Hey Soulseekers, it's Shanna.
Journey with me to discover how people around the world awaken to their true sense of soul.
Now go grab your coffee.
Open your mind, heart and soul.
It's time to awaken. Today on Sense of Soul I have Sigmar Berg. He is an American entrepreneur, artist, photographer,
designer and the founder of Lovedtuner. As one inhales through the Lovedtuner,
they are connecting to the 528 Hertz frequency raising their vibration.
And Sigmar is with us today to tell us about his mission for the Loftuner to inspire a
global community to come together in harmony for a more loving togetherness with one world,
one love, one tone. Please welcome Sigmar Berg.
You got your Loftuner, I see.
I do. Yes, I do. Thank you. That was very kind of you.
And I can't wait to hear your journey. Awesome. You know, how you came here,
you know, where are you from originally? Originally, I'm Austrian. And I was born in
Austria, raised in Austria. And then I traveled a lot. I was working in New York before. And then
about nearly 20 years ago, 19 years ago
I moved to the west coast to California.
Okay. Did you have any kind of like a spiritual background of any kind?
I was kind of blessed to be raised in a family.
I mean our background is Christian in Europe and it's very integrated in the school system. You have religion and
it's very integrated in the school system, you have religion. And my parents gave me the freedom, you know, not to be sent to church and it was okay for me. But I think I found my spirituality
very early in life, but mainly through nature. So I was never like a religious person. And I think
over the years, you know, it was like, it came like steady, but it was growing fast.
At one point it went exceptional up. And yeah, this also triggered like my journey, what I'm doing now with this product.
You know, there was always something, especially the connection with the physical and the metaphysical in nature.
So this was this connection, what I found right away that
there's really where God lives. And I think this was the beginning actually of a journey.
And I cannot even recall when it was, but he was in a very young age.
I'm trying to get back to that childhood self, you know, as an adult.
Yeah. I mean, I write in my book, it's called One Journey and it's available on our homepage,
on Amazon. It's distributed by Waterside Publications. And I talk in this book, obviously,
about frequency vibration, a little bit of biography about my life and why and how everything
came together. But I start with one thing and this is like that I'm hugging a tree.
And I said to everyone 10 years ago or 20 years ago, I might have put this book to the
side and I said, okay, I'm good. But it's really what I encourage people to understand
what frequency and vibration means and to hug a tree and to understand that we're all
connected. And I have to say in the last at least 10 years,
the consciousness, the average consciousness
about frequency and vibration also to social media.
People see way more, it's there, their awareness is there.
And I think now it's something
what is getting way more common.
And if people really like not only hear about it,
but really experience themselves that they can
identify what is in dissonance, first of all, and what is in resonance with your own vibration,
because this is what the Loftuner basically does. So you use this little tool and every time you tune,
tool. And every time you tune, you basically recalibrate your body. And on a physical level, on a spiritual level, you're inviting love in your life because the 528 hertz frequency
is considered the law frequency. And so when you do this process, you become more and more
in tune with yourself, but also with the world around you. And at one point, you will understand to focus towards positive vibrations more than the negative ones.
So, you know, it's like kind of a guidance, you know, and you find your authentic self, you know, all the BS falls off and you basically become a true and happy person, you know, because there's no fakeness around, you know.
And then when people talk about spirituality, where spirituality really starts is within us.
So no stories, no excuses. Like the ugly truth might be also beautiful truth, but it needs to be the truth. It needs to be the authentic self. I love that. And I love that this is an experience. It is an experience. And that's
something that I asked myself early on in my journey. I asked how much of what I believed in
had I truly experienced and love. And also I would say like that feeling of like the Holy Spirit.
The Holy Spirit definitely had experience that I had there was something you know that would come
over you and that experience where the person is like what is that you know what is this feeling
that is what I love because that is their truth. Yeah. Yeah. And you know,
like when you play with energies in general, you know, when you get this awareness about our subtle
body and this is like what I encourage people and for some people it's something what is so abstract
and they take it way too intellectual but this is is why the Loftuner is so simple because
it introduces you back to the basics of our being, that we are energy and vibration.
