Okay, can we have this podcast is coming to by our voices are fucked from BravoCon.
Our voices, our minds, our physical bodies.
Our soul.
Our soul, everything.
What else can we add to that?
Everything is just gone.
What's up guys? Welcome back to another episode of Bouncing Act. This is Kristen. Even if I don't sound like me, I am pushing my voice to bring you the good goods from BravoCon. And we have our bestie, your favesies, Zachary Wickham. Hi.
Also, can I just say you sound like a phone sex operator right now and I kind of love it?
Side project.
Usually that's my voice.
Well, yours is always like that because it's just like that deep, like always kind of raspy.
But yours is not normally this like, oh, like sexual.
1,900 BravoCon.
Gross.
Most likely to be on a phone sex line at BravoCon.
Not the 1-800 or 1-900 Bravo con.
Oh, my God.
I bet Gen Z kids or whatever.
What's the younger one other than Gen Z?
Alpha.
Alpha, yeah.
I thought Alpha star, I thought, I thought Kyas Alpha.
She's beta.
No.
Oh.
Well, hers isn't technically like fully named, but yeah.
No, but it was like born in 2025 starts a new generation.
I remember that when I was pregnant.
Yeah, but like millennials, when we first started as a generation, weren't called millennials.
We fell into that name because someone coined it and then we became that.
Jin Z just never got a nickname.
so they continue to be Gen Z
and then Gen Alpha hasn't gotten a nickname
so they'll probably end up.
But like baby boomers,
Gen X didn't get one,
no one cared about them.
I, okay, so first thing I want to say,
I just got a little hurt.
Because I'm not Gen X,
but I feel like Gen X.
When I read,
I'm three years away.
Yeah.
So when I...
You're a millennial.
You're an older millennial or a zillennial.
It's also...
Gen Z.
If it's a Zillennial,
it's a younger millennial,
Gen Z millennial
Like Luke
And then if it's a Zillian on the other end
It's X
Zillennial with like
I think the cusp is 94
I don't think it's not
So if you wouldn't you then be a
Zillennial because you're at the end of millennials
I think he's at the beginning
No I'm at the end of millennial
It's like 84 to no wait
80
It's 80 to 94 or something like that
And I'm 91
Oh yeah you're Zillennial on the other side
Even though that is
not accurate for you at all. You were. I'm more like a boomer. I was just about to say that.
I was like, somehow you ended up in our generation, but you were definitely meant to be.
My point was, do you think the Gen Ziers and younger have any idea, if anyone of them are listening
right now, it's more like a 1-900 number? They're like, huh? Well, none of them have to watch TV.
Or do you know what I mean? Like old school TV where it's like, hey, call this number to like buy something
or call this number for this hotline or, yeah, I mean, I'm sure they know because their parents
have talked about it.
They don't even have to go to QVC.com.
They're like, go to the app.
Yeah.
Or just blink at the TV screen and it'll appear in your, just say it out loud and Amazon will put it in
your box.
Yeah.
Do you know sometimes when I'm watching Amazon on my TV, an ad will pop up and then there's like a little
button in the corner that's like, if you want to purchase this, just click here.
And it will immediately
Yeah, from your remote
While watching TV
You can just add it to your cart
Yeah, no, I have that every
It's like liquid IV
And it's like add to cart
Or buy now
I'm like what in the hell
It's going on
Yeah, all Prime has that now
Prime used to
I remember when Prime first came out
With these what they called
Active buttons
And you would put them
They were physical buttons
That you would put them near an item
So let's say dish detergent
Or whatever
Like a pin like a button
Like a button?
Like a press a button.
Oh, okay.
Like an elevator button.
Right.
Not like a, not like a button that you put on your jacket.
No, no.
Okay.
Like an elevator button.
One more thing that, you know.
Ages me.
Gen Alphas don't know what it is.
A button is not a pin on your shirt because you don't do that anymore.
See, I wouldn't even, I'm not going to lie.
I just forget all the old information and then I just, that's how I stay so young.
I just constantly just forget and then re-learn whatever's new.
Reset in the new decade.
You're, what, three, 400 years old?
You're a vampire, right?
Thank you.
You just have to say with the times.
With a killer spray tan.
That's why I spray tape all the time.
Tush.
But you said these buttons that you would press and it would just automatic,
because you would set it up on your, through your Amazon app,
and it would just reorder whatever it was and whatever quantity you'd set it up for.
So you noticed you're out of it.
You don't even have to, you know, like go to your phone.
You just press it.
It would order it for you.
I think we should start a,
sitcom called spray tan vampires.
That would be the stupid.
I'm done with you.
I think it could be great if we get some good writers on board.
Probably, but...
You're going to be in it because we can do scripted.
No, I love it, yeah.
I mean, I'm an actor.
Honestly, honey.
Why is spray tan vampires any worse than K-pop demon hunters?
Well, I think it's on the same way.
I mean, I'm not going to lie, K-pop demon hunters.
Like, I know you don't understand what that is.
I thought it was a TV show.
show. It is. It's a cartoon TV show. Okay. I've seen it on Netflix. Sure. Yeah. Okay. And it's for children. Yes. And the cartoon is based around a girl group and a boy group. And they have like songs that like battle each other on the charts. And like the boys are I think possessed by demons. And then the girls are kind of like the demon hunters. So they're like girls rule, boys drool. Yeah, because it's true. So.
I do want to talk about Bravo Khan, though, because what a whirlwind.
Zach, it was your first.
Luke, it was your first.
It was my fourth, technically.
I don't feel like I really participated.
Last year?
I was going to say last year.
You've been to all of them, but last year I don't feel like.
I just went for one day because they had announced the Valley.
Or no, sorry, they did not.
