Sense of Soul - Health, Wellness, Aging and Sex Education
Episode Date: January 19, 2024Today on Sense of Soul podcast we have the beautiful Lana Kerr she is the founder and CEO of Lumisque Skincare and creator of CO2Lift. CO2Lift is recognized as a leader in non-invasive carboxytherapy ...treatments. Lana is a fierce advocate for women’s health issues, particularly those that arise with aging and menopause. Lana has devoted her life to health and wellness, with over two decades of experience.  She is joining us today to discuss the effects of aging and decreased blood flow on the vulva, the advancements in vaginal rejuvenation, and the modern, safe treatments available today.  As women age, many experience decreased blood flow in the vagina, a condition that often comes with aging and menopause. This can result in dryness, decreased sensation, pain, and even clitoral atrophy. The latter is a cosmetic side effect that, while rarely talked about, can cause significant emotional distress and affect intimate relationships. Lana's groundbreaking product, CO2LiftV, provides a solution to these problems right from the comfort of one's home.  Lana's insights into the world of vaginal rejuvenation are both enlightening and empowering. She believes in educating women about their bodies and providing them with the tools to reclaim their confidence and sexual health. Good morning. Hello, how are you? I'm good. How are you? I am well.
Where do you join me from?
I am in Florida.
I'm in Fort Lauderdale.
I live in Weston, so I'm at home now in my home office.
But the office is in Fort Lauderdale, and I live in Weston.
All right.
I'm Colorado.
Colorado.
Oh, beautiful Colorado.
We go to Aspen every June.
We have a meeting, a dermatology meeting. So I
use that time to go and then we stay an extra week.
Yes. You know, my daughter is 24. She has worked in skincare since she was like 16.
You don't look like you have a 24 year old daughter. You look great.
You know, it's gotta be genetics or the fact that Lindsay works in skincare and she makes me,
you know, she's like bringing me home, all of her stuff all the time. But I do have good genes.
So I'm originally from New Orleans. I'm French Creole and I have Cajun in me and I'm a melting pot of people.
I love that.
I'm Jamaican.
Jamaicans are very, very mixed people, you know?
Yes.
Which is beautiful.
It's beautiful.
You're a part of like everything.
Yeah.
And yeah, so many things.
Yes.
But you know, my journey has been so inward that I haven't really focused so much on outward.
But I do know that there are a lot of benefits of the things that I do in my practices like meditation and just being in a positive state, right?
Getting sleep, being less stressed and all that is actually going to show on your body.
Amen.
I totally believe that.
I totally believe that. Wow. And so my daughter actually is going to school on your body. Amen. I totally believe that. I totally believe that. Wow.
And so my daughter actually is going to school right now for this. She's so passionate about it.
She's starting out as a technician because she still is going to work through this.
She definitely wants to go further. Like the medical physician part right some of the metal right surprisingly when we
launched we had i was thinking more my age group but we have such a large demographic with you're
talking about from 28 to 35 that really just loved because they're into selfies they're big into
their glow yeah you can make it healthy you can can wear less makeup. My 11 year old, you should see her skincare. I mean, I'm like, whoa. So, you know, moving into
my crone. In fact, I haven't had a period since last November. Okay. Wow. Well, that means you
did menopause. They say a year, you know, in without a period.
Yeah, I know.
So, and I've had only three since 2020.
I feel like I'm young for that, but then I have all my friends are kind of having stuff
too, you know?
So.
I'm trying to think for me.
So I'm going to be 53 in February.
I was 49.
I didn't have a period, but every year on my birthday, it would come every
year. So I never was able to start all over. Right. So this is the first year I didn't get
my period, but I did get some spotting in like, but spotting, but I don't know what it is,
but not a real period. But I've started getting hot flashes back when I was in my early 40s. But then I went to an acupuncturist and I never had it again.
Wow.
I mean, I wear layers just in case.
Yeah.
I started to get hot flashes probably around 2020.
Yes.
And then they went away for a little bit.
