I'm good. How are you doing? I'm doing good. Are you surviving? I'm surviving. Thriving? Yeah. I love your book.

Oh, good. I really enjoyed it it and I also love your podcast I was listening to some episodes I just I love your voice oh honey thank you yeah you have a soothing calming voice thank you we just started season two did the first episode of season two last week I I'm very excited. How fun. Yeah, it is. It is. Thank you. And of course, I love yours. I love the dedication.

Thank you. Because it does. I know how much it takes. I'm so fortunate to have amazing people like you around the world who all have the same mission of bringing consciousness and light in this world right now, I think there's nothing more than we need. And I love the way there's so many avenues to get somewhere, but yet we're getting nowhere because we're always right here. True. And sometimes I say to myself, Oh, Donna, you know what you do sometimes,

you know, my mediumship work or whatever. I just say, no, there's so many people out there doing it. But then I'm like, but wait a minute, Donna, not everybody does it the same way. And not every person who's searching, searches in the same way, or for the same person. So even if I love to say, even if one person, I've changed one person's life, then I know I've done what I needed to do in every moment. And I'm sure a lot of us out there say that, look, I'm just doing it now because I can't stop. I just said the same thing. And actually it happens very naturally. It's not, it doesn't seem like work to me. Yeah.

And it's so organic. Very often I'll wake up in the morning and just say, I'm not doing anything on social media today. I'm doing absolutely nothing. I take my bike out. I go for a ride. I come back home and I'm immediately posting because I'm hearing things in spirit saying, Donna, post about this.

That's a great story. And I'll post about that. Didn't we say this morning, I wasn't going to do anything. And this whole spirit led existence that I've had is what I continually come back to every day. Donna, you didn't ask for any of these things. You didn't ask to become a medium. You didn't ask to be shown spirit. You didn't ask to hear these voices. All of these things I've never asked. Just one day, they arrived. What do you do? You can't hold that to yourself, but you have to grow through it. So as I was learning about it, I'm growing and I'm learning why this didn't happen and why did that happen?

And I'll share it when I figured it out. And even if you and I had spoke months ago, I've learned so much in this last week that I'm like, oh, I'm so glad I didn't talk to you months ago. I'm so glad it's today. Right. Isn't that so funny? That's so true. I've had a gazillion awakenings since I've seen

you and had you on, but you know, another thing I find is just so remarkable about souls is that we all receive energy so differently too, and how, you know, spirit comes to us or how we receive messages. And I was actually reflecting on that before I got on with you. And I thought, you know, spirit comes to us or how we receive messages. And I was actually reflecting on that before I got on with you. And I thought, you know, I think one of the most powerful ways that I've received has been through synchronicity. And of course you have to have major awareness to be able to see the signs. You know, if you're too busy, like I was a decade ago, would have never seen all the signs everywhere, you know, and they're, they're my experience. And so, you know, it becomes your truth and they're undeniable. We're not talking about coincidences. We're talking about, you know, the weeks from the universe that are like, whoa. Yeah. Yeah. And I love that a lot of those synchronicities, they happen and you're like, did that just happen? And then you think about the day before where you're like, oh my gosh, spirit just said that to me yesterday. So you're reliving it, but you're getting these goosebumps

up and down. And the most challenging piece of receiving all of these signs and even where I am in my life right now is I have moments still where I'm like, I don't know why I'm here. Like I forget what just happened yesterday. And then I'm like, oh yeah, I forgot that happened yesterday. And that must be why I'm here. And you're like, well, Ghana, there must be more because they, if they gave you that, they can't mean that you're just supposed to sit in your house by yourself. You have to share this. I never even looked at synchronicity as a gift of receivings from source before, but now I see that, that it really truly is. And a lot of times, like you said, it'll happen

over and over, you know, it's almost like you have to get hit upside the head. You know, it's like, hello, we're trying to tell you. So in, in validating, validating that, yes. Okay. Yes, you are receiving this. We've been trying to tell you for a month, and I'm finally glad that you're paying attention and believing and trusting yourself because that comes with it. Is this really happening? Did that really just happen? I cannot understand. I can't make sense of all of it. These human experiences, I've coined this new phrase. I'm not sure if anybody else has said it, but do you want to be humanness or do you want to be soulless? And that soulless is that piece of you that understands that there's a message everywhere and everything put in front of you is for you, is for you to take advantage of that, to say that find growth in every experience. That is soulness. Wow. I love that. A while back, gosh, I guess it was probably almost two years in October,

