that like give us some names or something
but it was a rainy day
it was gray out
so I couldn't really tell who was here
but that was cool
to notice some new guys
and obviously
yeah a few more guys got added to the roster
domestic players
what's the mood in camp
did Cameron Carter Vickers
seemed like someone who's going to play minutes
I'm not sure it's going to be really interesting to see what they
do in the back right because no Jedi
that's that's big news
and hope to see how Potch
Potch adjust to that I don't know if it's going to be
three centerbacks and wing backs or if it's going to be like
remit left back we'll talk about that later potentially remit left back right
maybe him pinching in in buildup
I think we can talk about it now is that what you think's going to
happen?
Yeah, I asked
Reem, like, can you do it?
And he was like, well, like, I play there for my club.
And I knew he was playing there for his club.
I'll confess, I haven't watched Charlotte yet this season.
Honestly, it sounds like you didn't know.
Because you asked him, can you do it?
He's obviously, he's done it for the U.S. before, too.
Right?
Like, he's been pushed out there.
So I think he thought I meant it that way
But no
Then I asked him like you know
In Potra system
And
He said you know
I'm not going to be like a wingback
And we know he's not going to be like Jedi
But I do think
That is my
That might be what happens
You did a good job of pushing him
And he
He managed to be cagey about it
Like whether he's going to play left back
and also I think pretty defensive
and about his ability to play left back
not defensive
like he's sort of proud that he can play left back
and he wants everybody to know
did you did you sense in his tone that it was
the defense of someone who was about to in fact do it
I could figure it out yeah
he joked like in as part of this response
about like I asked him what are you guys going to do
with that Jedi basically because initially he said
next man up which you know
that anyone will say that.
And then I said, you know, Jedi has been really dependable, really reliable, and
gives a lot of verticalities.
How do you try and replace that?
Because there's no like for like.
And obviously it's going to be something different, and I think it's going to be him.
And he didn't want to, he joke like, yeah, you know, I guess we'll see tomorrow.
So we'll see tomorrow.
I think it's going to be him.
There we go.
We're calling that a scoop.
as you're listening to Thursday morning scuffed reports
Tim Ream starting against Panama
What I ask? We also have another little scoop I want to share
Pocitino
Does not call Anthony Jedi
Can you play the clip of that?
Mm-hmm
Adam
I'm Rissio
I'm wondering if you could explain
Jedi's situation
And how
Do you know who?
Anthony Robinson.
Oh.
Call him, I guess, Anthony or Anthony Robinson.
Yeah.
I mean, do you remember, it kind of felt weird for a little while calling him Jedi?
It did.
And then I was uncomfortable with it for the longest time.
Pott's in that, he's in that phase.
Yeah.
Well, he just started that phase today.
I wonder if he learned, if he took that on board and he's going to start calling him Jedi.
I think it's too...
That's not the relationship he wants to have with his players.
Yeah.
Anyway, we were talking.
We were having a productive conversation before I...
Throw us to that.
Yeah, that's the big question.
I asked Pach as well about why he potentially playing there
and how he does that for you, Vay.
And he suggested it as possible.
Called him, you know, potential wingback, fullback.
He said, I think, coniegata, meaning like a rival.
as a wing back so what do you give
what's the percentage chance you give of ream playing
left back tomorrow
based on what you know based on his answer
keeping in mind we already declared it a scoop
I know we did walkie's really pressing me about some
I don't want to read
give it your honest percentage
the other thing to think about
McKenzie
has one last training session I believe he said
he arrived on Monday
So it won't be the craziest thing if it's Richards and Ream centerback.
Again, I don't know how much that, how much of a factor that is.
And then you have Arfston in that scenario?
Arfston is not ready for this, man.
I don't think.
I'm curious to what, yeah, no, no way.
No way. Scali, maybe.
Scali's always an option, right?
If way is it right back, Scali at lift back.
Or someone else?
he loved that one's the right back then
way yeah
or
Wes maybe is a
I guess what a left back
I don't think
I don't think Wes is going to play fullback
but
let's see
did you get any intel on
who's going to be the starting keeper
can you tell from the way they warm up
I did not
I honestly was not watching them
warm up much
I know the
there's been some takes about
Stefan's form
on the Twitter machine
Yeah, let's see.