And then they came on again.
And so it's just kind of like here and there.
So you're not on any kind of bioidenticals?
No, no.
I'm a big advocate.
I mean, we started, I was in nutrition before.
And in our clinics, we really encouraged women by the age of 35 to start doing a hormone panel every year.
Then when you're 40 to do it twice a year,
that's what it's always.
I, so I've been doing that since then, but I started hormone therapy when I was around
in my mid forties.
It really helps just with, it helps because it helps with your bones.
It helps with your libido.
It helps with your energy.
It helps with all of the things that would start to fall off because we're really just
our hormones, right?
Really encourage women to consider that to bioidenticals.
So, you know what?
I'm like my gray hair girl, gray.
Yes.
I've been letting it.
And even if you're into natural.
I think hormones are really important for women.
Really important just in terms of just health.
And it has gotten a bad rap because before when
they were taking pharmaceutical hormones, that's different. We're talking about hormones and
naturally our body responds as if it's creating it on our own. I just come through such a spiritual
journey with this moving into my crone stage that I've just been embracing this wisdom and also this space that I feel.
I feel like when emotions come at me, I look at them and I'm like, oh, hello, what am I
supposed to do with you?
There's no reaction like I used to have.
This aging, really embracing it and loving it.
Aging is a wonderful thing with you getting experiences on. I just, my philosophy is if you could look, so tell me this then Shanna,
if you could look 30 and be 80 with all the experience and wisdom that come
and feeling the same as if you were 30, would that be a crime?
No, no, I'm definitely not.
So that's, so that's my whole thing the technology
to help us to be able to live longer healthier but I'm all about in terms of being comfortable
with who you are regardless of the technology you I can't pass as a 25 year old as much as I
take care of my skin I wouldn't want to be that way, but I wouldn't mind, you know, looking like that,
but you still have to accept what it is. You have to accept the reality and embrace what life has
to bring you, you know? Yeah. Every once in a while I'll get like patches on my face, especially
when you're pregnant. What's it called? Melasma. Melasma. Melasma. And I have freckles. I still do.
I don't know if you could see them, but I have freckles. I still do. I don't know if you could see them,
but I have freckles. I get them a lot, you know, in the summertime.
Yeah. I had a friend tell me once, I know how to get rid of those. And I was like, I like my freckles.
I'm done not accepting and loving, you know, who this face is. And I am getting older.
Well, I mean, you think of it that your skin is the largest organ. I mean, if you're particularly
what you're eating, you want to be particular about what you're putting on your skin, because
it's your body's receiving it. So you want to make sure that you're putting good things in.
And one of the things I like to talk about is, and I'd say all the time, you know, you don't get old, you dry up.
So, you know, we start, we're born this beautiful grape plump and turn into this raisin.
And what's the difference between a raisin and a grape?
It's just a dehydrated grape.
That's what happens to all of our skin.
I never thought about it that way.
Yeah, right. And so we just, the thing about it is
drinking a lot of water is not going to benefit us in that way. So, you know, one of the things
that I love about the CO2 lift is that it's like drinking a tall glass of water. It's the only
product that increases hydration over 117% after one application. So think about,
that's why you kind of get those really great results. So you're putting your skin gets thinner
as we age. So even if you're putting moisturizer in, it just kind of stays surface. So you have
to keep reapplying it. If you can thicken back your skin, which is one of the things that the
CO2 lift carboxy does, you're actually and then holding more water into the thicken back your skin, which is one of the things that the CO2 lift carboxy does,
you're actually and then holding more water into the skin, your skin looks plumper,
it looks smoother, it looks healthier, there's a glow to it. So that's very important. So,
you know, we advocate, you know, after you do the series to do at least a once a month,
just to maintain that look. So then if you're not into wearing makeup, you don't need to because the best makeup is just great healthy skin because that's going to give
you that look that you really want to achieve with makeup, which you can get with healthier skin. So
with healthier skin, then you can wear less makeup. You know, when I was little, I remember
right about the time my youngest daughter is, you know, 11 years old around that time. My mom brought me to, I think it was like May DNF back then at the department store.
