and love. Gregory is a scientist and leading expert on sacred geometry, along with Gail, who is an artist, business and health consultant, together founded Metaforms over 30 years ago. They create energetic tools that support people to evolve into higher awareness with source and heart consciousness. And they're with me today to share their book, Sacred Geometry, the Universal Language of Divine Alignment. I'm going to be your student today because I really want to learn more. I feel like it's something that I'm very curious about and that I don't talk about enough.

And I do see the importance. So thank you both so much for being with me. So Gail, why don't you start and just tell me from your perspective, your journey and how you ended up even knowing about sacred geometry. I mean, I grew up Catholic. The only symbolism I ever saw was the cross. There's much symbolism in so many different religions, including Christianity. The way that cathedrals have been built, the way that temples, all kinds of things,

whether it's pyramids, they are based on sacred geometry because at those higher levels of wisdom, they understood the value and they realized that by using those principles, they were able to help people move to a higher level to be opened to their spiritual senses. So you see it historically. How I entered into all of this is, I think I'll start out with first as a child. I was about three years old and I had an epiphany. It's one of these things that all of a sudden lights went off and I went, wow, I know why I'm here. I'm here to make a difference. Now in a three-year-old mind, I couldn't take it more specific than that. But it made me realize that there was an imprint there that was part of what I was carrying.

And I think many, many people have things like that. They have different experiences that help to awaken them to the potential of who they are. And so I've certainly had different awakening experiences, including a near-death experience where I saw myself going down that tunnel, pulled myself back in because at that moment, I realized I had a choice and I wasn't complete with this life. I was like around 19, 20 at that time. My earlier life was very much into exploring the arts. I love to go out in nature and just look around and see the energy, the patterns, the vibrations, the colors, and wondered about how is this universe created? I'd like to understand it more. So that really was kind of a part of my interest, my curiosity. And in the early 70s,

I came across the work of Buckminster Fuller. And he wrote a lot about geometry. He didn't call it sacred geometry. He put it out as how the universe is constructed in very specific geometric ways. I loved his philosophies. I loved his information. And he was just so expansive in how he saw universe and wanted to see it as a whole. And we want to see universe as a whole, and yet we need to see the pieces of it, how it comes together in order to understand it more. So in the mid eighties, I'd been living in Washington, DC, and then New York City. And I just went through an experience that brought me to Colorado. And when I got to Colorado, I just knew it was my place.

And one day, I realized that Buckminster Fuller had passed. And I wanted to connect with his consciousness. I had been doing channeling and wanted to reach into maintaining some relationship to get that consciousness flowing. And what happened was I asked if he'd share and in meditation, I saw him come to me and it got to the point where I was getting all this very elaborate, specific information. I went, whoa, this is way more than I can handle. Either tone it down or bring me somebody that I can work with that has a background that we can do something with this. And probably within maybe a week or two, I bumped into Gregory in a garage where he had sold a house and I was bringing paintings in from the East Coast. And he was carrying a box of these geometries with these tetrahedrons. And I said,

oh, you must know the work of Buckminster Fuller. He said, never heard of it. And I invited him to come to a channeling and start opening up to that knowledge. And that's what catalyzed our connection. And from there, things just started to happen where we knew we had work to do together. It was a spirit thing. It was definitely a soul connection. Wow. That's amazing. I love synchronicity. It's a natural way of being. I was going to ask why you had those books. It wasn't books I was carrying. It was a box of geometric forms, geometries that I was building. And I didn't know anything about sacred geometry.

You see what had happened, oh, probably about five years prior to that, is I went through a lot of Kundalini. After years of spiritual practice, and then I spent nights in a pyramid that in today's dollars would be close to a quarter million dollars to build, it set off this energy through my body. It's Kundalini is the energy moving from the earth, the physical reaching back into the higher dimensions. And so I started after a few years communicating with higher dimensional beings and getting information. And I was building what I was seeing, which were these forms and geometries. Like for those of you who are watching, it's like what was next to me right now.

And I hadn't learned it from anyone I couldn't tell you what one platonic solid was or from another I just was working with these geometries and in college I had actually studied the sciences so when I was carrying this box around and handing these to people people started feeling energy and that to me was really strange because I went really what about this one and so it was at that point that Gail and I came together, realized we had work to do, and we both started tuning in more and building these tools. And that's what we've been doing for almost 40 years now. Many of the things along my journey have been like that.