We had filmed the Valley season one when I went two years ago, but they hadn't announced it yet.
So they just had Jacks, Brittany, and I go because they were like rumblings.
So we were like, okay, so I just went for a day.
So I really didn't get to partake in the vagus experience of it.
So this year was really like, I feel like popped my Caesar's Forum cherry because, holy freaking moly.
It was wild.
Had you only been to the New York ones?
Oh, okay.
Yeah, which is just so different.
But it was wild.
I mean, I had a blast.
It was a little overwhelming.
But every time I would go into the day, like, guys, you know, I'm postpartum, so I'm still feeling a lot of feelings.
We had Kaya there with us.
We had Luke's mom and sister babysitting Kaya, which was so wonderful and helpful.
But every day, I would go into it, like, with a lot of nerves, just, like, wanting to do well and please people.
And I didn't feel like the hottest version of myself because of my P.P. Bod right now.
But every time I would go into postpartum.
I thought you were, like, shitting on your stuff.
by saying like, oh, I just have a P-P-P-Bod, postpart, I got it.
I realized that as I started to talk about it, I was like, okay, yeah.
But every time I would go into, like, okay, it's ready to go to a panel or like the photo
op, I would leave with the biggest, most giant smile on my face and how kind everyone was
and the lines that these people, like all of you fans would wait in, just to come see us and
say hi, was so freaking humbling, truly.
I agree.
it was it was pretty cool i think i certainly consumed too much alcohol and i think it was part of
something i don't know i don't seek out praise and get uncomfortable when it's too much and the first
day i was a little uncomfortable second and third day i drank the whole time and came off way more
comfortable so until it did it i'm just kidding you should you should have seen him you know when we
do the i'm not going to lie it was so funny you were just like i've never seen you smile so big yeah
You were just ready to go.
The very last thing of all of BravoCon that Luke and I did,
there was like this photo op type thing.
You guys might see these photos online
where it's like this cool purple background
and then these professional photos.
And it was the very last thing that Luke and I did.
And Luke had a pretty big break that day
where he could have gone back to the hotel,
but he was like, I'll just hang at BravoCon.
And we had alcohol flowing in our green room.
And we're taking these photos.
And Luke, I was like taking, doing stuff by myself.
And Luke just started screaming, Tiddies.
What?
I don't remember that.
Oh, my God.
Yeah, when we were doing the photo, the professional photos.
I'm dead.
That's hilarious.
And you kept trying to fight the photographer's assistant.
He kept being like, WWE.
His name is Bronson.
His name was Bronson.
Not really.
Like play fight.
They had stairs that went to nowhere.
I'm like, this is a perfect setup, Bronson.
Are we doing this?
I was going to go backflips, slam on them.
Also, I would say those photos of.
Kristen, tithes.
Those photos of you too looked so hot.
Thank you.
But seeing Luke beforehand, I was like, oh, no, it's going downhill before he gets there.
But then I don't know if you just like, you know, splash some water on your face and just like, whatever.
But like, you looked, you guys looked so good.
They came out so well.
You would never know you had a drop of alcohol.
Well, I can pull it together for a few seconds to snap a photo.
Well, you did it.
Good job.
between when photos were snapping,
I was going to be like,
I'm smizing.
I'm smizing.
Yeah, he did well, didn't it?
No, it looked so good.
I was like, oh, wow,
your guys' photos looked amazing.
My face was so relaxed.
I had to deal with Tom Schwartz and his like,
you know, goofy and then running over here,
his ADDness.
I was like, oh, my God, Tom, pay attention.
I was like, and the director would say something
and he would do something else.
I'm like, Tom, listen to what the director says.
He keeps saying, look forward.
forward and you keep looking down.
We're like, we're trying here.
What was your favorite, if you can choose like one thing or if there was a favorite thing
each day of all the stuff that was in your itinerary?
Because I didn't really see you very much.
I got to hang out with your parents, which was so much fun.
I saw you in the green room a lot, but we didn't get to like, we didn't do things together.
So if you guys weren't at BravoCon and you do a little Bravo, it's like we each have
our own individual schedules.
And they separate, yeah, they separate us and put us with other casts.
And so it's like it's just a lot of.
of, yeah, like, Nia kept trying to be like, hey, let's do, you know, let's do a TikTok or let, you know, blah, but we never could get together to do it.
I think the person I saw the most was Jasmine, but because we were paired for a few things, and I just didn't get to see you all.
I would see you in passing, and then, yeah, like, if we all went to the same event at night, but then I, I didn't drink or go to either of the events the first two nights.
Well, I did it all afterward, and...
But you still...
And so did Jesse.
Jesse went hard every...
I don't know how that man moved multiple of the days.
Like, he really is, I will say it again, built different.
He's built Ford Tough.
Like...
I did Ford Tough.
I don't think I saw a good...
That's hilarious Ford Tough.
No, I saw an interview on Instagram.
I don't know if it was from one of the press days we did,
but it was asking a bunch of people from the Valley,
I think in Southern Charmer Summer House,
like who's going to be the drunkest.
Oh, yeah.
And it was like Southern Charm Boys and Jesse Lolly.
And me.
I got two votes.
I didn't get in until next one.
What people were saying was like in the comments,
they were like, the Valley cast is saying the Valley cast.
Also, it's because the interviewers told us from your cast who did you choose.
That's why we did that.
And if you notice, I think the first person says someone from her cast.
But then, yeah, everybody in the middle that was of different cast all said the Southern Charm Boys, but that's not what our question prompt was.
So, of course, that's why we said our cast were not that, although I still would have probably said Jesse because I don't think these other people understand who Jesse is, which I'm just saying, he can drink a lot, but also like is the most, he's the most functioning alcoholic there probably is.