And she got me the whole Clinique thing.
I think that that's a big deal because not all of my friends were on some sort of skincare
at my age back then.
If you look at culture and you look at, at difference, a lot of Asian countries that,
you know, they, and they're like, Oh, they have great skin. Now, the point is, I just came back
from Japan a few weeks ago. And there are, you can look old, the people that you're looking at
with great skin are people who start taking care of it from their 15 years old. In other words,
their posture is to start taking care of a very young age, like your daughter. So you can start taking care of your skin with good cleansing, moisturizer, sunscreen from a very early age.
You kind of freeze your skin.
So that's really the benefit of starting younger.
And we need to extend it to more than just our face.
I mean, the face clearly is what people see, but your neck, your hands.
And then we think about our intimate skin, you know, our vulva, vagina.
If we don't take care of it, it affects our relationship.
It affects our relationship with ourselves.
There's discomfort.
There's more than just an unsightly look.
It's just the functionality changes. So we need to, I think the message that we want to give to our, to our young,
our daughters and our nieces and our young women is to start taking care of ourselves. And it's not
vanity. It's just, it's just taking care of this vessel that we're in, preserving it. And, you
know, and so we can present that to the world and feel confident in who we are. Well, I have four kids.
So my oldest is 26.
And I was maybe 36.
And I went to the doctor and he said, you have three prolapses.
And I said, what does that mean?
He's like, you need to have all of that fixed. And so I was going to,
I actually went through the whole thing. And I don't know if you've ever been through the process,
but it is hilarious. This guy put on a shield in front of him, filled my bladder up to its
capacity and told me to cough. And I was like, oh my God, are you serious? You want me to cough?
I mean, obviously there was a lot that wasn't working down there. I had did the whole pre
surgery and my dad died the next day. So I didn't do the surgery. I don't know. It just,
I put myself on the back burner after that for a while. And then it kind
of started to heal on its own. All of it's improved. I just think that I needed time.
It was like right after I had my fourth kid and boy, I just pushed her out like fast.
Well, so you tore. You tore.
Yeah.
Yes. Okay. Yeah.
But I did heal. Okay, good. Yeah. So one of the things
too, is after childbirth, I think, just technology changes, that addresses some of the things
that we face, based on natural functions of having a child, sometimes we tear. Well,
there's a way that we can do it to avoid scar tissue and
to heal correctly and that's one of the things the co2 lift v because if you can heal that area
properly then it's still smooth there's no complications it helps with some women experience
you know stress incontinence after childbirth and even later on even without children where you know
you cough and you pee this is something that helps with atrophy. So this women are experiencing where they can cough and not pee,
you know, so when you get to the V, let's see how that helps you, you know, it's amazing.
And I don't know, not one of my friends who can cough without peeing. Yes, because that's, that's just a sign of atrophy. Yeah. And we talk
about, we talk about that raisin. So that's what happened. So, you know, I mean, again, we know,
we can clearly see what happens on our face, neck and hands if we don't treat it. Well, I've heard
a gynecologist say a woman's true age is seen in her vagina. So because we don't,
because the same thing is happening, the skin under our eyes, that thin skin, that's the skin
down there. So we have the vulva, which has implications when we don't bring blood flow to
that, because that takes that our enjoyment, sexual enjoyment. And then we have also the
vaginal tissue that gets thinner which affects
our enjoyment it affects of course you know our ph changes or the peeing thing happens so all of
those things we're able to address with we'll be able to rejuvenate that area so that it functions
back to when we were young we can We can restore it to youthful functionality.
That's amazing.
I mean, I don't know what the age of my vagina is,
but it is experienced.
Poor kids, I can say so.
I say that it is.
Yeah, so it's the vulva and the vagina
are things that we want to fix.
And I have these conversations all the time.
