Sense of soul.
Hey soul seekers, it's Shana.
Journey with me to discover how people around the world awaken to their true sense of soul.
Now go grab your coffee and open your mind, heart, and soul.
It's time to awaken.
Hey guys, so sorry.
I have not been able to put out.
episodes. I've had a family crisis going on, but things are getting better. And just like the
seasons change, it's all transformation and pain turns into purpose. And I know for myself,
my challenges have been my greatest teachers. And today on Sense of Soul, I have Evan Gage,
and he's a transformational life coach, a healing guide who specializes in integrated health
and connectivity. He focuses on transforming lives by transforming
ourselves through a focus on the total being mind, body, and soul. What a great episode to help
remember that if we change, then everything around us changes to. So please welcome Evan Gage.
So are you like a nomad? You're like all over the place. Yeah. So I've always enjoyed traveling
in my life. It's been something that I've really enjoyed and got a lot out of life and done a lot of
learning through about myself, about the world. But ultimately, I'm on a pilgrimage now. So the first
part was Peru. I was called there for years and really was going to do this next year,
like January, February, making it a little more financially comfortable. And I was called to
go there much sooner. So about October, the end of October, early November. And yeah, it was
incredible. Great time. Beautiful place. I've never been. I bet it sounds amazing. I'm like one of
those rooted trees. I love that. Where are you located? I'm in Colorado. Okay, very nice. I love
Colorado. I'm trying to make it out there at some point. I missed slopes. I love snowboarding,
and it's been a while. Yeah, I'm originally from New Orleans. Are you originally from Florida?
Yeah, I was born in Richmond, Virginia, and then I moved when I was in an infant, a couple months old, to
Florida and have lived most of my life here. Yeah, I love it very much. So you understand the hurricanes
and all that good stuff.
Yeah, it was been an interesting, probably the last two years with the hurricanes,
but we learn a lot about ourselves during those times,
and the community here is very, very strong, comes together in those times.
It's actually pretty beautiful to see, you know.
The destruction is tough to watch, but the rebuild is always beautiful to watch.
Oh, we need to hear that message right now, don't we?
Yes, absolutely.
A lot of that going to be happening as we're watching currently,
but in the next few years, I do feel that, you know, things collapsing and dismantling for a better term and coming back together in a beautiful way, for sure.
I'm trying to fill into that myself. It's sometimes hard when you're faced with, when you're in the chaos. It's very hard.
You know, I always like to start with just asking my guests, like, you know, what is the catalyst or, you know, how did they get to where they are? Was there any big moment or were you born this way?
Oh, another great question indeed. For me, I've always been very spiritual. I grew up in a church
and I was serving in the church with youth group and we would hand out pamphilis and stuff
with my father in the morning for church and always very connected with Jesus and Yeshua and had
an experience in church. You could call it mystical when I was, I don't know, maybe like 12 or 13
in youth group, worshiping and singing and really this Holy Spirit came over me. And,
was something that held on to most of my life, especially when things got tough.
I'm at high school for me, dealt with a lot with family things.
My dad was traveling a lot.
My mom was an alcoholic at that time, dealing with her, going through her own battle.
My little brother was at boarding school, so I spent a lot of time alone, getting in trouble,
these sorts of things, and trying to find myself one to four different high schools,
got expelled twice, got arrested with drugs, these sorts of things, and then was able to get
to college because I had good grades and was always a good student, but saying struggled with partying
and these sorts of things in college and drugs and sex and what young people go through,
you know, these sorts of learning experiences. Eventually got my stuff together and graduated college
with a dream job, got working bed to buy something my dad's done for a very long time and was traveling,
making a lot of money at a very young age. In my early 20s, basically had the world, you know,
in my hands, but was just in a very dark place. It was always sad and sacrificed my physical
mental health for that journey to support this job, which was great. It was a learning experience.
I was working at hospitals with doctors and making a difference in patients' lives,
but my own life was suffering and I was still dealing with a lot of the darkness from the trauma
and things I went through in high school. And long story short, my mother passed away. She
dealt with a lot of her own journeys, and she was very service to others, human being,
very, very devoted to other people in life, but ultimately not enough to herself and lost
her own battle with mental health in 2018. And when she took her own life, I was in a position
of thinking about doing it for my own self at that time. And it was basically my dark night
of the soul, my big wake-up call that I needed to figure it out for my own life. So it was
physical mental health and nutrition, getting in good shape. My mental health came back around
and then reading and meditation. I found plant medicines, specifically psilocybin mushrooms and
microdosing through the work of Paul Stanits. And Michael Poland, his book, was one of the first
ones I stumbled across and began changing my life through better habits, health, physical, mental
health, you know, working with plant medicines, meditation, mindfulness, these sorts of things.