But in the most like positive way that he's probably not actually an alcoholic.
You know what I mean?
Yes.
You're like, I'm not calling him that, guys.
I'm just, I'm making fun of him.
Right.
In a lovingly way.
Okay, you have probably seen a million ads for hair growth products and thought,
sure, like that actually works.
Okay, I did too, until I tried neutral.
I'll be honest.
I was skeptical at first, but after a few months of taking neutral postpartum,
I've actually noticed a real difference in my hair.
My strands feel stronger.
There's less shedding, and I feel more confident when I run my hair.

So, yeah, what do you think were like your favorite things from each day?
I would say...
Or overall.
Yeah, well, I got there a little early, and I think I might have been the only Bravo Lab
that was like out and about.
And I kept getting swarmed on Thursday.
And it was just like the most surreal thing because, yeah, I'll go out and a few people
will recognize me or maybe they'll just DM me because they're too shy to come up.
Nope, no one was too shy.
Everyone came up, which I loved.
And I was like, yes, I want to get to know you.
And you know me.
I will talk to each one of them for as long as they want.
Were you going to say something?
Yes.
I, oh my God, you just reminded me of something.
I, so my algorithm right now is just bravo, bravo, bravo, right?
More than it normally it's, it's my mom, my algorithm's like mommy stuff.
And it's just like all these people that I have, it's like, oh, wait, I met this person.
I want to follow them.
But there was a girl, I can't remember her name, maybe Hannah, who met you the night of Hakasan, perhaps, no, Delilah.
And you guys were in the lobby bar.
And you, she was like, wait, I want to go.
you're like, sure, come, whatever, you were being, she was like, Zach was so nice. Do you know what I'm
talking about? I know exactly. I'm like, shaking my head. And she was like, Zach was just the night.
She did a little video. She was like, Zach was just the nicest. Like he was so cool. We had been
chatting throughout the day. And the title of her video was Janet was janetting. And then I guess you
guys were getting ready to leave and Janet told her, you should just stay here. Save the table for us.
And she goes, you know, in my mind in that moment, I was like, okay, sure. I'll
I'll stay here and save the table, not knowing that this bar was closing in, like, however long.
And then you guys all left, and she was really bummed that she didn't come with you.
Yeah.
She said so many wonderful things about you.
Well, what's crazy is, I will say that, so today I did happen to run into Janet.
And she was like, I was drunk that night, and I do not remember.
And I probably did say that.
And I definitely didn't mean it.
And, you know, she said that she was sorry or whatever.
And I was like, honestly, I mean, I remember that happening, but I don't remember, like, any of the other things.
But I did think that was a little, that was a little funny.
It was, no, it was, I mean, because I started, I did see that Janet is Janiting, but it immediately started with how wonderful you were and how she, you were just very, very friendly and made her feel very comfortable.
And I was like, oh, that's so sweet because it's very much how you are.
And I want people to like know that, you know, because Robocon can be very overwhelming.
It is.
And I don't fault anybody that, again, I'm 6'4, I'm a male.
I do not have boundary issues.
You can come up to me, hug me, slap.
There's several people that literally would see me and go, shut up and literally hit me.
And I was like, yes.
But like it doesn't bother me because I don't know.
It's just me.
But I know that that could be very off-putting and very like in other people's space so I can
understand where other people would be apprehensive or standoffish. And people have experienced
it for years and years and years where it could wear on them, whereas I'm a brand new little
puppy. I don't care as much. Yeah. I feel like at actual BravoCon, I only experienced like
really wonderful people. I definitely cried a whole lot. And I want to say shout out to all my
moms out there that shared your fertility journey with me and made me sobbed my eyes out.
Sarah from New Jersey, if you listen to our podcast, you are still in my prayers.
And there was another amazing woman that I met at the bravo-palooza, the little rooms where
we got to have drinks with everyone, it was about 100 people, that just had me literally
bawling my eyes out.
And then for the rest of the day, I just had this one single tear, like Johnny Depp from Crybaby,
like stained through my makeup, remember Luke?
Yeah, I do.
And it was like, what do we can do about it?
I was like, we're just going to leave it.
We're not about to scrub this makeup off.
But one of my favorite things about BravoCon is connecting with everyone.
Yeah, like the amount of women that, there was one woman that came up to me at Bravo Bazaar at the James May booth, which was also one of my favorite parts.
James May booth, you guys fucking killed it.
We'll get there one second.
I was like, we're going to get to that because we got a story to tell.
But there was a woman who came up to me and told me about that she had a miscarriage last year.
So I immediately start crying.
And then she goes, wait, wait, no, no, no, don't cry.
I'm 15 weeks pregnant.
And that sent me over the edge.
And I was like, I'm so excited for you.
It was just like over for me.
So those moments really make me feel like what we're doing on the Valley is obviously entertaining,
but making a difference in people's lives.
Because I don't know if, like, Nia and I talking about fertility or Luke and I sharing our miscarriage
or sharing, like, our fertility journey, if that's, like, makes a difference to anyone.
Does anyone even really care?
Or is that just a moment in a funny, fun show that people don't care about?
So these moments at BravoCon, like, really tell me, like, we're doing shit correctly, you know?
And, like, an example to you and Jasmine, like, getting to having glad be on our carpet
because BravoCon or Bravo as a network is so incredibly inclusive and so big in the gay community,
the LGBTQ community, sorry.
That, like, I get to, like, interview with them.
Like, who the fuck am I?
You know what I mean?
Like, why do I get to?
And it was super cool.
And I did not get to interview with Glad.
And they had all these straight people interview with Glad.
And I was like, I think this was, I think they just fucked up like their scheduling.
But I was like, okay, so two gay people on your biggest show, don't get a talk to Glad.