We could just move up through the midfield now.
Do you have any insight on that, Sanjay?
Who's going to start in the midfield?
Guys, I have no insight about it.
I've no scoops.
I wish...
But no, but if you just say things, we can maybe generate scoops, is what we've learned.
You don't have to have a scoop.
No, they're not sharing a ton with you when you go into these...
training sessions.
Did they kick you out again?
Is it still working the same?
Are they 15 minutes?
And then...
By the way, Michael Cameron, I believe, is Blackball scuffed.
Adam was on the...
I believe it was the Tyler Adams-Unis-Musa call.
Yeah, while we're on the midfield.
Had his hand up.
Perfect.
Here we go.
Here's a midfield scoop for you.
Had a great question, which would like to hear from you, Adam.
And maybe we can talk it out.
Mm-hmm.
Wasn't called on.
Not a surprise after the rudeness you showed Maricio.
Well, the context for it is kind of important because it was Donald Wine asking a question.
And then there was this interaction between Tyler and Eunice.
As you guys know, when U.S. and Panama kind of take the field, normally is, you know, a lot of things happen.
It's chippy.
There's testy moments.
you know, lots of cards, wild moments.
And approaching this match, has that been part of the preparation?
And how hard is it sometimes to stay focused on the game plan
when you have those chippy moments or moments where the other team gets under your skin?
And Tyler is turning and staring at Eunice right now.
You've gotten red card recently.
Yeah, yeah, you talk about it.
Sick, Byrne.
Yeah, he's referring, of course, to the...
So that was a nice work by Tyler.
and I think Eunice appreciated it,
but he's referring to the red card he got in Zagreb in Champions League.
And, you know, this is probably my favorite moment of the week,
this little interaction.
And I was ready to ask a question about Conce Sao's impact on Eunice.
You know, in the second half of the season,
he's playing some really good soccer,
maybe his best soccer of his club career so far.
And I wanted to ask him if Conce Sao was, you know,
what specifically Conce Sao had?
done to help him in that.
And I was really proud of myself because mid-call, I had, I was going to say, you know,
with a smile, Red Card and Zagreb notwithstanding, you've been playing some of your best soccer
from Milan lately, et cetera, et cetera.
And I was really proud that I built in that callback, added some detail, added the location
of the red card, you know.
But, you know, I didn't get called on.
And I was one of two reporters who didn't in a 15-minute.
Convent scuffed access.
Thirteen minutes.
Cameron decided we could take this 15,
but then we'd have to risk Adam coming here
and showing some rudeness to one of these young men.
There's all kinds of possibilities, I suppose.
Who's going to get a red card against Panama?
That was sort of what the question Donald White was asking was, wasn't it?
And Eunice's answer, he asked him,
Eunice did answer, he gave a good answer,
and he basically talked about, yeah, it's hard to,
keep your cool sometimes when they're getting under your skin, but it's something he's working on.
I think it's not going to be Eunice.
No.
It's not going to be Tim.
Not going to be Tim.
I think we might go, honestly, I think we might go that whole game without getting a red card.
That's my prediction for this Panama game.
Mine as well.
Mine as well.
But if anybody gets one, it's going to be either Tyler or Joe Scali.
If Tyler gets one, it will be a, you know, he's a.
going to earn it.
He's going to do some damage to someone.
He's not just going to get some dumb chippy one.
He gets, he'll get a dumb chippy yellow card in the, basically the first play of the game.
Yeah.
And then he might get a unfortunate call later in the game.
I'm sketching a scenario.
I don't want to see, but who's the, who's the, uh, midfield lineup in this game against
Panama?
I'd go with, Bell's God.
Tyler West, G.O.
For me.
Easy.
I'd start Tessman.
I'd start Tessman with Tyler.
Can you see how he does?
I'll tell you what.
Old Tessie has escaped attention these past couple days.
Maybe that's what he'd been doing, flying under the radar,
to come in for a big start in a big-time game, his first big-time game.
I don't count games in Europe, France.
Right.
farmers like
but you have
Tesman
yeah you could still start
geo
wide especially if
Way is playing
pullback
but regardless
I think
Testman played well in
November
he's got more minutes
lately with this club
and with Tyler
who can
compensate for some of his
defensive deficiencies
which it sounds like he's
he's improved
moving on.