And, you know, as I was finding these practices and getting into better health, I was having
spiritual awakenings and really connecting with my own beingness and all that is in source and
really finding that connection with God I had when I was really, really young. And then now
reading books and philosophies and religions to put words and to articulate all these things
I've been feeling. So it's been quite a journey over the last few years, and quite an awakening
of the past two or three years specifically. A lot has changed, big evolution.
Wow, I've really, your story, thank you for sharing that. I can feel that authenticity
and that vulnerability in that. And I could also connect that. You know, I grew up Catholic, so mine
was a little bit more formal. But there was a point where my aunt had gotten kicked out of the
church because she got divorced, which is insane to me. But I remember when I go to visit her,
because we were in Colorado, I'd go back to New Orleans every summer. She was in one of these
churches, like a fellowship church, where they dance and sing, they got a good band, and everyone's
like throwing their hands up, and everyone's laying hands on everybody. I mean, and this was
totally different than Catholic Church. I mean, you could easily fall asleep in Catholic Church.
It was fun. And I always felt like it met my personality more and I was interested. So I remember
coming back to Colorado kind of wanting to experience that. So I would ask my parents to like
drop me off at these fellowship churches because I kind of was like seeking that connection to that
Holy Spirit that you mentioned, that feeling. And so it's interesting, you know, whether you
experience it in a church or through meditation or on plant medicine or however it's like
your body like reacts to it absolutely we feel it we experience it you know bodily mentally
mentally energetically spiritually it's that that universal force that runs through all dimensions
and all facets you know it's it's source as god yeah there's all sorts of ways we can
I love to say, like, a devoted soul or an advanced soul will always find God through
whatever religion or practice that they, that they choose. A lot of different paths to the same
destination per se. Yeah. Well, I could tell you this much. I'm not sure if I would have ever
felt it sitting in the pews at St. Michael's. Not that I don't appreciate their ceremonies
and some of the tradition. I mean, even just the smell of a, you know, Catholic church is like
there's something about it. Well, it's Franklin.
sense, actually. This is what it's about.
It was a reason I've only been to one Catholic Mass in my life. Only one time I've
experienced that. That's a reason. Exactly. But, you know, I went through similar
in my 30s where not an alcoholic, however, I've been in Alonon because I've been around
alcoholic. So I know the big book and all that good stuff, but I have always been that
person. I'm on the other end. So I'm the codependent. And I was always giving
more than I ever gave myself.
And in doing so, I was medicated and all these things.
But my point is, is that I wasn't in my body anymore.
And so I think that Trinity, that mind, body, spirit, or actually someone said I should
change those around because it should be spirit first.
When you're not in your body, you know, you have a hard time experiencing that Holy Spirit.
Yeah, 100%.
It's our instrument.
It's like our, I see the body now so much as like technology.
Like it truly is like an anchor for experience in this world.
You know, so much of spirituality and I really get down with like Tibetan Buddhism, Zen Buddhism,
these sorts of things.
But I don't hold any like philosophy or religion per se because I think mostly it's universal.
I definitely agree with that, you know, it's very deep.
But the body is basically just something we use to experience.
and to live, and we've all chosen here to be human, and it's not about necessarily transcending
the human experience, but to purify it and to bring the spirituality into it. We're all looking
to ascend eventually, you know, everything ascends eventually, but so much of spirituality is,
you know, getting rid of the ego, getting back to spirit, leaving this plane, leaving this earth,
but there's a reason why we're all here, I think, is really just to become the perfect
human to as much as we can get to that to bring source here to become descended masters in our
own ways and unique expressions and that's been something that's been really hitting home with me
as of recently because we all go through that phase where we're just getting rid of the ego and
dissolving as much as we can but you know like like well yeshoata i think it is a lot about
bringing it into our human form you know as much as we can right is my body that was
a big part of his, of his message.
And, you know, recently, over the past few weeks, I've had a lot of stress.