Yeah, that was so weird.
Luke and I just got to speak to Glad for just a second.
And of course, the first thing that I say is that he.
he was saying how happy he was that we had finally a representation on our show because
on Banner Pumpf Rules, we did not.
And I was saying like how happy it made me to have you on there and to be such like a staple
on our show and to have you and Benji and but also to have like Jasmine and Melissa and have
their engagement and, you know, the things that are to come.
So that's so wild.
Yeah, I was like, I think it was just they were in the middle and I think I got, they pulled
me away and then never made it back.
It just, it really, I really was mad about that.
But I was like, I know it wasn't anyone's specific fault.
But yeah, I was like, wait a second.
Because it was like, the Southern Charm Boys like did something.
They were like, we really support LGBT.
I'm like, that's great.
I'm so happy.
But why are you not talking to the gay person?
Yeah, no shit.
I'm like, this is weird right now.
So unless they, and if they didn't also interview like the Southern hospitality
gays, then I'm going to be like, okay, what's going on?
You're like, glad we got some suspense.
I was like, why are you only talking to this traits?
No, I'm just kidding.
Wait, Luke, really quick before I go on a wild tangent,
and Zach and I talk about an amazing story that happened to Bravo Bazaar.
You have not spoken in a minute.
So what were your favorite parts about BravoCon as a whole or like daily?
It was hanging with Cole and Jesse McBee and Stephen, but.
You guys were thick as I was almost kind of jealous.
I mean, Cole and Jesse are now good friends.
Stephen and I are friends.
too, but they didn't, he called it early with Allie and Ali's his new lady.
Allie's lovely as well, but he had his lady there, Cole and Jesse did not.
I think we need to let people know because I've had friends message me that have seen
Steven post photos with his new girlfriend that think that it's Cala.
It is not Cala.
Well, they look.
It's in that way.
He has a type of beautiful blonde women with lovely figures, shall I say.
But it is not Calla, you guys.
It's a new one.
It is.
So Allie is his girlfriend's name.
He brought her to BravoCon.
Yes.
So that's why you didn't hang out with him.
I wasn't sure.
Or if it was because Stephen's like so outgoing on his own
that you were kind of hanging more with the ones who were a little more quiet.
Well, so Galena's birthday dinner, I got to talk to Stephen more than any other time.
But after anything event-wise wrapped up, I was with Cole and Jesse.
So, yeah, we got to get to know each other.
You're a new dad.
We have so, yeah, we got a lot in common, and I think I had things in common with them,
and they'd probably say the same thing about me that we don't have in common with any other Bravo
Labs.
I believe that, for sure.
As in an inner redneck.
I think you just said that to make me jealous of your friendship with them.
I don't like it.
I'm not trying to make you jealous.
I'm saying my inner redneck that's been suppressed was able to come out.
No, it got to come out for once.
I know.
I'm actually very happy for you that you got that because then you're like,
it was cowboy bro time.
The people are that, yeah, your cowboy bro time that you needed.
Because I can only provide you so much of that, which is very little.
Don't act like I don't every once in a while talk about fishing or whatever.
Oh, yeah.
We know your parents.
Zach and Brittany really try to fulfill your inner redneck.
We try as much as we can.
Okay, listen.
It's not very successful, but we try when we can.
Did you meet anyone else, Luke, that?
I mean, no one else I spent that much time.
There were some people that I,
I, like, happened to run into a lot, some Southern hospitality.
People just, like, happen to be crossing paths.
Oh, Joe from Southern Hospitality.
You guys are reviving.
Yeah, he was pretty cool.
Yeah.
Joe's awesome.
Yeah, I'd say I talked to him the next most, but I was kind of in my little cowboy circle.
Yeah.
You really were, though.
Every time I looked over, I was like, where's his hat?
He just needed, why doesn't he have a hat right now?
Yeah, and I needed to find those buttons that kept falling off of my shirt, you know, to fit into the cowboys.
Well, they kept going lower.
I was like, are you and Danny at a race to see who can take off their Saturday night?
Yeah, I was like, are you and Danny trying to, in a competition to see who can take off their shirt fastest?
Because I was like, oh, there's another button.
And then all of a sudden I'd turn over and Danny would have another button done or like done.
Who's racing to the belly button?
Race to the belly button.
You know, I think it was like after so many whiskeys, they just start coming unbuttoned.
I don't know.
It's crazy how that happens.
I totally understand, though.
It's one of my favorite things about.
BravoCon truly was because again, like, reminding, yes, I've been to a bunch, but not in a long
time. So, and being postpartum and pregnant for like the last year plus, I feel like I'm very out
of the loop. I don't go out much. I'm not like the most social butterfly that I have been
accused of being in all of my 42 years on this planet. And I liked being on the bus coming home
from the bravos and going to the bravos and getting to mingle with people like sitting right
next to people that I didn't know very well being on panel. I was on the number one guys and
girls in the group panel with people from Southern Charm, Southern Hospitality, and our show,
and also Summer House. And there are people that I don't know from those shows. So that was like really
cool. My mom's panel, like I got to hang out with certain people. I got to hang out with Gia,
Teresa's daughter, who I loved, like Shannon from OC. I don't, I never really knew very well.
we got to chat about our dogs like Daisy from below deck like she's super cool so just all these
people I got to meet and get to know a little bit better um Leva I'm obsessed with well have you never
met her I've never met Leva in real life me and Leva have been I know we're OG friends like I love
and I love to hang out with her because they're her and some other Bravo moms were really
wonderful to me about like oh you brought your daughter I know I bring my kids everywhere and
just being really understanding of the position that I felt like I was in.
I will say Leva when I was like, oh, yeah, Kristen's like, blah, blah, blah with Kaya.