Yeah, give him a shot.
And you know, if that happens, it would validate not to give ourselves too much credit
and not myself, but really Adam and Vince,
of talking about a player a lot when they're kind of a little bit on the margins
and then they become, you know, a scally figure.
Yeah.
And that can happen with Testman.
I think Vince deserves the most credit.
It's mostly Vince.
Yeah, low key, low key.
There's Twitter receipts.
Vince, Vince gets like the copyright for
the Scali Lazz and the Trubadors,
but I've been on that, those trains
for, for even longer.
I promise you that.
Oh, he's going to take a receipt on what you've just said.
Going back to Testman's FC, yeah, Vince, if you're listening,
I mean, you can do Twitter, advanced search.
I definitely claim both of them.
I didn't waver.
A lot of people wavered with Scali.
I never wavered.
There was one of these calls, like,
last summer.
Oh, that's right.
Chris, you remember this?
Chris, you were in the room with me.
I was in the room with me.
There was some negativity about Scali
because of how he played last season.
The Moondesley guy said the guy is this old,
like give him a shot.
And yeah, I mean, I've been excited about Testament
for the longest time as well.
So anyway, anyway.
Do you consider yourself an original Scali lad?
I know you've been unwavering.
How, were you the first?
Are you in early?
Daniel Smith was he might have been one of the originals.
Everything goes back to Daniel Smith in the end, doesn't it?
But I was right there at the beginning when he was like playing friendlies against Byron in the summer.
You can keep him.
I mean, he'll do a job for us though.
Yeah, I mean, at what point does like availability become an ability that we really value?
Well, one time, one time, and for sure is this nation's league.
It's like, Serge is down.
Okay, Scali's next man up.
Jedi's down.
Okay, is Scali going to be left back?
Yeah.
It's an important thing.
Bell's is a dest romantic now.
Absolutely.
I want to play a clip about, I mean, Gio's club situation has been something that's come up.
Not nearly as much as politics in interviews over the week,
but lots of people have asked other players about Gio's.
club situation and Pulisic was asked about it in the mixed zone.
I want to play that because we're talking about the midfield, you know, and I want Gio to start.
It's only been a couple trainings.
He looks good as always.
We all know what Gio's capable of regardless of the situation.
So obviously a top player.
And yeah, we have those conversations.
Of course, we're, you know, when we're sitting at that lunch and we talk and I'm not going to share all of it with you.
But yeah, we have those conversations regularly.
Secret lunch conversations.
What was the questions?
What was the question?
What are these conversations?
Let's try to figure out and scoop what these conversations were based on the question.
What was it?
Do you talk with Gio about his club situation?
Oh, okay.
I guess we solved it.
Yeah.
Secret lunch conversations about Gio's club situation.
But he's not going to tell us.
Well, he has interest from Italy, Spain, and France, I want to say.
Yeah, sounds right.
There's interest.
Well, I think the natural points to go now is to our attacking line.
Bush and Lowe are my favorite reporter.
Ask Sargent about it, about not scoring goals for the national team.
But I want to note that he has a very polite way of asking questions.
Do we have that?
Can we play?
We certainly do.
Obviously, I'm quite the goals going around at Norwich right now.
But unless I'm mistaken, it's been a pretty long time since you scored for the national team.
Is that the type of thing that weighs on you at all when you come into camp?
The way his intonation goes up at the end, he becomes kind of on sergeant's team as he's asking them in that direct question.
Yeah, that's right.
And then sergeant said, yeah, a little bit.
But I'm happy what I'm doing with Norwich.
And I'm doing the little stuff you got to do out there to get in positions.
And I'm confident I'm going to score some goals for the national team coming up.
Yeah, this was really artfully done by Bushnell.
He also, it's interesting that he introduced some doubt into his question as well.
Unless I'm the same.
He didn't know.
That was maybe a bit too artful, but.
That was a lot of art.
He almost always asks good questions, too, in general.
This was a good question.
And, um.
But that softened it too, that his, bringing his doubt into it.
Yeah.
Like, there could have been.
one in there. I just didn't remember.
That's what was good about it.