and we had a paranormal investigation here at my house. Oh, cool. Yeah. It was so fun. We have this local amazing woman and her name is Luana. We've had her on twice. And what I found was so remarkable and unique about Luana is that she brings in all of her equipment. And of course I would not do it at night because I was too chicken. But the first thing she does when she turns on her EMF detector or the little voice box, she calls out to these three spirits that she found over time that she was working with and that they have been helping her connect with whatever paranormal activity. So at the beginning, she's always like, Seth, Steve, are you there? And then you'll always hear the same voice in all of her sessions. It's

like, Seth, Steve's here, you know, stuff like that. And then they help her connect with whatever and whoever might be in, you know, the home or the place that she's investigating. And of course it was through experience that she realized Steve and Seth is always here. I mean, they can't be everywhere. I go and, you know, do investigations and she realized that they're her guides that have been helping her. Hi, guys. Seth, Steve, are you here? Can you say your name? Yeah.

For you. So. Yep, that's our same. All your stuff. Hi. Welcome. And, boy, I mean, hi welcome and boy i mean the evidence that we got it was remarkable you've been playing around with similar i think it's all such a process for each person depending on because i have many students that say you know donna how do you see spirit? How do you hear spirit? I'm like, I'll tell you how it happens to me, but don't hold on.

That's the way it's going to happen to you. Just be open to whatever. And with my years of being a medium and mental mediumship and always seeing in my head, everything means something. You and I have done a reading. Everything, where that person is standing, what they're wearing, how far away they are in my head, it's always in my head that I began to recognize dimensional awareness, all different dimensions revolving around us, but they're here. So between you and I right now, you're what in Colorado, I'm in Connecticut,

spirit doesn't see the United States, right? sees both of us together right now in this human dimension. So I like to call it now non human dimensions. So with that happening already in my head. Now I begin to hear a voice on a recording. It almost sounds like sensational. I'm going to slow it down just a little bit. And after these months recognizing that, holy crap, Shanna, they're all right here. There's thousands of them here. And I do know now they're constantly speaking to us. They want to be heard. Are we listening? Are we giving them the opportunity? Like you said, you know, at night or when it's dark, we're calm. For me, I was so excited when it happened. I didn't have to do anything.

I'm sitting here in my light-filled living room and all they're doing is they didn't care. But I think it depends on where you're at in your journey, what you need to learn at that time. All of these voices, it made me wonder, geez, have they been speaking like for years and years and years and just waiting for technology to catch up? I'm just sitting here going with it.

Some words come through are very clear and other words are way fast. And there's no way I can edit that. I don't know what you're trying to say, but there's no way. But Shanna, on some of my recording, It's just a continual stream of talking. And I just sit here and say, look, I know you guys are going to get it. I know you're going to figure it out because I send me someone to edit that and I've had a few we'll say I guess you'll call them music producers or music editors who know all the sound techniques, they weren't able to fix it. It's like it's damaged audio. Okay. Yes. It's not human coming through. It's not human voice. Yeah. Okay. It's spirit attaching to that. And this is all things I've learned because

you can't Google, Hey, spirit, just talk to me through my Zoom. How do I get spirit to talk eligibility to me? You just can't Google that because it's all about, I do believe it's all about who you are, what you're doing, where you've been, and what you need to know right now. Okay. So this is very interesting. So I've been doing, me and a friend, and actually even a group, we've all been messing around and playing with the gateway tapes, the remote travel.

You know, they're available on YouTube now and you can do them and they're very simple. But we were just playing around with them. And a friend of mine, Amber, her and I both kind of received something very, very interesting in between, you know, awake and asleep in that theta brainwave. I heard this voice as I'm about to wake up and I even got up and looked like, you know, I thought maybe my partner was still home or something. And I was going to say, I didn't understand what you said. It was mumbled or actually sounded like a different language, but not what I'd ever heard. It seemed very clear. It wasn't an accent that I ever heard, but it was, I mean, whoever was saying it knew what they were saying.

