Starting point is 00:00:01 Hey, true crime besties, welcome back to an all-new episode of Serialistly. Hello, hello, and welcome back to an all-new episode of Serialously with me, your true crime bestie, clocking in for duty, here to break down more on the McKenzie Shirilla mega case with you, okay? This is obviously a bonus episode. It's not releasing in our normal release schedule cadence, but it's because there is so much, I just feel like I want to share with you. And if I put it all in one episode, it'd probably be 10 hours long.
Starting point is 00:00:53 And the truth is, too, I'm uncovering more and more as we go, which if you're brand new here and listening for the first time, welcome, first of all. But also, there is so much lore in the McKenzie Shurrilla case that you may want to go back on the feed and listen to the deep dives, to what Netflix left out of the docu-series or documentary, I should say, and all of this newness. because I had shared with you that I have like over 600 pages of documents that I got first back in 2023 when I first started researching this case and that's how I was able to identify what Netflix left out and what was missing and give you more of like a comprehensive picture
Starting point is 00:01:31 of who McKenzie really is and what happened. But we also, of course, have been doing our due diligence, foying, getting all sorts of information. And there's been a lot that they've tried to keep under lock and key, but we have been, you know, we've had some loose. polls and we've gotten a lot of stuff back. And I've seen some of the jail calls floating around out there. And it's little snippets here and there. But so many people are saying like, well, where's the full uncut version? Where's the raw, uncensored, unedited phone calls? And I got them. I've got them for you. So there's so many. So rather than just like playing you the string of like a million calls and boring you to death with some of them, I wanted to really highlight a select handful.
Starting point is 00:02:15 Now, the ones I'm going to share with you today are phone calls between McKenzie and her friends, Rosie, Kendra, Faith, a mystery friend. And the reason I want you to hear these is because one of the biggest parts of the conversation has been, is McKenzie remorseful? Has she taken accountability? Has she shown even like a tiny bit of sorrow or remorse? It's my opinion that these calls, while in jail with her friends, illustrate exactly who McKenzie is. No remorse, joking around, talking about food, jail recipes,
Starting point is 00:02:52 these really great chips in jail, boys, sex advice, relationship advice. She also, I think, still has very much that Regina George mean girl mentality because in these calls, you can hear her and her friends making fun of other people, dropping the R word like it is just regular vocabulary for her. I just like really evil, evil stuff, making fun of people talking about how people are slow, making fun of why they're there. I mean, just evil shit, right? And it seems like nobody is taking anything seriously and not realizing the severity of not only what has happened, but what the situation currently is.
Starting point is 00:03:30 So what I'm going to do is play you these calls just in sequence. And I'll put on screen for those of you watching the video version of this, who the phone calls with. and then like we, I have so much crap from her social media and I say crap because like that's what it is. It's pictures of her in like the skimpy outfits and doing whatever. And I'll cycle through some of that as B-roll too. So you're not just staring at a black screen. But I really wanted to highlight these calls particularly for you. And at the end of the episode, I'm going to share some other information with you. And we'll talk through that and what's to come because I'm going to
Starting point is 00:04:06 have another episode coming for you on Friday. Also, I want to quickly mention that originally I was not going to post this episode on my podcast feed. I was going to only have it live over on YouTube because I just felt like with so much third-party media and the jail calls that it doesn't necessarily translate as well to the audio-only listener. But I did a poll over on Instagram this afternoon saying, hey, you know, I have this extra episode I'm thinking of putting out. It has a lot of phone calls, commentary, yes, but mainly phone calls. I'm going to have it only live on YouTube, but for all my podcast listeners, would you want me to cross-post it? Do you want it on the podcast feed as well? And landslide voting came in and you are requesting that it goes on the podcast
Starting point is 00:04:50 feed as well. So although I know it doesn't sound like our typical episodes where it's more me talking, it's commentary, it's things like that. And I know it's more media driven this time around. I just wanted to explain the reasoning behind that. So I mean, I know it might not be your cup of tea. I apologize if it's not, but wanted to at least, you know, do what the poll majority is saying and cross-post it so that you can listen to it if you are interested. So let's get into these calls. Hello. This is a collect call from. Yeah. An incarcerated individual at Cuyahoga County Correction Center. To pay for this call using your credit or debit card, please press one. Starting point is 00:06:22 Hello. Hi, pretty ladies. I'm sorry I missed your call. Like, they just fucking canceled it. I know. I've seen that I was sitting, like I had my tablet waiting. I was irritated as fuck. Come on, Flash.
Starting point is 00:06:36 Come on. Yeah, I know. I've seen it and I called to my mom. I'm like, what the fucking says shit? Do they want me to come up there? Then you're like, please just calm down. And so, yeah, they just, yeah, I don't know. So you've got to make another one.
Starting point is 00:06:50 I did make another one for Friday. For tomorrow? Friday, because tomorrow we're calling, so it won't connect to. Oh, so yeah, we'll just talk now, like, too, but, like, I was like, they canceled it because. I'm on the phone. It will work tomorrow, but it won't connect to any of the stuff or the jail stuff at work. Because I'm at a war on. Oh, I like that.
Starting point is 00:07:17 Yeah. So it doesn't really connect to nothing at a little bit of nothing at a little service out there. It's fine. How are you? The bitch in the room next to me is like crazy as fuck. Like she's like, what? I just know this one. What do you say?
Starting point is 00:07:37 Huh? What is it? Alright, I'm gonna read a T. Let me tell you. That one's open. She's up. Okay. Um, so I texted Rosie and said, girl, did you see what Sandy posted?
Starting point is 00:07:57 Okay. She said, yes, bro. I unfollowed her and said, what? And then she sent me a screen set for proof and said, like, what the fuck? Never lost respect for someone so fast. She said the snake. I said, okay, I was going to say, girls, don't do that to 10. She said she has issues, I said, but, like, the father she said more 20.
Starting point is 00:08:17 Hold on, you've got to get off speaker. I can't understand you that well. Hold on. Let me send it to Damien's so I can get you off stupid. So was she, like, she's not on the weird shit? No, she's not. She unfollowed Sammy. What did Sammy say about it?
Starting point is 00:08:33 Like, what did she say? She didn't say anything to Sammy about it, or she just, like, blocked her? Well, she unfollowed Sammy and said what to her, like, split up him with like, what? and Sammy was like, what do you mean what? What the fuck? Yeah. Her ugly ass. That's why she's a fucking fan, as she should.
Starting point is 00:08:53 Right, well, she's into the minor, so. I said, but she turned 18 soon. Me? Oh, I thought you're going to get me soon. Remember is an ass. Do you want to say how to Ken? Yeah. You have to put it up to your ear.
Starting point is 00:09:09 I know how to talk down on the phone. Hello? What's up Damien? Hi, how are you? It's shitty. Yeah. It's shitty as fuck in here. It's fuck.
Starting point is 00:09:20 You got any friends in there? Yeah, this one girl, but I'm on the mental hospital floor, yeah. They have crazy-ass people here, like mentally ill. Shit. That's fun. It's very interesting. Yeah. And you're on a girls' unit too, so it's...
Starting point is 00:09:41 Yes. All girls. very mentally ill. Oh, okay. Well, Babe wants the phone back. All right. See you, baby. I have to tell you something.
Starting point is 00:09:59 Huh. Oh, my fucking God, Damien, hurry up. So your cousin Jacob has been texting me. He's bad. Like, texting me, like, all the time, Ken? What is he saying? He's just like, I hope you're okay. Make sure you're eating.
Starting point is 00:10:21 What's wrong with him? He doesn't talk to, um, what's it, um, at, he, what's her name? What the fuck is her name? They broke up? I don't know. I never asked, and I didn't know if I should ask, or if that was weird for me to ask that. I don't know, just don't ask, because you know how he'd be just, like, taking shit the wrong way. Right, well, that's what I'm saying.
Starting point is 00:10:42 So, but he's been like, oh, like, I hope you're okay, like, make sure you're sitting, like, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, asking about the puppy. like weird shit. What's wrong with him? He's so weird. I miss him. And he was like, he was like, good morning. I was like, good morning. Oh, he got that. Yeah. And he was like, don't take your call to him. I said, yeah, I do. I'm so excited. Blah, blah, blah, blah. And then we were, I was going to call him while we were on the phone so he could say hi to you. What's it called? And he just didn't go through. I'm like, I'm fucking so mad. I was like screaming and cussing. Shit, I didn't even call him.