You don't need to learn how to meditate. You don't need a mantra. You just take this little tool,
you do a conscious breathing break and the Loftuner gives you an audible feedback on the exhale.
So you do like a really profound breathing break.
You extend your exhale, you get the sound, and then you connect this frequency, not only
on the spiritual level, but on the physical level.
And on the physical level, it aligns this vibration of this little tool goes into your
body, measurable even eight foot out of your body was about like two and a half meters. So when you tune in groups or with your partner, you basically
connect in the sound carpet. And then the physical reaction you have and what this vibration
does is it aligns the water molecules in your body because the research showed that 528
hertz, we showed this even on our homepage, when you tune water
with this frequency, it returns to the original hexagonal shape of a mountain spring.
As we know, we're like 75% water, blood is 91% water. So everything what happens in water happens
in our body and this gives you this feeling of relaxation instantly. And this takes away anxiety. You don't even come to the point
of panic because you feel it. You take your little tuner, you make six cycles. It takes
away anxiety. You don't need never come to the stage of panic. And then it grows slowly,
but steady your connection to the divine divine if you want to call this.
Oh my goodness. And I'm curious to know, I know for myself when I ever start a new instrument,
I'm not so good at it at first, you know, or it doesn't definitely doesn't sound like what I wanted to at first.
I mean, I could tell you the didgeridoo was bad. But I'm sure as like,
with any instrument, it becomes part of you. I even think about some of the gemstones I
have around here. They've been within my field. They've been along my journey. And now we're
resonating.
I mean, when you use this tune on a man, you take the little flute out, it's a single tone
flute, then you inhale through the nose, you exhale.
Then you extend on the low audible volume, you extend, you exhale as much as you can.
And by doing this, your body becomes the vessel.
much as you can. And by doing this, your body becomes the vessel. So this is why the tuner itself sounds the same, but it's your own vibration. You know, you become the actual
instrument and this feeling. So when people say to me, hey, how is it when I listen to
528 Hertz when I go to bed and I have it running on my speakers? I said, that's great. But
it's from the outside. The
Loftuner makes you the instrument. It makes you the vessel. And this is why you
get recalibrated. And even if it's a pretty much simple tool, it takes on your
energy and it transforms a lot. So it does a lot in your body on an
energetical level. And this is why I never So it does a lot in your body on an antichetical level.
And this is why I never recommend people, not even in families to share your love to us, because it becomes such a personal thing, like similar to the frequency and
the vibration of a jam, you know, like that you have in your field with the
tuner is the same thing, but did you even, you know, you, you exhale through it.
It's your exhale.
It's the frequency you become the instrument. And what it does is because it vibrates on the
solar plexus and on the heart chakra. So when you start vibrating in this way, you reconnect
but basically disconnect. So you go from your head into your heart and this is what we want. So we want this
hard coherence. We want that people are living more in their heart and make more decisions
beneficial to their life based on what they feel, what they really feel and not what they have been
told or what their patterns or whatever, wherever they get the information from. And it can be also basic stuff like patterns that came from families, you know, because
the stuff that literally hinders us from flying is all up here. Our hearts, they might be closed,
but they are there and they're very powerful. And if we tune in, and this is basically also the background or the core of the Love Tune mission is to awaken one heart after the other.
And I think that's the beauty of it because we all have big hearts, you know, it just needs to be opened and we need to live more on a heart conscious level. And I think this is what really changes the world.
What starts with the human itself, then it expands to the partner, to the family, to
communities.
And this is how you connect from heart to heart.
And when we talk about what all upsets us, you know, it's all here.
That's what it is.
This is the matrix, but the truth lies in the hell.