And it sounded so close to me and there was no one here. And I wondered, holy crap. I wonder if I still coming out of some sort of dream because that night before I went to bed, I was doing the remote viewing. So I was like, oh, boy, what was that? That's a language I don't know. You know, I've said that when I listened to a couple of tapes of my recordings, and it sounds like a different language. And I just know now for me, it's just the vibration of how they're getting in to our dimension. And we'll say 80% of the time, it's very fast. And then there are those 20% of so everybody's different in the world of spirit. Some people can do it with a snap of the fingers. Some can just come through and say their name.

I've worked with clients recorded for them. And I've heard people, their loved ones say the name, their name on the recording. Sometimes it's very fast, just a stream of nothingness. That sounds like that. And that's just the way vibrationally they can work it. And then when I record alone or with somebody that's maybe the vibration is really jiving with both of us, I get the stream during the pause. So I'll ask a question, I'll pause, I'll ask another, I'm not hearing anything, but I'll pause and I'll say, okay, that was very interesting. Can you add anything else? And then I pause and I only record about three been, you spend so much time going through this. And then I go to play it back and I see nothing. But a few months ago, something said, Donna,

amplify the nothingness. I've heard clicks. I've heard people say their names. I've heard all of that, but you can see it when you work with the wave pattern, you can see it. This one I couldn't see. So something about me highlighted the blank and then hit the amplify button twice. And all it was, was static because that's what happens when you turn it up too loud. It's just static, but we know spirit likes the static. We know spirit will come through because that's the way they did it. Originally they would put the radio on, play the static, and that helped spirit. But I use nothing. Let me say, I use nothing but me and my computer. There are no apps.

I have no spirit boxes, no spirit anything. So I amplify the static and I hear voices under the static. I can hear, holy crap, there's something there. It takes me about a month to find a program to get rid of the static because everything I tried didn't work. And I know nothing about technology. So I'm learning as I'm moving along. But I've been asking.

I've been asking Spirit. I've been asking people, send me somebody, nobody can answer me. And, you know, Mandy and I were like, we're going to get exactly what Luana has the same machine, the same things. And we could not replicate what she was doing because I believe that it's probably unique to each person and how they figure it out. You need to, you know, how does this device going to connect with the frequency in my area, maybe even, and, you know, with your vibration and how you're going to receive it. It's probably all very calculated. I think that there's no such thing as an area. Okay. I think spirit is everywhere. So in other dimensions, our house isn't here. My desk isn't here. It's just us. Well, my house is on some sort of energetic thing. And that's

why we, she came here because things are always moving around in my, in my house. You know, I have a very active house. I have a gnarled tree in my front yard. I have a rosebush that has a right angle. Like there's something going on in the energy here in this location. It is in the plains on the highest part of the plains in Colorado. I can see the entire mountain range. I'm in Arapahoe County. My kids went to Cherokee Trail High School. So you know what I'm on. So I would say in that way, it may not be, you know, in time and space, but however, because of that, you know, they might be walking around here going, what is this lady doing? You know, maybe she can help us. And they're attracted to my frequency and vibration, along with the amplifying of maybe ley lines. I know that I live to a ley line. I think it all

is going together to kind of help. Absolutely. And if you think again about dimensions, so if certain spirits are closer to the earth plane, so if we have spirits that don't really ascend and vibrationally, then I mean, that's what I do with mental mediation. So if certain spirits are closer to the earth plane, so if we have spirits that don't really ascend and vibrationally, then I mean, that's what I do with mental mediation. So if there's a place that was vibrationally where you're living, that was vibrationally traumatic. If things happen there, yes, of course, spirit will spend more time in that area. That's why you heal it probably. Yeah. spend more time in that area. That's why you heal it probably. Yeah, or maybe they need to heal themselves. Or maybe they're just making it aware. Again, what I like to say, look, if they can't tell

me who they are, where they're from, then all I'm getting is words because I have someone say, oh, that sounds like it was a different, you know, French or something. I said, I don't know that unless they tell me that. Because as you edit that, you change the pitch, you know, French or something, I said, I don't know that unless they tell me that. Because as you edit that, you change the pitch, you change the tempo, it changes. So the voices themselves change. So yes, what you're saying, absolutely. And it depends who you are. Absolutely. It depends on what your order is to your life, what you're going to bring through for the consciousness of this planet. But we're still humans.