Starting point is 00:11:26 We were texting, and I was, like, just crossing at him. And he was like, it's going to be okay. And I'm like, you don't know me clearly, babe. Yeah, that's just, like, I don't know why they would cancel that shit. I know, but I got an obligation, like, two minutes before it started that it canceled. So it wasn't, like, canceled, like, right away. Yes, I know. I was literally out of my room ready to get on the call, and then it just, like, disappeared,
Starting point is 00:11:49 and it was, like, it's canceled. I'm like, what? Yeah, but I want to know why. Oh, because Securis has been down all morning. Oh. Yeah. It was still letting me some messages to you. Oh, I can't even check messages.
Starting point is 00:12:03 That's why I've replied. Oh. Yeah, it's letting me some messages to you. I was just like, I love you, like, it'll be okay. Um, you can call me. You can call me. Yeah, he was, like, saying shit like that, and I was, like, laughing my dick off. And Tyre's, like, had, like, had,
Starting point is 00:12:23 Tyre's all jealous and shit, obviously. And he's like, have you had a past with this person before? And I'm just like, no. No. Have you done what with this person? If I've had a pass with him before. Because there was text messages from like a while ago when we dated. Oh my gosh.
Starting point is 00:12:42 I was like, no, no. What the fuck? But he's been like texting me every day. And then he's like, I have school, but I'll still try to text you. Like, girl, why not dating? Yeah. Oh, my goodness. Why did he do that?
Starting point is 00:12:59 He's in the military. I don't care. He's in the one that you fly planes, but is that called the Navy? He flies the planes or she's in the plane. I don't know if he flies him or if he's in them. He's in the Navy, though. And do you know, I don't know if you remember this. If we were like, I told you or anything, but it was like a little bit after the car accident.
Starting point is 00:13:21 And Sammy was texting me. I just can't stop thinking about this shit. And Sammy was like talking to me about like how like she's like brought up how like the Kendall situation. Yeah, well, they're all fucking, it's because she wants to be nosy and she wants to know everything. It's fine, be nosy, but so being a fucking fan, a weirdo. And that's the weird thing about it, too, is because when I was in, like, Juvie, I would call Rosie on free phone calls, and Sammy would be in the car being like, oh, I hold, like, oh, this and this and this, like, bitch, what the fuck? Rosie told me that.
Starting point is 00:13:54 But then, that, it just doesn't make sense on why Rosie deleted all of the pictures of me. What are you eating? I'm gonna shoot on something Can you help me? Are you talking to me? No, the fucking dog. I took him into the fucking ER yesterday and he's still fucking chewing on whatever the fuck he wants to.
Starting point is 00:14:10 Like, stop. Ken, if you saw a picture of Flash's eye, you'd probably tweet. Wait, what did you say? His eye yesterday. What happened with it? His eye was like big and red. It was like almost out of his eye.
Starting point is 00:14:32 I wonder where he got that one from. What ends up happening? They just said that, they don't really know, they were kind of targeting like $900 for an eye vision test and $700 for an x-ray and like $100 a day. They're trying to rack my bill up to damn me like $2,000. Hell no. So I've been feeding him chicken and white rice and he's doing a lot better. His eyes not as bad as yesterday. He probably just got some shit in it.
Starting point is 00:15:08 Well, I honestly think it says we're saying with Adalie's Nana. Be careful. You might rip up your box, bring. What was I think? Oh, we're saying with Adalie's Nana, so she has a dog, but it's like daddy. Wait, I can't understand you that well. I said Adelaie's Nana has a dog and it's like 30. The dog is 30? Yeah, the Adalys Nana's dog.
Starting point is 00:15:37 dog. What? So I'm staying with my friend Nana. Oh. And her dog is dirty as fuck. Oh, baby he got some. Why are you staying? Why aren't you at home? I got kicked out. Why? The dog. Yeah. Why? Because I'm flash. No, because they didn't want Flash to be at the house. Wait. You guys got to get an apartment or some shit. I know. He's been looking for everything's so expensive right now.
Starting point is 00:16:20 What does Tyler be doing for work? He does window nation in the windows. Like, he does a weird house. Hold on one second. Hold on. Okay. What happened? Wait, what?
Starting point is 00:16:38 Do you? She asked you if you want to switch bodies? If I want to switch bodies with her, told my friend in here. What? She points, she told my friend to come to the door and she's like, when I die and she dies, I'm gonna come back as her and she's gonna come back as me. And she's the one that like screamed at the shit.
Starting point is 00:17:09 I'm gonna probably come down there tonight once it gets dark. We'll be banging tonight. Yeah, I'll come down, what? I don't know, what time you work? Yell at me, bitch. What's up? Fucking, Damien's like, I want to go. I want to go.
Starting point is 00:17:30 I'm like, bro. You don't work till he? Yeah, y'all can all come. Well, he works tonight. He's not trying to go so late. Damien, if you get home at 8.30, I'll take you at 8.30. But I'm not waiting until 10. Oh, wait, hold up.
Starting point is 00:17:45 I have a video call at, hold on. 7.30 and 8, I think. With who? My mom. Oh, Mom. So you can go to my house and do video call with my mom if you want. And then I'm going to be done with my video call. I don't want to take her time.
Starting point is 00:18:00 Well, it's going to be, you say, I want to talk to you too, but I'm saying, I'll see you outside and shit, and the later you come at 8.30 will probably be dark. Yeah. So, what I can do is I'll text to Mom to see if I can come over there for, like, a little bit to have you on the phone and whatever, and then I'll grab Damien and come down. Leave me that. All right. All right. I got you. Okay.
Starting point is 00:18:29 It's 320. Man, Faith, I can't, like, if you were here, if you were here, that's all I have to say. If you were here. Just you know I will do good. If you would be, like, fighting, I feel like... No, I definitely would, I'd be like, shut the fuck up, too, and shit. But you gotta learn how to play Spades. You know how to play Spades?
Starting point is 00:18:51 No. Oh my God, it's so fun. I love Spades. Oh my God, she's just staring at me. I'm scared of her. She told the staff that, like, she was like, she's trying to kill me. I'm like, what, me? Like...
Starting point is 00:19:03 Ro, what's the fourth? Yeah, she said, I think... She's like, stop trying to kill me. Like, she's, like, she's keep separate from others. So she has to, like, stay in her room all alone. Like, she's not allowed to, like, come out with us. Because I'm general population. Right.
Starting point is 00:19:17 So you'll have to have your friends come wave, too. Would you say? So you'll have to have your friends come waves, too, when I get there. Oh, I will. Also, if you want to take a picture of me, turn your flash on, like, a couple times. So I know to, like, like pose or like I'll bang loudest buck for you like if you take in a video or some shit.
Starting point is 00:19:35 Okay, I'll flash like five times. And then you don't, but yeah, can you see me in the window if you do flash? I mean, if it's dark out, you can see me in the window. Well, the last time we went, um, we saw you in that window with a light, but we can't see you in your room. Really? Yeah. Oh my God. That's annoying as fuck.
Starting point is 00:19:58 Oh, it will still kind of, it was still light out at that time. Yeah, so maybe we'll, remember we were looking at the wrong fucking building for a while. You have one minute left. Yes, you want me to call you back or what? Yeah, you can if you want. Alright, I'm going to call you back again, but if I hang up while you're putting in information, that means we had to go in our room for MedPaths. And I'm going to call you again, probably, next time I come out, if I come out again. But if you come to the window, I'm going to tell my mom to tell you some shit when I come to the window, but I'm about to hang up and call you back right now.
Starting point is 00:20:29 Okay, bye, love you. I love you, girl. What up? I'm calling you back, right. Let me get this paper out my fucking titty. Oh, my goodness. All right, I'm calling you back now. Bye, girl. Okay, bye. Bye. Hello, this is a collect call from.

Starting point is 00:22:30 Please hold while the person you are calling is entering information to pay for this call. It's actually a close-based table. What they may have already made a... Starting point is 00:23:53 You know, I can do with it, though. I can do with it, though. I know what you're saying. Okay. But, um. I think you sound fine for me. You sound fine for me. I thought fine.