You need to make a ginormous one. All over. So, have you ever heard of the story of David and
his liar? Yeah. And I did some research, like, what is it about the liar? In fact, I want a liar. Yeah. I mean, and I did some research, like, what is it about the liar? In fact,
I want a liar. I want a really cool liar. But it's the solfeggio tones. This stuff is
not really new. They obviously knew that these different frequencies and vibrations had healing properties.
The Gregorian choirs, for example, like 600 After Christ have been chanting in 520 hertz
and they have been healing communities, entire cities back then.
And people came to the church to experience this chance, and they have been perfectly in harmony.
And this is the interesting part. Back then, 528 Hz was our regular C note on the musical scale.
And institutions interfered with this musical scale, so at one point the 528 Hertz completely disappeared because we
changed the A tone. We changed the A tone from 444 Hertz to 440 and that means the 528
Hertz disappeared. And the interesting thing is this awareness is there and one of the
most famous singer songwriters of all time and at least in my opinion the most famous singer-songwriters of all time and at least in my opinion the most famous
love and peace song is Imagine from John Lennon and he composed it in 528 Hz. So he knew about
it and this is also a part of our love tuner mission is to educate musicians to retune
the instrument to play in harmony because what's the point if for so many hundreds of years,
we have been using a musical scale
that was perfectly in harmony, and now we change it.
So we all know that people who are in harmony
are not easy to be manipulated.
If you put people in stress,
and this can be done with four hertz,
you create dissonance. And when
you create dissonance, you actually create anxiety. Anxious people don't act out of their
heart because their heart closes and their mind overrides. And so overall, when you talk
about frequencies, music, and healing, all this together is interconnected,
but we need to go back to the musical scale that was divine,
that was related to surfactual frequencies.
Oh, that is amazing.
And I could just sit there, and I have on days,
just listening to that song,
along with other songs like woman.
You know, I love that whole entire album.
That makes so much sense of why it hits your heart.
I mean, it really does.
And it's spoken, you know, with such, you know, wisdom.
There's so much wisdom there.
So combined with that, and I think because we are
Multidimensional when you're able to hit you know throughout those dimensions of our being
Wow, that makes sense
Yeah, there's a few songs now. I'm wondering because I have a few songs that I'm like, oh my god
I love this song like, you know what song recently I could literally sit
on repeat and actually it's um it's by Disturbed but it's it's like a cover of Simon and Garfunkel's
original song, Sound of Silence. I heard this one. Yeah, yeah, it's really good. It's, I mean, it's a great song in
general, but I like this cover. I like it a lot. When we talk about silence and calmness in general,
you know, this is like something what is in our society forgotten, but we all are dealing with
the consequences of not paying attention to it. So the complete overload that
we have all the time, the noise from outside, the noise in our head. And when you go into sound of
silence, for example, and you go there and you go like the power sits in the silence, in the calmness.
And this is also where the actual value of when we talk about abundance and
so on. When we talk about the calmness of mind, if you can achieve this, then you're
really full of abundance. Because the calmness of mind is the most important thing to live
a fulfilled life. Because if you don't have this calmness of your mind, what is very hard to achieve in our society, then you're always like, you are never happy no matter where you are.
You are not living in the here and now. And this is regardless about if you're rich or poor, if you're struggling, it doesn't give you the comfort of enjoying life in the here and now, then
you are struggling, you know, then you don't have this abundance of finding your inner
calmness, you know, the silence, you know, where you become your own temple. And I think
this is the exercise that we all need to do, you know, to find the stillness of our minds. And whatever practice helps you to do this,
some people go out in nature and be by themselves, take off their shoes or just sit and just
breathe or meditate or use the left, whatever their mortality is, it doesn't matter. But this is
actually a culture that we need to cultivate, you know, and not
like where is the next quick distraction? What is actually a distraction from the here
now and distraction from life?
You know, you're so right. And I think about the polarity in well, sound and silence and
there's a place in the Gnostic Gospels, it's called the Pluroma, and it's the fullness and the
void. Right? And so when I think about going out in nature, which is kind of my practice every day,
every morning, and just sitting with nature and just being very still, being very quiet. And the birds are, it's like a symphony.