I think Tenorio put it into a question at some point.
So he asked Eunice about Josh, and I thought Eunice gave a very solid answer in support of
Josh.
He rushed to his defense, I would say.
He basically pushed Tyler aside.
Tyler had been answering all the questions.
And you said, no, Tyler, I know I'm the shy in this setup.
You're the talker, I'm the shy.
I'm sitting in a sort of recess position.
I'm ready to defend my boy, Josh.
And he did it.
Let's hear the clip, though.
Josh is a top striker.
I think a lot of people are sleeping on him.
He's a bit, I think he's underrated.
A lot of people need to speak about him more.
He's doing a lot of stuff week and week out.
And throughout a few seasons, now in the championship.
It's all true, too.
Eunice had a strong performance this week in front of the microphone, I'd say.
Yeah, you sure did.
And you know where he got the confidence to push Tyler aside and answer this question
was right before this.
What had happened is Tyler had been answering all the questions in the press conference.
A combination of they're directed at him or it's a question that's for either
and the leader's always going to take questions.
And Tyler got a little bit fed up.
There'd been a number of questions.
And as someone started asking a question, he,
pointed to Eunice. He said, you got this one. And it turned out right away what happened was the
question was about us seizing the Panama Canal. Yeah. So Eunice was thrust into a regional geopolitics
question. I think he nailed. Yeah, let's hear that too because he did. Me personally,
I love every country. I'm a very diverse person. Come from lots of backgrounds,
experience, lots of cultures. And then once we get on the field, you know, they're, there
rivals you know it's our game it's our sport it's our job to to at the end of
the day beat them and then afterwards the people like us and I love with every
culture what a classy guy he answered that cold and that was 12 minutes in the
press conference he hadn't said a word yet that's like a sub coming on in the
60th minute and just being right up at the speed immediately it's funny because
Tyler answered that question at the World Cup so gracefully too right from the
Iranian journalist and here is Eunice.
I thought Tyler was going to push him out of the way and
I did too say I got this but I think he
Tyler was doing the math in his head he said you know what Eunice is ready
he's ready for this. He was ready imagine being that mature
22 and also just generous a generous he's just a generous
person yeah he does have the advantage is really tough
to pin our vowing to take the Panamaal canal
back on Eunice Musa
He might be kind of our go-to guy.
He might be our go-to guy in politics questions.
He's from the world.
Yeah, he really is.
Everybody got asked about politics a lot, but that was the best answer.
I mean, this week.
I want to have a clip from, just to go back to the attack for a second.
A clip from Pulisic, where he was asked about Santi Jimenez and his
relationship with him. Really, really good guy. So we've become good friends, obviously playing together a lot now
in Milan. And yeah, it's been, it's been enjoyable. It's going to be, we talked about it. And he said,
like, he said, don't worry, we'll be in the finals. So I said, all right, man, we better, we better
play, yeah, I'll be there. I'll be there too. Anything else before we get to the politics part?
Did we, do we just, oh, I thought we were in the politics part. Yeah, we kind of are. You're right.
it.
Unis got asked about
Sancy, too.
Said the same thing,
just a super nice guy.
It seems like every player.
Likes every other player.
They like them all.
Kind of in this vein,
something we learned in the Milan locker room
is they love Mara Sumo
as much as we do.
Yeah.
They rewatch all
Pulisix goals with Maro
calling them.
Yeah.
How can you not?
It's been an incredible journey
to go on with Maro.
What about Pachito?
Should we go to Pachitino's response to...
Yeah.
So all the managers were asked about politics,
and they all said we're not talking about politics.
And Pachitino did the same thing.
And maybe we should just cure to see what the official stance is.
I was talking now because I found in the pitch, Jesse, March,
and we were talking in a very good way.
We are so friendly because we know for Europe.
I think we cannot mix political things.
with sport.
In my career is not because I don't want to talk.
I have my ideas, but I represent my country, but the federation of soccer, and only
I need to talk about soccer.
Weston said the same thing.
He added that he also doesn't watch soccer, in case anybody forgot.
No politics, no soccer.
But Pach also said some other stuff, right?
Yeah, the question, the way all the politics calls.
questions were framed and all the press conferences were.