And it's so many, so many women, you know, we think of that whole area as our vagina,
but really that's our vulva.
And inside, the inside is our vagina.
So the vulva, which is our big part of sexual pleasure, that's where we have, that's where
our clitoris is, right?
Which is, it's almost as big as a penis.
And that area requires blood flow to be healthy
yeah so all you're seeing is a tip but it goes all the way down so that way we need to keep that area
juicy and to do that it's blood flow and so that's one of the things that we can address as well
well you should teach sex education. I never even knew.
Wait a second. I can't believe this. So I do know that there's a lot of health benefits
for the CO2 lift, but really, I truly thought it was all about the skincare.
How did you find this? Like, tell me the story behind CO2 Lift. Okay, so my background is in nutrition. And we had weight loss clinics. And it was just a natural
progression. When people lost weight, they wanted they felt better about themselves, they wanted to
take better care of their skin. So we did open a spa and looking for products that would be
exceptional and different from people around us, similar to
our weight loss plan was just very unique, we wanted something very unique for the skin. And
we discovered carboxytherapy, it's really a very old treatment. So it dates back, you know,
in Japan, all the way to the samurai warriors who would bathe in these carbonic hot springs
to heal themselves. One of the things that carbon dioxide does very effectively, once it's introduced into our body into our skin,
it triggers a cascade of events that result in faster healing skin, regenerated skin.
So the French then developed a delivery system through a needle.
And that's what we were thinking about.
How do we bring this in?
But then we would need to have a doctor.
There's pain involved.
We just looked for another way.
And we found a group of scientists in Japan that actually patented a gel delivery system.
So we have the exclusive rights to that technology.
And that's how CO2 Lift was born.
So CO2 Lift, that gel, when you mix it, creates CO2 gas that goes into the skin, goes to the
muscular level of the skin, and actually it rushes oxygen to the tissue.
So that tissue is full of oxygen, which if you think about a hyperbaric
oxygen chamber, that's similar to what CO2 lift is, except that it's in a gel form. So it's bringing
nutrition and hydration and blood flow, as well as it's releasing waste from the skin. So for
instance, a carboxy gel, if you put it on a non healing diabetic ulcer, it can heal it in as
little as eight days. So that's how quickly this gel works. Are you serious? Yeah. So it's bringing
so we've done, you know, we started with, you know, dermatologists, plastic surgeons,
that that they talk about it on the podium to their peers. So they use it in their practices
to help prep the skin before a procedure and post.
And even as a standalone, they use it for things like psoriasis and eczema,
because again, it's treating the skin barrier.
But because it's a gel, it's painless, a person, they can sell it to patients to do at home.
So that's really what the gel, it can be applied to any part of the body.
Hey listeners, so sorry for the interruption. home. So that's really what the Jalani can be applied to any part of the body. episodes with him, then you know he has a ton of wisdom to share and is offering Sense of Soul

Now back to our amazing guest. So we start, we launched that in 2016 and that was really doing
well. And then I started having my own challenges with intimate intimacy in my mid forties,
where I wasn't really enjoying sexual intercourse in the very,
in the same way.
So I went to my gynecologist and told her what I was experiencing.
And then she educated me on what happens to vulva vaginal tissue.
And so the, I thought, well,
the CO2 lift is working very much like an energy-based device, which is what she had recommended.
Energy, when you put energy into the skin, whether you're using a laser or whether you're doing radio frequency, that's controlled damage to the skin so that the body can start healing itself.