Starting point is 00:24:03 Yeah. Tell me why the video call didn't work because if they put it on that terminal that doesn't work and they wouldn't get it switched over because visitation left. But if you schedule it, you can reschedule it for tomorrow and I'm going to figure out early in the day. If you can't just reschedule it for another day, I'm going to make sure it's on the other terminal. I was really so excited to talk to you and then it just got all fucked up and I was so upset. Well, do you know that we have another one tomorrow morning anyway? What'd you say?
Starting point is 00:24:31 We have another one tomorrow morning. I don't know nothing. We have one tomorrow morning. I have one scheduled with you tomorrow morning at 10.30. Wait, hold on. You say it again, slow, though, because, like, it's glitching. We have a call tomorrow morning at 10.30. I have one tomorrow?
Starting point is 00:24:47 Yeah, with me. Aw. At 10.30 in the morning. Bet. Money? Let me see if I can reschedule it. Yes, reschedule it because I don't want you to lose your money, and we can do that one at night if you want,
Starting point is 00:25:01 but I would make sure they know I got a call at 10.30 in the morning tomorrow. Yeah, hold on. Let me. Yeah, I've been, what'd you say? Okay, my phone's just tripping below me, yes, so I have to be scheduled when I get off the phone with you. Yeah, I think it's, like, just this phone or some shit. Like, these phones are shittiest.
Starting point is 00:25:22 I'm at an emergency vet with Flash right now. You're in the emergency room? With, at the vet, emergency vet with Flash. Hold up, say it again. I'm so sorry. I feel bad. No, you're fine. I'm at the emergency vet with flash. Wait, why? What happened? He's throwing up and his eyes like really, really, really swollen. Oh my god, your baby, the baby dog?
Starting point is 00:25:50 Yeah. What do you say? Yeah, he just got a stick shut up his ass. I feel so bad. Oh my goodness. Yeah. I just don't even. I don't know, it's been crazy in here.
Starting point is 00:26:06 They, like, I don't even know. Why, what's been going on? Well, ever, like, they're just, like, it's just, like, crazy up here. Like, this is just, like, the site court floor that they have me on. Yeah, I heard that, but I guess it's for protection, so that's good.
Starting point is 00:26:24 No, I need to get moved off this floor. I, like, I think I'm getting moved off this floor on, on Sunday, hopefully. And then Monday for court, I don't know, I might be leaving here soon, headed to Marysville, but then I'm going to be two hours away from all you guys. I don't know, fuck, I'll just have two hours, and you know that's it. I'm going to be real sad, though. Like, I don't, like, want to be so far from you guys.
Starting point is 00:26:46 I'm just so sad that, like, they even, like, court went, like, the opposite of what I thought it was going to go. Like, I thought they were going to see the truth, and then it just got fucked up. Yeah, but everything will work itself out and shit, you know what I'm saying? There's a huge group chat, and everyone is a huge group chat for you. you know. Pam, we're all talking about you right now. What'd you say? There's a group chat your mom made of, like, hella people.
Starting point is 00:27:13 There's 15 people in this group chat, all rooting for you. Oh, I love, that's like all my, like, people, like, faith, though. Like, I was, like, I always just think I was, like, faith. You are really, like, the person who was riding for me the hardest, and I just, like, wish we hung out, like, every single day when I was home. Like, I wish I, like, hung out with you more, like, every single day, like. It's okay, though. We were both on different paths from life.
Starting point is 00:27:33 I was working 24-7. It's not your fault. That's just how we always were, though. Like, we would be doing our own thing and come together and just be like sisters. Like, you're like, like, I was telling Kendra this. Like, you're literally not even my best friend. Like, you're like my sister. Like, you're like, like, go on that level as best friends.
Starting point is 00:27:50 Like, you are like family, like, for real. Like, were you friends with Sammy Abu? With who? Sammy Abu. Yeah, I think that's a last name. Why? She wants my shit? No.
Starting point is 00:28:05 Sammy was posting about you, but she was just hanging out with Rosie. Oh, Sammy. Yeah. She kind of, like, said some weird shit to me after the car accident, but then she would, like, root for me. So I don't know. You could give her my shit if you want. But also feel like...
Starting point is 00:28:21 No, no, no, no. She posted on Instagram saying, yupp. Wait, she posted the link to sign up? No, she posted the link to, like, whatever news posted and captioned it, Y, Y, like, Yucke. She said like yes, like it was good that I got convicted? Yeah. What the fuck?
Starting point is 00:28:42 Yeah, so just watch what you say to Rosie because I'm pretty sure that they're so cool. Okay, yeah, tell my mom that shit. That's weird as fuck. I knew I had a weird ass feeling about Rosie. That's weird as fuck. Sammy posted a conviction and said yes with like exclamation marks. No, she just said Y-U-P, like, y-U-P. Like, y-up.
Starting point is 00:29:02 What the fuck is wrong with her weird ass? But I send it to your mom, and I've been talking to your mom, like, every fucking day again. I'm so weirded out by that shit. I'm about to, like, because Rosie just sent me a long-ass, like, message being, like, yes, like, you can live with me and Nina when you come home. Like, we miss you and love you so much, like, all this shit. Yeah, I just feel like that's weird, though, because what your last day of court, she called me and was like, hey, what are you doing? And I'm like, I'm at, I'm downtown.
Starting point is 00:29:32 Like, what's up? She's like, oh, I was trying to figure out if you were going to court today. I'm like, yeah, I'm downtown. Like, what's up? She said, I was just going to try to see if I could get a ride with you because I'm scared of driving Cleveland by myself, so I guess I'm not going to go. That's what Rosie said? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:29:49 That's so weird. Rosie don't like me and was just deepened with me about Jada. Wait, Rosie doesn't like you because you're beefing with Jada. Is that what you said? Kind of. Basically, Jada told me that Bubba hit on her. And I told Rosie, and then Rosie went to Data, and Data tried to say it like I was lying and shit. What the fuck?
Starting point is 00:30:11 And I was like, you know what, yo, I don't got time for a teddy-ass down. I'm like, there's diggerfish to fucking fry. That's so, I'm weird as the fuck out by that shit. Like, I'm just weird about that Sammy shit. Like, fuck anyone who is posting about me, like, face. Like, you need to, like, be, like, post and be in, like, make people know and see the truth and shit. Like... I know, baby.
Starting point is 00:30:30 I have been. You can literally ask anyone. Did your cousin Jacob text you, like, through the app? Wait, hold up. You keep glitching out. What did you say? Did your cousin Jacob text you through the app? She didn't text me yet, but he said he, like, you, like, I'm waiting.
Starting point is 00:30:44 He, like, signed up. I just didn't get a message yet. He texted me and was like, thank you for being there for my family. I appreciate it, yada, yada, yada. I'm like, yeah. You can text him, and I showed him how to sign up and, like, text you. I miss him. I just miss you guys so much.
Starting point is 00:31:02 I just, this is like where I don't know, like, who to trust and shit. Like, I'm weirded out by Rosie. Like, I've been weirded out by Rosie for so long because she took down all the pictures of me on her Instagram. Like, why did you do that? That's weird. I know. And I said that to your mom. And I told your mom, I said, listen, I don't want to hurt Kenzie's feelings, but I will always do the bitch to tell Kenzie.
Starting point is 00:31:22 Like, listen, I don't think they're good for you. Whether she listens to me or not, it's her decision. But, like, I've been told Natalie I don't fuck with Rosie. Yeah, it's like I'm weirded. I just am weirded out by like her. Like I don't know. I'm about to just like keep me distance with her for sure. I just don't like the fact that she's besties with Sammy and all this shit.
Starting point is 00:31:42 And how can you be, yeah, no. You know what I'm saying? Like how can you be besties with the one that's posting on your other friends down? Honestly, you should text her for me and be like, Kenzie thinks it's weird that you friends with Sammy. It's like Sammy going to like want to do. Well, I was going to get your permission to text her and just be like, hey, like what's going on with you and Sammy? Yes, I'm glad to do that. Yes, get the tea and be like, how are you going to be cool with Sammy when this?