Here I am doing something, I have no clue why I'm doing it. And then I lean into the synchronicities and whether it's a person I meet or a dream, the answers start to reveal themselves. It's based on the fact that everything is energy. It's all vibration. You know, there's energy that comes in to be able to have a pathway into this physical dimension. And so it needs structure and rhythm and cycle and that vibrational energy so it can compose itself in this physical realm. And yet our physical bodies, all the things that we have around us are just a minor part, a tiny fraction of who we are. Because at the higher

levels, we are souls coming into this system here, this physical presence, and yet it's our soul that wants to be expressed here. And so sacred geometry, we see it over and over in everything, how that's the vehicle for that energy to come into physical matter. Sacred geometry is a universal language. That means everywhere throughout our universe, you could go and communicate with other beings through these numbers and patterns and rhythms and cycles because everything follows these precepts and even on the higher dimensional levels the unseen levels of our being because we're multi-dimensional which is something we aren't fully aware of as human beings. We think this physical thing is the only thing that exists, but this is only about 10%, much like an iceberg where the majority of it is hidden under the surface.

And our emotional body, for example, it exists around the physical body and it has colors and it has a lot of energy to it. And people can pick up on that. They don't have to necessarily see, but they can feel that something's off or something's very on and feels very good. And so it is with the mental body. Also, sometimes thoughts can move by some people's abilities into the future and past and be able to put things together. And yet that's obviously a dimension that most of us aren't walking through most of the time. So it's a universal language. And what is really special, the human body follows patterns and rhythms, the same ones that everything organic, everything living, plants, insects, animals, we all are built around certain proportions. These are spirals created on the level of a galaxy in the

middle that's following certain proportions to a nautilus shell on one side, sunflower head, broccoli, and the human being. And these are all images from our book, by the way, which is full of pictures because it helps explain so much. But you see up here on the screen, these proportions, if you take the larger part B and divide it by A, you always get this number 1.618, and it keeps going. That means it never stops. It's an irrational number. Irrational in math, that means that it never resolves. But in geometry, you can actually have a resolution. You see the geometry, the short part and the big part, and their relationship. And like that image, if I go just my middle finger, the tip to my whole finger, my finger to my hand is in this proportion, my hand to my elbow, and that's the way it goes from my head to my navel to my feet, and even the DNA

on the right is following those same patterns. So, the interesting thing to me, though, me though is that the universe and not only the galaxy and many galaxies follow those patterns but when we look at things like these are all the platonic solids and when you add up the degrees on their face, they equal those top three times 100, the diameter of the sun. Exactly. And the next four platonic solids add up to the Earth's diameter. And the cube is equal to the moon's diameter. And then when you take the diameter of the moon plus the diameter of the earth, you get this geometry over here on the right. And this is the same geometry that is sitting next to me and this geometry is working with phi ratio relationships. So the dance between the moon and the earth is creating a geometry that is formulating how life grows on this planet, in this reality. And even in other relationships that we find throughout the universe, life keeps coming up. These numbers that support

life, where we see life is always following particular patterns and the celestial elements that we are floating among they also focus that energy and even in time so that if the diameter of the moon in 2160 miles is also equal to a zodiacal sign of 2160 years. And in our book, we show many, many relationships between measure and certain physical geometries and time. And even light has a geometry. So that geometry is related to the radius of the sun and the speed of light itself, which is a reflection of its geometry. So when we start understanding that this universe is constructed around very specific geometric patterns and rhythms and cycles, and what we can do is say, if that's the way the universe does it,

let's bring those into our environment. Sometimes we found ways to shrink them, put them in pendants on our body. And when we have those same geometries in our environment and on our bodies, we start to dance with the universe. It's finding the rhythm of the universe, which then helps us find our rhythm. And that, like you were talking about how much you love to play with synchronicities. And that's what synchronicity is all about. It's being in tune with the divine flow of universe and realize that you're part of it. And it's part of you and you're working together. And that's the joy of synchronicity.

It's the universe tapping you on the shoulder and saying, yes, we're together. We're one. And you have nothing to worry about. You just have to be, be present, be here in the moment and experience the love that's being offered because that's the consciousness that's behind all of this, that's bringing all of this into existence. a consciousness of love and beauty and truth surrounded by unity, which is the basis that has birthed all of us. And that is where we're all moving back into. As each breath becomes more aware, the more aware we become of who we are, the more into unity we can start to find ourselves.