And I'm just such an empath.
And sometimes I forget that I don't have to carry everybody else's stuff.
But, you know, something I always am working on.
But I was experiencing, like, this nausea.
And really, just over the past few days, I connected that with worry.
Of course, it goes real out for me.
You know, it's everyone around me and my.
in my immediate life and then like my state and my country and then we're going to go all the way
to the stars and you know especially in the sun and the solar players and all of it was just it's just
worry and when I'm able to breathe into that worry and just give it awareness and understanding
of what it is I can let it go that's super beautiful yeah I think there's a lot changing right now
a lot of heightened energies, you know, like you mentioned, the solar flares and the geometric
storm. There's a lot happening in our physical and the energetic stratosphere, whatever we want
to call it, Zygite. And our bodies are changing. You know, we're evolving. Our DNA is literally
changing our energy fields, our light bodies, our physical bodies. And I think a lot of this is
purge. You know, it's interesting how you can pinpoint exactly what it is as worry in your body
because I think it is a purge.
It's us getting rid of these things that are a part of our human experience,
but we're transcending that within our bodies currently.
And, yeah, there's going to be a lot of purging happening in these next few years right now.
I've been feeling that as well.
Having to spend a lot of time outside, grounding, meditating.
It's just a lot of intense, powerful energies coming through us right now, I believe.
So that's amazing you're able to sort of pinpoint it.
Well, it didn't happen overnight.
I could tell you that I was right.
What is up with my stomach?
It would stay deep.
And I'm trying to track my food, track, you know, when I'm drinking in the morning, you know, how, you know, in the order.
I was trying so hard to track it.
And really, it wasn't until I sat with it, you know, where I talked to my body and just kind of stopped using my mind to try to figure it out.
Because, you know, we think we know.
You just said it listening to the body and sitting with it, sitting in stillness, meditation.
This is going to be so important for all of us in these next couple of years.
And this is not new for people like who have a practice, you know, like probably like us
and many people who listen to this podcast.
But for a lot of people, it's going to be the most important thing is connecting, grounding,
time and solitude and stillness and being aware and paying attention to these changes,
what's happening because it can it's going to be a lot for people who aren't paying attention
whereas these things are forcing us to pay attention to go within it's going to be very
interesting for a lot of the world and that's what we're here for is to shine a light and
remind people to go back within to be those gods per se so funny it's like as much as i i think
i would even suggest or tell somebody to go sit with their body like in life it's sometimes
you forget even though you know you know you're not practicing
your own practice and you know you're like oh you just come home to yourself and you're like
i remember that's what it is yeah everything we need is within us and that's a big part of this
age of Aquarius this age of self-realization you know it's it's self-realization it's realizing
ourselves and we don't need books or new ways to do things that we learn from other people it's
really the more we can go within and spend time just with our eyes
closed. It could be meditation. It could be anything. But for me, it's meditation. This is where
everything's revealed. This is where we open those channels and we're able to allow these changes to
happen, be aware of what's happening, you know, get that internal guidance. I was listening to
one of your shorts that you had. And it's funny because I figured this out a while ago. And I thought
it was just, you know, so important for people to know that, I mean, you could have all the education
in the world and be like the dumbest person ever lived.
There is a huge difference between knowledge and wisdom.
And over the past few years, like in the study that I've been in, there were so many
opinions.
They wanted to tell me what it meant, what I was reading, what I was experiencing.
And I really had to shut the world out because I wanted to have it reveal itself to me.
And then it could be mine.
It was a beautiful experience, but I was quite isolated during that time.
You know, I, like I used to call on, you know, angels and guides and all that.
None of that anymore.
It was really truly as if I was just me and my higher self on this journey.
It was like for two years.
It was very interesting.
And then coming out of it, like talking to people who had opinions and we saw all of these connections, you know, and
And it just, I don't know, it was really beautiful, but I've never done that before.
I was always like, oh, this book is, you know, he has all the answers.
And so I'm going to believe this, you know.
But I think coming out of religion, I didn't want to put myself back into a box where everyone told me what to believe.
Yeah, we're 100%.
I think we all go through that part of our journey where we're trying to figure out things and it requires a lot of reading books.