Starting point is 00:32:04 I don't really, and I will, because I could drive her in a second. And I've been real cool with Phil, too. Like, Phil, like the gay ones. Yeah, Phil's pretty cool, but you know that Phil and them are beating? What do you think? Phil and Nina and them were beefing for a minute. I don't know. Phil, been ride or die for me.
Starting point is 00:32:22 Who all has Freakenzie in her Instagram bio? Like, who is, like, being scared to post that? Because, like, if you're scared to, like, be free Kesey. I have, no, do I haven't? I haven't even been on social media. Like, I literally can't do it because I closed around the other day and I was in my sport of God. Like, I was popping off with my mouth and you know how I popped off with my mouth.
Starting point is 00:32:40 And your mom was like, fake you can't say anything because it can jeopardize the trial and it can depotize this. Yes, I know. That's what my mom's been saying too. Yeah, like, I just been saying off all the social media, I can't do it. It makes me, like, mad. Like, I start to state mad. That's just, like, so weird. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:33:01 Oh, I think we have to go in our room right now. I'm about to pretend I didn't hear, but I think we have to go in our room. But I'm going to call you again tomorrow. Do you work tomorrow? No, you can call me all day tomorrow, but we have that. We have that video call. We about to get, we about to talk tomorrow on the video call. Like, I'm about to, like, we're about to get going more because I can, like, we didn't have a lot of time.
Starting point is 00:33:22 I'm not face-time with you on my tablet so I can use my phone to show you everyone's Instagram post. Yes, that. And to show you everything. Did you say we got to go in our room? Oh, okay. Yeah, I just have to fake pretend that, but I love you so much, girl. I can't wait to talk to you at 10 o'clock tomorrow. But now I'm the youngest. Yeah, not the youngest. Okay, I'm going to have to watch all of this. Well, there's only a few videos, but, oh, my gosh, McKenzie. I've been just, like, wondering about you, like, seriously, just, like, thinking, like, what, you know, like, what is she doing?
Starting point is 00:54:33 shit. Most of the time I'd be sleep, or I'd be, like, reading a Bible book, like, to learn about God, because, like, that's all I really have to do is so I might as well, like, not just, like, just learn because, like, I don't know. Yeah. Or, like, I'm on the phone with my mom because, like, it's hard to call my friends sometimes because I get really sad. I just, like, miss them so much. Oh, yeah, your mom loved you so much, McKenzie.
Starting point is 00:54:56 Like, she literally loved you with, like, every cell in her soul. I feel so bad for her. Like, I feel like I just, like, fucked up her whole life with this shit, like, and I didn't even, like, do it on purpose. It's just, like, I don't know. It's so sad. Your mom really, really loves you. Oh, my gosh. I wish I could just, like, really talk to you right now, but I'm, like, scared to ask questions.
Starting point is 00:55:21 Ask my mom. She will tell you everything. She knows the answer to everything. So Monday, you're going to be, like, finding out. Yeah, if I'm guilty or not. But I'm going to be on the news again, so you will see you, too. Holy shit. Monday at 1 o'clock I'll be probably on the news again.
Starting point is 00:55:38 Why are they so obsessed with you? Like, you've gotten a fucking car accident. Like, I've gotten in three of those. It's probably just because, like, my boyfriend's last name is, like, Rousseau and, like, his family is just, like, trying to, like, do some weird shit. I don't know. His mom. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:55:58 They don't fuck with me no more. No. After the car accident, I was, like, hey, hanging out with his family and still, still. But then they just like turned on me all of a sudden. So the dad, too. Mm-hmm. He'd be at court now.
Starting point is 00:56:10 And I'm like, damn, like, didn't we literally go to dinner together? Didn't I come to, like, Dom's birthday party after the crash? And I was with all you guys. And then y'all all just want to, like, turn on me all of a sudden. That's just, like, crazy to me. But they know I didn't do it on purpose. I just think that they're hurt. And they don't know how to grieve properly, which I understand.
Starting point is 00:56:28 Like, not everyone understand it. But that's what I think. really just the fact that they had so many strings that they could hold to even get you arrested in the first place. Yes, like, it is so, it's so, like, it's just, like, I would understand if they gave me, like, a normal charge, but, like, the charges that they gave me are, like, literally insane. Like, it's not.
Starting point is 00:56:49 They're trying to make it seem something that it's not, like, it's not, like, I didn't do this on purpose. Like, I got in a car accident. I'm a third victim, like, and they just think that, like, it was also, like, joke. and like that I was like, oh yeah, I just wanted to do this on purpose to the love of my life and a friend. Like that's the most dumb, crazy thing I ever heard in my life. Like, he was the love of your life. Like, you, every time I talked to you, I was with him.
Starting point is 00:57:12 Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, I would never hurt him, like, ever. And yeah, we argued, but like, what about the video? Like, man, they just tried to make it seem like I was like this, like abusive girlfriend to him. But they didn't show anything he did to me, which is just so easy. There's always two sides. There's always two sides. And even though you guys went through stuff, like every couple goes for stuff.
Starting point is 00:57:35 Like, do you know what I mean? Like, every couple fights. Every couple has a toxic phase. So the fact that's it. And your mom, she called me one day a while ago, and she called me to tell me your charges. And, like, McKenzie, I was sitting on the toilet and, like, I just, like, screamed and started crying when she told me the charges. Because I was, like, that's insane. Like, that's an insane charge for what happened.
Starting point is 00:58:00 I've never heard of that before. Like, I've never heard of that. It's, there's evil working against me, like, and then I'm like, why would I be saved to live, like, life if, like, they were just going to arrest me. And, like, I don't understand. They brought me back to life just to put me in jail. Like, that just doesn't make any sense to me. Like, so then, like, I try to think that, like, damn, maybe there's, like, something good for me planned. Maybe, like, this is all part of my story.
Starting point is 00:58:22 And then I'm going to write my book when I get out of here and shit. But then, like, what if I'm just, like, my life is just meant to be fucked and I'm meant to fucking jail my whole life? shit like for something I didn't even do on purpose like for a fucking crash a car accident like man the prosecutors in court were like oh yeah Kenzie did this but what she just killed Davian to at baggage I'm like did that word just come out of your mouth baggage that just bath hold me like he would say it again they said like I killed Don because I was like a weird abusive relationship, but then I just decided to, like, kill Davion, too, as baggage.
Starting point is 00:59:04 That's what the prosecutor said. In court, in front of the judge. And I'm like, that is, because they have no, nothing of why I would do it to Davian. They have videos of me and Dom arguing, because Dom would record me when I was really upset sometimes, and then I would record him when he was upset. Yeah. But they only played, like, me tweaking on him. So, but they had nothing for Davian.
Starting point is 00:59:25 So then they just was, like, 10. Davian was just baggage. And I'm like, oh, my goodness. That makes it sound like your serial color. Yes, and like, why the fuck would I do that? And then people on social media just are, like, talking so much shit about me on, like, the Strongville police page and, like, all over, like, the news things. People are just, like, saying crazy shit about me. And I'm like, none of you guys even know me, like, I don't know.
Starting point is 00:59:49 And I had to, like, change my Instagram name and shit. Like, I don't, like, because people, like, when you look up my name on Google, my Instagram comes up. Yeah, I see some things on to. talk too. On TikTok? Yeah, just like one, but I just ignored it. I think I know what you're talking about. She bawled?
Starting point is 01:00:09 I don't remember. It was a while ago. It was, I don't know. I hate people to stay everyone. So, wait, how many days have you done trial, like three? I've been in trial for four days, but I've been in jail nine months. Not in the county, though. I've been in the county.
Starting point is 01:00:25 On Monday, so it's about to be one week here. Okay. Wow. Once again, crazy as fuck. Like a week in this bitch, like, what the fuck? And my commissary is not coming. I don't know. Tell me scary.
Starting point is 01:00:40 It's fuck, and it's the fact that they got me on this floor too. Like, there's this one girl who just, like, is, like, talks to herself, like, all day long. She's in the room, like, right by me. She's like, ma'am, ma'am, like, all day long. I'm like, girl, like, she's pissing me off so bad. Like, I don't like her. Like, she's so irritating, like... But why do I even...