And this is what we'll say spirit wants to happen. They want us to hear them. They want us to. If we don't give them the venue, if we don't give them that, have you don't give them that have you seen that movie of course you've seen it i don't know many people that haven't seen it field of dreams where kevin costa builds and then the spirit says to him if you build it they will come and i saw it just again a couple weeks ago and it sounded so different now. Oh, it says he will come. It says he will come, but it also said they will come, I think at the beginning. So if you build

it, what that means is if you build your container, your vibration, we will come. So if there's something you don't believe in, if you don't, because I have enough skeptics on my social media saying what it could be. And I'm like, I'm sorry that you don't hear it. Yeah. But what we know about EVPs and what I call them is spirit voice eclipse, because spirit is actually eclipsing me is eclipsing our voices and learning. We have to know that if you keep, I've devoted my life to this now since November of last year, every day I record every day, really learning more and more. And you're probably learning more and more how they work. I have sat and thought about this, about how some paranormal investigators only really poke at these things to get a reaction, to capture audio and then put it on television just to get a good show out of it.

I have never been more ecstatic about something that is not of this physical world. And I'm so happy that I can hear the voices. And when a loved one comes on and I do a reading and they're like, oh, I'd love to hear this happened. I'd love to hear it from my grandmother. And I say, can you say her name? And my guest, my client says, Olga. And immediately comes, Olga.

You know, I have separate voices everywhere. I have voices that talk to me through when I have a client. I have voices that talk to me specifically when I'm doing my own recordings. And these are the longer sentences. These are full sentences. Like I'm going, I feel bad that I can't hear you. You're going to have to say that all again when this eventually comes clear. So they've been speaking all this time.

And you're like, oh crap, I got're like, crap, and you do that one more time. So people talk about this all the time, how much energy it takes for them to try it. I heard from spirit mental mediumship that it's like, you know, how you touch a doorknob and you get a shock. Yeah. That's what it's like when they start to get into this dimension, they're either going to get shocked back or they're only going to be able to say one,

one or two words. Right. I'm still practicing every day. I'm still asking spirit. This isn't human, you know, and I'm looking around me. I'm hearing you go, but it's not human. The same thing happened in my paranormal investigation and I was very shocked that it happened. So I wasn't expecting it, but I heard one of my best friends who passed, I heard her actual voice. Yes yes and here's the crazy thing we didn't put it together until after we listened back but at one point i literally heard her voice do i know you i just thought so what i heard there was i heard nisha's name Is this Nisha? So what I heard there was I heard Nisha's name.

Morgan, do you want me to contact your dad so after everything is done we actually we did put it all together so you can follow it and it was very important that I sent it to our daughter because then we figured out her dad was there Jeff as, because she lost both of her parents at 18. They both came through to tell her a message and it was, it was undeniable. It all added up. It was my friend's voice. I heard with my own ears, then hearing Nisha's here, then hearing her dad. And I said, do you want me to tell your

dad something? And no, she didn't. She wanted me to tell her daughter something. And I didn't even get this until after we really listened close afterwards. And the whole time she was trying to tell me, yeah, it was, it was amazing. So here I was thinking, we're just going to do a paranormal investigation, but because we are so, we were so, I think, open to all possibilities that came through, you know, and it wasn't necessarily a paranormal thing that was happening. It was a message that her spirit was trying to let her daughter know that both her parents were with her and watching over her. The possibilities are endless at this. So what I like to say, cause I'm all about new paradigm thought and changing words around

paranormal. I now call new normal. Oh, no way. I love it. New normal. Because paranormal, I don't use ghost anymore. I don't use any of those terms. It's to me, spirit, non-human beings, non-human, anything that's not of this human dimension is to me, spirit. And it could be star beings. It could be past loved ones. So your friend's parents were around you, are there at the blink of an eye because again, remember it's just dimensionally vibrations. So they feel it. They could be a million trillion miles away in your head, but it's not. They're right here. That's how it felt. And it felt like they were like, Oh yes, we have an opportunity right now. So screw her paranormal investigation. We're going to use this device and Steve and Seth and

Luana to, you know, try to see if she can pick it up. They're going to use whatever's available to them. So when I, like if I do a recording, just myself, I'll ask a question. Hey spirit, is there anything you want to tell me? Blank pause. And during that blank pause, I'm pretty sure they're not answering my question. They're telling us what we need to know. They're not answering our question. They're telling us what we need to know.