And we probably connect a little more with certain information over other information, maybe based on our past lives, maybe based on just what we're interested in this lifetime. But yeah, I think what's changed right now, it's changing a lot now in the next couple of years, maybe the past year, especially is we're learning that once we get enough information, there's no more information that we need. Ultimately, we are connected to the source of all information and all wisdom.
And when we go inside or when we do our spiritual practice and when we're following our passions and joy, for me in life, it's really following joy, is when we can embody these frequencies.
Because, I mean, source, God, our soul, chose to come here and be us, the unique expression that we are.
And the more we get attached to these things outside of us, knowledge, practices, books, and they may not be serving us.
You know, they may just be, yeah, exactly.
And we can get attached to those things just like anything in life.
And we have this knowledge and information within us.
And, you know, I'm going to say go within quite a bit.
Yeah.
Saying a lot nowadays.
But it truly is the most important practice that we can do
because our path, our practice, whatever it looks like for our own evolution is ours.
It's unique and individual and very important.
It's just so interesting how it's hard to rewire your brain to you know I was thinking about this the other day every system has tried to pull us away from that it's a battle on the outside but in the inside it's ease yeah I love that yeah there's my mentor he talks about the battlegrounds and the holy grounds and I avoid
seen that as he there's a lot of ways to interpret it but the battlegrounds being life you know this
this human existence we've created to this point the things we have to do our family our friends
our responsibilities you know that's the battleground that's where the like the work is getting
done outside of us where we're sacrificing potentially being injured you know where we're exposed
but the holy grounds is where we you know fill our own cup is our spiritual practice is that time
to go within where we can heal and transcend our shadows and parts of us that have been holding
us back and affecting others in bad ways. And it's so important to be, you know, just very aware
in those two, which ones are which, where we spend our time. Because it's very easy to get caught
up in the world nowadays. It's super easy in this age of technology. It's going to continue to get
harder. And a lot of people are very attached to that part of the world. We're going to see a big
split between those worlds, I believe, but a lot of people feeling very called, you know,
back to religion. We're seeing this, you know, spiritual practice. So, yeah, it can definitely
relate. Sometimes you do have to worry about the outside world and how it affects you. I mean,
our food is absolutely toxic. The air, you know, you have our education systems or in every
level of every system and I used to get really mad and now I think that I've come to this place
where I feel that no matter what I have to hold space for both and if I do that it is kind of like
the light shines on that darkness and there is that polarity that I found at the beginning
it's so very hard to understand but it'll always be there yeah it's part of the universe it's part
everything, the polarity. It's in all of our souls. You know, we have the capability of
manifesting the most beautiful light and also, you know, some of the most tragic darkness in
our human form. What these energies changing and being heightened and these changes happening
in our bodies, especially as we evolve, you know, from humans to whatever's next, is we're going
to have to be very careful with our energy, what we put into our body. We're going to be a lot
more sensitive to things, I believe, but ultimately we're all different, so there's no right
way to do these things. And that's where this inner awareness comes from and mindfulness is going
to be so important. It's an exciting time in that regard. I think a lot of people are going to
figure out what they really need in life during these next couple of years and be pulled directly
to it very clearly. That's sort of what's happening to my own life. It's transformed greatly
in the past few months. It's turned into this just beautiful mission around
the planet and really just helping people and giving back. But it's all from going within
and listening to these answers. Yeah. I love that. I sense that in you that it's not about,
I can't tell you what the answer says because I only understand the answers for me. So if I
teach you to go within to find those answers, that's handing someone their power. It's not
speaking it from them. Absolutely. And that's so important.
And I think that also when I say that I was holding how I got to that space where I wanted to hold space for all the things I was angry for was that I looked at my own personal healing journey and thought, oh my God, some of the most traumatic things that I've experienced and that my body held on to, had I never held it and loved it and really brought it to the light, right?
Then I would have never even discovered it and it would have been eating me alive and affecting my life.
and consciously. So I felt like, well, if I did that for me, if I loved the darkest parts of
me, then I have to do that for humanity, for whatever chaos. Yeah, that's beautiful. Carl Young
has many quotes regarding the shadow and, you know, does a lot of work on that side of the psyche.