Starting point is 01:01:00 on that floor like I don't get it they need like if they want to put people like there's another girl up on my floor she's in protective custody too but they like why is they're not a protective custody floor like I don't understand why they have to put us on like this floor so that's the protective custody floor pretty no it's not it's the psych yes they have well yes in a way yes like I just don't that's just like horrible and like I just don't like everyone I met on this floor has been like cool to me though like I haven't I don't have an issue with anybody on this floor like everybody cool like everybody cool like except like the one girl that's like in her room by herself.
Starting point is 01:01:34 She's in the room by me. She's so irritating and I hate her. But, man. Well, I'm glad that, like, the girls get along with you and stuff. Yeah, I'm not about to cause no problems in here. I don't want no, like, beef with nobody in jail. Like, everyone's been so nice to me so far. No, you're tiny too.
Starting point is 01:01:53 You're tiny. You need to stay away from those girls. Yes, and everyone's like, like I said, I'm the youngest here. Like, except this one girl that I'm friends with, She's like a couple years older than me. She's real cool. I like her. But, yeah, other than that, it's just, the shit just crazy.
Starting point is 01:02:10 Man, I can't believe this. So, okay, but like, let's just say on Monday they say that you're innocent. Do you get to go home? No. I'm probably going to get charged with, like, vehicular homicide or, like, reckless homicide. Okay, vehicular. But then it would maybe go back to juvenile. Right?
Starting point is 01:02:30 not homicide. No, it will probably be homicide because like, oh, what? Yeah. They just, they are trying to like fuck me up, like, bad. Like, they are trying to, like, I don't know. It says, it says McKenzie. How do you say your last name? Sherilla. Charilla, accused of driving car into building a hundred miles an hour to kill two men on purpose. What in the fuck is that shit? That is some really disgusting wedding.
Starting point is 01:03:07 Yes, like, and then two men, like her boyfriend. Like, they just aren't making it seem weird as far. Crazy. Okay, well, I'm going to, let me, I think if I have a few more finish on here, but you want to call me tomorrow? I'm going to call you tomorrow because my mom has been working 10-hour shifts, and I can't call her, but I'm going to call you tomorrow and talk to you more. I wrote your number down, so I'm going to call you more.
Starting point is 01:03:33 And you can set up video calls with me, too, if you want, but it costs money, So you don't have to. Well, this costs money too, but video calls are kind of expensive. But either way, I'm going to talk to you tomorrow. I'm going to call you. But if you want, you can tell you a video phone. I'll put more money on the scene. Just call you a mile, okay? All right. I love you so much, girl.
Starting point is 01:03:49 I'll see you. I love you too. Bye, girl. Bye, girl. I'm going to try. I'll do it for y'all. I love you so much. I'll talk to you tomorrow.

Starting point is 01:05:06 Hey, Mom. How are you? Anxious. You saw us waving at you? Yeah, out the window? Yes! Yeah, I did see you. Did you see me?
Starting point is 01:05:16 No. What? You better maybe come at nighttime. Oh. So you can see, like, the light on in my room. We saw the lights. I didn't, can you put a piece of paper in the window or something? Or, like.
Starting point is 01:05:30 Yeah, I'll try to put some shit in the window. But, yeah, when you guys were standing at the corner, I could see you. And y'all kept walking across the street, and then I couldn't see you. But, like, I can see where your, I saw where your car was parked. Oh, so you can see that part. We weren't sure if you can see us in the parking lot or the corner. I could see you at the corner and I couldn't see when you walked across the street though. Okay, so that's the limit.
Starting point is 01:05:53 We weren't sure. Dang it, I spent a lot of time in the parking lot trying to find your room. We were there for a long time. I've seen you at the corner though. But you saw us waving. Mm-hmm. Do you guys want to talk to Kenzie? Okay, hold on.
Starting point is 01:06:06 Who is that? Hi. Oh, hey, Kendra. Hey, Kendra. I love you so much. I love you so much. I wish I could do more when I see you guys in the courtroom. They told me I can't smile at you guys are nothing,
Starting point is 01:06:17 so I try to write you guys like little notes on my paper and shit. No, I love it. You look so good. I hope you know that. Man. Do you think it went good today or no? You know mom said we can't talk about it over the phone. She said, do I think that it went good today?
Starting point is 01:06:38 Okay. I mean, I don't know. I don't really know. Neither do I. I was, like, really confused. Like, it was really different today. Yes, I was really nervous today. Like, today would, like, I literally cried all day today.
Starting point is 01:06:53 Like, I'm so stressed out. No, yeah, I bet. But you're doing amazing. Shit, I'm trying. Real hard. Well, it's going to pay off. I'll tell you that. I hope.
Starting point is 01:07:10 I want to do 15. life in that fucking prison that would just be horrible. How's your finger? Um, it's fucked up, man. I fucked this shit up, Kenzie. Why did you break your finger? I don't know why. Because I was just fucking around.
Starting point is 01:07:33 I fell when I was running up the stairs. I was maybe under the influence a little bit, but it's okay. Man. Yeah. She's a, it's my pinky, and it's literally like the size of, um, my thumb almost. They're swole? Yeah. Oh, my gosh.
Starting point is 01:07:58 Are you all at my house? No, we are at TikTok Tavern. Where? TikTok Tavern. What the fuck is that? Uh-huh? What, is it like food or something? Oh, no, yeah, it's where we went last time.
Starting point is 01:08:18 It's really, really good. It's food. Yeah. It's really good. It was all there. Um, me, Maddie, your mom. Oh my god, tell Maddie I literally love her. Like, I've seen Maddie and I was like, I know this isn't Maddie.
Starting point is 01:08:32 Like, oh my goodness, that made my day. She said that it made her day. She was like, oh my goodness, no way that's Maddie. What your mom must have come. I'm with the phone. Hello. Oh, my God. Allison.
Starting point is 01:08:44 I was bawling my eyes out. Oh, my God, Allison. She loves you so freaking much. I love her, too. I really love her. Because he's got an old soul, and she's, you know, we were having some mature conversation. Tensey, she, I just feel so bad because she's having, she's going through it right now at work, and she could really use somebody like you.
Starting point is 01:09:06 I would work there. I was like, if I get out, I'm going to work for her. Yeah. She needs some good people. She's having a rough time. What happened? It's just people that work, but you will get a tablet. The reason why you haven't gotten was because you're new.
Starting point is 01:09:20 It takes a couple of days. No, it's not. Because I'm on the seventh floor. No, she said every floor gets one. No, they're fucking lying. Who the fuck did you? They're lying. The people at the desk.
Starting point is 01:09:29 They're lying to you. They lied to you. The seventh floor does not get tablets because it's in the Segward floor. And we don't get razors. And I talk to me. And I'm about to write a, grievance and I talk to CARP because I'm getting fucking moved off this floor like it's I'm disgusted with this floor like I don't want to be on this floor okay well I
Starting point is 01:09:49 have the phone number good I want to be on the with the normal people I don't want to be with the crazy bitch yeah I know oh my god they played our they played our conversations man I was trying not to laugh when they played it was in the hospital I remember like I feel like nothing that I said in the hospital should be used because One, I don't remember literally any of it. Like, but like, all I heard was, like, I was trying to laugh so hard. I was like, oh, my God.
Starting point is 01:10:18 And he's like, I still don't know what they said. They still don't know. What do you mean? I don't even, like, I don't even, like, I don't even, like, I don't even remember what the fuck I said to you. Like, I don't remember. Like, I cannot tell you what I said to you. Why wouldn't they ask us? Duh.
Starting point is 01:10:37 Ask us. Yeah. Yeah. I don't know, and he, and the detective was pissing me off today. He kept making, like, weird-ass faces at Jim and shout. I'm like, you're a cop. Like, why the fuck are you? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, he's supposed to be unbiased.
Starting point is 01:10:47 Maybe he's, maybe she'll see that he does not look like he's unbiased. Okay, we can't talk about anything also. You must have to me any. You can put me on speaker, but I don't know how long I have out here. What? I don't know how long I have out here. Oh, okay. All right.
Starting point is 01:11:03 Okay. All right. Okay. Oh, my then. So what happened last night or this morning? You couldn't call me? This morning, at 7.30 a.m. I went down to court. Oh, okay.
