Welcome to the Secret Mum Club festive Sunday soak. We know this time of year can be non-stop and hectic so we want to help you carve out
15 minutes just for you.
So put down your wrapping paper, get yourself a brew or maybe a little festive tipple and
switch off with some relaxing music.
And we'll pop up every now and again just to check in.
And chat shit.
But I promise it will still be relaxing.
Now let's get into it. The You The The You You Ah The You I'm sorry. Oh I'm sorry. I'm Holy God
Holy God
Holy God Oh So, what do you do to relax when Christmas is in full swing?
I don't really know that you ever relax.
Do you ever?
I don't think you do.
I do like to take a walk though.
I feel like it's very quiet over the Christmas.
Quiet, like the streets are quiet but the house is hectic.
I basically stroke the tarmac because I'm stressed. Cause it's a lot, isn't it?
It's a lot.
Just get out of the house.
I think sometimes you just got to get out of the house
and avoid the chaos.
Cause it can be a jungle in there.
Even maybe take a drive.
You could take a little drive around the block.
Depends if you want to relax with everybody
or relax on your own.
Depends on the situation.
Sometimes if I'm overwhelmed by everybody,
maybe I'll just jump in the car, go around the block,
50 times, however, up and down the motorway.
Drive for a few hours.
Drive for a few hours, or just get out for a walk.
I feel like walking over the Christmas period is so good
because you eat so much, you're tired.
So to get out and get some fresh air,
burn off a bit of steam.
Oh, there's nothing like it, is there?
There's just nothing like it. I'm going to go to the bathroom. I'm sorry. What do you do to relax when you're in full swing of Christmas?
I do have a Christmas Day walk.
Oh you do?
On Christmas Day.
We've got the gig.
Oh Stefan.
This is how deluded we are.
I hope this is really relaxing for you.
Yeah I hope so.
I hope we're putting across positive vibes.
I'm chilled.
Stefan thinks I'm mad because I like to go out
for a walk on Christmas actual day.
I feel like it's a Christmas day tradition for,
do you know what it is?
I think it's-
I would say a boxing day.
Boxing day walk maybe to like walk off the Christmas dinner.
Oh, do you see people running on Christmas day though?
Yes.
No, I think it's dog walkers,
cause we've got a dog. So you see people out of our day though? Yes. Yeah. No, I think it's dog walkers because we've got a dog.
So you see people out about-
You've got a dog?
My family.
Okay.
Yeah.
Surprise!
We have a dog at home.
So when I'm at home with all my extended family, we get out and also we live near the sea.
And so when you get out on Christmas day, there's weirdly a lot of people out walking
their dogs.
And what's really lovely is people that would never normally speak to each other, they stop and say Merry Christmas.
Stop it. That's beautiful. I know. It's cute, isn't it? Really cute. So that's what I like
to do. Just get a bit of fresh air, relax, escape from all the madness. Take a bath.
Take a bath. However you want to chill, just chill. You do you. You do you. If you can
get a bit of space. I know it's hectic, but if you can. I'm going to be a little bit of a little bit of a little bit of a