But yeah, ultimately, our shadows are part of us. You know, these are our traumas. These things
are not going anywhere until we love them. And I love how you said that. That's so beautiful.
just compassion is such a powerful force and so needed right now in the world. And when we're
compassionate towards ourselves and especially the parts of ourselves we may not like as much as other
parts of these shadows and dark sides, they need love and compassion. And that's why they
keep showing up in our lives because they're here to teach us a lesson. Those are our greatest
lessons. And until we spend time with those, and that's why I love meditation and plant medicine
and why it's so tough for some people
and why they're so afraid of these practices
because we confront these things head on
and we have to make choices when we confront these things
is do we let this thing continue to torment us?
Or do we love it and do we integrate it as a part of us
and have compassion for it regardless?
And this is something that we do with ourselves
and then we can do it with every other human thing
and that's the power of compassion, super strong.
When it comes down to it,
the way to save the world is to save yourself.
So true.
The truest thing ever.
Yeah.
I hope that the world is changing now that, you know,
there's more conscious parents than, you know, raising children.
I mean, I know with my kids,
I have kids from two different generations.
There's a huge difference between my older kids and my youngest.
And that was me as a parent, you know, allowing them.
I mean, to think I chose my children's religion,
my older children before they were even born.
Yeah.
And, you know, to see the difference and to let my younger one lead me instead of me leading her, it's interesting.
I've never, you know, it's just my experience as a parent has been a great teacher as well.
But I do hope for the future.
There's some amazing children being born out there now.
Yes, absolutely.
A big part of my babbles and my calling is working with kids.
I just was working at a foundation in a Rwamba in a Sacred Valley.
for a few weeks, and it's because of this, you know,
these not only to be there to be a light for these kids,
but also to learn.
Like, there are some different souls coming in nowadays,
and I can almost spot them.
It's like they just, the compassion, the understanding,
the selflessness, they're very special.
And they will be the ones, you know, they're here.
They're arriving now for this, for the new earth.
You know, this is a lot of people talk about it,
but it's part of my own understandings and downloads that I'm receiving now,
but also I was working with ayahuasca in Peru and had some very profound visions.
And I think a lot of us are feeling this, but it's coming. It's here.
You know, we're currently creating the frequency has arrived and it's been here for a bit.
And everything's changing. It's going to be interesting.
And the powers that be that don't want to change, it will continue to fight and grab hold.
but it's destiny and this will be a beautiful change for our planet and you know all these things
we're feeling and hoping will be real i believe probably in this lifetime but there's going to be
some shaking in the midst of this we can call a new earth or heaven on earth or paradise that
is coming our way but the sign that these kids are here and we're all feeling this and we're all
stepping into our own powers you know you have your platform i'm building my own platform
it's time. Yeah, it's here. It's really beautiful.
Oh, you're sure so right. Yeah, these younger kids, they're like little activist,
whether it's for the earth or for other children. I mean, I have a child on the spectrum,
you know, if it would have been 20 years prior, I mean, he right now, he's much more accepted.
And there's even like a podcast someone sent me recently. Have you heard of it? It's called
telepathy? Yeah, absolutely.
Yeah. What the heck? I mean, they're like proving that these kids who are nonverbal,
can actually, you know, and I've always said this, that they had, I call them the special souls.
I mean, they're not needy about them.
They know exactly what they're doing here on Earth.
We just don't know.
It's amazing, actually.
Yeah, that's so beautiful.
That's incredible.
I've always been fascinated by kids on the spectrum or with certain, you know, mental or disabilities
because, yeah, wherever we may not have something working for us, we got something else working over time.
But you see it, especially with these kids on the spectra, they're so sharp.
Yeah, and they have less ego, right?
I mean, my son could give a shit less.
What school you go to, what car you drive, what you wear, like, he just wants to know you.
He's less, you know, so the less ego, the more soul you are, I mean, it's so interesting.
I'm trying to get back to, like, my child's self before all this crap started in my head.
Yeah, and that's it.
Getting back to the kid, these kids, they just maintain it and embody it so deeply and just, they remind us.
You know, they teach us so much.
That's really beautiful.
That's the level that you call it special souls.
It's so true.
It is so true.
So when you're in plant medicine, you're kind of in that space too because your ego is kind of step back and just allowed your limitless soul just to be free and to experience without, well, do you have sometimes?
You said there's sometimes your shadow that will show up in those spaces, and so you can either reject it, which would make a very bad trip, or you can embrace it and be open to heal.
Yeah, absolutely.