Starting point is 01:11:17 So I was in court all day today. And last night, I don't know what even... I think I called you that one time last night, and then that's all I could have done. Oh, okay. I wasn't sure about the 8 o'clock or not. I didn't know if something happened. Damn, it's the 10th already. Yeah. So I did get the phone number of somebody I'll call, so I'm going to call them when we're done here to ask about getting you off that floor.
Starting point is 01:11:40 Yes, like, like, cheeseiziz, mez, meza, whizord. I know. I know. Izo, either, Pizza, heza, Tiz, Cizade, Eza, Eza, EZ, EZ, EZ, EZ, EZ, EZ, EZ, EZ, EZ, Mizza, Biza, Tiza, Biza, B, Biza, Biza, B, and I believe it. And I can't log in. I don't know why. And he's, like, not letting me log in. Is somebody helping you?
Starting point is 01:11:58 Yeah, but, like, it's just not, like, I'm just kidding. Like, it's irritating. I don't know, like, how to fuck to work it. Well, somebody should be able to, I mean, help you. Who's helping you? Oh, and then they were trying to say that we were talking nonsense on the phone last night. I'm like, I didn't talk to her last night. Who said that?
Starting point is 01:12:14 Remember in the thing, in trials. Weren't they saying, like, we were just talking a whole bunch of nonsense last night? I didn't talk to you last night. Oh, I didn't even hear them say that. Yeah. Who said that? So, one. I don't know.
Starting point is 01:12:29 What? What's the comb with? What's that for? I got pro-you. Maybe. Oh my God. Wait, you met Miss Lisa? I did. Mom, I love her. Like, to death. That is literally like my mom, like my other mom, too. Oh. What did they say? I see Miss Peggy, Miss Lisa. Who was that man in the back?
Starting point is 01:12:53 I have no idea. She didn't say anything to anybody? Nope. Who had that painting in the background? What? Oh, he was from the other side. What the fuck? Why was he on our side? Oh, he was with the same. detective.
Starting point is 01:13:04 Hizoo? I guess so, yeah. I don't know. Also, he was probably trying to hear what you all was talking about. Yeah, well, nobody was talking, though. That's weird as fuck. Nobody was talking. So.
Starting point is 01:13:17 Where was dad? Um, dad had to stay home today. Why? Because he's, he can't handle the stress or he just needs to stay home. Is he okay? He's okay. He's 100% okay. He just doesn't want to cause problems for you because of his lack of maybe controlling, saying something he shouldn't say. And who was all there? Who was all there today? Let's see. Oh, and besides that, too, you know, he does obviously, Daddy loves you. He just wants to make sure you're in the best position. That's all. It was really hard to sit in the lobby with Tyler yesterday. It was really hard.
Starting point is 01:14:01 Who? Tyler. Who the fuck is Tyler? Tyler, uh, Proctor? He was there yesterday? Wasn't he the one who testified about Davey on 360? No, that was Tyler Croy. Bother Croy, okay.
Starting point is 01:14:16 So we didn't know if that was Practor or Croy. No, and the one... The girl? I'm confused because some of the stuff she said, I don't ever remember saying that to her. So, like, I'm weirded the fuck out by her. Well, don't forget, you know, it's been so long. They might be remembering things differently.
Starting point is 01:14:35 But how are they able to testify and say I said that when I don't ever remember saying that to her? Like, that's just, it's weird to me. That's how she remembers it. So she's not lying. That's how she remembers the event. I have no idea that, can't be. It doesn't matter. And then she says that we're friends.
Starting point is 01:14:50 And I was like, so we're friends. But then you said that weird shit. Like, that just weirds me out. Yeah. I don't know, pumpkin. And Paul, were you talking to Paul or no? You can't talk to you. I don't want Paul's information.
Starting point is 01:15:00 No, I was going to call him and just telling them. I'm so sorry. felt so bad for him. Oh my God, I felt so bad for him too. Like, he made me so bad. Yeah, and I couldn't find his phone number in your phone. I don't know how to contact him. Ask Rosie. I thought Rosie was going to testify. Why didn't Rosie testify? Because she would have said the same thing. Paul, you guys were all together. It would have been the same thing. It would have been the same thing. Yeah, I need to have a private talk with you, too. Like, I'm just some weirded out by some things. And I just like, don't know how to feel about it.
Starting point is 01:15:32 Yeah. And I don't even think you know what I'm talking about. I don't even know how to, if we can do private conversation. It just is weird to me, like, I don't know. I'll ask when I call the whoever that is today. Yeah, you need to call them at like, I need that because I need access to my, you know, I can, like, buy movies on my tablet. Oh, really? Yeah, I can have music on there, I can play games.
Starting point is 01:15:57 Okay. And then I just like don't have access to it because I'm on the fucking psych word floor. That just pisses me off. I'll figure it out. That's wrong. Like, why? And like, I need to get Ezoff, EZEZEZEZEZEZEZEZEZEZEZEZEZEZEZEEZEEEZEEEEEZEEEEEEZE. And the lady used to walk me to court earlier said it was because I'm on the
Starting point is 01:16:23 news but like I don't need to be protected for what I'm in here because like you're allowed to watch the news in here. But I don't care, like I don't care like I've been called. names ever since I've been in jail, like I'm not worried about that. I just want to be with like Ries-A-L-L-A-L-T-Betle, need not T-Z-E-A-Betle-T-E-A-Bel. Yeah. Okay, well, I'll call and find out. What else is going on? Yeah, I'll call. I'll see what I can do anyway. There might not be much I can do here.
Starting point is 01:16:51 You have to, like, voice your concern and complain and be like, well, why is my child on the the psych work floor? Like, what's the fuck? Like... Somebody said it might be because you asked for mental health, like, therapy. What? No. Every... Because that's where the therapists are? No, it's not. Okay. I'll call and find out.
Starting point is 01:17:08 Yes, like, either raising, me, like, see some whizendid, please, like, screasing me, and leaves out, even if they're there, resume. We either do it up. And I don't know who it is. And I'm like, what the fuck? Like, that is so annoying. Right. I wonder if I can't see you.
Starting point is 01:17:25 So, what we'll do is, if you can call me at night, I'll just get right in the car while we're talking, and then I'll just, but you won't be able to see me, I feel like. Yes, I will. Yes, I will. Trust me. Okay. And if you cross the street, you know, on the side you cross the street, too. But if you cross again and walk towards the place, there's, like, some white graffiti on the ground. It says, like, oops, like something oops, like stem, steam oops or some shit like that. On the ground?
Starting point is 01:17:53 Yes, like, steam oops. Okay. If you, like, stand right on that, I will see you, like, perfectly. Like, I can probably, like, read your lips type shit. Oh, wow, okay. So I had you on the wrong. You said you can see the Rockefeller sign. That's why I thought you were on the other side.
Starting point is 01:18:09 No, I, Mom, the corner. It was like, you know, like, where you parked your car? Yeah. I got to know. When you walk right across the street? Uh-huh. I can see you there. But then you kept walking across the street, like, again.
Starting point is 01:18:23 Like, another corner. Right. I can see when you're at that corner where it has, like, the windows with, like, the art on it and shit. Like, the little, like, I don't know what exactly is on the window. But I can see. I know exactly what you mean. I got you. Okay. I don't want to be here.
Starting point is 01:18:41 You have one last. You have one last. I know, sweetie pie. All right. I'm going to try to call you again, Mom. Okay. Right now. But I'm going to wait for her to hang up because I don't know if she's going to let me call you again. Because only the seven-day people are allowed out right now.
Starting point is 01:18:57 The seven-day people? You're the ones who have to be in their room, seven days. Hmm. Okay. I love you, Pumpkin. I love you so much. Tell Kendra and Maddie, I said I love them, too. Because she said she loves them.
Starting point is 01:19:11 And tell them my... I have a grandma and Auntie Stephanie and Auntie Candar are here, too. Oh, tell them all I said, I love them so much. Hold on. They said they love you so much. I love you guys. So much. But, yeah, I'm going to try to call again, because I want to talk to you guys again.
Starting point is 01:19:30 But if not, this will probably be the last call for tonight that I know of. But if not, I'm a booed. All right. And then I get to talk to you. Thank you for using. All right. I love you, love you. Goodbye.