Well, the CO2 lift is doing the very same thing without damage to the skin so i thought well
it's working on the face and the body couldn't work with vulva vaginal tissue there is one of
our advisory board members as a cosmetic gynecologist and we just said what do you
think about this so we did a pilot we did a double blind pilot just for proof of concept
which we extended to a larger study which was published where what we did we half the
women got a ultrasound gel so no everyone thought they were getting the co2 left technology but only
half received it the other half they just got ultrasound gel and we started just with a
questionnaire a standardized sexual health questionnaire the women that use the ultrasound gel show no changes
in any of the areas that were measured the women that uses co2 lift technology showed significant
changes in all areas would include a desire which was an interesting thing for me because i'm
thinking how can you know wouldn't the placebo affect desire if i'm thinking i'm getting something
thought it didn't the women
that use a co2 lift showed increase in desire in lubrication and orgasm and then we did the
biopsies and when you look at the histology of the the women that tissue after 10 treatments
it was healthy vibrant tissue as if they were in their 30s so we were what yeah and then we so we launched that in 2020 was our official launch
for the co2 live v man that's that's amazing you might save marriages yeah of course that for me
that has definitely affected improved relationship with terry my husband because when you want
something and enjoying it it's a very different thing from when you're like, well, what's the point?
Or even especially for women who have pain in intercourse, which will happen eventually if we don't take care of there.
Yeah.
You know, I have been taking the sacred sexual course. course and it's changed my whole view on this sexual energy to think of it as it is the energy
of creation what more powerful energy can a human actually you know experience it's amazing yes
so we're not today you know necessarily women as we get older
we don't necessarily give birth to children but we can birth ideas we can birth just success in
our life through using sexual energy so why not enjoy it you know it's so true yeah and even if
you have the right mindset and as women, I think our
biggest sexual organ is what's between our ears, our brain. But even if we have the right mindset
towards it, there's a physiological change that takes place because of aging that we can,
because of technology reverse, you know, we're living, if you look back, we're living longer now, today.
As women, we live longer, we're caregivers.
Why not allow ourselves to experience youthful functionality of areas that is important to us?
We're getting older, we're getting nicer, we have all the wisdom, but then why should we not enjoy that area too?
And that's one of the things that can be affected of aging if we don't do something about it. I love that this is so like not very abrasive to the face because I'm telling you, looking at some of the people who have gotten work done and I'm like, dude, you really screwed your face up.
Like, you know, I really hope you can do something about that.
I mean, that's a very big decision.
I think people just do it just like it's nothing.
But yeah, it's very scary.
Yeah.
If you can extend that time period as a grape and delay the onset of raisin hood,
that's so funny. the onset of raisin hood, then you don't need to think about doing something that, you know,
more could disfigure you. I mean, I've seen so much work. I mean, there are some great doctors
where we do work with doctors and there is definitely a need. And if people feel that way,
then fine. But if people are not open to that course of action, why not do things that naturally extend or prolong
youthful skin and youthful functionality of that area of our intimate skin I asked my doctor I'm
like so what happens if I never get the surgery he goes well eventually it could fall out I'm like
what but I tell you if there's an option that anybody can do with just putting this gel on.
I mean, it's pretty amazing.
So I had on, I don't know if you know who she is.
Her name is Janelle Kim.
And she, yeah, she is behind the scenes, right?
She's a lab, but she does high-end brands.
And the formula that she uses is an ancient formula.
It was passed down from her great-great-great-grandfather.
This is something that is important to them in their culture, right?
And I think that it's genetic.
It's become genetic because it's been important to them.
I mean, their hair.
This is something that they've been doing for generations.
And it's so interesting how
we're learning from the ancients, you know, whether it's wisdom or it's healing or, you know,
now skincare and healing. This is amazing. Yeah. You're absolutely right. I mean, even
when you look at the best, even medicines, I mean, where do they come from?
It's really plants.
So we can, we have the capability.
And really, today, I think more and more people are looking for biologics. They're looking for ways to improve the quality of their skin.
They're understanding the importance of hydrated skin.
They're understanding the importance of just proper skincare.
And now it's just a matter of finding
where that because it's a sea of products, where do you turn to? I think most important is sticking
with a routine. That's the first thing. But there are just doing a little research on hitting the
areas that are important. And I'm a person I'm very, I'm simple. I don't like a lot of confusion in every area of my life, including my skincare.
I'm just about what is it that's, what is it I'm looking for?
I want to address a root cause of something.