Sometimes I can't believe, you know, I'm like,
I could hear like five different kinds of birds singing.
But it just reminds me of like,
sometimes when you're like trying to,
or not even trying, you're experiencing that stillness,
there's everything there.
And this is something what I think is the beginning,
what I said earlier, this connection in nature.
And I mean, all frequencies are in nature,
like all, I'm not talking about man-made frequencies,
but the cosmic frequencies,
like for example, 528
hertz occurs in every living matter. It's in the humming of the bees. When you measure,
for example, the frequency of leaves, it's 528 hertz. And this is why 528 hertz on the
spectral color of the light spectrum color is green. So this all overlaps,
you know, our heart chakra is green, you know, it all makes sense at one point, but everything
goes back to nature and everything goes back to creation. And when you tune into these frequencies
that are available in the cosmos, then you tune into something what is divine.
And we have no problem tuning into frequency which are manmade knowingly that they are
harming us. So that's the kind of twist what's going on. We sit on our devices for five hours and we are wondering why we have a headache,
you know, and people watch Netflix binge watching for hours and they literally say, oh, I cannot
sit and meditate, you know, I mean, that's just complete nonsense. You know, if you can
watch for two hours a show and get distracted, Why can you not sit in silence for 10 minutes,
20 minutes, you know, and the time you have, you know, and I always say to people when they say,
oh, my life is so stressful, I can't do this, then I say, you should do it for two hours,
not for 20 minutes, then things will shift, you know.
not for 20 minutes, then things will shift, you know?
You know what? And I also, my first mindfulness experience, I thought was a complete fail, because the entire time I talked to myself, you know, I was like, Oh, my gosh, you suck at this,
you shouldn't be here. You know, you have so much to do. And that was really the catalyst though, for me,
and I became that witness. So I always tell people, don't, don't try to get rid of the thoughts.
Those thoughts are actually very important and vital for you to hear. Because it was for me,
now that I look back, it was, you're not worth it. You're not good enough. You know, and these
are the things I was saying to myself. I didn't even know that I talk shit to myself all day. I mean, this is like
when you talk about the consciousness of our thoughts or the thought progress, you know,
the negative talk is a big one, you know, and but so also is positive talk, you know, and this
you just need to override those habits, you know, because if you know that we are
firing whatever about 75,000 sods a day and you start cultivating those sods and
every time when they come up you you learn how to override it and I think
this is the this is the balance you need to find within, you know, a negative talk is completely toxic.
Yeah, completely. You know, have you heard about how there's all this junk DNA that we have,
which I just can't imagine that anything is on accident or junk or not useful. And I've heard many times that frequency can actually activate that DNA.
Absolutely. I mean, I don't know if you noticed, but the 528 Hz is also so connected to the spiritual world. So for example,
the entire DNA is in every ancient culture, you know, like the same thing with the Kundalini,
you know, the Nile is basically the Kundalini. So it goes from the creation all the way up to
the ascendance in Giza and the pyramids. So, and this is the same thing with the DNA. And you can
take it to a very spiritual level where you go like alien information and whatnot, because
it sits on those strings and every string is vibrating. And I think we should be very,
very open to these ideas, because when we talk about that the universe is all frequency and vibration,
we are part of the universe, the universe is within us, you know,
and our DNA is mirrored in this whole thing.
So I think there is nothing on accident.
I think everything is perfectly aligned, you know, and everything makes sense
at the very end, but you cannot only exclude everything and
just look from a medical point of view. That's a very narrow-minded view because first of all,
you exclude everything you cannot hear, you exclude everything that you cannot see. And I think
this is what limits us and keeps us in these belief systems where we don't believe in miracles,
where we basically end up in negative talk because we are comparing ourselves to stuff
that is completely not relevant for our own existence.