And then she was like, well, I have no room to speak because someone's like, but I do X, Y, Z with my son.
And I was like, ooh, you are just as bad as her.
Yeah, she said she brings her family everywhere with her.
She just DM me today saying the same exact thing.
So it was just very cool for me to like meet people that I know are so big in our,
world, but that I don't have a direct connection to and then to just kind of, yeah, to just be in
the green room and we're just all hanging out together. Like, we're all as one. Most people did not
act like they were on a higher level. Like, no one, no one snubbed me. And no one was like upset when
I'm like, what show are you on? They're like, what show are you on? Exactly. That was my favorite.
I would always start with, hi, just in case you're wondering, I'm on the show, the Valley.
Yeah. Because I'm like, I don't know who knows me.
And that made me feel better that everybody was kind of like that same thing.
Oh, I know for a fact that Marisol, who's like OG Miami Housewife, I had a panel with her.
She was my partner.
I know for a fact, she had no flipping idea who I was while she's doing this whole game with me.
And then we won the game.
Like we got the most answers right.
That's crazy.
We got all of our answers right.
Like we basically said, what would the other person say?
And I was like, oh, we're going to fail.
We both said we're going to fail miserably.
No clue.
and we got everything right.
And she goes, I just answered the things
that would annoy me the most
and you happen to answer them the same way.
That's crazy.
But I know sitting right next to each other,
she was just like, who the fuck is this?
I forgot about somebody that I talked to
maybe probably more than Joe, your good friend, Lindsay.
Lindsay Hubbard, Mother Hubbard.
Lindsay Hubbard.
I think she missed her daughter a whole lot.
And I had Kaya a lot of the time
because I didn't have nearly the schedule
Kristen did and I crossed paths with Lindsay a bunch of times,
got to talk to her quite a bit.
I understand why you guys are such good friends.
She's super cool.
Yeah.
I got to spend a lot of time with Lindsay at BravoCon and not at BravoCon.
Like back when we were finished for the day, we got to hang out and really talk and catch up
and have deeper conversations and laugh like effing idiots.
Like we laughed so hard.
Did you guys see it?
Zach, in your words, it went viral.
Yeah, Mishina.
Or, well, me, Chanel and Lindsay.
I am.
I know.
Doing our, oh, my God.
And everyone's like, oh, my God, they were drunk or they were this or they were that.
Like, you guys, maybe it just had to be there.
We were laughing so hard.
Lindsay and I almost pied our pants.
We were crying.
We weren't, there was no one faking it.
I was reading, of course, I'm living in the comments on freaking Instagram.
And people being like, oh, my God, they're overacting.
Like, no, we were dying.
I'm sorry, but I did the best.
brilliant she is number one she also became my favorite person at the she talked to me not only
on the carpet then after then like she wore this black dress with like a um a cat on it and she's like
oh touch my or pet my pussy and i was like oh no i was like oh no i pet ion's pussy and then i was
like does that mean i'm not a platinum gay anymore like we went on and on and then um
when we were checking out we checked out together and then like spent like an hour talking to each other
and then she's actually in L.A. and like we're going to hang out later.
Amazing.
She is absolutely probably the funniest person that I've ever met.
She's seriously hysterical.
She's so funny.
So anybody that thinks that you guys were faking it, they just don't understand how funny
she is.
Yeah.
Like we couldn't breathe.
Like it just kept taking these weird turns and talking about states and like we're like
what it just got to a point where we were just going, what the fuck are we talking about
right now?
And we were all laughing so hard we couldn't keep.
together. It was just so good. And also, on the Lynn's Hubbs train, I just love reading all these, like,
little things that fans are, like, taking videos of people. And they're like, did you see Lindsay
Hubbard scolding Tom and Victoria? Lindsay told me about it, like, the next day after it happened.
She was like, oh, my God, I have to tell you what happened. And it's, you know what? Hats off to Mother
Hubbard. Well, I have another story about that.
So let's, let's, we're going to go right into another one.
She had to parent, she had to parent Tom and Victoria, Tom Sainabal and Victoria,
for publicly fighting.
I mean, for the love of God.
By the way, that was, and if Lindsay's seen it there,
there was multiple people that said in different times and areas.
And I'm sorry, I'm going to say it because it happened.
He canceled his entire morning on the Sunday.
Shut up.
And skirted all of his responsibilities and then showed up.
later, but the handlers were telling me, yeah, he called and was like, I'm not coming in,
and he missed all of his morning stuff.
Yeah, I'll see you here first.
God, are we just being like a gossip fest?
I like it.
So Brittany and I, after we did the number one girls and guys panel at the Watch What Happens Live,
Brittany Cartwright and I came back to the hotel, threw sweats on.
We went and gambled with Tom Schwartz and his girlfriend, Kiana, and Brittany's brother was in
So we're, Brittany and are trying to go meet Tom Schwartz and we stop at this little bar.
We're like, oh, we'll meet you at this very first bar that we see so we can all meet up together.
And Tom Sandoval is sitting at the bar catches my eye.
I'm like, oh, here we go.
Say hello.
And he says something that just throws me into like, well, you know, I know Victoria was like blowing up Luke's phone at like 4 o'clock in the morning.
Like Luke was sleeping last night.
That was a little weird.
Not because I think Victoria is trying to get my.
man. I'm just saying, like, we're here for work. We have a baby. His phone was in the bathroom. His
alarm was going up. Why is Victoria blowing up his phone? I'm just like, it was just a little, yeah,
you know, I didn't make a big deal of it. Five, four, three, two, one. Tom's like, Victoria, get over
here. I'm like, oh, God, no. So Brittany and I run, we pretend we're leaving. We go to the other side
of the bar. Victoria comes running over promising me, she's not trying to F my man or steal him from me.