And that's pretty much where I stick with.
Even with our brand, that's kind of the idea behind it.
If you want to just cut down to what are the basic things you need to do,
this is one of the things you need. It's like a toolkit that's going to help everything else you do to just cut down to what are the basic things you need to do this is one of the things
you need it's like a toolkit that's going to help that everything else you do to look better for
instance if you have healthy hydrated skin then really your skincare products are going to your
makeup will look better if you're to make i mean in other words let's address the quality of our
skin and that's pretty much how the co2 lift works. Okay. And it's for any skin, right?
There's not different ones for different skin tones.
No, any skin and any age, because even I see, you know, you have eczema, for instance,
some practitioners use it to treat eczema in young children, because you're putting
it on the skin and it's going to affect, it's going to get rid of the waste and it's going to address the skin barrier. And that's going to help with, with eczema or
psoriasis or rosacea. And that can happen in very young people. So yes, it can be used for very
young, regardless of your sex, regardless of your ethnicity, skin color. And because it's again,
it's, it's color by it's treating just really the health of the skin.
So my daughter got me stuck on Drunk Elephant.
Okay.
Okay.
Yes.
The moisturizer.
I can switch out anything else.
But what is it called?
The Tripeptides.
Whatever is in it.
I know the brand.
I'm not familiar with different products.
Whatever it is in it, it feels good on my face. Yeah. I'm like, why you get me stuck on this?
Now you don't get a discount because she works at JCPenney's beauty. She opened JCPenney's beauty
department this year. I don't know if you know about JCPenney's beauty department,
how it changed this year. No, tell me.
I feel like it's a beautiful thing.
And my daughter is so passionate about it.
So they used to be Sephora's.
Okay.
But they opened up a new idea and I might have something to do with Shaquille O'Neal
because Shaquille O'Neal actually purchased, I think JCPenney's and it's really come back
amazing, but it's, it is for people of all skin colors.
So it is not just like you go just before and only have like two brands of indigenous African
American Indian men even. So brands from people who actually are using these things because of what they need to correct in their skin and what they can't find out there.
And so it's very different.
And she's very proud of it.
And she's, you know, she knows the stories behind these people, you know, behind these lines.
And that's what she loves about them she'll tell you
this one is originally she's a metis and she lives in canada and this is her story and this is why
and this is what it does and that's why i love what you're here doing because there's a reason
and a story behind it and for me I like to buy that kind of product.
I want to know who I'm buying from and why and how they came to it means a lot to me.
Yeah. Yeah. Yes. Well, I tell you, I was at a derm meeting just this year. One of the derms
opened and a cone just based on the fact that she knew me back in 2017 and now seeing she's like, Lana, your skin really
has improved. So just, so you're getting younger. I definitely, if you look, I mean, I look back at
my picture definitely. And you know, something I always say, it's not about, you know, toxins and
fillers. People will have that and they may not have wrinkles, but their skin looks like leather.
I think it's still quality of your skin because you can have wrinkles and have healthy glowing skin and look younger
than someone who is filled up and their skin quality is not great right so i think it's all
about skin quality and that's what i pride myself on i definitely know my skin has improved
significantly since starting the product i look better now and I did in my forties. And I think
once you, once you experience it and every time you do it, your skin improves because it has an
exponential benefit. So we back it up by our studies. So we have the science behind it. So
it's not just, you know, anecdotal. The point is that it's, it's working. We have clinical studies
that are being reviewed by their peers that have been published showing not only it as a standalone, which is what is doing for the skin, increasing elasticity, removing wrinkles, reduction wrinkles, hydration, like after my dad died, I was not eating and I was not taking care of myself.
And I was so skinny and my face looks so bad.
I mean, I look so old then.
I mean, I was just not in a good place at all.
I wasn't definitely not taking care of myself at all. Washing my face,
forget it. I did not care. Yes. But you look amazing. I mean, your face is flawless. You know,
you could see that it's glowing. It looks young. You look very, very young. It's definitely the
product. I'm telling you, because I've done been doing the same things to myself.