And instead of what we really should do is to embrace our frequency and understand that we are part of
the creation and the other way around. We need to stop looking on the outside like obsessed on the
outside. I always love the quote from Carl Jung so much because he really brings it to the point. And he says,
if you look on the outside, you're a dreamer, but if you look inside, you awaken. And that's it.
It's a very simple concept. But as the understanding is that everything is frequency and vibration, we are frequency and vibration. And to the core, all the way to the DNA.
frequency and vibration and to the core all the way to the DNA. And someone should have listened to Tesla. I mean, that just that, did he not? Yeah. You know, that guy was, you know, far more
than I think history gave him credit. And, you know, I in fact, really have learned a lot about scalar energy over the past few years. And a lot of it through Dr. Jerry, Jerry Rovira, Genio, who has the Russia machine. And it's, you know, it's based with the Tesla coils and I used the
Rasha machine before I know it well you do you're so lucky like physically you've
used it yeah I'm totally jealous we don't even have one close to me so but
yeah I I really know because of my experience that there is something with these tones. It is
a multi-dimensional experience like you were explaining though.
Yeah. I mean, I think we have so many modalities out there that we can do and people understand
now breast work, people understand eye baths. People understand sound healing.
So it all is coming together.
When I started with Loftuner, it was all this mortality has
have been available already.
And he was like, um, what is what we need instantly, you know?
And this was the reason why I said this is basically a sound bass and a breastwork exercise
and spiritual exercise, a prayer if you want to call it, unified in one little product.
In the beginning I wasn't that sure how powerful it really is and then we did all the testing,
we went into a lot of schools, we worked with veterans, we started our foundation.
And then we did tests where we had 20 people meditating and 20 people using the Loftuner.
The only difference was the people that meditated have been doing meditation for a long time.
The 20 people that used the Loftuner had no spiritual practice, whatever they did, they
just came in and both groups went to their rooms. Then
we tested with a bio resonance feedback machine, the brain waves and the results was completely
identical. The only difference was the meditation took 20 minutes and the love tuning where
people use the love tuner took six minutes. And so it's not that I will tell anyone cut your meditation short or don't
meditate. You can do whatever floats your boat in your practice but the Loft Tuna just you can
use it even before meditation, after meditation, you can even replace meditation if you don't have enough time for it. So,
and it's always available, you know, like you cannot pull over on a highway and sit
down and meditate. But what you can do is you can drive in the car and you're late and
anxiety is coming up. You can use the tuner. Yes, you cannot close your eyes, but you do
like three cycles, even three cycles. And what it will do is it may not
make you arrive earlier, but it will take the urge out the stress, what is it with you, you breathe
it out of your system, you know, you align with this frequency. And this is why I said it, it's
something that helps instantly, is super simple to use. And it's also easy to have it with you.
Like you just wear it around the neck
or you want to put it on a key chain,
whatever is convenient for you.
And this was my thing,
because we all know that there's a lot of stuff out there
we can do.
We can go on a week of retreat, whatever it is.
But in the daily life,
our daily life is not waiting for us. Our data life is fast, our data life
is loud. And we have not everything. The only thing we can control is ourselves, but everything
else is happening in whatever way, if it pleases us or not. But what we can do is we can always step
out, make a tune, recalibrate, and just disconnect basically our nervous system, taking us out from
the fight and flight mode in a relaxed state of mind. Like getting from the parasympathetic
and sympathetic nervous system. And this is just easy steps. And when we are a little bit more
conscious about what our body is doing, where our mind is going, then we can
deregulate any anxiety in no time because especially with this tool, it's just an instant helper.
That is so true. That is so awesome. You know what else just came to my mind like out of nowhere
as I was sitting here thinking about just being quiet and making the sound is it's such
a crazy old memory that just popped up in my head from like when I was a little kid.
I would go to my momo's house because I'm originally from New Orleans.