They allude to the general regional geopolitics,
and then they ask to try to turn it into a soccer question,
is Panama going to have an emotional advantage in this game?
So now all of these guys, Potch, everyone who was asked it,
is in a tough spot.
First, they have to be diplomatic about politics in general,
and then they have to say,
but we're going to go out there and beat the holy hell out of Panama.
And here's how Pach did that.
We want to destroy Panama.
We want to destroy the next one.
We want to win.
But destroy, when I say we destroy, it's in a sport way.
In a sport way.
See how complicated that is?
Yeah.
And then a few questions later, reporter calls back to him wanting to destroy Panama.
He's got to go into damage control.
You were talking about wanting to destroy Panama and wanting to win these games.
But in that would worry.
Yeah.
Nobody's...
Yeah, don't worry.
It's like, sorry.
It's like Panama want to destroy us.
Yeah.
It's in both way, you know?
Sport way.
Sport way.
This was great because I was watching his face waiting for him to like break into a smile.
And he just didn't.
He was very serious about conveying that...
That he does not want to destroy the nation of Panama.
I was just waiting
I was joking with that
that was party from CBS
we were talking about it earlier
today like he was
yeah
and I get he's such a genuine guy
and he obviously wanted to be
be clear that everyone's worried about the
headline in this
social media era
it was a little aggressive
to lead that question with him
wanting to destroy Panama
did you guys talk about that or
no yeah that when he first
used that
verb I was
oh her
using the
yeah she didn't
she didn't qualify it
that it was in a sport way
in the way she asked her question
which was critical
she said you said
you said you want to destroy
Panama
yeah he sensed the danger there
didn't he
oh absolutely
and I believe
it's Jeff Carlyle here
who asks
Pulisifiki
if he is going to do
the Trump dance again
I think it's Carlisle
probably
yeah
if you score
on Thursday or Sunday,
are we going to see a reprisal of the Trump dance again?
Are we going to see that again?
No.
Okay.
No Trump dance coming.
Probably a good decision.
That would have been.
I don't know why he did the Trump dance.
Yeah.
He did do the Trump dance, though.
He definitely did.
Yeah, he did.
I mean, it wasn't just him, though.
Other guys joined in, right?
Yeah.
West did it a little bit.
Maybe even re-goated it a little bit.
Yeah, he did.
A few guys.
I don't think we should get hung up on that.
They obviously don't want to wade into politics.
I think we have a ream quote about that.
I guess what I was going to say is that the Trump dance was weighing into politics a bit.
Yeah, it's true.
There's no avoiding it.
And going into this this week, there's no avoiding it.
And I think if it's Canada against the U.S. on Sunday, it'll be more of that.
You just know Trump is going to weigh into this somehow.
The White House might have something to say about another international matchup in a final.
It could be a path to Pontchitino.
Apparently he hasn't gotten his green card yet.
He's having to wait at airports for an hour and a half in L.A.
Is that right?
You see what?
He's kind of complained about it in two or three interviews now, in a fun way, but you can tell he is actually a little bit annoyed by it.
But a normal green card wait time, well, we don't need to get into our immigration.
It's very long, right?
Who knows what our immigration law there right now.
I feel like it's at some point, you know, between now and, like, we're hosting a World Cup with these two countries and who knows what's going to happen between now and then.
so I think players and coaches will have to kind of address it.
Well, you know, speaking of the World Cup coming up, Pachitino, like everybody said
they want to win a trophy this weekend, and of course they do.
But Pachatino said something in Spanish about the World Cup in 2026, right?
Sanjay?
Yeah, yeah.
He was basically, he was asked by a journalist, are you going to be in New Jersey,
I believe, is like a reference to the final.
and he was like
he answered in the affirmative
in his justification
I mean
he said
the U.S.
men's national team
is going to the World Cup final
in 2026.
I can't remember
I can't remember exactly
what he said word for word
in Spanish but what he
That was the meaning of what he said.
Yeah that was the meaning
it's like you have to think that way
and we're in this position
because we think like that
he's so he was like of course
like that's how we're going to think
and that's how we're approaching it,
which is,
um,
it's interesting,
you know,
he's,
he's obviously a foreign coach and Clemsman was a foreign coach,
but remember when Clemsman said like,
yeah,
we,
we,
we,
we,
we're not going to win the World Cup.