It just, it makes so much sense. It's like life is this puzzle for me always. And I feel like there's always this part of me that's always seeking. And then the puzzle pieces start to come together. And the fact that it all adds up is pretty fascinating. You know, I think about you guys are from Colorado too, probably experienced. You know, I've been a busy mom for most of my life. And when I became present, one of the first things I noticed was, and this was probably about a decade ago, but, and I'm almost ashamed for saying so, I was wearing this black coat. It was in the winter and a snowflake fell onto my jacket and I flipped out. It was like I had never seen a snowflake in my entire

life. And I took pictures and I took video because I was like, whoa, look, like it's magical. It has patterns. Each one of them is different. And I just couldn't believe what I what I was witnessing and yet it was there always I just had never been aware and had the space to see it wow isn't that incredible it's such an interesting thing, understanding universe, because, you know, we can talk about like, everything is unity, we are all one. And what is really amazing is that within that, everything, every snowflake, everything is its own unique presence, its own unique form. Yet, it's all based on that same foundation. when we can help people understand that it may from certain perspectives look like this is this crazy random universe that you know you just can't

predict what the heck's going on and yet when we get to it from this level of understanding it is very predictable it's a universe with a lot of form so that we can depend on it it's not going to spin out of control everything everything has its rhythm and cycle and form and vibration and all of that and yet our brains aren't designed to take it all in. Our brains want to see things in a very linear way. So like with time, for instance, we look at time in like a timeline, as opposed to nothing is in a line in universe. You know, we're talking about spirals we're talking about the way that things move in toroidal fashion it's very different than trying to you know create it into different segments and so when we can realize that our brains are really limited and wants to break it down and try and define things that way, let that go and then go to our higher knowing, which can be all inclusive. And that's where we move into the higher states of

consciousness. And sacred geometry shows us how everything in creation is founded in consciousness. So because of that, we wanted to show how everything has purpose and structure attached to it. We started our book with a conversation about what is consciousness. And then from there, we then posed the next question, well, what blocks consciousness? What prevents us from the full range of consciousness? And then from there, we move into talking about the numbers and the patterns and cycles and all kinds of things. So it's really important to understand. You know, we were taught math in very analytical ways. There are so many

people who say, I wish that I had learned math this way. But when we understand the purpose and how things are really held together mathematically, geometrically, then it makes sense. And it's held together through consciousness, with love. That's really the presence of what holds all creation together. Without that, there is no creation. Amazing. And you know, Dr. Seuss must have known something about this because he literally said in the Grinch, Whoville was on this little tiny snowflake. Inside a snowflake, like the one on your sleeve. When you think about possibilities of all of this happening, I'm maybe even a small little snowflake. Yeah. Yeah. So our job is to raise our consciousness, raise our awareness to the higher vibrational levels, the higher dimensions of who we are, so that we can really take in what this is. And then in the moment, appreciate that very unique and amazing snowflake and also see its connection to ourselves and to everything.

And then we can really be a universal being so that we can appreciate all of this and participate in a much more full way. I am enjoying you guys so much. You guys might be my favorite couple. Oh, good. Thank you. I had, you know, the Her Talks before. I mean, you know, they are connecting with the energy

of the different sounds of, say, some of the sacred names, like Yod, He, Vah, He. There's a connection with the sacred geometry with a lot of the sacred names like Yod, He, Vah, He. There's a connection with the sacred geometry with a lot of the sounds. And one of the journeys that I had went down was really because my last name is Vavra, right? The Vav is the sixth letter of the Hebrew alphabet and Ra, of course. So I started to chant my name on their advice and it definitely lifted me to a different vibration.

Actually, it was during that time I did receive sacred geometry. It seems like a miracle, but what you're doing is you're normalizing it. And those are very good teachers because I'm really receiving it from you. You're wearing your beautiful pieces of geometry. How would I know what would be a good sacred geometry for me? How do we discern that? Well, in part, that's a lot of what we've done in our book, talking about these different elements and what their meanings are, the different numbers and so forth.

And we tune in for people as well to help them understand what would be best for them at this time. But you were talking about the pendants. This is the pendant that we're wearing. And it's one pendant with two sides sides so these are not two different pendants and the reason it has two sides is that one side moves the energy down and the other side when it's toward your body it moves the energy up so you can control the way the energy flows and inside there's about 35 antenna systems and on the outside those different geometries and patterns that you're seeing, what those are relating to are these three-dimensional geometries that we build.