It's one of the biggest lessons I've learned from working with plant medicines, and I've worked with a lot, and it's been about a five or six year journey for me, is that every all the lessons that come through in those ceremonies or sessions, they translate directly to life.
And the biggest one for me is surrender, and they force us to surrender.
And internal surrender, surrender to ourselves, surrender to all that we are and all it is.
And it's been a huge impact on just my waking life and my conscious life
because it's allowed me to trust the universe and trust great spirits, you know,
the plant spirits, our angels, our guides, source, all that is, our higher selves that
just to fully trust, like have zero doubt or fear or anything, anxieties about anything
happening outside of me because everything is happening how it should. And everything's
been written, you know, where basically Robert Ever Grant says the free will is the destiny
of the higher self, which I really love because I feel like we're just here living out this
experience for our higher self, for experiential learning. And when we surrender to that, the more
we become aware of it by going within, by meditating, plant medicines. Once we realize we truly
are this eternal soul that continues to evolve and learn in different dimensions, and we're super
multidimensional and all this information and knowledge of wisdom just allows me to surrender.
I just have faith in it all. Everything's source. Everything works for the good.
If I can keep my frequency in a good state and positive state of light, then everything else
will be taken care of. And so surrendering to these medicines and my higher self, protecting you,
my angels, protecting me on these journeys at different planes through the plant, you know,
medicine, ceremonies and such, has allowed me to surrender to life in just such a deep way where
the synchronicities and the opportunities, everything's happening out, it should, and everything
makes sense now, and I don't have to know everything, but I understand everything's working in
my favor. Surrender has been the big one for me. Absolutely. Good reminder. So true. So you mentioned
that, you know, whatever you've faced and surrendered to in your plant minerals,
and journeys, you've brought back into this life that's helped you in your daily life as
human. Is there any other things that kind of intertwine with your journeys? Like you mentioned also
sometimes that you have guides. I mean, I don't know, you said angels. Yes. So yeah, they don't
speak to me very openly. Like I don't hear voices. I do hear my own higher self in a voice,
but they're very, very open with communication in my sort of my waking,
life, and I see signs very clearly. For me, it's also birds. A woodpecker is a very, very
prominent guide in my physical experience. I see woodpeckers, and I could sit here and go for
three hours about the synchronicity, even in the past year of these woodpeckers. But
birds, larger birds, birds, birds of prey, hawks, eagles. I had a moment with a condor on the
mountaintop in Peru, which just flew right over my head after ceremony was absolutely incredible.
just and of course they always come with those sensations and feelings of knowing and the
connectedness which you know I was figure out exactly what those signs are but I see white feathers
quite often and quite convenient at the right times always sometimes that are just dropped from
sky in front of me and a lot of times there's this silver glitter that will appear on things it could
be a couple spots or just like a little bit so I do have these physical manifestations that remind me
that I'm being guided, which is always comes at the right timing and very grateful for my
awareness of these things. It's very beautiful. Obviously, the numbers and, you know, like that is
quite often. And then I have been, as of recently, working on, I am working, and what happened in
Peru during some of my ceremonies is I became a channel for a lot of these frequencies, but also
information and codes and I was basically being primed. My body was expanding every part of my
beingness to handle these new frequencies coming in, which is I'll be bringing to these places
I go to, but it's flowing through my work now as well. When I work with people, you know,
life coaching, health coaching, meditation. And it's been very interesting because I so have a little
bit of a cosmic connection or a lot of a cosmic connection with the Pleiades and Arturis
and have been through a reading called to connect, be a lot more cautious with that connection.
So for the first time, I have been open to that, which is something I always feel. And, you know,
I don't necessarily, I'll pray, set an intention to my angels and guides and star families.
But for the first time, I feel myself trying to consciously connect, which is new for me.
Ultimately, I like what you said at the beginning of the conversation.
A lot of what I really just do is channel source.
I really just bringing light love of the infinite creator into my being
and what I allow to flow through me.
And that's where basically the messages I perceive come from.
But I'm learning now.
I can be maybe a little more specific with where I direct my communication and what I receive.
So it's a new journey part of my practice.
It's fine, isn't it?
Yeah, it is very much so.
Like, it's been a mission.
You were following it.
You had surrendered to it.
Now you're getting instruction.
Yep.
And I'm very aware of what's coming through me in these exact locations because when I was in
Peru, I would do ceremony and hike to these, you know, sacred sites and a few different
locations I had experiences, full-on experiences at these places in ceremony.