We're not there yet.
And obviously this squad is,
we believe much better,
but I almost feel like he would say something like that.
Um,
now,
too.
Um,
more as possible.
But so,
yeah,
it was cool to hear him say that.
Um,
project that confidence in Spanish,
and I'm sure it'll do it in English too.
And people really notice as the World Cup gets closer.
There's a little bit more buzz around these press conferences
than there are in the typical national team friendly.
It seemed like to me listening to the Mixone
and the audio from the press conferences
because there's just so many reporters I don't recognize, you know?
Yeah, a lot of Spanish-speaking press.
It kind of reminds me of when
when the U.S. played Germany last fall.
And it was one of Nogelsman's first camps.
It might have been the first one.
And, like, it felt big time because of all the German media that was there.
And you kind of have that feel now when it's, I don't know if the friendlies will be just like this.
But there's more attention for sure, more scrutiny.
And, yeah, it's cool.
It's exciting.
All right.
So I want, I don't know if we settled all this, but I want, I want Tim Rima.
at left back, way at right back, Eunice Musa at right wing-ish,
Wes McKinney in the midfield with Tyler and Gio,
obviously Pulitzer on the left-wing sergeant at Stryker,
Chris and Mark at centerback.
Wait, say your midfield again?
Tyler West, Gio.
Right, okay.
You want Tessman, Tyler, Wes?
Yeah.
Yeah, I, I'd be.
shocked if Scali doesn't start, first off.
Why do you say that?
After, I mean, he's, he started
all four games in her pots, right?
And, uh, been dependable even before that after
Serge went down. He was good last summer.
So I think he's going to start.
And it's just a question of if it's on the right or the left side.
If it's on the left side and
way it's supposed to bomb on more, um,
does that mean Scali kind of pinches in the way he
did on when he was a right back.
I don't know if he can,
he's going to build like that on the left side.
He's like a leftish centerback.
I asked him that and kind of said like he's not really used to that,
but he can do it.
If I remember correctly, so it'll be,
it'll tell us a lot.
I mean, I think the biggest question before we,
we knew about Jedi was like, what's Geo's role going to be?
Like how much does Podge believe in geo and his ability?
Right.
Because he hasn't had him yet, and I'm sure we'll see.
We'll understand pretty quick that creatively, there's no one else like him.
So we'll see how much stocky puts into that.
He gave a really poor answer to the question.
What is your go-to thing that you bring to?
It was a disaster.
It was a disaster.
It was the least interesting one possible.
Passport.
He said his passport.
Who said that, GEO?
Yeah.
He just couldn't think of anything.
thing and that's what he said.
I mean, I've been there.
I sympathize.
But it wasn't very creative.
He's creative with the ball at his feet, though.
That's for sure.
And his fits, right?
Right, Chris?
Well, I don't know.
His fits, he kind of goes along with the fashion
if we're kind of beaten up on geo right now.
I haven't seen anything truly original.
I'm not the fashion guy.
Yeah.
I feel more comfortable.
Vince would hear to talk about this,
but he's not a leader in the fashion front.
He's not a wea.
But we'll see this weekend.
We'll see what he...
I hope he starts as well.
Patrick Ajamong, Tim Wea, and Mark McKenzie said their go-to item is their Bible.
Amen.
They grouped the Bible all at the end of the video.
Maybe that was a powerful effect.
Maybe so.
Well, I think we've covered it, guys?
I was going to say on the lineups, on the lineups,
If you have Reem at left back
And then you have Wea at right back
You can really do an asymmetrical type of thing
You know
Turn it into a real three at the back
In possession
And have way of basically play right wing
Musa tucking in
But you're right, it's probably not going to happen
You're going to see Scali start the game
Because you know
Pocino's probably a Scali lad too
I'm not
But
Pocch might be
be. You definitely are.
I can't believe you're bailing on the Scali Lads right now.
Yeah, I was trying to say it.
This was our chance to claim it.
Oh. Okay.
Hey, hope everybody enjoys watching the game tonight.
Thank you, Sanjay, for your patience with us and your time.
Thank you guys. Thanks for having me on.
Anytime. We'll see you.