We found that if you take a geometry, like this is a star tetrahedron, and if you look another geometry and the point is another geometry. So you see, when you have those different perspectives of a three-dimensional geometry on a flat surface, and in this case, the surface is is fiberglass so it's non-conductive and the pattern is copper and gold so it's conductive and then we're able to take the energy of something that happens in three dimensions like where we live in the three-dimensional world, it can take that energy and bring it into this two-dimensional pattern. So that way we found we bring in a lot of geometric energy into these pendants. And then inside we've got photon generators, oscillating crystals, circuit boards, things that are working with energy. And then on our land in Colorado,

we have a couple hundred acres where we're working with vortexes and geometries on those vortexes we'll give it to you you can come and visit bring your kids it would be fun because the energy that's flowing here is phenomenal and we have an entry point into the grid system of the planet because the planet just like human beings has an energy system a circulatory system and we are putting the energy into that system. So no matter where someone is on the planet, they are connected to that energy. They are connected to their higher selves and that energy is grounded through them. So there's an experience where it shifts the vibration coming in and the vibration coming out of you. For example, one grandmother said, what I love about your pendant is that my grandkids don't run away from me anymore.

They used to, but now that I have the pendant, they crawl all over me. It's like they're attracted to the energy kids and animals are great because you really can see you don't say well maybe it's just the placebo effect and it's all in their heads but no they really feel the difference. And we've had prison guards tell us that prisoners treat them much better. And lawyers find the same thing happening in their law offices when they have certain forms spinning that people don't argue as much. They're better connected to who they are. They understand things better. So teachers, psychologists see that kind of a shift. It's wonderful when we realize that we can be that shift as well. When we're in that rhythm, when we're in that connection to universe and higher self and all that is. And they've always known this because they have found in the most earliest civilization.

Exactly. Absolutely. Because, you know, I think from the beginning of civilization, wherever it's measured, wherever we find it, there was a desire to connect with who we are, you know, to go beyond what this physical presence and body is. And that's where geometry is so amazing. You know, one of the biggest challenges that we have here in our society, you know, our culture, is that there's so much that distracts us from who we are. That doesn't really support us as creative beings, as magical beings that can reach the qualities of who we are on all these different levels and geometry because of how it is related it you know it's holding all of these sacred principles it's like a doorway to opening us up so what i like to talk about a lot is that what these really do these different tools is they support us in staying connected because when we're connected, you know, we have access to all of it. That's where the synchronicity comes in. There's a lot of people that'll say, well, this protect me from EMFs and blah, blah, blah. And I like to turn that around and go,

you know, protection is really holding fear. And fear, it disengages us from who we are. It's the opposite of what we want to create. It's one of those things that blocks that flow of energy. And without that flow of energy, life doesn't work. You know, when we leave our bodies, when a person passes, that energy stops flowing into this physical body. And so, you know, that's a wake up call. Do what we can do to assist our physical presence by establishing a stronger connection to who we are.

And that's what all of this does. It's really amazing how it changes life. It changes relationships. It changes the outcomes of what it is that we want to create in our lives. And the ancients knew it. That's why they built these structures, because it supported people in being able to have those moments

of that higher presence. So what makes a symbol have a higher vibration? Or what did you discover about them that was unique? Something to realize that what you're talking about with symbols, usually it's written down somewhere. So it's two-dimensional. Like a Star of David? Can we use that as an example? Sure. The Star of David could be a projection of something three-dimensional like this. You get it in the right perspective, and you can see there's a Star of David. Now, the Star of David as a symbol, for example, is used in Hindi philosophy as the heart chakra. And it's all about blending higher and lower, the upper three chakras with the lower three chakras. The Star of David is bringing opposites

together, the masculine and the feminine. And yet, when you see it, it doesn't really exist out there in the outside world. It exists totally within you. That's what happens with books. It's your interpretation. It's what it triggers within you, within your memory, within the essence of your being. Your soul could use something like that to trigger a reaction within you, your higher self working with you. So when we're in the third dimension though, and we build all of our forms three-dimensionally, so they affect this dimension, whether you are aware of it or not. The other ones, you need to bring your awareness to them to be affected by them, because it's a thought form. Symbols are ways of codifying information as are numbers. And you talked about growing up Catholic.