I've opened my the same routine.
The only difference is the addition of carboxy gel, which has, you know, definitely shows it's results oriented, you know.
And it's not unhealthy to do.
Well, obviously not because you're healing your skin.
Correct.
Correct.
You're just you're putting in something,
a very natural CO2 gas.
And anyone who's alive is not allergic to CO2 gas.
It's created in a sterile facility.
All the, you know, the ingredients are,
I mean, of course you have peptides and ceramides
and squalene and all the great things in it.
But really the magic behind it is the CO2 gas.
Because when you put that into your body,
it triggers a natural response, which is to regenerate the area that is applied.
I mean, Colorado is so dry.
Yes.
I mean, so dry.
You know, we have a lack of CO2, right?
We have a lack of oxygen.
They sell oxygen, you know, at the gas stations.
Oh my gosh, yes.
You will love it. I can't wait for you to try at the gas stations. Oh my gosh. Yes. You, you will love it.
I can't wait for you to try it and see a channel. I know. And I know a lot of people struggle with staying hydrated. They really do here. I mean, I look at my arms and you are so very right. My mom
always told me you can tell someone's age by their neck and their hands. And my hands look so old.
In fact, I look at them all the time. And I say,
my God, I feel like they look like my grandma's. Oh, my gosh. Well, Shanna, when you get it,
definitely put some on your hand, put put it on one hand and see. So, you know, I think it goes
in line with, you know, who you are, like, just even looking at some of the things that you promote,
you know, just being comfortable with yourself treating, you just even looking at some of the things that you promote, you know, just being
comfortable with yourself, treating, you have to take taking care of yourself, and an easy way to
do it. So it's not it's not complicating your life anymore. It's a simple math. And because
sometimes our schedule, we don't spend the time enough silence. Some people just use it because
you have to sit with it for 45 minutes. So some people use it as a time to just meditate read reflect for 45 minutes you have to be still you know some people
don't do that so I personally do it every two weeks it's a time to just kind of be still so I
work at a spa and I have another friend who's working on creating a spa right now with my
daughter going into school we were thinking yeah you yeah, you know, this is going to
be really cool for us as we're getting older.
Yeah.
So I am very curious about it.
And I'd love to share this with my friends.
Yes.
And all of our listeners that are listening, of course.
For sure.
For the vulva vaginal, which is a CO2 lift V, that can be applied at night. Insert is
similar to a tampon, and then you put the rest on the vulva to the perineum. And then you just
may put on a panty liner and go to bed. It should be kept on for a minimum of 45 minutes. But if you
go to sleep with it, it's fine. If you get up in the middle of the night and pee, it's fine. How
does it come out? When you pee, it plops out. You can soften it because the gel forms like a plug inside of the
canal. You can scoop water and it will soften and come out. And then you can just wear a panty liner
until all of it comes out, but it doesn't hurt. What it does is recondition vulva vaginal skin.
So it's not a lube. It's a treatment that you would do. So you're going to do a series. And in that series, you're going to do it once a night for five to 10 nights,
depending on where you are, you'll feel a difference. And then you maintain it once a
month. So in it, what it's going to do, it's going to lift, it's going to build thicken the skin,
it's going to provide blood flow. So it's going to the clitoris that was drying up, it's going to puff out, it's going to fill up, so to speak. I'm just trying to put a
visual to it for you to see. And then it's going to make that area to look nicer aesthetically,
but more importantly, the functionality. So orgasms will be stronger. It's going to be
comfortable sex for people who are experiencing pain because it's going to be lubricated. So it's naturally lubricating that area. Wow. That's amazing. I'm starting to get these lines and
stuff, but it's, it's that kind of stuff that would be beneficial from the CO2.