And I was like, girl, we're good. I don't.
I don't, I really don't think that you're, I don't, nope, that's not what I'm saying.
You're like, and my man would never, so it doesn't even matter if you were.
Yeah, this is not the, like, we're having a weird conversation that is not factual.
I don't think Luke wants you.
Don't think you want Luke.
This is messy, messy, messy.
You know that feeling when your brain just won't keep up like you've had three Zoom calls, 20 texts, a to-do list a mile long, and suddenly you're staring at your screen, like, what was I even doing?
Yeah, well, that's been me lately.
And honestly, it is so tempting to reach for another cup of coffee or an energy drink, but those
just make me jittery and then I crash so hard after. So I've been trying something new. It's called
Brain Edge from Nature Sunshine. And guys, I am so into it. It combines hand-harvested Yerba-Mate with
powerful new tropics to support focus, memory, and cognitive performance without the crash. You can drink
it hot or hold. And I love that it gives me that smooth, sustained energy that actually lasts throughout my day.
I've been using Brain Edge before recording the podcast, or when I'm powering through James
Maywork, and it is just wild, how much more focused and clear-headed I feel.
That mental fog just lifts.
I was skeptical about brain supplements, but this one feels clean, it's plant-powered, and it works.
It helps enhance focus and clarity, supports memory and learning, and gives you that steady
energy from wild-harvested Yerbamante, sustainably sourced by indigenous communities in South
America.
And it's made by Nature Sunshine, who've been doing this for over 50 years.
through feeling foggy and lethargic.
Ignite your mental performance with brain edge.

So are you ready for this?
Spill it. Lacey and Benji and Melissa were, so Jasmine's girlfriend, Melissa, Jesse's girlfriend, Lacey, and my boyfriend, Benji, all got to come to the Bravo's, but they had to sit in the very back row because it was sold out. And they were like, we're not going to put them with the people on Bravo, like, you know, they're friends of. So they have to sit in the audience. Well, they got sat right next to Victoria. And Victoria is basically talking to Lacey about like, oh my God,
you're so beautiful.
Let me do a photo shoot for you.
And just like saying nice things, but just like kind of going on and on.
A little unhinged.
And then Lacey's like, oh, you know Benji and Melissa, they're, you know, they're on the valley.
They're significant others on the valley.
She goes, oh, I don't watch Bravo.
I don't know what the valley is.
And stop it.
And this is hilarious.
And then Benji goes, well, I'm Zach's boyfriend.
And she goes, oh, I don't watch the show.
Stop it.
And I'm dying because.
three weeks ago, four weeks ago, me and Benji are out in WeHo and this is the first time
I taken Michelle out in WeHo and me and Michelle are at the bar and all of a sudden I see Tom and
Victoria and I'm like, oh, fuck. So Victoria comes directly up to me and goes, why do you have me
blocked? And I'm like, and I'm like, girl, I didn't know I had you blocked. Obviously, I'm lying.
And I'm like, come on, you know why I blocked you. And she's like, whatever, it's fine.
like, you want to go on my TikTok live right now?
And I was like, because she was on TikTok live and I was like, do not face that phone towards me.
No, I do not.
And then so she like gets off live and then proceeds to talk our ears off.
I know you know what the valley is.
So Victoria, come on, girl.
Let's be a little more real in life.
Tom Sandoval did a painter's panel.
And said he wants to be on it.
And said he would like to be on the valley.
You know what the valley is.
You know Tom Schwartz is on it.
You know who I am.
You know who Luke is.
You know who Zach is.
Come on now.
Luke's thoughts?
I thought the bravos were a really impressive production.
That's a good segue.
Like, seriously, I was so impressed.
I was not at all what I expected going into the bravos.
It was really cool.
It was fun.
It was like a legit awards show.
Yeah.
It was cool.
I was actually very mad.
We as a cast were not nominated for anything.
And also specifically,
no offense, but that me and Kristen were not nominated for best duo.
None taken.
I know.
I really think that we should have been.
Best trio.
We should have been dynamic duo, at least in nomination.
But I love that you got to be a part of the very opening of the bravos.
Like Zach, you guys, so Zach is, we're like seated in these like little tables and chairs,
very golden globes-esque, like felt kind of like a big deal.
It was like very exciting.
It was a beautiful production.
They put a lot of time, money, and energy into it.
and Zach's sitting with us at our table and then suddenly Zach is gone.
And I didn't see where you went.
Let me explain what they did.
So a producer comes up and takes me, he goes, oh, come with me real quick.
And I go, oh, my God, did you put me in the wrong seat?
Because that seat was great.
And if you put me in a shitty seat, now I'm going to be really mad.
I'm going to throw my chair.
But he was like, I was like, am I in trouble?
And he was like, no, no, no, no.
I just need you to sit over here just for the opening number.
Sits me in a chair with just the women of particular.
Potomac, which, by the way, I've met zero of them at this point.
So I have, I mean, I know who they are, but I, they definitely do not know who I am.
Why did you think you were moved?
Did you have any idea?
I had no idea.
And I was like, uh, and he's like, listen, I just sit here.
Um, so for the opening song, Andy's going to do something and just react to it.
And I was like, is Andy going to come off stage and pull my hair.
I was like, I know he is.
Isn't he?
And the producer just laughs.
And it's like, no, no, no.
Just react.
He's like, it's whatever.
Just react.
blah, blah, blah. And then I'll come get you and you can go back to your chair. So for like 20 minutes,
I'm just sitting with the women of Potomac, like kind of staring, kind of trying to like interact a little.