Starting point is 01:19:41 Hello. This is a prepaid collect call from an incarcerated individual at Cuyahoga County Corrections Center. This call is not private. It will be recorded and may be monitored. If you believe this should be a private call, please hang up and follow facility instructions to register this number as a private number. To accept charges and consent to this request.
Starting point is 01:20:03 Thank you for using. Securus. You may start the conversation. now. Hello. What? I'm about to add Rosie to this call and you're about to hear this shit that's going on right now. What the fuck?
Starting point is 01:20:16 Hold on. Hello. Hey. Hello? Hey, Rosie. Ah, hey. I'm here. Hmm.
Starting point is 01:20:26 Basically, I was just telling Rosie about how you were like, leave Tyler, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. Yeah. Okay. Yeah. I don't like it. Neither do you are. Me and Rosie were talking. and I was like, I'm going to tell him I want to get a one-bedroom by myself.
Starting point is 01:20:40 Why? So I'm not living with him, so I can leave him. But why would you tell him that? Why wouldn't you just, like, sneak away? You know how he is. You should have told him that. Yeah. Well, now he's freaking out of me.
Starting point is 01:20:59 How many people can break up, though? Just tell him you're done with him and then go to my house. So I said the last fact I said to him was, you made me like I was forced to have sex with you. I'm not leaving you, but I could very well just for that. I'm just trying to make this relationship work with what you did and overcome it. I think it would work better if we had our own state. No, you need to break up with him.
Starting point is 01:21:23 He said, I mean, we don't even have a sex life. I don't know what else to do anymore. I try to give my all. So whatever you want, I'm not going to be able to afford a one bedroom and a car payment all by myself. So I'm going to try to talk to my dad or my grandma about moving in with one of Yeah. He's a manipulative. Yes, that's not okay.
Starting point is 01:21:46 Say okay, okay, good. That's not your problem. And then move the fuck out. He's gross. She's so annoying, acting like he wouldn't have moved out anyway and have to pay for an apartment in his car payment anyway. Right. If you're broke as fuck, get a job. I don't like him.
Starting point is 01:22:05 I think you guys should reach out. Yes, and I'm irritated right now, so I'm just going to dog Tyler out so it like makes me not irritated. But like, yes. like, you know, for real, you just need to leave him. Like, he looked musty. Like, I just don't like, like, you could do way better. Like, I don't know. And, yeah, like, I don't even know, like, no face.
Starting point is 01:22:27 You always be, yes, like, you can't be with him, he ugly. So ugly. You need to find someone better. And they actually can support you. Like, you shouldn't be, like, paying for shit for no man. Yeah. Yeah, like, Dom and me, like, y'all. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:22:42 Yeah, it's like, Dom and me, like, y'all, know, like, I did not like to, I don't like to have sex all like that. Like, I don't like to be fucking every single day. I don't like that. And Dom wasn't, he wouldn't be like, please, please just do this. Like, Dom would never do that to me, ever. He was, he understood that, like, that's just how I am. And he just, like, I don't know.
Starting point is 01:23:03 Yeah, you need to find a respect. I'm not trying to make you feel any type of way, but before we even got together, I told you I didn't like having sex. I shouldn't. fuck shouldn't what the foot you feel like I'm an object and I'm forced um do you want to give me his number so I can jog him myself or what listen row last night he was like tell kensia I said keep her head up and I like just ignored him like I can't take it to the fuck out of you man I don't really give a fuck he can he can call me a killer and a murder all he won like that's it okay fuck I don't
Starting point is 01:23:42 gave a fuck like I know I'm not none and that oh and I didn't tell you oh Rosie guess what I got what? Three letters from three different inmates. Oh my god really? Luffy you know that same I sent you of that guy? Yeah, same. He sent me his Instagram and he said that one day and face DM'd you him or some shit out of he's DM and he's like that guy I said me in this account I was about to ask that he wrote me a letter
Starting point is 01:24:11 you'll be to read it to you it's real funny. Please, bro, read it. I'm dead. Let me look at his account again. Kenzie, do you know what he looks like? I just, all I know is he's old is fuck, but he's trying to get on. Actually, he doesn't look that bad. He's just old as hell.
Starting point is 01:24:26 This is funny as fuck. Okay, are you ready? Yeah. He says, what's that baby girl? Oh. Okay. Hope all is well on your end. My end word gave me your info and told me to tap in.
Starting point is 01:24:40 He said you was in a heavy situation, but didn't get into details, though. My name is Jason, but everyone call me Santana. I'm 5-11, 185 light skin. I used to have waves, but I got dreads now. I got a few paths, but I got hella space. I'm going to fill in when I get out. I've been down eight, seven, and I got eight left.
Starting point is 01:24:58 I can file my J-U-B next year, so if you want somebody to talk to, I'm here for you, but if not, feel free to pass my info on. I like to re-travel, and I'm into sports. To kill time, I'm working on these books and movies, and I'm in a graphic design class. I don't want to give up too much yet. Hopefully we'll be able to get to know each other. And I'll be able to brighten your day. So until next time.
Starting point is 01:25:19 And then he gave me his Instagram. I ain't no way. I wrote him back. You don't hear what I wrote him? I'm going to leave it to you. Okay. Then I think I have some things to think about for myself. Oh, please.
Starting point is 01:25:36 Break up with him before he breaks up with you. Because a time of breaks up with you, that's it. I said, do you want to break up? I think he does. babe, you were like, we should just go, we should just each get our own apartment. And he was like, we need, why? I wasn't even mean about it. Because I swear to God, I was literally asking Rosie, like, if I sound like an asshole,
Starting point is 01:25:52 like, I was trying to be nice because the last time me and Tyler broke off, he literally sat there and did coke and told his family he was going to kill himself because of it. Okay, and that's not your fault. So, like, I was trying to be, like, nice to be like, listen, like, I just think it'd be better if, like, we got our own place, like, faces, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah, blah. When he's gone, he's just, like, to say he's going to kill himself, I'll be like, telling your brother. You know what I mean? Like, that's all you've got to do. You see, like,
Starting point is 01:26:20 no, like, that's not my fault. Tell your mom. Like, that's not what you've got to do. Yeah, be like, I'll tell your mom. I'm going to screenshot this and send it to your mom. Yeah, that's what I always say. I'm always like, do I need to tell your mom that you're like literally going mentally crazy? He said, he said, no, I don't, but now I really don't know. Hey, break up with him. Like, I know you don't want to, but just break up with him, like, for real, like, and focus on yourself. Be like, okay, we're going to be like, I was like, I think, hey, I think we need to break up. and be like we can maybe like touch back base, like when you get your shit together.
Starting point is 01:26:50 You know what I mean? Like you can just say some shit like that. You're like, how do you not know? Say, if you want my advice or not, that's what I think you should do. I don't like him. Me neither. I don't like how he does that. That's weird as fun.
Starting point is 01:27:09 Like, he better not ever try to do no weird shit to you again. And I'm going to tell you all what's just happened to me that got me irritated as fuck. So on this fucking secure JP6 tablet, shitty-ass tablet. I, there's this music subscription, that's $20 a month. And I was like, okay, I'm just going to get it because, like, I don't want to pay $2 for a song, like, every day and pay for songs over and over again. Tell me why. So I buy the subscription. I'm going to start downloading all this music.
Starting point is 01:27:39 Brough, they only got, like, upcoming artists. Like, it's like, if me and you recorded a song and put it on discord. Yes, it's like people like that. And I'm singing like, I know I didn't just pay $20. $20 for 200,000 songs of people that recorded in their basement. I'm irritated as fuck, and I can't refund it. So now I'm just stuck with this fucking shit. Like, I'm so irritated.
Starting point is 01:28:00 Like, and I called my mom. Like, mom, I might to freak the fuck out. Like, I just bought this subscription. A fucking, like, not even underground, like, fucking, like, Davians and Dom's and shit of the world. Like, fucking Tyler Proctor, fucking, like, people that just, like, I'm shit. Literally being you.
Starting point is 01:28:20 I wish it sounded like Davion and Dom and this too, but no, it's literally like, who is it giving you this? It's giving. It's giving him Joey. It's giving Joey, yes. It's giving who else, fucking all them. That's what it's giving. I'm like, what the fuck is going on and why. That's me and say, we're talking person.