And I was on a bit of San Pedro, Dieta, when I was there.
It's Wachuma.
It's one of the plant medicines that come from the Andes.
and felt very called to work with it intimately there.
You know, I was communing with other people,
but mostly with myself and the medicine and the mountains in nature.
And, yeah, it's been coming through a lot.
These cosmic connections that I've been aware of for a few years
are becoming, I'm receiving memories, downloads.
I'm very aware of the connectedness of these connections.
Wow.
And so what you're doing is you're trying to,
to help people going to that same space so that they can experience that for themselves,
whatever that looks like.
Absolutely.
I'm very aware I'm here to bring these energies to Earth and to share them.
It's not about me being, having the knowledge and knowing these things.
I mean, for me, I really just connect with my heart and I ground into my heart's face and things flow through me.
I don't know what to say they are or what they're doing.
And that's basically what if I stay in a state of joy in my heart space, the job is being done.
done. But it is, it's quite an honor to have these realizations. And it's just more things to
support the purpose where I'm not so pulled to the material things and things going on in the
world. You know, obviously I care, but it's, it's, I've become very focused on the purpose
in the mission. And then I'm here basically just to be with people and to, to share, you know,
this energy, whatever comes through,
just to be joyful and share joy and love,
just like we're all trying to do.
I love that community seems to be an important part of your journey.
Because as much as this as an individual journey,
you know, that's the one thing about, I think,
church and stuff that would be lost if, you know,
if religion completely went away,
is, you know, that sense of community.
For sure.
And there's a part of every journey that solitude is so important.
And I think for my first three, four years of truly studying and stepping into my spiritual path,
it was alone.
It was spent a lot of time alone in solitude, and it was very important.
But ultimately, yeah, we have more power together.
You know, our collective gifts and energies when we come together is so powerful.
And I felt the call to find a community.
So here in St. Pete, near Tampa, there's a beautiful spiritual community, which I met some soul family,
just some really special people.
And then also when I was traveling,
connecting with these people on these very similar pilgrimages
at different parts of their journey on those same frequencies.
And I'm realizing how important it really is
for us to not only activate things within ourselves
with other people and to share and spread that love,
bring the love together,
but ultimately we're also helping the Earth create
and raising the vibration of the entire planet
when we come together.
Because we're very powerful individually.
You know, some souls on this planet are very, very powerful.
You know, every soul is eternal and powerful in its own way.
But there's some here that are on a very specific mission.
And when we come together, when we're brought together is a better way to say it.
Amazing things happen.
And it's hard to explain what it is sometimes.
But I can feel it when I'm in these sites with some of these people that I've connected with recently.
It almost reminds me of like the sysigies of the Gnostic Gospels.
They're these aeons, you know, but they all have the counterparts and, you know, in different
gospels, there's, you know, different numbers of them.
But just say for like instance, one is the, there's 12 of them, which Sophia Wisdom is the 13th,
but each one of them has their own characteristics, you know, they're all archetypes.
They get together, you know, I mean, we all need all of those things.
and so it's so funny how everything always is like could be for everyone but also is really just your
individual journey. So it's so important to go inside first, really truly find that and then you
see it outside of you. Absolutely. Do you get me? Did I just say that like so complicated?
No, you just say it right on the head, I believe.
Because I know I can say I'm a visual person so I see everything and it's hard to sometimes
but words to it.
Yeah, no, it's beautiful.
Like, we truly do have our own gifts and purposes like this.
We're all like an individual code, you know,
or light, sound, frequency, whatever it is,
but we all are this individual code.
And we have power to unlock things within other people,
within places, and vice versa,
these things and people can activate us,
and it's all very specific to the situation.
And that's why it's so important for us to get together.
And we're called to go to these places where we meet new people and to answer these
callings because it's our soul telling us where we need to be.
And now we can do it like this.
We can connect via Zoom and energy transcends space in time.
So it's such a beautiful time where we, and I think it's going to be a big proponent of
this new age and new earth coming and sticking and becoming something that lasts a long
time that, you know, other golden ages, they collapse. You know, Atlantis Lamuria,
they're no longer here for whatever reasons. But I think this is the one that sticks because
of this interconnectedness and this awareness, this collective awareness that we've all
stepping into. I think also it's just that time in the cosmos. But yeah, it's very important
that we are sharing. That's why I'm called to do these podcasts. It's time to share. It's time for
us to share our stories, but also these energies. Someone's getting something out of it
somewhere. And so I always like to think about it even if it's one person.