And when I hear something, I'm like, ha ha. And then I'm like, this is just so, they're staring
to me like, why is this little boy sitting at our table? Like this makes no sense. It was just
hilarious. That's so fun. But yeah, so continue. No, that was just so fun because, yeah, you, you just went
away. And I'm like, wait, the show's starting. Like, where did he go? Like, they said no bathroom
breaks. I'm like, oh, God, he had an emergency. Like, I don't know. He's got a poop. And then
the show starts. And one of the very first things, it's like, I hear Andy say your name and I couldn't
see that far. And I was like, oh, that's so cool. You got to be a part of the opening number.
I was like, what? And then Shirek came up to me the next day and was like, why did they talk about
your hair like that? Your hair looks great. And I was like, well, it didn't first season. So that's
why. Actually, I will say, I just want to say a couple of my favorite moments. Um, so I gave a lap
dance to Shannon Bador. Um, apparently somebody has it on video. She asked me for the video of it.
And I was like, girl, I was working. I did not video it. Um, which I also love her daughter.
Her daughter is so sweet. And I met her daughter before. Um, but she's so sweet. And then I would
say, I got to meet Kim Zulciak. She was super sweet and kind. Um, and, um, and I was super sweet and kind. Um,
Quad was amazing for married to medicine.
Denise Richards had come up to me on the bus and was like, oh, you're my favorite.
And I was like, me.
And then Dolores also did the same and was like, I love you.
And then Casey Wilson also said that I was the only Bravo Lab.
She's met that she would actually want to hang out with in person.
Oh, my God.
And I was like, who me?
She was like, I talk about you on my podcast all the time.
And I was like, what?
Because she hasn't met me yet, but I love that for you.
I got to say,
Denise was super sweet.
She was so sweet.
Okay, before we even got there
when we're at the airport,
when I walked up,
Denise Richards was talking to Tom Schwartz
and I'm holding Kaya.
I walk up,
first thing Denise says to me
is I feel like I know you already.
Hi, I'm Denise.
I'm like,
that is a really cool, weird moment.
Like, Denise Richards knows who you are.
knows who I am.
Yeah, and not Denise Richards,
the housewife, Bravo,
got her.
Denise Richards,
the iconic actress.
Right.
Yes.
That we grew up with.
She said, I feel like I know who you are.
I'm like, no, I know who you are.
I feel like I already know you.
Just, that was a weird moment.
I kept my cool.
I didn't get all giddy or anything, but I'm like, that's, I don't know, kind of
just taken aback.
It's like one of the moments that I realized I'm actually kind of famous.
Well, the other moment was Seth Rogan saying he loves you and me, Kristen.
He said that in an interview.
I'm like, Seth Rogan knows who I am.
And what about, guys, Jennifer Tilly?
I didn't know Jennifer Tilley was a freaking housewife until we were a BravoCon.
And then we're sitting at the airport and chatting with her.
I'm like, hello, this is another iconic actress who just happens to now be a part of our Bravo world.
It's crazy.
Like, how did we get so lucky?
And then Zach and I got to experience one of the craziest moments, truly.
Oh, it was literally.
Bravo Bazaar is the shopping experience for those of you who are not at BravoCon,
but like things Bravo.
And I hope you guys all kind of do
if you're listening to this podcast
you're going to be bored as fuck.
But we're at Bravo Bazaar
on the very last day
and they do this thing
with our itineraries
where they make it a part of my schedule.
It was not on the last day
but I really wanted to go
and I wanted to see the cool
there was like a valley bench
there was my pregnancy dress
from the reunion.
It was Luke's little sailor outfit.
They had my green dress there.
It was like all these really cool things.
So I went by the James May booth
and Zach, Benji, Jasmine, Melissa, like, they're all with me.
And all of a sudden, Kathy Hilton.
Nowhere.
Out of nowhere.
Kathy Hilton comes behind my booth and starts looking at my t-shirts and pointing out
ones that she really loves that she wants.
And I think I just, I don't even know what I said.
I froze.
Benji took a video.
Thank God.
But I kind of froze and was just like, you can have anything you want.
And Kathy was like, oh, I love this one.
And then turned around for a picture.
and then did a picture with and then could not have been kinder, more generous was like showing my
shirts like holding them up to the fans that were there at Robicon and being like, do you like this
one or do like this one? And then someone from her team when she left came back and asked for a
Valley Crew shirt. And as she left, I was, she like put her hand on my hand and she said, you know,
we have to support each other. And I was just so taken aback, so blown away. Like what that would
do to help my brand, like my little t-shirt brand that I'm so in love with that I'm so proud
of. And shout out to my whole team and my business partner, Suzanne, for putting in all the hours and
all of you guys who waited in line and just were so kind. But Kathy, freaking Hilton, just hanging out
with my James May T-shirts, taking them home with her, sleeping in them at night, comfy cozy,
no big deal. It was, it was like she just appeared out of nowhere and disappeared out of nowhere.
Zach and I looked at each other, like, what the hell is happening?
No, I was like, oh my God, Kristen, I didn't know you set this up.
Yeah, that's easy.
I didn't.
And I was like, what?
She did this on her own accord?
Yeah.
Like, that's amazing.
She just came by to show some support to another person's brand.
And that shows you what kind of like, what a wonderful person that is, like to go out of
her way to take those five minutes, those 10 minutes, she could have gone and kicked her feet up and, you know, had a glass of wine and got away from the crazy.
and she chose to do that.
So very great.
I will say she is one of the kindest, sweetest.
She was always constantly roaming, doing the whole thing.
She was really great.
But that was a moment that I won't even ever forget.
That was crazy.
Yeah.
So all in all, BravoCon was pretty damn amazing.
Yeah.
BravoCon was definitely fun.
And now that I know it and like I got to have my parents with me, which was amazing,
my best friend that lives there, Kate, and then Benji was with me.