Well, the Catholic rosary has 54 beads. And most Asian malas beads are 108, exactly twice that. Well, 54, you add a zero to it, 540 degrees. Those are the number of degrees in a pentagon. So the number of degrees in a pentagon on the surface of this. And when you work with a pentagon, you can break it into a five-pointed star by connecting the corners. And when you start doing that, you get back to the man with all the dimensions. Those are five-ratio dimensions. That's what you find in the Pentagon and in the Star of David. There in just 54, you're getting linked to that. In 108, you're getting linked

to that life process again. And so when people are going through these beads, they're connecting into the essence of life and they don't know where it came from. You know, so many things in the Bible, you know, there are many sacred symbols in three dimensions, like something called the Vesica Pisces. And on the front of many cathedrals in Europe, you'll have a Vesica Pisces, and it's Vesica Piscis also, and it's shaped like a fish's bladder, and they have Christ in the middle of it because it's a symbol for this age of Pisces that we've been in for the last 2,000 years. And Jesus came in at the beginning of this age. And so that was the avatar of the age of Pisces. And yet, you know, this symbol also has energy to it and has geometries that we, in the unity,

the circle separating from itself, moving out. So the divine masculine, the divine feminine, and between them is birthed the third element, which is this vesica pisces. And we even talk about numbers having genders, because there are certain ways that numbers work that are similar to being more feminine and receptive and soft in nature. Or some of the numbers are more energetic and outgoing and focused and pointed in nature. And so to understand even numbers and then geometries, how it works with all these divine principles. And that when we start again, understanding it and working with it, what starts happening is we start feeling part of something bigger, something more profound, and yet something very ordered and protected,

in that you know that it all fits together, like that puzzle. You know that all the pieces are there, and it's just a matter of discovering them so that you can experience the wholeness of this picture that you're a part of that is extra that's amazing and it does become personal to you because i'm just now putting it together for myself when i learned about the vav i also learned that the star of david also is the vav like if you look it up they considered it the Vav, I also learned that the Star of David also is the Vav. Like if you look it up, they considered it the Vav because it's the connector. The Vav is a connector. Right.

And I just learned that I had quite a bit of Jewish DNA that was hidden and suppressed from us, our knowing. And so I was really tapping into this and I started to be fascinated with Jewish mysticism and the Kabbalah. And, you know, I learned that the 22 connectors, right, of the Kabbalah, my listeners know 22 is my number. I've had the craziest synchronicity around 22. I even have a daughter who was born to 22. These things to me became personal, but yet I end up finding out everything was divinely connecting, you know, no matter how I looked at it. And I was like, this is almost impossible because my brain couldn't understand. It needed to make sense of all of it, but it fits together so beautifully.

And I didn't realize that it was with all of these things. There's so many different connections with all of it. Everything is one. That's right. That's right. And the only way that we really can understand that oneness is by going into the separateness. We come from that oneness and then move into this physical world, into an individuated body. And, you know, with these growing eyes that see and this brain that's trying to figure out what to do, recognizing that it is separate and yet it knows, you know, I think

the soul has always presented us with that knowledge that we are one. And then through our pathways, we come back through our dance, our art, our magic, we come back again. And the brain, I look at the brain as like an antenna in a way, you know, the brain itself can register and, you know, creates all of these different ways that our experience are logged into the brain, but our brain is going to analyze it in very limited ways. But our soul reaches much further. Our soul wants to allow us to feel the essence. It wants us to come back and connect. And so the more that we teach our brains to, you know, just kind of like be in its place where it's not ruling the roost, but it's going to be able to capture what's there. to feed it with all of this good stuff. And this energy feeds our brains with that vibration that we're so much more than all that. Then things come alive. And then we see symbols come in. We see a bird that makes a certain sound. And that song speaks to our hearts.

And that's where we begin to understand who we really are yep you're my favorite couple well do come visit us and yeah you know what's really fun about all of our all of the tools that we've created is that you will feel them you know you will be amazed like what it really contributes to your life because these are archetypes these are principles that connect us and you're so open to those connections so that becomes expanded and what's really special about this time we're in an amazing time where so much is opening to us. And so many people are opening up and going, whoa, what is this? And we need

leadership. We need people who will help us to make sense out of all of this. Because like I said before, it's not this crazy random universe that makes us feel strange or lonely. I remember as a little child feeling like, where do I belong? And it's through this understanding and finding each other as well that we really find that, yeah, all of us are here, you know, kind of like being shaken up. And we belong to come together to lift this energy to a higher vibration. And through that, creation will take care of itself. Just sounds so simple the way that you both describe it. And yet I'm sitting here just thinking, I am so glad that you guys ran into each other that day. Oh, us too. So the universe got us together that day.