Starting point is 01:28:41 No, say no. That's not going to happen. No, because I know what he's going to do, but. No, because he's going to pay me on the purse. He's going to put the fuck out of my house. No, he wants to just use. the tip, Faith. That's all he wants. Just the tip. Like, don't let him see you in person. For real. He's going to try to do some weird shit.
Starting point is 01:28:58 Well, he's stupid. I literally, I'm going to Rosie today. Oh, are y'all coming over? Y'all going to my house tonight at night? Yes. Yeah. And we're going to your mom. Yes, my mom told me, like, I really need y'all to unfollow, like, all these weird assholes. Like, anyone that y'all get weird vibes from. Yeah. Or that doesn't follow me back. Yeah. They're going to be like, wait, how does Kent's, how did Kent be unfollow? me. Like, yes, I don't follow you no more.
Starting point is 01:29:22 And what about this? Because you out of jail, she don't follow me. Yes, because I know they're keeping up with TV. Bro, I'm sad. I'm sad. Imagine if your account was just, like, commenting back at people like, oh, really? Honestly, I almost want y'all to have, like, you need to, like, come over every once in a while and, let's go through my phone. But you need to, like, unfollow, like, even people that are, like, friends with ops and aren't saying anything. Yeah, yeah, I understand.
Starting point is 01:29:47 We have a long list. All right, y'all, good. That's every time I'm talking person, don't let me. Hey, why does he think he can talk to you like that looking like that? That's just what I don't understand. I was literally just on Rosie that. I was like, bro, why down for you? He's ugly and fuck.
Starting point is 01:30:05 I don't know. It looks like his breast tank, so I don't know. With that weird ass upper lip, I don't know what the fuck wrong with him. Sorry, I was taking a picture of my titty's. Why? Not like nude. No, like, not nude, nude. It was just my shirt was like, like,
Starting point is 01:30:24 Like, my shirt makes my titty's look real good today. You said to her? No. Oh, okay. I just send it to everyone else in my fucking Snapchat. Oh, yeah, I've got Karina jealous. Your kid did get more views than her now. I said, yeah, she can't get any views anymore.
Starting point is 01:30:44 Yes, because I remember, she used to like have 40K, like, follow her back for her boo. I know. They would always be talking about her tities, Brad. What do you want me to do then? I feel like I give you my all. Just be told this fuck Let's break up with him Just break up with him
Starting point is 01:30:59 The conversation's like literally pathetic as fuck He's pathetic as fuck break up with him He's bad at fuck He's bad at a fuck trying to give my all You don't try to do anything What all? What does he give? That's what I'm saying
Starting point is 01:31:09 He doesn't give you shit Like What he gives you his $150 a month for rent Like what's the fuck? Where's the last time He does give me money though When? He does give me money though
Starting point is 01:31:19 On whose side does you want? I'm just saying He does give me money, though. No, not enough. Not enough. I'm on his ass. If he really, like, loved you like that, he would pay for your apartment by yourself. Guys, I'm going to go join the Army.
Starting point is 01:31:38 That was fair. What? He just said that? No, I am. I'm saying that. Let me know if you see Dom. Because apparently Dom was going there. You kind of like, like, like, I'm a piece of shit.
Starting point is 01:31:56 Like, why would he just lie about that? Like, I'm just not over that. So like, this, what, the army? Dom would never shave his head, and you know that. He don't want to look like it better. He's forced me to have sex. What? Sure.
Starting point is 01:32:11 You said that to him? Yeah, I just know. Wait, what if you said you're a piece of shit, you tried to force me to have sex? You said that's him? No, I said he told me like I'm a piece of shit and you force me to have sex. Period. Yes, he, I don't know why he thought he can just do that. That's really fucking weird.
Starting point is 01:32:27 I said I'm going to need some of your jailboy's numbers What do you say? I said I'm going to need some of your jailboy numbers Oh my God, this one man, he's like 45 And he really wants me to call him at 3.30 today And I think I'm going to call him And he's like a sugar daddy He scares me a little bit though
Starting point is 01:32:49 Like I Are he dead? That's funny Yes, he's like He's like, how are you beautiful? I'm like, okay I just don't answer him. Like, he scares me.
Starting point is 01:33:00 It's so weird. They're so weird. Oh, he did not go there. He said, you act like everything's the... Oh. What is it? He's just going to do this perfect, though. I've been working on myself half the time.
Starting point is 01:33:12 I feel like I can't even come to you about the problems I'm dealing with. He's trying to manipulate you. He's trying to manipulate you. Gaslighting? Block in. Lock in. Why do you get entertaining him? For real.
Starting point is 01:33:27 I said gas. You have a question mark? Oh, my God. No. You need to just stop texting him. It ain't wasting your energy on him. This is what he wants. Like, for real.
Starting point is 01:33:39 I'm going to call you back. Yeah. Okay. Add me to it, face. I will. I'm going to just wait until it hangs up. Y'all can stay on the phone. And I'm just let it hang up.
Starting point is 01:33:49 But I don't know. Tyler is, and he needs to lose weight, but we'll just talk about that later. Yeah, and why is the same Tyler? He's like, I'm just telling you how to tell everyone. What? Would you say that, Rosie? Like Tyler, though? That name is she.
Starting point is 01:34:05 I don't know. Tyler. Like, no. Goodbye. Flopped. I don't know. Next caller. Yes, next caller.
Starting point is 01:34:17 Fuck. Annoying as far. You could just tell she's so concentrated. Yeah, Dave is about to blow me. That's what. She needs to block him. I'm wasting her energy on his bitch ass. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:34:35 Thank you for using. Securus. Goodbye. So I'm curious based on everything that you just heard, if you're with me, where it sounds like, okay, they're joking. They're not taking any sort of, they're not taking it seriously. They're, you know, mean girl mentality, collectively. It just, and I get it, they're young.
Starting point is 01:34:53 And so maybe you chalk some of that up to immaturity. But also, it just feels very surface. and gross to me. I don't know. Now, another thing I'm working on, which I mentioned will release Friday. There are so many calls between McKenzie and her mother. Now, we, I don't think it's any secret. I think we all can agree that McKenzie's parents, Natalie and Steve, have enabled her from day one and that they weren't even actual parents. They were more concerned with being her friend. So I went through the hours and hours and hours and hours of phone calls with her mom, and I pulled out 15 that I think really are the wildest, the most, you know, the audacity, the evilness, the enabling, all of those
Starting point is 01:35:35 things. And just kind of like, honestly, the bizarre ones, too. So that is going to be releasing Friday. So make sure you're, and again, uncut, raw, uncensored. So make sure that you are subscribed if you're not already, so that you do not miss that episode. And with that, and maybe I'll talk about it more, I don't know if I, maybe I'll talk about it in the Friday episode. I'm going to share more about the text messages that everybody's talking about because there's been a lot of stuff going, and I'm going to make a note right now for myself for when I record this next video. There's been a lot of things going viral about text messages between McKenzie and her dad before the crash, where she would ask him in the middle of the night to bring her warm milk,
Starting point is 01:36:16 people suggesting that warm milk is code for something far more disgusting and nefarious, if you catch where I'm going with that. Also about how then whenever she posted her Starbucks order, it would say dairy-free, so why would she be asking for a warm milk and things about him saying, you know, but I love your mom. Weird stuff. Now, I have my personal opinions on that. I've been doing some digging. And I'm going to share that in the next episode, too, just because I think it's too much for this one.
Starting point is 01:36:43 So, and that way, too, it's like the mom and the dad, all of that stuff kind of lived together on one episode. So come back Friday for that. And let me know what you think. But hopefully we're almost done with this McKenzie saga because it's just more keeps coming out. more points of view. And so I think this next video on Friday will probably be the last of it, but I don't want to make any promises. So anyway, let me know what you guys think. Do you think that McKenzie is remorseful? Let me know either in the Q&A section. Maybe we'll put a poll up or in the comment section. What do you think? All right, guys, thank you so much for tuning in to another
Starting point is 01:37:20 episode. And until the next one, be nice, don't kill people, and just be a decent human.