They lived really close to the Mississippi River and also there's like a church on every
corner. And when I would wake up in the morning,
I would wake up to the church bells
and they would play like every hour.
And I could also hear the boats,
the whistle of the steamboats.
Those two tones have stuck with me.
We're talking like maybe like seven or eight, you know, I mean,
I moved to Colorado shortly after, but those stuck with me. And it's very connected to that
love too that I feel for my grandparents. Yeah, I, yeah. Yes, I mean mean sounds follow us through our entire life, you know. And this is why
when we talk about the spoken word, I mean every word makes a sound. This is why when we talk about
trauma release and this is what you do in your work, spoken therapy often, and I'm not saying
that it's a bad thing, if you really need to get something rid of your chest, go somewhere, talk about it, but
will not heal the trauma on a cellular level because it's just impossible. And this is why
work that you do with energy work, Reiki and whatnot is so important because the trauma and
you as a Reiki healer, you will feel it where it sits when you scan your people. You will know more than a therapist after
just like scanning the energy. And the same thing is with products like the love tuner
or with this frequency because the trauma is always on a cellular level. The stuff that
you really remember in a good way or in a bad way is captures on a cellular memory. So for example, the church bells in a Mississippi bell.
You know, this is something that stays with you because it's a sound that you have been hearing in connection with this feeling.
And why it's so positive, you know, and that's the beauty of it, you know, and this is like when you start playing with sounds and frequency, you
can connect to what is really your core self for yourself where you really feel happy.
And then you can also override the trauma, what is kept on the cellular level. This is
why energy work, I'm a big believer in it. And I sometimes warn people from spoken therapy
and say, listen, just be careful that you don't make
it bigger because where the attention goes, the energy flows. And sometimes it feels good,
but on a cellular level, there's no change.
You know, I have four children. My third child, he's 21, he's on the spectrum.
And one of his challenges in life is sound, right?
He couldn't go to pep rallies and stuff like that.
It was so overwhelming and he just can't handle that,
you know, and crowds, you know, airports, you know,
just that chatter, ch-ch-ch-ch-ch.
And that's why a lot of them wear headphones
over their ears, because they're sensitive.
He's sensitive to the light, he's sensitive
to a lot of high frequencies.
And I'm curious to see, you know,
how this would resonate with him.
I'm gonna let him try it,
or maybe I'll just buy him his own, yeah. Yeah, I mean, you can tune with him. I'm gonna let him try it or maybe I'll just buy him his own. Yeah.
Yeah. I mean, you can tune with him. I would not share it as I said earlier, but I'd be interested how it resonates with him.
Yeah, I think he would like stuff like that because he, when he was little,
would always have something. Actually, we used to put something around his neck,
because he would always kind of have like that oral thing, like
a fixation. So I think it'd be really amazing. And I think it,
you know, because anxiety, well, we don't call it anxiety at my
house, we call it energy on the chest. This is something he could
have at his chest to bring himself to that harmony.
Yeah, please introduce it to him. I'm going to help him,
for two things. First of all, it's not that loud. Yeah. It replaces it on an audible low level,
but just the exhale, I think it could be a great thing to center him, to calm him down.
We have a lot of reports where we used it for kids on the spectrum,
kids that are hyper and whatnot. And we had through all the classrooms that we worked in,
we got amazing feedbacks from the teachers what this little tuner is doing. When we went into the
first elementary schools, like this was at the very beginning of our journey, we tuned with those kids. And it was also
for us the first feedback because, you know, people have a lot of layers. They don't really
tell you, oh, this is good. This is not working. Everybody's careful. Nobody wants to hurt
somebody's feeling, you know, some people don't believe in it and still say, oh, that's
great. Or other people go like whatever. But children are super honest, you know, and the age range that we worked with was between
eight, seven or eight all the way up till 10 years old. And in all classrooms that we introduced
it to, first of all, the kids really loved it. So it was a great thing for us because we haven't
been sure how the reaction is when you go into a classroom with like certain kids. And yeah,
in our case, it worked out well. People,
the kids really enjoyed it but what was the interesting thing is what happened to this
children is what teachers told us is within one semester not even within the full year
all the grades went up. Bullying completely stopped in his classrooms and overall community sense
was there.