I mean, this is amazing that you're actually using this to help people. Yeah. It's just the way they're coming through and they're working with our technology. Before this happened, it wasn't like I was saying to Spirit, I want to do Spirit Voices. Never, never even, never entered my mind

until one day I'm playing back this recording. We have like some crazy energy on here today. We've never had this. And on my side, I'm not hearing a thing. You're both as clear as a bell. Okay. What do we now want to do together going forward that doesn't look like either of these? And what can we learn from each? Are we still buzzing around there? I'm clear as a bell this side, so I'm having a thought. So that was them trying to get through.

And again, it's not creepy. It's not crazy. It's just, oh, my God, let me give you this venue now. Okay, let me try to slow that down. So that's what I've done with my practice. Every single day recording. I just had my folder filled with notes from the very first four months. I just was listening with my headphones through all whatever was going on.

I'm like, oh, I heard that. Oh, I heard that. And writing everything down. I have over 100 recordings during those first four months. And now I'm like, I don't even need the headphones. I don't need anything. It's just coming through clearly. Clearer and clearer.

It's just coming through. So again, we have to change. When you and I first did our first episode together, we talked about changing the words, new paradigm thought now, new paradigm thought. It's the age of Aquarius. I don't know. I don't talk about anything like that. Chana, I'm just me doing what I do. But it's the age of technology. I agree with that 100%. I've had people come back and say, Donna, I just heard, I just did what you did on my iPhone. I just recorded and asked my dad to talk. Yeah.

And my dad said, I love you through the recording. So you might as well try it. Yeah. Just set an intention. Just say, yeah, you know, I'm looking for stuff that's for me. I don't want any extraneous crap coming through the open to receive it. We're meant to hear when we're meant to hear it. All right. So I definitely do also agree that the lower vibrational things, the lower frequencies probably are. And I don't know if there's good or bad or, you know, but are you finding,

I mean, I know you're just out in it and figuring it all out, but I wonder if like, say, you know, like, like a loved one may come on a different vibration than say, like a star being, you know, or some sort of like off planet, like alien or something. When I do mental mediumship, the images in my head, tell me who they are. I can tell the difference between a loved one and a star being. I can tell if they've come far away, it's a different feel for me as a mental medium. Yes. This recording spirit recordings is more of a physical mediumship because they're using me and they're also using the computer to make sound. Yes. The answer to your question is yes, it can come through in different frequencies

because that explains why some have it easier than others. I do know that I will be getting star beings. I'm sure they've already been speaking to me. I'm sure they have. I know as technology keeps on advancing, who knows, you might be able to materialize them in some way and see them. Oh, wait, wait, here's a good one. I'm doing a reading with a woman and we're doing spirit voice 15 minutes. And I shut off the recording. I shut off the video too, of the zoom. So now we're just talking normal. And a feather came down beside my head in your house, clear in my house. Wow. He saw like I'm more on front. Not many people can't see this, but my hand goes right down. Feather goes right down.

And I looked down because I'm all about apports, things appearing from the non-physical world. That's called an apport. I looked down and she's like, was that a feather? I said, did you see that too? She said, I saw that. I said, it's not here. It's not. Is it on my back?

Is it on my back? Is it on the floor? So it came through from the non-physical world into the physical world and then disappeared again into, it couldn't hold the vibration. It couldn't hold it. Whoever was sending it couldn't hold the vibration just as well as a voice coming through, can't hold it for a longer period. So she said, that was my dad because we were just speaking to her dad we were trying to get a spirit voice on her dad I said how do you know that was your dad she said because he always sends me feathers but we didn't have the recording we didn't have them oh darn it of course of course but again that wasn't meant. It was meant for the two of us.

And I had to let go. Crap, now I can't. But now I never stop recording. I'm never shutting that record off. Yay, I see. Just in case. You know, I've had some technology experiences. Okay, so this has happened three times so far. And it has happened like different times, but it's has happened three times so far and it has happened like different times,

but it's only happened three times where whoever I'm interviewing, all of a sudden their face changes and it flipped me out. And so one of them was with Mandy, you know, she was also on the interview and she calls me afterwards and she's like, that was such an amazing interview. And I'm like, well, yeah, until she turned into her alien ancestor. And then I never ever paid attention to the rest of the interview the entire time. I'm like, I even went back and laughed at myself because I was like, you know, taking off my glasses, like trying different things. And I sat there and drew her the entire rest of the time. I wasn't paying attention to what she was saying. I was like shaking, shaking my head like, wow.