I will say I'm so glad they got to experience.
I'm so glad we got, I'm not, I'm not, I can't have my parents again.
Like, it was so hard, at least not for like a couple, like two years while I get it
under my belt because like it is so hard to network.
And then I feel like I'm leaving them behind.
Oh, because you wanted to keep them with you the whole time.
Yeah, and then I didn't want them to be bored.
And it was just a lot.
So I think I learned a lot of things.
But yeah, it was just such a great experience.
I really was.
Luke, you, anything?
Anything else that stuck out to you or any feelings, thoughts, comments, concerns?
I lost my voice.
I have a Rudolph Zid on my nose that started on Monday and it's still there.
I don't know.
It was a lot.
I'm going to do it differently next time.
What would you think you would do differently?
I think you were so kind and great to everyone, though.
I would spend more time with you.
Oh, that's nice of you.
Oh, I love that.
you wouldn't get crunk in Vegas.
And I'd drink less.
Just like just the crunk in Vegas.
Because now you, you are, you know what to expect so you won't have as much anxiety.
I mean, I kind of knew.
It wasn't anxiety.
It's just like a discomfort more than anxiety.
I don't know.
It was something where I needed to, something to loosen up the inhibitions and I took it too
far.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I would say the, it's the camaraderie.
And then getting to meet all of like the Southern hospitality people because, I mean,
I feel like them and the Southern charm people, that we're the ones that are like,
kind of in the same boat
of where we are in life and stuff
and they were so amazing.
Yeah, it was just
all in all just great.
It was. It was cool. Yeah, that last day,
people that saw me, they said I was dancing
and beating my own head. I mean, if I was
walking, I was dancing and I don't, I had
a great time. Oh, you were. You would have
given me a run for my money in a dance
competition that day. I don't even know
what my money was. And I don't think I'd ever say that normally.
It was a good time.
Yeah, I'm really proud of us.
Me too.
Yay, season three.
There's the only time we're allowed to talk about the Valley on a podcast.
We're like Valley, Valley, Valley, Valley.
Yeah, we can only say it for BravoCon.
Well, Zachy, thanks for coming over.
We need a part two.
Yeah, well, I was like, we can do another one.
Yeah, thanks for coming over and spilling all the thoughts.
I was like, I feel like we spilled so much on this.
Tea, tea, tea.
And that was the only third of the tea that I have.
I know.
my brain is still like rewiring. I just also love that everyone talks to me and tells me everything.
So I tend to know more than most. Tushay. Fair enough.
Or I experience it. Like I witness it. It's great. Can I get a witness?
It's because you're everywhere. I know. Well, a happy BravoCon. Happy end to our BravoCon.
It's 18 p.m. It's so like my brain. I just need to sleep for days and days and days.
But it was very exciting.
I think we don't have another one
for another two years
but the Valley is here to stay
forever
get ready
you're stuck with us
get ready for season three
and if you guys want to hear more
you know where to go
bravoTV.com I think they're going to be airing
our panels
and all of our interviews
no peacock streaming
you'll stream all the panels
and they'll watch what happens live
which not going to go into it
but the number one
guys and girls of the group
why they put in Tom Schwartz
sorry sir he has not been in our group yet
technically under I was like
it has been made very clear
that me and Luke are the number one guys
so I was very confused why we were not included
but whatever I'll let go I do okay
I will let go no but I will say I wish that
we had more representation there
because it was kind of like the whole cast
of Summer House right that's what I'm saying
and yeah

But still, only three.
Even Southern Hospitality had four.

They could have repped us a little harder, but...
Whatever.
They will next time.
It was a lot of fun.
They will next time, and the Valley will win a Bravo next time.

You know that feeling when your brain just won't keep up like you've had three Zoom calls,
20 texts at to-do list a mile long, and suddenly you're staring at your screen like,
what was I even doing?
Yeah, well, that's been me lately.
And honestly, it is so tempting to reach for another cup of coffee or an energy drink,
but those just make me jittery, and then I crash so hard after.
So I've been trying something new.
It's called Brain Edge from Nature Sunshine, and guys, I am so into it.
It combines hand-harvested Yerba Mata with powerful new tropics to support focus,
memory, and cognitive performance without the crash.
You can drink it hot or hold, and I love that it gives me that smooth, sustained energy
that actually lasts throughout my day.
I've been using Brain Edge before recording the podcast, or when I'm powering through
James may work, and it is just wild. How much more focused and clear-headed I feel? That mental fog just
lifts. I was skeptical about brain supplements, but this one feels clean, it's plant-powered, and it works.
It helps enhance focus and clarity, supports memory and learning, and gives you that steady energy
from wild harvested Yerbamante sustainably sourced by indigenous communities in South America.
And it's made by Nature Sunshine, who've been doing this for over 50 years. Don't fight through
feeling foggy and lethargic. Ignite your mental performance with brain.

Okay, let's talk about therapy. We all know how hard it can be to find the right therapist,
especially one that fits your needs, your schedule, and insurance. Been there,
done that, and honestly, it was so frustrating. But you know what? I found Rula and it totally
changed the game for me. Rula makes it so easy to find a therapist who actually gets you and
it's affordable. Rula is a healthcare company that connects you with therapists who are in network,
which means most people pay like 15 bucks per session. That is not a typo. Real therapy licensed
professionals covered by insurance. And here's what I really love. Rula doesn't just throw around a
random therapist at you. They actually consider your goals, your background, what you need,
and appointments are available as soon as tomorrow. No wait lists, no ghosting, just legit care
that works with your schedule and your budget. Thousands have already trusted Rula to help
help support them on their journey toward improved mental health and overall well-being.