So, and it was not necessarily kids
that have been the best buddies,
but kids that have not been so friendly to each other,
but they start like, listen, we are in one classroom,
we are one community, we tune together.
And so it changed a lot.
And I think it will help your child as well,
because it's so calming.
It brings their focus down because our kids,
when they go to class, it's not like in our days back then, where we went to school, we
had a couple of hours school, we're sitting there, we have been handwriting, the teacher
was writing on the chalkboard. Now kids go to school, they have the devices, they have
different devices in school, they're listening to music,
they're listening to social media. So this is really an overload, you know, it's like,
and it's even it's an even an overload for us adults, you know, this is why I'm often into this
so called digital detox. I mean, it became a very prominent name, where everybody talks about digital
detox. But it's not that you should abandon
your phone for a week. We need our phones. This is our life. Meanwhile, you know, you
want to know where your kids are. You want to work from home. You want to work while
you whatever traveling. That's a great thing, but you need to really monitor the time on
it. You know, it cannot be that you waste hours and stuff that has no meaning in your life in the first place.
So true. Yeah, because we do forget to breathe. We forget to take a breath. I remember
you can get just so into work or whatever and people will be like, oh my gosh, I haven't moved.
You lose time and you're like, I can barely even get up now, right?
You know, because I've been sitting in the same position and you haven't taken a breath.
I just love to take knock on, you know how they have in Plum Village, the bell rings
on every hour to remind you to take a breath.
But that's where we're at now.
Like we have to be reminded to take a breath.
But that breath, you know, when you exhale,
your shoulders go down, you know, so you're not like this all day.
Yeah.
And I mean, and we are all shallow breathers.
It's like, I don't know if you have seen a little bit about our YouTube channel and all
this stuff.
We, I even talk about, about smoking a cigarette, you know, because for a lot of people to smoke a
cigarette or now it's vapes, it's, it's also a conscious breathing break. And it's a good one
besides the chemicals. So, but for a lot of people, it's the first real exhale and inhale
of the day. And this is why I always say people listen, if you can override your nicotine addiction,
I always say people, listen, if you can override your nicotine addiction, cigarette, vape, whatever you use and do something even if it's by yourself, you know, box breathing,
all those modalities or you use the Loftuner because on top of it, it gives you really
an audible feedback.
So you know way better because in every breathing exercise that you do or you use a breathing
straw, yeah, you know you're doing something but you don't get a feedback to it, you do, or you use a breathing straw, yeah, you know you're doing something, but you don't get a
feedback to it, you know, and you use the love tuner now a
couple of times, as soon as your exhale drops, the tone drops. So
it tells you, hey, inhale, inhale through your nose, fill
up your lungs, exhale through the tuner again. And this time
you do a longer, more consistent, low audible
tone. And that's the beauty of it. And you get like this re-enconfirmation from there, from the
device that your breast work is beneficial and that is correct. Wow. And in your strengthening
your lungs as well. Yeah, absolutely. I really am so glad that we were able to meet and I really appreciate this love tuner. I think that sometimes when we're able to kind of carry something with us and know that it's there for us when we need it.
that's a beautiful thing. It's a reminder. And I always tell people not to in general, not to take spirituality, take it serious, but don't make it serious, you know, make it fun, you know,
make it something that well plays into your daily flow, you know, and just be a little bit goofy
about it too, you know, don't be too sad about it and don't think you need to change the world today.
Just make yourself happy and raise your own frequency.
Yeah, I agree with you. And to be able to tone for yourself and create that frequency.
That's it's a very beautiful thing. Thank you so much for creating it and for sharing this with us
today. Thank you, Shana for having me on your podcast. I really enjoyed the conversation.