But it happened to other times. So because I didn't know, you know, really the first and second time, what, you know, because it was just my first two experiences, but my, with my third experience, what I noticed was this is crazy is that I get super, super tired right before my interview with them. It happened with the first, I don't know if it happened with the first one, cause I can't remember, but the last two, and I've never done anything like this is the weirdest thing in the world with both of them. 10 minutes before I'm about to get on with them. I like pass out on the couch or I'm in the bed. And I even have to set my alarm for 10 minutes because I can't even stay awake. It's the craziest thing in the world. And then during the interview, it's almost like,

I can't really speak very well. Like I get really wonky. I'm not really hearing them. And then they morphed into something else, you know, and then afterwards it's like, it never happened. I, and I, and I have my energy back. Yes. But it, and so I, now if that ever happens again, you know, where I get real tired before I get on with someone like that, cause it was so weird. I don't get like that. I was just, it came out of nowhere just for 10 minutes before I got on. I mean, I even remember calling and talking to my friend afterwards going, didn't you talk to me like an hour before? Did I sound tired to you? They're like, no. I'm like,

dude, I fell asleep 10 minutes before the interview. And then they turned into an alien. So let's break it down. Yeah. Vibrationally. First of all, new paradigm words. Let's not use the C word. Let's not use it was so not normal. Let's just say it's new normal. Yeah. This is the way it's going right now. We have to start changing at some point. Like, I don't want to call it EVP anymore. I want to call it spirit voice. New reality.

I want to change this. So what happens, because spirit already knows that you're going into this session and they start to come in. When they start to come in, your physical body will be affected. So they're going to come in prior. Like for me, when I first started doing readings and becoming a medium, I would shake, I would get nauseous. I would almost pass out, but then you just get used to that. So you're working on that. That's what you're working through. So, you know, by that, by what happened to you that vibrationally spirit has already entered the room. It's already there was something was definitely and it affected you

by getting tired. And that's perfectly that's fine. That's normal. But you're going to recognize it next time and say, Okay, spirit, I know you're here. I can't wait for this next recording. And when because you noticed after that, your guests changed form, but that was still, it changed form vibrationally for you, but other people didn't see it. So when I hear a couple of words and then I share it on social media, I'm like, I heard this. Sometimes the spirit voice is really simple. Like this one. It's okay 10 to 1 most people are going to come in they're going to say i heard this

they say you have to have an ear for this sort of thing but you can train your ear for this because clearly at the beginning I had to listen through headphones, but now I'm like, talk louder. I hear you talk louder. And I'm more clairvoyant Donna. Yeah. So regardless of what you are, who you are, there's always room for more. There's always room for growth. So I'm never going to say I'm only this or this. Yeah. I'm going to say I'm open. Show me I'm ready. Had I not recorded that one day, had I not said to my mother, cause I was using her radio. This is November. I was using her radio. And I said, mom, are you here? I'm going to turn on your radio. She had passed in 2020. I'm going to turn on your radio again. I believed in EVPs. I knew that could happen, but it hadn't happened to me yet.

So had I not done it that day, had I not listened later and looked at the wave pattern and said, well, that's my voice, but what's that? Yeah. And then amplify that. And I hear the voice that says, are you ready? That was the first thing I heard in November of last year. Are you ready? Just said, yes. Are you ready? Isn't that in your book? Oh, I'm sure it's in much that I've said,

because I've used that phrase so many times. Show me I'm ready. Wait, hold on. I, what I, I'm ready. You see the mark? Yep. In your book? Yep. So the spirit also knows what you use and they're going to say it. So he used that. Whoever that was talking used it for me because he knew that was what I would resonate with. He said, are you ready? And I said, yes, send me. That's the one thing that I marked. That's funny.