But a year before that, I had taken a class and someone in the class gave me a card that said, you need to meet this woman. And I wrote on it, meditation, color, sound. And it was a handmade card with a painting taped to the back of the card. And I carried it in my wallet. It was the only card I carried in my wallet. And a week or so after Gail and I got together, I pulled it out of my wallet and said, this is you. And so the universe tried to do it a year before, but sometimes I'm a little slow in picking up on things. And so, okay. And who knows that garage could have been planned for, I mean, that the universe tried to steer us guidance. You know, that's why one of the most powerful things for all of us is once we start putting out these desires, these heartfelt things that we want to create, the most important aspect

of that is then to relax and allow, you know, see what is the universe already sending to me, because we miss so much. I know I often have, because I'm working so hard at doing the things that my beingness being present and being aware and especially allowing for the flow. And, you know, when you say things like 22 special number for you, do you realize those are the 22 pathways? It's connecting the 10 sephirah and you add that together and you have 32 which is a very important number in judaism as a matter of fact one of their most sacred books the sephirah is the very first sentence talks about god engraving the number 32 into the universe. And when you look at 32, and you look at the cube as being the symbol and actually the energy of the earth and groundedness. And the dodecahedron is the platonic solid that is the symbol for ether, for the higher vibrational realms. And for a cube to go into a dodecahedron you build a little roof on each face and all the angles of that roof are exactly 32 degrees wow so what you're saying is that or what i'm saying to you and what's your belief in

that 22 22 is an essential part the pathways to the the 10 sephiroth, to creating the 32, to creating the actual rising from the physical into the higher dimensions. And you'll find that like this form next to me has 32 faces and it's made up of an icosahedron and a dodecahedron which is 12 faces and 20 faces creating 32 together and you'll find that number 32 is the angle of ascension the angle of moving from the mundane into the higher realms of knowing and so you know and i could go on and on and on and on yeah i could listen on and on but you know the point is you you grab a hold of one little number and it has a whole trail behind it of so many other elements that can be discovered and so it's so valuable to dive into all these things because the knowledge there is endless because the universe loves to play with us and it it's like you know we discover some of these things so we can realize oh this is how the

universe is made what i mean by that is like we didn't know that the universe was like a hologram until we discovered holograms and go, oh, the universe works that way too. Fractals, you know, where you go into something deeper and you go, it always goes through different, sometimes chaotic spaces. And then it coalesces into the perfection of a pattern where you go, I recognize that. That makes sense. And then you're on the journey again. And it seems like chaos that everything is happening and nothing makes sense. And then you're on the journey again. And it seems like chaos that everything is happening and nothing makes sense. And then you get to a certain level, a certain understanding, a certain place in the journey, the fractal journey, the holographic journey where you go, I recognize this. But now you've come at it from a bigger place

because you've grown in the process. You've absorbed more, you've discovered more. And now you go, oh, I can put this together in a different way. But again, it's just fun how now we're starting to work with AI, artificial intelligence. And parts of it seem kind of freaky because we're looking at machines. And do I want a machine to be thinking about me more deeply and clearly than I can think about me? But the truth is, you and I have the ability to move into these higher dimensions. And a machine does not have that ability and this aspect though are we living in a reality that is

artificially generated like a like a computer game from one perspective we truly are but the generator of this game is divine the generator of this reality that follows these patterns that follows these rhythms perfectly something has put this together people will go okay this is proof of god it is on one sense but it's beyond that because we always try to own these things with our religion or our understanding but they're infinite all of this moves on a level that is beyond understanding beyond our labels, beyond our books, beyond what we have understood in the past and what we could possibly understand, but we can experience and feel. We can be opened. Maybe that's what enlightenment is. It's just to take that dark part of our being and have light come into it again and again and again. It's like enlightenment is not the end of the road.

It's just a process. It's just going along the way and constantly coming to a new level of enlightenment as we come to a new fractal understanding. Okay. Round of applause. Oh, you guys. That was beautiful. That was beautiful. And I received it.

And I align with that. And I need to get, what is that lower one? It's called the sphere of health. The one above it is this one called the unity grid. And it has triangles on it that when you add up all the degrees, it equals the diameter of the moon plus the diameter of the sun and all of these the way they dance together it's just phenomenal here's that one called the sphere of health okay it has six great circles six great bands of energy that are forming a geometry. And so by working with circles rather than hard angles, I like that it brings in more of a feminine softness,

more of a feminine understanding of flow and connection. It's her time. It is. Absolutely. And it's the time of receiving. It's the time of allowing. We've been taught in order to make something happen, you got to make it happen. Work, push, all of these things. And now it's a whole different posture. It's allowing. It is. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, or you would never see the snowflake. I would never see the bird. Yeah. It's this space. Yeah. Oh my gosh. You guys are wonderful.
