Today, we're going to be talking about Andrew Cuomo's announcement that he's going to be running as an independent for mayor and absolutely losing. Oh, Rosie and Trump's long standing battle.

I thought Cuomo was joining independent skateboards like he was getting. I thought Koma was joining independent skateboards. And then we're also going to read some submissions to the New York Times advice column for extremely neurotic liberals, the ethicist. We've got some funny ones for you guys today. I have an idea also. Can we all try to guess what, can me and Jack try to guess what the question is going to be on for the ethicist? Yeah, I've got like four of them today. Are you allowed to push a pregnant woman out of the line in the bathroom if you really have to diarrhea bad?

If she's racist, can I push a pregnant woman down a stair flight of stairs if she's racist? That's like a them dot us more of a them dot us question the emphasis is more like My my neighbor I suspect that my neighbor hasn't paid her rent in a while should I try to lure her out of my room so that My landlord can lock her out of her apartment and get rid of her squatter's rights because they stay up till 11 every night playing loud music. That's an ethicist type question. Yeah, absolutely. But yeah, as I said, Andrew Cuomo just within the last 10 minutes dropped a video in which he is talking about why he's running for mayor

under the independent classification. And I do feel like, I mean, he's still just absolutely going to lose. It's strange to me that he's even doing this because it does seem extremely humiliating and he'll only just split the ticket between him and Adams. I think, I mean mean he's banking on like Like big bigger money stepping in even like 10

2030 million or whatever that you know What's his name? I? Don't fucking know Lev Parnas or whatever Like billionaire names. Yeah, Bill Ackman, Bill Ackman. No, there's surely going to be millions and millions and millions of dollars spent on smearing Zoran and trying to make his run for the mayor completely null.

But I guess they need somewhere to spend it, they need someone to give it to and Adams is absolutely psychotic. So Cuomo at least stands to, I don't know, make some money for his campaign out of this. And who knows, maybe he'll rise in the polls. I really doubt it, but who knows with the amount of animosity that's running against Zoran right now.

Something that's interesting to me though, is that like, if you look at all of the numbers under 40, like Zoran is absolutely sweeping up with everyone. And there are so many unaffiliated voters who couldn't vote in the primary for Zoran who will now be able to vote in the general. So I feel like if turnout stays high and if Zoran keeps running the scoreboard with people under 40, there's kind of no chance that he's going to lose. Yeah, I mean, the last poll he was up, he had 42%. The next closest was like, I think, who was it?

It was like, Adams with like, or no, it was Cuomo with like 25% or something. Yeah, and I'm like, no matter what they can find on Zoran, it doesn't seem like much because I would have imagined that they would have already thrown it out there. Both Adams and Cuomo have horrible public records. Yeah. And they're both now kind of addressing it.

Adams was asked about all of his free flights to Turkey and all of his free hotel stays in Turkey at an interview with NBC. It's made me laugh so much. Asked in an interview on NBC4 if he regrets taking free flight upgrades and luxury hotels as outlined in his indictment. Mayor Adams says he has always asked for perks