Yes. Because you're getting, you want, so you're addressing thickness of the skin
because after six applications, it increases 26%, 26%. It's hydration in the skin because after six applications it increases the last 26 percent 26 percent it's
hydration in the skin so elasticity so you're going to get that glow you're going to get
it's literally like thinking of if you had a grape filling it up with a raisin if you fill
it up with water it's like that's what you experience. So dark circles, which is sometimes a result of lack of blood flow.
It basically gets rid of dark circles, gets rid of fine lines.
You must just love your job and love what you do.
I do. You know that, you know, Shanna, I really do. I love, I was on a webinar last night with
a very esteemed dermatologist in in in Beverly Hills. And just,
it just brings me so much pride to know that we're helping so many women, so many people. I was it
when I was in Japan, we had a webinar, Lauren, our VP hosted it, I was, it was a different time
zone. So I wasn't on it live. But when I listened to it after, oh, it just brought tears to my eyes,
because of the fact that on the webinar, so they
had a panel, it was gynecologist, you're a gynecologist, but there was also an oculoplastic
surgeon who has a practice, a med spa in North Florida. And why she started looking to using the
CO2 lift in her practice for her patients is because her own personal story with lichen sclerosis. So her estheticians went out,
met us at a booth, met some of our team, brought the CO2 lift back to her, but the CO2 lift V
caught her attention because it helped with lichen. Now she has suffered with lichen. She's
this beautiful 41 year old. So you look at someone, you never know what they're dealing with,
but she had lichen sclerosis for 20 years. Her and her husband have been dealing with that.
And she's tried everything.
Both of them are physicians.
And it was a CO2 lib V that changed her life.
She said it was after 10 treatments, so two weeks, huge difference.
Now, I don't know if you know what lichen sclerosis is, but it's a condition.
It can affect women differently, but it's painful.
It's like, think of psoriasis or eczema down there.
Also too can build up tissue, fibrous tissue to close the opening of the vaginal.
It can do that as well.
But this, you can imagine it was just, I'm telling you, listening to her story.
It's so life-changing for her.
Yes.
Yes.
That's really beautiful.
You know, I had a random rash after COVID.
I think it's called like rosacea, pitoriasis.
Rosacea?
It's really, yeah, pitoriasis though.
So it's caused by a virus.
And so I had this herald, they call it, I think, like a main rash that started first. And then weeks later,
I was covered. It was like a chicken pox or something on my front and back. I've never had
a rash in my life. So it was really weird. And it stayed around for like almost two months.
Oh my goodness. Two months. And they said, there's nothing you can do for it. Just Luberderm or whatever they told me over, over the camera. Did it happen? Was it itching? Did it,
was it uncomfortable? Yes. Yes. It was itchy. And now the rash itself wasn't contagious to others,
but whatever virus caused it was contagious, but isn't that random, but I've heard of this now
going around. So I looked it up to see if it was connected with
COVID and I was seeing all of these cases of it, which I've never heard of it. So it is interesting
because our environment is changing so much that there are these things that are coming back. Like
my dogs have had ticks, you know, because the environment's changing all of these viruses and
funguses and bacterias. So it's a perfect time for your product, I think, to help
with people right now. Oh, yeah, yeah. I heard one doctor compared it to Windex.
They're like, we're getting all of these different indications because they something happens and
they say, let's just try the CO2 left. And worked yeah so it's just it's been helping us just because it's cooling to the skin it's very comfortable so the doctor's like let's try
it on this let's try it on that i can't wait to try it and i'm also got this ebook called the
secret to the big o so it's a free ebook and then the code sos15 i'll get that done and then of
course i'll ship you product for you and your daughter to try. Oh, thank you. Throw out your social media and your website. Where do they find this
product if they want to order this right now and use that code? CO2 lift.com. CO2, C-O, not zero,
like CO, like carbon dioxide, CO2 lift.com. Perfect. So CO2lift.com. Correct. All right. Perfect. And we'll just use that code.
Okay. And it'll be in the show notes. It's so nice to meet you. And I will let you personally
know what I think. Please. Thank you. Such a pleasure to meet you. Thank you so much.