Yeah, that's right. You know, it's funny I had a friend, Angela, who I met through
podcasting, because that's another beautiful thing. And she was like, let's do, like, a plant
ceremony. Let's do it on, like, via Zoom. Have you ever heard of anything like that? Have you ever
done that? I thought, wow, that'd be so fun, you know, because she lives out in Nevada somewhere and
I'm in Colorado.
I mean, we could get together not too far, but just for convenience.
And I just thought, wow, I never thought about it.
Yeah, it's very interesting.
Something I've been thinking about actually as of recent.
I do work with people in ceremony and with a couple of different medicines.
And it has been something that I've been thinking about.
It makes sense for sure.
You're not.
Yeah.
I've talked to a lot of people who do past life aggressions.
I do past life aggressions, you know, and they say at first,
And I definitely felt for myself at first, I don't think I could do this, you know, and it would be successful, you know, via Zoom. But I've had some of my most powerful sessions via Zoom. It's true. I mean, just in, I mean, energy has no distance or time space. So absolutely. I did my first session of something of psychic origin via Zoom a couple of days ago.
And Akashi greeting friend I met in PSAC in Peru. And yeah, it was super powerful. Like immediately, I felt the energy.
and we both dropped in and it was very one of the more powerful sessions I've had actually so it was a surprise a nice one yeah I'd say being a client as well and also um facilitator I mean there's been I mean just as powerful experiences than in person so I wonder if fat medicine will go that way or maybe you'll be the the big one that brings it out yeah that's that's duly noted I'm going to take that one to the board for sure that's beautiful
I love it. So tell me about this podcast. I'm feeling a calling to share more long, long form, really let things out, channel per se, and just let things flow.
So, yeah. Yeah, I am so, I even, God, my body just feels like social media is just not my space, like whatsoever.
So, and actually, you said something on another short that I listen to. I love your shorts. So I'm excited about your podcast to listen to you more.
You said something about how we don't like change or we don't want to come out of that comfort zone sometimes.
Like it's really hard.
You know, I've been doing the same thing for so long and it's time for me to change.
And change has always been a hard thing for me.
Definitely one of my shadows that I need to, I need to confront it and just say, you know, change is okay.
I will be safe.
I need to surrender.
But, you know, it's a hard one.
And right now there's going to be a lot of transformation.
You're a transformational life coach.
So any suggestions on how, you know, to get into a space where I can feel safe, you know, to change.
Yeah, absolutely.
I love saying this, but the only thing permanent is change, you know, change is such a part of life, such a part of the universe, such a part of nature.
The only thing permanent is change.
Yeah.
So I'm not sure where I first heard that.
I like it.
It's very beautiful. It's something that I use with a lot of my clients because it's something that I do very often to remind myself because, yeah, I mean, ultimately, you know, we've separated ourselves from nature. That's part of the problems we're dealing with with humanity in the world right now. A lot of what's happening now is getting back to nature, to our true nature. Our divine essence, but also as a part of Mother Earth, you know, that we are literally nature and with this soul living through it. It's a really beautiful.
miracle. But looking around, taking the time to slow down and spend time in nature is seeing the
changes in the harmony that exists within change. You know, everything's connected. Everything
happens for a reason. I truly believe that and for the greater good as well. But it's going to come
back to that word surrender. If we can just surrender to the fact that we are literally in nature
and that changing is just something that's always happening, the more we're not in change,
allowing change to take place, we're fighting it. We're fighting nature. And that's, we feel it as,
you know, we feel comfortable. The physical body's comfortable. Maybe the mind is comfortable,
but the soul begins to get restless. And that's, we feel that. You know, that's deep. That's something
we can't avoid. You know, we do our best to numb it and to be comfortable with everything we do
in our lives, which is okay. You know, the things that make us comfortable can make life
easier more enjoyable but yeah we can't forget that we are nature and it's our it's our destiny
to change for sure you know i am a tourist so you know i i am deeply rooted and stubborn and stand firm right
however the tree goes through all four seasons yeah yeah well yeah i'm a tourist moon so i i love it