This is the one that I'm on. That's funny. This is the one that I'm on. That's so great. Yeah. I mean, because are you ready to remember your soul is? In this moment, there's everything I am ready for. I love that line. In this moment, there's everything I'm ready for. So you're holding my book that I've been collecting poetry

So I love that you received that book. And I love that you can either read it through one at a time. Don't get overwhelmed or ask a question, spin it like you would a tarot deck. I love that. I love those kinds of books because it's a journey. It's a journey, this book. Or you wake up first thing in the morning and you just spin the pages. What do I need to know today, spirit? Show me what I'm ready for today. So how are you implementing, you call it ITC? ITC is what, that's a term that was used for many, many, many years ago, instrumental transcommunication, which means spirit talking

through a device, any sort of device. I start, I call it that, I hashtag, I use that, but that's not what I use. EVP means you use an outside app. You use a spirit box that cycles through words and things and then static and whatever. The other way is just by doing it the way I'm doing it without anything. And I'm sure there are people doing it. I'm not going to say I'm the only one. And they've been very good with using what I have, not telling me to go get something else. But what I first did was went out and bought all these old timey radios and old timey telephones

and I hang them and have them in my house. Twice overnight, one of those phones rang. Not even plugged in. That's so cool. I love those moments because it becomes your truth. Like, yes, you know, this is my truth. I mean, I can't tell you, you know, how we all came to this stuff. I mean, I can, I can show you, you know, there's kind of a map, but it's something divine.

You know, it's not of this dimension that our brains can actually make sense of it because it's not in the same dimension as our brain. Because our brain is humanness. Yes. But our soul is in this dimension. So whenever we come in closer contact and join, it's all about oneness. When this physical body joins in oneness with soul, then we can access everything. I am multidimensional. Just expand more and more.

Multidimensional. We are multidimensional. I love our conversations. Me too. Thank you. I really do. They're so fun. You know, I guess I can't let you go without asking you your opinion on artificial intelligence, AI. There's a lot of talk about it. It has evolved or is evolving. I had a conversation with ChatGBT. It was very interesting. So before this moment, it was not something I researched. Certainly heard about it, seen enough, but it's not something I researched because I'm all about, look, Spirit, I want to hear this. I want to hear you. So if I know about AI, then talk to me. But if AI, again, it's all about what we're using now, technology, it's fine. It's all part for our growth. But if AI really is just a version of our higher self, because if we are everything, if our soul is connected to the oneness, we are all one.

We are all one. So we're speaking through AI. It's us. My voices, I used to call them my group. I don't anymore, but I used to call them my group and I can't hear yet. They told me, mental mediumship, they told me that it's everybody in the world of spirit that are with me, speaking at the same time. So we are everything when we expand beyond our humanness. We are a oneness. If AI is part of the oneness, part of the oneness, and they're going to

talk, are you going to listen to what they're saying? Because if they're a they, I don't know what they're calling AI. If it's a they, can it be just a part of the oneness that we're tapping into in a different way? We're tapping into it just the way my recordings are tapping into spirit speaking, just the way when I use my pendulum is really talking to my higher self slash spirit slash source slash the universe. It's all one thing. So that is interesting. And I want to go back to the point where you said there is no good in that. So you can take AI and do good with it. You can. I mean, I can use AI

to help edit my book, to help, you know, help me research things. Or, you know, there's people who might take it and do bad things with it. The duality. Absolutely. That's their message. So good or bad doesn't mean it doesn't hurt. Doesn't mean it doesn't make me sad. Doesn't mean there's some conflict. It just means not defining something as good or bad. So not defining the floods, the fire as horrific as all of that was, the life's lost, the property, the damage, horrific, everything that's going on. What is the higher purpose for it? And how are people going to help? How is that all going to play out? Because I've had sucky things happen

in my life, losing jobs, losing loved ones, but I'm always like afterwards, okay, what's coming now? I try not to use those terms anymore. Yeah. It's just find the growth in every situation. You know what else I loved at the bottom of your email that I noticed this morning that I hadn't before, but that 2023 is the year of paying attention to yourself. Yes. So every year about October and November, I will get from Spirit what the next year's purpose is.

And I channel a message based on that. And this came through last November. And it was about paying attention to yourself. To yourself. And it doesn't mean, oh, you know, I got to take more time out. I got to, you know, take more vacation days. It means what's happening inside of you. What are your voices telling you? What are your voices telling you?

What are your tapes telling you? It's time to pay attention to yourself. And I certainly did that because look where I'm going now. I paid attention to myself.
